The Scotland Factor

There are some that are opposed to dialogue with Loyalists like Billy Hutchinson (formerly of the UVF now of the PUP). While it is by no means certain which way he (or any given individual) will jump when the proverbial hits the fan, genocidal terror (which would neccessitate his execution) or confederal revolutionary resistence (the framework of which we shall analyse shortly); to slam the door on developing a culture of dialogue, to make clear (in advance) we are prepared to work with antifascist Loyalists is to leave them twisting in the wind when the global econ implosion sends Ulster into a pol/econ tailspin. THIS would be suicide.*

Though given the very powerful sectarian undercurrent of Scottish politics, the fear of a fascist culture of reaction taking over any radical element engaged in dialogue with the likes of Hutchinson is NOT misplaced.

Though, remember, the global econ implosion shall lead to the various apocalyptic threats outlined in this work (including vis Ulster), which only the new rev theory can deal with. There is no hiding place, no safety in any form of conventional leftwing politics. We are dealing with the terrifying realities of NUCLEAR politics (in both senses); & it is up to cadres to build the Cyber Army, to EXPLOIT the dangers ahead.

The Cyber Army, RE-INFORCES everything. Eg today's classical leftist organs being transitory holding forms (of rough links/ networks between different leftwing components, left/Republican, left/Loyalist, left/Republican & Loyalist etc) are SUPERCEDED by the new movement vis launch of continuous operations & thence from the Cyber Army emerges the RDM proper.

*The LVF/ UVF conflict & quite alarming move of the UFF

towards tactical disarmament illustrate this point.

Outline intro

We have examined the threat of IRA gaining hegemony over the movement through the provision of weapons to the I-Bs (in turn leading to the military gaining hegemony over the revolutionary political) and seen how via the Pan Commonwealth framework held/ welded together by The Battle of Berlin this threat can be countered.

We have also outlined the strategy of the rev movement in connection with N. Ireland.

But we shall examine how by working with the mainland & European revolutionary movement, cadres in N. Ireland can neutralise the smouldering embers of sectarian strife, which will flair up again when the global econ implosion destabilises the peace boom required to stabilise Ulster to consolidate the Revolutionary movement over the threat of sectarian terror (Though to re-emphasise, such can ONLY work in conjunction with the Euro commonwealth framework, or else the mire shall suck in not just mainland Britain, but Europe/ USA as well).

While atrocities are institutionalised against the Nat community and the British state in its present form has no legitimacy (as it does not gaurentee/has no interest in gaurenteeing the legitimate rights/security of the Nat community) for the Nat community - There are also legitimate fears among unionists about a reversal of repression (currently inflicted on Nationalists). Note the suicidally bad mistreatment of the Russian minority in the Baltic states & the treatment of the (previously privileged - during Empire) Tamils in Sri Lanka.

Any viable solution therefore, must gaurentee the legitimate rights of both sections of the community - whilst repressing any sectarian ultras that seek to infringe the legitimate rights/security of (not to be subjected to ritual humiliation etc) of either section of the community. With crucially the active consent/participation of each section of the community. Fully cogniscent/ recognising that the only way to gaurentee their own security, is to gaurentee the others' security & legitimate rights.

Ulster & the Socialist Commonwealth

Ultimately this means the unificaton of Ireland as a socialist republic WITHIN the Federated Socialist Commonwealth of Europe.

But The unification of Ireland on a capitalist basis is a complete non starter, noting the legitimate fear of reverse repression among the Unionist Community (even should Blair & co inflict re-inforce the framework required an evolving absorption of Ulster into the capitalist south, the bombing of Dublin, not to mention the revenge of the carpet chewers which will certainly follow on hard the global econ implosion, shall render it meaningless).

But what about a socialist Eire?

Well, (even) if it came into being, (though this be very unlikely before the mainland British seizure of power) so weak would its position be if without the support of a major/middle ranking power eg F.S.R.G.B. or Fed Soc Commonwealth of Europe (USA to prone to Caesarism unless underpinned by the European Commonwealth), that it would amount to strategic suicide. And while some radical Unionists might look with sympathy upon a socialist Eire, the peculiarly unstable geo pol/econ position of a united Ireland WITHOUT major power support, would make such an approach suicide.

Therefore should be opposed for exactly the same reason we would oppose a premature insurrection.

For strategic reasons Ireland should only be united within either an F.S.R.G.B. & Ireland, with the federal political capital moved from London to Dublin - as a gaurentor of the anti colonial aspect of such re-unification. And/or a strategically powerful FSC Europe comprising (at least) the Germanic regions (in the unlikely event that Britain remains under capitalist hegemony up to that point). WITHIN the FSC, nation states cease to be, and the regions be independant WITHIN the FSC and therefore free of all nat sec state agendas.

A united capitalist Ireland is a bloody trap (vis global econ implosion/ warlordism gathering its own momentum). But the end objective for rev dems in Ulster must be a united socialist Ireland WITHIN FSC Europe. Until then the British revolution & movement must be the gaurentor of Ulsters' security.

A TRANSITIONAL solution is best possible on the basis of the majority Protestant community's legitimate security concerns (fear of southern capitalism - note the suicidally bad mistreatment of the Russian minorities in the Baltic states) being guaranteed - merely by N. Ireland remaining part of Britain; combined with the military cauterisation of pogrom-mongering ultra Orangeism - to reassure Nationalists/Catholics that their security & freedom will be safeguarded within the new British federation. Ireland can/ should be united as a socialist republic within a European Socialist Commonwealth.

After the revolutionary seizure of power on the mainland, crack brigades of Citizen's Gaurds (from the mainland) should be sent to crush any manifestation of ultra Orange pogrom mongers (it is difficult to gauge beforehand to what extent Ulster radicals participation at the Battle of Berlin will have enabled Ulster to crush such elements themselves, concievably this could be done to the degree that any mainland intervention is minimal/ symbloic; but not certain) - whose actions (will) constitute a declaration of civil war on the new British federation and its' commitment to guaranteeing the security of all its' peoples.

As to wether it is possible to create a sufficiently strong (military) Citizen's Guard out of radical Protestants & Catholics to stop sectarian demos without backing from (a) British mainland (revolutionary state) forces - this seems highly doubtful (though it is neccessary to move as far in this direction as possible). For this means taking on the police & army - civil war principally in a N. Ireland context. Whereas to be successful civil war/insurrection must take place in a mainland/ European context.

And given the historic proclivity of the mainland left for supporting the IRA (and unification with southern capitalism), an intervention from mainland forces (before the revolution) will probably serve to re-inforce sectarian divisions (and the Protestant's fear of being dumped with the south). This is a dilemma which can only be cut across with the overthrow of the British regime on the mainland and the ultra Orangeists being confronted with a fait accompli - Security, Freedom & Justice (and of course Reconstruction) for all or crackpot secessionism which can easily be drowned in blood as the majority of Protestants will always prefer any colour of British protection to the spectre of southern capitalism - joined by Catholics sympathetic to the new British federation (as also the best guarantor of their security) - forging a new & stable (transitional/ pre Euro rev) British identity.

On the mainland therefore, the issue of N. Ireland (before the revolution) should be approached just as we would the criminal policy of the British regime in backing Yeltsin/various foreign dictators etc . Eg these are criminal acts our regime commits which aids its' fascizing process/tendancy; - crimes for which we shall go to civil war/insurrection on the mainland; though our GENERAL emphasis should be on the CORE geo criminality of our regime as laid out in the Indictment in Chapter 1.

On the whole revolutionaries should adopt a zonal approach, and stick to attacking sectarians based in whichever community they themselves happen to be based. Eg Unionists attack ultra Orangeists - and Nationalists, sectarians in the IRA that attack our movement in N. Ireland or anywhere else. Mainland revolutionary forces should (as well as attacking open mainland-based fascists like the BNP/C18 etc) attack any sectarians that attack them on the mainland that are based on the mainland (eg the English UDA should they do so) . However to avoid the mainland movement being drawn into sectarian conflict, Unionists should attack ultra Orangeists that attack us on the mainland that successfully make it back to N. Ireland (if we catch them on the mainland then we can attack them).

Under no circumstances whatsoever should pro- IRA military forces from the mainland or N. Ireland or anywhere else respond on our behalf.

This was probably the gameplan of MI5 - (to embroil any future mainland revolutionary force in a sectarian conflict) when it (almost certainly) helped forge the links between ultra Orangeists & C18 (potentially useful as irregular/ cellular assassins/ forces, [see: `Strategy Of Tension? - The White wolves affair' at end of chapter 2] a matter of grave concern for our movement trying to AVOID mainlanders being dragged into Ulster, which is why we are outlining a confederal military pol framework here

...... though the uncontrollable MASS classical fascist overspill effect from Ulster, will be fatal to the enemy's control of the pol/econ agenda). General de la Billiere predicted a revolutionary methodology similar to that outlined in this book over 25 years ago (see Low Intensity Operations - page 21), so the enemy is as usual , well ahead of the game.

We shall now present 2 outline scenarios vis N. Ireland (before continuing our general analysis). The first is the most likely & envisages a situation in which the global econ implosion kills the peace boom (required to stabilise Ulster) & the classical fascist fallout impacts/ sucks in the mainland/ in turn the rev campaign extended from the mainland to Northern Ireland already in a state of war.

The 2nd, is based (barring the Neutralising Doomsday scenario outlined in Chapter 1, vis NATO use of nukes against a rebel 3rd world state) on the impact of Russia's collapse/ descent into warlordism. How the launch of the mainland/ Euro rev (in response to this threat) campaign will lead to the enemy deploying Loyalist classical fascists to try & drag the mainland rev campaign into an Ulster quagmire.

The call on wether Russia's collapse/ descent into warlordism has gained fatal momentum BEFORE a Lebed type figure can still temporarily stabilise/ consolidate a reconstructionist pol/econ cente of gravity, is likely to be the most difficult of any Q to call. If we call (I launch the campaign proper) too early, & he does consolidate, the rev movement will be left high & dry. Call too late, & a German/ Russian fascist anti USA axis is likely to solidify to an extremely dangerous degree (that way lies WWIII).

I/ we must/ shall act with caution, leaving things as safe as can be left, before launching continuous operations.

AS seen/ detailed in Chapter 1 (please refer back if neccessary for detail), the mainland movement itself must concentrate on building the cyber army/ electronic underground UNTIL the geo pol situtation ripens (vis any of the scenarios outlined - INCLUDING THOSE NOT DEPENDANT ON N. IRELAND, providing the basis for CONTINUOUS OPERATIONS, EG WEST'S USE OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS OR WARLORDIST ECLIPSE OF THE RUSSIAN STATE).

THE REVOLUTION CAN ONLY EMBARK ON CONTINUOUS OPERATIONS WHEN THE ENEMY CENTRE OF POL/ECON GRAVITY HAS COLLPASED.

& Ulster revolutionaries cannot connect with us until either (vis global con implosion) the political warlordists have already exploded the process, or the mainland revolutionary movement (vis Russia scenario) has fixed its PAN EUROPEAN centre of gravity via the Battle of Berlin, giving them the opportunity to move, BUT STILL THE BATTLE OF BERLIN IS ALL IMPORTANT TO FIX THEIR CENTRE OF GRAVITY/ THAT OF THE MOVEMENT GENERALLY.

N. IRELAND

(OUTLINE SCENARIO 1)

(The global econ implosion

catalyses Ulster's descent

into warlordism)

The eclipse of the regime's centre of pol/econ gravity prevents or kills the peace boom catalysing Ulster's descent into political warlordism.

Prevention/halting of the catastrophe in N. Ireland (threatening to embroil the mainland movement) will most likely depend on the creation of a strong Revolutionary Unionist movement - based on Security, Freedom, Justice (and of course reconstruction) for all.

With the global econ implosion destabilising the peace boom required to stabilise any settlement, this will mean building a movement committed to crushing the resurgent warlordism & ALSO the ascendant political pogrom mongers.

WITH the global econ implosion, the CRYPTIC fascist centre will disappear & Trimble or his successor will either be deposed or be forced by his power base, to politically revive the demons of ethno national warlordism in order to retain control of the pol/econ agenda.

Of course if he chooses NOT to & actively opposes such, he will be marginalised in power by the likes of the Ulster Loyalist Central Co-ordinating Committee/ other umbrella formations/ factions of the UUP (or DUP) LEASTWAYS WHEN THE GLOBAL ECON IMPLOSION STRIKES.

Eg vis terror attacks against Nationalist community combined with Trimble & co demands for IRA (and anti fascist Loyalist) decommissioning on the other (which crucially will find support from mainland Tory warlordism in the context of the global econ implosion, & exploiting rising hostility to the EU - as already outlined in Chapter 1).

By using decommissioning as a lever THE CENTRE OF GRAVITY MOVES SEAMLESSLY TO WARLORDISM TO RETAIN CONTROL OF THE POL/ECON AGENDA.

With mainland Tories playing the anti EU card in the context of the global econ implosion, the Unionists will NO LONGER be geo strategically isolated, war will gather its own momentum as the mainland bourgeois pol/econ seeks to detach itself from its' EU moorings.

Cutting the crap, the 2 in fact go together, are part & parcel of the same incipient warlordist policy.

Because it is based on trust of the military plutocrats NOT to play the warlordist card to retain control of the pol/econ agenda. Just as the disarmament of antifascists is everywhere based on trust of the regime not to resort to warlordist policies to retain control of the pol/econ agenda. Trust of nuclear plutocrats that threaten global annihilation if their interests are threatened.

& as it is this inexorable PROCESS which has spawned umbrella warlordist formations (like Ulster Vanguard & the Ulster Loyalist Central Co-ordinating Committee) that will dictate the agenda, not just Paisley, but the Ulster military plutocratic elite cannot break with the institutional warlordist process without totally undermining their control of the pol/econ agenda (vis the context of the global econ implosion). They must therefore reawaken politically the demons of warlordism again to reassert/ retain control of the pol/econ agenda (to justify their shabby existence).

Should the resurgent political pogrom mongers

be assassinated?

By whom & under what circumstances?

But due to fear of being dumped with the capitalist south among unionists, if Paisley/ Trimble's political warlordist successors are assassinated (for their pogrom mongering) before progress in building the movement (in N Ireland) is made, this is likely to entrench not weaken sectarianism.

From among the Unionist community must first come/arise a viable incipient state force capable of taking over for the Unionist people (from Paisley et al) the role of gaurenteeing the (revolutionary) sovereignty of the Unionist people - whilst simaltaneously offering a rev pol/econ alternative (to the regime) acceptable/able to address the legitimate grievances of the Nat community - Before Paisley et al can be deposed/executed.

Yet nothing can be built without opening up a military political front against the regime.

The solution to this tortuous problem is for rev unionists to attack the worst elements of ultra orangeism - creating a space for revolutionaries to build/campaign - preparing the ground for all out civil warfare against paisley et al. So we must cut the (military) ground from under the enemy's feet as we build our (rev pol/econ) campaign - causing their position to be continuously weakened as ours is continuously strengthened.

So due to the national conflict/sovereignty questions merging with the legitimacy question in N Ireland, radically different patterns of struggle must be adopted compared with those required on the mainland.

Mainland: Marginal Warfare - To create opportunities to campaign/build the movement (as the initial rallying point for the mobilisation of our movement, leading IMMEDIATELY on launch of continuous operations, to I-B mobilisation for the Battle of Berlin against classical fascism vis pan commonwealth rev pol campaign as outlined in chapter 1) - leading to the continuous marshalling of our forces and insurrection.

N Ireland: Low/ Intermediate Intensity Warfare - To create space to build the Rev dem front/ movement - leading to revolutionary civil war. But STILL with Rev Dem Front in overall control of the movement.

Note due to the exceptional circumstances of N Ireland there must be a proportionately greater emphasis on immediate military warfare in relation to propaganda compared with the mainland (note to re-iterate, the all important general framework held together by the Battle of Berlin with mainlanders & Loyalist/ Republican I-Bs).

Certainly we should regard (while unlikely to have been intended as part of such a campaign) the targeting of Billy Wright as a positive devlopment.

We should acknowledge that this represents a tendancy/desire among a section of the Unionist people to wish to break out of the old ruling class controlled sectarian crap & therefore we should actively encourage it & seek opportunities to build upon it.

Though it should be stated this is unlikely to get very far without firstly significant political support on the mainland (which of course is dependant on the explosive deployment of this theory as outlined in chapters 1 & 2 of S. O. F.) underpinning it. But even if we cannot win over radical unionists immediately, an ongoing dialogue should be opened up, even if hostilites break out again.

(When the campaign on the mainland is launched, with the ripening of the geo pol/econ opportunities outlined in Chapter 1 enabling us to launch the operational rev dem movement) In the Nationalist community a completely new force (possibly working with or a faction of the existing IRA) should declare that its objective is rev democracy within a British federation & abandon/oppose the bombing of the mainland & operate on a defensive (against sectarian marches army/police attacks in support of etc) & rev pol basis - avoiding & extinguishing the current character of a national war in N Ireland.

Nevertheless we should maintain an ongoing dialogue with all potentially useful factions (WITHOUT LIMITING OUR FIELD OF OPERATIONS TO THE LIKES OF THE P. U. P. OR SINN FEIN ETC - BUT BASING OUR MOVEMENT FIRSTLY AND FOREMOST ON THE INDEPENDANT COMMUNITY - REGARDLESS, & WHERE NECCESSARY, IN ACTIVE MILITARY DEFIANCE OF ANY PRE-EXISTING NATIONALIST OR UNIONIST ELEMENT THAT SEEKS TO OBSTRUCT OUR OPERATIONS) and encourage everyone to play their potential positive role regardless. Revolutionaries in both Unionist & Nationalist communities should do what they should do unconditionally.

We should advocate a confederal military structure to echange info & co-ordinate their respective actions in the Nationalist and Unionist communities and the mainland (respecting the zonal autonomy of each organisation).

For Unionists (we should miss no opportunity in pointing out) the alternative to rev civil war is fullscale lebanonisation with German and USA interference.

But there is another problem.

How does the rev pol element in the nationalist community replace the existing IRA & Sinn fein orientation (and leadership/personnel/organisation) of (defacto) national war - when this leadership (unlike Paisley et al) is for all practical purposes already underground (identified with resistance)?

The cessation of such an approach will depend on internal military political pressures in Nationalist areas, from the Nationalist community (viewing national war as an attack on the rev pol aspirations of the Nationalist people within a wider British/Euro/global rev pol operational framework).

this will hinge on:

Revolutionary Unionists (proving themselves reliable allies by) eliminating the ultra orangeist sectarian threat.

Preparing the ground first by politically mobilising the Nationalist community against such attacks (aided by above factor) - depriving such elements of the legitimacy they currently have within the Nationalist community and enabling the rev pol movement to take over the leadership of (eg re-orientate) the Nationalist community.

Rotten elements of IRA & Sinn Fein (however small or big they be) attacking our rev pol campaign in Nationalist aeras (in concert with the british state - both anxious not to lose complete control of the situation) therefore demonstrating themselves as enemies of the Nationalist community.

An appropriately modified version of this strategy may serve as a model for Yugoslavia - anchored in a globalised campaign.

As we have seen the IRA is based less on the community, than on a vacuum. National Fear - of a state without legitimacy - causing people (in the Nat community) with varying degrees of enthusiasm and bitter reluctance, to support/tolerate the IRA.

But as the Nat community asserts itself, its autonomy within the revolutionary framework, either (a fraction of) the IRA will be pulled into line, or physically removed by the community.

The crunch will come when the community (working within the rev framework/basic program outlined) will assert its autonomy (even where needs must against sections of the IRA), and THEN everyone will have to decide where their CORE allegiance lies.

This is a historical checking mechanism. Eg it is not, can never, be effectively founded on the basis of doctrinal position of a bureaucratic leadership - but on the military political power of the active community itself.

Of course, activists, like the Nat community itself, cannot possibly be expected to act like Trotskyists, on the basis of ephemeral dogma alone. But when confronted by facts as they emerge (vis assertion of community power) - must then be willing to act accordingly. This of course, applies equally in the case of the Unionist community and Loyalist paramilitaries etc.

Ultimately, as the new movement gains ground (& becomes a viable guarantor of the legitimate rights of Unionist & Nat community - with cross community links), it will become demonstrably clearer that the entire `culture' of Orange marches (even in wholly Unionist areas) serves no legitimate purpose whatever (for the Unionist community - eg as a guarantee of sovereignty). And a frontal assault on the whole barbarian `culture' of Orange marches (and its displacement by cross community Rev Unionist movement/demos) even in wholly Unionist areas, becomes both possible and therefore (to avoid regression - to complete and consolidate the political decontamination of Ulster) imperative, by Rev Unionists.

Correspondingly, as the siege is lifted from the Nationalist community (by the wholesale repression of orangeism, by Rev Unionism), The Nat community can & must deal similarly with their own sectarian culture.

But it cannot possibly be overemphasised everything is wholly dependant on consolidation of the pan European campaign via the Battle of Berlin). Providing a viable geo pol/econ point of support for the campaign in N Ireland; even if it be the implosion of Ulster that detonates the crisis.

History & Prognosis

The Unionists were defacto (& dejure) part of the Britain (from planter stock/origins) within the Irish (incipient) state.

Therefore (with mainland backing) it was able to secede as (stagnant) Irish nationalism offered the Unionist masses no real way forward (Both fearful of reverse repression and desirous of holding onto then significant privileges).

Therefore (militarily viable) N. Ireland remained as an `Orange statelet' with the Nationalist community in a subordinate position.

The nationalists only (apparent) opportunities coming when global events created levers for it to work with. Eg `England's' difficulty is Irelands' opportunity' vis IRA collaboration with Nazis in WWII.

And also geo pol points of support vis 1968 (USA civil rights marches and the opportunity to capitalise on this geo political opportunity to create something similar). Eg the nationalist community of N. Ireland was already existing tinder that however required an external point of support to enable it to burst into flame - as otherwise too weak.

The Civil rights struggle (poking sectarian hegemony with a sharp stick, without being able to mobilise sufficient force to crush it) triggered the spectre of all out ethnic war in response (to defend entrenched privilege).

Consequently the army was brought in to contain/manage the violence. At first the army was welcomed by Nationalists (hoping that it would stop the orangeists) but as unable to actually resolve the situation (without recourse to revolutionary measures - of course unviable on the basis of the continued pol/econ regime) consequently then seen as nothing more than upholding orangeism (albeit in a contained fashion - nevertheless seen as a guarantor of it).

THIS led to a crisis of legitimacy of the British (not just Orange) state amongst the nationalist community, catalysing the IRA as a response (seeing the problem as the British army - `if only they could remove them')

Ulster & the Demographic Factor

(not included here to save disk space)

David Ervine (of the PUP) talks of N. Ireland `not being a normal society' (alluding to the sectarian role played by the `democrats' of the UUP etc). What he has not grasped (at least publicly, even if he might have privately) is that its' abnormality is related to the perversions of the BRITISH military plutocratic regime & wider still; the PRO EU fraction of the British state, its section of the military plutocracy cannot retain control of the pol/econ agenda, not because everybody else is fundamentally mad, but because, with the global econ implosion, its corrupt & criminal centre of pol/econ gravity will disappear down the toilet. & in such a context Tory/ Loyalist fascist warlordism will have the attraction of a sort of mad consistency about it.

Indeed the (temporary) very eclipse of military sectarianism will (when the global implosion comes) pass the control of the agenda back into the hands of the military plutocratic core elite politicians, who, needing to retain control, must re-awaken the demons again...feeding into the re-birth of an LVF type organ & war gathering its own momentum.

Liquidating the successors to the LVF means (long term) gaining re-inforced support among Unionist community for such a policy, in turn this is only possible, long term, with the abandonment of the support for national war/union with capitalist Ireland (to allay Unionists legitimate fears). Which in turn demands the military eradication of ALL aspects of sectarian culture which allow the reborne LVF type organ to exist - eg the ultra Orangeist marches - A rev settlement as previously outlined means guaranteeing the legitimate rights of all sections of the community and mobilising them around a rev reconstructionsit centre of pol/econ gravity.

Failure to do this means that the genocidal war, gathering its own momentum, will drag in the big players, not just mainland Britain and Ireland, but USA and EU/Germany - who will no doubt, generously offer their services as `peacekeepers'.

Noting the way Germany used its financial might to squeeze out of Britain a recognition of croatia and Bosnia without guarantees for the rights of the national minorities - as the price for financial support to remain in the ERM, it is easy to see how similar considerations will impact. Or even in reverse, granting a licence to kill to a desperate British state (a la Falklands factor) at financial cost (not to mention EU/German control of British nukes).

After 5 centuries of holding the balance of power, Britain will disappear down the crack between the great powers (and ultimately, unless saved by Euro rev, fragment into smithereens as will the other nation states....).

Another secondary factor mitigating against full scale Lebanonisation, (after the Loyalist military victory) was that the Unionist community had no desire for it - after the IRA had been effectively vanquished by the Loyalist paramilitaries (eg no cold war type imperative to go all the way) eg no popular will for all out ethno/national war, beyond a given point after the security of the Unionist community had been guaranteed by the partial eclipse of the IRA (this is the basis of the Loyalist antifascist tendancies - which though will be completely eclipsed by chaos of the global econ implosion - unless linked up with mainland/ Euro rev movement).

N. IRELAND

(OUTLINE SCENARIO 2)

(A movement based on the warlordist eclipse of the Russian state - NB* in the case of the use of nukes by NATO/ USA the regime would cease to possess legitimacy)

(This scenario envisages a shrinking cryptic fascist centre in Ulster STILL possessing pseudo legitimacy, as the mainalnd regime attempts to deploy LVF successor type fascists against mainland revolutionary movement launching its campaign in response to the descent of Russia into warlordism. in order to embroil them in Ulster.

With BOTH mainland & Ulster regimes possessing pseudo legitimacy, eg NOT having collapsed as in the previous scenario, Ulster based anti fascists must concentrate exclusively on covering the mainalnd movement from attack by LVF successor types and on `Real IRA' types responsible for the Omagh bombing, to prevent the mainland movement being sucked into Ulster.

ONLY with the development of a viable mainland rev movement, especially via the BATTLE OF BERLIN & pan Euro commonwealth campaign, which is the centre of gravity for the rev movement, does it become possible for Ulster antifascists to launch a revolutionary political challenge to a state still possessing pseudo legitimacy, to connect up with the mainland/ European rev movement.

Indeed it is ONLY the participation of Ulster antifascists at the Battle of Berlin which enables this challenge, wins Ulster revolutionaries the trust of BOTH sections of the community, which be required to CONSOLIDATE/ hold such a political challenge to the legitimacy of the regime together.

In BOTH outline scenarios, the revolution in Ulster must firstly & principally be fought in the Battle of Berlin. Ulster will be able to see better than anyone else, that without a Euro Commonwealth, there is only deadly nationalism, only the abyss.

Vis the Caesar in the USA scenario, it is almost certain that Ulster would have long been exploded by the global econ implosion before this scenario came on line, though would have significant impact on the wider European campaign.

This outline scenario is the less likely of the 2, but neccessary to mention to cover every angle).

In this section we are looking at a situation in which the mainland movement would have deployed BEFORE N. Ireland has imploded, due to the above scenarios, & the military plutocratic regime is looking to embroil a growing mainland movement in the quagmire of Ulster, by encouraging LVF successor assassins to attack the mainland movement.

How does the current (albeit temporary)

`Peace Process' affect our strategy?

Currently for the nat community, it confers legitimacy on the regime. As the Nat community, however naively, see the connections with the bourgeois south as a guarantee of its security (of course the south cannot effectively guarantee their security, except through sectarian military intervention); naievely because the carpet chewers shall be in the ascendancy, in England, when the global econ implosion strikes (if the revolution has not established its operational campaign etc).

As already stated, the mainland movement must be the political anchor (point of support) of the Rev Unionist movement in N. Ireland.

Revolutionary Unionist strategy must centre on targeting the successors to the LVF - as a pre-emptive & retaliatory response to secret state attacks on the mainland movement by the successors to the LVF (note the recent confirmation of MI5 involvement in ultra orangeist death squads), designed to embroil the mainland movement in military operations in N. Ireland the logic of which (given mainland lefts' support for the IRA - as outlined) would be a military alliance with the IRA (and its Nationalist agenda, disregarding the Unionist community's legitimate fears of reverse repression). For if we do not establish a military political connexion with rev unionism, this happens by default, the terroristic military pol logic of which, would spell certain death for the mainland movement. This trap must be avoided at all costs.

THIS is why the mainland movement cannot just ignore N. Ireland (and treat it like Rockall). But MUST establish a covering military political connexion among Rev Unionists in N. Ireland - to avoid any impetus to the mainland movement becoming embroiled in N. Ireland military operations.

BUT as seen/ detailed in Chapter 1 (please refer back if neccessary for detail), the mainland movement itself must concentrate on building the cyber army/ electronic underground UNTIL the geo pol situtation ripens (vis any of the scenarios outlined - INCLUDING THOSE NOT DEPENDANT ON N. IRELAND, providing the basis for CONTINUOUS OPERATIONS, EG WEST'S USE OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS OR WARLORDIST ECLIPSE OF THE RUSSIAN STATE).

THE MAINLAND/ EURO REVOLUTION CAN ONLY EMBARK ON CONTINUOUS OPERATIONS WHEN THE ENEMY CENTRE OF POL/ECON GRAVITY HAS COLLPASED (AS OUTLINED IN CHAPTER 1).

Initially, if with the eclipse of the Russian state by warlordism, the mainland movement has been launched, Rev Unionist strategy must centre exclusively on targeting the successors to the LVF (who would be deployed against mainland revolutionaries to embroil them in N. Ireland) etc, until the `peace process' has collapsed in flames courtesy of the POLITICAL WARLORDISTS (eg vis global econ implosion) & successors to the LVF. Or of regimes' defense of the successors to the LVF from Rev Unionist attack - so creating the basis for Rev Unionist alliance with the Nat community, to free anti fascist POWs (not forgetting that everything will collapse without the Battle of Berlin holding together the pan Euro framework of the campaign).

It is absolutely critical to take note, that in N. Ireland, the Rev military organs come into being before the RDF.

For it is only the proof they provide for the Nat community by attacks on the successors to the LVF (& against fascists at the Battle of Berlin) that creates the potential for collapse of the fraudulent legitimacy of the regime with the regime defending the successors to the LVF fascists from anti fascist military assault, and as the Nat community joins Rev Unionists in fighting for the release of antifascist POWs, the N. Ireland section of the RDF can come into being (though the N. Ireland Rev military organs have a prior anchor of political support via the mainland/ Euro rev movement - eg Battle of Berlin).

But without the military assault on the successors to the LVF, prior formation of an RDF among rev unionists would be viewed as an attempt to subvert what the Nat Community perceives (however naively) as their guarantee of security (links with the bourgeois south), without any better gaurentee to replace it.

The military assault on the successors to the LVF (buttressed by rev pol connexions with the mainland/ Europe VIA THE BATTLE OF BERLIN) provides these security/ (& geo strategic) guarantees to the Nat community.

Paisley et al should STILL be treated as crypto-fascists (unless adopting openly fascistic methods against Unionists - so revealing themselves openly as anti democratic enemies of the Unionist people), eg Revolutionary Unionists would have to martial the masses via methods of continuous political warfare (eg delegitimising Paisley/Trimble's warlordist successor etc- as outlined in this book) before any insurrectionary assault could even be considered as a serious possibility/launched against them.

Because of this the parliamentary struggle cannot be ignored.

In large part the logic of how parliamentary struggle is approached by revolutionaries has hitherto determined their approach to N. Ireland.

The most revolutionary aspirations trapped within a reformist operational framework (as with Militant) can only sink back into reformism, aiding the reaction and consequantly (on the part of most insurgents/radical sects) an attempt to seek a `realistic' insurrectionary solution by supporting the IRA.

But to re-iterate what is required is to create direct dialogue within a revolutionary framework between different even hostile sections of the community to forge a solution to the legitimate grievances/fears of all sections of the community - over the dead bodies of the Queen, Blair Lander et al.

Flowing from this, elements of Sinn Fein, Rev alliance candidates (parliamentary bloc of assorted radical currents, inc Militant) and even the PUP - may under impact of the rev campaign/ mass pressure (just as on the mainland with a Rev alliance parliamentary/TU bloc - certainly not on their own initiative), form useful elements of a parliamentary/TU reargaurd (as with Militant/SLP) for the (`Trident' - I-B, RDF, and parl/TU bloc) rev movement in N Ireland.

Also for this reason (to encourage/avoid strangling dialogue) there should be no `official' `party line' ( of the rev movement) on N Ireland which activists are obliged to mouth.

Ultimately all is dependant on our targeting throughout Britain (& Europe) the legitimacy of the military plutocratic regime, its' criminal pol/econ, of crown power and its' apex the queen. Targeting the core criminality of these institutions (including crown power - for the general core pol/econ crimes in the Indictment etc affecting the mass of mainland/ European/ global masses) means coming out OPENLY as a regicide movement.

(Beyond the outline scenarios)

Working with hostile factions continued:

We are forced to address ourselves to the Q, WHAT do we do if the worst comes to the worst and elements of the movement engage in an alliance with the IRA & its activities (eg on the mainland or in the Unionist community).

As already outlined, toleration of such terroristic actions (such an alliance would give rise to) means certain death for the rev movement. Therefore to preserve the military political & operational integrity of the RDM and its organs it will be neccessary to crush any such element/faction engaged in terroristic activities on the mainland (similarly the Unionist & Nationalist communities can/should deal with them in a zonal context as outlined, if they engage in terroristic actions in their community or flee there).

This is neccessary to prevent ALL being lost to preserve the military - pol/operational integrity of the RDM.

To see how the mainland/ Euro rev movement prevents itself being taken over by the IRA, dragged into the mire of terrorism & is able to absorb antifascist Republicans (& anti fascist Loyalists) within its military political operational framework (enabling us therefore as outlined here, to crush any fascist element that operates outside of it - eg that is, operating in a terroristic construct), see AGAINST TERRORISM & FOR THE GLOBAL CIVIL WAR in Chapter 1.

*Please note, that the emphasis on `Successors to the LVF' is made due to the LVF's recent ceasefire taking them out of the equation - doubtless due to UVF measures. With this in mind, the focus shifts to their successors as they emerge. Though if the LVF, or as likely as not a part of them, resume hostilities, then they again become proper targets for our confederated allies in the Unionist community.

Ulster Easter

Radical Unionist currents in N. Ireland (pre mainland launch of movement), while stating their opposition to the LVF and their commitment to guaranteeing the sovereignty of the Unionist community, have (at the time of writing) no coherent operational pol/econ strategy/framework beyond this.

Such currents (or tendencies within them) can be described as organs in stasis. It is precisely the unstable equilibrium between past and future functions, re-inforced by inertia (eg no, at the time of writing, current points of support on the mainland for rev military pol struggle in N. Ireland), that keeps them in their current form and therefore not yet attacked wholesale by the regime.

Therefore it only becomes viable for them (or other rev Unionist components that might arise) to split/evolve into precursor organs (paving the way for RDM via anti LVF/POW struggle) after being presented with a fait accompli, vis the rise of political warlordism in Ulster & fascist fallout on the mainland & rise of rev formations on the mainland giving them points of geo strategic support.

OR vis rise of mainland movement unconnected with events in Northern Ireland (eg as consequance of western military plutocracy using nuclear weapons or warlordist eclipse of the Russian state) & state aided attacks on mainland rev movement by LVF successors. NOT on the strength of mere theory alone, but on the basis of the BATTLE OF BERLIN holding the movement together.

Though we should make clear/state publicly our strategic framework beforehand, to make clear our intention to avoid being dragged into a sectarian conflagration by the (successors to) LVF attacks on the mainland movement (eg by concentrating on the construction of the Cyber Army); and corresponding military pol co-operation with any radical Unionist anti-fascists covering our flank in Ulster by attacking the LVF (including responding on our behalf to mainland attacks on us by the successors to the LVF).

Indeed in the case of the geo strategic scenarios outlined (vis descent of Russia into warlordism or use by regime of nuclear weapons), with the regime more & more unstable/ desperate to drag the mainland movement into the mire of Ulster, this is likely to result in instantaneous repression of said Ulster based antifascist element by the mainland regime resulting in a kind of `Ulster Easter' - creating the basis for the POW struggle and cross community mass movement, though ONLY involvement at the Battle of Berlin consolidating connexions of Ulster antifascists with the mainland movement, will make this possible.

What Rev Unionists should do vis IRA terror attacks (potential for secret state assistance/aiding of to stir things) is build up credibility by slaughtering the successors to the LVF, then, for release of anti-fascist POWs, appeal to Nat community:

For cross community rev pol campaign.

For them to contain their own sectarian ultras.

Of course if the `peace process' breaks down completely before then, then could well find themselves fighting all out on 2 fronts at the same time - in this case rev Unionists should STILL stick to the zonal approach outlined.

If they do not stick to a zonal approach (but tip over into internecine/national war), then we (on the mainland) should appeal for new Rev Unionists elements to arise/supplant those that previously we allied ourselves with and crush all sectarian ultras, beginning with the worst and including among previous allies.

The Omagh atrocity & the splitting of the heritage of 1916

Whilst recognising that until my martyrdom my words have very little weight - to socialists in the Nationalist community, if you regard my blood sacrifice as having any authority, then you should execute the Omagh bombers yoursleves - so cutting the ground from Blair - his cryptic totalitarian measures being almost certainly aimed at the incipient mainland revolutionary movement, rather (or at least more) than anyone else.

And in so doing, split the heritage of 1916 - the revolutionary from the fascist reactionary. Which previously was inevitably bound up (as a duel current latent then bursting out from) within it (as surely as Napoleonic expansionism grew out of the dialectic of Robespeirre - even though thence the former had to crush the radical within the latter)- as (in 1916, & until the collapse of the global pol/econ) the pol/econ (and military pol/econ) agenda always was in the control directly or several degrees (but not one bit less effective for it) indirectly - in the control of global finance, in which, Irish landlord - capitalism was a very small cog.

This meant, constrained thus, that 1916 had nothing to offer the Unionist community save a reversal of oppression (which inevitably, having the power to do, they rejected).

Though as we have seen, it will only be possible to build revolutionary unity between Nationalist & Unionist when the regime's centre of pol/econ gravity has collapsed (vis any of the scenarios outlined in chapter 1) - because in turn, with the collapse of global finance hegemonic control of the agenda (& rise of our potential rev control of the agenda), we can counterpose the program of continental & global commonowealth to military plutocratic anarchy.

Vis our history, we should not subject ourselves unneccessarily to the inevitable shortcomings of 1916,1917 or1793. But just as the aristocracy takes pride in its ancient coats of arms, we should recognise the banners of 1916, 1917 & 1793 etc as our ancient coats of arms - with the banners of commonwealth & the new movement flying high above them.

The way this splitting of historical heritage should be done is that ALL such cultures should be subordinate to the commonwealth culture. - In this way there even be room for a similarly delineated part of the heritage of 1688 - NOT the pogrom mongerers whose savagery dates back to the Battle of the Diamond; who must simply be eradicated.

But those who opposed to absolutism in mainland Britain, see in crown power the successor to the pretender. Even though 1688 lacks the plebian glory of 1916, and has an even more clearly pronounced dark side, what true revolutionary could say that they would have stood in arms for the imposition of absolutism on the mainland?

But currently BOTH currents are actively defined in terms of SECTARIAN EXCLUSIVITY. Therefore they can best be served by incorporation into a commonwealth culture - which means furthermore, the active abandonment of all excusivist displays - which sully the noble rev/anti absolutist componenets of these cultures.

We should also (learn from the Romans &) channel the exuberance of BOTH communities traditions in a cross comminty revolutionary fashion, eg those great Loyalist bonfires together JOINTLY with Republicans commemerate/ show solidarity with Revolutionary martyrs vis the Battle of Berlin etc.

Postcript March 23 2000

We have examined how the Revolution can break down exclusivist approach of both traditions/ communities & meld them together through antifascist war via Battle of Berlin.

A Q has been posed by southern capitalism's invitation to Orange Order to march in Dublin, ether this represents a significant similar tendancy capable of breaking sectarianism within existing military plutocratic hegemony (an attemptto reduce it to harmless pagentry).

BUT, reverse repression still a threat (vis capitalist unification) AND within context of Ulster, does nothing to break sectarianism IN Ulster (indeed legitimates it). THIS can only happen when rev Loyalists/ Unionists take a pro-active operational (military political) decision to work with antifascist Republicans, via Battle of Berlin.

8/9/98

While the Omagh bombers should still be executed to cut the ground from the regime, we should recognise & acknowledge as a positive development, the actions of Nationalist Republicans (including the IRA) in forcing the ceasefire of the sectarian ultras, the Real IRA.

For us decommissioning is a non issue, what is relevant is that sectarian ultras are crushed - within the confederal role/framework outlined earlier.

If as with new revolutionary groupings/core which must still be built/underpinned by the mainland rev movement, if a fraction of the (UVF &) IRA were to take an active part in this process (which at least there is a clearly identifiable tendancy for them to do, even if neither yet goes far enough), and abandon its aim of unity with the bourgeois south (& change name to redefine its military function as fully & excusively consistent with the confederal role/framework as outlined earlier) THEN it would be utterly contemptible for any calling themselves revolutionaries, to demand that those Loyalists passing sentance of death on the likes of Billy Wright or Nationalists targeting the Omagh bombers & sticking to such a confederal role/framework as outlined earlier, should cede to the august moral authority of the world's biggest per capita arms dealers - Whose Pinochetesque new laws (which will gravely inflame the situation in Ulster) be targeted primarily against revolutionaries on the mainland.

For revolutionaries, the proper objective is the disarmament/crushing of sectarian ultras in both the Unionist & Nationalist communities, but above all the military plutocratic regime in control on the mainland.

The targeting of Billy Wright by Loyalists & the threats on the Omagh bombers by Nationalists should be properly & fully built upon, not suppressed. Though it needs a new rev core - connected to the OPERATIONAL mainland/ European movement via the Battle of Berlin to bring this to fruition.

And until we on the mainland make our move (vis any of the scenarios outlined in chapter 1), it will of course be impossible for us to set the agenda in Ulster. This being the case, while we can/should engage in political dialogue with any element on the basis of our program, we should recognise that we are in no position to infleuence events in Ulster until our campaign is underway.

And it is only when the mainaland/ European campaign (via the Battle of Berlin) be underway that we will be able to provide both communities with the all important levers of the mainland rev pol connexion; and so then & only then be positioned to establish proper operational connexions based on the confederal framework (underpinned by the mainland movement) mentioned earlier.

But to re-iterate, nothing much can be done directly vis building the rev pol campaign in Ulster, UNTIL the peace process collapses in flames, either:

As a consequance of Ulster military plutocratic politicians playing the orange card (vis global econ implosion). OR:

As a consequance of the regimes assualt on rev Unionists/Socialists in the Nationalist community working within our framework (that attack sectarian ultras attacking the mainland movement, which in so doing, the regime destroys the peace process itself.

The Assassination of Billy Wright

The assassination of this scumbag by the Nationalist INLA (& its sectarian repercussions), demonstrates clearly the imperative of a zonal approach as outlined.

While it requires heroic restraint from all components of the confederal military political movement, it is clear that the alternatives are far worse.

The Impact of Orangeism on the Mainland

The orange pogrom mongers dictate the whole nat sec state pol/econ agenda for mainland Britain. To suffer their existence has meant/means inevitably to suffer the existence of a military plutocratic regime/nat sec state, that by default finds its main pretext for existing in the inevitable IRA response - which survives, is tolerated/finds support in the Nationalist Community solely because of the ethno supremacist orange pogrom mongers. These scum be the lynchpin underpinning the ruination of the entire mainland pol/econ.

The revolution shall eradicate such elements. We shall pay any price, suffer any loss to do so - for we know WE have no choice. For to fail to do so, means the re-emergence of a nat sec state by default and with it a new military plutocracy.

Drugs & the IRA?

We cannot take as remotely reliable info/accussations peddled by the enemy (psyops etc), on any organisation (eg vis IRA or UVF).

Yet even if incontrovertible evidence were to be found, proving IRA involvement in the drugs trade, many in the Nat community, on the basis of a mere weighing of (even a mountain of) evidence alone, will choose to ignore/deny it - for an innate fear of something worse. Capitulation.

Therefore, to resolve any such possible dialectical dilemas, the drugs Q can only be effectively addressed by addressing the Q unequivocally in terms of community autonomy and community power - within the Rev framework.

Noting the Rules of Revolutionary Warfare, we should deal with such a threat in a political context, either a part of the IRA (AS potentially with the UVF) becomes part of/merges with our forces, working within our revolutionary framework - including the Rules of Revolutionary Warfare - & therefore subject to our core military discipline, or they are not.

If they (or a part of the IRA) are not, & they carry out actions consistent with enemy actions - such as the Omagh bombing - we shall deal with them as such - as fascists.

If they do not carry out such military operations (which implies their sphere of operations being pared back to the extent that they no longer be a political threat), then deal with them as criminals according to the Rules of Revolutionary Warfare laid out in same chapter in The Steel Core.

It is neccessary to include the targeting of the international political economy of drugs (eg CIAs role in the international drugs trade) in a wider rev pol framework against the backdrop of which, the community - based (EG NOT THE RDM PROPER) anti drugs trade patrols CAN take place - within & only within the framework of the Rules of Revolutionary Warfare.

Even where the link is indirect it is imperative that national/global finance/corps are held accountable for the actions of their (bought & paid for) state (including all political/military collaboration with the drug dealing CIA). Wether profiting directly from (eg laundering) or not. The `I didn't actually want my rabid rottweiler to savage your child' argument must not be tolerated (their dog therefore they must pay).

The alternate option (to following the Rules of Revolutionary Warfare & the wider rev pol campaign) is an almost inevitable slide into degeneration like PADAG in South Africa (People Against Drugs And Gangs) - almost certainly catalysed with the machinations of the SA secret state (as was frequantly the case pre Mandela) - but this should (have been) be factored in to all calculations from the beginning. Therefore there is a need to fix a stabilising rev pol centre of gravity (through the Rules of Revolutionary Warfare and wider rev pol campaign) to prevent the situation falling apart.

Wonderland:

The Q of decommisioning,

the global econ implosion

& the coming conflagaration

Should the regime attempt to deploy LVF sucessor types against a mainland movement in the event of a USA nuclear strike or Russia's descent into warlordism, then the points raised in this section are still relelvant

As seen there are 2 sections of the (mainland military plutocratic) enemy. (A weaker) one that wants out, & the carpet chewers, who will be back in the ascendancy with the global econ implosion. So that even if an agreement is reached which would insure via demography eventual incorporation of Ulster into the capitalist south, the (as well as political warlordism deployed by Ulster military plutocratic elite to cling onto control of pol/econ agenda the) bombing of Dublin (by revanchist Loyalists in context of global econ implosion) combined with EU involvement is certain to insure that they to, (will) `...have not gone away you know...'

The ceasefire was fashioned by radicals in the UVF/ Nat community - the disarmament of said elements can only strengthen the hands of the sectarian (RUC &) LVF successor types (eg OV & RHD); which is why the LVF made their recent decommisioning gesture.

The LVF having been beaten by the UVF, sought to score cheap propaganda points against the IRA, & in turn the UVF by such an act; an attempt to gain by political means what they had failed to gain by military means...

...By either way attempting to weaken &/ or discredit the IRA/ UVF by playing the decommisioning card...

...so as to give a pretext, a figleaf of wholly fraudulent legitimacy to the playing of the orange card, if IRA do not decommision (and the assertion of their right to murder culture marches if they do WHICH IN THE CONTEXT OF THE GLOBAL ECON IMPLOSION WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTAIN), by the military plutocratic politicains - who, being wholly incapable of basing themselves on fundamental social resistance against the core regime, must outflank its reactionary character (vis pogrom mongering ethno/national chauvinism), to underpin their own continued wretched existence (LEASTWAYS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE GLOBAL ECON IMPOSION).

The core objective for the warlordist fraction of the enemy is to either smash the UVF or drag them back into sectarian conflict, as the UUP (political wing of the RUC), be essentially a crypto warlordist element, whose orange marches INEVITABLY feed a fascist sectarian (OV/ RHD type) murder culture. Therefore to stabilise their own power, it is the anti fascist UVF which must be broken on the wheel or dragged back into sectarian conflict. (TO RE-ITERATE EVEN THOUGH INTERNATIONAL PRESSURE CURRENTLY COMPELS BLAIR TO CONTAIN THIS CURRENT, THE GLOBAL ECON IMPLOSION WILL BREAK BLAIR'S CENTRE OF POL/ECON GRAVITY, FEEDING THIS WARLORDIST PROCESS).

Currently:

OV/RHD commit sectarian murders

in an attempt to get PIRA to respond, but they do not:

a) because the UVF crush the OV/RHD for them

b)because the all Ireland aspect (however naive they be in this

- eg ignoring the revenge of the carpet chewers with

the global econ implosion) possesses pseudo

legitimacy & illusion of security

gaurentees for them

The enemy need however disarmament of UVF

(who by crushing fascist LVF type sectarians,

pose a grave danger to sectarian politics in general

CONCLUSION

While the pro EU section of the state are attempting to push one agenda, which will inevitably be eclipsed by the global econ implosion (& bombing of Dublin even before then if Unionists are forced to accept evolving union with the capitalist south); the warlordist fraction of the enemy, are attempting to get/ drag PIRA into conflict OR get them to disarm, so that (in accordance with the constitutional nicities) the state (must) has a free hand/ pretext to go after the UVF if they refuse to disarm

(most likely using irregular Loyalist formations AGAIN AGAINST PIRA).

Enemy warlordist strategy in Ulster may not be calibrated to the global econ implosion, but it certainly is calibrated to how best to weaken forces aligned against it, the IRA, but even more so, the UVF (the fact that 29/1/2000 the UFF are considering copying the LVF's approach of a tactical ceasefire is an ominous sign).

Now it may be that the state can contain such, pre global econ implosion, but it certainly cannot afterwards. This means a bloodbath, but the regime is preparing the way for a 2nd hammering of the IRA, if they do not disarm. Of course, if they do, then with global econ implosion, mass slaughter (anyway).

For then, with the horror restored, military plutocratic power (it is hoped) can be stabilised. It may be short term (if the global econ implosion does not cut across the process), but longer term, with global econ implosion it cannot, WAR will gather its own momentum as the murderous fuckers have no other policy options open to them to retain their positions of power.

OUR problem is both sections of the enemy are calling the shots (pre global econ implosion), & that the antifascist elements will be seriously weakened EITHER way. Eg

Hand in your guns & get slaughtered (vis global econ implosion). Or:

Don't hand in your guns, ultimately get dragged into conflict get partially slaughtered pre global econ implosion, then with global econ implosion, get slaughtered.

The agony of choice.

How can we be sure that this is not all part of a fully co-ordinated strategy (eg yield a little ground as Trimble did, vis the setting up of the executive, give sufficient rope to PIRA to hang themselves/UVF with, as outlined above - eg strategic position strengthened wether or not arms handed in), then spring the trap? Eg a carefully worked out strategy encompassing ALL reactionary components, via the likes of the Ulster Loyalist Central Co-ordinating Committee (such is unlikely to be calibrated to the global econ implosion, but to how best to weaken forces aligned against it, UNTIL BLAIR'S CREDIBILITY CRUMBLES; WHICH WILL BE THE GLOBAL ECON IMPLOSION, the IRA, but even more so, the UVF)? Eg borrowing from IRA strategy of using (bourgoies British) constitutionalism against the Unionists, by implicitly accepting a framework that (demographically) leads to evolving unification with the south, to secure the best possible strengthening of position, to be actively deployed when (said) crisis/ opportunity presents itself?

We can't. In any case, it matters not. That is the effect.

EG ALTERNATIVELY:

Decommisioning by PIRA leads to a pretext to clampdown on antifascists in the UVF/ disarm them.

Which leaves the fascists strengthened, most crucially when the global econ implosion comes (the IRA/ UVF being disarmed).

This (most dangerously with the global econ implosion) aids Orangeist murder culture marches (with political warloridst backing) invading Nat areas... with the OV/RHD in tow. For to re-iterate, it is the inevitability of OV/RHD fascists feeding of this murder culture of orange ethno chauvinism, that (perversely) means that the UVF must be crushed (or else dragged as outlined earlier into joining in the slaughter).

Blair's regime, while they genuinely want to avoid war in Ulster, have (as we have seen) geared their entire military geo pol/econ policy to stabilising Ulster, on the basis of military plutocracy; are WILLFULLY blind to the realities. Are mere tailor's dummies/ suits choosing from the options presented by (the gameplan strategists of) the military plutocratic operational framework.

They cannot admit the criminal reality of said machine without incriminating themselves, so they choose the treadwheel of complicity, for to say the UUP sectarian bastards should be crushed, dovetails with & can only be underpinned with a mainland rev pol/econ policy in alliance with revolutionary anti fascist Loyalists.

Trapped, without mainland support, the PUP/UVF are obliged (wether or not they even be fully conscious of/ appreciate the extent of its absurdity) to play a wonderland game of talking bollox within the regimes (hegemonic) framework, whilst trying (in the real world) to prevent chaos.

For to say `all you criminals should hang' without pre existing mainland/ European rev pol backing, would leave the UVF either:

Trying to create an isolated, tiny, weedy & unviable socialist state in Ulster.

With the manifestly unacceptable/ unviable option of joining capitalist Ireland.

Trying to detonate rev war against the regime in Britain.

But they least of all would be able to begin/ consolidate such a movement. WHY? WHY NOT like the Battle of Berlin (eg actually paving the way for)?

Mainlanders must launch the campaign becuase they would take a dim view of an organ which has NOT launched a total rev pol war against crypto fascist formations (UUP/RUC) in Ulster (even though they be in no position to).

Hence they are trapped... unable to address themselves in any way to the threats posed by the coming global econ implosion. & we on the mainland are similarly unable to do anything (eg launch continuous operations - giving antifascist Loyalism the critical Mainland/ Euro rev connexion) until any of the aforementioned scenarios (as outlined in Chapter 1) come on line. It is the role of enemy to trigger the deluge (vis scenarios outlined in Chapter 1); & for the Revolution to prepare (via construction of the Cyber Army) to meet the threats & opportunities it will pose to humanity.

Q: Can the IRA do what the UVF/PUP (quite understandably want) ask & `...say that '...the (ethno/national) war is over'...'?

If they were to give an OPEN declaration that the war is over, it would mean giving up on a united (capitalist) Ireland; as OPENLY DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO MAINTAIN THEIR ARMS FOR SELF DEFENSE CAN ONLY BE CONSOLIDATED ON A BRITISH BASIS, to outflank the `Irish Constitutionalism' of Trimble et al.

(No problem in principle for rev dems, BUT...) Can it be done NOW?

Currently the Irish state/ USA act as their gaurentors of survival/ security. Eg WITHOUT IMMEDIATE MAINLAND OPERATIONAL REV POL POINTS OF SUPPORT, everything falls back into the same old shite... & then (if only by default) the ethno/ national banner of a united (capitalist) Ireland is raised again & all the old crap returns. & then some.

PLAYING FOR TIME

In conclusion, the strength of the political warlordist enemy orientation is that using the (aforementioned) `Irish constitutionalist' approach, the machine of political warlordism (wether by design or default) is securing/ managing as strong a strategic advantage as possible, GEARED TO THE FUTURE (global econ implosion) yet operating within the boundaries of said pseudo legitimate current framework.

N. Ireland & the general theory of rev warfare

The containment by the Unionist community (& the state) of their own ultras (following their military defeat of the IRA), provides a complex illustration of our general theory, that military victory for the core enemy leads to its liquidating its own nat sec state justification for existing (having to call their dogs of for fear of geo pol odium, therefore unthinkable pre global econ implosion to allow runaway momentum to develop, only develops a kind of stable instability by foreign diversion linkage with the anti EU Q vis EU intervention - even thence provides us with an ideal rev target).

Why (isolated & in) N. Ireland? And HOW exactly does this prove the theory?

It be isolated to N. Ireland because it is an ethno national conflict within a nation - But its fate be wholly dependant on the salvation of the mainland via regionalised incorporation into commonwealth - to take the pol/con agenda out of military plutocratic core elite hands (this dialectic mirrors at a provincial level yet be wholly dependant on for consolidation, the commonwealth dialectic) - Or else this elite needing to retain control of the agenda shall re- awaken the sectarian demons & war shall gather its own momentum. (Eg the rise of a neo classical left in response to general economic collapse shall catalyse this process).

Though in pan Euro commonwealth context, there is no automatic stage/interregnum of cessation of hostilities (leading inexorably back into colapse).

But instead, dependant on human consciousness seizing hegemony over matter, via commonwealth struggle, it CAN (unlike N. Ireland provincial context) seize hegemonic control of the agenda.

To re-emphasise, N. Ireland while wholly dependant on the commonwealth struggle for its long term fate (to cut the ground from the military plutocratic elite) nevertheless proves (as a provincial lab experiment) that if the nat sec states own enemy threat/justification (for existing) is exhausted - BY A (combined with), via a commonwealth campaign (education of the core masses on the need for sacrifices for global reconstruction-so that a rev centre of gravity can be consolidated), the enemy's victory can & will lead to its own defeat.

Punishment beatings

While it would be opportunistic to tut tut at the obviously ghastly nature of such activities, given that the RUC has NO legitimacy in Nationalist areas, such will fill the vacuum (as would have been the case if the Nazis had occuppied Britain). And in the context of civil war on the mainland (with the regime's legitimacy similarly eclipsed), repression of drug dealers on the mainland/ Europe (by irregular rev activists) will be no less terrible.

But what gives IRA activities an added horror, is that this is the best they can offer (within their current geo pol/econ framework). It is clear that their current framework offers absolutely nothing to the Unionist/ Loyalist working class. Hence (to re-iterate) their approach of bombing the mainland to try to get the mainland military plutocracy to act as `persuaders'(!) vis unification with the capitalist south or even `apply to the Unionists the medicine currently applied to Republicans'.

Which even if they do (under interational pressure vis odium of Orangeist pogroms) the collapse of Blair's regime vis global econ implosion & fusion of the Ulster warlordism with & Tory anti EU warlordism, should any such be inclined to intervene (nuff said)...

There is then no blitz spirit, prospect of a final victory, merely despair, resignation & containment. And it is this utter failure of their general framework that gives their activities in this & every regard, their most terrible aspect. The total abscence of hope.

Accounting for Past Errors

Previously I reckoned on 3rd world variant fascism in N. Ireland taking hold, Why? When there has been no Israel style land grab, no imperialist enemy of the LVF? HOW could I have made such a dramatic error?

In a word, DRUMCREE - where Trimble & co were dragged onto the same platform as Billy Wright - in response to the death threat placed on Billy Wright by the UVF.

Eg it was self evident that the pol/econ centre could not/cannot hold, so looking for the trigger mechanism, I assumed that (eventually) Drumcree or the like, would be the trigger.

Seeing Trimble share a platform with Billy Wright led me to assume that Wrights' tendancy, which was so clearly in control thence (surely Trimble did not want to share a platform with this unrefined scum), would ultimately be the means by which sectarian control of the agenda be re-asserted.

Eg I concluded that if Trimble could not take some cautious steps to put a little more distance between him & Billy Wright, then THIS in & of itself seemed to confirm that because the military plutocratic political elites were so manifestly weak, that the warlords were immediately in the ascendant, possessed immediate control of the agenda and would detonate the process themselves.

Wheras whilst the political elites are that weak, they nevertheless have the operational control of the agenda & therefore the `honor' of kicking this process of in their final attempt to retain control of the pol/econ agenda.

Whilst there be no significant knock on effects with regards a need to re-calibrate military pol/econ strategy, this was still a serious error in theory on my part.

As for my other error vis N. Ireland, of underestimating the potential that there might theoretically be an attempt (under the fear of international pressure) to force a framework leading to (via demography) eventual unification with the capitalist south, the looming global econ implosion/ cataclysm which will inevitably bring down any such settlement, led me to underestimate the temporary geo strategic room for manouevre of the regime.

This was a much more serious error as it affects the way the Q of N. Ireland must be approached by the revolutionary movement. Eg bearing this in mind it is more clear that the Revolution should hold its GENERAL fire until the global econ implosion or the other outlined scenarios breathe life into our program (refer back to `Solving Catch 22 The Ulster Trap & How to Bypass it', in Chapter 1).

From the above we can further deduce the following Rules of Revolutionary War:

How does the mainland movement counter the threat of being dragged into sectarian conflict in N. Ireland?

Initially the mainland movement concentrates entirely on the construction of the electronic underground/ Cyber Army, until the geo strategic situation ripens vis any of the scenarios outlined in Vol I Chapter 1 of S.O.F.

The movement in mainland Britain & N. Ireland (as in all Europe) to be underpinned by the Battle of Berlin, to weld Europe together into a socialist commonwealth.

This is an absolute imperative as the mainland movement will be flooded by IRA arms (as we cannot prevent this however much wish - as arms like water find their own level) & without such a pan commonwealth point of support, degeneration of the movement will be an absolute inevitability, as the military (flooded with arms by an element the IRA seeking to gain infleuence/ control over a rising movement) will thence dominate the political (whose base of support will be utterly trashed by being dragged into the sectarian mire). But via the Battle of Berlin, the movement can be stabilised by a greater operational (all European) framework (preventing the mainland being dragged back down into the sectarian mire) & (as a by product) attain many different sources of arms - without the rev pol losing control over the military (as the movements supremacy over all allies is stabilised via the pan commonwealth framework, making the campaign viable). Which rev pol point of support stabilises the mainland movement & maintains its rev pol control OVER the N. Ireland situation.

IRA/UVF also can (& should) strengthen their rev pol positions on mainland by (& only by) taking part in the Battle of Berlin (mainland movement can DRAG them via rev pol centre of gravity of Europe/ battle of Berlin, which in turn gives them the incentive of mainland credibility/support - if they join up from Ulster alternately they risk/ will lose ALL their infleuence & be displaced by OUR allies in BOTH communities - FORGING COMPLETELY NEW ORGANS AND OR INTEGRATING SPLIT OF FACTIONS FROM THE IRA/UVF (bear this in mind throughout this section).

How does the rev dem movement gaurentee the security of each section of the community in N. Ireland?

To gaurentee the security of Unionists (bearing in mind legitimate fear of reverse repression vis unification with the capitalist south), N. Ireland to remain part of Britain until establishment of FSC Europe. Thence becomes part of a united socialist Ireland within FSC Europe (no more unitary states anyway as too small to be a commonwealth, too large to be a region therefore with such pol/econ constructs seeking to justify their existence, imperial pretensions/ ambitions are inevitable. Consequantly there will be no more Germany, France, England etc. But a Commonwealth of the regions).

Until then the rev dem movement in N. Ireland, underpinned by the mainland movement in turn underpinned by the pan commonwealth campaign (in which N. Ireland rev I-Bs/ rev dem movement must play a prominent part to underpin their support on the mainlnd - via the Battle of Berlin) must gaurentee the security of Nationalist community.

The rev dem movement must be based on a confederal military political construct, with rev dem Unionists crushing their sectarian terrorists & rev dems in the Nationalist community crushing their ultras (eg Omagh bombers).

Due to its historical support for the IRA, mainland left should NOT intervene directly in Ulster, (otherwise this will be interpreted as hostile by radical unionists - fearing, quite legitimately as such action would mean that the IRA would have gained control of such elements, an atempt to force them into unification with capitalist south) UNTIL the seizure of power on the mainalnd - thence if Orange pogrom mongers still a threat, crack brigades from the mainland to be sent to crush such sectarians, as such constitute an act of civil war on the F.S.R.G.B. (Federated Socialist Republics of Great Britain) (or FSC Europe) and its committment to gaurentee the security of ALL its citizens.

If rev dems win power in Eire BEFORE mainland revolt wins power OR Germanic states establish (the core of) FSC Europe, then unification should STILL be opposed for the same reason that we oppose premature insurrections.

If rev dems win power in BOTH mainland Britain (F.S.R.G.B.) & Eire before the establishment of FSC Europe, then the political capital of the F.S.R.G.B.& I. should be moved to Dublin - as a gaurentee against the resurrection of English imperial pretensions (England itself split into 5/ 6 or more regional republics).

The principle (home) objective of the confederacy are to crush their own sectarians, so stabilising their basis of support in N. Ireland on a rev pol basis - underpinned by mainland struggle & pan commonwealth struggle - in which they play an active part.

Attack any faction engaging in sectarian terror/ violating the confederal construct - all such counter measures to be undertaken within the confederal construct.

If let us say, a faction of IRA/ UVF etc ceases to engage in such MACRO political terror, but retreats into/ engages in drug dealing, then it should be treated/ dealt with as a criminal threat NOT a political threat & repressed ONLY when the movement is actively preparing to seize power.

HOW should the rev dem movement adapt its strategy to the `peace process', bearing in mind the legitimacy this confers on the regime for the Nat community (however naievely)?

Because the so called `peace process' confers legitimacy on the regime for nat community (connexions with capitalist south - RUC having NO legitimacy for them), we CANNOT IMMEDIATELY build the political organs of the movement (as this destabilisation of the regime construct will be interpreted as a replay of the Ulster Workers Strike etc) until EITHER:

(a)Ulster has been exploded by political warlordist elements of UUP (almost certainly ONLY in direct resoponse to the global econ implosion, forcing their hand to retain control of the pol/econ agenda); OR:

(b)Vis use of nuclear weapons by western military plutocracy/ or Russia's warlordist collapse, the mainland movement can/ must has been launched in Britain (&will be/ is in Europe) & the mainland regime tries to drag it into the quagmire of Ulster by deploying LVF successor types against it, requiring antifascist Loyalists to cover its' rear in Ulster.

The rev movement proves itself the true gaurentor of cross community security by massacring sectarian ultras & then being repressesd by the regime - which correspondingly enables us then to launch our rev political campaign in Ulster (of course the regime has no legitimacy anyway in the nuclear scenario, but still would have vis Russia's descent into warlordism)- to mobilise for release of anti sectarian POWs. - This then (regardless of so- called `peace process') destroys legitimacy of the mainland regime for BOTH communities in Ulster.

On both counts, this holds true for the crushing of sectional politics/ politicians & cultures in both communities - to further consolidate the rev campaign in Ulster.

WHAT actions should N. Ireland rev dems confine themselves to, prior to the launch of the campaign proper on the mainland (itself merely paving the way for the Battle of Berlin)?

Ultimately it is only the Battle of Berlin stabilising mainland rev pol movement (preventing it being dragged into the sectarian mire of Ulster), which enables it to provide rev pol point of support for Ulster - But in Battle of Berlin, Ulster has proportionately an even greater world historic role than mainland Britain - which itself must punch well above its weight; (only through sacrifice can there be redemption). This point of support & only this point of support, can stop the IRA/UVF being the IRA/UVF as we have known them & lead to Ulster playing its full potential role.

Allies of rev dem movement within the IRA/UVF (or wholly independant of either - as brand new anti sectarian rev dem currents) should begin to move arms to Germany (in preparation for the Battle of Berlin), if not now, then at the point of detonation of the campaign or at least upon my death.

The legitimacy struggle & the Irish war

Finally, because the ethno/ national chauvinist character of the entire Q from BOTH sides, obscures the central point of regime criminality (allowing them the shelter of IRA re-active ethno/ national cahuvinism); & as we contend that the problem is regimes geo CORE criminality & that this is the most important determinant in the Irish war, it makes much more sense to concentrate primarily on this CORE aspect. Even though N. Ireland has been absolutely pivotal in enabling the execution of mainland military plutocratic (nat sec state based) policy (providing the excuse for nat sec state regime's existence - refer to Indictment for relevant list of such general crimes);& many of the enemy personnel (involved in Ulster) will be dealt with for their core crimes/ continuing threat they pose to the Revolution.

But by keeping our Indictment general/ structural & targeting the machine of military plutocracy (& ascertaining that a given element was a responsible part of this machine), we wont be left holding our genitalia as the shark wriggles of the hook, WHATEVER the IRA may have done.

& this purge will ultimately serve to convince all the peoples of Britain (including N Ireland) that the revolution means to gaurentee their security within the new federation (even though both ultra orangeists & sceptical Nationalists are likely to require a practical demonstration - a massacre of ultra orangeists - by rev state forces or rev Unionists - to convince them) - that no criminal clique will be allowed to remain above the law.

The Revolution holds that (vis Ulster) the British military plutocracy is responsible simply by tolerating, aiding & abetting the existence of the MACHINE of military plutocratic pol/econ that was the foundation of this conflict in the 1st place. Pleas that they were mere slaves of the machine (originating from hundreds of years previous, while true) are no defense, they served it & must therefore executed, to deter others that would serve said war/finance machine.
