eVoice
eVoice is quite simply the answer I've been looking for to get voice mail on my ogo. It's only $4.95 a month, very reasonable compared to other services out there. The two main selling points that make eVoice so great for the ogo are:
1. Local Numbers (you can sign up for a local number in most cases so your friends won't have to call long distance to leave you a message - or perhaps, if you have a long distance relationship with someone, you can give them a local number to call and leave you messages.
2. Messages retreivable by phone or email - since we are talking about ogo here. One of the big factors for me was being able to retrieve my messages from a pay phone or other phone. With eVoice - you can retrieve your messages by calling a toll free number and entering your eVoice number and a PIN code.
The one drawback to eVoice vs. having the voicemail assigned directly to ogo is that you will have to give out a seperate number for voice messages and of course your regular ogo number for txt messages. But for me this was a very minor inconvenience to be able to get all the other features I've been wanting and keeping my costs reasonable.
