Deep Aqua Mirror- One of the three talismans that was sealed into the pure hearts of the three outermost senshi. When combined with the other two, it forms the Sacred Cup, the item of power used by the Messiah (Sailor Moon) to defeat the Silence. The mirror is also used as a weapon of Sailor Neptune.

Attacks: Deep Submerge- A destructive attack involving a planet-shaped orb of energy that Sailor Neptune sends into the air, forming walls of water on either side of her that converge on her enemy.
Submarine Reflection- An offensive attack in which Sailor Neptune uses her Deep Aqua Mirror. She points the mirror first at herself, and then at the enemy. A beam of light-energy fires out at the enemy.
Personality: Sailor Neptune is elegant and artistic, and possesses many talents in the area of fine arts, such as music and painting. She is poetic and a dreamer, and loves swimming and the ocean. Neptune is also very beautiful and can sometimes be a little vain, but she is quite gentle in her human form, and loving, and possesses strong maternal instincts. She is the embodiement of all that is feminine, and in her partnership with Sailor Uranus, chooses the role of follower rather than leader. She makes suggestions to Uranus but never attempts to force her own will, and instead abides by Uranus's desicions. Neptune has a gentle sense of humour, and yet as a Sailor Senshi, she often tends to become cold and even heartless at times. She struggles with the fact that being a Sailor Senshi sets her apart from a normal life, but she would not give up her partnership with Uranus for anything in the world. Sailor Neptune is not as cold as she pretends, however, for it is she who has the most difficulty in keeping the pact of sacrifice made with Haruka. Though she seems a bit selfish and self-absorbed, Sailor Neptune is one of the first to put her life on line to save those she loves. She is courageous and idealistic, and she loves children, particularly Tomoe Hotaru, to whom she becomes a sort of surrogate mother. Sailor Neptune's loyalty to Sailor Moon at times does not seem as strong as the other senshi's, but in truth Neptune would not hesitate to give up her life for the Sailor Leader's sake, as she, too, is impressed with Sailor Moon's unconditional love and pure heart.
