Elizabeth Information

Hello, everyone out there. I'm glad you've decided to read my story. I really hope you all enjoy it, because I had such fun writing it! This novel is based on Anastasia and the books by CS Lewis, "The Chronicles of Narnia." I wrote this novel because I was really moved by Anya's story and her quest to find her home, love and family and going up against great odds to find them. I also wrote it because I really like "The Chronicles of Narnia" and wanted to combine two of my favorite things into one. I really enjoyed writing this story. It's actually a novel, very long, but don't worry, it'll all get to you in time. Also, if you possibly can, please read "The Chronicles of Narnia" because I've mentioned many things from the books in my story.

This novel is Anastasia-like, but not completely. As you read my novel, you'll probably see many similarities between it and Anastasia. But I've tried not to have too many, but only where it is vital for the story. Here I'm going to give credit where credit is due.

"Elizabeth"

Ashley B.

Some scene structure and characters adapted from the book "The Silver Chair," by CS Lewis.
Some story dialog, scene structure and characters adapted from Anastasia, from 20th Century Fox.

Dedication: For all the orphans of the world who yearn for home, love and family.

A little note about the creatures of Elizabeth: For all those who have not read "The Chronicles of Narnia," I must explain what the strange creatures and places mentioned in my novel are:

- Narnia is the magical world in the Chronicles.
- Fauns are human from the waist up, but from the waist down they are goat.
- All animals in the land of Narnia can talk.
- Cair Paravel is the castle by the eastern shore in which the kings and queens of Narnia have and still live.
- All animals are much bigger than the ones in our world.

On to the Prologue!
