-Get your priorities straight.

-Begin with the end in mind.  See it; feel it; experience it before you do it. Prepare for it.

-Increase the Circle of Influence towards the Circle of Concern.

-Immediately admit and correct your mistake so that they have no power over the next moment and we 
 become empowered again.

-Schedule Your Self and manage your time.

-Empower the people with and below you and they will push you up.

-Write your personal MISSION STATEMENT. Detect, not invent your personal mission.
