I have hitherto resisted the impulse to write how
this theory has been developed as I cannot even keep up to date the material in
volumes 1, 2 & 4 Of `Substance Over Form' (as constraints of time require
me to prioritise the gameplan. general outline of Vol III - informed by the
ultra condensed deep theory of Vol V).
Therefore if I cannot even keep all existing works up to
date, to produce a 6th volume explaining the processes of keeping everything up
to date is clearly not viable...
But every now & then, a Q or previous error will
manifest itself, such that failure to deal with such fatally blocks all further
progress.
Now this can be at the overt (political) technological
level (eg the ned to simaltaneously assault all
apocalyptic parochialisms in a fully integrated fashion from the
beginning - something that was in any case possible post Sept 11th)...
...But it can also be psychological. Failure to measure
up to the moment, to deal with the challenge of a particular instant can
threaten to wipe everything out. Reduce all to zero. So it can be with past
errors.
Now normally (fortunately) it is just a Q of dealing with
reasons for not having developed further this or that concept or explaining
reasons for extreme caution (such as why I refused until USA actually engaged
in the Iraq warto fully commit my gamepln to the assumption that war would take
place. Instead (in `Excalibur-op4') attempted to cover a broad range of (albeit
less developed) scenarios; to avoid being caught cold...
So the Q arises what on earth possessed me to write (note
especially text in red):
Saddam Hussein,
The Political Samson Option
& The World Revolution
2000 years ago in Jerusalem, an
insurgent leader (rather more likeable politically & personally than saddam
Hussein) asked one of his trusted followers to set him up for capture (with a
kiss) by the temple authorities; their collaboration with Rome would be
indicted, in order to serve as a focus for/ pave the way for a general uprising
of.
Eg if Jesus was martyred by the
authorities, they would be delegitimised. If set free, then Jesus would defacto
be the supreme political leader, with authority to command a revolt.
It didn't work. The Jewish
authorities handed Jesus over to Roman power. Rome (in the shape of Pontius
Pilate) did dare face down the threat of insurgency (as shown later in the
Jewish revolt of 72 A.D.); had the will to tough it out, as well as the armour.
The
original blood libel/ garbage about Jesus being `murdered by the Jews' (who,
for some strange reason no apologist for this libel seems to have noticed, was
subject to a specifically Roman means of execution, crucifixion)
was of course to spare Caesar Constantine the embarressment of his
predeccessors being proclaimed `deicides' in the censored version of the Bible
by the rising religion Constantine sought to establish a strategic pact with.
Hence the laughably benign portrayal of `merciful' Pontius Pilate.
But the Americans have feet of clay
& everybody knows it. The antiwestern forces in Iraq (a mixture of
Saddamites/ Islamic fascists & also secular nationalists that hated Saddam
Hussein - long before the western arms dealers gave them permission to do so)
are not defeated. & everybody knows it.
Consequantly it is completely
irrelevant wether Saddam Hussein is (in allowing himself to be
captured) the big girl's blouse he is generally being made out to be, or wether
he is playing an extremely deep game, allowing himself to be caught at an
optimal time in order to sucker the USA empire into a global legitimacy
crisis...
...the reappearance of Saddam
Hussein (the Americans tipped of by a member of saddam Husseins' family; to be sure this is short term at least, a
major psychological boost to the empire), means the USA led military plutocracy daren't just dispose
of him without a trial; in an attempt to strengthen the
credibility of their puppet regime (of course
if they do not hang him this looks like fatal weakness/ foments the collapse of
their control).
NOT when they claim to
be in Iraq to establish the rule of law against a tyrant THEY
originally installed in the first place - which fact negates any right to
conduct summary field tribunal/ execution; as the command responsibility
goes up the food chain to the USA led military plutocratic elite itself.
Saddam Hussein is not
plotting his comeback. There can be no uprising to re-install a monster who monstered
to murderously for the USA led military plutocracy (when it
suited them).
Instead at his trial...

he is not allowed/ able to speak, if he is drugged, there will be plenty of
people to voice the fact that he so murderously aided by the USA led imperial
agenda
Saddam Hussein was
the CIA's monster, repressing not only his own radicals (beginning with the
slaughter of 16,000 Communists on a death list given him by the CIA), but also
at CIA instigation through initiating war with Iran (attempted annexation of
the Shat al Arab, helping to consolidate a fascist elite there clinging to
power through attritional war which, as both sides needed to fund their
war efforts, both sides maximised output of oil which kept the oil price low, until the war ended & USA
military plutocracy encouraged Kuwait to drill under the Iraqi border, by
`refusing to get involved in border disputes' to quote April Glaspie, which
can only be read as encouraging Kuwait in it's provocation, as the war
which was forced on Iraq/ gave a pretext for USA military plutocracy to
bludgeon the monster they created & a couple of million or so people to
death, to insure no long term threat to their imperial interests in the region
- militarily (especially nuke proliferation),
politically or economically.
Moreover this USA
led military plutocratic objective of regional control is why the Iranian
secular leftwing democrat Mossadegh had to be overthrown by the CIA/ MI6, who
installed the Shah, why Islamic fascist regimes in Saudi Arabia/ throughout the
mideast were the USA regimes favorite weapon of choice to butcher communists/
secular leftwing democrats.
To prevent any
independant pol/econ policy being developed which threatened USA military
plutocratic elite interests regionally or globally, by lesser breeds without
the law, that
possess no right to protection from a single global constitution & legal
framework covering all humanity & holding all accountable before it.
This general purpose operation also
intimidated surrounding regimes which kept the oil price low.

in fact if he so fails to make said points, eg if drugged, such points will be
equally conspicuous by their abscence - as if he had said them himself.
Saddam Hussein shall simply aim to
drag the entire USA led military plutocratic empire to hell with him. In fact,
by indicting him for following their orders, the USA led military
plutocrats have already condemned themselves, as they bear ultimate
command responsibility.
Indeed
USA regime can only continue to distance themselves from the crimes of Saddam
Hussein regime, if there is no elected Iraqi govt possessing
legitimacy, saying `we are not responsible for debts incurred, USA regime
installed him' & only a puppet regime possessing no legitimacy; &
therefore entirely (& correspondingly uselessly, in terms of containing USA
Casualties) dependant on USA regime...

it be clear that all (4 main) permutations…
eg:
a) A puppet Iraq govt (causing
even the Shia to rise up en masse)
b) An elected Iraq govt the USA
resists/ undermines the soveriegnty of (leading to general rebellion among
Shia), or:
c) An elected Iraq govt that USA
are before the whole world compelled to concede ground (to avoid mass troop
casualties) sufficient to underpin said Iraq govt.s' credibility....
d) (Even) The Iranian revolution
(partially kept in check at the time of writing 2/2/04, by Ayatollahs able to
exploit Nationalist sentiment to USA imperial led threats against Iran) will
create a feeling of `see we can sort things out ourselves', so that USA
opposition to Iraqi shia tearing up privitisations will fuel an aggressive
backlash. & again, wether USA leaves peacefully or driven out, the Saudi
regime will be fatally geo psychologically weakened...

weakens USA (geo psycho political) position in Saudi Arabia…
Vis Saudi Arabia, collapse/ deposition of the Saudi regime, even if initially led by semi secularists, means Saudi Arabia increasingly prone to call for Jihad/ war to liberate Palestine, triggering pre-emptive Israeli strike/ cessation of oil supplies (even if the westerners hadn't all fled already)...
...Especially given
that even if secularists initially gain control, Al Qaeda elements will have
been involved in the fighting/ have access to all the arms we sold the Royal
tyrants & vis oil price Q; both trigger USA interference (which
Al Qaeda will actually want, to secure control of the internal/ regional
agenda). & any USA interference whatsoever will foment massive
backlash...
...Furthermore the
100% inevitable arming of the Palestinians with all the hightech kit Thatcher
& co (on behalf of us all) sold Saudi, will not go unnoticed by Israeli
missile command...

while it is certainly true that there is a certain potential for development of
Iraq with the abandonment of the
expense of a nat sec state in defiance of USA imperial will, to
raise living standards...

either acqueisence to USA (by Iraqis/ Arab peoples in general) increases
Israeli settler hubris or, the driving out of USA forces increases Israeli's
sense that (in the abscence of some other large protector/ gaurentor of It’s
security within the framework of a viable regional/ global settlement/
constitution, eg a revolutionary Europe, by default) it must take
independant initiative (against any emerging threat to its' security - eg
invading the maelstrom of post Royal Saudi Arabia)...
...Against
backdrop of the conflict between USA/ Iraqi state over the price of oil (to
fund Iraqi development on one hand and offset USA trade deficit on the other),
a flashpoint merger of the Q of price of oil with Palestinian Q
is certain at some point.
…The crisis of legitimacy detonated
by said judicial/ televisual Gotterdamerung, will spell the real beginning of
the end of the USA empire & ignite a conscious craving on the
part of increasing swathes of humanity for a single geo pol/econ
constitutional & legal framework gaurenteeing the legitimate security
interests of all humanity & holding all accountable before it. The lack of
such shall simply cease to be acceptable, even in the first world.
But that is not all. For the crash
of USA empires' pseudo legitimacy will set fire to the whole world. The 3rd
world Islamic fascists/ revanchist dynamic sensing psycho - organically the
changed environment, will succeed in driving the westerners from Saudi Arabia
& catalyse the geo pol/econ collapse/ chaos; such that in Britain, the
(racialised) politics of the last bullet will threaten wholesale anarchy/
primal panic.
Now it might be argued that
(aforementioned) oil largesse makes possible proxy intervention (under USA
control) that would eclipse the global legitimcay Q, thus restabilising
(through cheap oil) the military plutocratic system......
Eg
destabilisation of Iraqi Kurdistan producing a drive for independance,
triggering Turkish intervention (to prevent cessation of Turkish Kurdistan)
& occuppation of the region correspondingly causing Iran (Turkey's rival)
to occuppy southern (Shia) Iraq (eg the internal military geo political
initiative in Iran shifts to prowestern tendancies in the Iranian state,
seeking such an option under USA imperial aegis).
......but the fact that such
intervention by proxy forces can only be engaged after USA defeat......
...means that USA empire does not
decisively call the shots...
...means that disputes over the
largesse destabilise all adjoining (proxy force) intervening
states (not to mention the renewed rise/ re-occurence of Islamic fascism
including in the intervening states themselves) subjecting them to (internal)
pol/econ overstretch...
Eg USA cannot (for
long) use the exotic approach of exploiting its own weakness to (mobilise
states/ peoples to) hold the centre (on basis of its' hegemony).
Because ultimately such an exotic approach/ mechanism can
only really work if all global civil society is pro-actively engaged; because
preserving the centre (ever more clearly) serves their mutual long term
interests (as outlined in `Communique Number 1' in` Lucifer2.zip') this can be
made to work for the Revolution (but not the military plutocratic elites,) of
their actively engaged civil societies in the context of a single global
constitutional framework/ framework of global reconstruction...
Furthermore, Blair's embrace of the
(Iraqi) quagmire option post Sept 11th has actually prevented use
of nukes by USA regime UNTIL the current option becomes so manifestly
unviable, that collapse of USA led imperial centre in mideast....
...leading
to cessation of oil supplies & corresponding geo pol/econ political nuclear
chain reaction propels an overtly historically suicidal logic...

Israeli invasion of Saudi Arabia leading to conflict with USA over price of
oil, then nuke war (by USA bomb worshippers) to usher in the reign of King
Jesus a la Revelations
7:4 & punish the Jews for their failure
to deliver on the oil, a manifestation of their perfidious refusal to
acknowledge King Jesus...
...Means that any future use of
nukes would come AFTER a manifest geo psycho
political defeat. So that it would correspondingly be impossible for use of
nukes to function as a means to temporarily stabilise USA
imperial control of the geo psycho pol/econ agenda...

through nuke terror initiate the carve up of Iraq between Turkey & a
westernised Iran (as mentioned earlier) proxy forces under USA aegis to supply
cheap oil to offset the USA trade deficit - until the internal hubristic
specualtive financier/ credit expansionist plunder outweighs the capacity of
external plunder to prevent the entire USA led military plutocratic system
imploding).
Eg as the shock comes after
the manifest failure of the USA psycho political centre, it actually would compound
the sense of unfolding chaos/ descent into primal panic. in the way that if the
World Trade Centre attack/ imperial war had come after the
Enronisation of the entire pol/econ had been revealed, then this would not
have had the psycho political effect of having stabilised the USA military
plutocratic elite control of the geo pol/econ (eg the psycho political focus
is shifted sufficiently to the war to act as a temporary firebreak until the
whole rotten edifice comes crashing down), but fomented
descent into primal panic...
Indeed
curious to note that while September 11th provided a pretext for Iraq war &
to retain control of the geo psycho pol/econ agenda, Sept 11th had also made it
paradoxically much more difficult to instigate the carve up of Iraq (between
Turkey & Iran) WITHOUT USA becoming (much more prone to be)
directly & ruinously involved; as a result of Blair standing `shoulder to
shoulder' (an offer that could not be refused by USA regime without
ceding control of the entire geo psycho pol/econ agenda) - to prevent the
fruitcakes throwing the nukes around (curiously overlooked in polite
conversation)...
(So) Wether by accident or a
paradoxically capital criminal virtue, Blair has bought time for humanity.
Meaning that when the collapse of the USA imperial centre in mideast &
corresponding cessation of oil (or even Islamic fascist nuke strike in the
west) leads to the (collapse of the entire military plutocratic geo pol/econ
centre in Britain/ globally; the) politics of the last bullet/ race war/ primal
panic gaining critical momentum in Britain/ globally, humanity does at least
have a choice, between the doomsday option & the Omega option....
…the new model Revolutionary
(military geo political economic) framework geared to defeating USA Caesarism,
classical fascism, Islamic (& Hindu) 3rd world fascism, (indeed every geo political economic threat, including the
spectre of global oblivion via nuke war in South Asia/ smallpox)
.....& based on the Core Paradox:
....that the (USA led) military
plutocratic elite depend on the Revolution to seize power (from the war/
finance nexus/ machine they are the gilded slaves of), to save their
(everyone’s) children; & that the Revolution (to avoid global annihilation)
is dependant on this factor & must tailor its entire military pol/econ
framework accordingly....
....that must (when & only when the geo pol/econ center of gravity
collapses) be launched
via a presidential model with a break off from the (then) already
collapsed state/ army…
…with its ready
made infrastructure (essential for rapid development, as no cadre based
movement could possibly grow at a rate capable of overtaking the collapse into
anarchy) geared to (putting backbone in) the universities as organisational
mechanisms for the mobilisation of the rest of (British/ global) civil society
(consolidating Revolution from below) to counter unfolding inexorable slide
into chaos. Mobilising for the framework outlined in `Communique Number 1' in `Lucifer2.zip'....
...to `break formation' (eg the theory generally writes
itself) & abandon my deconstructionist - reconstructionist technique of
eliminating the impossible to find the answers/ patterns...
...(which cannot be done vis the
Jesus legend) for a reckless foray into the Jesus legend???
An element of hubristic triumphalism at (my) having
finally triangulated the (USA led) military plutocratic regime/ system (the
10,000 year old war/ finance nexus) - after 6 years continuously tracking the
enemy, from the South East Asian crisis... (9 years continuously developing the
theory), was a factor.
The (triumphalist) desire to use its' own pet legend
against it combined with (apocalyptic) fear of what would happen
if I did not...
I can
honestly say I've never imbibed a blend like this merest trace of such before.
I'm rather disappointed in myself, I hoped I could hold my historical liquor
better than that...
...eg in context of
an increasingly personalised & Jerusalem centred
framework (refer back to Communique Number 1 if/ as required) - which logic further
antagonises the terminally white hot apocalyptic legends & requires a final
showdown with same...
...hence `Lucifer2' marque, to aggressively
confront the psycho historical legend of `The fall'
The most noteworthy primordial
manifestation (of this subordination of consciousness to matter) being the
legend of the `The Fall’… that (as) even, especially the light
bearer (`Lucifer’) was cast out for rebelling against God (vis encouraging man
to seek independant knowledge of good & evil), that demonstrably humanity
cannot save itself by its own autonomous revolutionary
initiative, but must instead wait for external divine intervention… this legend
is the geo psycho political caldera of the entire
Judaeo – Christian – Islamic world. & (as noted throughout S.O.F.; but
especially Vol III) it is in this geo psycho political setting that the fate of
all humanity will be decided more than anywhere else in the context of the unfolding
global pol/econ implosion of the war/ finance nexus.
..... that in order to
physically as well as intellectually preserve/ restore/ extend light in both
forms (electrical & intellectual), humanity must exploit the chaos/ fear
engendered by the final collapse of military plutocratic system to push a rev
geo pol/econ framework (which we outlined in `Communique Number 1' in
`Lucifer2.zip'- refer back to as required, or wait until we include text of
said communique shortly) enabling it to gain hegemony over its own
creation (consciousness gaining hegemony over matter...) vis culture of common
threats/ objectives confronting all humanity (especially in immediate term, to
develop sustainable energy sources - aided by civil society control of finance/
its own creation - humanity no longer subordinate to the war/ finance
nexus)....
The very beginings of this new
pol/econ culture are to be found in the hope that comes from the
beginnings of a viable strategy/ methodolgy to deal with said apocalyptic
threats - under pressure of said threats. Representing the pivotal point in
history, the precise point at which human consciousness begins to assert
its hegemony over matter/ finance/ its' own creation (hence to name `Lucifer2.zip'
- an aggressive refusal to submit to our primordial original fear - expressed
in the legend of `The fall', but to exploit the chaos to seize command of our
own destiny (we examine the strategic role of the cultural co-option of
Christian/ Islamic/ Jewish etc imagery in Chapter 2 of `Intro to Quantum
Materialism' - contained in `Lucifer2.zip').
....to break our own programming
& seize command of our own destiny (through the methods outlined in `Communique Number 1' in
`Lucifer2.zip'- refer back to as required)
- as outlined.
Such is the context.
Furthermore not only the comparison between Rome &
USA, but also the actual (aforementiond) fundamentals of the legitimacy
factor (vis both empires in the mideast) revealed them as mirror epochs...
As
seen there are mirror epochs in history.
Eg
the most obvious are the first longwave industrial economic boom (1789-1815)
& the last (in present era as at 9/8/04)
of such.
Both
led by a single preponderant power. In the case of Britain the transition
stabilised through repression enabling intensified exploitation in the context
of the French Revolution, with technical middle/ skilled working classes
increasingly providing new points of pol/econ
support. We have examined subsequant cycles of rev reform in response to
radical shocks enabling the reconfiguration of the military plutocratic system
by co-opting new layers of support to stabilise military plutocratic social differentiation.
In
the USA case with no single state strong enough to lead the rev reconfiguration
of the military plutocratic system, the only way to temporarily
stabilise the regime is through speculative finance/ credit expansion accompanied
with a battle for resources & markets - the sclerotic effects of which
marginalise the military plutocratic elite in (bankrupt) power....
The
longwave depression marking the decline of mercantilism & corresponding
rise of industrialisation (eg aided by cheap capital as a result of market
saturation vis mercantile system a process itself aided by the failure of
British mercantilism to pass on the costs of its falling rate of profit by
defeat in the American Revolutionary war, blocking of that option)
And
correpsondingly the (contingent on
conscious civil society exploiting the apocalyptic threats confronting
all humanity to gain control of its own creation) managed depression
(stabilised by humanity's war substitute, the culture of the common threats/
objectives confronting all humanity - eg sustainable/ renewable energy -
pursued with a wartime will) which must usher in the era of solar power...
The
emergence of rev pol Chartism marking the birth of laborism (stimulating the
British military plutocracy to absorb/ semi institutionalise swathes of labor
to broaden the social base of the regime,
to prevent all out
insurgency)...
And
the defeat of the Black Panthers (eg as USA regime had no political legitimacy
for Blacks unlike for whites the strengthening
of USA Blacks position by the post war econ boom encouraged revolutionary
radicalism & the regime fear of a rev alliance with USA white labor leading
to Black panthers smashed under cover of the Vietnam war, thence as an organic process, the
switch to global finance centred speculative/ credit expansion outflanking said
radical threats) marking the geo
pol/econ squeeze/ decline/ fall of laborism.
The
consequant death of laborism/ inability of the war/ finance nexus to absorb
such in a new cycle process of rev reform (as paradoxically, the inablity of
the USA or any other single preponderant power, to reform itself by
itself in response to a radical shock/ lead a new geo pol/econ cycle of
rev reform) led not only to finance reigning as a law unto itself (without the
state any more able to function as an arbiter between capital & labor -
refer back to Chapter 5 of Vol III vis capitalist longwave cycles) but the
tendancy for the main power (USA) to attempt to regulate/ control/ stablise the
geo pol/econ agenda on the basis of the short term interests of its ruling
elite (regardless of the consequances) as a new Rome
yet
unlike the old Rome, precisely because it values its own blood so highly &
regrds 3rd world blood so cheaply, it is unwilling to suffer casualties in
battle, to secure its rapacious interests.
So
that all that remains for USA to either
yield power (& make sacrifices for global reconstruction - to gaurentee the
security/ future of everyone's children) or retreat into the suicidal fantasy
of our Lord & Saviour riding to glory on a mushroom cloud...
So with increasing personalisation of the theory/ & Jerusalem
centred geo strategic gameplan (in `Communique Number 1') I couldn't avoid
therefore (& this is the point, that subconsciously I had been
able to & desperately wanted to so avoid, up until now) the whole Jesus legend...
Anything with a passing resemblence to `the 2nd
coming of Brian' has always spooked me somewhat....
But I sensed I'd finally reached the tipping point,
where it had become more intellectually/ morally/ strategically perilous not
to face this down than to do so...
I think (at least at the conscious
level - what got me to pick up the book) I was looking for clues vis
martyrology. The idea of self sacrifice deployed in the right time/ place
(& vis the right ideas) as a kind of political nuclear warfare...
...& it was only a short walk (over a high cliff) to
think I could `eliminate the impossible' from the Jesus legend - to complete
the picture (said cocktail of triumphalism & fear gave me the over
confidence to attempt to do so)...
Yet there is much more to it than this. For without doubt
the biggest ingrediant (more than triumphalism & fear) was
paradoxically enough, excessive caution...
Curiously it only really occured to me that I'd made an
error when with gameplan becoming more & more personalised & Jerusalem
centred I thought I better study the origins of the Jesus legend more closely.
Both for clues as to how to take the nuclear fire out of it & also to learn
from the political technology...
Well, what was I (subliminally) so afraid of? That made
trawling through fragmentary Jesus legend (in order to contain/ appropriate
same to take the nuke fire out of it) seem a safer option???
It was the conclusion that not only must I (or
whomsoever else be in political command of the British Army – vis gameplan
outlined in `Political Communique Number 1) be
executed to consolidate rev law/ constitution (for reasons outlined in
Communique Number 1), but that (in order to consolidate the historical
liquidation of the apocalypse legends), I had to acknowledge (to eclipse said
legends) that from the point the sword kisses my neck to the moment it severs
my head, I reign as last king & take to the grave sufficient of all
the apocalyptic power of the apoclyptic legends with me...
...eclipsed by over-arching culture of the common
threats/ objectives confronting all humanity - to enable effective cultural as
well as formal/ legal consolidation of the geo constitutional/ legal framework.
I (or whomsoever else be in political
command of the British Army – vis gameplan outlined in `Political Communique
Number 1) must be beheaded by a Saudi executioner (the more
blood on his hands the better) in East Jerusalem (the capital of Medina
Commonwealth), the sword immediately destroyed afterwards for optimal cultural
impact. No other ceremony, gimmicks etc, before, during or after. Nothing
that detracts from the stark simplicity of the act - which itself is praxis
the final completion of theory & practice, the consolidation of the global
constitutional & legal framework
It was actually because I was so afraid of
this vulgar conclusion (of fleeting kingship), that the error I made (vis the
Jesus legend - which I correctly sensed had to be decisively tamed)
subliminally seemed more cautious...
...Therefore I did not develop point sufficiently
- even though I mentioned in/ explained the need for my execution to
consolidate global rev constitutional/ legal framework AND to effect a geo
cultural shock to critically consolidate overarching culture of common threats/
objectives confronting all humanity (underpinning said framework) in Lucifer2 mark1....

the need to go into what paradoxically seemed like fetishistic detail - which seemed
to detract from the historical substance & therefore seemed to amount to a
debasing braggadacio - which in turn implied I was not really
serious about it. Possibly even...
...I had
to make such a mistake I then had to correct in order to denote the terminal
stage of theoretical development before finally going operational...
eg theory develops
in relation to 5 factors:
1) Knowledge
2) Ignorance
3) Audacity
4) Caution
- all against the
backdrop of the primary contextual variable:
5) Objective ripeness/ unripeness of historic conditions.
...& therefore I made said error.
This is the only way said legends can be
dealt with according to said technique...
By elimination of the impossible, the only govt/ order
possible is that of the rev reconstructionist centre - held together by the
common culure of the threats/ objectives confronting all humanity...
Another factor for said error, is that I
had actually toyed with this rather gothic concept (of fleeting kingship vis
the process of sacrificial death) since about 1998 (eg ever since I recognised
as a 100% historical inevitability the need for sacrificial death in some form
- to free the idea from the control of its originator) & had hitherto
managed to avoid this ghastly idea...
So only the choice between leaving the apocalyptic
legends intact to reek their havoc, or embracing this ghastly idea to eclipse
them (& to account for said error - which if uncorrected would cause fatal
damage) could have so forced my hand...
...So by such an excessively cautious approach (prompted
dynamically by triumphalism & fear), I instinctively attempted to
`maintain contact with the enemy', the aforenmentioned error at least having
the merit of functioning as a cypher for the concept I needed to develop...
Only by capturing the contested strategic
geo cultural high ground can we eclipse such legends (as well as make viable
our framework); & yet in contesting this ground, it is neccessary to follow
through decisively (to use every available lever afforded by such
to break/ eclipse humanity's self destruct mechanisms...)...
By doing everything neccessary, to make the sacrifice the
focus for apocalypse legends eclipse - to enable said sacrifices to serve as
the decisive tipping point after which humanity has decisively mastered itself
via the overarching culture of the threats/ objectives confronting all humanity
- having achieved cultural hegemony (firstly through Global Commonwelath
Control of nukes etc & through wartime sacrifices to develop solar powered
desalination etc)...
We (I or whomsoever else be in political
command of the British Army – vis gameplan outlined in `Political Communique
Number 1) go to our place of execution
as a republican & we leave this world (for the 20 or so seconds we remain
alive after decapitation) as a republican, but during the process
of execution, we lay hold of kingship...
(sovereignty
vested in one individual - in this case the momentary autocratic political
focus of all humanity - effecting the switch to the aforementioned overarching
culture of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity which is
the precondition for the consolidation of the global constitution & legal framework....)
...in order to enable to liquidation of all such (&
all power derived from its like) for all time.
Vis Jesus legend, correspondingly it becomes ever clearer
we must place all our chips on the USA bomb worshippers. They will spectacularly
eclipse whatever errors we've made as long as we make responding to their
apocalyptic dynamic our strategic centre of gravity.
Historically we were disinclined to do this before, as to
do so seemed to wait until it was far too late.
Therefore (especially pre September 11th) , we imagined a
less dramatic/ less imediately globalised slide into political
anarchy....

USA trade deficit feeding into capital flight, global credit crunch,
hyperinflation & geo pol/econ collapse destroying the Ulster peace boom,
collapsing Blair's centre of gravity, leading to Ulster warlordism fusing with
Tory anti EU political warlordism over soverign right to commit genocide within
borders of Britain)
....correspondingly...
(especially
given pre September 11th, that with BNP parrellel organs strategy, we might
have needed to engage in paramilitary containment action - if large scale
disturbances occurred in London, before geo pol/econ conditions permitted the
launch of continuous operations, or else, in a state of prior dissaray, the geo
pol/econ crash would have precipitated a rout)
...I sought to develop my theory to match the
transitional demands of the time. Which meant intellectual discipline.
I long (instinctively) knew this meant trashing the JFK
`Camelot' legend, as well as a pre-emptive attack on any potential resurgent
Dianaism (if it was proved she was assassinated - see chapter 3 Vol IV of
S.O.F.) - in such a fashion as to instill the kind of discipline capable of
holding a revolutionary cadre together - when the general population is drunk
on pseudo revolutionary delusions - emoting/ expressing its hatred of the core
elite, but not prepared to consider for a moment the price of instituting a new
order of things. Or for that matter the price of failing to institute a new
order of things.
This also explains my original impulses (to
attempt to control what could not be controlled) which fed later into both
the aforementioned foray into the Jesus legend and also that vis
the USS Liberty Plot (we will analyse later).
I made the grave error of assuming there was clearly
enough surrounding evidence to link this isolated particular event
to the established principles (eg Cointelpro, & suchlike) of
regime pathology...
...Which fed not the `legend of Camelot', but rather of a
regime hack (in cahoots with mafia/ anti castro fascists) that had so outraged
same over his refusal to go all the way (to make Cuba a place fit for Sam
Giancana), that they were going to target him anyway (the murderous credentials
of such spoke for themselves) so that the regime proper had to take over the
plot in order the better to tie up the loose ends/ minimise the fallout (&
cauterise/ contain said forces); to prevent an army of skeletons marching out of
the cupboard.
this logic (rather than the manifestly absurd notion of a
coup plot against a visionary progressive) connected neatly with how/ why LBJ
was far more liberal/ progressive (vis Great Society program) than JFK...
...Which in turn appeared to link in with the Q of a `USS
Liberty Plot'

The Sinking of the USS Liberty
& the USA - Israeli plot to murder
the entire Soviet people in cold blood,
& its' lessons for the Revolution
I originally (in Excalibur-op4.zip
in earlier version of `Intro to QM') used the Q of the sinking of the USS
Liberty by Israel to dismiss with utter contempt Islamic fundamentalist claims
that Israel was involved in the attack on the world trade centre.
I wrote how this attack (on USS
Liberty) was entirely consistent with Israel's need to prevent USA
prevaricating in support of Israel at time of war (when USS Liberty listening
in on it's communications); that Israel would have felt able to take such stark
action to force USA's hand because Israel was USA regime's most reliable ally
in securing the regions oil (in fostering through destabilisation, nat sec
states, that can be more easily played of against each other...); eg Israel
is the USA’s junior partner, even if Israel had/ has a certain freedom of
initiative, it can ONLY survive by acting consistent with core USA regime’s
interests (unless/
until the Revolution is in a position to offer Israel an alternative security
framework – eg when the mad USA Christian fundamentalists, who seek to fulfil Book
of Revelations 7:4 vis the reduction of Jewish population from 30 million
to 144,000, trigger sufficient global chaos that humanity will pay any price in
blood & treasure for revolutionary order/ security through global
reconstruction).
I saw no need for any examination of
this Q. it looked completely straightforward.
The idea that USA would have
actually encouraged Israel to sink USS Liberty, in order then to
provide USA with a pretext to nuke Egypt (obviously to Israel's benefit but
then by logical extension have to follow through) &
incinerate in cold blood the entire Soviet people in
a time of economic boom.......
Unless
attack on USS Liberty was a mistake, then could only
have been a USA secureaucrat led plot to incinerate Egypt/ USSR (by logical
extension, which such an attack would have required as a follow through &
which therefore Israel would not dare do without USA core elite
leadership or else they could be targeted).
&
as USS Liberty Communiques were jammed, & to know what frequency to
jam you have to know it was a USA ship, the idea it was NOT
deliberate is self evidently bollocks - communique only got out due to heroic
ad hoc measures of crew under fire (attempts to sink USS Liberty failed &
order for nuke retaliation initiated by 6th Fleet countermanded by General
MacNamara & LBJ, with only minutes to go).
Israel's
guarantee (that it would not be incinerated if plan went awry) was that while
Israel had no reconnaissance aircraft, 4 USA reconnaissance
aircraft took part in Israeli operations & were repainted with Israeli
markings.
This
was Israel's insurance against a (potential) claim of perfidy later on (if
things went pearshaped - as they did), as `why would Israel attack an ally helping
her operationally? Unless of course it was the much bigger
plot both were implicated in (& which USA led),
to incinerate Egypt/ (as first step to incinerating immediately afterwards)
USSR.
(The
massive military aid afterwards, was designed to keep Israel at
arms length to avoid such plots in future as Israel able to sort things out by
herself).
.......WITHOUT (as in the Cuban
missile crisis) catastrophic brinkmanship at the periphery by both
main protagonists (though given the Strangelovean thinking of USA
secureaucrats, the attempt by USSR to get USA to recognise institutionally
defacto, a balance of power, did have much to be said for it); such an idea I
would have dismissed out of hand & with utter contempt.
(The conservative character of my apocalyptic thinking is
best illustrated in Chapter 6 of Intro to Quantum Materialism, `The Power &
the Glory', subsection: `Here's one I Made earlier')
....& without either
catastrophic brinkmanship at the periphery or geo pol/econ crash (&
apocalyptic meltdown); and because the
period when only USA had nukes had passed, I assumed that on
balance not sufficient of USA military plutocratic elite would be
resolved to follow through on such a plot until welded together
either by logic of geo pol/econ crash (or catastrophic brinkmanship at the
periphery) or accident....
I
was cataleptic with incomprehension. I simply could not comprehend the
pathology….

And then (before too long) things sort of fell into place.....
I was/ (am) not a big fan of the
legend of JFK. LBJ was far more liberal than JFK was (certainly within the
borders of the USA). LBJ instituted the Great Society Program....
....I accepted that JFK was
done in by the core institutional elite. But not because he was going to
withdraw from Vietnam, but because the same fascist/ mafia forces ha had set in
motion to murder Castro/ invade Cuba (& also the Southern Confederate
elements providing greater reach for such) felt betrayed & were going to
have a crack at him anyway.
So the regime had to
take over the plot to prevent an army of skeletons marching out of the
cupboard. Simply to make the cover up manageable (including
cauterising some wilder elements).
My contempt for the ludicrous (`Camelot')
JFK legend however obscured (for me) an important point which was that the core
institutional elite would have felt both emboldened at having
gotten away with murdering it's president and felt dangerously
squeezed precisely by the more liberal (internal) policies of LBJ
(not to mention the rise of new left/ Black radicalism/ Civil rights campaign).
As the core elite would naturally
have felt their only (or at least, best) freedom of action to
(re)set the geo pol/econ (& internally USA) agenda lay
outside of the USA....
To view the historic context:
Historically, the post war
econ boom strengthened the hand of USA Blacks (for whom the regime had no legitimacy unlike whites)/ Black radicalism (threatening a rev
alliance with poorer whites)....
....compelling the military
destruction of the Black Panther Party/ Black radicalism (in the USA) via COINTELPRO
(Covert Intelligence Program) under cover of the Vietnam war.....
....in order to make safe the shift
to a speculative/ credit expansionary based system/ econ (preserving the
independence of capital from civil society control in context of ever
diminishing room for bargaining between capital & labor - which
found political expression in the Thatcher/ Reagan axis)
Eg (under cover of the Vietnam war)
this political crisis, was actually resolved through the geo economic
crisis.....
(rise
in oil prices as a result of the long term boom creating
shortages/ strengthening the hand of the oil producer states in relation to the
USA/ core states....
The core problem is that the
war/ finance nexus (military plutocracy) reigns as a law unto itself, making it
impossible to establish political economic mechanisms to guide
development, to meet long term threats to human survival in a concerted
way (eg resource oil shortages/ environmental impact of genetic engineering from biocorps beholden
to no-one but their shareholders & even the much bigger projects/ threats
posed by climatic change....) to see how to address these & the immediate
apocalyptic threats posed by the pol/econ tailspin of the global financiers
speculator regime, see `Basic Program of the Revolutionary Salvation Front' (in Chapter 3 of this pamphlet)....
......which impact of led to
capital eclipsing the USA core empire....& therefore meant
that USA radical forces were outflanked by switch to credit/ speculative
expansion.... (which meant that while USA radical forces were trashed,
there were enough profiting from this system to keep USA regime stable while
the radicals could be outflanked/
crushed under cover of ideological `anticommunism'/ Vietnam war)
........as an organic process
...(eg the petrodollars flooded
back into USA fuelling longwave credit/ speculative expansion.... & in turn
recycled to Latin America dictators/ which came back as capital flight plunder,
facilitating USA led military plutocratic loansharking (ratcheting up of interest rates to
astronomical levels) their systemic passing costs of crisis onto 3rd
world..... - as Joseph Stigliz ex World Bank Chief now
admits was the role of his
organisation....
- also of note is that
this (interest rate trap) was the original cause of Yugoslavia's
disintegration... growing debt led to tensions between the republics,
& ultimately the desperate playing of the nationalist card in a desperate
attempt by the elites to retain control of the pol/econ agenda....
this is analysed in Vol I Chapter 7 of

& Reaganite war boom ....
....(the REAL objective of the
Vietnam war was to keep Black & White divided & this the enemy
accomplished/ won).
....such an act as the plot to
murder the entire Soviet people is perfectly consistent with this context.
...it becomes all the more
understandable when you bear in mind the proud cultural heritage of genocide
such grew out of. More complete (if less industrialised) than the Nazis carried
out, with regards the Native American population (remember, we in Britain spawned this monster, it is a
precondition of our historic redemption that we reign it in). The utter lack of atonement. The predatory
geo pol/econ expansionism as a logical extension of this geo cultural
(especially elite) elite psychology/ ethos (which unlike the British/ French
has not been acclimatised to defeat/ geo pol/econ power sharing).
Before (feeding into) this plot & after this
plot, existed & exists (increasing in strength, especially post Sept 11th
2001, day by day; yet even before, a mechanical criminal pathology, seeking to
crucify the world, to redeem USA led military plutocratic elite economically,
for the sins of its own internal speculative/ credit expansionary plunder), a
cultish power psychology, that reduces Christianity to the status of a national
god. That does not see why power should be shared with any other people/ nation/
social group etc (because unlike the nation states of Europe vying with each
other for power, it never had to. This was another reason why the
Cuban missile crisis had the near precipitate effect it had, & why
it fed into the aforementioned LSS Liberty plot).
....The rising cult of the national
god has been consolidated. Ready when the time comes/ the geo pol/econ crash
leaves no option for the elite, but to seek refuge in the image of our lord
& saviour riding to glory on a mushroom cloud; in order to retain control
of the global military pol/econ agenda for as long as it takes to (so) destroy
the world...
As this pathology is consolidated
(the Book of Revelations is close to the hearts of the majority of Pentagon Personnel.
Not less than half of all Americans, pre geo pol/econ crash, believe in nuclear war
ushering in the reign of King Jesus), it will take something really innovative
to break through this thinking for just long enough, to allow the
core paradox to kick in to the mindsets of enough of the
dangerous classes/ forces to avert global annihilation....
Israel should take grave note, that
its' USA aided terroristic expansion throughout mid east (initially in relation
to/ as a strategic adjunt to USA oil interests, but also behind this Christian
fundamentalist apocalyptic ideology), creating ever more hostility towards the
Jewish diaspora, leading to/ catalysing mass migration/ correspondingly more
expansion/ more migration etc; in the context of geo economic collapse,
especially as Israeli & USA interests begin to clash here & there, is a
death spiral.
A ripening of the harvest for USA
Christian fundamentalists, seeking to fulfil Book of Revelations 7:4,
to punish the Jews for their failure to convert & acknowledge King Jesus
(who miserable ahistorical apologists for the Roman empire accuse of slaying by
a Roman means of execution), by reducing the global Jewish population from 30
million to 144,000 through nuke war, to usher in the reign of `our Lord &
Saviour'.
We must draw out into the open,
these monstrous absurdities that take refuge in prayer/ incantation/ refuse to
be submitted to anything as base as reason/ logic; & force them into open
combat AT ALL COSTS, to break this collective death trance.
The (British led) `Van Helsing’ Plan
The geo cultural pivot linking into the core
paradox, on which we must rely is atonement, (via) redemption through
sacrifice. Speaking to enemy in their
own salvationist cultural language. Using Socialist with Christian
emblemology to encircle USA.
Everything however is
contingent on the British leading the process (especially via
nuke disarmament/ disolving its' own
nat sec state). Not saying to others (eg South Asians etc) `You move first'. We
move first, then others can strengthen/ consolidate/ execute the new global
balance of power.
So that vis Mideast (for example) a
socialist red Star of David against a white Christian cross, against a green
Islamic background (linking to British/ Euro rev) paves the way for
Palestinians, Iraqis' (etc) representatives moving freely about the Pentagon,
monitoring at will every going on & all the old secrets/ making sure
against a return to the old ways. So that the Arab masses etc must (so) use
the cross, as a key to open up the American psyche/ nat sec state/ break the
power of the entire USA imperium (to re-iterate the case this can only
work with British/ Euro rev leadership. To adopt such imagery without
this would amount to cultural prostration to USA imperium, & increase
its' apocalyptic arrogance).
& it is this logic vis 3rd
world, that such would be willing to adopt such imagery when & only
when via British/ Euro rev leadership with a viable plan/ framework/
opportunity to overthrow USA led war/ finance nexus we must rely on.
(vis others, FSSR, a white St Andrews Saltyre with a red
star in each corner & a red star/ phoenix rising out of yellow flames.
South Asia, a silver Southern Cross constellation against a Black background -
Euro emblem included on opening image/ page of Excalibur-op4.
This is designed to throw enough grit into the USA
apocalyptic cultural mechanism/ programming, to slow the process of
annihilation down for just long enough, that the mad bastards will actually
start to think sufficiently about their children, BEFORE they press the button
on the whole of humanity
- as well as to get across to 3rd world revanchists that
we cannot militarily defeat USA, and should establish EVERYWHERE, a military
pol/econ framework based on the core paradox:

global rev framework of mutually assured security.... so that those seeking to hold out, be denied the support
of a geo cultural/ psychological infrastructural support base.
The idea is to simultaneously cut
the lines of USA power & develop at every level of global society an anti
annihilatory logic that can both buy enough time for the core
paradox to kick in (slowing down apocalyptic impulses via such a cultural
connexion) and in itself illustrate the logic of
the core paradox, that we have no intention of destroying America, hence
Christian emblemology/ component; & we have no intention of being destroyed
by America hence socialist emblemology/ component.
(&) By countering USA military
plutocratic (imperial) expansionism, Europe enables, gives the
global ideological initiative to USA visionary expansionism....
...freeing the imagination of our
kindred spirits, the mad proffessors from enslavement to the military
plutocratic national security state, & bridling them to serve the culture
of the common threats/ objectives that confronts all humanity...
...we depend entirely on this New
American Ideology, to consolidate our framework/ avoid oblivion/ by

In effect this geo strategic
gameplan/ new rev theory represents the last & mightiest kick of the old

enabled the unification of England under one law by Alfred the Great...

with the means to fight & win the global civil war; when (as outlined in
`Intro to QM') the military plutocratic (geo pol/econ) centre collapses. The
decisive weapon being nuke disarmament as an aggressive political weapon to marginalise
the USA elite in power/ prepare the way for their armed overthrow.
The Apostles bought time for
humanity, so that when the whole world was on its knees before USA Caesarism,
it would finally be prepared to accept British leadership & the British
prepared to give it...
... by initiating (dissolving itself
into) a European Commonwealth of the regions of Europe, in turn defined for the
Global Commonwealth Confederation, in turn defined for the Green Revolution (as
outlined in Intro to Quantum Materialism).
Indeed it can be said that the
British possess a kind of `stupid wisdom' with regards Europe, that until
everyone (& this includes the British - perhaps above all) is prepared to
assert what (for humanity's survival) Europe must mean & what WARTIME
econ sacrifices must be made to forge its G.C.C. objectives, waving your Union
Jack underpants in pissed defiance makes about as much sense as any other
policy.
We also saw it as part of a behavioural pattern of
assassination; Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Cointelpro (targeting the Black
Panther Party for annihilation). Not that Kennedy was getting politically
dangerous, merely that the regime habitually removed figures, who, for any
reason (eg in JFKs case that the army of skeletons would march out of the
cupboard & discredit the state per se, if JFKs' anti castro fascist friends
made a botched job of things) presented a critical threat to the security of
the regime...
...& this linked albeit at a remove to
Cointelpro & the drug dealing military fascist regimes of Latin America
(two thirds of whose senior officers are graduates of `The School of the
Americas' in Fort Benning, Georgia, USA).
Now while this may be the case, JFK had as much right to
be felled by a falling meteorite as anyone else - so that on reflection, I must
reign back, as I cannot consider myself qualified to trash the `lone nut'
theory - though others might well be. As we are dealing with a particular
isolated event - rather than an established pattern of
regime behavourial pathology - such as Cointelpro/ GLADIO? Operation Condor
& so on & so forth; but above all (in the terminal epoch of the
military plutocratic system) the bombworshippers.
Q Does this
not mean I am politically dead in the water?
Well, partially. At least until the USA bombworshippers
come out under their own banner to vastly eclipse the scale of my errors with a
vindication of what I have got right.
Pulling back from our position vis JFK assassination is
obviously damaging. But in itself not critically so.
What is much more damaging is (following on
from this) the consequant neccessity of pulling back from our position vis the
USS LIberty Plot.
Vis the Kennedy assassination, we can
define what is possible (& the reasons for such). There are however random
variables that need to be defined...
...A `lone nut' couldn't target the USS Liberty. Even if
this is possible vis Kennedy assassination & that the changing of the route
was merely a random variable (which could indeed be the case) by which I
had set to much store, it is much harder to see how such can be applied
in the case of the USS Liberty...
& yet, because we retreat from our
earlier position vis the JFK Q, we also have to retreat from the
USS Liberty Q, as this only makes sense in terms of connected
historical sequance (rather than an isolated plot) against
the backdrop of a regime plot to assassinate JFK (to tie up the loose
ends - as outlined) - eg as an attempt to reset dramatically the military
geo pol/econ agenda as a result of said core elite feeling squeezed by LBJ's
much more progressive liberalism as weall as the rise of radical forces in the
USA...
Otherwise it belongs to the realm of
isolated individual operations/ events (even though of exceptional gravity) we
do not immerse ourselves in as a matter of routine...
Eg we
only dealt with USS Liberty Q in `Lucifer2' (mark1 version), because it
appeared as a massive historical anomoly we had to account for & which also
connected to our then position on the JFK Q - vis our erroneously thinking we
could fit such into established patterns of USA regime pathology).

what do the bombworshippers actually prove (vis our
theory) at the theoretical (as opposed to just the
empirical) level (that proves we have not just got lucky in our
projections)???....

development/ neccessity of prioritising concentrating on the gameplan), serve to corroborate the following subsection, which
gives a rough outline of the evolution of the rev theory:

(at the level
of human consciousness)
1987 The first
Q (on joining Militant Tendancy - which post miner's strike was already in
decline), that marked my theoretical development, was `why have
we (the Revolution) always failed to win power?'
From this developed an undestanding of capitalist longwave cycles of (of reformist reconfiguration of the war/ finance nexus in response to radical shocks) which in turn stimulatd a souped up marxist approach (as outlined in Chapter 10 of Vol I of `Substance Over Form' The Evolution of an Idea').
Based on
the idea that (as before regime could reform itself in response to radical
shock) necessary to establish extreme & early mass radicalisation
(preferably immediatecapture of the agenda by the revolutionary element of the
movement); with (post miners strike only a) student based movement able to
initiate such a generalised front.
1991 The
other great early motor of thought was the Q of legitimacy.
Eg WHY had the revolutionary movement (in the west) failed to
make an issue of various colonial slaughters/ WWI to delegitimise the war/
finance nexus?
It was clear that for as long as revolutionary (in this
case marxist) politics were based on conventional laborism, they were
paradoxically based on room for dialogue between capital & labor. They
could therefore stimulate reform of the system, but excepting were a
landlordist (or tsarist) pol/econ caused laborism to fuse with an unfolding
peasant war (meaning the regime had no stable points of support in the army/
countryside), they could not move in for the kill. This was why also Marxism/
laborism was always based on a call for/ promise of ever higher wages (like in
an Arab bazaar), however dire the econ situation, & could not advance programatically a framework of wartime
sacrifices for reconstruction - which meant correspondingly that no-one had any
confidence in (the most basic economic literacy of) said revolutionary
movement.
It was clear immediately after the first gulf war in
1991, that USA expansionism (& its own increasingly chronic indebtedness as
a result of military Keynesianism, credit expansion/ hegemony of specultive
finance), meant that no single state was strong enough to reform itself in
response to a radical shock (as before) & that therefore as no single state
was able to lead the rev reformist reconfiguration of the military plutocratic
system; the war/ financ nexus had exhausted its' historic potential to refomr
itself in response to radical shocks.
This led (in 1991) me ...
long
fascisnated with political (eg IRA) hunger strikes (wondering how such a weapon
could be adapted to mainland rev purposes) & sympathetic to the idea of
machine gunning fascists...
...to the beginnings of Quantum Materialist revolutionary
dialectics. The idea of military attacks on classical fascists combined with a
radical/ rev program, linked together by antifascist PoW hunger strikes to
delegitimise the regime; forcing civil war on ground of the revolutions'
choosing. Not surprisingly, as classical fascists were then an endangered
species, I was/ remained for a time divided in myself between (a modified)
conventional marxist laborism & this reserve (`nuclear') option.
1993 However when
the opportunity presented itself, as in the Welling demo (advertised
at least 2 months in advance - at the time of Russian parliament's rebellion
against Yeltsin...) of October 16th 1993
(to `March on the Nazi HQ' & `Smash the Nazis'), I sought to do so. However
taking place after October 4th massacre of the Russian parliamentary
revolutionaries (who stupidly went on the offensive as soon as the police
cordon was lifted, rather than wait/ gather forces before launching an
offensive), resisting yeltsin's fascist compradorist coup, the organisers of
said demo, agreed (3 days before said demo/ street battle) with the police NOT
to storm the BNP HQ - by agreeing to a route change away from BNP HQ.
I assumed the psycho dynamics of marchers' expectations
(for a legitimate street battle against a legitimate classical fascist target -
BNP HQ, advertised 2 months in advance) would still be irreversible by mere
organisational fiat, so I went ahead with my plan to take/ use petrol bombs in
said battle (get arrested, go on hunger strike & stand a la Bobby Sands for
Lambeth College vice presidency & use said position to launch rev campaign/
give CPR to the Russian Revolution, etc). Weaponry confiscated by Militant
stewards - on pain of being handed over by said comrades to the police (not the
launch I had in mind).
1994 Zhirinovsky
plot (Zhirinovsky won 23% of vote in Russian elections). I sought out info on
wether he would make a stopover flight to Britain (enroute to USA). This was
the last time I viewed the new rev theory simply in terms of how the
(prospective) dead fascist could provide a springboard for its launch.
All subsequant considerations of wether or not at some point it would be neccessary to coldly target (eg in conditions NOT obviously enabling launch on continuous operations) a given classical fascist (before geo pol.econ conditions clearly permitted launch of continuous operations) were essentially considered as a strategy of containment. Eg this theory is clearly extremely unstable. I envisaged (pre September 11th 2001) that any attempt to get said theory into circulation would lead to immediate disintegration of any proto movement; neccesitating my targeting of a given fascist & NOT going on hunger strike to launch continuous operations UNTIL geo pol/econ conditions permitted to deliberately put the lid on any insurgent activity - keeping emphasis on spread of theory in preperation for when geo pol/econ conditions ripen.
This problem of how on earth you spread said theory before geo pol/econ conditions enable launch of continuous operation,s was to plague me until `Lucifer2’ mark 1.
The
partial rise of the BNP pre September
11th, & how I intended to respond to the threat if they got to London, is
dealt with in Chapter 6 of `Intro to Quantum Materialism' in the subsection
`here's one I made earlier')
The burning of, of any institutional Russian (fascist)
revanchist dynamic by the first Chechen war (designed to degrade the
army, so that it not only was incapable of predatory ambition, but incapable of
functioning as a progressive power base against the new class of fascist
compradors that had won power), even if I did
not immediately/ consciously draw the right conclusions (that
Russia's disintegration was a greater threat than any nuclear Hitlerian
threat), further (at a gut/ instinctive
level) pushed me down the direction of long term systematic theoretical development.
1995-98 It was
only thence that I broke completely from Marxism at the psychological level,
though I'd long broken from it in terms of operational conception. Hence I saw
the (actually quite old - from sometime 91-93) idea of revolutionary antifascism
leading laborism in its wake, rather than antifascism being merely a defensive
formation, as being an entirely new innovation. which moreover provided tools
for re-interpreting revolutionary & political economic history.
From 1995-98, the theory developed with increasing/
exponential sophistication, yet I was still not clear as to when & under
exactly what conditions I would be able to deploy.
1998-99-01 Followed
logic of `South East Asian Crisis' from about March 1998. From at least as
early as June 1998 (before crisis broke out), projected correctly that the result would be
restabilisation based on intensified USA led speculative credit expansionist
boom - to temporarily stabilise (at a global level) war/ finance nexus...
From this later emerged a projection of linear (& non
linear) rev scenarios centred mainly around the most conservative apocalyptic
scenarios.
Eg USA trade deficit/ econ collapse triggering collapse
of Ulster peace boom, spilling over onto the mainland & fusing with Tory
anti EU political warlordism over the right to commit genocide within our
sovereign borders.
More exotic scenarios (such as revanchist assymetric
warfare), while not written of as impossible that such would strike out of the
blue, I regarded as relatively unlikely until geo pol/ecom chaos
intensified post USA crash. Besides which, I had enough trouble trying to
convince anyone to take the USA trade deficit led scenarios seriously, without
trying to actually lead
on the Islamic fascist/ smallpox issue.
Sept 11th 2001 - Feb
2004 Eclipse of conservative apocalyptic scenaios by an
immediately globalised form.
New (appropriate) patterns of political warfare
(developed from the more exotic of previously envisaged scenarios - in
combination with BNP sub scenario had developed immediately prior to
Sept 11th - in response to their parrallel organs strategy/ breakthrough from
April/ May 2001) envisaged, in new model I attempted to circulate in September
2002.
But, as I refused to commit to the idea USA would definitely
go to war in Iraq (as opposed to bomb the crap out of them, threaten invasion
& use proxy forces), it was not until later 2003/ Feb 2004 that I concieved
of/ developed a Jerusalem centred model/ gameplan - vis
`Lucifer2.zip' mark 1.
Sept 2004 It is only
now (having developed the appropriate political technolgy to match such
threats) that I can bring myself to accept that only when USA bombworshippers
march under their own banner (as a result of the fact that USA militarists,
uniquely among such in history (to the extent this is the case) don't actually
want (themselves) to do any fighting, therefore the only remaining logic is to
press the button & hope our Lord & Saviour will come riding to glory on
a mushroom cloud) - precipitating America's fear of America,
humanity will be sufficiently terrified to adopt & develop further, my
counter measures.
Looking back, there is no way in 1987 or even relatively
recently, I could have reconciled myself to such a notion, without
becoming (defacto) one of those that advocate everything must crash (for all
practical purposes, irretrievably) into the abyss for some miraculous
resurrection/ transubstantiation to occur
- without bothering to develop any corresponding counter measures.
USA bombworshippers aside, I reckoned circa 1987 (& even before) Revolution to absolute imperative, because even in event of a new period of longwave rev reform/ reconfiguration of the capitalist system, humanity would not survive the resultant proliferation of inherently apocalyptic technologies, on basis of military plutocratic elite hegemony – eg without civil society hegemony/ control over how such technologies are developed/ deployed & to what purpose.
Without trying all this time to steal a march on history,
I could never have kept pace with it. Therefore such, a voyage across the
universe of one's own ignorance, was neccessary, to develop the new political
technology, to get to each staging post just in time, to remain in the game, to
struggle to get to the next objective
Eg if I had
not developed subscenario to deal with the BNP Q (a couple of
months) before September 11th (to combine with scenarios related
to assymetric warfare) I could not have developed subsequant
paradigms; history would have run too far ahead of me to be able to catch up,
to produce the outline gameplan which (when conditions ripen - via America's
fear of America) the rest of humanity can/ must develop further in
every way required, in action, in theory, wherever they are, however they can.
(etc, until my death - hopefully effetively deployed -
consolidates new rev culture & correspondingly global constitutional/ legal
framework)
Each new objective more starkly forbidding than that
which preceeded it...
Likewise for all humanity in the future (Keeping its' correspondingly
exponentially increased knowledge/ imagination continuously occuppied in a kind
of intellectual `Big Bang').
The Grand Canyon of Anomolies
In terms of
economics, what the hell were we doing between 1987 (when we first understood
longwave pol/econ cycles) & 1998 (when we correctly projected the course of
the so called SE Asian crisis)?
While in 1987 we had
some understanding of longwave pol/econ cycles, we saw this entirely in terms
of (Marxist) laborist patterns of struggle.
If labor is dead per
se, the system doesn't work anymore & doesn't have a future. A new longwave
cycle of rev reform (as opposed to a last orgy of speculative finance/ credit
expansionary terminal binge deficit financing - the senile miss Haversham of
global finance capital, parodying the dawn of her youth, the British led first
longwave industrial capitalist boom between 1789-1815, when labor was
politically marginalised as a precondition for the first phase of industrial
expansion)
is impossible.
& this (manifest
inability of the regime to reform itself) only occurred to me after the first
gulf war '91, whence correspondingly we developed first concepts of the new
political warfare.
But conditions were
clearly unripe for this deployment, so while we were champing at the bit, aside
from a couple of isolated hoped for opportunities - there was nothing doing...
...furthermore, our
own doubts/ psychological attachment to the old forms/ organs held us back
intellectually, until conditions began to ripen (& labor's death clarified the more clearly beyond all doubt -
specifically the rise of Zhirinovsky - whose darkstar was only eclipsed by the
first chechen war - to destroy the army - preventing not only Russian
Hitlerism, but the army serving as a progressive bulwark a la Lebed against
fascist compradorism).
Hence 1987-92 spent
at college trying to form circles primed for a corresponding eventuality (see
Chapter 10 of Vol I of `Substance Over Form' for details)...
`93-`94 related to
Welling (target BNP HQ on October 16th 1993 march)/ Zhirinovsky plots (essentially hybrids between a souped up Marxist - laborism &
new rev warfare) - effectively attempts to jet fuel laborism (eg target legitimate fascist targets, go on hunger strike for my
release & connect this with a wider political program/ campaign & attempt
to generate a new revolutionary political movement out of the experiment/ my
martyrdom)
- accounting for their extreme premature deployment - yet curiously without
which I would never have understood their limitations & therefore been
prepared for the next stage:
Afterwards, longterm
theoretical development - leading ultimately to correct projection of SE Asian
crisis & beyond
So it was only
between `95-`98 when we correspondingly developed to a more advanced level the
new political warfare/ correspondingly re-interpreted pol/econ history in its
light, were we even able to begin to ask Qs about global (as opposed to Marxian
essentially national laborist) strategic deployment/ impact &
correspondingly the specific global pol/econ conditions that would enable such
to develop.
The critical factor in all this, is that all is
reduceable to the struggle to master time - space.
In this also is to be found the cardinal virtue of the weakness
of the state (as outlined in `Communique Number 1') . That by due
process of elimination, as the state can no longer serve, in stable
form, as the repressive agency of elite power over the rest of humanity, its'
only effective power is to buy time, to prevent different peoples
slaughtering each other for just long enough, to allow a rev
revonstructionist global pol/eon constituional/ legal framework to kick in -
held together by the new overarching culture of the common threats/ objectives
confronting all humanity.
Though of
course the struggle to begin to overcome existential isolationism
through a common culture of threats/ objectives confronting all humanity
doesn't completely eliminate all such (to enable time - space to be fully mastered) until humanity gets to the stage of development where human
consciousness itself fuses together `breaking through the childproof locks' (as
outlined in Chapter 3 Vol V of S.O.F.) inherent in the universes' creation, that
intelligent life can only learn that which it is ready to begin to deal with
the consequances of said knowledge...
We will next confine ourselves to examining the first
phase of this next (intellectual) `Big Bang' at the level of human
consciousness.
Those that endure the exhilirating terror of such will be
better placed to chart the course of the next phase `beyond terror'; though I
expect this is based on moving beyond planetary parochialism in every possible
way.
Clues may possibly exist in Chapter 4 of Vol II of S.O.F., vis the concept of `God Minimalism' vis the minimum engagement with maximum effect of such a factor.
3 Logic Red In Tooth In Claw
`Intro to Quantum Materialism’ (& in greater
depth, the first 2 Volumes of S.O.F.) illustrates that:
Human
consciousness is a battlefield between:
….the eternal truth
…….all
know (humanity has
always known).... that (the) pol/econ system based on social stratification
ultimately breaks down completely somewhere along the line,
threatening wholesale anarchy..... even if you do (they did) not know where....
....this is the primordial basis for
all altruism, the instinctive recognition that social
stratification is ultimately unviable, & a system based on
equality is ultimately imperative to enable order....
Of course, as we have seen, equality
as an end in itself leads to destructive consumption of the
social surplus product for subsistence (treat capital as income), leads to
economic anarchy, is unviable - equality as a means to an end
however is imperative; to enable the whole citizenry to educate themselves to
the degree neccessary to meet the common threats/ objectives that confront/
threaten human existence
- (&) only such a culture of the common threat
to human existence can stabilise the WARTIME sacrifices (from the core states
to finance global reconstruction neccessary to enable this) insuring social
stability between peoples.
The primordial elemental
understanding that class society ultimately cannot be sustained indefinitely (even if/ when they did not
know how) is/ was the immortal rational/ self interested basis of ALL
altruism, seeking peace of mind... even when previously because class society
was able to progress, reform itself in response to radical shocks, humanity was
not threatened with all out oblivion & (correspondingly) it was not
possible to scare them shitless with
the threat of military plutocratic oblivion
to get them to endure WARTIME sacrifices for global reconstruction.
(leading such to drift by tragic default, into reactionary egalitarianism, the
destructive consumption of the surplus
product for subsistence - treat capital as income).
And the desire to remain slaves....
….to not
take responsibility for the tasks of reconstruction.... to sell one's soul to
priest, king or party boss in exchange for peace/ order (so as not to have to
think/ confront responsibility for this Q).
(As we have seen & demonstrate
in greater detail in S.O.F.) For
as long as the machine of war/ finance/ class society was able to
develop/ reform itself in response
to radical shock, it was
possible for these tendancies to co-exist in (mutually interdependant)
shifting, unstable, equillibrium.
BUT
The rise of global finance beyond
the control of any state (undermining the capacity of the state to act as arbiter between
capital & labor/ instigate rev reform/ reconfiguration of the geo pol/econ
in response to a radical shock) changes all this.
There is no longer
co-existence... there is no more
opportunity to maintain a pretence about fighting for freedom whilst conforming
to enemy operational control of the military political agenda. What was once
said only by those that called themselves revolutionaries, that democracy is a
sham, that the political frontmen are all rentboys for the financiers, is now
accepted by the vast majority even of non
radical citizenry....
...there is nowhere to run, no alternative to total
capitulation before the terrifying apocalyptic threats triggered by the global
econ implosion/ collapse into warlordist anarchy.... except the most extreme bid for
freedom, to embrace redemption through sacrifice, WARTIME sacrifices in both blood & treasure,
to overthrow the enemy.... & finance global reconstruction....
....for either ALL shall be free, or none
shall be free.....
Logic
Red in Tooth & Claw
(We have seen that)
The new state like the old is
based on terror. But not of other peoples/ ethnicities, but of the common
threats/ objectives confronting human survival.
In a world in which it is impossible to sustain stability on the basis of old military plutocratic system of social/ econ heirarchies (based on nat sec state/ finance info control), the only way to insure stability is through a new cultural architecture of terror; continuously emerging threats being balanced against others. Eg competing schools of terror....
(fear of natural/ manmade eco destruction, fear of asteroids, fear of super volcanoes, fear of consequances of over rapid/ under rapid deployment of GM technologies, fear of skewing policy/ resources too much towards one threat & not enough towards another; & countless other threats),
....maintaining the stable (socio pol/econ) fragmentation of power. The contra currents aggressively co-existing with the transient orthodoxy/ core priority.
A post ideology, ideology more intense/ absolutist than
anything dreamt up by the Nazis/ Stalin, galvinising every citizen, every
child, martialing their individual ambitions/ egos towards a relentless series
of common purposes (vis said common threats/ objectives....)
A state of permanent war against every threat to human
existence....
Where education
is re-engineered accordingly, teachers become part soldier (in these
struggles), part recruiting sergeant, part arms dealer; selling the importance
of their work to students anxious to continually re-arm themselves against said
variety of threats, for humanity, the power & the glory
(not vis birdshit splattered statues of themself, but
vis the knowledge that one's work is the very bedrock of human survival/
development)
....All providing a familiar, reassuring continuity with
the old order.
The precondition of the new order (of human survival
itself) is that consciousness must determine being, gain hegemony over matter
(civil society controlling finance, instead of finance controlling civil
society). Free will (as seen in Chapter 5 of `Intro to Quantum
Materialism') is NOW the decisive primary factor, as automatic
(evolution)/ progress on basis of military plutocratic system is no longer
viable (as military plutocracy no longer capable of reforming itself in
response to radical shocks - as seen throughout `Iintro to QM' etc).
But remember, EVERYTHING is riven with paradox, logic
is red in tooth & claw. Eg formerly the struggle for (limited) freedom
(within the hegemony of the war/ finance nexus) was inseperable from/ dependant
on colonial murder as of neccessity (hardly surprising as consciousness emerged
from/ grew out of dust/ primordial sludge)....
....& we ourselves depend/ build upon this legacy
& the human drives of ego/ ambition that propelled it....
….as well as the core paradox:
…that
the enemy depends on the Revolution to seize power (from the war/ finance nexus
they are the gilded slaves of) to save their (everyone’s) children & that
the Revolution (to avoid global annihilation) is dependant on this factor &
must tailor its entire military pol/econ framework accordingly….
So our logic, ALL logic is by definition impure....
....there can vis logic, be a general
tendancy/ process of refinement/ purification, but NOT purity per se.
WHY not?
Because humanity, its individualistic egos/ primal drives
can only be stabilised by a permanent war, wave after wave of common threats/
objectives confronting it. And also by the very fact that internal conflict
(competing ambitions) find their outlet through conflicting priorities within
the same cultural framework (of common threats/ objectives confronting all
humanity) - the cultural checks/ balances permanently inherent within the new
order keeping power securely fragmented.
(So) By definition, one that uncovers/ begins a/ the new
dialectic, cannot colonise the full scope of their (eg my) new theory.
Eg I am
compelled by historic time limitations , to stick to providing a barebones
commanding theoretical/ strategic overview, in such fashion as enables/
provides the foundation for others to flesh out/ develop further.... paradoxes
& all....
Naturally I resent not being able to colonise all
(the scope of) my (theoretical) empire, but if I could, this would take me deep
into other territory (which likewise I'd want to make my own ad infinitum);
until I became just the sort of miserable all controlling celestial Saddam
Hussein that USA Christian fundamentalists (& other slobs) fawn at the
concept of.
(Cosmic) fragmentation of power,
maintains the (philosophical) Republic/
Commonwealth.
Linked in with this, is the inevitably venal (self
interested) character of this impurity, flowing from the fact that truth
is BOTH objective & subjective at one & the same time.
What is the solution to resolve this particular paradox?
(Simply) stabilisation through expansion &
development, impelled/ linked to (said) culture of common threats/ objectives
confronting all humanity (as outlined).....
....& the overthrow of military plutocratic geo
pol/econ system based on accumalation of finance for its own sake by:
....a Revolutionary Democratic system based on (civil
society hegemony over finance held together by common threats/ objectives
confronting all humanity) accumalation of knowledge for its own sake as the
source of raw power.
Where individualistic ambition/ ego, primal lust for
power is channelled (to serve said culture of common threats/ objectives
confronting all humanity).
Only thence, when
humanity is no longer the slave of the war/ finance nexus, will knowledge
itself cease to be as well. But still, logic produced from/ dependant on our
(channelled) primal drives will ever remain, red in tooth & claw.
