TRIANGULAR WARFARE

 

The contempory spectre of Genghis Khan?

 

            It is just  concievable that the internal OR global economic implosion which would lead to the collapse of the comprador mafia regime in Russia, could provide an opening for civil reconstruction based import substitution (though the rapidity of the collpase & events gathering their own momentum makes this unlikely).

            But control of the GLOBAL pol/econ agenda would lie outside Russian civil society's control. & there is no way especially in the context of the global econ implosion, that the core western military plutocracy (ESPECIALLY USA) can afford to tolerate Russia taking the piss by willfully profiting from concentrating on socialist civil reconstruction. So it WILL (in an insane attempt to retain control of the pol/econ agenda) seek to draw Russia into conflict (probably in the Balkans), in order to insure that Russian warlordism eclipses Russian civil production/ society - ONLY the revolution can cut across this process.

 

            The collapse of Russia  (vis any of the 3 aforementioned scenarios)

will lead to mass migration westward, intense friction/ conflict with the west, resulting in the development of a revanchist Russian (& much worse, with Russia's collapse, a Chinese) horde (we will examine this turbo charging of the Genghis Khan factor & how to conter it in Scenario [D] - `The China Syndrome'). Who having been humiliated by the western military plutocracies, whose speculative plundering has sent them to hell, have NOTHING to lose. The Russian horde is not revolutionary, it merely wants revenge. It will ally itself with any foul element to get this (though it can be brought under revolutionary control - even though it is by no means intrinsically revolutionary itself).

            In extremis, such momentum and the desire of so many desperate enraged elements to expend themselves, can lead, to a Genghis Khan type conquest - of the flabbly complacent west, the continued existence of whose states (internal revolt against/ fascist collapse notwithstanding) would serve only to be a restraining factor on the initiative of popular self defense against a Russian Khanate (which ultimately can only be defeated by crushing our own military plutocracies & taking the steam out of Khanism through a reconstructionist commonwealth confederal framework - massive sacrifices for Russian/ global civil reconstruction- conditional on the crushing of the Russian warlords by Russian Revolution & of course firm euro resistence against warlordist invaders).

            The west has a nuclear maginot line psychology, if Russia can breech it (eg through a popular warlordist victory in the Balkams), and retain the momentum of conquest, of her confidence and the wests demorilisation, an unspeakably vile empire, worse than Hitler's, can, concievably be hers (this in any case is a real threat when the global econ implosion or internal pol/econ collapse leads to chaos, mass migration westwards, friction with the west, conflict & a revanchist Khanate warlordism).

            (The French state effectively acted to restrain its' citizens from popular self defense against Hitler - fearful of a new Paris Commune - Due to geographic factors, if the British elite had tried as much of it wanted, to sell the country to Hitler, the British masses would have had more time to butcher the compradors - this was well understood).

 

            It seems absolutely fantastic to suggest that Russia, humiliated by the Chechens (Afghanistan a more complex geo political affair, though also pertinent), can conquer Europe, HOW can this be?

 

            Vis the Chechens (& Afghans), the abscence of state freed up their popular (military) initiative. Whereas the military structures of the core states require pseudo legitimacy as their own citizenry are the key threat & possess it (making independant action a much trickier affair to launch - & insofaras they ultimately lose it, the collapse of infrastructure, which leads to its loss, will lead to general panic.... unless the Revolution can establish firm military pol/econ order; eg ironically, Russia's decomposition/ poverty has prepared it psychologically much better for the new era of plundering warlordism, better than Europe....). Whilst the Chechens could point to external threats to justify their independant action & possessed no geo polecon linked state structure acting as a restraining factor.  

                In Iran the western elite was too weak to sustain itself via European type pseudo legitimacy & too big to be integrated into the core radical bloc, certainly too small & poorly placed geographically to be able to sustain itself as an independant rev dem state & too far to be directly controlled by imperialism as in Latin America; eg it needed an agressive version of its own self identity found through 3rd world variant Islamic fascism - yet its geo links with the global economy so fundamental to its existence, that its 3rd world variant Islamic fascism did not lead to disintegration but like a bellicose crust on top of the western orientated pol/econ.

 

    Though it is probably most likely that victory (vis renewed conflict) at Kosovo OVER USA FORCES or the global econ implosion would, at least in the short term, be followed up by an anti USA alliance (vis trade war) between a German EU & Russia (for a time it may be possible to preserve a volatile stability in Russia on this basis, by channeling Russia's elemental rage against the USA).- This would be for that Beast, Zhirinovsky the big chance to play the Great Khan (putting he & the author, at the top of each other's death list - in such an elemental struggle, the blood soaked military pol/econ idea of `Redemption Through Sacrifice' is sufficient in itself to convey the essence of our military pol/econ program to insure victory - the war against pseudo democracy is a more complex affair, though can & should be held together by highlighting the very threat of oblivion & the program of wartime sacrifices for global reconstruction neccessary to avoid it).

 

            Nevertheless, we should prepare for the worst & outline how the revolution can overthrow such a nakedly savage regime (worse than Hitler's), explaining how such conditions affect our strategy.

 

            As I write this, the current anticipated application of the new rev theory is highly west Euro centric, with the USA dragged in the Euro movement's wake & Russia as an important, indeed decisive auxilliary factor in west European revolution - in turn aiding Russian state's civil reconstruction/ ressurrection.

            But against a Russian khanate, revolt in Russia, & in the Russian army/ state, is as much a primary precondition for victory in the west as detonation of the movement in the west is to awaken the Russian resistance to the Khanate.

            Against such supreme evil, the military pol/econ idea of (& movement based on) `Redemption Through Sacrifice' (military & economic, for mutual civil reconstruction) in its purest form, would bear remarkable resemblance to early Christianity (minus priests & obscurantist dogma - sacrifice, military & economic, being the only sacrement- we will examine the God Dialectic/ Immortality of the idea in Vol II) in its dynamic. Yet its rev reconstructionist programmatic rationalism (given life by the very real threat of oblivion) gives its rank & file the tools to actually consolidate a pol/econ centre of gravity that activists can unite around, neccessary to enable a seizure of power in the core states (instead of hyperinflationary calls for higher wages from an increasingly bankrupt economy leading to fragmentation of the radical bloc - as activists recoil from the extreme & embrace the enemy to varying degrees - as with the old labor party).

            The Khanate warlords that pull themselves up on the savagery of those that have nothing to lose & do not care, will find their positions overturned by those that do give a damn & the firestorm their sacrifice creates amongst the ranks of such dispossessed that they relied upon to seize power.

 

                Such a pattern of struggle would lead to a single global commonwealth FEDERATION as opposed to global commonwealth confederation - as the economic ravages western Europe would have suffered would mean that there would be much less point in a confederal framework - to provide seedcorn aid to the 3rd world, west Europe being largely so reduced itself.

 

Triangular warfare

 

            An especially grave Q be, `What do  we do vis a Russian invasion of central Europe, eg Poland?'

 

Eg we cannot turn our back on the core enemy in western Europe, WITHOUT conceding to their military plutocratic agenda in toto, leading to annihilation. But WHAT about Poland?

 

Whilst supporting partisan warfare in central Europe, in western Europe we must continue to concentrate on attacking the core military plutocracy.

            By winning support for revolution (with our global reconstructionist program) in the Russian rear against warlordism, we can underpin partisan warfare in central Europe against Russian occuppation - neutralising the revanchist threat.

 

            If the Khanate invasion gets to Germany, obviously revolutionaries will have to turn our arms against this invasion. But HOW do we prevent our resistance to Russian occuppation tipping over into offensive war under the agenda of the western core military plutocracy?

 

This is the classic problem of triangular warfare. HOW to REconsolidate a (global reconstructionist) rev pol campaign.

            Whilst supporting partisan warfare in central Europe, we must turn our guns back on the core enemy, PARTICULARLY those elements gearing up militarily & politically for offensive warfare.

            Central European partisan warfare (drawing strength from its capacity to push a global rev reconstructionist settlement capable of winning military political support in Russia for he overthrow of its warlords) shall provide a horrendous & pointless headache for Russian revanchists, a running sore worse than the Chechen war, which combined with our reconstructionist program, shall catalyse revolution in Russia.

            (In areas occupied by an invading tyranny that doesn't possess any semblance of pseudo legitimacy the emphasis is on military struggle - the distinction between different military/ political & parliamentary wings no longer applies - to distinguish such a rev formation from those deploying aginst regimes possessing pseudo legitimacy, it should adopt the name `REVOLUTIONARY SALVATION FRONT' - its politcal emblem being the battle flag of the movement)  

            To clarify we (in western Europe) deploy the idea of DEFENSIVE war against Russian invasion into western Europe - fought with propaganda as well as bullets to foment revolt in the Russian rear/ mutiny at the front.

            Through the idea of defensive war, the very defeat of an immediate threat of invasion shall NOT leave the core imperial enemy strengthened, but instead leave the enemy with NO justification to cling onto power catalysing revolt in the west, consolidating revolt in the East (A process analgous to the fall of Robespierre's regime after the victory at Fleurs removed the immediate peril of invasion & similarly vis Krondstadt rebellion in Russia 1921 after the immediate threat of invasion removed - events/ processes we shall examine later in Vol II & Vol I of `Substance Over Form).

 

            One can never repeat too often that MASSIVE WARTIME sacrifices must be made for GLOBAL (especially Russian/ FSSR) reconstruction, or else we will CONTINUE to choke on our own barbed wire.

 

            The central European Commonwealth acts as a buffer zone against revanchism in Russia, BUT ALSO in alliance with Russia (by compelling sacrifices from western Europe) serves as a bulwark against the resurgence of western military plutocratic imperialism.

            Eg if the west attempts to buy of central Europe, but stabs Russia in the back, it will also (when it feels safe - or rather stupidly complacent) stab central Europe in the back, leading to renewed instability in the Balkans etc & invasion by Revanchist Russia - it is this very threat from the bony hand of oblivion that makes viable our rev program.

 

National Atonement

 

            As the redemption of humanity is possible ONLY through sacrifice military & economic, the salvation of national peoples in this context is dependant upon recognition of & repentance of national crimes. Vis the core western imperial regime's this is manifestly obvious. It needs no further elaboration.

            But vis Russia, the victim of external resource imperialist mafia comprador tyranny, this is less clear.

            The Russian crime is anti semitism. That cancer that eats away at her soul & blinds her to who her true friends are - that lacerates her rev allies in the west/ weakens our position.

            It is entirely true that western imperialist tyranny bears the primary blood guilt for firstly encircling Russia, then chaining her hand & foot. But as we in the west set of on the road of revolutionary repentance, Russian revolutionaries must help us to slay the beast of military plutocracy with arms/ cyberwar & by purging Russia of anti semitism (which aided by the western revolution is the 1st step in the ressurrection of Russia - until then, Russia  cannot be said to exist) - so further strengthening our position.

            We make clear that we are prepared to accept arms from whomsoever, but if any political faction wants our endorsement, they must OPENLY advocate these 3 actions.

            But to the scum apologists of nuclear plutocracy in the west that say `look at the red/ brown stew you are appealing to', we re- iterate, it is ONLY by our blood soaked proof to Russia that she has true friends in the west, that we can get her to repent her crime/ inflcit a general slaughter on the anti semites - & only THEN, be Russia ressurrected, her soul & that of Europe/ the world saved.    

            (If Lebed or the like engages in austerity measures for reconstruction/ civil conversion/ import substitution, they should be left in peace, to do all that can be done as long as they accept revolutionary activists duty to wage cyberwar/ arm the Euro revolt, to consolidate Russia's ressurrection.

            Indeed as a quid pro quo, they should aggressively push the fact that aiding the western European revolution is what radicals should concentrate ALL their fire on; & actually help to sell the austerity measures neccessary to aid Russia's reconstruction - on the basis of civil society control of the political economic agenda through CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARENTEED worker's control of finance via elected Worker's Pension Councils (or `Soviets', preventing finance beinga law unto itself, making Parliament free of military plutocratic control enabling it to fulfil a redistributive function).

 

 

Comparisons with WWII

 

            As to the Q `WHY is lining up behind a Churchill or  FD Roosevelt no longer an option?

 

            Because the nation state per se is dead, proven itself GLOBALLY incapable of reforming global finance hegemony.

            THEREFORE as incapable of providing the basis for rev reform/ reconfiguration of the global pol/econ, the nation state based military plutocratic elites have lost control of the very process of war itself - which CONSEQUANTLY can & must now be waged West, East, North, South, as a rev global civl war against the core military plutocracies & warlordist elements; & FOR the recoonstructionist global commonwealth confederation. To re-iterate redemption through sacrifice (military & economic) is the only way out of the abyss.

THE BATTLE FOR RUSSIA

 

 

WHEN can we launch our campaign?

 

            If Russia is poked hard enough, warlordism will eclipse the state, this is manifestly clear vis western engagement in Kosovo, resulting in Russian STATE'S (as opposed to INDEPENDANT warlords, as would be the case in Kosovo/ aforementioned collapse of the  Russian state) response of the 2nd Chechen war (to demonstrate that Russia is master of its near abroad).

            Though (even more than the oil in the Caspian Sea) the Chechen wars are more about incipient warlordism (with comprador state's encouragement) burning itself of/ the army destroying/ discrediting itself so that it is NOT able to provide a viable point of support against compradorism. This actually tends to stabilise the comprador regime as long as it does not get out of hand! & Russia does lose/ get bogged down in a festering campaign (eg demoralisation of the populace via inertial feeling of helplessness, vis even destruction/ discrediting of the army as a [potential lever against the compradors).

            Otherwise it threatens to (ultimately) develop its own momentum into expansionism/ lead to a wider conflict it cannot win & will lose, because such takes place within the framework of STATE to state conflict - though the nukes are a bit of a worry. The west can even conquer Russia, by backing seccessionist movements, establishing a sort of Raj; playing one proxy of against another (conditional on relinquishing nukes - if Russian STATE as opposed to popular warlordist nationalism DOES get out of hand, this is the most likely model, though most likely be limited to the restoration of compradism than the semi Raj/ Raj option). But with the west's own collapse, its control over such proxies would evaporate & they would unite in a Khanate movement against the west.

            The threat of Russian mass migration (& popular warlordism NOT the Russian state) will (as already outlined) destabilise the west's centre of gravity, if the west's centre of gravity doesn't collapse of its' own accord first.

           

            (Somewhat unsatisfactorily) we can do nothing for Russia UNTIL the west's centre of gravity is fatally undermined via any of the scenarios outlined in this chapter.

            A Russian popular warlordist victory at Kosovo equates to the defeat/ eclipse of the Russian comprador state (& therefore ALSO the core imperial elite's centre of gravity as), leads to mass migration, destroys the core imperial state's centre of gravity, ENABLES us to act.

            In this sub scenario, if the Russian (POPULAR WARLORDIST, ABSOLUTELY NOT THE RUSSIAN STATE) Blucher DIRECTLY smashes the western core imperial centre of pol/econ gravity, by converging at Kosovo, THEN we can act. It is, ALL a matter of timing.

    We should adopt a COMBINED strategy, linking CONVENTIONAL revolutionary legitimacy struggle WITH TRIANGULAR warfare (ultimately everything will converge into triangular warfare).

            We should stick to counterposing WARTIME sacrifices by a global commonwealth confederation for Russia's salvation, to the spectre of military plutocratic global annihilation - & in this way link in the Q of the indirect oil war, GLADIO, COINTELPRO & Coupschool etc etc.

            For the enemy, the more remote/  indirect an action from its principle objective, the better. For the Revolution, the reverse holds true - stick to the CORE issues.

 

            The call on wether Russia's collapse/ descent into warlordism has gained fatal momentum BEFORE Lebed (or the like) can still temporarily stabilise/ consolidate an import substitutionist, civil conversionist/ reconstructionist pol/econ centre of gravity, is likely to be the most difficult of any Q to call. If we call (I launch the campaign proper) too early, & he does consolidate, the rev movement will be left high & dry. Call too late, & a German/ Russian fascist anti USA axis will likely to solidify to an extremely dangerous degree (that way lies WWIII).

            I/ we must/ shall act with caution, leaving things as long as safely can be left, before launching continuous operations.

            Vis global econ implosion, if Russia stabilises (a la Lebed), Germany will, as an ally of USA, become belligerant in the Balkans, deliberately destabilising/ leading to the warlordist eclipse of Lebed et al (whose success would be a grave embarressment to the imploding military plutocracy, as well as giving Germany/ USA a foreign diversion; therefore serving a DUEL role), leading to Russia's final collapse, massive westward migration of Russian refugees, fascist reaction in Germany/ brutal treatment of migrants, Russian revanchism/ rise of Zhirinovsky et al & a Russian/ German anti USA classical fascist axis.

            The Revolution must counterpose our global rev reconstructionist framework to such apocalyptic adventures through our Euro/ global commonwealth campaign, PLAYING THE RUSSIA CARD (threat of warlordist collapse etc etc etc).

 

 

            Given that the coming global speculative implosion will mean that the core imperial powers cannot afford to have Russia taking the political mikhail by actually prospering through the collapse of its compradorist mafia elite, through reconstruction via import substitution & civil conversion; meaning they will suicidally drag Russia into the Balkan  abyss as a desperate distraction from home discontent (preventing Russian progress serving as an indictment of our elites); Any Lebed type/ or other pro civil reconstructionist/ import subsitutionists in the army/ civil society, would do well therefore, to seek geo political points of support/ prepare a position that enables them to turn the heat back on the military plutocratic enemy in the decisive core imperial states - especially (geo politically decisive) western  Europe (when Europe stops following the USA, the USA will follow Europe), especially when the W. European Revolutionary movement becomes a LIVE factor with the global econ implosion.

            This means (cyber/ CONVENTIONAL arms) networks, diffuse/ hydra headed enough to withstand systematic repression/ purges (instead of an over exposed individual), out of which (a) new figure(s) (supported by civil society/ army &, decisively, revolutionary geo political economic points of support  in western Europe) can arise (these ONLY become an active factor with the global econ imposion).

 

            `Whoever helps another to  power ruins himself.' But whoever fails to, ruins the cause of Russia/ humanity's very survival.

 

            Should such a figure assume power, then they should (continue to) encourage radical elements to occupy themselves with aiding/ CONVENTIONALLY arming the European Revolution, while they (themself) get on with the task of reconstruction, import substitution/ civil conversion. Such forces can be invaluable as an internal check against warlordist elements (in the military political economy, rising to the bait in the Balkans), but an absolute menace if prevented from being so occupied. Eg in whipping up internal discontent against the neccessary austerity measures required for reconstruction (& to crush them would clear the path for  those rising to the bait in the Balkans).

    But if co-opted, they can (with such revolutionary credibility) & should cover their left flank completely by actually helping to sell the austerity measures neccessary to aid Russia's reconstruction - on the basis of civil society control of the political economic agenda through CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARENTEED worker's control of finance via elected Worker's Pension Councils (or `Soviets', preventing finance being a law unto itself, making Parliament free of military plutocratic control enabling it to fulfil a redistributive function). This should be Russian cadres price for an alliance with Lebed or anyone else, an ACTIVE POPULAR alliance with the west European Revolution (note also WARTIME sacrifices from west Europe required to aid construction of Global Commonwealth Confederal framework, neccessary to prevent west choking on its own barbed wire).

            The displacement of  Yeltsin by Vladimir Putin does not of course change by one iota the fundamentals of the Q.

            And ONLY a military political movement willing & capable of mobilising sufficient force to crush the compradors (eg a Lebed/ [possibly]Victor Anpilov & Co/ western revolutionary alliance) is capable of breaking compradorism/ warlordism. Even should Putin fail to be elected & the Communist party wins; without (mobilising) ACTIVE support from the army (& wider Euro revs/ civil society), it be same shit different packet. In Russia, the mafia barons must be crushed by a strong military political centre mobilising the masses from above  (& in turn underpinned by the European revolutionary movement, or else vis global econ implosion, will be eclipsed by [aforementioned]suicidal western adventures in the Balkans, leading to warlordism eclipsing the Russian reconstructionist state).

            ....but to impose such a solution, the military/ civilian centre must have the active backing of a Russian civil society terrified of chaos that the ACTUAL collapse of the mafia centre will bring, it must have the neccessary authority for drastic measures that such an apocalyptic emergency will bring. An army discredited by the compradorist pseudo Russian nationalist Chechen adventure cannot effect a coup without such a threat; and/ as only such aforementioned emergency can give a Lebed type figure the authority to takeover in the army & mobilise wider civil society for Russia's reconstruction. Just as same is wholly dependant on the West European Revolution to preserve it from the desperate aforementioned machinations of our military plutocrats & provide seedcorn aid/ geo pol/econ points of stable support for Russia's reconstruction.


AGAINST TERRORISM

& FOR THE GLOBAL CIVIL WAR

 

 

            Q Isn't a descent into terrorism inevitable? Won't your movement become enslaved to every opportunistic military political/ state outfit around the world? How can you possibly hope to outflank such threats?

 

            &, if the Battle of Berlin holds our rev pol movement together, why not The Battle of London?

 

 

Arms Procurement

 

            The (British) mainland revolutionary movement faces a grave threat from the IRA (a non framework military organisation). That its military organs will become flooded by IRA arms & a totally malign relationship of defacto dependancy will be established corrupting the movement - leading to the hegemony of the military over the political, trashing its popular base leading inexorably to the annihilation of the mainland rev movement.

            Let us be clear. We cannot prevent arms from the IRA finding their way into our military organs - however much we wish we could.

            We cannot do so by an (the traditional) overly centralised/ stalinised command structures, which being ridiculously easy for the state (with all its vast technical resources) to penetrate, be prone to such secret state assisted manipulation anyway - making it easy for the regime to destroy us.

            Nor can we prevent this using our chosen model of weapons procurement, of a covert periphery of many seperate circles of gun runners. There is nothing to prevent the IRA from flooding us with arms (which the regime would not wish to prevent anyway - as it would make us easy to destroy, by effectively destroying our political base). For arms like water find their own level; and be readily provided by whomsoever has anything to gain by their profferment, good or bad. It would be folly to think that the IRA would not seek infleuence with a rising movement, even though such infleuence as be sought, would utterly kill it.

 

            But we can over ride this threat of IRA control of our military leading to military control of the political (& annihilation) - with a more powerful operational framework.

 

            For the mainland movement clearly cannot be stabilised on its own. Either it shall be dragged down into the sectarian mire of Ulster - or the mainland movement must be stabilised via the Battle of Berlin - establishing a pan commonwealth framework - which procurement of arms for, over rides politically any infleuence the IRA could gain over the mainland movement.

            Eg should the IRA (or anyone else providing us with weapons) be pissed of with our program, this rev pol framework & the activist base/ covert periphery of gun runners/ sympathisers it inspires, insures that arms like water finding their own level, will find their way to the mainland/ commonwealth movement in Europe - REestablishing the primacy of the rev pol over the military, via the combination of discipline & audacity.

 

            We now turn our attention to examining the consequant & potential different lines of rev pol infleuence flowing from the Battle of Berlin (Vis Europe, the mainland & Ulster).

Eg:

 

Ours - (mainland) Via the rev points of support of rev Euro campaign stabilising the mainland movment - enabling it (as we shall see later in the sub section - `Working With Hostlie Factions' in Chapter 2) to provide a point of support for rev dems in both Unionist/ Nationalist communities - stabilising the rev campaign there and thus further preventing the mainland movement being dragged into (a) sectarian conflict.

            And therefore neutralising the threat of (IRA originated/ instigated) military control of the rev political movement, via weapons procurement.

 

(Potentially) The IRA's/UVF's (or any split of/ brand new rev faction) - Over Europe - via their contribution to the Euro rev campaign via the Battle of Berlin - helping to provide a stabilising focus for the mainland - which in turn provides the all important mainland points of rev pol support for N. Ireland revs.

            Providing major strategic incentives for the IRA/ UVF (or any split of/ brand new faction) to adopt our framework (the rules of rev warfare) & join the Battle of Berlin - providing a critical political boost on the mainland to their respective organs.

            For the first time, the mainland will actually give a damn what happens in N. Ireland (bombing London etc be unthinkable for such - antifascists don't trash their political base) - so that when the regime uses terror against our N. Ireland allies, whose compatriots be fighting side by side with us in the streets of Berlin, mainland citizens will be actively outraged.

            This would set up/ entrench a dialectic whereby such groupings (or split ofs or brand new currents) would cease to be the IRA/ UVF as we have known them - and become stable coherent anti sectarian confederated rev dem forces. There is no better way to actively marginalise/ crush the sectarians (including, especially the military plutocratic politicians) in BOTH communities, than for all to see their united anti fascist I-Bs fighting the fascists in the streets of Berlin - making it easier to crush the sectarians (as we shall outline later).

 

            To those that will ask `Is it acceptable to accept/ encourage IRA/ UVF (responsible for many horrible atrocities) or suchlike, to work within our rules of rev warfare & to fight fascism in Berlin?'

            Our response must be, `If it was acceptable for British troops with MUCH more (imperial) blood on their hands to fight the nazis & rightly be considered heroes for it, so it can be with the IRA/ UVF (or split ofs/ brand new factions) - especially as we (the combined rev forces of Europe), will (unlike ICI Noble did not arm the Nazis &)  NOT be leaving/ re-imposing the same military plutocratic military pol/econ elites over the Germanic, French (nor the British) etc peoples at the end of the rev campaign.'

 

            Vis N. Ireland we should invite not only the IRA/UVF to wash clean the crimes of their murders of wholly innocent civilians & (vis IRA) collaboration with the Nazis in WWII (for which they are justly viewed with hostility & suspicion), in the blood of the Nazis in Germany; but extend this same invitation to all, even to Orangeists, even Orange pogrom mongers at drumcree, that they should stop their crimes against the Nat Community, & wage war arms in hand against a real & terrible foe (eg the forces of German Caesarism - which will ally either to USA Caesarism or, ultimately Russian revanchism).

            That they might here it, if not now, then as an echo from Berlin.

            As the enemy denounces this appeal as `a thinly disguised attempt at an alliance with the IRA...' as `Loyalists would not dream of (joining us to) shooting Nazis...' we are confident that Loyalists humiliated & shamed by such an assertion, that they would NOT shoot Nazis `...as they are natural bedfellows', shall join our ranks at Berlin, against the real foe threatening oblivion to all humanity - `For God, Commonwealth & Freedom'.

 

            As with the IRA/UVF, so with the Arabs & Israelis.

            WE are at war with German/ Euro fascism, a spectre which posits a geo threat to Israel (a USA client regime), as propelled by Russian revanchism (as outlined earlier) the German hegemonic superstate & the USA clash over trade - in context of the global econ implosion (the mass migration as Russia breaks up, will catalyse/ aggravate this dialectic of an embattled elite struggling to cling onto power in the face of mounting pol/econ chaos, rather than `keep their hands too full' - for such adventures, & also provide nuclear hardware) - which in turn leads to the spectre of war.

            For playing this game of nuclear chicken will be the only way the core elites can maintain control of the military pol/econ agenda; even as it leads inexorably to oblivion.

            Ideologically (& in the context of the aforementioned Russian collapse catalysed pol/econ chaos, for pol/econ reasons), emergant Nazism will wish to absolve itself of ALL guilt for the Holocaust. THIS can effectively be done by supporting the Palestinian cause (helped by the subtext of USA/ Britains' genocidal slaughter of the Iraqi people - in order to provide USA with a suitable foreign diversion from domestic discontent & the `Wars of the Trousers'); and is therefore the most obvious flashpoint for such a superpower clash.

            Israelis/ Jews had better hope, for their sakes (& ours & the Palestinians etc), that the Palestinians/ Arabs etc link up with rev dems in Europe against all fascist forces (Euro revolutionaries providing also key stabilising focus for the USA revolution) or else its curtains for them, us, the whole world. There is a grave danger of pro Euro Nazi sympathy developing among the Arabs, seeing it as a lever to break free from USA hegemony - as the IRA did in WWII vis British persecution.

            They would be well advised therefore to back us to the hilt as their last & only hope, with arms & pol/econ aid. For if we fail memories of Auschwitz will count for nothing, as Nazism consolidates & absolves itself (in the eyes of a sufficient proportion of Germanic/ Euro people - aided by otherwise inertial apathy) of all guilt memory, by pointing to the crimes of Israel against the Palestinians.

 

            It is clear that Israelis/ Jews have every reason to be scared of the very real threat of Nazism. BUT this is not the same as saying they will have any confidence in us.After all without USA throwing its weight around, WHAT are the steel restraints on Arabs, preventing a feeling that they can `afford' to have a pop against Israel/ Jews?

 

            The answer be INTENSE friction with the Federated Socialist Commonwealth of Europe. Eg we least of all can afford such a festering ethnic/ nationalities Q (eg N. Ireland, Greek/ Turkish conflict, Balkans generally not to mention the ex- USSR new FSSR) - if we turn a blind eye to such, the Euro commonwealth itself would obviously be threatened by such, therefore we equally obviously wont.

            Therefore any tendancy anywhere, attempting to play such a card be treated as a military threat, and therefore military targets for Euro Commonwealth supported rev dems in the region. This in the Mid East (freed from military plutocratic colonial proxy rule) means principally, a Jihad against the CIA's & Shin Bett's old ally Islamic fundamentalism; catalysed/ underpinned by the Crusade against fascism in Europe.

 

            So not only can we prevent the IRA/UVF etc dominating us, but we can via the Battle of Berlin (begun with a TET style offensive against classical fascism - greater than anything western Europe has seen since WWII), pull them firmly under our hegemony.

            So it is even with 3rd world govts. or rev dem elements within such regimes (eg Libya? Cuba?). Any Machiavelli (Saddam Hussein?) thinking they can use us as proxies, will get a horrible shock when they see that our rev pol advance in Europe strengthens our OPEN rev dem allies in their own states - forcing relatively peaceful radical reformations (Cuba? Libya?) and violent revolutions (Iraq etc) as apporpriate. For the pan commonwealth framework held together by the Battle of Berlin, will insure that The Revolution is Boss.

            Against the military plutocratic enemies of all humanity in Europe, USA, Japan etc - whose continued global imperium spells oblivion for all humanity, we dare to call for the union of ALL rev forces in a global civil war, under the leadership of the European Revolution - held/ welded together as a commonwealth by the Battle of Berlin.

 

            Okay, but this doesn't fully explain WHY we are NOT like the terrorist groupings - eg PFLP/GC, Red Army Faction & Red Brigades etc??

 

The lack of an all powerful military bureaucratic USSR, means a vast multiplicity of sources of supply, none of which are held in check any longer by USSR (the origins & historic role of which we shall examine in Chapters 6-8 - whose military bureaucratic elite had more in common with western military plutocratic elite's than the radical currents, which they controlled/ exploited as geo pol small change in diplomatic bargaining with the west) domination of 3rd world radicals. Therefore  NO controlling `franchising' power over radicals, killing their revolt at birth. ON THIS CONDITION:

           

That they (we) have a viable rev pol/econ framework/ centre of

gravity to win over masses/ hold our movement together.

 

We have core control via legitimacy struggle/ Battle of Berlin & viable framework/ centre of pol/econ gravity to win over the masses against the very real threat of (USA/ Russian revanchist underpinned) German fascism/ oblivion (for every Christ needs its Anti-Christ) making us able to hold our movement together around the program for a Euro commonwealth/ global commonwealth confederation/ federation.

 

As we possess such a framework, some elements which might supply us with arms, will not  destroy/ corrupt the movement - as they otherwise would if we were NOT held together by such a pan commonwealth framework by The Battle of Berlin - Eg: 3rd world states/ govts., rev dissidents within 3rd world govts./states, dissidents in Russian army/civilian life (appalled at the global finance inspired descent into mafia barony & recognising that only a Euro Commonwealth can provide the stable point of pol/econ support neccessary to enable the geo consolidation of a strong central state SPECIFICALLY to mobilise and arm the masses, esp miners, to break the mafia & establish an effective tax system to finance CIVIL reconstruction in alliance with the politically independant Russian massesand Euro socialist finance - who gaurentee by such linkage/ connexions, the evolving hegemony of Rusian civl society over finance/ military), the IRA/ UVF (as well as purchases on the arms market) - all fed via a covert periphery (eg NOT the the movement proper; the 3 organs of which must be OPEN - as it would be suicide for the movement to fall into the trap of trying to outplay the enemy at its own secrecy game, as the top heavy bureaucratic structures created to try to achieve this impossible task would inevitably fall prey to secret state manipulation - the inevitable consequant weakening of activist control over the movement feeds this process) of gun runners.

 

When laborism/ reformism was viable, it acted as firebreaks against revolt within nation states - no chance whatsoever therefore, of a rev pol legitimacy struggle and certainly NOT on a Euro commonwealth scale (which be the precondition for victory - enabling the revolt to overide all geo pol/econ manipulation).

            This constituted a multiple historical lock against revolution - which military plutocracy's eclipse of laborism & the spectre of fascist oblivion has smashed for us.

            Therefore we are NOT like the secrecy based terrorist groupings; which on top of their absurd pretensions to beat the nat sec states at their own game, were beholden to a monolithic source of supply of arms - eg USSR & its client subsidiaries (and often by the CIA as their outrages against civilians/ military attacks against a regime they had not delegitimised politically; indeed were completely unable to delegitimise - actually strengthened the enemy regimes) and could NOT engage in a legitimcay struggle on a Euro commonwealth scale - as they neither possessed the framework,  nor was the historical lock broken yet then, by the enemy.

 

            The manifestation of this framework is the organisational OPENNESS of the 3 principle leagues of the revolutionary movement - as opposed to the COVERT PERIPHERY...

 

            It be the extreme rev program determined in turn by the apocalyptic threat, which actually dictates our organisational methods/operational framework.

            OUR security is gaurenteed by an activist centred movement - underpinned by openness of strategy/objective. And it is this devolution of power (fixing the centre of gravity) onto activist & citizenry (with consequantly much less top heavy, flatter organs), that is our decisive weapon against this police democracy.

            For with such a devolution of power, (aside from our seizure of the pol/econ agenda) the enemy's efforts at manipulation will be much more dilute, the movement more firmly (operationally & programmatically) anchored & less susceptible to manipulation.

            This it must be seen is only historically now possible, because (in the epoch of global finance hegemony/implosion) the exhaustion of all room for dialogue between capital & labor leads to the marginalisation of the ruling elite in power, catalysing the spectre of total pol/econ collapse/chaos. In turn making viable our rev program as it consequantly becomes possible to sell the most extreme globalist reconstructionist program to a decisive portion of civil society.

            It is this factor alone which makes viable the revolutionary call: `All Power To The Activists!'

            To make clear, it is not paranoid to think the state with its increasingly sophisticated technological apparatus watches our every move. But it is paranoid to imagine the mass movement can win by trying to outsmart it at its own secrecy game.

            Our weapons are an activist centred movement, & openness of our revolutionary objective against a fundamentally criminal regime. For corny as it sounds, truth be on our side, and no top heavy bureacratic heirarchy should be allowed to frustrate the power of its extremity, illuminated by blood sacrifice.

 

            Secrecy where it can work for the revolution can only do so in an episodic or marginal way; eg a vast multiplicity of autonomous circles (SEPERATE from the movement proper) gun running for the revolution or vis small circles of allies working from within the enemy camp, leaking information/ sabotaging enemy operations.

            But for the greater part,the security of the revolution can & can only be gaurenteed by clearly defined & widely understood Rules of Warfare/ Engagement (as outlined in chapter 2 of Vol I); eg as to what & under what circumstances constitutes a legitimate target to counter terrorist agent provocateurs engaging in terroristic outrages to try & discredit the revolutionary movement.

 

            For it is less what such provacateurs (like `Searchlight' agent Tim Hepple) do as much as the strategic room for manouevre (a movement's inability to raise the ante, causing fatal frustration, either NOT contained by a combination of audacity & discipline; or if contained, done so via a manipulatable top heavy bureaucracy, uncheckable by rank & file activist control of the movement)  they have to operate in which is the problem.

 

            Well, in a federal movement, won't they have even more strategic room for manouevre to operate in?

 

            YES, but such also be encircled/ crushed by the EVER WIDER layers of rev activists/ citizenry joining the battle as open/ irregular forces (in the context of continuous operations).

            In the final analysis, ALL is reduceable to the struggle to get our explosive ideas out to the widest circulation; because previous movements lacked the operational framework to raise the ante, they inevitably were boxed in themselves, unable to outflank the enemy, the single most important factor in their defeat.

 

            As for the rest of it, if I am asked BEFORE I am able to as I MUST (as the one that uncovered this theory), begin the  campaign proper, wether I have ever preiously acted to firebomb the BNP HQ, assassinate Le pen, Megret, Fini, Gerhard Frei, Zhirinovsky or the like; I shall simply respond that such constitute wholly legitimate & proper targets but that I refuse to comment on specific operational matters, save to say that I accept full military political responsibility for all & any such (legitimate) actions & in all matters act alone (& that to re-iterate it be for ME to begin the rev pol campaign proper through such measures).

 

 

 

THE ELECTRONIC UNDERGOUND

     

 

      We need global preperation for NETWAR - Literally hundreds/ thousands of seeds/ bases all over the world (the more remote the better) so that when action on Britain, even if the entire organ is wiped out by repression; the program/ movement be refloated from the other side of the world (every continent, every country - thousands of sites/ millions of discs & book copies electronic/ hard copy). D Day when implosion begins, thence spread back to us via cyberarmy.

      Wheras conventional rev warfare requires  (even in our open patterns) a centralised military command, & geo linkage within a commonwealth framework. In rev cyberwar, if you are a Briton, American, German OR Russian, Arab, Ethiopian or Fijian, Outer Mongolian you can STILL impact decisively on the core. You are therefore, an already existing part of the embryonic (information based) global nation.

      Furthermore, while (as we have seen) in conventional rev warfare secrecy at C.C. level is completely useless & pernicious to the movement, at the level of the rank & file activist in (irregular) cyberwarfare it be both viable & valid - though subordinate to the supremacy of the overt activist (those that can put their name to a position/ action, obviously have primacy over the anonymous/ problematic electronic media).

      As private control of info neccessitates a military plutocratic nat sec state to defend it, with the richer core states choking on their own barbed wire (in its effort to keep down the 3rd world), leading (as outlined earlier - with privateering profits ending up in speculative waste to global econ implosion) to the twin apocalyptic threats of the military plutocratic machine sliding into trade war/ world war as its last to option to try & retain control of the pol/econ agenda & (Russian) revanchist warlordism;

      - We should seek to unite Internet activists under the banner of common ownership of information - against fascist/ corp info control - neccessary to break up the hegemony of the military plutocracy and enable the construction of  the Global Commonwealth Confederation (to re-iterate, it will further require heavy sacrifices, on a wartime scale, to finance global reconstruction to prevent 1st world choking on our own nat sec states).

      This means political support for the pirates/ the drawing up of a pirate's code/ formation of a Pirate's Union (suggested name `Commonwealth’,  vis Common Ownership of Info).

 

      As the music corps have been at the forefront of calling for police curbs on the internet (here & there we should also link this Q of common ownership of info or fascism with other important Qs that may arise from time to time. Eg the Monsanto Q vis the Terminator seed and proposed new information enclosures on the body & biotechnology etc - but without losing sight of the central issue), we should not shy away from supporting such piracy & (as well as against Microsoft) linking it with the wider issues. But, a Pirate's Code (of conduct - inc vis moral recognition & probably other factors, I, at time of writing, am not familiar with) must be drawn up.

      The wrecking of corporate control over music has a far greater potential to turn music into a powerful rev weapon than any support from any individual artist ever could. Freeing it from malign corporate/ celebrity hegemony/ manipulation & putting it in the control of civil society.

      As a rev weapon, music can thence lay the groundwork for a real `cultural revolution' - destroying not only the cult of celebrity, but paving the way for the trashing of all copyright.

      Buttressing the idea of socialist hegemony (corporations controlled by finance, in turn controlled by civil society) so that via taxation of corps, social wages evolve primacy over private wages so that (with a progressive shortening of working week) ALL be freed to become knowledge (or cultural) workers (research carried out by universities/ colleges, in turn financed via taxes of corps drawing freely from the well of common ownership of info).

 

      We will inevitably be accussed of encouraging the theft of people's (undeniably) hard work, including redistribution to those that do not really deserve (in comparison) the  profits of such. HOW can we justify advocating such blatant injustice?

      Humanity faces a general choice. The common ownership of information or fascism. To serve the former & smash the latter, the revolution is obliged to appropriate whatever weapons, tools, resources are availavble & most effective to accomplish this. The soldiers of the revolution lay down their lives in this cause, to crush fascism. In comparison the neccessary appropriation of such resources, to aid the struggle for the common ownership of info &  breaking of corporate info. barony, is a small price to pay.

      With confident foreboding we can be sure, that in this, music will fight us. But finding us (our martyr propelled movement) unbreakable, it will turn on the enemy to secure the economic room it needs to flourish (evolving hegemony of the social wage & shorter hours - to free ALL to become knowledge/ cultural workers - which we will cover in chapter 3).

      The only other alternative (that can be consolidated) is to defer to the hegemony of the info barons per se, with all the dread costs for humanity that entails, vis the retention of military plutocratic pol/econ hegemony, leading to trade war/ world war.

      In the undeclared information war, the only option is to take the offensive against the financiers' hegemony on this front.

 

      But, to re-iterate, a Pirate's Code (of conduct - inc vis moral recognition & probably other factors, I, at time of writing, am not familiar with) must be drawn up.

  Unlike previous revolutions, the revolutionary army WILL be paid of, NOT in money (as we inherit a bankrupt global economy & ALL will have to make ggreat sacrifices for global reconstruction), but with POWER. With the common ownership of information, the right to keep & bear arms & civil society control over finance through elected Workers' Pension Councils - the rights of ALL, of every free citizen in  a free world.

 

Q.         Why do we need your bloodsoaked peasant revolution, when the info revolution will achieve everything you want, relatively bloodlessly?

 

            Because the `new economics' of the info revolution is as marginal to the prevailing tendancy as the industrial socialism of Robert Owen (which we shall examine in Vol II) was to the industrial revolution.

            It is a genuine revolutionary tendancy, but a peripheral tendancy in relation to the core pol/econ dialectic.

            UNTIL there be  an aggressive rev assault on baronial control of info for the common ownership of info, the prevailing tendancy shall inevitably be to consolidate/ entrench the accummalation of finance for its own sake, by the finance barons.

 

            WHAT then is the basis for this dialectical parrallel to Owenism?

 

            Cheap technology & some room for manouevre vis info. Within this limited space, there is limited room for this tendancy.

            BUT, info does NOT attain ultimate hegemony over finance. & BECAUSE finance remains as a factor independant of global civil society, it is therefore (as accummalated for its own sake) inevitably pushed into wasteful speculation (wrecking the entire economy).

            UNTIL the common ownership of info is aggressively pushed & finance tamed by a global (commonwealth confederal) framework, finance hegemony over info (human consciousness) remains.

            We can be sure therefore, that `automatic revolution' is as definite a non starter as Robert Owen's bloodless venture.

            Q.         Does the incipient trend  to bands selling their music over the internet (cutting out the corporate crap merchants) direct to the citizenry, change our approach to info piracy?

 

            Our point is that currently the music corps (& their secret state allies) have an offensive formation lined up against the Revolution. & therefore as a matter of course, the Revolution must deploy a counter offensive against it, to turn it into a POLITICAL conflict.

            & that therefore, there must be clearly defined (eg NOT arbitrary/ fickle - eg just against the spice girls, THOUGH WE SHOULD APPLY A SEQUENTIAL TARGETING PRINCIPLE, TARGETING ESPECIALLY THE BIGGEST MULTINATIONAL CORPS, currently as at 25/1/2000, EMI/TIME/AOL) GENERAL laws of warfare governing the internet front. That either we are FOR the counter offensive (on this front), or we are not.

            Furthermore, music is too important to be left to the musicians. The  enemy has its listening bases everywhere - we CANNOT rely on the goodwill of individual & easliy targeted (by the enemy) well disposed groups.

            We must rely on the diffuse Cyber Army. Only such a formation can be DIFFUSE enough to be resilient enough,  to withstand perpetual enemy attacks. Therefore the Cyber Army's (rev) East India Corp model (combining rev warfare & info piracy) is the only viable model. Just as the war/ finance machine controls info  pathologically, we must free info pathlogically...

            Bearing in mind Jack Straw's plans to seize the property/ finance of revolutionaries (& even milk & water environmental protesters), the withdrawal of state benefits (eg for 6 months etc) from convicted cadres in default of probation conditions (not to mention the prospect of private prison labor growing in Britain as it has in the USA exponentially, to finance rising imprisonment & profits of private prison corps/ slaveholders) makes our E. India Co. model enabling the econ self sufficiency of the revolution an even greater imperative - We repeat to all bourgeois that express outrage, these tyrants protect YOUR pol/econ power, we are justified in requisitioning &  consolidating the common ownership of information to fight & consolidate the breaking of this tyranny, to COMBINE rev campaign & self financing.

    (The need is for sufficient rev irregulars to possess this econ self  sufficiency, to insure the idea is unrecallable, CANNOT be killed - so that even if entire lead cadre & 98% of irregulars are wiped out the idea STILL gets through to wider humanity & spreads like a virus).

            The info. pirates in turn  will be superceded by common ownerrship of information via colleges/ universities; when this is established, the Revolution will be victorious.

 

 

 

 

COUNTERING THE COUNTER REVOLUTION

 

 

How the Revolution Arms

 

            The revolutionary struggle is ultimately reduceable to the struggle to build our own army and destroy the effectiveness of the enemy's as an instrument of repression (we shall analyse the threat from counter revolutionary mobilisation later).

 

            To this end it is neccessary to build a cadre of Citizens' Gaurds and conduct immediate surveys to prepare/preplan (and make public, so that our ideas and methods are understood by civil society) a flexible military - political outline/strategy for the conquest of the capital and all major cities.

            Eg setting out key potential political centres/reserves to be won over (eg colleges & workplaces etc) and strategic objectives/targets to be accomplished & neutralised (eg shutting down the city centres and strategic installations within effective/militarily defendable range of these political centres - designed to overstretch the enemy's resources - via roablocks/barricades etc in territorial demos). And realistic education of the Citizens' Gaurds in terms of overall & street level military  strategy/organisation (without SAS pretensions).

 

            It should be emphasised that territorial demos are a purely defensive measure to defend our revolutionary - political campaign. Their purpose is purely and simply to further enable the movement (after peaceful demos have been attacked by the regime) to martial all available/potential revolutionary forces (whilst undermining the forces of the regime) in preperation for the insurrection.

            This is particularly important to appreciate as much, even most, of the heaviest/bloodiest fighting will take place in this pre-insurrectionary period of constructing our rev power centres, prior to the insurrection itself - (by which time our forces should be gathered and most of the enemy scattered, excepting its `bitter enders').

            In this period the nurses should be deployed as a moral vangaurd to win over the army. And the movement itself acquire arms from wherever it can - So in this period we build our own mass army whilst winning over/undermining the effectiveness of the enemy's forces, in preperation for the insurrection

            UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should the stage of territorial demonstrations (the continuous martialing of our forces), be confused with the insurrection itself and armed seizure of power. The enemy will focus all its' efforts (when all else has failed) on trying to force a premature attempt to seize power. This is why the DEMOCRATIC CENTRALIST DICTATORSHIP of the WPC/RDF Central Council over the Citizens' Gaurd - and the military education/discipline of all Citizens' Gaurd cadres (from day 1 of its inception) is of PARAMOUNT importance.

            The WPCs/RDF must prepare/coordinate & execute the seizure of power (key installations eg TV & power stations etc and the crushing/capture of the commanding military/political/economic staff of the enemy) when our forces have been martialed and the bulk of the army has been won over/neutralised.

 

            An obvious purpose of the new flexible and mobile Rapid Reaction Force (to be based in London) is to form the backbone of a streamlined counter insurgency force around which the enemy's civil war forces can be built. The enemy is preparing for the new methods of revolutionary - political warfare before we have even begun to deploy them. In all probability this military backbone will have to be vanquished in a brief but very bloody civil war.

 

            Whilst community based work is important and conventional point of production struggle (eg classical laborism) is of rapidly declining significance - securing control over the point of production (workplaces & colleges) will be of decisive importance in territorial demonstrations - to enable us to martial our forces in preperation for the insurrection.

            Eg (as stated) in the creation of ad-hoc HQs (in colleges/workplaces) to martial/deploy in situ/nearby reserves (as well as those in outlying areas) - to set up barricades/roadblocks to shut down the city centres and strategic installations - to enable us to continue marshalling our forces in preperation for the seizure of power.

            Though the way this will be done is not by arsing about with obscure composite motions at T.U. conference. Instead activists won over directly to a rev pol/econ program will have real work to do on the basis of a real operational strategy.

            The odd or even mass uprisings on rundown estates/residential areas the regime can live with. For victory we must slash its arteries (take the attack to them) - by securing control of the city centres and key installations. Therefore the colleges with their networks and strategic locations enabling flexibility and mobility of forces, should be the prime target.

            The global impact of paralysing the heart of the capital, by rev forces armed with an operationally globalised agenda/program will have an incomparably greater GLOBAL impact, compared with (doomed) `riots' on an estate nobody has heard of. Think global ACT global.

 

(I cannot express strongly enough that this theory must be applied BOLDLY - There is absolutely no sense in trying to apply it piecemeal. To do so is to concede defeat before the first shot has been fired.

    Bearing this in mind, the movement should avoid falling into the trap of concentrating its main fire on local govt councillors - including Marxists - who are completely incapable of  serious resistance to the regime. It should though come down much harder on parliamentary figures in its electoral arm that fail to support the basic program. Strategically the localised periphery is vastly less important than the all important central arteries.)

 

 

Countering the Counter revolution

 

            The state/ classical fascism are both rather static formations.

            The Counter Revolution (likely to be based on the model of the `Countryside Alliance' even its' impressive personnel) encompasses both pseudo legitimate & illegitimate  aspects in its formations. Cellular fascism, pseudo legitimacy AND classical fascism (though it is difficult to gauge its strength in the context of general pol/econ collapse, we must assume it will be formidable).

            Its chief purpose is to create the broadest mass political front to unite in a working alliance ALL currents hostile to the revolution.

 

            If the counter rev engages in a `peaceful' demo, then the Revolution should block of an area in a territorial demo - using armed force, to prevent the enemy political mobilisation, so as to assert the revolution's right to campaign against the military plutocracy.

            WE are forced to use territorial demos by police attacks. And therefore, if the counter rev attempt to exercise against us, the rights denied  us (by the military plutocracy they defend), then we have a duty to treat them as an auxilliary classical fascist arm of the state & ASSERT OUR RIGHT TO CONTROL OF THE STREETS AGAINST THEM.

             (BUT before it takes to the streets it possesses the delimited pseudo legitimacy that any pro OR anti regime non governmental organisation that has not engaged in overt fascist activities would have. Therefore the RDM cannot attack its HQ/ personnel directly before the counter revolution takes to the streets - even if it is linked here & there to cellular fascsists - this must be tackled by other formations - examined later in Chapter 2 in`Rules of Revolutionary warfare').

 

            Roles become PARTIALLY reversed. The enemy is marching through the streets to try & assert its support (against the revolution), & we are constructing military politcal nerve centres; from which to repel them & block of their access, just as the police do to us.

            However the counter revolution with access to superior preperation/ planning/ technical support will seek to pre-emptively take every base (the author anticipates that contingency plans have already been well laid, BEFORE the time of writing 21/8/99). We will eventually be pushed back into co-ordinating/ martialing our support at the periphery (using colleges as key nodal links/ HQs). The enemy will have/ start with (or most likely regain) control of the centre which we must capture.  This is a real shooting match, street by street, block by block.

 

            WHY then is it SO important to distinguish between the insurgency proper and this period of martialing of forces/ capture of key positions?

 

            Merely to prevent a tipover into a premature attempt to secure power/ assualt the pseudo legitimate state, the power of which is likely to be eclipsed at some stage by BOTH the fascists as well as the Revolution (eg unable to control BOTH, it throws its lot in with the fascists).

            Eg should the pseudo legitimate regime somehow avoid a straightforward fusion with fascist forces, the back of the enemy will be comprehensively broken before the insurgency; so that the insurgency itself will be a quiet armoured car's drive down to the pseudo legitimate regime's power centres.

 

 

Cellular Fascism

               

            BUT, in preparation for such demos, the enemy (some part of it) will engage in cellular fascism (including mercenary/ mafia formations), to try & draw our fangs, to get I-Bs attacking the main POLITICAL body of their organisation BEFORE territorial demos (STILL THENCE POSSESSING PSEUDO LEGITIMACY AS NOT HAVING YET CLASHED WITH US ON A TERRITORIAL DEMO); in order (to get the RDM to fall into the trap of politically re-inforcing such actions - which will backfire due to the pseudo legitimacy of the counter revolution BEFORE clashing with us on territorial demos) to enable their demos to go ahead unopposed, so as to demoralise us, for the police to finish us of in our HQs.

            The ONLY way to counter this threat, is for irregular intelligence based units (NOT CONNECTED TO THE RDM PROPER) to take over the task of countering cellular fascism. Eg such CANNOT be POLITICALLY re-inforced by the main organs of the RDM (as such actions are NOT against an OVERT classical fascist formation and therefore cannot be re-inforced as such actions can), in the way that the movement links a campiagn for release of official POWS with the rev program/ delegitimisation of the regime, which furthermore must remain OPEN formations.

 

            The very fact that actions against cellular (including mercenary/ mafia) fascism (as opposed to OVERT classical fascism) must be intelligence led; neccessitates irregular formations to deal with them. As openness is the lifeblood of the 3 main divisions of our movement, including the I-Bs.

            And for any of these 3 divisions to conduct intelligence based struggle would drag the entire movement/ I-Bs into trying to outflank the enemy at its own secrecy game. Which would mean the movement would no longer be activist based, but BUREAUCRACY based. Top heavy and much easier therefore to manipulate by enemy agents, than a DIFFUSE activist centred movement, which is able to decisively DILUTE the impact of enemy infiltration. & ONLY the community/ citizenry can insure sufficient dilution of enemy counter intelligence to enable victory on this front.

 

            Furthermore as the target (cellular/ mercenary/ mafia fascism) is not OVERT/ obvious, means that such irregular defensive warfare CANNOT be systematically politically re-inforced by the rev pol capaign any more than can  self defense actions. The facts of which are extremely difficult to ascertain - BUT vis our campaign generally, it is enough to point to fascist membership/ activities of visible classical fascist organs etc. In all aspects of our rev pol campaign (including the indictment of the military plutocracy), we stick to what is readily verifiable.

            Or else the MAIN organs of the movement are dragged not just into intelligence led warfare, BUT (vis self defense actions - if we do not STRICTLY DEFINE what we military actions we can re-inforce POLITICALLY) POLICING. And every petit shit kicking dispute becomes politicised (`Are you looking at me?!' becomes an arena of political combat). Self defense (in many forms) be legitimate, but cannot be politically re-inforced (we shall analyse these Qs in greater depth in Chapter 2 of S.O.F. in `The Rules of Revolutionary Warfare').         

 

            Openness is what gives the organs of the RDM their evolving revolutionary legitimacy. They are the rev govt., constitutional framework in waiting. The Underground Resistence Organisations possess NO such evolving rev constitutional legitimacy (their role is to watch the backs of the RDM against ENEMY irregular attacks; that, apart from getting elements of MI5 etc to spy for the British against the USA/ wrecking enemy operations etc, is their sole function).

            This clear division between the main organs of the movement & the UROs prevents the `requirements of security' from destroying our movement (eg secrecy based top heavy bureaucracy destroying acitivist based movement & easily mainpulated/ destroyed as the effects of inevitiable enemy infiltration not diluted by an activist based movement).

 

            Why PLURAL UROs? Why not a single organ?

 

            A big boss at the top? Far too easy to penetrate. & why required? Accountability? But UROs have no (evolving) rev constitutional legitimacy, they are NOT the rev govt in waiting. Eg NOT a substitute for the OPEN rev organs/ formations

    (We have already analysed HOW the Revolution can/must outflank secret state infiltration/ terrorism via dilution of the enemy threat with the involvement of ever greater cricles of activists/ citizens & how the operational centre of gravity of the rev pol campaign is stabilised via the Battle of Berlin/ pan commonwealth framework) .

            In 3rd world independance movements they were a substitute for open rev formations, because (when there was still room for dialogue between capital & labor at the geo pol/econ core)  within the limitations of an anti colonial movement, they had no potential to link up with the citizenry of the core powers. Therefore a political challenge to the core was not imperative. Therefore secrecy based organs possessed/ retained authority AFTER winning power.

            But WE (our movement) DIRECTLY aim to govern Europe/ the world, therefore, we must present an OVERT rev pol challenge, via OVERT rev organs/ formations, with the UROs as auxilliaries, NOT a power in their own right.

 

            What about sweeps/ accussations/ arrests vis enemy claims that we are engaged as a movement in policing/ gangsterism etc (NOT to mention cadres engaged in irregular warfare, that our movement CANNOT campaign for the release of)? Eg charges that we are guilty of NON political crimes (for which we cannot claim  to ourselves moral exemption from laws which even we regard as legitimate - even if charged wrongly by a fundamtally criminal regime)? How do we prevent the movement being destroyed by such?

 

            While those swept up by such cannot technically be awarded offical POW status, in the sense that the movement links a campaigns for their release with its rev pol program, we can/ must turn the heat back on the enemy.

            Eg via hungers strikes, but NOT for one's own release, but for the release of all info & as part of the popular indictment of the nuclear plutocratic regime for its crimes; also vis support for the USA regime's CIA backed narcocracies/ mafiosi (in the name of `stability' & anti communism), etc etc etc. 

            Eg even if guilty, if innocent (or demanding trial by the revolution) it is still possible to emphasise that the criminal regime must not be let of the hook through such a shabby trick to avoid cadres rev charges against the regime (by rounding them up on trumped up criminal charges).

            OUR wider appeal to citizenry be that, `if you think us scum, and if you tolerate the most dangerous nuclear plutocratic criminals the world has known, what does that make you?' ONLY through blood sacrifice can the idea transcend the petty & personal (we shall return to & elaborate on this point in a later sub section vis the creation of a revolutionary prisoners movement - linking issues of evolving private prison/ slave labor system, already well entrenched in the USA, with WIDER civil society).

 

            Furthermore, cellular fascism will also be of continuing value in creating mass panic in our rear. It is a classic (military plutocratic) CIA strategy (vis GLADIO in post WWII Europe eg Bologna Bombing in Italy; Operation Condor in Latin America etc). By destroying the civil population's confidence in its own ability to command its own destiny it enabled those that had the geo pol/econ points of support of geo military plutocratic/ surveillance hegemony, to (pose as rescuers from chaos) reconsolidate control/ mop up any refractory ultra rightists.

 

    Except that now, they cannot reconsolidate control because the military plutocratic pol/econ is collapsing & that is what makes our movement viable... & (corresspondingly) means that their ultras will be out of control (indeed amidst the collapse of their system, the only thing that gives them any cohesion at all is hatred for us).

    But, if revolutionaries  are unable to reconsolidate such control by taking the attack to & securing a large enough area (eg continental Europe), correspondingly enabling the USA revolution to hammer the core enemy IN its rear (kick ass), we get crushed. EVERYTHING depends on the Battle of Berlin - such is the pattern of the hitherto undeclared global civil war.

            (Italy was the geo strategic frontline in post WWII era in Europe, in which the techniques of counter revolutionary terrorism, using fascists/ Waffen SS veterans were perfected in concert with the CIA in operation GLADIO. This is the model the enemy will deploy against the Revolution; leastways one of its opening moves).

   

            And it is the above geo strategic factors PLUS the vast ocean of activists drawn into the struggle that prevents either the enemy or even refractory irregular activists from consolidating a mafia imperium; as such not only cannot consolidate a viable centre of pol/econ gravity, lack anything like a sufficient support base, against vast forces united against them. It is even to be expected that many old `whites' if only by default will aid the reds in consolidating revolutionary ORDER, when clear  their imperium can no longer be salvaged.

 

    The Revolution must develop the ICEBERG MODEL, with a relatively small visible tip & submerged bulk of active support/ irregular activists.

THE SHAPE OF WAR TO COME

 

            Bearing in mind the old dictum that `no (war)plan survives contact with the enemy', we now turn our attention to the Q of new patterns of warfare that are likely to emerge in the process of warfare itself.

            We currently (& must) base our opening approach on regular formations of rev pol activists in federal movement, with a clear/ strong command structure. This is how we envisage the opening engagements in Britain.

            But it is in the Q of clashes between the Revolution's networks & enemy networks (including geo pol re-inforced press) that we see how the process of war is likely to be radically re-shaped from the initial engagements.

 

            It must be clear that there can be NO respect for the freedom of a military plutocratic backed  Caesarist media. Eg `Hurrah for the Blackshirts' gets a paper closed down be it NF rag `The Flag' or `The Daily Mail'; similarly vis calls to overthrow the revolutionary govt; by military plutocratic backed press (or FOR THE AFOREMENTIONED COUNTER REVOLUTIONARY FORMATIONS LACKING PSEUDO LEGITIMACY to mobilise IN ARMS against the revolutionary movement - though THIS WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY BE SYMPTOMATIC OF A SITUATION IN WHICH THE MILITARY PLUTOCRATIC STATE/ CAESARIST FORMATIONS HAVE MERGED, THE OLD CENTRE IS NO MORE & THERE IS ONLY THE GLOBAL CIVIL WAR & PURSUIT OF THE FINAL VICTORY IN EUROPE/ USA), seeking to defend nuclear plutocracy & the freedom/ independance of finance from civil society hegemony.

 

            But the neccessity of such repression, illustrates not monolithic strength (within say Britain) on the part of the Revolution, but FATAL weakness (within the area such measures be taken), that it is completely incapable of consolidating power against a geo re-inforced Caesarist enemy.

            1 step in the direction of such an approach by the revolution does not cause, but is indicative of 10 steps of such (being plotted & taken) against us by the geo re-inforced caesarist enemy (which moreover will be more efficient/ better organised at such actions than we will). Yet for the rev movement to be in a position where such Qs arise (of a rev state assaulting a caesarist media/ networks - EG WHERE MILITARY PLUTOCRATIC STATE/  CAESARIST  FORMATIONS HAVE BECOME OPERATIONALLY MERGED), the enemy itself must be radically/ fatally  weakened (by the collapse of its geo pol centre of gravity ENABLING the rev movement to take root in the first place).  

            In such a situation of both the Revolution & the enemy having their networks constantly being smashed/ reconfigured, (with fragments of our networks surviving & presumably larger frgments of the enemy networks surviving), this implies a complete/ partial breakdown on both sides of command structures.

 

    This will lead to irregular urban warfare held together by ideas.

            (Nevertheless, democratic Dictatorship, in the military NOT political sphere, is indispensible as a starting point).

            After all, what is a nation state made up of except a centrally determined pol/econ social and cultural agenda?

    When this breaks down, what takes its place BECOMES the nation, a WORLD nation.

            The only thing of significance left over is the linguistic - even this, without economic points of support is of secondary and increasingly tertiary importance.

            The idea becomes the nation - as opposed to (as at present) the nation becoming/being the idea.

            It is, before the outbreak of hostilites very difficult to quantify the likely specific weight of centralised command modes of warfare and irregular cyberwar at any given place & time.

            But insofaras this pattern of warfare takes hold, our organs of war will resmeble those it was anticipated the USA regime would have with the Internet (which is why the Internet was originally developed), created as a SUBSTITUTE infrastructure AFTER a USSR strike had taken out all its command & control structures.

    Though to re-iterate, while this be likely in Britain (over-run with geo re-inforced Caesarist formations), in the Battle for Berlin & for the USA, REGULAR formations will hold the centre of gravity of the GLOBAL civil war together.

    (Though note, it is NOT certain that the revolution will NOT be able to consolidate a centre of gravity BEFORE IMMEDIATE consolidation in Europe, especially with expansion of the movement in Europe/ USA as an unquantifiable stabilising factor offsetting partially, absloutely OR insufficiently, the effects of geo destabilisation of the British Revolution - hence we consider throughout this work the possibility of such a transitional consolidation before the final victory).

 

 

FREEDOM, THE PRESS

& THE GLOBAL CIVIL WAR

 

            To those that point out PERFECTLY CORRECTLY that we ABSOLUTELY CANNOT consolidate a rev govt based on censorship, we point out that the global civil war is to secure control a democratic dictatorship over finance and through this, & ONLY through this, the media will cease to be a danger to the revolution, no longer being the mere tool of a military plutocratic class/ bloc (as such ceases to exist & there be permanent rev constitutional bulwarks against).

 

            Civil society will permanently impact on the media (through civil society control of finance/ advertising) through popular pressure to keep dirty muck rakers prurient prying eyes away from ordinary peoples private lives (cleansing humanity of the REAL opium of the masses); expressed in active campaigning against such and pressure on advertisers to boycott papers that engage in such. As finance will NOT be a law unto itself, but under the powerful hegemony of WPCs, this will have real bite.

            Conversely, attempts by any corrupt opportunists in WPCs to seek personal protection will founder as there will always be a market for such info & such would meet stiff institutional resistance within the (heterogeous/ broad based) WPCs (pressure for fresh elections/ impeachment/ revolt if trying to overstep mark).

            The military plutocracy vanquished militarily & through constitutional consoldation (INCLUDING WARTIME SACRIFICES FOR GLOBAL RECONSTRUCTION TO PREVENT THE  CORE STATES CHOKING ON THEIR OWN  BARBED WIRE - FOR UNTIL THE NEED FOR THIS IS RECOGNISED, THE REVOLUTION IS NOT CONSOLIDATED), it would be far more trouble than it be worth (in terms of treading on the toes of a consequantly angered civil society, NOT WILLING TO PUT UP WITH SUCH IN THE CONTEXT OF VICTORY OVER THE MILITARY PLUTOCRATS) to clamp down on scattered remaining enemy fragments, no longer buttressed by an omnipotent military plutocracy (though laws against fascist position of denying any section of the citizenry equality under the law & constitution remain).

           

            However in the interim period before global civil society freedom from the hegemony of finance has been attained, it will be neccessary to break up Caesarist networks/ organs papers (just as the enemy will be doing to us - as outlined in `The shape of war to come').

    This be an ongoing process WHEN the whole world is in a state of flux (as outlined vis global econ implosion/ global civil war).

 

            A number of Qs arise:

 

Q1.       How is it that the enemy has NOT immediately clamped down totally on the press of (at least nominal) revolutionaries, does this not demonstrate their moral/ democratic superiority to the Revolution?

 

A1.       (Aside from the slavish prostration of a dependant press before omnipotent finance & real power of the nat sec state) Hitherto the enemy (in the core states) has not needed to go that far because as the classical leftwing press was/ is fatally trapped within the operational agenda of laborism (itself trapped within the operational agenda of capitalist hegemony), the enemy did not NEED to. Its' crushing of organised labor proves this.

             When the Revolutionary movement with a viable strategy to seize power takes to the field things will be quite different. For our part, we will be more than content, with WPC control of the armed forces (& armed citizenry buttressing the constitution), to let the dispossessed military plutocrats (those that have not been executed) peacefully hand in a humble petition to Parliament/ WPCs, pleading for the limited amelioration of lost privileges; to be recieved with all due consideration.

 

Q2.       HOW does the Revolution differ from the USSR in its treatment of the press? WHAT is the key/ pivotal difference?

 

A2.       The GLOBAL collapse of the military plutocratic centre of pol/econ gravity results in lack of stability in the enemy media. As the general pol/econ slides into caesarism, it becomes thence caesarist (if only by default), & supportive of counter revolutionary camapigns etc. It is BECAUSE of this that WE are able to push a rev reconstructionist agenda/ consolidate a GLOBAL centre of pol/econ gravity.

            Because of  these 2 factors we are NOT reduced to surviving as a nat sec state, with room to grow geo pol/economically ONLY within the limits of capitalist hegemony, outflanked as soon as capitalism can no longer afford to appease its own laborists (& therefore helpless as capitalism maintains  internal/ external dissent through a Reagan style cold war military boom - in turn strengthening a USSR type elite vis pretext for nat sec state fear & repression).

            & as we are able to prevent finance remaining a law unto itself (we cannot consolidate power otherwise), the remaining elements of the vanquished enemy denied their geo pol/econ underpinning will cease to be a threat. CORRESPONDINGLY the very consolidation of the VICTORIOUS rev centre of gravity will create irressistable pressure for the lifting of all such repressive measures - on pain of a fresh insurgency.

 

Q3.       If the Revolution must be global, with victory consolidated in the USA, does this not DESTROY our claim that there will be no continuously replicated game of rev/  reactionary/ rev leapfrog (eg as mentioned earlier that the defeat of the British revolution could lead to the exhaustion of the legitimacy of the German regime nat sec state justification for exisitng leading to its overthrow - why not similar vis defeat of EUROPEAN Revolution & USA?); eg that the USA will follow Europe, when Europe stops following the USA?

 

A3.       Victory  in the USA confirms/ consolidates victory in Europe/ Germanic states. There is NO possible `need' for the USA to defeat the European Revolution, in a way such could concievably arise (in fragmented Europe) in Britain & Europe (eg vis N. Ireland).

 

Q4.       Is there not the most fundamental contradiction between the rights of all peoples as free & equal citizens under the constitution' & free speech after military plutocracy eclipsed? & if so, HOW to resolve (after all we cannot have massive KGB style surveillance by a nat sec state, this would sound the death of the Revolution)?

 

A4.       ALL power must rest with the conscious people, cogniscent of the need for WARTIME sacrifices for global reconstruction.

            Put bluntly, until they recognise the imperative of such for geo pol/econ stability (their own survival) bloodshed will manifest itself UNTIL this issue is settled for global reconstruction, enabling stability.

            Moreover this is how/ where conscious civil society/ knowledge society FIRST learns to govern itself, treating ideas with deadly respect & caution. Where it learns that ideas should not be treated loosely, any more than weapons grade plutonium should be, for the consequances threaten oblivion.

            A people desperately craving order, having experianced military plutocratic anarchy &  being educated by the political army (so that they are able to learn from bitter experiance instead of retreat into the laager), will learn the hard way, the only way, that only through WARTIME sacrifices in treasure (for global reconstruction) as well as blood, can the order they will crave be gaurenteed.

 

 

 

            Only thus liberated, from the military plutocratic machine threatening oblivion, & from its gilded slaves, can freedom reign supreme. What exists as I write this (1/11/99) is but a monstrous parody, a fatal prostration before hellward bound nuclear plutocracy - THE ENEMIES OF ALL HUMANITY.

        (We shall analyse the 'Checks & Balances at the beginning & end of the revolutionary process' in Chapter 2 Vol I).

 

 

 

NEUTRALISING DOOMSDAY

 

            It is a fundamental principle of warfare, that when the enemy possesses a weapon/ threat, we must assume an intention to use it & correspondingly develop a counter weapon to neutralise its effectiveness.

            This we have done through our `neutralising doomsday' strategy (which we shall analyse in depth later on in this chapter & even more so in Chapter 2 of S.O.F.). Effective ONLY in the event of an enemy nuclear, biological, chemical atrocity (eg against the Revolution), as a means to limit the damage of such an atrocity.

            Preventing, through an horrific counter measure (the killing of the children of those seeking to benefit from such madness - to deter), a political-nuclear chain reaction leading to the extinction of humanity.

            The enemy aided & abetted the expansion of the mercenary arms trade/ military industrial complex (including nuclear plutocracy) threatening the very existence of humanity, because to establish mutual security through (the breaking of ALL national security state tyrannies/ their scope for expansion, including the former USSR; BY mobilising global civil society FOR) the construction of a global commonwealth confederation (based on global civil society hegemony over finance), can only be accomplished through the breaking of their military plutocratic imperium.

            The moral onus is now firmly on OTHERS to show how they can take such weapons out of the equation without  the counter threat we are deploying to use unilateral & global nuclear disarmament as an aggressive political weapon (the ends justify the means as long as the means do NOT negate the ends).

 

 

THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC IMPLOSION,

TECHNOLOGY & WARFARE

 

            (Via ECHELON & related surveillence projects) The secret state aims to consolidate a fully automated system of information gathering AND assessment, AND response, capable of keeping track on/ countering ANY dissident threat to the military plutocratic regime; the ultimate in technological  alienation, a Dalek technology that is fully the master of humanity, not its' servant.

            BUT with the global econ implosion the key techno points of the enemy military political system also begin to collapse (regardless of our attack).

            The reason WHY the Revolution can survive, what saves it from total collapse as well (unlike Marxism/ laborism which is absurdly dependant  on room for manouevre WITHIN the capitalist system it is trying to overthrow) is that in this process of war, intelligent life finally gains mastery over itself (civil society over finance), by learning that the only way for humanity to survive, is for it to embrace Redemption Through Sacrifice (military &economic).

            This willingness to sacrifice is what must/ will bind humanity together, enable it to recover from the global econ implosion & progress to the golden epoch (we shall analyse HOW the God Dialectic/  Immortality of the Idea relates to this process in Vol II of S.O.F.).

 

The Pinochet Q

 

            Nobody in Europe actually cares about the Pinochet Q. But most critically, UNLIKE the Russia Q, it is also impossible to MAKE them give a damn.  Eg he poses NO geo strategic threat to Euro Commonwealth campaign (there is such a threat from the USA empire, but this must be tackled DIRECTLY, not via one of their junior lackeys).

            & the Q in such we must always consider is, who, if they were in the company of Blair, would it be strategically appropriate to assassinate with Blair at said given time & place?

            Nick Griffihn, Megret/ Le pen for sure, ditto Gerhard Frei, Gianfranco Fini,. Zhirinovsky as a classical fascist represents a clear geo strategic threat in Europe; (All such of course have to be operationally linked in with a full scale rev pol assault on the legitimacy of the military plutocratic regime in the western European theatre of operations).

            But Yeltsin? Or BJP leader L. K. Advani? Or Imran Khan? Or Daniel Arap Moi? And what about Assad, Zhiang Zymin or duel tendancy elements like Gaddafi?

            Eg without the clearest strategic framework, specifying that any truly legitimate & proper target must, as a general rule (save for the most exceptional case we shall examine shortly), pose a direct threat to the European commonwealth (& its movement), such targeting must inevitably descend into the mire of terrorism - of picking of any leader that is a bit iffy (which frankly is ALL of them) - including the pseudo legitimates, which (for reasons we have covered earlier) we must target politically - which means certain death for  the revolution.

            And yet a case for Pinochets' assassination can be made.

            Eg the factor of the weakness of (most particularly BRITISH) classical fascism (at the time of writing 18th August 1999) means that public demonstrations in support of Pinochet (in response to the indictment raised in the courts of the British military plutocracy, for his extradition) brings our campaign into disrepute. Eg either we accept the right of fascists to demonstrate in public or we crush them with armed force. But in the case of Pinochet, this obviously means going after Pinochet himself, as there is no British fish/ or general fascist force of comparable stature.

            This would appear to over-ride  our normal concern about going after Pinochet.

            But curiously, the VERY SAME key factor that makes such a case, simaltaneously negates it. Eg pointing out that there be no viable way to immediately consolidate an operational campaign in Britain due to the lack of classical fascist threat/ target UNTIL the ripening of aforementioned geo pol threats, DEMONSTRATES the need for the new movement to concentrate on building the underground, UNTIL such threats/ factors come on line.- & hence must still stick to Euro centred strategy, to avoid descending into terrorism...

 

    If full scale insurgency is NOT viable, in accordance with (as outlined in chapter 2) Rules of rev warfare (eg against a delegitimised regime/ caesarist figure, or when state has merged with counter rev forces), it is NOT viable (for a rev stockade state, even on its' own soil) to arrest/execute the figurehead etc of said state (except in the case of/ as an act of WAR - which must still by waged, by the rev stockade, state etc in accordance  with the Rules of rev Warfare as outlined in Chapter 2) etc.

    WHY?

 

    Because constitutes a military offensive against the whole (as yet to be delegitimised) core regime (eg Germany/ USA).

    The I-Bs lead the all Euro rev pol campaign at the core  (Germany/ USA) launched against classical  fascism, paving the way (as outlined in Chapter 1) for the delegitimisation of regime at the core (Battle of Berlin/ USA).
