POW/MIA Monument

1.   North Korean POW Kept Alive: The Meaning of the Flag - This is a touching story that is a must read for those who really want to know what our flag means to a veteran (especially a POW).

2.   Status of the POW/MIA Issue - What is really being done (or NOT being done) to bring our POW/MIA's home where they belong?

3.   2 MIA's Identified - The remains of two American servicemen previously unaccounted for from the war in Southeast Asia have been identified and are being returned to their families for burial in the United States. Our efforts are making a difference but we still have a long way to go.

4.   Congressman Jim Talent - Prepared Speech for Rolling Thunder Washington, DC (May 30, 1999). You need to read this one for yourself. I only pray that this was truly from your heart Congressman and not just a political speech, and that you are taking positive action to help recover our POW/MIA's.

5.   Good Advice: From Bob Pruden - For those inclined to contact their elected officials, and I encourage all of you to, this is great advise on the most effective ways to do so. Thank you Bob!

6.   A POW/MIA Message - A fine example of Loyalty and Support.

7.   WWII POW Remembers Who Saved Him - A closer look at the courage brought out in the face of great adversity..

8.   What Happened? - This Retired Navy Chaplain has hit the nail on the head with this one. While it is not POW/MIA related, I felt that it warranted posting here. It is one of the best examples I have seen of the old saying: "All it takes for evil to prevail is for enough good men to do nothing!"

9.   1,337 Words - A message about our founding fathers and of the honor and courage they displayed in signing the Declaration of Independence. Let's not let their honor and courage be in vain.
