Millet Gruel
1 litre Milk
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp honey
1tsp salt
some lemon peel
1 tbsp butter
200g millet
50g sugar
1 tsp cinammon

1. Bring the milk, butter,and lemon peel to boil.
2. Add the millet and let it simmer for about an hour. Stirring occasionally.
3. Once done, mix the sugar and cinammon together, and sprinkle over it.
