Personally Mine!
I can say that I'm 18-years-old. But then
2 years ago I did say that I'm 16-years-old, didn't I? To put it straight I can
say that I'm growing but I'll always be a kid deep down
inside! My birthday is - 26th
of July, 1986. I have always been a shy boy, hence having few
friends. But when I was younger I had more friends than I have now. Perhaps
that's because I behave like a kid at times. But usually people are not having
an impression of me that I would appreciate because they
think that my attitude depicts that of a kid - and as a few say - a girl. Due to my attitude people are
usually getting put off. But contrarily there are people who accept me the way I
am - and I like them! At least they don't make me feel miserable to be alive.
I practice living an
elegant life. I do not like plastic and make minimal use of it. I prefer to use
daily items that are made of leather, rubber, wood and metal. I conserve the
things that I own, and handle them with care.

My most favourite author is a female
- she's Enid

♥. I've read many of her books and I like them all! My most favourite
male author is Franklin W. Dixon, creator of the Hardy Boys Mystery
and Case-File Book Series.
When I watched the movie The
Saint in the year 2002, I awfully liked it and instantly declared to
myself that its two main starrers- Val Kilmer and Elisabeth Shue
would be my favourite actor and actress, respectively. And The Saint
happened to become my favourite movie!
When I'm watching television,
the channels that I watch most often are STARMovies
♥, The Hallmark Channel
♥, FashionTV
♥, MCM
♥, ZeeMGM
♥and HBO
♥. STARMovies was always there - since the mid
1990s - and good movies are always being broadcast on it -since then! So I
guess, STARMovies is my most favourite movie channel. Then comes HBO, which is
short for Home Box Office. As a third, I like The Hallmark Channel and lastly
AXN-India
♥, both of which broadcast quite fewer movies. My most favourite fashion
channel is FashionTV - or FTV, in short. Watching some shows on FTV inspire me
about the European lifestyle. Oh! I can say that for STARMovies, Hallmark and
MCM as well! MCM's my most liked music channel. I just love it, because music
videos are always being shown - without any breaks for many videos together. And
then, they show very good music videos - music videos that you may never find on
MTV or Channel [V].
Other channels that I like are DD1, TCM - which now ceases to
exist, DDMetro - which has also now ceased to exist, BBCWorld

At the end of my 8th grade, I was introduced to music and I
immediately took a liking to it. At then music was something new to me and it
did fascinate me! Seeing so many singers - over a hundred, I begun to l like
many of them, as their music awfully pleased my ears. Some of the several female
singers that I've come to like are - Nelly Furtado, Natalie Imbruglia, Victoria
Beckham, Michelle Branch, Vanessa Carlton, Chantal Kreviazuk and more.
My most favourite male singer is Billy Gilman.
My most favourite male band is BBMak.
My most favouite female singer is Dido.
My most favourite female band is M2M.
My most favourite male + female band is SixPence None the
Richer.

Being a kid, I used to watch
mainly CARTOON NETWORK. Some shows that I used to
like are - Captain Planet, Swat Kats and Scooby Doo; but my
most favourite show on Cartoon Network always will be The Real Adventures of
Johnny Quest.
My most
favourite computer game is Half-Life. Besides you should know that Half-Life has
been chosen as The Best Game by several rating
agencies - usually Web sites and Magazines.
I also like the Microsoft Age Of Empires game series, Commandos game series,
Lara Croft Tomb Raider game series and
the
Delta Force game series.
My
favourite personal computer operating system is Microsoft Windows Longhorn!

foods that I like are Butter, Ice cream, Mashed potatoes, Potato chips. I should
tell you that I like many other foods that I wouldn’t mention here. I
am
always tasting
new food too. Oh,
and I love sweets -

chocolates!
My Dear Dido
In the year 1999 there was this very nice music channel
available - MCM
♥-
and it was always showing some nice music videos. Now one day, one particular
video caught my attention - besides, this particular video was repeatedly being
shown after a few other videos. In the video, there was this very unique woman -
she was so, so ___ - I can't find the right word. Well, she was just
different. I could compare her to none other, she had no like or equal. Now
every time her music video was being shown I was always being engrossed
observing her, so much, so that each time I overlooked her name and the song
info that was displayed at the bottom of the TV channel. Some weeks later, our
cable operators stopped transmitting the MCM channel. So I completely lost track
of this unique female.
Over 2 years later, it was mid-2002 after I had passed my 10th
grade - out of high school, when late one night I was watching music videos on
MTVIndia

when an apparition took place - a new video suddenly started to play. A video I
had never seen before. As I watched it, an intuition suddenly took
place within me - and it caused a thought to strike me, saying, "This woman,
she's the one! She's the one I've been waiting to see for so many months. She's
the one who's so, so - Wow. Also happenning to notice the video info
being displyed at the bottom of the TV screen:

I said for the first. "Her name is Dido", I said to myself, pronouncing
it as 'Dee-doe'.
Nearing the end of the video I once again looked at the info and quickly wrote
it down in my notebook 'DIDO,"Thank You" No Angel'. (Well actually, whenever I
see a movie, music video or fashion show, I note its name in a small notebook.)
Later in May of 2003, I searched and found Dido's official
Web site "www.DidoTV.com". From her Web site
I got to know that her name is pronounced 'Die-doe'
and not 'Dee-doe'.

My Hobbies
In the beginning of my teenage years I spent lots of time
reading novels and the rest of the lots of time watching television. I
used to read children's novels and I continue to do.
I love gardening but I currently live in an apartment, so I
can't garden. When I used to live in Punjab, India, I had a large garden and I
used to spend a lot of time in it - usually lazing in it. In the beginning of my
5th grade in1996 I once brought a plant from my school, Army School,
Jallandhar Cantt, and I planted it in an earthen pot.
But the plant didn't last long 'cause a few days later I
poured some mild acid on it. So it died - and I'm sorry.
When I watch television, I mainly watch
English movies, English music videos and Fashion shows and at times I watch
Hindi movies, Hindi music videos and at fewer times I watch shows of little
importance. Strangely, I never made it a habit to watch soap operas. 3 shows
that I watch sometimes are - Winfrey Oprah's Show, Goosebumps on FOXTV,
STARWorld and ClickOnline on BBCWorld.
Occasionally I visit the swimming pool and sometimes the
gymnasium. I also visit the library at times.
It's a very good library - the Southern Command Library.
They're always getting the latest issues of several magazines and they have many
of my favourite books too.
The thing I do for most long - is to sleep. I sleep for a
minimum of 8 hours in a whole day,
an average of 10 hours and the maximum hours that I once slept was - for16 hours
- That's my record! Furthermore you'll bee surprised to know that I once slept
for 19 hours! But during that sleep, I took a short break to urinate. See, I
couldn't hold it for a whole 19 hours!
My Appearance
Till the end of the year 2002 I wasn't good-looking. I had a typical round face
with my eyes that seemed to bulge out a bit. But then, in the beginning of 2003 my
facial pattern begun to change. My jaw got a bit droopier, my eyes became
narrower and a little obesity went off me. Amazingly, I was not surprised at my
facial change but was amazed. In any case I liked my new appearance. I was happy
with this change because it gave me good looks.
There's a strange fact about about my appearance - and that is - it's unique. I
can describe this fact by stating that my face easily gets imprinted in people's
minds and that they can quickly identify my appearance as compared to others.
In early 2002 when I was in 10th grade at school, one fellow student said to me,
"You look like Val Kilmer." I was thankful for this compliment even though I
knew very little about Val Kilmer at that time!
I got to know about David Beckham only in the beginning of the year 2003 and,
one night in July that year, I said to God, "Dear God, please make me look like
David Beckham," But the gradual change in my face had begun to occur even before
I said that prayer!
I have realized that trivial changes are usually happening to my appearance, so
much so that at times, I find my face resembling others in a slight way. Yes, and I like it. Same month
- in July of 2003, I once looked at mysellf in the mirror and saw my dear Dido in
it! Now, I'm content that I found myself resembling my female staress!
Since August of 2004, it was the first time that I'd let my hair grow very long
- the duration between two haircuts was 99 months - early August of 2004 to early
May of 2005. During this period there were three occasions when people found my
looks similar to the Indian actor John Abraham. Anyway I'm pleased about it!
There have been events when people have commented about
my looks. Some that I recall are, "Looking very smart", "Sexy boy", "I swear, I
seriously like your hair" and "Sexy hair".
A Few
Skills Could Do
Human beings are skilled in various fields and not just a single art. As I've
grown. even I've discovered talents in myself. For one, I have a good visual
memory. I can explain by saying that when I observe a person for a short while,
I can recall that person when I see him or her after many months and sometimes
even a few years.
In the 9th and 10th grades I started to
watch televison - mostly English movies and English music videos, during the
nights until about 3 o' clock in the morning, regularly. Thus compromising my
sleep. Then I would wake up by 6:45 the next morning and go to school. A good
thing about it is - that I was not irregular at school inspite of staying awake
for most of the night. To make up for the lack of sleep, I would rest for an
hour to three at 4 o' clock in the evenings. Well, what was the reason for me to
wake all those nights and watch TV instead of having a good sleep? The answer is
- I was addicted - and I just couldn't brreak it. Now, you'd wonder if there was
any benefit of watching TV during those late hours at night. The benefit is -
that in those 2 years I learnt quite a lot about foreign ways of living life.
Additionally I've learnt to recognize American, British, mainland-European and
Russian voices. As a matter of fact, I can now even imitate American, British
and Russian English accents - to a faint extent. And I'm happy that I've learnt
to do so.
I can speak English and India's national language - Hindi -
very well. They are both my two first languages! I value Hindi the same
as I do for English, because of the simple, but noteworthy fact that it is the
only language on Earth that is pronounced exactly the way it is written. Hindi
uses the "Theyve-nug-ree" script which is the most beneficial script to
pronounciation by human beings. When I speak in either English or Hindi, people
understand me fairly well. But a few times I fail to comprehend what people are
saying to me - at the first attempt. So they have to repeat what they were
saying!
The Internet
In the year 2000 I was enrolled for a short one-month
Computer and Personality course at a small institute, in a
major building in the downtown area of Camp, Poona. During one of the
initial days of the training I discovered an Internet cafe at the ground floor
of the building. Never having been to a Cyber Café
before, I was intrigued and I promptly stept
in. In addition the person in-charge was quite kind - he let me use the
computers for long durations while letting me pay him just small allowance, 5 or
10 rupees. That's how I was introduced to the
Internet. Amazingly, I quicker-than-expected created an Electronic Mail - Email
- address for myself. My first Email addrress was [email protected]. In May
of 2003 I created a new Internet identity - [email protected]

Additionally I got a Yahoo! Messenger identity "RYAN_NO_ANGEL"
♥as well as a
5-megabyte Internet directory space at the Internet address - "www.GeoCities.com/Ryan_no_Angel/"
♥- which I consider as a nice privilege, because this is where I get to host my
data - including this page!
I typically use the Internet to "surf" - for entertainment
and education, to get - or Download my songs and music videos, and at fewer
times to "chat" - or exchange text messages with strangers. I've made quite a
few friends in such a manner. Some that I'll name are - Isela from Mexico,
Steffi from British Columbia, Canada and Rose from Phillipines.
In case you would like to start a song collection on your
computer, then do this. Get a File-sharing program and install it on your
Windows computer. Then you can type the name of the song and search for it. Once
you get results, you can start to Download a particular song. 3 good

Well, I'm not exactly content about this Web Server space
that I've been given. Two reasons are:
1. The Yahoo! staff have ascribed me only 5 megabytes of storage on their
GeoCities server. This is mere - hence limiting me from putting a greater amount
of stuff in this Server folder.
2. The stuff that I place in my "Ryan_no_Angel" folder expires after a certain
period of months - I don't know how many! Resultantly, I have to upload all my
stuff all over again, after some months.
