Ingredients:
4 Eggs
2 cups Milk
125g soft butter
1/2 cup Plain (All purpose) Flour
3/4 cup Caster Sugar
3/4 cup Coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
1. preheat oven to 160 C / 325 F.
2. Place all ingredients in one bowl.
3. Mix well.
4. Pour into greased pie/flan dish.
5. Bake for 1 hour.
This pie forms its own shortcrust base,
custardy filling and crunchy coconut top.
