eGroups has control over the material posted on their system, as described here. By posting some charliehobbs discussion threads at this web site I am attempting to make the eGroups system of greater use to charliehobbs members. This in no way removes the existing obligation to adhere to eGroup's ground rules:

You agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell or distribute in any way content available through the Service, including code and software.

The legal distinction is between fair personal use by charliehobbs members and any attempt to sell charliehobbs content.
