Alicia asked, �Why am I so weak?�
Sheryl said, �You�re the Red Rainbow Mage, your susceptible to the freezing cold,�
Alicia muttered weakly, �Great..� as they continued on for a short while, then they came to a to a split in the valley, �Which way?�
Sheryl pointed right, �That ---,� then the man with the scar on his face from before leapt down from above with a sword, nicking Sheryl�s arm and knocking her back. Sheryl said, �Ugh, you again, what do you want?�
He said, �A match, I recognize you two as wondrous fighers if you are able to purge the beast from that town, therefore, I challenge you to a duel, as the duelist I know you to be, Sheryl of Asundra, you will accept, and we will fight to the death,�
Sheryl said, �Who the HECK are you?!� and she paused, �It doesn�t matter..STOP! I am Sheryl! Protector of Water and Ice! I cannot allow you to stand in my path! Bubble Blade!� and she summoned her sword and prepared to do battle with the man.
Alicia tried to step inbetween them, saying �Wait, what about Dooble�and Kentilion?!�
Sheryl said calmly, �I need to do this, Alicia, let me,� Alicia stepped away, letting Sheryl have her �duel� with the strange man. The man held his curved blade tightly, as the two of them circled around eachother. Sheryl said, �How do you know me?�
The man said, �The facts are not important, what matters is, I am a duelist, as you are,� and he leapt at her, their swords clashing. They two blades pressed against eachother, sparks flying, then Sheryl rolled to the side and the man leapt into the air. He brought his sword down once more, but Sheryl spun to the side, then slammed the handle of her blade onto he man�s back, knocking him back. The man quickly spun around, slashing Sheryl�s shoulder.
Sheryl said, �You are trained well, your from Asundra as well,�
The man said, �Ones from the village of water can always tell eachother,�
Sheryl said, �Yes,� and slashed low, but the man jumped, then kicked her, knocking her back. So all three of them, Sheryl, Alicia, and the unknown man had their backs facing a rather large previously unnoticed tree, which suddenly back to meld into an extremely large darkness, until it formed a gigantic black rock monster: Dooble was here.
All three turned instantly.
The man said, �What is that?�
Sheryl said, �Its him,�
Alicia said, �Dooble..�
The man said, �I believe our duel may be postponed, Asundra duelist,�
Sheryl nodded, �I believe so, we have a problem�
Alicia said, �Well yeah, you could say that!!� and took ahold of her Strawberry Rod, but Sheryl pushed her hand down.
Sheryl said, �No, let us handle this, you are not yet ready to attack Dooble,�
Then red eyes suddenly brightened in the rock monster�s eyes as Dooble came alive, and he began stomping towards the two of them.
Sheryl said, �I never caught your name?�
The man said, �Kan,�
Sheryl said, �Well then Kan, let us do combat with the greatest evil I have ever had witness to,�
Sheryl yelled, �Aqua Chamber!!� and a pillar of water encompassed Dooble, but it seemed to have no effect, as he just stomped onward. Then Kan leapt forward with his sword, but Dooble tossed him down like a fly, casting him aside. Sheryl screamed out, �Aqua Vortex!� and Dooble was completely covered in water, but he still moved onward, completely unaffected. Sheryl said, �He�s growing in strength�Ice Fence!!� and her fence of ice started to rise up from underneath Dooble, but his feet crushed it as nothing seemed to have no effect. Dooble finally got right in front of Sheryl�s face and she drove her sword through him, then it burst into bubbles, not having any effect on him whatsoever. Dooble grabbed Sheryl, lifting her up and she said, �Go away, BLUEEEEEEEEEEE�.VALLEY!!� then suddenly the entire blue valley seemed to shimmer blue for an instant and ice slammed into Dooble from all directions and with a *BANG!* he vanished into a vapor of black smoke.
Sheryl and Alicia went over to check on Kan, but it was clear he was dead. He vanished into a massive array of colors. Sheryl said, �Alicia�Dooble is much stronger,�
Alicia said, �I could see that!! Why didn�t you let me help?�
Sheryl said, �I�m your protector, I will not fail you, now come we must continue,� and they darted onward to the west. They came upon the entrance of an ice cavern, and the north was a small alcove with a large towering hill of ice. It suddenly began to meld into blackness, as a gigantic dragon formed out of the hill.
Alicia said, �Oh my��
Sheryl said, �Go into the ice cave, it�s the first of Kentilion�s dungeons, through it you will find Rainbow City, GO! NOW!�
Alicia said, �What about you?�
Sheryl said, �I am Sheryl, Protector of Water and Ice, and you are Alicia, the Red Rainbow Maiden, you must continue on your quest, and I must continue on mine, now go, please,�
Alicia, very worried, but knowing she would die if she faced Dooble, went in the ice cavern, she went with a slight tear in her eye.
Sheryl then went over to Dooble and said, �Lets see what you got, big fella,�
