Questions Not Answered Or Asked !
Terra Haute In. USA... Timothy
McVeigh has been executed, no big surprise there. Amidst all that
has been said I have not heard anything about the content of the 4000 documents
intentionally withheld from the defense attorneys, aside from a few comments
by judges who said "the information would not change anything". Before
any readers get confused, let me say that I do not have any sympathy for
Mr. McVeigh, and I did not want to see a new trial or a different verdict.
Some of the questions which are quite obvious are not being asked. For
example, why did it take 6 years to admit the documents were withheld?
is 6 years enough time to generate documents that say anything the FBI
wants them to say? Perhaps the only real question here is "Are the media
services and the Gestapo merely testing the level of public stupidity looking
for the limits of what they can get away with"? Your comments Here
Congratulations On The Victory
Yourberg... Year to
date several million people have successfully proven their innocence. These
people happened to encounter a roadblock where travelers were detained
and required to prove their innocence. Not everyone gets such an opportunity.
In order to be included in the select group the candidates are required
to use a public road. For the benefit of readers old enough to think they
saw this article before, it is not the same one you read in Germany in
1941, this is 2001 in the USA. Yes this happens on a regular basis, and
the supreme court has said it doesn't violate any rights. How could anyone
go along with such a ridiculous idea? Roadblocks are put in place, everyone
is detained and required to prove their innocence and the only reason is
because they were there. Perhaps someone sees this differently, however
I am not able to accept being on a public road as showing probable cause
to detain and search. At this point it is necessary to dispel what so many
of you may be thinking and take a good look at what is happening to any
trace or rights you think you have. I do not support drunk driving. I do
not drive drunk. I have never had a DUI, and I have never been through
one of these roadblocks, although I have made several detours through a
shopping plaza, not because I would have been unable to prove my innocence,
but because I should not have to. I agree that drunk drivers should be
taken off the road, but find another way. Perhaps a roadblock on the private
entrance to The Country Club would be a good place to start. Anyway
back to the title of this article. You might have lost the the battle in
1945, but your philosophy is winning in America. Congratulations Adolph
!!

According to all sources I was able to locate the government claims to
want to put an end to child pornography on the internet. A closer look
at this situation reveals this to be another situation where a spokesperson
tells the public what they want to hear, while behind the scenes there
are people who profit from child pornography and remain immune from prosecution.
Although this appears to be a very bold statement, it it extremely easy
to verify the facts. The hardest thing required is to disable your spam
blocker. The advertisements for child pornography will appear in your inbox.
Next follow the links provided to the web site and click on the link to
sign up. This will lead you directly to the Sacred Cows. All the
sign up pages use Master Card and/or Visa and the equipment used to process
these transactions is usually located in the United States. By now you
should be starting to get a hint about the Big Picture. These people do
get a percentage of the profits from virtually all the child pornography
on the internet. Just as ignorance of the law has been defined as no excuse,
ignorance of what type of transactions generate revenue for a company is
no excuse. So long as we allow the Sacred Cows to profit from child
pornography these pictures will remain part of the internet.

USA... President Bush has recently completed his first European trip and
there is no doubt that someone will call the trip a success. Perhaps the
fact that most Europeans disagree with Mr. Bush's policies, yet none of
them were able to get close enough to throw eggs or rotten vegetables is
an accurate indicator of success. So what does this have to do with a power
outage? Well I'm not talking about the publicized outages, but the power
which supplies the little light bulb which occasionally flickers above
a person's head. The overwhelming disapproval for a new missile defense
program is an example of the Europeans (as well as many Americans), taking
the correct position for all the wrong reasons. The concept presented here
is the important thing, so don't be overly concerned with total accuracy
of the numbers used. The missile defense programs using nuclear warheads
has been around for some 50 odd years. During this time it has been widely
reported that the major powers have enough of these weapons to destroy
the earth 37 times over, however the number of times which any of these
implements of mass destruction have been used remain at ZERO. So exactly
when did the light bulb first start to flicker? Being in such a position
of power at least some of these people had to realize that once we destroy
the earth 3 or 4 times, all those weapons which would be used to destroy
the earth the 5th or 10th or 28th time would have also been destroyed.
Assuming that I'm not the only one whose light bulb works this way, a wonderful
opportunity becomes perfectly clear. This is all secret information, there
is no way to audit where or how many of these things exist or if they do
exist at all. Does anyone truly believe that I am the only person who would
get the idea to pretend to build the weapons and simply keep the money?

Anytown USA... One
of the favorite things in today's sports world is the reporting of salaries
for any player who signs a contract in professional sports. Players who
never reach the performance level to be called average make a million dollars
per year, while the stars are getting 5, 10 or 20 million per year. This
publicity has given the fans an attitude which produces the Boos for anything
less than perfection and a gaggle of forums where anyone with an opinion
gets to say their piece about the athletes deserving the BIG MONEY for
playing a game they enjoy. When if ever will any of them go a little deeper
and research the owners who pay the salaries, and present some facts which
have been lost in the shuffle. For example; How much does the people who
pay the 20 million dollar salaries keep for themselves and what do any
of them do to deserve that much money?

Cloning Debate Aka Get A Clue People
YourMedia... Recent
announcements made by the Doctors who intend to do human cloning experiments
have sparked a flurry of headlines and debates. Legislators worldwide are
drawing up laws to ban cloning, primarily because they fear the religious
fanatics would prevent their re-election. Cloning falls into the category
of scientific research. Taking a more realistic view of this topic, we
might stumble across a sub category called Government Classified Top
Secret Scientific Research. Therein lies the clue to the ridiculous
scenario being presented by the major media sources. Anytime a subject
falls into the category known as Government Classified Top Secret Scientific
Research, the time interval between when something happens in a laboratory
and when the public hears about it is usually ten years or more. Dolly
the sheep hit the front page in 1997. You do the math dear clueless ones.

This article presents an all too common aspect of life in the USA. How
to be correct without coming across as a total hypocrite, however I am
going to give it a try. The article found here
is a shining example of how the courts do not respect the decisions of
another court. In this case one person, (the judge) has the authority to
over rule the decision of twelve people (the jury). The amount of money
involved in either decision is large enough to be beyond anything the average
taxpayer will ever have, but the lower figure is only 0.33% of the original
decision of the jury. Since even the lower figure is far beyond anything
the general public gets to deal with, people loose sight of the fact that
major corporations loose in court and then a paid off judge changes the
award to a figure small enough that the looser does not receive any significant
punishment. It is rather shameful that seeing the common man receive that
much money for suing the corporate giant overshadows the fact that loosing
in court results in no real punishment. Hopefully someone will realize
the concept I have just described. Now for the part where I have to attempt
to avoid being perceived as a total hypocrite. In this particular case,
the individual used his own free will, nobody forced this man to smoke
anything. The proper award should be $0.00

Washington D.C. USA...
Recently senator Strom Thurmond collapsed on the senate floor. Mr. Thurmond
is 98 years old. I sincerely hope he recovers. I have never met this man
and mean no offense to him personally or other senior citizens in any way.
I do however hope that some others are seriously offended. For example
all those who like to talk about how hard any of our elected officials
work. Perhaps senator Thurmond was some kind of superman, but it seems
much more likely that he was not, leading us to the logical conclusion
that any job which can be done by a man of that age is not hard work. There
is also the logical possibility that this man was a member of the senate
in name only and someone else did the actual work. Regardless of which
of these statements is true something else is also true. Something about
the way our government works is in desperate need of repair.

Everywhere USA...One
of the complaints recently expressed by rescue workers not only in New
York but across the country is the lack of communication they receive from
federal agencies. This helps to illustrate another of the problems with
our government. We do not have a government. We have four governments,
federal, state, county and local. This results in redundant activities
increasing the cost and henceforth the burden on taxpayers. We also have
the things which are legal in one place and illegal in another, oftentimes
within walking distance of our homes. There is no way to truly be one nation
until we have one set of rules. Following the principles already in place
we must assure that any errors made are made on the side of freedom. Remember
in order for everyone to benefit from rights and freedom it is the rights
of those we disagree with which are the most important to protect. In order
to truly have a united nation we must therefore make the things which are
legal anywhere legal everywhere. Since there appears to be a large number
of self proclaimed protectors of society who do not know how to respect
the rights of others, I will offer you some tips on how to cope with the
aspects of freedom you seem to oppose. For anyone who happens to not respect
the laws of Nevada, do not place any bets or spend your money on prostitutes.
For anyone who does not respect the 21st amendment to the constitution,
if you don't like alcohol, do not drink it. For anyone who does not respect
the laws of California, tell your doctor you prefer a treatment other than
marijuana.

Washington D.C.USA...Recently
an act of domestic terrorism was prevented unfortunately the major news
media failed to report the issue, and our government failed to arrest and
prosecute those responsible. The front man Mitch Glaizer is a low life
puppet of some BIG money interests who attempted to obtain government sanctions
to break in to our computers and destroy files. Read a more detailed story
here.
It is truly disgusting to be made aware of just how far this group of people
who are totally obsessed with greed will go. During these times when the
entire world's population who are not part of the terrorist organizations
are concerned with their safety from attacks using biological agents or
of a suicide bombing by some brainwashed drone, there are still people
among us who are concerned only with increasing the wealth of the wealthy.
The time for a complete boycott of all RIAA products is clearly illustrated
by these actions. I also have a serious question for ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX
and NBC, "why didn't any of you tell us about this attempt to legalize
hacking our computers?"

Washington D.C.USA...This week we got to see two stunning examples of the greed and corruption of the US government. The first example was the failure to pass an airport security bill. It seems as though George Bush and a majority of congress are opposed to using federal employees with no profit margin required. These people prefer to use private companies which will be more expensive due to the profits. The only thing which is not common knowledge here is; do our lawmakers own these companies or were they bribed to support the more expensive method ? The second example involves the Justice Department and Micro$oft. It seems as though the Justice Department is negotiating with Micro$oft on their punishment. Although we have all heard of the term plea bargain (a way for lawyers to make money without going to court or trying to win a case), the bargains are normally made in return for a guilty plea and there is no trial. In this case Micro$oft did have a trial and was found guilty. Perhaps the Justice Department would like to tell the rest of us how much it costs for them to negotiate the punishment for someone found guilty.
Washington D.C.USA...Recently the Supreme Court revoked former president Bill Clinton's license to argue before their Kangaroo Court. Supposedly because they did not approve of his sex life. What a surprise that the Republican majority kangaroos would be jealous of a Democrat's sex life. Did Mr. Clinton really plan on presenting anything to them? I doubt it. What we have here is another example of how these self serving creeps waste our tax money, however that is but a drop in the ocean compared to the $50 million Ken Starr funneled somewhere digging up sex stories under the guise of investigating the totally unrelated Whitewater deals. I for one do not really care what the Supreme kangaroos have to say. Nor do I respect or agree to obey the decisions of any court which ignores the constitution and denies me the right to present a case, simply because they can exercise their option to only hear cases presented by a select list of their fellow members of the Lawyer's Union(American Bar Association). Perhaps these kangaroos should learn to read and understand that the term used in the constitution is CITIZEN.
Washington D.C.USA...The latest development in the case of missing intern Chandra Levy has given investigators the bonus of getting real pay while pretending to investigate. A subpoena has been issued for the records of Gary Condit. Remember that case where the news media totally abandoned the concept of being innocent until proven guilty. I really do not know what happened to Ms. Levy or if Mr. Condit was involved, and neither do any of the self serving so called journalists. What I do know is that April to November is seven months, plenty of time for records to be destroyed or altered. These people also know that, however the subpoena provides a great opportunity to do nothing and get paid to investigate. Perhaps the government will also send me a grant to search my backyard with hopes of finding the Holy Grail.
New York N.Y...Finding reasons to praise political leadership resembles grasping for straws, but here goes. The chairman of the democratic party has decided to not endorse the Racist Al Sharpton for president in 2004. Hip hip hooray!!
Allegheny County Pa. USA...County commissioners are pressing to enact living wage legislation. The measure will require county employees and employees of contracted companies to pay a living wage of $9.12 per hour for employees with a benefit package and $10.62 per hour for employees without a benefit package. Supporters of this legislation must be applauded for actually wanting to improve the lives of the voters who elected them. Unfortunately the issue is being opposed by other elected officials who either own companies doing business with the county or receive bribes from the companies that expect to pay slave wages and use illegal aliens to work on their county contracts. Yes I have accused these elected officials of bribery and corruption without any evidence aside from the logical conclusion. Save your arguments about what is good for business. The fact of the matter is "any company which pays poverty level wages and benefits, deserves bankruptcy at best".
Clinging To A Fairy Tale
Helsinki Finland...A $103,600 speeding ticket was issued to an executive of the Nokia phone company. What a wonderful concept, basing the amount of a fine on a person's income and assets so that we have a figure that is actually a punishment for the wealthy. We can only hope that this concept gets the attention to have it implemented worldwide.
Widespread USA...There is no doubt that many people will consider my writings to be nothing more than psychotic rambling. So is there anyone who can explain to me why they consider my views to be psychotic rambling as opposed to a realistic view of a system that desperately needs repaired. Beginning with the easily called psychotic here try to follow my reasoning. Everyone (except the brainless racists) agrees that Abraham Lincoln was one of the greatest leaders the U.S. has ever had. History class told the tales of a self educated man who became president. The disgusting reality of the present legal system tells us that should you or I choose to be represented in a court of law by Mr. Lincoln, we would be denied that opportunity because he is not a member of the American Bar Association. Rather hypocritical in my opinion and it doesn't really need to be Mr. Lincoln to realize that we are not permitted to have legal representation of our choice. Call me psychotic, stupid or any other words of your choosing, but I still need at least one valid reason why I or anyone else should respect the rulings of any court in this country.
