I am alone here in this dark place
A cover overhead almost as far as the eye can see
The only light is the sliver let in by the far away horizon
Suddenly I am not alone, for I hear steps coming near
The closer the steps draw the more anxious I feel
Now I feel someone at my back, his heat penetrating me
I feel his hands as they wind around my waist and draw me closer
My back to his front, I feel chills as his breath caresses my neck
Gently I feel his lips touch my neck, and feel my knees go weak
I surrender to him as I feel him begin to bite my neck
Slowly he turns me toward him and I catch my breath
All I can make out is the soft golden outline of his hair, and a glint of light reflected in his eyes
Once again we draw near, but this time his lips meet mine
His lips are soft and sweet and instantly I want more
I open myself to him, as his hands explore my contours
And as he does I melt into his kiss as our tongues intertwine
After a few moments we part and I watch as he turns away
I watch him go until the darkness consumes him
Again I am alone here in this dark place
