The Enemy Is At Home

NATO, oil & war in the Balkans

 

            The global military plutocracy is ever more primed for oblivion. As I write this, it is the turn of the Balkans to add itself to the growing list of detonators for Armageddon. It is now a race to see which shall be first to trigger the great catastrophe. The (already emerging) spectre of a trade war between the EU & USA, coming on hard after the (coming) global pol/econ implosion, is being strongly challenged by an old favourite tip of mine; the death/ total implosion of Russia, given a powerful boost by western imperial interests causing war to develop its own momentum.

 

NATO originally aided Serbian crushing of Kosovan forces by shutting down their bank accounts & preventing them gaining heavy weaponry.

            The initial threat for NATO was that struggle for Kosovan independance (if unhindered by the aforementioned measures) can lead to antifascist civil war in Serbia itself against the various warmongers from Sesjl to Milosevic, leading to their overthrow. A partially rev democratic Serbia (resulting from such a civil war) would threaten to destabilise Tudjmans' tyranny in Croatia.

 

            But, there is now a much greater threat to imperial interests in the region, that may even ultimately force the core imperialists to ditch their old Balkan allies, in order to preserve (or even extend) more vital geo pol/econ interests.

    The true purpose of this bombing, is to send a message to Greece (humiliated by the core powers' backing of Turkish imperialism over the extradition of Kurdish commander Abdullah Ocalan, already uneasy over Macedonian independance from rump Yugoslavia, Greece's natural ally, & potential for Macedonia's use as another lever in event of hostilities between Greece & Turkey), not to support Greek Cypriot chauvinism over Turkish Northern Cyprus.

                (Note at the time Greek Cypriot govt had acquired Russian anti aircraft missiles which threatened Turkish air supremacy tipping military balance in favor of Greek Cypriot forces)

            But yet again, the real (ultimate) target of this bombing are the Kurds. In the guise of a humanitarian peace enforcement exercise, the real message that is being bombed home (by way of a demonstration vis Greece's natural ally), is that NATO supports Turkish imperialism's butchery of the Kurds (just as the bombing of Iraq actually stabilises Saddam Hussein's tyranny, so keeping the Kurds in their place - preventing the overthrow of tyrannies in the middle east, so aiding the preservation of imperialist oil/ strategic interests) & means to keep order (vis Cyprus) on this basis (note  also the U.K. regime selling arms to BOTH sides in the Iran/Iraq war, division helping to maintain geo strategic control).

            For this same  reason, the Kosovans must not be allowed their independance, to show that anyone  trying to redraw borders in the Balkans will be crushed - the Serbs therefore are in effect doing the imperialists job for them, & with beautiful symmetry, by their terror, providing a superficial justification  for the NATO terror bombing on them in turn (so sending said message to Greece).

 

            There are a number of diverse geo strategic possibilities/ options for the core imperial powers to pursue, but the ONLY certainties are that this is an indirect oil war/ that Greece must be kept in line.

 

            To this end, for the enemy to allow Kosovo her independance (after having bombed Serbia) would inflame Greece/ Russia and aggravate the Cyprus situation. For the enemy to concede this would be an indicator that it has lost control (General Lord Carver stated that NATO could find itself in a N. Ireland type situation, with previously friendly Kosovans coming to violently resent their  disarmament by NATO/ protectorate status - a permanent running sore).

 

            Any `peacekeeping' intervention by core powers anywhere in the world, that does NOT seek to integrate said states into a reconstructionist global pol/econ framework/ commonwealth system, inevitably ends up (however indirectly) serving the strategic agenda of geo pol/econ plunder once (as in the Balkans - now vis Kurdistan, Greece, Turkey) a clear imperative has emerged. Or vis mainland Britain/ Ulster (& western intervention in Bosnia), military plutocratic collaboration with a murder culture. Merely because the measures required to consolidate its liquidation (ditto Croatia) would undermine their control of the last great colony of the British empire, mainland Britain itself (ditto EC).

            (Kosovo can only be stabilised as a socialist republice WITHIN a reconstructionist FSC Western Europe aided Central European Commonwealth; or else pan Albanian nationalism threatens to destabilise Macedonia, triggering descent into warlordism of the Balkans. Hence either this threat be tolerated, very unlikely, or Kosovo will remain as a NATO protectorate, until the global econ implosion destabilises everything anyway).

           

            Cyprus?

 

            Previously the cold war construct kept everything stable - eg there was a kind of pol/econ framework which stabilised such.... (eg couldn't have 2 western allies slugging it out on the doorstep of the USSR), but with (implosion of the USSR &) the Balkan pot bubbling away, the core powers must take care not to look weak, lest the momentum of events causes Greece to chance its arm - so a message concerning the rightful bondage of Kurdistan be delivered.

            This action to gaurentee the imperialists' control of oil, also tips over if only by incidental default, into an anti slav crusade (keeping the Slav/ Orthodox enemies of western allies in their place).

 

            The wild card in the game is Russian popular intervention in defiance of its compradorist state. No longer strong enough (economically/ militarily, vis will) to contain western adventures in the region, but also therefore no longer able to contain any freelance chauvinist adventures by its own people/soldiers.

            This intervention therefore has the potential, if military events gather their own momentum (in Serbia/ & reciprocally within Russia), to result in an apocalyptic  confrontation. There is no need to outline the nuclear, biological, chemical threat to any but the stupidist of our rulers).

 

            BUT, as NATO bombs prevent Serb antifascism as an independant agency overthrowing Milosevic, the effect is that his overturning (by the Serb army - in order to end the war/ going to the front - as opposed to USA bombing of Iraq STABILISING the regime/ its containment of the Kurds) in response to NATO bombs would equate to national capitulation if only by default. And this would  comprehensively demoralise the Greek resistance to NATO, resulting in NATO hardware pouring through Greece without (the current) popular hiderance to the enforcement of their geo strategic control.

 

            But much more importantly stabilising the balance of vacuums in Russia-  eg through re-inforced national demoralisation temporarily containing threat of Russia collpase, migration, conflict with west Europe & Russian revanchist warlordism a la genghis Khan(or the more unlikely RISE of Russian civil society thanks to the collapse of mafia compradorism) - at least until the global econ implosion.

            (Though a less dangerous & less potent option in this regard, would be simply to cut a deal with Milosevic - though it would be difficult if not impossible thence to hide the true motives of this indirect oil war)

            Because Russian popular engagement requires NATO ground war against an implacable Serbian element (which may not be the case in Serbia for the reasons outlined) as a consequance of uncontrollable irresistable mission creep, & only a great blunder in timing appears likely to give imperialism said kicking.

    (Though at the time of writing 24/5/99 there does seem a significant outside chance of NATO really being that stupid)

            Though none of this detracts in the slightest from the fact that Russia's collapse (due to the coming global econ implosion OR internal pol/econ collapse OR western military provocation in the context of the global econ implosion - in order to retain control of the pol/econ agenda for 5 more minutes, even at the cost of life on earth) will lead to mass migration, intense friction with western European military plutocracy & warlordism.

 

            Furthermore not only would such a spectacle demoralise (& as elaborated temporarily stabilise for imperialism) Russia (which might be considered motive enough in & of itself) - as well as the Greece/ Cyprus/ Turkey Q, after the Ocalan affair, but it potentially leaves the core imperial bloc with a completely free hand to do whatever it thinks its optimal choice in the Mid east - from leaving things as they are, to even engineering the overturning of Saddam Hussein, carving of Iraqi Kurdistan & placing it under Turkish `protection' or doubtless some more sophisticated cover - possibly aided by a beautifully crafted bit of PR by Turkish regime NOT executing Ocalan (not to mention the damning of the Tigris).

            With the overthrow of Saddam Hussein & forcing Iraq to cede Iraqi Kurdistan (defacto to Turkey, an `autonomous protectorate'?), as the price of re-admission to the `international community', in rump Iraq, the radical opposition will be orientated towards Kurdistan, with a pro Iranian element in the south (on which Iran will have designs), making Iraq safely compradorist. For its part Iran will be wary of supporting (pro Kurdish) Iraqi radicals - vis its own part of Kurdistan.

 

            Indeed to re-cap, the effect of such a strategy (properly calibrated/ enacted/ timed) if successful, is to re-inforce the demoralisation of Russia, the balance of vacuums, preventing the grave internal pol/econ crisis leading to the collapse of the compradorist central power, mass migration westward, friction with the west & revanchist warlordism. In the short term.

 

            Some might point out that if Milosevic falls, even to compradorism, that the lack of a radical Serbia is NOT sufficient to avoid destabilising the Croatian regime.

            Eg the problem is that Tudjman's tyranny is propped up by the petit cold war Serb spectre. Take it away & the regime is vulnerable, & Croatia becomes a radical headache for the core imperial powers, threatening to ressurect the region/ Yugoslavia (analagous to the radical Loyalist UVF paramilitaries in N. Ireland -which we shall analyse in chapter 2).

            This geo conundrum implies the core imperial powers are caught between 2 fires:

 

The Cyprus Q

 

Destabilising Croatian regime, resurrecting Serbia/ Yugoslavia.

 

            Implying that one way or another,  Serbia/ Greece/ Cyprus will remain a big headache for them.

 

            But  there is no way Kosovo will want to refederate WITHOUT much broader/ deeper gaurentees - supplied by a Euro Commonwealth -(Though the KLA could still remain a big headache for NATO for the reasons outlined)  therefore it will prefer to remain as a NATO protecterate than connect with a regional radical current - this in turn might serve to cauterise the more unpleasant excesses of the Croat & Serb states, while bringing them both more within the German sphere of control (the only problem for the core imperial bloc being, that the coming global econ implosion means your scum regime is going to die).

 

            So we could be left complaining about something hailed (even by many through clenched teeth) as a triumph of the `new moral interventionism' (the fact that it is 24 ct Bollox will not detract from its impressive lustre).

 

 

What is OUR solution?

 

    (The call on wether Russia's collapse/ descent into warlordism has gained fatal momentum BEFORE Lebed can still temporarily stabilise/ consolidate a reconstructionist pol/econ cente of gravity, is likely to be the most difficult of any Q to call. If we call (I launch the campaign proper) too early, & he does consolidate, the rev movement will be left high & dry. Call too late, & a German/ Russian fascist anti USA axis is likely to solidify to an extremely dangerous degree (that way lies WWIII).

    I/ we must/ shall act with caution, leaving things as safe as can be left, before launching continuous operations).

 

            A Russian popular warlordist victory at Kosovo equates to the defeat/ eclipse of the Russian comprador state (& therefore ALSO the core imperial elite's centre of gravity as), leads to mass migration, destroys the core imperial state's centre of gravity, ENABLES us to act.

            In this sub scenario, if the Russian (POPULAR WARLORDIST, ABSOLUTELY NOT THE RUSSIAN STATE) Blucher DIRECTLY smashes the western core imperial centre of pol/econ gravity, by converging at Kosovo, THEN we can act. It is, ALL a matter of timing.

    We should adopt a COMBINED strategy, linking CONVENTIONAL revolutionary legitimacy struggle WITH TRIANGULAR warfare (ultimately everything will converge into triangular warfare).

            We should stick to counterposing WARTIME sacrifices by a global commonwealth confederation for Russia's salvation, to the spectre of military plutocratic global annihilation - & in this way link in the Q of the indirect oil war, GLADIO, COINTELPRO & Coupschool etc etc.

            For the enemy, the more remote/  indirect an action from its principle objective, the better. For the Revolution, the reverse holds true - stick to the CORE issues.

 

 

Geo strategically:

 

The immediate concern vis Kosovo, (the real reason why the imperialists are bombing Serbia) is the Greek/ Turkish Q over Cyprus, and HOW to defuse this.      

            To re-iterate, the only way imperialism can maintain the violent peace in the middle east, to gaurentee its oil, is maintaining the dismemberment of Kurdistan between (so as to preserve) the middle east tyrannies; so as to enable imperialism to retain its control over the pol/econ agenda of a divided middle east.

            Radical democracy & federalism in the region is a real threat with the birth of free Kurdistan. Utterly inimical to the interests of USA (& British) oil Co.s & arms dealers. Therefore, to create an unstable stability, the imperialists are using the bombing of Serbia as a demonstration to Greece NOT to chance its arm (as it otherwise might be tempted to do, if NATO showed weakness, by doing nothing) over Cyprus.

 

Corresspondingly, the solution for revolutionaries to the Greek/ Turkish/ Cyprus problem is the creation of a free Kurdistan, so enabling the smashing by Greek antifascists of the Greek (revanchist) chauvinist threat over Turkish Cyprus. This is the real target/ problem, not Kosovo.

 

            To enable this as well as the purging of our own military plutocrats & establishing a federated Socialist commonwealth of western Europe, we must also make WARTIME sacrifices to aid the establishment of an FSC of Central Europe - stretching from Poland, Slovakia and including European (eg non Kurdish) Turkey; to give potential antifascist revolutionaries in the Balkans the pol/econ lever to crush the provincial/ nation state based chauvinisms & establish a stable pol/econ settlement over the  dead bodies of their military plutocrats.

            Geo strategically, it stabilises the unstable states between western & Eastern Europe, and provides a buffer zone preventing a flood of refugees into western Europe. Of course, this part of the global commonwealth confederation can only be held together by FSC - WE making great sacrifices to aid the reconstruction of FSSR so that ALL borders can eventually be scrapped - or else western Europe will choke deservedly on its own barbed wire.

 

In summary, to stand conventional stupidity on its head - To STOP the war in the Balkans means pro-actively UNITING Central Europe around a rev reconstructionist program - linked to  core FSC Europe.'

 

            Furthermore to re-iterate, AT ALL COSTS, FSC W. Europe must resurrect a decentralised Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics - and make sacrifices to assist the civil conversion of its' economy - or else we shall all be dragged into a very real nuclear, biological, chemical warlordist hell with her.

            Via Common Ownership of information & the re-distributive global Commonwealth principle (providing funds for reconstruction), we can/must give Russian rev dems the levers of power to hold/put their  federation back together. Over time, free immigration between both the (at first confederated) commonwealths will become increasingly viable - with the emergence of relative pol/econ equilibrium. 

            Wheras in Europe it requires the diffusion of power away from the centre to consolidate the revolution against global finance barons, what is required to save Russia (& prevent total pol/econ implosion) is to create a strong central power, to smash the mafia barons & establish/enforce a tax system to finance reconstruction in concert with (assisted with finance etc) FSC Europe. And it is only this ressurrection of a strong Russian state (& creation of a Commonwealth confederation framework for mutual civil reconstruction) that can on the Russian side prevent/ halt the slide into war.

            Import substitution may just concievably enable Russia to begin this process, but without western European pol/econ support/ aid, it is inevitable that with the global econ implosion, the military plutocratic regimes under USA core hegemony, in a desperate attempt to retain control of the gloabl pol/econ agenda, will seek to drag Russia into the Balkan mire (there is certainly plenty of scope for a pretext, given the character of the Milosevic regime), leading to the eclipse of civil reconstruction policy by the military industrial complex leading to collapse & warlordism (as outlined).

            And as we shall see later (when we examine USSR history - in `Substance Over Form' chapters 6 & 8) The most likely prognosis (vis Yeltsin's 1993 compradorist coup - leading to the complete hollowing out of the Russian pol/econ by the mafia regime) is outright implosion - the Russian revolution cannot consolidate FSSR without a strong point of support from western Europe.

            Therefore it be neccessary for FSC Europe & Russian masses/ RDM, to establish a strong central point of support in the shape of a revolutioanry bonapartist (Lebed type) figure (to wage war on the mafia barons & & establish/ enforce tax system to finance reconstruction), firmly controlled `from above' by FSC European socialist finance AND from below by the Russian masses; to whom power be continuously devolved over time as barons smashed & stability established.

            The RDM/ Rev bonapartist alliance of course only becomes viable WHEN we have the power in the shape of an emerging FSC Europe to forge such an alliance on OUR terms in alliance with the Russian masses (vis Russians running arms to western rev movement in our war with German fascism; though aside from this there should be no general Russian convergence on western Europe/ Germany, vis fears of domination).

            Until then we are in no position to make such an alliance on our terms, & for us to to back any such figure (eg Lebed or some such figure) to prostrate our movement before a secondary radical institutional component, is to effectively disarm the movement, leaving the mafia in control of the pol/econ agenda - which such treason on OUR part, can only lead to the isolation/ assassination  of rev bonapartist figure or (more likely) their 180o defection to the mafia - leading to total defeat in any case (even vis import substitution scenario such a figure cannot prevent USA provocations dragging them into war without western European support).

            ....viewed from the other side of the equation, for such a figure to publicly throw their lot in with us BEFORE (via FSC Europe) we could provide any meaningful point of rev pol/econ support, would lead to their death. As surely as a sympathetic tank commander declaring his public support for the revolution, BEFORE we are strong enough to move to take the power. Though as an act of deliberate politcal self sacrifice to rally support in the army/ citizenry BEFORE we are strong enough to take power, such a high profile figure sending us arms in W. Europe COULD make an heroic political sense in Russia (it is a matter of balance/ timing/ pros &cons etc).

            In any case, it is most probable that pro revolution elements of the Russian army (more likely than not, led by junior/ middle ranking officers - possessing connexions, yet still hydra headed enough to withstand purges) aiding the smuggling of arms to the revolution/ Battle of Berlin (eg FSC Europes' COVERT PERIPHERY), in concert with the Russian masses/ miners will provide the strong centre & mass powerbase for the establishment of the FSSR (aided by FSC Europe points of pol/econ support).

            Indeed THIS is where the rev bonapartist figure is almost certain to emerge from, eclipsing Lebed as the natural (rev bonapartist) point of support/ stability for FSC Europe & Russian miners/ masses, in consolidating the FSSR (this troika be the most likely model for revolution in the Arab states & even Isreal - FSC Europe's COVERT PERIPHERY deposing the old tyrants in popular alliance with the Mid eastern masses & FSC Europe).

 

            Vis global econ implosion, if Russia stabilises (a la Lebed), Germany will, as an ally of USA, become belligerant in the Balkans, deliberately destabilising/ leading to the warlordist eclipse of Lebed et al (whose success would be a grave embarressment to the imploding military plutocracy, as well as giving Germany/ USA a foreign diversion; therefore serving a DUEL role), leading to Russia's final collapse, massive westward migration of Russian refugees, fascist reaction in Germany/ brutal treatment of migrants, Russian revanchism/ rise of Zhirinovsky et al & a Russian/ German anti USA classical fascist axis.

            The Revolution must counterpose our global rev reconstructionist framework to such apocalyptic adventures through our Euro/ global commonwealth campaign, PLAYING THE RUSSIA CARD (threat of warlordist collapse etc etc etc).

Countering Islamic warlordism in Russia

 

            To the Russians fearful of the break up of part of their country by Islamicists (& fullscale trans caucasian war), a program of civil reconstruction/ conversion makes Russia much more attractive to the provinces especially when underpinned by support for Euro revolt (by Cyber Zhukovs/ gun runners) - holding (not just a pan Russian but) a Federal Soviet identity together against western military plutocracies IN ALLIANCE with western revolutionaries - forging a common GLOBAL identity.

    (Though we shall analyse how Yeltsin's genocidal Chechen wars have been DELIBERATELY used to destroy the Russian army as a potential power base of resistance to the comprador regime in S.O.F. Vol I Chapter 8 `The Death of Russia').

 

Core imperial backing for Chechnya? 1st October 1999

 

            (To cover every enemy policy option albeit here an unlikely one) WHAT IF the military plutocratic west backs the Chechens, in order to try & stabilise their control over internal Russian polity, to render them more compliant/ less of a geo threat (ostensibly a larger version of their policy in Kosovo/ Serbia, although this was really aimed at stabilising tensions between Greece & Turkey over Kurdistan)?

 

            This will lead to the eclipse of secular federalist elements like President Maskhadov by Islamic warlordism, which will expand on the back of such a policy (as in Afghanistan) & expand throughout all the old southern Soviet republics (where the game would be replayed) & indeed Russia proper, the playing of this Slav nationality against another. The complete dismemberment of Russia itself into conflicting proxies of the core imperium.

                                                                                                                                                           This is probably very unlikely. But we note that even the compradorist jackal Anatoli Chubais (hated for selling the country to the mafia vis privitisations), talks about the west having designs on Russia itself (after adventures in Iraq & Kosovo). And this would be a logical (if unlikely, desperate extension of a) continuim of an increasingly pro-active imperial policy designed to insure geo stability for the imperium. Without a global commonwealth confederal pol/econ framework, any such ostensibly `humanitarian' policy tips over into naked colonialism, when all geo opposition is repressed (albeit only temporarily such as with the dismemberment of Russia).

            But such a policy will lead to chaos as surely as current policy reliance on the Russian comprador elite. For even if, the nuclear Q can be resolved (through bargaining away/ playing of this proxy state against that proxy state) then the global econ implosion, will, in destroying the core imperial connexions with the Russian vassal states (their hold on the warlords), lead to the rise of a Great Khanate warlordism anyway (The imperial core elite needs to push a Q to which a Russian import substituting/ civil reconstructionist state, under the like of Lebed, has no immediate solution, yet intensifying the belligerence of the military industrial complex to subvert the reconstructionist program. Therefore if Lebed wins power before they involve themselves in Chechnya, then Kosovo will be the most likely strategic lever of imperial subversion - eg a Russian reconstructionist state cannot do anything in response, even though popular warlordism can.

            & worst of all, WE cannot act (to enable a revolutionary alliance between Euro revolution, a Lebed type reconstructionist and supported by radical Russians, to cover the threat from the core enemy in the west, crush incipient warlordism & stablise a reconstructionist centre of gravity); until the west's centre of gravity is fatally undermined vis any of the scenarios outlined.

 

 

(Postcript 13/6/99)

 

            Vis the Russian intervention in Kosovo. The deployment of Italian troops in the most contentious area of all, Northern Kosovo, could be interpreted as an invitation to Russia (for whatever reason - we shall examine later) to invade.

            If USA, British or German troops had been asigned to that sector, then NATO WOULD have to fight, or be TOTALLY humiliated.

            If NATO wanted  an agreement without (for PR reasons) LOOKING as if they wanted an agreement, then this would be a better framework (vis PR) than anyone else has come up with/ outlined. Eg with the rest as a show to make the world shit itself, be thankful things havn't tipped over the edge, but relatively stabilised (though it is always possible, now or in the future, that events could gather their own momentum).

 

            The most OBVIOUS & primary reason for the war was to stabilise the Greek, Cyprus, Turkey Q for the reasons outlined earlier. But it may well be that another agenda has developed (if it wasn't factored in in the first place), about USA imperialism asserting its hegemony over Europe. With the USA now able to scare Europe with Russia, into accepting the continued role/ presence of  USA imperialism as a European power (renewing/ retrenching its legitimacy in this role).

            So the Balkan indirect oil war may well have started with one aim, & now, `They're playing OUR song' (the Russia card).

            Perhaps even, the intention was that through a series of steps, all reasonable sounding in themselves (however fraudulent), the USA would force Europe to swallow an idea (continued USA hegemony) that would NOT sound at all reasonable if presented in a bald form. Instead present Europe with a fait accompli (vis the Russian threat), giving its comprador elites the excuse they require (& no doubt crave) to pucker up to the core imperial power.

            But while this be the effect, I have my doubts that this was the original intention, as it is so fucking dangerous. & I wouldn't reckon on even the dumb fucks in the pentagon DELIBERATELY setting out to play nuclear chicken, with ANOTHER major nuclear power, UNTIL this is the final option to retain pol/econ power.

            It seems likelier that with advance warning of Russia's fury, NATO sought to contain an explosive situation (through allowing Russia North Kosovo) & that it may well be in the deep shit I originally said it was likely to be in, vis Russian popular engagement - Russia's burgeoning popular fury (which I originally thought likely to take it into the conflict via popular engagement - which to all intents & purposes is what has happened albeit in a partially formally controlled fashion) running a race with crumbling Serbian morale (NOW re-inforced, as with the Greeks, should resistance be on the cards). It is NATO that needs a settlement/ to stabilise the situation, or else events will most likely gather their own momentum.

 

            Anyhow, this illustrates the role of the Russian Bleucher, as the geo pol counterweight to the hydra headed Bonapartes. With Cossack bayonets at their backs, the Revolution can smash the Old Gaurd's forces.

 

17/6/99 The eclipse of the Old Gaurd?

 

            Because Serb anti fascism was effectively exterminated by NATO bombing (& the Russians have re-inforced the implacable Serb element before troop mutinies could break it) there is now the danger of a Sesjl/ Zhirinovsky alliance and/ or, of triangular conflict between NATO/ KLA/ Russia.

            Eg there is no political (anti Milosevic, defacto operational) connexion between Kosovars & Serbs (either in Kosovo or much more importantly Serbia proper). There is (consequantly) NO incentive for restraint  from the KLA, nor security in such for Kosovan Serbs - leading inevitably to an exodus of Kosovan Serbs; OR, alternatively, NATO disarmament of the KLA.

            The latter clearly offers no meaningful security to Kosovans & threatens a KLA rebellion.

            But, if NATO prefers, surreptitiously, the Serbs to take flight while PR image maintains `they are doing their best to prevent this' (in order to prevent there being any purpose in disarming the KLA so as to avoid fighting a KLA rebellion), then this factor, LINKED WITH prior crushing of Serb anti fascism by NATO bombing, is likely to trigger the most intense hostitlity/ revanchism in Serbia proper, leading to an implacable revanchist Serb element allied with Russian revanchism - an explosive cocktail, which if not contained, threatens to gather its own explosive momentum.

            The line of least resistance (on basis of enemy control of the military pol/econ agenda) would be defacto control by KLA & Russia of zones of control with cauterisation of their ultras.

            But for Serbia/ Russia, the enemy is not at 15,000 feet, nor waging its murderous economic war from Wall St.; it is within range/ just across the border. And the temptation to give the hydra headed Bonapartes the bruising they've long been cruising for, may well be too much for the Slavic/ Russian Blucher.

 

Postcript 5th August 1999

 

            How close we came to war gathering its own momentum is confirmed by (Britain's) General Jackson who has revealed that he refused to obey (USA) General Clark's order to fight the Russians for Pristina airport, when they shocked NATO by taking up positions.

            Of course when the global econ implosion comes, then the comparative sanity of a single general containing the Dr Strangelove inclinations of another will NOT be enough to contain things as the momentum for oblivion will come from the fact that the military plutocrats have  no other way of trying to retain control of the pol/econ agenda.  

 

Postcript 13th october 1999

 

            Confirmation that the Rambouillet `peace' accords asserted the right of the core powers to occupy not only Kosovo, but also Belgrade (eg the capital of Serbia proper), demonstrates that the intention was to deliberately push Serbia into war.

            & that this apparent insanity ONLY makes sense within the context of the geo strategic framework outlined, vis stabilisation of relations between Greece & Turkey over the Cyprus Q (insuring no revenge by Greece when Turkey buttresses core imperial hegemony over the Mid easts by crushing the Kurds) by detering (through a demonstration of terror bombing against Serbia) Greek revanchists seeking revenge over the Abdullah Ocalan affair/ abduction, from launching an adventure against Turkish Northern Cyprus.

 

 

What is to be Done?

 

 

Propagate rev dem program/ build establish electronic/ political/ operational links in Europe (prior to detonation).

 

With detonation of campaign (& campaign to free antifascist POWs), through propaganda & action - build (an operational) revolutionary antifascist coalition of Britons, Germans, (all EU etc) Russians, Kurds, leftist Turks, antifascist Serbs, Kosovans, Greeks etc.

 

Smuggle arms to EU antifascist rev dems (to aid the antifascist revolution).

 

Overthrow military plutocrats in the EU, establishment of a Federated socialist Commonwealth of Europe (& an eventual Global Commonwealth Confederation).

 

            (In turn) aiding antifascist civil war within & establsihment of:

 

 FSC Central Europe (freedom for  Kosovo within same), Middle East Commonwealth (freedom for  Kurdistan within & incorporating an antifascist Israel) & FSSR

 

            The levers to accomplish this:

 

Establish antifascist beachheads in Britain (calling Euro antifascists to come to Britain to participate in the campaign) & EU, converging on Berlin for `God Commonwealth & Freedom', to crush classical fascism & (when masses won over & we are able to seize power) liquidate the nation state (Germany, Britain, France etc & establish FSC Europe, a Commonwealth of the regions.

 

Counterposing (`Redemption Through Sacrifice') the Global Commonwealth Confederation to military plutocratic oblivion (in pursuit of financier/ corporate, oil, arms intersts/ expansionism at the expense of civil society in 3rd & 1st world alike).

 

(So winning the trust of central European antifascists after NATOs savage plot against Kurdistan to gaurentee plutocratic oil/ arms interests - &) calling on Serbs & Turks to rise up and overthrow their tyrants, forge an FSC - CE & (aided by free Kurdistan) a Mid east Commonwealth (INLCUDING an antifascist Israel - giviing Israel the opportunity to break free from USA dependancy/ serving imperial interests).

SCENARIO (C2)

 

THE CHINA SYNDROME

 

(China's descent into madness & how to halt it)

 

            (We shall analyse China's history including the Tianenman Square massacre in  1989 more comprehensively in 'Substance Over Form' chapter 7 Vol I & again in Vol II)

 

            China's political economy is probably the most complex in the world.

 It is especially brittle, needing strong geo points of global commonwealth confederal pol/econ support, to enable it restructure its pol/econ, purging both the corrupt & criminal Communist party elite, & bringing the pol/econ under the rev constitutional control of civil society....

 

            (due  to China's recent colonial situation - which we shall examine extensively in S.O.F.) China's nat sec state legitimacy is based on being anti colonial, therefore its legitimacy is actually eclipsed by China's rising power (no nat sec state justification for the elite to continue in power). Consequantly Chinese capitalism is far too weak to rule in its own name, it actually requires the CCP to maintain order for it, unlike the core capitalist powers (able to rule in their own name - buttressed by pseudo legitimacy).

            And with no room for global reconfiguration of the global pol/econ (with no state strong enough to be able to lead the global rev reform) it is impossible for Chinese capitalism to make the transitional journey from Stalinist polity to multi party pseudo democracy, to enable capitalism to rule in its own name (as in the west).

                Along with India (which we shall examine shortly) China possesses the particular problem of the megastate. Which (aside from the other apocalyptic threat vis global econ crash) is that its own growth/ rise as a capitalist power causes the eclipse of the legitimacy of its nat sec state... eg in a power of such vast size, the nat sec state justification for existing/ maintaining state & corporate secrecy/ control over info (& it is the Q over control over info particularly the struggle for the common ownership of  information that is of pivotal importance in the mega & superstates) looks much more hollow than in the USA; meaning the national security state can only can maintain control of the internal pol/econ agenda through war/ provoking the west into (to begin with - managed) conflict (Indeed THIS may be the real reason for the Chinese embassy bombing in Belgrade - a pre-arranged deal between China/ USA to enable the Chinese regime to retain control politically/ prevent total chaos/ breakdown which would trigger the implosion of the entire global pol/econ - though the west itself initially in economically depressed Japan but spreading to USA vis great econ crash, is/ will become even more politically demented/ need no such encouragement for adventures....).

 

The `Mandate of Heaven'

 

            Classical laborism is clearly too weak to displace the regime in China (lack of room for bargaining between capital & labor, & laborisms total inability to push a reconstructionist rev pol/econ operational military political agenda). And the new rev theory is dependant on core western points of pol/econ support.

            Though rising inflation/ unemployment (especially vis the global econ implosion) will lead to an explosion of discontent, though incapacity of classical laborism to stabilise a reconstructionist pol/econ centre of gravity (without geo pol/econ points of support), means that if the Chinese state did eclipse itself by allowing bourgeois type elections, then no conventional capitalist or classical laborist party could consolidate a viable centre of pol/econ gravity (it requires both a reconstructionist rev pol program & the constitutionalist division of power to prevent finance being a law unto itself to enable  a viable centre of pol/econ gravity to be consoldiated - this in turn will require geo pol/econ re-inforcement by Euro/ USA revolutions), the army will step in, & it to will not be able to consolidate a viable centre of pol/econ  gravity (without rev geo pol/econ points of support)...

           

            This begs the Q, HOW is chaos to be manifest (if nat sec state regime can put the lid on laborism)?

 

            China's rising power, eclipsing the legitimacy of the regime, has ressurrected an ancient pre capitalist pre colonial pattern of struggle (from when China was more or less insulated from the rest of the world & internal peasant revolts, claiming an emperor had lost the mandate of heaven, periodically gave rise to a new bureacratic castes/ central power).

            This can be done due to the CONTEMPORY illusion that China is strong enough to settle its own destiny...

 

            In colonial times the geo re-inforcement of old elites led to the  defeat of the Tiapeng & made this pattern of struggle impossible. Chinese nationalists thence relied on room for manouevre between USSR & USA. But with China's rise & Russia's collapse, no such geo manouevreing is possible & the dangerous illusion is now ressurrected.

 

            Falun Gong is a religous (quasi Buddhist) movement specially adapted to the specifics of Chinese conditions to smash regime legitimacy. It is rooted in ancient Chinese culture (which the regime post Tianenmen massacre forced to  root itself in ideologically to strengthen its national legitimacy); & as an initially peaceful/ passive movement, it has been able to spread itself as an organisation apart from the regime - yet which the regime sensed it could not attack without calling into Q its own legitimacy, as trying to occupy much of the  same ideological ground.

            Until it grew to such proportions (CCP's own estimates 2-3 million, since its  birth in 1992) that the regime lashed out in utter desperation (July 1999), rounding up its supporters/ engaging in ferocious political attacks against it, which (as with our movement) is the best advertising it could concievably hope for.

            This will ultimately catalyse (especially loss of national legitimacy/ fusing with anger over Tianenman sq massacre/ econ chaos) violent rebellion, eg the loss of the `mandate of heaven' (as in the ancient chinese model).

            But as the only thing that unites its followers is a Jacobin hatred of the regime (eg NO reconstructionist pol/econ program - especially NO global points of rev reconstructionist support) AND unlike ancient China, because Chinese pol/econ is NOT self contained, there can be NO bureaucratic consolidation of a new regime. Eg, if the CCP cannot consolidate power, then Falun Gong CERTAINLY will not be able to.

            Therefore this presages collapse into warlordism and massive westward migration (as econ collapse means the land cannot support so many people - indeed a general descent into cannibalism is the inevitable prognosis, being the only available food).

 

                To halt this slide into chaos:

 

The core point must be to break  Chinese isolationism. Which is the basis of the double death trap of Stalino-fascism & of the  Falun Gong (the new Taipeng).

                The best weapon against isolationism, & to prepare the new movement in China adapted to the specifics of Chinese conditions (with a program based on the idea of WARTIME sacrifices for reconstruction as in the west - to insure stability through commonly recognised economic priorities preventing econ panic), is to rally forces around the Cyber Army formation, the objective of the Common Ownership of Information.

                This is also the best way to check allies/ enemies; anyone against the common ownership of Information is the enemy - conversely co-operative state/ CCP elements are allies.
                China needs to engage with OTHER rev forces to consolidate (break the death trap of Chinese isolationism) Chinese revolution. China's delusion of self sufficiency threatens death to China. Make no mistake she is absolutely as dependant on rev geo pol links for her survival as the British Isles

 

        (To re-iterate Indian/ China rev movements CANNOT arise as a force by themselves, they need western cadre to prepare/ launch the movement, but once developed beyond a certain point, they can propel themselves as a self propelled independant force).

 

            The above combined measures will give the (new rev) state (combining new pluralistic rev structures with the better elements of the old state) both the underpinning/ strength & authority/ legitimacy to crush the popular chaos element of falun gong, whilst simataneously leaving it free to pursue peaceful activities - insuring that this giant movement (its cause celebre of military plutocratic regime corruption/ criminality removed) will run into the sand - becoming as generally harmless to global security as the Church of England.

 

            Q.         Why didn't I anticipate the falun gong earlier?

 

            Curiously BECAUSE I got it so right about China's pol/econ brittleness (eg anticipated that China being a rising power would eclipse the anti colonial nat sec state justification for existing of the regime/ lead to military adventurism by the regime in a desperate attempt to cling onto power) circa April/ may 1996, eg long before I concieved of the 2nd volume on the god dialectic; so it did not occur to me to rethink HOW popular discontent would manifest itself... I automatically expected some laborised replay of 1989, cut across by  China regime's expansionism (a military defeat inflicted on China by the core west stabilising China internally cannot be ruled out in theory, though liable to create its alternate fascist western apocalyptic momentum), ending either in warlordist break up of the country or connexion with & modification  under, the infleuence of the new rev movement in the west.

Against: Isolationism

For: Common Ownership of Information

 

 

Corruption of CCP/ rise of global finance capitalism has led to growing rage. The military plutocratic elites (including the Chinese elite) in terror of this rage prepare for war to maintain control of the political/economic agenda. Worse still, with the global economic crash, the mystical Falun Gong riding the tiger of Chinese nationalism/ rage at the elites, threaten a new Tiapeng rebellion. Both threats lead to apocalyptic horrors unimaginably worse than anything seen even under Mao...

            This double death trap has its roots in the complacent delusion of isolationism; that China can sort out its own apocalyptic crisis without joining with the rest of the world in facing down the common apocalyptic threats that threaten extinction to all humanity when the great crash comes.

 

            China/ world needs not only to break its military plutocratic elites but in doing so martial the revolution (Chinese/ global civil society) around a clear program of reconstructionist pol/econ priorities:

 

Compelling finance to serve the interests of (global/ Chinese) civil reconstruction/ civil society (instead of finance/ national security states, ruling as anarchic lawless forces, whose short termist sectional interests, threaten to plunge the whole world into chaos & nuclear/ biological/ chemical warlordism). 

 

Backed up by a program of WARTIME sacrifices for Chinese/ global reconstruction - held together by the common apocalyptic threats/ objectives confronting all humanity.

 

            The lynchpin of this globalist outlook that must hold all rev movements in all parts of the world together, is the struggle for the common ownership of information (smashing all nat sec state/ finance hegemony over info eg copyright) whoever opposes this objective is our deadly enemy, whoever weilds pen & sword for this objective, wether outside or inside the CCP/ army etc is our ally.

            ALL isolationist movements spell death to China. Either all humanity shall so master its own destiny together, or all humanity, China included, shall be consigned  to  the flames of a very real hell.

 

NB*        China needs its own anti isolationist leaflet because of the historically powerful illusions of Chinese isolationism that exist nowhere near as strongly except to a lesser degree USA & India.... beyond this GENERAL exception, others (in other parts of the world) must adapt the globalised framework to specifics of localised conditions (to link in with the opeationally globalised framework) - though I am willing to offer council....

The Neutralising Doomsday Scenario

(Rise or Fall of the South)

 

 

Pakistan/ India

 

 

            (we shall outline the threat of a USA Raj in the subcontinent later, after explaining the radical threat posed by the coup in Pakistan so as to explain WHY direct intervention may be deployed by the USA.

            But before this we will examine the underlying geo pol/econ causes of the nuclear threat vis India/ Pakistan - so as to explain the remedy.... how the struggle  for the common ownership of info can be fused with nuclear disarmament used as an aggressive political weapon, enabling unification of Pakistan with India, so that India defined against its own (& USA led) elites can lead the 3rd world revolution, & how Euro revolution (utilising  the Asian  diaspora) can advance this process.

            We shall also explain what WE in Europe can/ must do to counter the threat of oblivion; should the USA engage in a limited nuclear war in an attempt to assert control & deter other unauthorised states from developing nuclear weapons).

            We shall examine Indian pol/econ history in greater depth in Vol II Chapter 2.

                First though we shall outline the strategic principles that should govern the rev movement's approach to the subcontinent)  

 

 

            The RISE of the classical fascist BJP actually represents a rev opportunity. Eg POST cold war, Indian landlordism is no longer held together by external points of cold war geo support (formerly deterring seccessionist movements, fearing the horrendous price of superpower proxy involvement).

            This landlordism had previously owned the Indian state & held back Indian capitalist development (in the name of a peculiar socialist fuedalism, axis of labor & landlords). Post cold war a strategy of stability through growth had to be followed.

            Like China, India possesses the problems of the megastate. As its econ elite grows in strenth, it marginalises itself in power, rural impoverishment threatens a political explosion (as the Indian masses see its elite more & more as the main enemy). This is the purpose of the BJP (why apparently paradoxically, this classical fascist movement has grown amidst significant econ development), to divert popular rage against minorities, Pakistan etc....

            ....though ultimately of  course, the global econ crash will blow India apart anyway...

 

            The only way  to hold India together, is by redefining its pol/econ against nuclear plutocratic landlordism, against USA led global military plutocracy & FOR the common ownership of information & global commonwealth confederation (aided by the global cyber army, particularly the Asian diaspora in the west)....

            ....India must not only unite with Pakistan, but around the above program, lead the 3rd world info revolution..... If India does not cast its vision outward/ redefine itself around a revolutionary expansionist strategy (including by using nuke disarmament as an aggressive political weapon), then it will turn inwards & blow itself apart.

 

 

Rise or Fall of the South?

Postcript 18/10/99 (The coup in Pakistan)

 

            During the cold war the west was happy to back a succession of  military fascist tyrannies in Pakistan as the best way to consoldiate landlordist/ compradorist economic interests (& geo strategic interests of imperialism).

            But with the collapse of the USSR (& with it, existing potential geo pol/econ points of support for any radical democrats), there was a move to ministry of interior forces, a legitimated cryptic fascsist construct. The army had no legitimacy, was discredited by the fascist rule of General Zia Ul Haq (who with CIA  backing had sponsored the drug running ultra fascist Islamicists in Afghanistan), so this served to stabilise aforementioned bloc of military plutocratic interests.

    But as `democracy' served the same criminal alliance, premier Nawaz Sharif, was reduced to playing the role of a Yeltsin & systematically trashing whatever passed for civil society institutions, to underpin said interests & his rule.

            But, because of the ever present geo military threat from India, the army was not trashed as the Russian army had been (by Yeltsins compradors); & under pressure from civil society, deposed the hated Nawaz Sharif.

            If there was a revolutionary (or a USSR type) power bloc in the world today, then the Pakistan army would (if only after exhausting alternatives) drift into alliance with such, to attain points of geo pol/econ support to stabilise its pol/econ. But then if such a bloc existed, the west would still be merrily supporting a military fascist regime a la Zia Ul Haq.

            The army will be under pressure to deliver results, a purge of the elite (including the landlords & army itself) is required to satisfy civil society.

            A failure (under pressure from the core imperial elite) to deliver on this, will lead to massive discontent. The army's position will become untenable/ dangersouly unstable; warlordism (in concert with the Indian BJP landlordist fascists will gather its own momentum).

            But a return to pseudo democracy (under pressure from the core imperial elite) will merely push things even/ ever closer to/ over the edge of the nuclear abyss; increasing the tempo of the dance of death with the (landlordist fascist BJP administered) Indian nat sec state, as both criminal elites ratchet up the  pressure in order to retain control over the pol/econ agenda/ their populations (Islamic fundamentalism/ warlordism shall not fail to benefit either).

           

 

            The Subcontinent requires:

 

1) A GENERAL purge of landlords/ elite.

 

2) Geo pol/econ underpinning via revolutionary incorporation into a Global

    Commonwealth Confederation (including seedcorn aid for reconstruction).

    But even more importantly through common ownership of information/

    smashing of copyright (the most effective form of redistribution from the

    richer states to the poorer).

        Also political connxeions via the  Indian/ Pakistani diaspora (in the west) through the struggle for the common ownership of information, which will decisively enable not only geo political underpinning, and economic development, but insure that the blood purge of fascist forces is only sufficient to break the enemy's will to resist, eg (people do NOT lose sight of the single objective of revolutionary reconstruction - which is a grave danger in a backward peasant society) DOESN'T develop its own momentum, so that the whole subcontinent descends into utter chaos/ panic. It is impossible to overemphasise the importance of this factor.

 

3) GLOBAL nuclear disarmament/ civil conversion.

 

            The western core military pluotcracies:

 

1) Backed Islamic fascists to underpin  landlordist fascist rule; & remains hostile to any radical pol/econ movement threatening elite interests.

 

2) And continues to add to its massive nuclear arsenals in order to preserve its global military plutocratic hegemony including private financier hegemony over info.

 

            Purging our nuclear plutocrats & establishing the Global Commonwealth Confederation is the only way to defuse the subcontinent.

            The situation of Pakistan in relation to India is analagous to USSR vis USA empire. General fear (the key lever of tyranny), buttressed by a greater power's imperial predation.

            Locked into an arms race because its (the subcontinents) radicals simply hitherto lacked the decisive points of support in (globally decisive) Europe (Indian  fuedalism itself was formerly underpinned BY the cold war construct, eg kept stable by the fact that seccessionism was held in check by fear of superpower proxy engagement; the collapse of  USSR therefore meant that Inidan fuedalism had to rely WHOLLY on its own internal strength, hence the rise of the BJP, this as we shall see actually opens up revolutionary potential).

            & without such points of support, madness can only feed madness whatever the will of soldier & civilian.

 

Rise of the South?

 

            And yet, the collapse of core imperial geo points of support for the Pakistan landlordist fascist regime, has created at least in theory, a potential revolutionary opening for the subcontinent.

            Everything hinges on Pakistani radicals (in the armed forces & civil society) being able to connect decisively with Indian civil society breaking landlordist fascism in the subcontinent & ALSO consoldiate against core imperial sabotage by generating a backdraft in the west itself. Eg the rise of such a revolutionary movement  in the subcontinent can trigger the global pol/econ implosion, opening up the European & USA fronts enabling the final defeat of the core imperial threat, neccessary to consolidate revolution in the subcontinent.

            The critical factor in Pakistan's favor is that if Indian fascism wages all out war against Pakistan, India  itself will be decisively prone to break apart.

            This means that by purging their own landlordists & crushing Islamic fascists, Pakistan can connect with/ create levers with Indian civil society. Eg among such seeking to do similar to their own classical fascists/ landlordists.

            In turn, as such levers develop, Pakistan must further help (to consolidate) the rev movement/ process in India by engaging in AGGRESSIVE unilateral nuclear  disarmament  & relying WHOLLY & COMPLETELY on the Indian Revolution armed with the `neutralising doomsday' strategy to counter  India's nuclear threat to Pakistan & Indian Revolution, to gaurentee their security

    (this strategy is also applicable vis a revolutionary Britain in relation to the European Revolution - vis Russia, we can only make demands for such, when having won power in west Europe, we are in a position to actually consolidate the Russian/ European revolution via a commonwealth confederal framework, though should be used at the least, to further fuel the USA revolution in concert with revolutionary west Europe).

            Pakistan's only hope of survival, of NOT being reduced to ashes, lies with committing itself wholly to pushing revolutionary unification of the subcontinent.

 

            But the most threatening Q is, wether the manifest lack of  a prepared cadre/ movement, building the movement from the bottom up, means that fear of imminent collapse will be sufficient to induce a paralysis of initiative in a decisive section of the state - eg if such a movement exists, it is possible to prepare the citizenry for the sacrifices ahead. If not, panic will most likely decisively destabilise any attempt to consolidate a (rev wartime) centre pol/econ of gravity.

        (This is another critical point at which Indian/ Pakistani revolutionary forces need geo pol/econ underpinning from the  Asian diaspora in Europe/ USA decisively martialed around the cyber army/ struggle for the common ownership of information....)

            & where power is in the hands of a top heavy  (armed forces) movement, with no room for  geo pol/econ bargaining, no pre-existing  points of support (eg rev bloc or even USSR), the lack of such a cadre is very likely to be fatal.

            This factor accenuates whatever pol/econ levers the enemy has over Pakistan, to effect a change consistent with military plutocratic interests; or even just fascist Islamicist warlordist collapse.

    The key problem vis Pakistan is the immense confusion as to WHO the enemy is. The arch enemy is the western core imperial elite. But most think that it is India (as opposed  to merely Indian landlordism as well as Pakistani landlordism). So to mobilise an All- subcontintent alliance against the western core elite (as outlined above) is critically a more convuluted process than say a similar process in Indonesia might have been (how the core imperial elite PRE-EMPTIVELY covered a similar threat there is a Q we examine in Chapter 9 of Vol I of S.O.F.).    

 

            There is NO potential for Pakistan army to consolidate a centre of pol/econ gravity  on a static basis. Eg if there is NO general sense of who the enemy is. But a sense of who the enemy is, landlordism & global finance, the whole system of (national security state centred) info control via copyright, takes them into a full scale political war of movement vis battle for the All - India Revolution & FAR beyond, to the RISE OF THE SOUTH (3rd world including Latin America eg connect with the radical govt of Hugo Chavez in Venezuala currently 21/10/99 leading a SIMILAR coalition of the armed forces & civil society, L. American radical forces are being subjected at time of writing to the greatest frontal assault by USA against insurgents since the Vietnam war Africa etc - Suggested emblem/ flag: The Southern Cross on black background), triggering &/or merging with the rev movement in the Euro/ USA core states.

 

            But yet another critical Q is the time lag before advances in prosecution of a rev pol vision/ campaign (can) serve to bind Pakistan/ the Subcontinent together. Wether the weakness of Pakistan's urban centres, extreme doubts about wether they can attain hegemony over the rural, eg through socialist finance, (eg due to previously COLD WAR geo re-inforced landlordism retarding development), will cause the collapse of Pakistan before a (pan southern) movement can take of (as peasants &/ or consequentially re-assertive landlords resist taxation by the weak city for reconstruction/ survival. - eg unlike the 1920's USSR, if they are NOT moving forward they will be inexorably sliding backwards, no deep, deep geographic space from which a military bureaucracy can retain control/ survive/ develop - we shall analyse the rise & fall of Stalinism in Chapters 6 - 8 of S.O.F. Vol I).

            This would be a problem for even the best prepared of cadres.

            Ultimately to consolidate the anti landlordist revolt, the subcontinents urban centres have in turn to be consolidated by the metropolitan core revolution.

            (to re-iterate Indian/ China rev movements CANNOT arise as a force by themselves, need global cyber army linkage, & though once developed beyond a certain point they can propel themselves as a largely self propelled independant force, geo pol linkage/ connexions/ program will remain indispensible).

 

 

A USA RAJ?

 

            We must assume that there is a grave danger of DIRECT USA engagement in the subcontinent, to counter the threat of a revolutionary subcontinent.

            To accomplish this, they may attempt to forcibly re-install Nawaz Sharif (or some other hated Quisling) & turn Pakistan into a more or less direct proxy of the USA for `...its own protection...' (from BJP fascist India), whilst pushing the break up of India by sponsoring seccessionist movements on condition that they hand over nukes (probably engaging in a limited nuclear war against India to deter other unauthorised states from developing nuclear weapons etc) - establishing the USA Raj.(This would also make the aforementioned foray into Russia by USA more likely)

            It might be argued that the USA regime would not dare engage in nuclear imperialism because it would fear terrorist revenge attacks by cheap biological chemical weapons. But the psychology of such a regime drifts imperceptibly into PREFERING such a response, to justify its continued rule, even as everything descends into ashes. Anything than be made to confront the  truth of its fundamentally murderous character/ crimes (see the General Indictment) by its own revolutionary citizenry. Thus the logic in the Vietnam war of `it was neccessary to destroy this village in order  to save it...' becomes `it was neccessary to destroy this country/ continent/ world in order to save it...' Therefore we MUST deploy an effective counter response to such a threat.

 

The NEUTRALISING DOOMSDAY Scenario

 

            The use of nuclear weapons by whomsoever for whatever nominal objective is a fascist act.

            The ends justify the means as long as the means do not negate the ends. The use of nuclear weapons destroys everything & is completely inadmissable as a revolutionary weapon (Note our strategy of AGGRESSIVE unilateral nuclear disarmament - backed up by our `neutralising doomsday' strategy; should the enemy attempt to nuke the revolution).

            BUT, what if, the core USA enemy uses nukes NOT directly against the European Revolution (triggering our `neutralising doomsday' response in Europe/ USA as appropriate), but against INDIA, BEFORE a rev campaign has even been launched/ begun in Europe? BEFORE the aforementioned scenarios have even ripened?

           

            If we do nothing in response, eg because Europe has not been incinerated, we effectively capitulate, by default, to USA terror. For Europe's GRAVEST (MOST DEMORALISING) fear will be USA nuke terror. Eg if waiting to respond to N. Ireland's implosion (or operating within that framework), we will in failing to confront  the gravest terror, effectively capitulate to it (& be sandwiched between Russian revanchism a la Genghis Khan & USA nuclear Caesarism).

            Therefore, we will have to treat this as an overt Fascist/ Caesarist threat (even if taking place within a framework of formal parliamentary/ elected pseudo legitimacy) & launch our campaign in direct response deploying the appropriate gameplan, SCENARIO (A). Treating ALL Euro proxy regimes as legitimate targets (as vis `Spectre of Caesar in the USA' - a military fascist coup in  the USA), vis a movement based on (a) militarily led REVOLUTIONARY SALVATION FRONT (instead of the parrallel organs principle).

             THENCE with our operational campaign launched, OUR PRIMARY `neutralising doomsday' strategy can come into play if the enemy attempts to wage nuclear war on the Revolution.

            The launch of our operational campaign makes us the main threat reducing the colonies to a secondary threat (therefore nuclear war against such by the enemy achieves even less & less). 

            But because of its geo strategic importance to the western European revolution, a nuclear attack on Russian Revolution should be treated as a nuclear strike on the British/European/ USA revolution, triggering our PRIMARY neutralising doomsday response, against enemy's children (as outlined earlier to prevent/ deter a nuclear political chain reaction leading to the extinction of humanity) any less, & the enemy gets away with  a fatal weakening of our campaign, without an adequate response to deter future such  actions.

    Russia needs to replace its decrepit (but still extremely dangerous) nuclear umbrella with the victorious European Revolution's (& USA revolutionary campaign's)  `neutralising doomsday' umbrella, as the only SUSTAINABLE defense system capable of countering the USA military plutocracy's far superior & battle ready nuclear arsenal.

    (NB* Pakistan must use carefully timed nuclear disarmament to propel the ANTI FUEDAL Revolution in India/ Rise of the South. BUT West Europe Revolution MUST lead Russian & USA Revolutions, to ENABLE Russian nuclear disarmament to  FURTHER fuel USA Revolution/ nuclear disarmament - Rev Britain/ France must obviously immediately deploy  nuclear disarmament to fuel West European Revolution.

    This is because as seen, Pakistan CAN have DIRECT revolutionary leverage over fuedal India, but Russia can ONLY have revolutionary leverage over financier controlled USA VIA Revolutionary EUROPE).

            The PRIMARY Neutralising Doomsday response is purely a counter terror move aginst nuclear war against the Revolution (to prevent a nuclear political chain reaction leading to the extinction of humanity).

            The distinction netween primary & SECONDARY  `neutralising doomsday' responses/ geo strategic theatres, is critical because we want to give our movement the maximum opportunity to launch itself without deploying the (most terrible) primary version; yet WITHOUT capitulating to a political nuclear chain reaction either.

            Eg it would accomplish nothing to execute the primary model in response to the nukeing of India, when our movment is scarcely/ not even launched.

 

            (It shouldn't need saying, but NO election call would restore legitimacy of the regime in event of its use of nuclear weapons).

 

THE SECONDARY `NEUTRALISING DOOMSDAY' SCENARIO/ MODEL IS WHOLLY  APPLICABLE IF USA/ NATO USE NUCLEAR WEAPONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AGAINST ANY STATE.

    (Eg as outlined in the Indictment, the USA led military plutocracy has spurned support for revolutionary democracy/ civil reconstruction in the 3rd world in favor of nuclear  blackmail. As they have sabotaged internal resistance to despotisms such as Indian landlordist fascism, by wrecking the development of geo strategic levers for such resistence, BY their backing for 3rd world tyrants to underpin their global tyranny as outlined in the Indictment, they cannot use India's nuclear threat as an excuse for the King of all atrocities, which will ultimately trigger a political nuclear chain reaction leading to the extinction of all humanity)

            The viability of our rev neutralising  doomsday strategy underpins our indictment of the core  military plutocracy & their proxies; that they COULD (with all their geo pol/econ power) have used global reconstructionist/ pan commonwealth framework methods to undermine overthrow Stalinism in the USSR/ every other tyranny.

The Plague of Saddam Hussein?

(Defusing the revenge of the 3rd world)

 

            If the core military plutocracies deploy nuclear weapons in response to a biological strike  (eg by Iraq/ Saddam Hussein) our response must STILL be the same, as that for the core enemy launching a 1st strike attack.

            For if the west nukes Iraq, this spreads the seeds of doomsday throughout the entire 3rd world, of frenzied revanchism. Curiously the vector of propagation vis hell's ideology, parrallels the propagation of our own rev campaign, enemy attacks FUEL it's growth.

            Revolutionaries in Europe must use this secondary neutralising doomsday strategy in  response to an attack NOT on the rev movement in Europe/ USA/ Russia, but launch PRIMARY neutralising doomsday response if the rev movement in the west is attacked. 

            In Iraq (as we launch  our attack in the  west) revolutionaries  must seek to connect with us, using the lever of our rev campaign to launch a secondary neutralising doomsday response on the regime. Launching a PRIMARY response if rev campaign in Mid east is so attacked.

            (To state the obvious - ) when we apologise for our crimes/ make wartime sacrifices to provide seedcorn aid for global reconstruction, the most hostile/ revanchist of Islamic fundamentalists' attitude towards the west will change, because the surrounding climate of anger/ apathy/ despair, which presently nourishes/ sharpens increases the confidence of their hatred will be totally transformed. Such will no longer possess social purchase, will cease to pose any danger.

 

            Curiously the Revolution is able to exploit the position of  both our elites & Iraqi (& other such) regime to its own advantage.

            Eg threat of core elite nukes can (if only partially & it must be stressed only temporarily) deter Iraq bio weapons...

            ...just as (vis crash especially) bio warfare threat (& nuke proliferation/ warlordism) enables us to indict our elites & push global rev reconstructionist program (neccessary to prevent 1st world choking on its own barbed wire)...........

            of course if elites use nukes pre crash we can launch our rev pol campaign/ program as outlined (& establish our geo political strategic defense network).

 

Q.         Is it not the basest murderous hyprocrisy to depend on your own enemy's nuclear weapons/ threats to counter-act that of their own self created despot?

 

            The problem is the ar/ finance machine, is the very way in which world is divided (using these threats) into core & 3rd world, elite & marginalised.... there is no reason for a rev movement preparing to do away with all such, to apologise for the fact that these ruling crazies can partially cancel each other out long enough for us to gain control of the agenda.....

 

            So if Iraq did carry out a bio warfare attack (vis Foot & Mouth virus in Britain) as part of the `military response' Saddam Hussein threatened in retaliation for George W Bush's (& Blair's) bombing of Iraq

                possibly to warn of any attempt by the USA core power to instigate the carve up of Iraq, by encouraging Turkey to occuppy Iraqi Kurdistan, which would automatically lead to Iran occuppying the south to counterbalance their traditional enemy Turkey, with the effect that the military pol/econ logic of such a role would bring Iran further into the core western sphere creating something more akin to a pre 1979 Iran, also enabling the creation of a rump pseudo democratic pro western Iraqi regime - strengthening the hand of the USA in the region by getting proxy states to do their work for them rather than presenting USA personnel as tempting targets (& further demoralising Arab nationalists) -

                (formerly of course)........the west stabilised their oil  position through backing Saddam Hussein in invading Iran (Shat al Arab waterway), which (national security pretext) consolidated the Iranian fascist Islamic elite trying to consolidate power in post Shah era; enabled west to sell arms to both sides, who financed  their arms purchases through increased oil output, driving the price down even further....

                .......& then (later, after peace declared in the Iran/ Iraq war) through  (their client state) Kuwait stealing Iraqi oil (under Iraqi border),  provoking Saddam Hussein to invade (geo politically it was really an all or nothing option - as would have been a geo political festering sore if only seized part of Kuwait - note then USA ambassador to Iraq April Glaspie's now notorious statement that `...USA doesn't get involved in border disputes...' - eg USA would do nothing to dissuade Kuwait from stealing Iraqi oil, which given USA's power can only be read  as their using Kuwait as an agent provocateur) giving them the excuse to hammer Iraq dealing a blow to Arab nationalism, enabling medium/ long term stabilisation of the the oil price....

                refer back to the section `The Enemy Is At Home - NATO, Oil & War in the Balkans' in this Chapter for analysis of how the real purpose of  NATO intervention in Kosovo was to intimidate Greek revanchism (by bludgeoning Greece's ally Serbia) into accepting Turkey's occuppation of Turkish occuppied Kurdistan & not raise the ante over the abduction of PKK commander Abdullah Ocalan by encouraging Greek Cyprus to invade Turkish Cyprus at a time of already grave tension - as the crushing of Kurdistan  is central to USA strategy in Mid East of playing the police tyrannies of against one another (preventing radical democracy getting a foothold in the region & threatening USA oil interests); that the Kosovo intervention was essentially an Indirect Oil War - to stabilise the Balkans on the core powers terms (eg acceptance of Turkey regime's  state terrorism in Kurdistan)... We note also that (just before the NATO action in Kosovo) the Rambouillet `Peace' Accords stipulated that NATO troops should have the right to occuppy Belgrade itself not just Kosovo (THIS CLAUSE WAS LATER WITHDRAWN AFTER THE KOSOVO WAR) - SO IN BOTH THE GULF WAR & THE INDIRECT OIL WAR, USA MADE DAMN SURE IT GOT THE WAR IT NEEDED TO EXECUTE ITS STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES.

 

            ....ALL parties should bear in mind that there is a 3rd force to be reckoned with, that will crush BOTH 1st & 3rd world tyrants alike (starting with our own in the 1st world) & will not shrink from deploying its own secondary & primary neutralising doomsday strategies if compelled to do so by the military plutocracies.

            While there is no clear evidence to point to Iraq deploying Foot & Mouth (as a shot across the bows, that the western elites would be terrified of highlighting themselves for fear of panicking their own populations, eg people's fear that this is precursor to use of Anthrax or Ebola Marburg etc), as of routine we must face down the reality that ALL those that create such weapons, do so because (under certain circumstances) they are absolutely prepared to use them.... we likewise are are compelled to draw everyone's attention to this fact & prepare our own (neutralising doomsday) defense system to combat these threats.

            For ALL should bear in mind that the Devil's Treadwheel, of bombing Iraq (or other states) into the stone age, to prevent them possessing the military econ infrastructure to produce weapons of mass destruction (capable of inducing geo pol/econ collapse through devastation &/ or mass panic) no longer works.

 

Postcript 18/04/01

 

            Reports that the USA is developing micro nuclear weapons raise the Q of the blurring between low yield nukes & more powerful conventional devices like the fuel air explosive. The Strangelovean purpose of such weapons is clear. It is to make the use of `precision' nukes seem more reasonable, so as to make the use of nukes per se (of ever increasing yield) more acceptable in order to establish their legitimacy in military operations.

            The Revolution serves notice that the use of nuclear weapons of however low a yield triggers the automatic response of our neutralising doomsday strategy, wether of the secondary or primary variant, as appropriate.

 

 

Encircling the Empire:

THE COLONIAL REVOLUTION

 

We must approach the Q from the angle of what it takes to break USA imperium. & taking this as our point of departure examine the weaknesses in 3rd world radical movements/ what it will take to overcome them...

 

 

The Los  Angeles/ Chiapas axis

 

            The reason why the Zapatistas cannot directly win, is because to do so they must break the power of the USA regime, not just the Mexican compradors...

            ....& unlike in Europe, where fragmentation of power between relatively evenly matched states means the British can instigate a pan Euro movement (defined Europe against USA core imperialism & for  global reconstruction), the USA imperium possesses such overwhelming power (in relation to surrounding states) & (consequantly) a political supremacist psychology (such as certainly does not exist in fragmented Europe between Germany against Britain, France, Italy etc etc), that any movement launched from Mexico against the monolith of USA core imperial power is impossible, UNLESS with European underpinning, the USA masses take charge of & lead the rev process themselves - the combination  of rev European power with the Black/ hispanic bridgehead underpinned by radical Latin American govts, underpinning the American Revolution.

           

Chiapas: Stand of in Mexico

 

            Mexico/USA govts reluctant to crush the Zapatistas for fear of martyring them and creating even more explosive situation. The Zapatistas themselves acknowledge this when they point out that they can be crushed at any time at will.

            Yet the Zapatistas themselves have not been able to take the attack to the enemy through offensive martyrdom.

            To succeed (prosecute the civil war as such) would have to have a movement based entirely on the martyr dialectics (means of propagation - as elaborated in Vol I & II - as a continuous process). And of course global points of support (USA/Europe etc).

 

The Chiapas/ Los Angeles axis

 

What is new about the Zapatistas?

 

            The geo pol/econ context - a kind of (frozen) sub quantum component (in the era of global finance decomposition).

            The Mexican elite has marginalised itself in power, effectively Mexico is ceasing to  exist as a nation as it comes under the sway of the North American  Free Trade Area, partly for the benefit of USA capitalists, but also to try & staunch the flow of migrants into USA itself by stabilising Mexico internally through increased employment..... The old model Mexican state is in effect becoming sidelined by USA capital.... rendered superfluous. It doesn't protect the interests of Mexican labor. it is a source of corruption & nothing else.

            It is this tendancy for the Mexican elite to marginalise (delegitimise) itself in power that led to/ enabled the Chiapas rising. And curiously,  the collapse of the RPI/old Mexican state, its displacement by an apparently nakedly pro free market form (the government of Vincente Fox), that superficially appears as a backward step for  Mexican civil society, but represents something considerably more interesting.

            The crucial factor is that the Latin American population of USA (especially concentrated in the big cities), has reached something approaching critical mass of infleuence...

            If the USA supports a nakedly repressive clampdown in Mexico, the flood of migrants north would destabilise USA (THIS is what NAFTA is all about, not just exploitation, but stabilising Mexico through increased employment). This is to the Zapatistas advantage, it means in effect that there is a kind of static connexion between Los Angeles & Chiapas, that can be activated by such repression.

            It means that Fox in pointing to the Zapatistas in Mexico city can play something of a role akin to direct arbiter between USA regime & Mexican masses `If you do not deal with me in creating a more humane capitalism, tolerate (ever) increasing labor rights beginning with the Indian poor, to put a floor under/ gaureteeing the Mexican people's situation, you can deal yourself with Marcos.... & the hordes of migrants that your victory over him would bring, the destabilisation of your cities that an increasingly racialised geo political approach to such would bring....'

            Superficially this looks rosy. Creeping socialism through geo political osmosis. I can retire before I've begun. Alas, with the great crash & USA becoming politically demented as a consequance, the hope for such a linear socialist evolution is zero....

            .....the real value of this connexion is that such links with the Euro rev connexion, convince USA citizenry that the days of supremacism are over that they have been led to ruin by the pursuit of this objective & that for their children's sakes, it makes more sense to ally with the rest of global civil society instead of follow their demented elites all the way to hell.

 

            It should be noted that as Mexico is becoming absorbed by USA & Fox is positioning himself not as an old style Mexican nationalist, but as the upfront Coca Cola arbiter between the USA regime & the Mexican masses, then the Zapatistas in the transitional (pre crash) period should insist (while turning their transitional operational emphasis from the paramilitary to the political) on the rights of Mexican citizens to gun ownership as USA citizens freely enjoy (link up with USA opposition to the advocates of gun control, who paint supporters of gun ownership as fascists - exposing gun control advocates for the quislings of the CIA they are....).  Therefore all suggestion of disarmament should be viewed as an act of bad faith promulgated by sinister forces seeking to preserve/ re-introduce Mexican (ultra corrupt) police state. Not one bullet should be handed in, even as the Zapatistas shift their transitional emphasis from the military to the political & are able (as would be useful if possible) to establish an effective working framework with Fox.

            They should further position themselves for the apocalyptic fallout from the great econ crash by linking their movement with the struggle for the common ownership of information/ building the cyber army as preperation for the global civil war (as outlined earlier)

            It should further be emphasised that there is an absolute strategic obligation on the movement to prepare cadres/ the Mexican citizenry in advance from the very beginning (whilst/ in pushing the above preparatory measures) for the neccessity of  enduring WARTIME sacrifices for  reconstruction (just as the movement in the 1st world will have to lead the way in WARTIME sacrifices  for global reconstruction) as we will inherit a bankrupt global pol/econ.

            Without such a reconstructionist focus, a revolutionary movement cannot consolidate power & therefore cannot really be said to exist (see also Chapter 4 for `Revolutionary Constitutional Framework' vis civil society control of economy through control of finance neccessary to consolidate reconstruction)...

 

          (Prior to commencement of continuous operations, USA cadres should martial their forces by combining defence of gun ownership with struggle for the common ownership of info, via the Cyber Army....)

 

                Post cold war there has been a shift towards legitimated fascist forms; in Russia, Latin America, Pakistan, geo strategically.

                POST cold war, the classical national army (as opposed to ministry of interior forces, specifically dedicated to civil repression under the guise of law inforcement) in the 3rd world could be trouble for the core imperial elite, as such army formations no long have a clearly defined nat sec state role to play. There is increasing potential in the 3rd world for alliances, as in Venezuela, between the armed forces & civil society (under the leadership of Hugo Chavez) against the core imperial elite to emerge IF THEY HAVE A CLEAR SENSE OF WHO THE ENEMY IS (this is far less the case in Europe, prone to polycaeasrism as have a culture of being part of the core elite, though Europe itself must be defined in terms of resistence to core USA imperialism & FOR the Global Commonwealth Confederation).

                & learning the lesson that one's adversary always makes good use of what you yourself do not (make use of), the USA is seeking to `make use of' the armed forces in the strategically important N. east of Latin America (in Columbia - to isolate/ encircle the radical government of Hugo Chavez in neighbouring Venezeula) in a program of counter insurgency in the name of `the war on drugs' & narco geurillas'.

                This from a regime which backed the drug dealing Islamic fascists in Afghanistan, the mafia in Italy, systematically backed drug dealing fascist regimes in Latin America, all in the name of anti communism & is hammering the Carribean by backing the (renamed  Chiquita) notorious United Fruit Co. (string puller of many L.American fascist dictatorships) in opposing EU quotas for Carribean bananas, which will force them into the drugs trade.

                The true purpose of course is to keep the armed  forces (in Latin America) `gainfully employed',  to avoid more soldier - civilian alliances in the region (against USA, post cold war, the ONLY clear enemy). But the Rise Of The South, could yet prove an extremely useful adjunct to the rev movement in the decisive battlefield of Europe. The Rise Of The South needs the European revolution to consolidate it.

 

                In Columbia what we have is essentially a colonial variant/ extension of the pseudo legitimacy model of USA/ western Europe (in Indonesia which we shall examine in Chapter 9 Vol I, an even more sophisticated model of colonial pseudo legitimacy is being deployed). Remember, with the end of the cold war, the nat sec state justification for naked army rule on a fascist basis, has disappeared.

                The Columbian model is of colonial intervention, the army deployed in the service of this intervention (to prevent them developing an independant policy), acting as an adjunct of ministry of interior forces/ colonial intervention; overlayed with a veneer of pseudo legitimacy (the landlord financed fascist militias deal with any that take the concept of democracy too seriously).

                Now the key point is that the Columbian model is more about justifying colonial invasion to the core states civil populations than people in the colonial states (to whom, it is pretty clear that cannon is the most important part of the constitution - vis landlords' death squads etc). To establish a mode of control immune fron Vietnam syndrome; eg by insuring (vis so called `war on drugs' & pseudo democracy) that the regime appears to be on the right side of the moral argument, & placing dissidents (in the core states, opposed to colonial policy) on the wrong side  of same.

                For the core enemy, breaking the Venezualan govt of Hugo Chavez is likely to be sufficient to get the region to accept the model of legitimated colonialism/ cryptic fascism (though the enemy may also need to target the boys from Brasil).

 

                (For activists in the 3rd world fighting colonial invasion, it comes down to how many bodies they can send back to the core states, but) the way the rev movement in the core states must counter this is by:

 

a) ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS  bringing everything back to the core (& core indictment)  - explaining how general policy leads ultimately to geo econ collapse/  war as military plutocratic core elites attempt to maintain control of the pol/econ agenda. That we must indict them as enemies of all humanity for the GENERAL threat to human survival they pose (unless people in core states are made aware that its' THEIR arse to, they just wont give a shit). IN THIS context explain their policy in the region (as an attempt to preserve military plutocratic control). Remember, THE ENEMY IS AT HOME.

 

b) Push a global commonwealth confederal framework of reconstruction & 

development, which will prevent the core states choking on our own barbed wire. (The detail is that this will enable the peasantry to escape the drugs economy & crush once & for all the control of the military plutocracies working with the compradorist landlords working with the financier aided mafia over 3rd world economies, in their murderous effort to retain control of the global pol/econ).

 

                ALWAYS bring everything back to the APOCALYPTIC threat.

                Eg that you cannot have military engagement  without econ underpinning via incorporation into a Global Commonwealth Confederation (with WARTIME sacrifices from the richer core states to finance the reconstruction of the 3rd world) or else we will choke on our own military plutocratic/ colonial construct, we will consign ourselves to oblivion (by surrendering to the nuclear plutocrats attempt to retain control of the pol/econ agenda as their system crumbles).

 

 

 

The Final Victory

 

(It is neccessary to mention briefly a few more powder kegs the revolution must defuse, just in case they explode on the scene - indeed stabilisation of these powder kegs represents the litmus test for consolidation of the final victory)

 

South Africa & Israel

 

            Vis South Africa, the deployment of a revolutionary peace enforcement force is imperative to ensure the peaceful revolutionary reconstruction of the country/ redistribution of resources while simaltaneously gaurenteeing the legitimate security of the white minority. Eg BY breaking any attempt by whites to rebel against rev reconstruction, making it easier to cauterise any genocidal element among blacks, by gaurenteeing legitimate pol/econ interests of black masses - so preventing the whole  world  being sucked into a race war. (But at all costs the Revolution must oppose imperialist intervention in S. Africa, no matter what, for any force not working within a global commonwealth framework will inevitably become/ degenerate wholesale into an imperial force waging a race war - we must overthrow our military plutocrats to win the active confidence of S. African blacks).

            & the fixing of the global commonwealth confederation/ federation capital (New Jerusalem) in Negev desert (with desalination plants to avoid heightening tensions over water scarcity) Israel, to further demonstrate its committment to gaurenteeing Israel's survival AFTER the empire be overthrown/ & compelling Israel to crush its fascist settler movement (This city is very expensive but vastly cheaper in blood & treasure than continued military pol/econ tension between Israel & Arabs) -

            As explained earlier, Kurdistan is the key to the forging of the Mid East commonwealth, but building this city on top of this old powder keg, the most explosive flashpoint between the old imperial & colonial worlds, will serve  as a permanent reminder to the richer components that to let any section of global humanity rot will lead to oblivion for all.  Corny as it sounds, because of its cultural/ historical resonance, the author suggests `New Jerusalem' as the name of the global capital.

                Just as London is the centre of gravity for the opening of the rev campaign on both the European & USA fronts, & Berlin the centre of gravity for its successful conclusion in Europe, while West Europe's capital be Brussels or the like. Whilst Kurdistan is the centre of gravity for the Mid east federation, Israel is the centre of gravity for the consolidation of the Global Commonwealth Confederation - the geo centre of gravity between the old core imperial powers & the old colonial world.

                Israel belongs as part of the Mid east federation, but residual hostility to it as a former garrison state of the old USA empire means that great care must be taken to demonstrate that the Global Commonwealth Confederation means to gaurentee/ underwrite Israel's continued security/ survival against revanchist elements after the empire has been overthrown & the Mid east united (whilst returning East Jerusalem to the jurisdiction of the Palestinian region/ republic within the Mid East federation).

                As to the Q that if central Europe can be united & N. Ireland & Eire can united in Europe, WHY arse about with the creation of a seperate Palestinean region/republic in the short term, instead of its immediate incorporation within Israel - The answer be that unlike the aforementioned provincial conflicts, Israel/ Palestine represents a clash between the imperial core (as the garrison state of the USA empire) & the colonial world.

                This means that while more blood has been spilt in the killing fields of Bosnia than Israel/ Palestine, exceptional caution should be taken NOT to antagonise the old colonial world, in this most exceptional flashpoint, whilst at the same time, gaurenteeing the legitimate security concerns of (the lost tribe of Europe) Israel.

            What makes these Qs so explosive is the clash at such close proximity (& in South Africa on the very same ground) between 1st & 3rd world peoples. That it requires an active presence from the core states, to defuse the  situation by reigning in their old proxies (whilst gaurenteeing their legitimate interests, eg survival/ equality). Eg if they do not  deploy an active presence, then war gathering its own momentum would call into Q rev states internal stability, suck in a reactionary presence from the old core imperial (now revolutionary Europe) bloc. Therefore a rev presence is required to underpin the rev reconstrutionist global framework.

 

            Though each needs to be understood in its geo historical  context, which we cannot properly explain without firstly explaining the evolution of the core imperial pol/econ.

           

                Part  II of Vol I of S.O.F. is devoted exclusively to analysis of the core imperial powers & core radical bloc which catalysed rev reform post WWII in the core imperial bloc). Vol II explains the evolution of rev ideas/ thinking  in core pol/econ states - before explaining the evolution of the geo pol/econ periphery.

                South Africa/ Israel which have historically functioned as imperial outposts of the core imperial powers, & where the central issue is the relationship between the core powers & the 3rd world and the conflict arising between 2 warring indigenous populations connected to 1st & 3rd world respectively, are analysed historically in Chapter 2 Vol II (as is India/ Pakistan  dispute); as is the fundamental difference between the new rev warfare with WWII.

 

 

                The key to revolutionary geo strategy lies in working out where the continental commonwealth centre of gravity lies in each continental (regionalised) commonwealth struggle; and in the global commonwealth globally.

            Note also that the struggle for the common ownership of info is the operational point at which all rev armies, North & South, East & West, join together.

 

Vis Europe this be the Battle of Berlin - which in turn provides a connexion for the FSSR.

 

Vis USA this be New York, Washington, L.A., but also a variety of key military - political power centres such as Langley Virginia etc - but also linkage with rev Europe is absolutely indispensible to prevent a slide into Caesarism - by blocking of this option. Eg as the German military plutocratic regime exhausts itself through victory (as outlined earlier), this will close of the imperial option for the USA regime.

 

In Indian/Pakistan this be Bombay, Delhi (and  to a lesser/secondary degree, karachi), in turn linked to Euro/USA core.

 

In China this be Beijing, Shanghai etc, in turn linked to the Euro/USA core.

 

                Now, being economically top heavy, Japan requires political underpinning by Europe/USA which in turn requires political underpinning by the Asian/3rd world masses. Otherwise (USA, Germany &) Japan will tend towards miltary plutocratic Tojo type expansionism - again.

               

                But WHAT form should this underpinning take?

 

                Wheras British intervention in the Battle of Berlin is critical to the Euro Commonwealth finding its own continental centre of gravity, (such intervention) vis Japan, it simply be neccessary to present her with a fait accompli - eg victory in the Germanic states aids victory in the USA - which in turn, would be sufficiently overwhelming to cut dead the imperial option for Japan decisively aiding her revolutionary movement.

                But of course to re-iterate, the final victory (manifest through victory/ stabilisation in Israel) & consolidation of the revolution is wholly dependant on sacrifices for global reconstruction (especially via common ownership of information, the most effective way to transfer capital from the 1st to the 3rd world - though also including seedcorn aid), or else the richer components shall choke on their own barbed wire.

 

            There are many layers to rev strategy....

 

                Eg whilst underpinning the 3rd world revolution via the struggle for the common ownership of info (the point at which ALL rev armies meet...)....

                ......At the (European) state (and incipient military political state) level (while we shall outline another scenario - vis neutralising doomsday later on),our general approach to India/ Pakistan (for example) should be to treat the region in a way similar to a gigantic Northern Ireland.

                With western revolutionary movement as the equivalent of mainland Britain and India/Pakistan urban masses as the (potentially) live element - dragging behind them the peasantry, waging a peasant war to  break landloridsm militarily & politically in India/ Pakistan (this peasant war limited in intensity by the underpinning from the Cyber Army in the core states, providing the geo pol/econ underpinning neccessary to insure that in these backward states war does not gather its own momentum at the cost of the reconstructionist objective).               

                We in the west should use the nuclear spectre to push the ultimate rev program,  as outlined, vis strategy of sacrifices for global reconstruction.

                Whilst this strategy appears to lack the operational directness (in the way) that the Battle of Berlin has for Europe, its operational directness is in the way that the mass movement projects this most extreme of programs.

                It should be stated, that in political/strategic terms, this threat made flesh, has in turn provided us (in the west) with the operational imperative to confront the mass of humanity with the neccessity for such an extreme TOTAL program.

                It is absolutely NOT possible to send I-Bs to India UNTIL the seizure of power at the core, and the word has been made flesh (vis an aggressively pushed global reconstruction program).

                Otherwise such military intervention will be regarded as a straightforward imperialist assault a la Clive.

                Now we come to the Q of the most grim task of the Indian/Pakistani masses.

                HOW to counter act the fascist nuclear threat and threat of fascist nuclear blackmail against the revolution.

                I can do no better than refer them (& everyone else for that matter) to the  sub section `neutralising doomsday' (Chapter 2 Vol I). We should appeal to them for the sake of the entire human races' survival to execute this strategy to the utmost.

                All the while Indian & Pakistani antifascists must of course stick to a zonal strategy similar to that outlined vis N. Ireland (also in Chapter 2 Vol I).

 

                The principle of geo underpinning by the global commonwealth confederation, of the geo pol/econ periphery to avoid core (military plutocratic) imperial engagement/ expansionism and chaos at the periphery,  holds good for India/ Pakistan, South Africa & Israel/ Palestine powder kegs.

                Though we will cover in depth the further specifics of the above cases in Chapter 2 Vol II of S.O.F. `The War Against the War economy', subsection: 'The Global Settlement' -

 

 

Armageddon

 

            WITHOUT the new (globalised) rev movement, the German/ Russian classical fascist axis will point to (USA's strategic use of) Israeli state terrorism (against Palestinians etc) in the region, in order to absolve themselves of the guilt of the Holocaust, leading to clash with (aforementioned) USA Caesarism & WWIII.

            & if we fail to do our duty or in our tasks, USA caesarism (as a political distraction from internal discontent) will tolerate/ encourage Israeli/ USA fascists (of the `Christian' Hal Lindsey `Holy bomb' school) to rebuild the temple in Jerusalem (demolishing the  dome of the rock) & clashing with the (aforementioned) German/ Russian classical fascist axis, leading to WWIII.

            For as long as Germany is pro USA, the USA regime will NOT want to alienate her via such belligerence. BUT, with the (aforementioned) German/ Russian anti USA fascist axis, bellicose USA caesarism will do as it pleases. Of course when the Dome of the  Rock is demolished by Israel/  USA, German classical fascists will be besides themselves with  the agony of nuclear ecstasy; `...see, we told you so!'

 

            It IS within our power to stop the apocalypse. May God give us the courage to  vanquish these beasts.
