Okay, just so we're clear: that face is the "embarrassed" face.

It's been forever and a day since I last posted, I guess. The pictures have been on my desktop for a while now, and I'm just too lazy to post them. I apologize for taking so long to post.

So the weekend idea of "cousin reunion" didn't happen. It turned into just me visiting my sister. Plus, my folks came out and we all did supper together, so it was good. I got to drive my family around in my new car -- they all were suitably impressed. They even decided on a name for it (although I'm not quite so convinced it's right): "Cubit." You know, 'cuz it's small. Personally, I kinda liked "Sequoia." You know, because it's... small. Yes, that's supposed to be ironic. Plus, part of what prompted my buying such a fuel-efficient vehicle was joining the Sierra Club, and part of what got me to join them was the fact that the Bushites want to log the friggin' Sequoias. Yeah, they'll give you a lot of lumber, but c'mon, folks -- they're the oldest and tallest living things on the planet! Give 'em some credit and don't chop 'em down.

So what do you think? Cubit or Sequoia?

Anyone who wants interior pictures... well, wait another three years, maybe I'll get around to it. :-p

My friend Brooke came up to Ithaca not too long ago for a visit. Well... that's somewhat misleading. She didn't come to visit me, she came to visit Ithaca and I just happen to live here, so we got together for dinner one night. Good to talk to her again -- it's been a while, what with her at Notre Dame and all. But we drove around Ithaca for a bit, trying to find a restaraunt that had less than a 45-minute wait, and finally hit on a new place just off the Commons. Pretty good stuff -- although, she said her pork cutlets had a bit too much of "that burny flavor."

Inside joke. Sorry.

Well, not much else to say. Life goes on as usual, I'm still debating the age-old question of "do I go to Graduate School for a Master's in Bass Trombone Performance, or do I chuck it all to pursue a life-long dream of becoming a pilot?," and I lose an hour of sleep tonight (stupid daylight savings time). So I'm going to be going to bed now. You should, too... unless you're reading this at 9 in the morning. Then you should be getting up. But otherwise. You know.

K, I'm done. Bye.
