Special SMGA Announcements SaddleBrooke One Card Charges SMGA members should be aware that the “automatic” charging process for entry fees and luncheons is really a manual procedure involving the tabulation of the charges in a spreadsheet every week and posting to the members’ accounts once a month. As a result, the charges you will see on your SaddleBrooke One card statement listed as “Men’s League Prizes” usually will not include the last Wednesday of the month. The January 2003 statements included charges incurred on January 8th, 15th, and 22nd. The February statement included charges incurred on January 29th, February 5th, 12th, and 19th. The March statement will include charges incurred on February 26th and probably all the Wednesdays in March, because there should be enough time between the last Wednesday in March and the end of the month to get the work done before the statements are produced. Future statements will include the dates covered in the description line on your statement. If you have
any questions about what dates are included in a particular statement, call Bill
Babb or Ray Brogan. April 16 Partners Best Ball (90% handicaps) Luncheon Menu: Stuffed Bell Peppers and Bratwurst |
