Chock full of lemony bits
This page is in response to all the questions i get asked about lemon baseball. I still can't get over it that you people have never played it..or even tried it...soooo much fun. =)
First of all, its basically a MadeUpAtTheSpurOfTheMoment type of thing..I hate to let myself get bored, so I go off on a warped tangent and think of something fun for me to do :) Anyways,
lemon baseball was thought up by myself and my bestest friend Maya on a sunny day afterschool. Bored outta our skulls..no transportation or fundage to speak of..might as well go outside and look
fer somethin to do right? right! Ya see, we've got this here lemon tree in my front yard..who eats enuff lemons to eat all of em off a tree?? Certainly not anyone in my family..so we usually just threw them at the neighbor
cats (Slutcat mostly) but anyways..point is..we had an excess of lemons. Fortunatly for me, earlier that day I had just found my aluminum bat...*grins* what could be more fun than smashin citrus fruits into tiny bits? lemme tell ya..not much =) So thats how the whole lemon baseball thing got started..nifty lil trip down memory lane dontcha think? and no..it wasn't years and years ago..it was spring of '96 i think. :)
