(Dallas, Texas)--Darkwing has officially announced the World Premiere of his magic production, Phantazmic!�, will be held on Friday, January 29, 1999. Curtain goes up at 8:15pm in the Universal Amphitheatre at Universal Studios, Hollywood. Tickets for opening night's world premiere event are $100.00, $70.00, $55.00, $40.00. Doors open at 7:30pm.
Additional shows will be on Saturday, January 30 and Sunday, January 31, 1999 at 4:15pm and 8:15pm. Tickets for the 4:15pm performances are $64.50, $54.50, $44.50, $34.50. Doors open at 3:30pm. The 8:15pm tickets are $69.50, $59.50, $49.50, $39.50. Doors open at 7:30pm. Tickets for all shows go on sale Saturday, October 31 through Ticketmaster Phone Charge and Ticketmaster Online.
The invited guest list for opening night reads like a whos who of Hollywood including media from around the world as well as stars of stage, screen and magic. The premiere of Phantazmic!� will be showcased in true Hollywood style in Universal's 6,200 seat Amphitheatre. Darkwing will make magic history as the first illusionist to perform in Universal's Amphitheatre.
Darkwing's Phantazmic!� is a visually stunning and electrifying theatrical magic and illusion production filled with spine-tingling illusions, mystifying magic, pulsating music, comedy intrigue and surprises around every corner. The Tazmic Dancers and Darkwing's sexy assistant fill the stage with stylish dance. The Gamesters and Chris Collins provide the comedy magic rounding out the show's talent. Phantazmic!� is magic's first effort to create "a total sensory" event. Illusion and reality collide as the audience is swept away into two hours of fantasy, filled with sights and sounds that will test every element of the mind. The evening's festivities will explode upon Universal Studios as Hollywood plays host to this spectacular, magical extravaganza.
