It should be borne in mind that especially where there is a clash between material in Intro to Quantum Materialism & S.O.F., I regard Intro to QM as having priority(this is not to be read as diminishing my warnings vis the need for the movement to continuously develop both theory & program further….

Please note (vs Chapter 2 Vol I of S.O.F.) much originally written early/ mid1996-98. & impossible to regear without overhauling entire work which given post Sept 11 2001 situation impossible to do vis imminent nuke threat/ need to be ready to launch at a moments notice.

(Virtually none of C2 & C3 of Vol I especially, was amended/ brought into line with the last pre- Sept 11^th strategic paradigm calibrated to rise of BNP, (between April - July/ August 2001. Sept 11^th cut across this compelling regearing of entire strategy; its streamlining/ focusing on `Intro to QuantumMaterialism’)

2 THE REVOLUTIONARY FRAMEWORK

(In this section we shall concentrate on legitimacy struggles against regimes possessing pseudo legitimacy - as the other scenarios against Caesarism, occupation & nuclear fascism, are pretty straightforward; though we shall analyse in greater depth the PRIMARY `neutralising doomsday' strategy to be deployed if the enemy uses nuclear weapons directly against the revolution in the core geo strategic theatre.)

While at every level it is neccessary to support (essentially defensive) community & conventional labor movement struggles (and to work with anyone insofar as they are willing to work with us) it is essential to re-emphasise that such struggles will not (in themselves) and cannot lead to a successful revolutionary offensive. This requires a directly revolutionary-political challenge to the legitimacy of the pol-econ regime. The most (and it is a useful & potentially critical role) orthodox labor struggles can do is create a strong labor movement rearguard butressing the revolutionary-political vangaurd.

Furthermore it is essential to insure that the enemy stays crushed and cannot regroup. There is the gravest danger (as in the Russian Revolution) that the enemy including labor, alongside the likes of Tony Benn (behind whom will stand all the scum of the old order), will regroup around the banner of `restoration of Parliamentary Sovereignty' . It is essential therefore that there is a clear understanding (by every citizen) of the need to judge the state and corporate criminals by our laws and not the criminals' own code (which means retrospective application of a revolutionary constitution and certain core laws against state and city criminality) before elections to a new parliament and regional parliaments (the powers of which must be delimited to render acts of privitisation a treasonous infringement of economic democracy - workers' pension councils) to demonstrate clearly the criminality of the old order and avoid a repitition of the Russian civil-war.

These are not commitments that can easily be tagged on later, but need to be clarified from the very beginning. This means agreement on certain core objectives (A Basic Program); with plenty of room for debate within these boundaries:

(1) Workers' control over their own pension funds. control over the rest of the top 400 (3000 in Europe) monopolies to be ceded to them as reperations by monopoly & financier capital for all the years of speculation, robbery and state criminality. Workers' control to be exercised through democratically elected Workers' Pension Councils. Attempts at privitisations (over the heads of the WPC's) by parliament or anyone else to be constituted a treasonous violation of economic democracy.

(2) Medium-sized & larger non-nationalised firms to pay contributions to a workers' pension/insurance fund (under WPC control). So that (over time) control over the concerns passes to the workers - to insure that investment in machinery and people is permanently prioritised instead of share dividends & speculation.

(3) The RDF and its' affiliates to support (politically, not militarily) anti-fascists engaged in armed struggle against classical fascists and anti-fascist POWs.

(4) The Common Ownership of Information - Expose city and state criminality release info. on top 400 (3000 in Europe) monopolies and the state centres of power. Consolidate civil society control of finance through the liquidation of private ownership of info. through the scrapping of copyright, establishing the common ownership of information.

So that no plundering corp has the interest or the power to make the most of private ownership of knowledge by extracting as much profit as they can, regardless of wider social/ econ/ environmental cost (RnD can be financed through colleges/ universities - all drawing freely from the well - The common ownership of info also enables civil society to guide development).

(5) City and state gangsters to trial & execution. Laws against speculation and state criminality to be applied retrospectively, trial by our laws not their own corrupt (bought and paid for) legislation. Corporate and city criminals to be held responsible for all state crime from which they profitted. The Queen to be tried & executed for sanctioning criminality in her name under the authority of Crown Power. (ALL monarchs, eg Japanese etc, must be executed regardless of official constitutional role, for their very presence is used defacto underpin the legitimacy of the regime, by challenging dissidents to decapitate it or submit).

Our movement is machine orientated. Targeted against the military plutocratic machine rather than any individual. So if Yeltsin (or any brit leader etc) be let of by parliament after having been charged with impeachable offenses that parrallel our own, this makes no difference to the revolution. For such still be charged with serving the military plutocratic machine (that the rev machine overthrows), rather than a personal charge - & be hanged for it just the same.

(6) A WPC controlled provisional govt. to takeover temporarily to, a)mop up the enemy and b) draw up & ratify the new constitution - defining parliaments power & role ((essentially redistributive through the taxation system; WPCs, guided by parliaments' tax system, responsible for wealth creation/production - through control of finance - preventing capital being a law unto itself). After the gangsters have been tried & executed, fresh elections to Commonwealth/ regional parliaments (the national parliaments having been liquidated) to be held.

(7) The RDF & its affiliates to support politically the convergence of the All-European anti-fascist I-Bs against German classical fascism at the Battle of Berlin, to weld the Euro commonwealth (of the regions) together as the geo strategic backbone of the global Commonwealth confederation, defining Europe for global reconstruction (especially Russia) & against USA led global military plutocracy.

As to consolidate antifascism it is neccessary to consolidate a pan Euro rev geo pol/econ centre of gravity, general convergence on the core is required rather than the peripheral bases (which to secure victory need consolidation from the core). This requires the Germanic states; which must become the strategic & moral backbone for the Euro Commonwealth of the regions, of the whole G.C.C.. Just as Europe's historic fear of Germany means the British must launch the all Euro campaign & export it to Germnay via Battle of Berlin, defining Europe for G.C.C. & against USA led military plutocracy.

(8) The liquidation of the nation state in favor of a Commonwealth of the regions.

That the central power be delimited to perform only those functions allowed it by the regions/constituent republics.

That its role be primarily a redistributive role - especially to aid development/reconstruction - to insure stability between the constituent parts of the federation. Preventing richer components choking on their own barbed wire through militarised expenditure in an effort to keep down the poorer (note the $19 TRILLION squandered by the USA govt on `defense' between 1940-98). Or else, the richer states shall be subject to massive migration, and in an attempt to keep down the poorer, retain by default or re-introduce a plundering military- plutocratic national security state/pol/econ regime; and continue to choke on their own barbed wire.

That this principle be extended to include all free nations in a commonwealth of the regions (there being no national security state role for the nation state to perform any more) and a global commonwealth confederation (as a 1st step towards an eventual global commonwealth federation). It is not possible to (fully) scrap immingration controls until the 3rd world is raised up (establishing relative global economic economic equilibrium), so to prevent the Euro/ USA choking on their own barbed wire WARTIME sacrifices to finance global reconstruction/ (the poorer) confederated commonwealths must be made.

Different factions (in the new movement) will present different ideas (& publications) & accept resposibility for such. Some it will be possible to work with (within Basic Program & Rules of rev warfare - outlined shortly etc), even though many be innately hostile to the philosophic theory outlined in Vol II; others given to rioutous indiscipline it will not be.

While the author contends that interest in (even outrage at) the martyr centred philosophic theory (God dialectic/ immortality of the idea - outlined in Vol II), jet fuels the spread of the theory & operational campaign, that to downplay significance of such would be fatal to the Revolution, it would be equally (if not more) fatal to exclude anyone merely for not subscribing to every dot & comma of the author's historical/ philosophic theories.

Indeed such can only exclude themselves if they reject the idea of a movement propelled/ led by blood sacrifice, of the need for such to vanquish military plutocracy.

This harks back to the English Civil War. Different intensely philosophical factions/ tendancies standing together in the same army. But this time the army SHALL be paid of; via consolidation of the Revolution settlement as outlined in the Basic program.

& to any that fear the author could become another Lord Protector, see `historical checks & balances at beginning & end of the revolutionary process' later in this chapter for the deadly gaurentees against such a threat.

THE RULES OF REVOLUTIONARY WAR

Class Militarisation

There are 2 principle problems we face:

What to do in case of & how to respond to police attacks on peaceful demos.

How to minimise the general danger of hooliganism and outright terrorism by secret-state agent-provocateurs on peaceful legal & illegal demos, anti-fascist street battles and elsewhere in our name.

To deal with both A and B there needs to be a clear set of military-political rules of engagement for our side so as to minimise confusion and the opportunities for secret-state terrorism. It is all important to remember - LEGITIMACY IS EVERYTHING.

These are the key Qs/ threats that underpin The Rules of Revolutionary War.

SECTION - (A)

(BASIC OUTLINE)

The Component Organs

(*note Cyber Army dealt with in Chapter 1 shall also be covered in a later sub section of `Rules of rev war' in `historical checks & balances at the beginning & end of the revolutionary process')

Internationalist Brigades

A further answer to (B) lies in the main component organs (especially their central structures) forgetting completely about cell structures & underground action. We cannot afford to entertain any dream of outplaying the enemy at its' own secrecy game (especially in these days of high-tech surveillance and digital imaging of unique facial/eye charachteristics), but rather should opt instead for maximum openness of general objectives, ideas and military formations; so that everyone knows where we stand - 100% against Red Brigades (secret state assisted/used) type terrorism.

This means accepting a very high arrest rate (there is in any case no other way, if embarking on this general strategy). But this also means for the enemy, that the stakes are raised dramatically as in a prison-based campaign (with at least some POWs going on hunger-strike acting as a focal point for the revolutionary campaign), the states' own repressive weaponry can be dramatically turned against it. In any case the I-B's begin as a virtual military irrelevance, what matters is the declaration of intent and the political impact & advantage of forcing the enemy to fight on political ground of our choosing. Indeed it is only this political impact which enables the I-Bs to become a significant force - a progessive cyclical dynamic that will be repeated exponentially.

I-Bs are the commonwealth army (the historical antithesis of the Roman imperial army) - welding Europe together via the Battle of Berlin.

To re-cap, the specialist task of the I-Bs is to launch a global anti-fascist Tet-style offensive against open fascism with whatever weapons (up to and including conventional field artillery) are available (with some to go on hunger-strike), to fix the military-political centre of gravity for the movemnt (against terrorism and reformism) and above all, to seize the political agenda and force the enemy to fight on political terrain of our choosing. The I-Bs are the martyr-shock-troops of the revolutionary movement.

The I-Bs should be:

Of high political calibre/education.

Ready to kill/die fighting fascism; resolved on marrtyrdom.

At least 21. To avoid the sight of (or at least minimse the impact of) mothers saying that their son/daughter is too young to make their own decisions.

Conscious of the probability/inevitability of torture/rape (men included) in prison etc.

Have NO children, in case of torture/rape/intimidation by the enemy.

Be drugfree.

*NB Should aim for above 50% women military cadres as a neccessary anti-dote to toy-Che Geuvaraism. Internal discipline (which their prescence would aid) is of first importance (eg. "not hampered by the macho thing"-Andy Mcnab; note also effective role in Israeli army /sendero luminoso). It should further be added that every action of the I-Bs should be dictated by the objective of creating opportunities & room for manouevre for the political wings to work in.

The Revolutionary Democratic Front

As regards some of the actions/tasks of the RDF to build the movement:

Campaign to free the anti-fascist POWs

Build the campaign of popular impeachment against state and city criminality (linked with 1 and a revolutionary pol-econ alternative).

Begin to build a broad neo-chartist alliance of resistance elements within a clearly revolutionary framework.

Reclaim the streets (connected with all of the above anti-CJB etc).

Later on assist/organise territorial demos and defence militia to assist in their defense.

Build a network of workers' pension councils - as organs of struggle-ultimately to take power.

Build a cadre of Citizens Gaurds to steward peaceful demos - later to become the militia defending territorial demos, becoming the main armed force of the movement.

The RDF is the principle mass offensive revolutionary organ.

The Electoral Arm

It is in the question of how to approach bourgeois elections that the maximalist approach of Quantum Materialism runs into the mother of all dialectical contradictions. We have seen how post-Chartism/1848 revolutions, the anarchists and left-wing sects got themselves into a dreadful flap about not supporting reformist struggles. Conversely Marxism has historically, even in the high-tide of labor struggles, been continually shunted into the sidings of obscure union politics. Their abysmal failure during the last hightide (winter of discontent), to get across to the mass of the populace a clear revolutionary pol-econ alternative to speculative greed (things being immeasurably more difficult now), never mind targeting the regimes legitimacy, is demonstration enough. And as the Militant/Liverpool Walton(Real Labour) and Scargills' recent electoral debacles have shown - the parliamentary wing of the revolutionary movement will get nowhere without first a mass (street-based) campaign providing a fertile base/soil for its' growth.

Unfortunately anything less than an all-out assault (by the RDF) on the regimes' legitimacy would actually serve to buttress its' percieved legitimacy by accepting its agenda and (dragging the new movement into) battle on the regimes' terms - toothless local govt. and labor disputes.

It is this dialectical contradiction that the struggle for reform does not lead to revolution, but that the struggle for revolution has a (partly inescapable) tendancy to become a struggle for reform, that is historically our greatest problem. For a boycott of elections (the only description of of non-participation) will only leave the masses confronted by an electorally fortified regime.

The lesser evil is for the new movement to give critical support to abroad radical coalition including the marxists (militant)/broad-left candidates in national & local elections and union posts (forming a strong labor reargaurd butressing the political vangaurd). Whilst concentrating all the new movements fire on the regimes' legitimacy, preserving its maximalist integrity from reformist decay while simaltaneously fortifying the legal positions of the movement (so continuously denying the enemy room for maneouvre). This however means that the components of the movement will not be perfectly parallel, that there will arise very bitter antagonisms over differing methods. This unfortunately is unavoidable, and (if needs be) the new movement must either pull the radicals/marxists into working with the RDF in carrying out its' core agenda (if the radicals/marxists are elected to govt.) or else (when the masses won over) mobilise the masses to carry out the revolutionary reconstructionist program over the heads of the radicals/marxists by any means neccessary, up to and including armed revolution - Our contention is that it is not parliament that is sovereign, or even the revolutionary party, but the revolutionary people and their constitutional command over their state.

We have seen before, that the supremacy of the rev dem movement is manifest via the Battle of Berlin forged by the I-B Army of the Commonwealth.

summary

If the success of the revolution merely depended on a revolutionary tendancy working within the labor movement (pushing for ever more radical demands), to gain hegemony over it, the revolution would have been achieved a long time ago. Or if it merely required the immediate advancement of a maximalist program, the revolution would have been achieved a long time ago.

But the decisive point that has to be grasped, is that the revolution requires the operation of both these mutually antagonistic patterns of struggle to succeed (the I-Bs and Revolutionary Democrats to launch and build the movement, the radicals/ Marxist laborists to fortify it - to deny the enemy room for manouevre - and finally, again, the Revolutionary Democrats to crush the enemy pitilessly); with the (neo-chartist) revolutionary-political movement as the offensive vangaurd and the radicals/ Marxist labor movement as the defensive rearguard.

Auxiliary branches of the movement

The Veterans' Guard

In order to mobilise pensioners/war veterans as a moral vangaurd on the issue of workers' control over their own pension funds (and reperations from the ruling class for their criminality/robbery); we should set up a Veterans' Guard.

Such a paramilitary formation as well as acting as a moral stimulant to youth to join the Citizens' Guard, will further buttress the social stability/ cohesiveness of the movement - further weakening the enemy's room for manouevre, to target the youth politically.

The 4th League (The Underground)

The revolutionary underground (within the ranks of the enemy - NOT to be confused with the Cyber Army) can have no organisational contact whatsoever with any of the three main divisions of the movement- the I-Bs, the RDF or the parliamentary bloc.

There is however a need to make use of all potentially revolutionary forces that may be of service in undermining the enemy's position - particularly among the ranks of the enemy themselves, eg TRUE patriots who are absolutely sickened by the way the financier's regime has brought the country and its' people to its' knees with its' criminal speculation and collaboration with every tyrant on the face of the earth.

Among ways the underground can assist the movement are the provision of info. for public leaking/political warfare and when the time comes, sabotage of the enemy's military operations within its' rear.

None of the three main divisions are connected - but all are parallel and distinct organisations. With the 4th league due to the clandestine and secretive nature of their operations- working in the very midst of the enemy- it is not even possible to build a specific single coordinating organisation as such; merely many separate circles of operatives (and sleepers) setting themselves clearly defined and limited practical objectives - to assist the revolution.

To re-iterate, it stands to reason that there can be no contact/linkage between any of the primary organs and the 4th league. The assumption should always be that the enemy knows everything that is going on in the three main divisions. Secrecy - if it can work for us at all can only work in the tiniest of circles- individuals or at most a mere handful of operatives - not traceable organs like the three main divisions. OPENNESS is the lifeline of these 3 organs and our movement generally.

It is also an unfortunate fact that all assistance from the 4th league must be regarded with the utmost scepticism (it could just as easily come from MI5) and so both the underground and main movement must adapt accordingly (as in turn will MI5, ad infinitum), to insure minimum danger for the movement.

Though we also appeal to allies within the belly of the beast itself, to MI5 agents, to spy for the British, on USA bases (eg Menworth Hill, Yorkshire & in Cornwall) & sabotage operations - leak info helping us to do same (eg via the Cyber Army); so that the enemy at least have their hands partly full in searching their own navels.

If 4th leagueists are caught for spilling the beans on the clandestine activities of the regime- then (as appropriate) we can assist them and accord them the status of Official POWs.

Common Cause (revolutionary prisoners movement)

There are 2 principle objectives for `Common Cause':

To prevent the wholesale imprisonment on trumped up charges of cadres, from dealing the movement a disabling blow sufficient to enable the regime to follow up with its destruction. This is avoided be enabling cadres (and ordinary prisoners) to continue to push the popular indictment of the regime (even though the RDM cannot campaign to release Common Cause hunger strikers - as otherwise would degenerate into opportunism - which would fatally backfire).

This connexion with wider civil scoiety is through a culture of atonement for our common crime - Our JOINT failure with wider society to attack military plutocratic crime & seek to look after No. 1.

To force wider civil society to confront the issues of private prison labor (which as in USA, is where prison policy is heading generally, as with rising numbers, the pressure to reduce cost of expensive incarceration, means it must increasingly pay for itself through slavery) & its implications for wider society. eg that generalised slavery be the inevitable destination of this route (as distinctions between free & unfree labor disappear).

And that therefore wider civil society MUST address the prison Q (just as it must that of general global impoversihment, vis Russia/ 3rd world - or it/ both will rebound on us all) & come up with alternatives that address the spectre of slave labor (it should encourage dialogue between ordinary criminals, wider civil society & encourage elements of the old criminal ruling order to join in discussing an ALL encompassing non revanchist, rehabilitative, restitutionary justice concept that gaurentees peoples LEGITIMATE security concerns).

The point is NOT to launch prison insurgencies, but to put the military plutocratic regime on trial, through a POLITICAL (NOT MILITARY) connexion with the wider rev pol campaign.

The Revolutionary Salvation Front

When an area is occuppied by an enemy (eg Russian revanchist warlordism) or vis USA Caesarism or vis European pseudo democratic regimes AUTOMATICALLY losing their legitimacy due to subordination to & USA Caesarism (itself lacking legitimacy), possessing no pseudo legitimacy, OR vis our `neutralising doomsday scenario if the enemy uses nuclear weapon against any state (threatening a nuclear political chain reaction leading to the extinction of the human race) then the neccessity of a distinction between 3 primary divisions of the movment AUTOMATICALLY evaporates.

In such an elemental struggle (bearing much resemblance to early Christianity), with the entire programmatic concept of the movement conveyed by the idea of `Redemption Through Sacrifice' (military & economic); it is appropriate that the movement adopt a name that distinguishes itself, its operational formation from the movement in areas where a struggle to delegitimise a regime possessing pseudo legitimacy is STILL neccessary - It should adopt the name `REVOLUTIONARY SALVATION FRONT'.

The Revolutionary Blitzkrieg

Another problem that the revolution should prepare for is that the enemy will prosecute the movement for daring to accuse them of their pol/econ crimes. Therefore it will be neccessary to lay contingency plans (to turn this to our advantage) to take the attack to them, by preparing in advance the ground for a legal (court) war front (the alternative is to be like Militant. So harmless as not to attract any attention - free to die of natural/historical causes).

We must therefore (like the Mclibel2) effectively put the enemy on trial by forcing it to put the RDF on trial (enabling the launch of a counter prosecution). Keeping the charges & principles general an simple for people to follow (eg Treason - murder of democracy and murder of the economy).

(In case it needs to be said) We are not playing according to the laws of the enemy. When they don't play by ours (eg viz witnesses, evidence & what is considered `relevant' etc) disrupt proceedings, walk out, hunger strike etc (The idea is obviously not to secure a formal conviction of the regime, but to put our case before the masses, to mobilise them to act as judge, jury & executioner - In Revolutionary Jurisprudence, such power crime, neccessitating a mass movement in order to bring it to trial is to be viewed radically differently from ordinary criminal matters - reflected in the martial procedures for power crime).

Using such a counter prosecution as another focal point (along with and intensified by the I-B hunger strikes) for street protests & territorial demos (built up/aided by this focal point) - we will eventually be able to create a Revolutionary Blitzkrieg - totally integrating all aspects of (the struggle in) the assault on the enemy's legitimacy (court, street, POW).

With the court struggle linked to the struggle to free POWs - BOTH linked to the mass movement to delegitimise & overthrow the regime.

The basis of our charge (as laid out in the general Indictment in Chapter 1) is that the current pol/econ regime as constituted is a criminal power/force & that therefore, it is our lawful duty to overthrow it (that as the law is bought and sold like any other commodity, natural justice must take precedence above all else - meaning that as the hegemony of finance is the criminal problem, finance must be placed under rev democratic control).

It will be neccessary to prepare the framework & tactics for the counter prosecution in advance (eg targeting/calling as witnesses sellers of weapons/torture equipment and their victims, specualtors, lobbyists, politicians, secret police, the crown itself, corporate butchers & their victims - the list is endless - the whole regime and its victims/witnesses etc etc) in order to demonstrate the criminal mechanics of the whole national/global pol/econ.

Boring the populace with minutiae is a very real danger - the charges/accussations will have to kept to the generalised point, the `Van Helsing' principle (eg just as only a stake through the heart could slay Count Dracula, so ONLY the generalised Indictment can delegitimise the regime, anything that CANNOT be brought within the general framework is best left out).

We must concentrate on how rapacious profiteering/speculation is responsible for the ruination of the economy - how the plutocrats buy and sell the law and subvert any attempt (nationally & internationally - 3rd world etc) to curtail their power (to insure that politics is contained within what they consider acceptable limits - Naom Chomsky's work can be considered, at least in certain respects, that of a Prosecutor General). And how this relates to the systematic assault on civil liberties by an increasingly fascized state - leading to apocalypitc threats of oblivion.

Also that speculation & profiteering are only allowed because of the undue infleuence of these crooks on the state and that all such criminality is the result of finance being a law unto itself - To demonstrate the criminal mechanics of the pol/econ regime.

It will also be neccessary to gather (in course of the struggle & beforehand) as large an army of legal volunteers, journalists and other key personnel (eg to transfer this stuff to the Internet) as can be mustered.

Nothing like it in history has ever been attempted (the Mclibel case is an ant to an elephant in comparison). But to re-iterate the enemy will counter attack so it is neccessary to make contingency plans to turn its own weaponry against it.

Realistically we cannot possibly hope to have a giant red army of lawyers already prepared to take on the regime. What we can/must do is seek to be prepared enough to set up a PROCESS - where the enemy's charges lead to our counter charges and from there (with wider support), the national/global forces of the info revolution gather from the ends of the earth (aiding the internationalisation of the campaign) to converge on the breech/opening we have created. A largely self mobilising info army of dissident lawyers, journalists, whistle blowers and victims of the regime etc - Catalysing the shadow insurrection (against the regimes legitimacy) and in so doing helping to bring about the armed insurrection in the streets.

Before the time is ripe for launch of the operational campaign proper, it will NOT be possible to re-inforce political trials with hunger strikes/ mass movement etc, as outlined in Chapter 2.

So far from what we have covered (includig in Chapter 1), we can ascertain the following basic/ outline Rules of Revolutionary War (which should be viewed in an All - European Pan Commonwealth context):

Open (classical) fascists (eg those currently rooted in PROVEN genocidal supremacist WWII Nazi/ fascist/ collaborationist culture, or later engaged in or political support for genocidal supremacist actions - eg when global econ crash destroys the Ulster peace boom leading to Ulster elite resorting to political warlordism to retain control of the political agenda, anti EU Tories taking to the streets to defend them in the name of `British sovereignty' then become legitimate targets) possess no legitimacy. Our movement in Europe, I-Bs have the right to machine gun all such posing a direct threat to the European theatre of operations (BNP/C18/ Le Pen/Megret/ Zhirinosky/ Ku Klux Klan etc) with impunity.

But as, WITHOUT the clearest strategic framework, specifying that any truly legitimate & proper target must, pose a direct threat to the European commonwealth (& its movement), the targeting of any other PERIPHERAL FASCIST element (eg Indian/ Pakistan, Latin American etc fascism) must inevitably descend into the mire of terrorism - of picking of any leader that is a bit iffy (which frankly is ALL of them) - including the pseudo legitimates, which (for reasons we have covered earlier) we must target politically (which means certain death for the revolution) ALL such actions disqualify said paramilitaries from support by the RDM - eg vis hunger strike struggles. (The Q of legitimate defensive actions against international mercenary/ mafia formations, is covered in a later sub section of the `Rules of Revolutionary Warfare').

Support from the Tory party or Countryside Alliance for Ulster warlordist politicians (supporting genocide in Ulster in a way similar to Bosnia) in the name of `national soveriegnty' will qualify them as classical fascists. Overnight their leaderships, headquarters etc would become legitimate military targets.

State/econ. crypto-fascizing elements (regime) are generally (however wrongly) percieved as legitimate and having the democratic/legitimate right to implement/pass repressive pol/econ. laws like the CJB. We DO NOT have the right to target them militarily.

The regime does not have the right to crush peaceful demos (legal OR illegal) aimed at exposing the regimes' illegitimacy/criminality. When their illegitimacy is exposed and the masses won over (so that the regime is now seen in its' illegitimacy) we THEN have the right (in the eyes of the masses} to overthrow them with armed force.

We have the legitimate right to engage in illegal peaceful protests.

We do not have the right to riot/engage in semi-putschist actions even when the police attack us, even when they go on a police riot (as in Brixton).

I-Bs are forbidden from taking part in recruitment activities (on pain of expulsion from the movement), for the RDF, or taking part in their peaceful demos, eg to release prisoners etc, as such would compromise the division between parrallel yet seperate organs. Anyone becoming an I-B from another wing of the movement, eg the RDF, cannot return to that wing from the I-Bs for the same reason.

But we do have the right to defend ourselves, demos, revolutionary campaign, by resorting to territorial demos/occuppations (when the masses are convinced of the neccessity by such police attacks) of colleges, workplaces etc - defended by barricades, roadblocks and (a militia - the Citizens' Gaurd, conducting) armed running battles to repel police attacks. Should the police riot (in Brixton etc) we should hold peaceful demos in the centre of the capital linking the protest with the revolutionary program/campaign. If these are attacked, call for territorial demos/occupations (NB* ALL Citizens' Gaurds to be drugfree) .

It is the task of the RDM as a movement to re-inforce territorial demos militarily. Eg when the police deploy 10,000s we should deploy/rally an armed force of however many be neccessary to trump this/recapture the area. This means HUGE ARMED BATTLES in the centre of the capital, to defend territorial demos - effectively to construct/defend the rev power centre.

It is via territorial demos that the revolution martials its forces in preperation for an insurrection. Eg IT IS NOT NOR SHOULD IT BE CONFUSED WITH, THE INSURRECTION ITSELF.

In territorial demos, Citizens gaurds have martial authority to place an area under martial law & requisition whatever resources be so required as to secure the military defence of said designated area.

Citizens Gaurds are responsible for the defence and martial policing of territorial demos. Should any element engange in activities undermining martial discipline, such as rape, lootiing (this obviously does NOT include the requisitioning of militarily useful resources), Citizens' Gaurds are empowered to use whatever force be neccessary to restore military order - up to and including the use of lethal force. Rape should be treated as a capital crime, even of the enemy, whom should merely be shot.

In dealing with neutral elements, Citizens Gaurds should conduct themselves in a polite but resolute manner.

Again, we have the right to overthrow the regime once the masses are convinced of its' illegitimacy and won over to our program.

As a preparatory measure, to underpin the rev military takeover of power, Citizens' gaurds in the community displace the police and assume martial police functions; & clampdown on organised crime, drug gangs, sub fascist (small unorganised) gangs that be potential tools for the enemy to foment chaos/counter revolution.

The rev pol movement does not have the right to displace the police and assume martial police functions until (having won over the masses), it is actually preparing to take power.

Until then we do not have the right to drive the police/TSG of the streets completely. We may only use force (armed) to the extent of defending our legitimate right to campaign eg. territorial demos and against fascism.

But if the police engage in Tianenmen sq./Bloody Sunday type massacres (of peaceful demos/territorial demos) then we have the right to overthrow the regime and as a peparatory measure, drive the police completely of the streets with armed force.

If (in the midst of a revolutionary general strike) we have won over the masses and (or neutralised) the army, but the police have not engaged in such atrocities, the police have the option of a)joining us b)remaining/becoming neutral- refusing to obey orders and submitting to our authority (when we've won) or c)being driven of the streets. If at any time the police (or any part of them) should tire of waging war on the people (or should they come to fear us more than their commanding officers) we must be forever ready to offer them the hand of friendship- on our revolutionary terms.

WHEN we have consolidated our power centres via territorial demos (and won over the army/got them to stay neutral), prepare the insurrection - the siezure of key installations - declare civil war on the regime and martial law.

Seize key installations, shoot on the spot the key commanding military, political and econ staff of the counter revolutionary core. Break the enemy's will to resist with public executions in the main squares of the capital.

Bring the criminals to trial. Balance public executions, a postponment of execution with possible clemency in other cases (conditional on the good behaviour of their class), and clemency in other cases; to consolidate the rev seizure of power over the old criminal order. And implement program.

When the constitutional division of power has been drawn up/ratified and the military threat has been defeated, elections to be held to regional and Pan Commonwealth (All - European) parliaments.

To prevent the enemy conferring legitimacy on itself through the calling of elections; UNTIL we have delegitimised the regime, we should participate in national/ local elections - so as to re-inforce our power/ emergant popular legitimacy & squeeze the position of the enemy - until we have gathered the support neccessary to overthrow the regime with armed force.

But it is NOT Parliament that is soveriegn, but the rev people & their constitutional command over their state. Therefore if even OUR parliamentary wing stands in the way of the Basic Program/ rev constitutional divsion of power, we shall (when the masses won over) mobilise the massesto carry out the rev reconstructionist program over the heads of the parliamentary wing - which of neccissity means armed revolution.

If any parliamentary leader thinks he/ she can use &/ or dissipate the I-Bs/ Citizens Gaurds by treating them as a Praetorian Gaurd to re-inforce their parliamentary fraction/personal power - then they & ANY such element that seeks to resist/ obstruct the power of the WPCs to bring to trial/ execution the military pol/econ core enemy and enforcement of the rev constitutional division of power, are to be treated as part of the enemy.

For the I-Bs to accept political office on the British etc mainland (as opposed to a victorious European Commonwealth, is an act of TREASON against the revolution, as it compromises the principle of parrallel yet seperate organs, & places the credibility of the I-Bs on a nation state operational framework which has no potential for rev success as opposed to an ALL EUROPEAN framework which can; it therefore represents effective political surrender to the military plutocracy by the European based rev movement. To re-iterate, for I-Bs, the army of the European Commonwealth, to accept such office on the British mainland is TREASON.

It is therefore forbidden to incorporate such into the RDF or parliamentary fraction. As to consequantly prostrate the (I-B led pan Commonwealth) movement before the agenda of the (inevitably) military plutocratic nation state, leads to a clash between rev forces & those so prostrating a fraction of the movement. Hence they BECOME the enemy (& prone to same fate) - a threat eclipsed however by the pan commonwealth campaign vis the Battle of Berlin.

To clarify, riots (eg the poll tax riot in response to police attacks) have no clearly definable military- political purpose/objective that can be built upon. They therefore have (in political terms), inevitably spill over into, an offensive military political character - before the masses are convinced of and marshalled for the neccessity of seizing power; precisely because they serve no clearly definable military political objective.

They therefore enable the enemy to go in for the kill with public support - as we will have engaged in offensive military operations before we have convinced the wider masses of our case/delegitimsed the regime.

Countering the counter revolution

Vis the counter revolutionary alliance. When it forms, before it takes to the streets it possesses the delimited pseudo legitimacy that any (pro OR anti regime) non governmental organisation that has not engaged in overt fascist activities would have. Therefore the RDM cannot attack its HQ/ personnel directly before the counter revolution takes to the streets - even if it is linked here & there to cellular fascsists (this must be tackled by other formations - examined in a later sub section of the `Rules of Revolutionary warfare').

But, when it takes to the streets, we have the right to block the path of the counter rev organs with territorial demos (an ongoing part of our rev campaign). Should the counter rev seek to breech our territorial demos by attempting to pass, the we have the right to open fire, just as we do with the police.

Furthermore, UNLIKE with the police (UNTIL we have won over the great bulk of the masses) we have the right to follow up by liquidating the personnel/HQs of the counter revolution completely as it does not possess the FULL pseudo legitimacy that the police have (courtesy of the pseudo legitimacy of the state per se vis elections).

Vis force feeding of hunger strikers, irregular or regular rev armed forces should bear in mind that to target the home secretary/ PM or Crown (who bears primary responsibility) constitutes a military assault on the regime before it has been delegitimised rendering it clearly unviable. Instead limit attacks to those with defineable immediate responsibility, up to & including, especially, the prison governor. For such a grave crime, their mode of execution should (if circumstances allow) be exemplary. Full PoW status to be accorded.

Anyone threatening the children of such imperil the integrity of our `neutralising doomsday' strategy (which is dependant on our gaurentees of good treatment of the enemies children, UNLESS the enemy uses Nukes, biological, chemical weapons); & should therefore be hunted down & butchered by irregulars.

If full scale insurgency is NOT viable, in accordance with (as outlined in chapter 2) Rules of rev warfare (eg against a delegitimised regime/ caesarist figure, or when state has merged with counter rev forces), it is NOT viable (for a rev stockade state, even on its' own soil) to arrest/execute the figurehead etc of said state (except in the case of/ as an act of WAR - which must still by waged, by the rev stockade, state etc in accordance with the Rules of rev Warfare as outlined in Chapter 2) etc.

As this would constitute a military offensive against the whole (as yet to be delegitimised) core regime (eg Germany/ USA).

The I-Bs lead the all Euro rev pol campaign at the core (Germany/ USA) launched against classical fascism, paving the way (as outlined in Chapter 1) for the delegitimisation of regime at the core (Battle of Berlin/ USA).
SECTION (B)

(THE STEEL CORE - PART 1)

There is yet another critical problem for the movement to contend with - How to avoid the generalised rev pol campaign/movement (& its attack on the regimes legitimacy) getting dragged down by hooligan/criminal elements (with or without state instigation) into the mire of community based conflicts/battles. - For as we shall shortly see, until the movement having won over the masses is actually preparing to take power, RDM involvement in such conflicts would drag the movement into internecine conflicts (an operational agenda favorable to the enemy) leading to its degeneration/destruction.

Before any attempts at self policing by the community are attempted, it will firstly be neccessary to start to construct a central rev power - an incipient Provisional Govt., actually preparing to take power. So that the community - periphery, seeing that the rev power centre be viable, underpins it with a martial law assault on gangsterdom in the community (eg organised crime, drug gangs and unorganised racist gangs - organised politicised groups like C18 will be long targeted anyway) which would otherwise pose a significant threat to the security of the revolution; as a (potential and therefore almost inevitable) tool in the hands of the military plutocrats.

The rev centre of gravity in the community can only be held together by the macro rev pol campaign. It is this and this alone, that can foster the Blitz spirit (and tolerance of neccessary war measures against organised crime - and EQUALLY critically, restrain the fury of petit grievances, for fear of a GREATER threat from the regime), neccessary to prevent a complete breakdown into communal strife.

Otherwise if (the RDM as a movement) we attempt to assume general police powers before constructing a viable centre of power & preparing to seize power, every petit dispute assumes political significance and becomes a potential explosive charge of communal strife.

Furthermore, the movement must be underpinned by the global movement (as outlined in Chapter 1) for a Euro/ global Commonwealth (especially via Battle of Berlin).

Therefore I-Bs cannot go after whoever murdered Stephen Lawrence as part of a rev pol campaign. For ALL anti racist executions MUST take place within/be underpinned by a macro rev context (eg in preperation for the seizure of power), so as to be clearly/operationally (seen to be) an intrinsic part of gaurenteeing the security of the revolution for all.

Eg while there be a lot of sympathy over the murder of Stephen Lawrence and police criminality, if the RDM fails to stick to the macro rev pol operational strategy outlined, & executes even those responsible for his murder (issues of self defense are unfortunately a peripheral issue, which while certainly deserving not only of sympathy but support, cannot be deployed as a central offensive rev pol issue - as we shall see) as a movement; this would actually almost certainly backfire.

(So although it can clearly be seen that there are alarmingly grey areas, we should keep the central offensive thrust on the macro rev pol - with the most extreme slaughter of classical fascists esp C18 etc)

Eg: `Congratulations, these scum deserved to die. But what about the (Asian) killers of (white) Richard Everitt?'

So, it could be argued, Blacks/Asians sort out dangerous elements in the Black/Asian community. The alternative, following this logic and assuming we are moving to take over from the police, be no lawcovers Blacks/Asians, but martial law covers whites - which creates automatic and therefore racialised contempt.

For it should be obvious that either the RDM/ Citizens' Gaurd is (at a given stage) moving to take over police power, or it is not. To otherwise engage, before preparing to take power, in martial law executions, which clearly DO NOT fit the rev pol offensive framework (being good only for the consolidation of rev power), is to throw the whole military - political strategy & movement into complete and fatal chaos.

For without underpinning by a general framework/ preperation for seizure of power, every petit shit kicking dispute thus becomes politicised. Because, bitterest of ironies, we will have made it so - by claiming general police powers before establishing a viable CENTRAL power.

Eg resulting inevitably in complaints that one section of the community or another is `not clamping down hard enough' or be `expected to clamp down too hard on itself' - with no macro movement to unite the community in the face of a GREATER (core elite) threat; it fragments into internecine warfare, exploited by racists/fascists within the community.

Therefore we can/should only begin to pro-actively police our communities (Via Citizens Gaurds), when we are actually preparing the takeover of power - to underpin the macro rev pol struggle by clamping down on organised crime, gangster elements etc, a potentially dangerous weapon in the hands of the military plutocrats (as well as sub fascist gangs).

Otherwise, if we execute any such before then, and try to make this part of our central rev pol thrust, we would effectively by default, find ourselves trying to resolve communal disputes without the neccessary macro rev pol levers of state power, established or provisional, to bring order (eg no blitz spirit against a great enemy holding the community together/ making it prepared to tolerate such war measures). And that would be a recipe for chaos/degeneration of the revolutionary movement.

What about (secret state aided/exploited) indisciplined, opportunistic, criminal elements, outside of our ranks, claiming allegiance (to the movement) and claiming to themselves, police powers which we most certainly do not advocate - until preparing to take power. What are we supposed to do about them?

We are responsible only for the rev centre and we should strictly police it.

As for any such criminal bands, we should (as with other dangerous elements eg drug dealers, organised crime and SUB fascist gangs, macro politcal classical fascists of course targeted at the very detonation of the campaign) clamp down on them as we prepare to take power.

Self defense (using lethal force against sub fascist gangs, organised crime, drugs gangs) should be defended/ supported, BUT should be recognised that only I-Bs attacking macro fascist elements (eg C18 etc) can provide a viable central offensive thrust for the movement. So self defense against SUB fascist gangs should not be connected to the movements central thrust. And for the RDM to claim general police functions/powers (before preparing to take power - such as would be the case if we targeted sub fascist gangs as part of our central rev pol thrust) would be strategic suicide (we shall examine how to counter the mafia threat later).

This is the nightmarish grey area to be most feared. Where murderous racist hooliganism teters on the edge of macro politics, a sub fascism - not quite one the thing, not quite the other. UNLESS growing to the level of a clear political threat, tipping over, and becoming a wholly proper rev pol offensive target for I-Bs.

BUT, if self defense (albeit legitimate & proper) is confused with a central attack on fascist currents, it would by default, assume pretensions to martial policing - BEFORE, with the construction of a viable centre of power/preparation to seize power, this becomes possible - resulting in chaos.

Of all the strategic problems we must contend with, with the possible exception of the doomsday threat (which we shall examine, including how to neutralise the threat of oblivion later), this is perhaps, the one most to be feared.

In conclusion, the only way the centre of gravity of a credible argument can be held together against the immediate execution by the rev movement as a movement of sub fascist gangs is through general war, not only against our own classical fascists, but against the most feared classical fascists of all, in GERMANY (Battle of Berlin).

Discipline combined with audacity is the only way to hold the centre of gravity of our mpvement together. We shall analyse the drugs Q in a later section of this chapter.

NB* The execution of sub fascist elements presenting a clear & present danger is not for us a criminal Q but a security Q threatening the Revolution; as sub fascism, by cheapening the lives of a section of society, creates a climate amenable to racial scapegoating; fascist terror feeds its own savage spiral.

Except vis organised fascist elements, as a general rule, propaganda is to be prefered to terror, except in the cases where to fail to use deadly force, would bring our entire campaign into disrepute. The purpose is to close down the fascist murder option as an option to gain status in some elements minds; as propaganda is useless without the exemplary demonstration of a willingness to use force/ endure sacrifice, to back it up.

From the above we can further deduce the following Rules of Revolutionary War:

At all times and at absolutely all costs, the rev pol movement and its organs are to keep its military pol focus targeted at the regimes legitimacy to prepare the way for the martialing of forces and offensive seizure of power. On no account whatsoever is the `Defense of the Movement' to be confused with `Self Defense'. Eg by attempting to police communities BEFORE we are actually preparing to seize power (to repress drugs gangs, sub fascist gangs etc).

For the movement to otherwise attempt to displace the police, before the masses are won over to the revolution; would mean that the generalised focusof the new movement gets dragged away from targeting the regimes' legitimacy and into localised conflict. And BECAUSE the generalised rev pol focus of the movement would by defualt be lost, the community would not be united in the face of a common enemy (by preparing for an uprising against the regime) this would lead to the politicisation of petit disputes, leading to internecine conflict and the degeneration of the movement.

The RDM is only responsible for continuous militarily re-inforcement of the rev campaign/centre - targeted at the regimes legitimacy coming under the ambit of Military Defense of the Movement.

So while the RDM stewards its demos/meetings - this should NOT be confused with POLICING, which by definition, is not a temporary measure like stewarding (eg for as long as a meeting/demo lasts), but a permanently ongoing process until the political or criminal threat has been finally liquidated.

Military Defense of the Movement is defined as military action taking place within a framework consistent with continuous military operations to defend/advance the movement by delegitimising the regime. This is limited EXCLUSIVELY to:

i)The military liquidation of classical fascists as a political threat.

ii)The military defense of the campaign, via territorial demos.

iii)When masses won over/army won over/or neutralised - The preperation & execution of an armed insurrection to seize military/pol/econ power.

ALL other legitimate violent actions which fall outside of this framework of continuous military pol operations to defend the movement/delegitimise the regime, fall within the ambit of self defense. Even wholly selfless political actions like stewarding a meeting are technically classified as self defense, because it is not politically viable for the movement to commit itself to re-inforce such actions through continuous military operations. Though obviously, when so linked to the macro rev pol campaign, much more can be made of them politically, to build the movement.

But everyone that follows our rules of rev war, including vis self defense, comes under our rev political protection.

This includes self defense against sub fascist elements (that do not constitute a macro political threat) in the community. And (even)when the police riot, community repulsion qualifies as a mere continuum of self defense (as such cannot be awarded official PoW status).

In such a wider instance of self defense, the community NOT the RDM, should take temporary measure to police itself (until the emergency has past). Including the elimination of drug gangs - or else it will be left open to the charge of being orchestrated by them.

It should not be ruled out that the police/regime will deliberately & cynically rub the community up the wrong way in pursuing such elements in order to give community self defense (as a response) an unsavoury dimension for propaganda purposes. FIRM (capital) measures should thence be taken by the community to counteract this threat.

But for the reasons already stipulated, the RDM cannot/must not get involved as a movement militarily, merely lend political support -where/as appropriate.

This purely political protection for self defense is auxilliary to the generalised rev pol agenda of the campaign & does not include military re-inforcement by the RDM as a movement. Though the rev pol campaign itself be militarily re-inforced by the movement in continuous operations, eg via armed assaults on classical fascists, territorial demos & when masses won over/army won over or neutralised - armed insurrection. (AT ALL TIMES AND AT ALL COSTS, the movement must keep its military pol focus fixed on the enemys' legitimacy in order to prepare the way for its overthrow).

Attempts to draw the RDM into policing the community or re-inforcing community repulsion of police rioters, should be countered simply by an extra savage intensification of the slaughter of classical fascists to maintain the military political focus of our operational agenda. (Followed up of course by the POW struggle, marches, territorial demos).

At ALL times, the movement must stick to its CORE (rev pol) agenda, and treat such self defense issues for what they be, side issues; that must under no circumstances whatever be allowed to deflect the movement from its core aims & strategy - which would inevitably be fatal for the movement. Our policy is: VICTORY AT ALL COSTS - Whoever cannot live with it, has no place in our movement.

A further illustration of how our movement is focused on the steel core, is that it is essentially machine orientated; targeted against the military plutocratic machine never any individual. So if Yeltsin (or any brit leader etc) be let of by parliament after having been charged with impeachable offenses that parrallel our own, this makes no difference to the revolution. For such still be charged with serving the military plutocratic machine (that the rev machine overthrows), rather than a personal charge - & be hanged for it just the same.

This machine orientated approach is another reason why the RDM cannot go after murderers of Stephen Lawrence as such cannot be said to constitute a component or (as with classical fascists, BNP/ C18 etc etc) clear potential component of the military plutocratic machine.

SECTION (B)

(THE STEEL CORE - PART 2)

1) Private security/ police & private prisons (Corporate Bastilles)/ slaveholders

NB* The principles underlying anti mercenary/ mafia struggle hold good for the struggle against cellular fascism.

Private Police

If private security police deploy against us on territorial demos, then as they do not possess legitimacy, being (whatever the PR) mercenary forces, then we can/ should respond by attacking the emergent Tons Tons Macoutes at their HQs (razing it/ them to the ground) & liquidating the managerial personnel. Unfortunately the enemy will, if going down this route, almost certainly not send against us sad cannon fodder (such as the anti roads protesters faced), but ex - SAS personnel (from the likes of Sandline/ Executive Outcomes etc) as their `bitter ender' Securitate - a la Ceaucescu. We warn comrades NOT to underestimate the savage ruthlessness of the enemy, & its determination to construct a hardcore (around which its forces can gather/ crystalise) out of all available elements - we MUST assume the worst.

But the private prisons/ slaveholders are a more complicated Q. Eg to storm such corporate Bastilles is in effect an act of insurgency - an attempt to assume state power - as opposed to mere preparatory weakening of enemy state power.

But what if the state police (eg on `performance related pay'), have become no more than their slavecatchers? What is the sign that the state police have crossed the line, become no more than corporate agents & therefore a legitimate target (as with a private police attacking us on territorial demos)?

Only when the state itself has lost legitmacy or when they become corporate police (almost certainly the former long before the latter), then we drive them of the streets as corporate agents, before the insurrection as a prelude to it.

The Mafia

The mafia in effect we have partially covered, vis (community) self defense actions (SDAs) in the context of a mass rev pol campaign focused on the steel core - eg cannot became the political focus however neccessary & heroically selfless the (non RDM) irregular SDA units engaged in this bitter arena of conflict (we shall examine later how revolutionaries can make the inevitable enemy attempts to accuse us of genuine criminal activity backfire on the enemy).

The nature of the threat we are likely to face however is of a combined mafia/ mercenary (Executive Outcomes/ Sandline & the like etc - probably including foreign/ Russian elements) force - subcontracted from MI5 & financed by city/ corporate interests (via hard to trace offshore accounts - funnelled via mainland conduits). A highly formidable & flexible military political formation.

The defensive war against the mafia is intelligence led.

1) Rev movement develops, detonates & expands.

2) Enemy deploys mafia against us.

3) The mobilised community form defensive intelligence based irregular units to hunt down the mafia.

4) The RDM keeps its focus on the core (its regular incipient state forces remain open formations)

Eg the RDM does not fall into the trap of trying to conduct an intelligence based military campaign itself. It is & must remain an open military political movement/ formation. Rather the mobilised community (NOT the RDM) must form irregular intelligence based units to combat such enemy formations - to cover the backs of the RDM.

Eg the RDM does not become/ develop a centralised secret police - the mass of citizenry/ community must in effect become a secret police to hunt down this enemy formation.

If the RDM attempted to do this, it be too easy to infiltrate & wreck (& if it could win by such measures would become a secret police tyranny itself). Only the community/ citizenry can insure sufficient dilution of enemy counter intelligence, to enable victory & insure that (as an open formation) the RDM does not become a tyranny itself.

What about sweeps/ accussations/ arrests vis enemy claims that we are engaged as a movement in policing/ gangsterism etc? Eg charges that we are guilty of NON political crimes (for we cannot claim to ourselves moral exemption from laws which even we regard as legitimate - even if charged wrongly by a fundamtally criminal regime)? How do we prevent the movement being destroyed by such?

While those swept up by such cannot technically be awarded offical POW status, in the sense that the movement links a campaigns for their release with its rev pol program, we can/ must turn the heat back on the enemy.

Eg via hungers strikes, but NOT for one's own release, but for the release of all info & as part of the popular indictment of the nuclear plutocratic regime for its crimes; also vis support for the USA regime's CIA backed narcocracies/ mafiosi (in the name of `stability' & anti communism), etc etc etc.

Eg even if guilty, if innocent (or demanding trial by the revolution) it is still possible to emphasise that the criminal regime must not be let of the hook through such a shabby trick to avoid cadres rev charges against the regime (by rounding them up on trumped up criminal charges).

OUR wider appeal to citizenry be that, `if you think us scum, and if you tolerate the most dangerous nuclear plutocratic criminals the world has known, what does that make you?' ONLY through blood sacrifice can the idea transcend the petty & personal (we shall return to & elaborate on this point in a later sub section vis my personal role in the revolution).

Against the mafia/ mercenary/ corporate nexus, the pattern of struggle is that:

1) the regime is being/ (is partially) delegitimised.

2) The partially delegitimised response is to try & drag the RDM into carrying out policing operations & setting up an easily infiltratible secret police network, enabling the enemy to destroy the movement by infiltration & getting the movement dragged down into politicising petty community conflicts, leading to internecine strife.

3)The mafia (defending the partially delegitimated regime) possesses a political characteristic similar to that of an occupying power, eg it is an particularly unpopular agency in itself, which anyone in the commnity can have a crack at (but curiously NOT the RDM which must as an open REGULAR formation, concentrate on attacking the regimes' legitimacy - or else it will get dragged into the mire of secret policing/ petty communal disputes & consequant internecine strife.

4)Even though the enemy will try & sweep us all up on trumped up criminal charges, we can still assert the primacy of the military plutocracies crimes via supremacy of blood sacrifice/ immortality of the idea over military plutocracy.

The failure of the Italian anti mafia struggle

While the Italian political - judicial anti mafiosi have been undeniably heroic, they have failed to deliver a killer blow.

In Italy, it was impossible for any halfway honest elements in the state to address lumpen crime without clashing with the core establishment itself (which with CIA assistance, used tyhe mafia post WWII, to crush/ contain the classical far left). Therefore to take on the mafia has revolutionary implications (in Britain there has historically, opium wars/ imperial plunder notwithstanding, in recent centuaries been much less direct interlinkage between top order military plutocratic crime & lumpen organised crime - though as the new rev movement develops, the plutocratic elite shall not flinch from the most ruthless encouragement/ deployment/ use of a/ the mafia in a bid to hold onto power).

But without taking on the social pol/econ order itself per se, such political judicial struggles could only lead to a perpetual but inconclusive decapitation of the hydra headed beast; & consequant exhuastion/ despair at the struggles' inconclusiveness (leading to the inertial strengthening of the vile idea of an `historic compromise' with the forces of lawlessness & disorder).

Why?

The failure to set the masses in revolutionary motion means that neither the economy nor the state can be effectively freed from mafia control - the Italian anti mafia struggle was effectively a ghost revolution, delegitimising the regime, but without active deployment of the mass force to finish the job & consolidate victory. This is because the political - judicial struggle was essentially dependant on the same state which acts as a block on revolutionary change.

So from a different angle, we see again, the paradox of a rev current contained within & subordinate to the very same enemy hegemonic coontrol over the agenda, it be struggling (and tragically failing) to break.

The Psychiatric Police

Another fearsome Q is that of state psychiatry being deployed as a weapon to take cadres out of the arena.

This is well known vis 3rd Reich/ USSR. Less well known/ publicised is the way that the USA has crried out similar actions/ experiments against/ on, its own people. Notably MKUltra.

It must be clear that revolutionaries cannot seriously be expected to submit themselves to examination of their rational/ logical faculties by state apparatchiks that are neither sympathetic with nor understand our aims & objectives - that constitute in fact just another arm of the police apparatus; and that would have a vested interest in neutralising cadres by filing them away as `barmy' to prevent a political trial or campaign.

That said, however lamentable the psychiatric police are, (just as there are criminals that the conventional police try to catch - even if they would both unite against the common revolutionary threat) there are people who are not in control of their logical faculties. And it is this fact that such matters concerning the individual mind consist by definition of unverifiables (eg macro pol/econ logic/ evidence can be pointed out clearly, but vis the individual, there are no such verifiables - depends on the word of individuals concerned) that prevents the RDM (as a movment from) bombing/ shooting such as fascist abductors.

Eg there is also the threat of the enemy deploying such dangerous elements as agents in our ranks to counter such a strategy - so that if we seek as a movement to assert the primacy of the political over all else (in this regard) it can be made to rebound on us.

This looks hellishly insoluble, as if the enemy has got us by the balls & we will have to eat shit over this - without comeback.

But, there is still the self defense action weapon.

So that in dealing with POWs, psychiatric policemen take their life in their hands if they deprive cadres of prisoner status - and/ or assist in a pre-emptive sweep of cadres (courtesy of Jack Straws' proposed law to enable the rounding up of people that have committed NO crime, adjudged to have a `personality disorder', like hostility to nuclear plutocrats).

It is unfortunately impossible to re-inforce politically or militarily such self defense actions (due to aforementioned unverifiables). But if for example, I were so treated (so that I was no longer able to function as a revolutionary), after a formal announcement by myself of withdrawal from the revolution, a loyal friend will attire my living corpse in a Christian Dior dynamite ensemble with matching electronic accessories, in preparation for a memorable reunion with those responsible.

Rape of POWs (of men as well as women) as a way to break revolutionaries.

As for things like rape, I can only make a very rough projection as to how one can/ will react:

(I anticipate that) After a sharp intense period of absolutely debilitating demorilisation (possibly more acute immediately after cessation due to a reflex expectation that one should feel better but does not), there be a plateauing of despair.

It is (hopefully) then that a solution can be implemented with reference to the fundamental character of the problem.

The key problem (being so poleaxed) springs from a sense of powerlessness, that one is reduced to absolutely nothing, that all one has worked for/ hoped for, all that is of value in oneself is razed to the ground - by this proof of powerlessness. `You think yourself significant, yet your body, your soul (it feels) be raped to the core - you are powerless, therefore, you are nothing'.

The solution (putting it crudely) is to take power back. Not just by talking about it, not just (or even principally) by crushing the immediate perpetrators. But much more critically, by demonstrating to oneself & to the whole world, that whatever one has endured, we can still on the battlefield take down those in power - that are vastly more powerful than one's immediate rapists - so restoring power to oneself. Resurrection through bloody affirmation of the immortality & supremacy of the idea, over nuclear plutocracy.

By demonstrating to the world that all such atrocities (the enemy commits) will achieve is to turn us into more machine like soldiers; squeezing out the last vestiges of instinctive concern for one's own personal safety - an absolute nightmare to confront.

It goes against all the precepts of conventional psychiatric police practice for sure, but for revolutionaries, blasting 10 different shades of shite out of the fascist/ military plutocratic enemy is likely to be the best therapy.

From the above we can further deduce the following Rules of Revolutionary War:

Do NOT storm the corporate Bastilles UNTIL the launch of the insurgency.

Under No circumstances should the RDM try & form a secret police to hunt down the mafia, as too easy to infiltrate/ & lead to the RDM getting dragged into policing.

But we should encourage the community to form intelligence led irregular SDA (Self Defense Action) units to hunt the mafia down - so as to keep RDM (regular) forces focused on the steel core - though the RDM can/ should target mercenary HQs as/ when (their alliance with the mafia makes this) appropriate.

But it is the OPEN formations that possess (incipient/ evolving) revolutionary legitimacy (as an incipient constitutional govt/ framework) even if the irregular formations are vastly greater in number.

When the enemy tries to round up cadres or SDA unit members/ paint us as criminals - then we cannot be given offical POW status. BUT we CAN go on hunger strike to turn the heat back on the enemy vis popular indictment of the criminal nuclear plutocratic regime.

Vis force feeding of hunger strikers, irregular or regular armed forces should bear in mind that to target the home secretary/ PM or Crown (who bears primary responsibility) constitutes a military assault on the regime before it has been delegitimised rendering it clearly unviable. Instead limit attacks to those with defineable immediate responsibility, up to & including, especially, the prison governor. For such a grave crime, their mode of execution should (if circumstances allow) be exemplary. Full PoW status to be accorded.

To threaten the children of such imperils the integrity of our `neutralising doomsday' strategy (which is dependant on our gaurentees of good treatment of the enemies children, UNLESS the enemy uses Nukes, biological, chemical weapons); & therefore constitutes a capital offence. Given the enormous dangers of MI5 hoax calls (& worse) etc claiming to be from our forces, unfortunately such intelligence led irregular actions to counter threats to the enemy's children, cannot be accorded PoW status.
