2007 San Diego Ride of Silence

Thanks for your interest! The 2008 San Diego Ride of Silence will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21st, at the corners of India Street and Washington Street near El Indio's. We don't really like the time or date but those are the orders from the RoS Headquarters. We usually ride through Old Town, then double back to Downtown San Diego. It's an easy, flat, slow, solemn ride.

(www.sdcbc.org) To join the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition e-mail list server, send an e-mail to the Executive Director, Kathy Keehan, at [email protected], asking to be included on the e-mail list server. (If you are not currently a member of the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition, seriously consider joining. It's a great bicycling education group that has been very successful in getting the local cities and county to listen to the needs of cyclists. Sometimes good things even get done -- such as the County of San Diego now requiring all new road projects to include the concerns of bicyclists in the planning process. You can thank the SDCBC for that!)
