It should be made clear that the following is a work in progress, which in the increasingly unlikely case that I am still able to remain in the game, will be ready by the time the petrodollar crash transpires triggering the race war which will lead to the chieftains being vanquished by their own victory; & the small window of historic opportuinty when words have the power to stop bullets, to enable a gyrostabilising vision to be propelled by the very apocalyptic chaos itself...

Even if I am unable to remain in the game to complete my work, theneven in its present form it is still viable (even in its present transitional condition) to serve as a Rosetta stone/ guide to what can/ must be done & how in order to arrest the descent into anarchy.
