Darkovan Rabbithorn Stew

( for Terranans, you can use Hare)

1.clean Rabbithorn of skin and separate it into portion-sized sections.

2.Dust with seasoned flour and briefly saut� to brown, do not cook all the way through. Place the browned meat in a deep roasting pan and cover with beer.

3.Don�t use more then necessary to cover the meat, as you want it to thicken.

4.Bake at 350�-375�F for about an hour or until the meat is very done, and the liquid has started to take on a syrupy consistency.

5.Meanwhile, take several large white onions and slice them into stripes. saut� them with butter until they start to get translucent.

6.Take a mixture of breadcrumps, salt, pepper and saffron and add it to the onions.

7.Add some of the sauce to moisten and cook until the breadcrumbs have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has turned golden brown.

8.Serve together.
