At the time this work was written, Chapter 1 Volume 1 of S.O.F. was (preceeded by an earlier version of `Political Nuclear Physics’) outlined in what is now Chapter 6 of Volume 3 (Intro to Quantum Materialism’) and added to an earlier version of the Basic Program, General Indictment & Bloody Settlement. 1   Neo Fascism

     & Quantum Materialism

 

 

 

            We have already given a basic outline of new rev theory in `Political Nuclear Physics'. In this chapter we shall cover scenarios for all geo pol/econ eventualites - from the rise of Caesarism in the USA to the threat of Russia's collapse, westward mass migration/ brutal treatment of migrants & revanchist warlordism, to how to take weapons of mass destruction out of the equation/ respond both to nuclear strikes against the Revolution in the core states & against the 3rd world &/ or from the 3rd world)....

            But to understand what is so different about contempory pol/econ conditions, including contempory classical fascism (in order to understand both its origins & consequantly, how it will explode, & the patterns of global civil warfare that must be deployed against it - which we cover in depth in this chapter), it helps to have a basic understanding of capitalist longwave economic cycles, including previous cycles of revolutionary reform (the better also, to understand the pathology of military plutocracy).

 

 

 

Capitalist Long-Wave Cycles

 

    The question hence arises what historically causes capitalist long-wave crisis? And is a new cyclical long-wave boom likely?

            Capital is invested in:

New productive capital (plant/machinery etc).

Workers' wages (b1), and social wages(b2), eg. real demand.

Dividends (c1) and speculation (c2).

Welfare (d1), this is derived from taxes on (b1) and an expansion of the national debt, the costs borne predominately by workers, therefore it cannot properly be considered an additional part of real demand.  And corporate welfare (d2), this includes arms contracts, pension scams, profit guarantees etc.

 

            Capital is motivated by the pursuit of surplus profits (above the average rate of profit), causing capital to flow into those sectors where profits are highest.

            Over the expansionary long-wave, the organic composition of capital (a), its' productivity, rises faster than workers' wages and social wages (b1,b2), real demand; which rise but not sufficiently to absorb all the products of (a) over the long-run. This is called over-accumulation (of capital).

            This over-accumulation of capital in a given sector, or the economy in general, causes market saturation or over-production; as there isn't' sufficient real demand to absorb all the products. This happens because the pressure of capital for growth in its' assets or a return on its' investment (c1), causes over-accumulation - productivity to grow out of kilter with real demand. This causes the rate of profit to fall in real industry (over the long-run) below the culturally expected level (ranging from country to country dependant on the relationship of class/imperial forces).

            When this fall in the rate of profit takes place in a certain sector or sectors, this causes periodic downturns (in a period of general upswing), until (with weaker concerns bankrupted etc) the rate of profit recovers to the average rate of profit.

            When this process of over-accumulation and market saturation becomes generalised throughout the productive economy, capital finds itself caught between two fires:

Falling real demand (of workers and social wages absorbing production).

Demands for higher wages (threatening the rate of profit and over-accumulated capitals' share).

 

            Unless (impossibly unlikely) capitalism were to voluntarily accept an evolving loss of hegemony (over control of production) and concedes either an evolving and continuous rise in wages or (preferably) in social wages, to bring the production/real demand relationship into kilter (for sustainable, stable and continuous growth), the situation cannot be (peacefully) resolved.

            This crisis leads to a build up of inflationary pressures - the struggle for surplus value - as capital seeks to pass the costs (of its profits) on either in higher prices to consumers or trades-union aided `social contracts', holding wages down threatening investment strikes & lockouts. And increasingly there is a regressive long-term switch of capital into speculation (c2), including the expansion of credit (against inflated property prices); and a growing dependency on military contracts (squeezing real demand still further) and corporate welfare (d2) - combined with a squeeze on (b1, b2 and d1).

            However as the only source of real wealth is real industry, these financial/speculative `investments', serve only to further milk the productive base of industry (and real demand able to absorb production), with demands for ever higher dividends - effectively treating capital as (unsustainable) income. Capitalism therefore has an increasing tendancy to disappear up its' own speculative arsehole (see rise and fall in land/house prices etc).

            It is a myth/lie that interests rates are used to `combat inflation'. The only way they `work' is by discouraging productive economic activity. This hammers real demand giving the purely cosmetic statistical appearance of lower inflation (reduced economic activity).

            In fact the raising of interest rates only serves to increase (proportionately & aggregately) the demands of parasitic finance (for ultimately higher dividends) on the productive base of the economy, weakening real demand (eg. increasing exorbitant mortgage/rent rates and chronic indebtedness - REVEALED NOT CAUSED - when the speculative/property  bubble bursts) institutionalising inflation (in hidden form, see indebtedness) and increasing susceptibility to inflationary pressures over the long-term (& ultimately a global credit crunch leading to global stagflation/ hyperinflation).

            Low nominal inflation conceals the impact of indebtedness and therefore merely illustrates the triumphal victory of capital over labor's capacity (through traditional means) to resist this continuous and permanent assault.

            The sole function and purpose of raising (real) interest rates is to restore the position of (especially unproductive finance) capital over labor in a period of crisis/permanent crisis, and nothing more. To re-iterate industry cannot/dare not resist, because this would mean mobilising the masses, who would then in turn force their own more radical agenda afterwards.

            The problem can be summarised simply as:

Capitalism is out of kilter viz real demand and accumulation

There is no (automatic) pol/econ mechanism to correct this. Eg. via increased wages and/or social wages - WPCs preventing capital being/becoming (again) a law unto itself - freeing a democratic parliament/local govt to play this (redistributive) role.

           

            Ironically it is now up to us to place reconstruction as our first priority to repair the damage done by decades of speculative vandalism to our industrial capital base. This means wages will have to be cut & taxes raised to finance reconstruction. But to re-emphasise - as long as these criminals control the pol/econ, there is absolutely no question whatsoever of our backing down from demanding even much higher wages, as all sacrifices under this regime are sacrifices for global finance and only serve to fuel its' insatiable greed. But to repeat, this is only a defensive measure to hold the line against further attacks, not a utopian end in itself; our priority is reconstruction.

 

            Such long-term crisis when resolved/resolvable, were done so through a long-term rise in wages (neccessary to provide the basis for a long-term upswing) after a re-ordering of the productive forces (the national & global division of labor - in turn) prepared & aided by a long-term fall (in the previous period of long-term downswing) in wages (by the reccessionary long-wave) and a decline in productive investment - raising the (potential) rate of profit after (the implementation of) revolutionary reform - As a starting point, from which the long-wave boom then generates its' own momentum, with reforms & rises in wages - until it eventually collapses due to over-accumulation.

            The key examples are:

 

Post-Chartism & Revolutions of 1848 - After the break-up of the hegemony of landed capital (by the abolition of the corn-laws and the last remnants of fuedalism in Europe) foreign trade was expanded and the (real) domestic purchasing power was driven up by

a) A reduction in the price of bread, meaning people had more real demand/purchasing power to purchase industrial products.

b) A raising in the price of labor (caused by extra industrial activity by foreign trade and a)-), as demand for labor grew; so did its' ability to bargain/push for higher wages in turn creating more (real) demand.

            Until over-accumulation/market saturation brought the long-wave expansion to an end in the early-mid 1870's - beginning a long-wave downturn.

 

Gladstone/ Asquith (continental Europe had similar variants) - With a new rise in radical politics & militant trades-unionism, threatening to assume revolutionary-political charachteristics (brought about by the early -mid 1870's - late1880's reccessionary wave).

a) Gladstone simply allowing laborism to force higher pay (and later Asquiths' more pro-active) reforms expanded the purchasing power of labor (whilst cutting the ground from the more extreme elements).

b) An expansion into new colonies creating new markets - in turn raising demand for labor/wages and real demand.

            Until over-accumulation & market saturation led to the crunch battle for markets of WW1, and the collapse of national capitalisms in Europe.

 

The Global Political-Economy - The fall in real wages brought about by the victory of fascism across continental Europe (smashing the labor movement) - and the (liberal imperialist) development of the global pol/econ by the process of WW2 (enabling USA led global rev-reform in response to the post - WW2 radical uprisings/expansion of the  core-radical empire - which processes of we shall examine in C7); provided the starting point for the boom & expansion of free-trade & world market (representing an advance on the old national capitalist systems of imperial preference & tariffs that preceded them), Which then as before, could generate their own development/momentum.

 

            WW2 (as we shall see later in C7) can be seen not as an explosion but as a transitional process from one stage of development to another.

            Conversely, the rise of global finance can be seen as not merely another stage of development but as a quantum pol/econ dynamic, that will either lead to its' (structural and molecular) revolutionary metamorphosis, or its savage implosion. As no single state is capable of taking the lead in the global reform of the system as FDR/USA was able to before.

 

            But there is another factor at work in the most dynamic/high tech corporations, that is perhaps of even greater importance in preventing any reform of the capitalist system.

 

            Ultimately the further development of the productive process/potential is ever-increasingly dependant on information, and has an increasing tendancy to require the socialisation of information (within a given corporate entity) requiring much flatter corporate organisations.

            The new knowledge workers are incapable of leading the revolution or (peaceful) transition to communism; but they (their very existence & neccessity in the modern productive process) prevent the generalised reform of capitalist pol/econ - by impelling the need for flat corporate organisations. Eliminating the social sub-stratification (within corporations in terms of control over knowledge) neccessary for maintaining social control & class stability - which can now only exist in ever greater armies of marginalised, underemployed, unemployed workers and middle managers.

            The information revolution is here but cannot (break out of the constraints of `corporate communism' - the universal liberation of capital from the need for workers) be realised without the revolutionary - political seizure of control of/over capital - redressing the economic/historical problem of lack of investment in PEOPLE.

    Capitalism therefore, has effectively abolished the conventional classical working class (as a pol/econ force). But rather than `all being middle class now' as some boot-lick souls of the regime would have us believe, all are faced with the prospect of lumpenisation - leaving behind only a potential amalgam of (steadily impoverished) revolutionary democratic forces, with the potential to coalesce around a program of socialist hegemony - forcing investment in people.

            Though as already stated, Order can only be consolidated on a global basis, with WARTIME sacrifices (especially from the core states) for global reconstruction.

 

 

 

Consequantly...

 

            The nation state consequantly, is good only for chaos and war - The military plutocratic core elites, in the core states (via their desperation to cling onto their plunder, by keeping the poorer nations and their own people under the heel of speculative finance capital), are feeding this econ chaos. And global finance led cryptic fascism, having eradicated laborism, must ultimately give way to a resurgent nation state based classical fascism; as the ruling criminals in their desperation to retain control of the pol/econ agenda, propel the world into the Apocalyptic Hell of nuclear, biological & chemical warlordism.

 

                Q. What about the megastates India & China? WHY can these not take over the geo pol/econ lead in the same way as USA caught up with & displaced British core imperialism????

 

As these states are so huge, their elites would (as overwhelming powers challenged by no-one) lack the nat sec state justification to maintain a political economic system based on a heirarchy of secrecy (such as exists in western core pol/econ powers... stabilising their military plutocratic regimes); as we shall see later.... these megastates states are actually undermined by their development as modern capitalist powers (no longer being able to hide behind 3rd world nat sec state justifications for existing....).... ....their emergent modern military plutocratic elites lack the legitimacy that such enjoy in the west.... their hold is extremely brittle, they cannot rule politically in their own name (unlike their counterparts in the west....) even as modern capitalism develops in the megastates the elites marginalise themselves in power, triggering explosive reaction, which the state itself is required to ride to retain control of events, leading to a spiral into the abyss.... potentially  even before the crash of the USA led global pol/econ itself.....

 

 

                Q             WHY is it only with the crash that the USA led system will collapse into warlordism?  WHY NOT like WWI, with political conflict developing between western European nation states in the midst of a boom?

 

                Because (as) the rise of global finance beyond the control of the nation state has outflanked marxism/ laborism, there is no longer the need to resort to general war (in Europe/ USA) to outflank a rising marxism/ laborism (as there was particularly in Germany in 1914), whose hand had been strengthened by a long wave econ boom; and secondly the nation state itself too weak, too beholden to capital market hegemony to be able to entertain such illusions (such as Germany could in 1914, in hoping to displace British? French imperialism). Therefore (apart from the threat of assymetric warfare eg biological terrorism &/ or the collapse of Russia - /descent of the Balkans into warlordism etc... - which are dealt with as scenarios later in this chapter) it is only when speculuative global finance system itself implodes that the major core Euro/ USA states & big Asian states will collapse into warlordism/ resort to such in a desperate attempt to retain control of the pol/econ agenda.

 

 

 

REVOLUTIONARY SCENARIOS

 

 

            (As briefly covered in `Political Nuclear Physics') it is the collapse of the USA led geo military plutocratic system & corresponding chaos in Europe that gives the Revolution the opportunity to seize control of the geo pol/econ agenda.....,

            While there are certain CONSTANT factors the revolutionary movement can be sure of, eg that it must essentially be EUROPE led, (.....we have outlined in the Basic Program how Europe must arise... via The Battle of Berlin,  defining itself against USA led & for global reconstruction - including the Green Revolution) there are also VARIABLE factors, &  therefore different possible gameplans we should employ, depending on how the chips of history fall.

            The following scenarios are not in the order they are most likely to occur (or otherwise would begin with scenario [c] on Northern Ireland being destabilised by the coming global economic implosion killing the economic peace boom required to stabilise it; instead of `the spectre of caesar in the USA' eg Northern Ireland is likely to have gone into meltdown before such can be consoldiated), but in the order that will best illustrate the geo strategic principles governing our campaign.

            It is important to emphasise the enemy centre of gravity must collapse BEFORE we can begin continuous operations (we shall examine what must be done before then, vis construction of the electronic underground/ Cyber Army in a later section of this chapter) via any of the scenarios outlined here.

 

 

 

We shall now examine how the shape of the European campaign is altered through the rise of a USA  military dictatorship

 

 

 

SCENARIO (A)

 

The Spectre of Caesar in the USA

 

            The impact of the global pol/econ crisis & the consequant (though temporary) rise of neo classical laborism could have an impact that radically alters the pattern of political conflict in the USA, and that would even force the USA fraction of the Rev Dem movement to adjust its strategy accordingly.

            The likelihood of such development is very difficult to quantify (the patterns of conflict depending on a number of variable/unquantifiable factors) - but we can sketch an outline of the possibilities.

 

            The rise of global finance has led to a squeeze on govt revenue from corporations. Previously (as Gore Vidal notes) accounting for 50% of tax revenue, now accounting for a megre 11%.

            This has manifested itself politically in a scramble among states to offer favorable concessions to corps (to base themselves in their area - further entrenching this process) and the scrapping of federal welfare (by central govt) leaving individual states to pick up the tab, which in turn has catalysed an inexorable squeeze on welfare spending.

            Ultimately the complete scrapping of welfare shall lead to massive internal migration, as people go where the work is. Which in turn shall lead to the erection of fortified boundaries by the richer areas/states to staunch this migration.

            This means the break up of the USA with all the fearsome global pol/econ consequences that entails.

 

            IF the central power can maintain the fiction of its legitimacy, then the USA would break up as have outlined.

 

            But apocalyptic econ crisis is likely to cut across this process & lead to massive rioting threatening to plunge the USA into complete chaos/ disintegration.

            In such a situation the army would inevitably be deployed.

            Equally inevtably, the current plundering regime would find itself unable to hold together a viable pol/econ centre of gravity. It would therefore be impossible for the army to effectively quell the rioting/maintain the (temporary or permanent) integrity of the USA without the deposition of the regime in whole or in part.

 

            The golden scenario is wholesale rev Bonapartism, a geo pol/econ ally/auxilliary of the rev dem movement especially in Europe, & worldwide.

            Quantum Materialism still be a geo pol/econ neccessity on the European front. And an American Cromwell would still be dependant on our independant movement (in the USA) - underpinned by the Euro movement.

 

            There is as we outlined, an absolute neccessity for, the most extreme globalist rev reconstructionist rev pol/econ policy to geo politically underpin the USA revolution. Or else by default, the USA will choke on its own barbed wire and USA foreign & consequantly domestic pol/econ policy will be determined by a predatory expansionist agenda, led by a Caesar/Caesarian caste hijacking the pol/econ agenda.

            While it may have seemed at first glance, that victory in the USA would lead the rest of the world to drop into our lap like an over ripe peach, we can see that a powerful Euro movement is neccessary to check an incipient Caesarist imperial option and underpin USA global rev reconstructionists.

 

            But the Q here is, arising from a rev Bonapartist takeover, if you have military hegemonic control of finance, WHO controls the military?

 

            HOW is civil society control manifest?

 

            Elected WPCs

 

            So this be the shape of struggle:

 

WPCs vs an evolving Caesarist heirarchy.

           

            In the beginning the rev Bonaparte, metamorphosing into Caesar, would have significant civil society backing - at least in the beginning. And there would be significant confusion concerning the `revolutionary' legitimacy of any incipient Caesarist regime.

           

            (Re-inforced by the Euro struggle) The WPCs/RDM should mobilise for globalised rev reconstruction (civil conversion of/trashing of military industrial complex to consolidate this) on a global scale - to avoid USA pol/econ choking on its own nat sec state barbed wire. And bring the army and all institutions under its steel control & establish the common ownership of information.

            Caesarism will mobilise for war, & to crush the WPCs (playing the nat sec state card/threat - presumably vis China/Japan/Pacific rim though - as shall see conflict with a Russian warlordist/ German axis looms largest of all etc).

 

            But we are still left with the Q of how USA rev dems should deal with such an institutional threat arising from an incipient caesarist hegemony (eg if revolution not underpinned by WARTIME SACRIFICES FOR GLOBAL RECONSTRUCTIONISM, by default going into Caesarist reversal as pol/econ chokes on its own barbed wire).

 

            As we shall see later (Vol I C5) USA laborism would only set up a political organ (labor party), to try and re-take the agenda from a rev dem movement.

 

            How would this work?

 

            Reforms combined with repression, until all that be left be repression.

            Yet the patterns of struggle (rev pol delegitimisation) would be much the same as that in Europe, in a pseudo legitimate state rather than an overtly Caesarist state (note the curiosity that the USA would actually, for a period, be held together in order to try and repel the rev movement).

 

            But following such a military takeover, the revolution, mobilised through WPCs, should seize the offensive and declare IMMEDIATE war on any element that seeks to (play the nat sec state card &) prevent total freedom of govt/corporate info - especially on nat sec state & block the common ownership of information (wholesale scrapping of copyright/ PRIVATE OWNERSHIP OF INFO)  declaring all such to be treason.

    (THE COMMON OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION IS THE CHECKING MECHANISM AGAINST RE-EMERGENCE OF MILITARY PLUTOCRACY GENERALLY/ & SACRIFICES FOR GLOBAL RECONSTRUCTION  NECCESSARY TO CONSOLIDATE IT AGAINST RE-INTRODUCTION OF MILITARY PLUTOCRACY)

            Indeed this means a process of PERMANENT revolution UNTIL its ultimate (rev dem anti-Caesarist) consolidation.

            Correspondingly, as neccessary distinctions between military & political wings disappear in such a scenario, the (thence) MILITARILY LED movement should adopt the name `REVOLUTIONARY SALVATION FRONT'.

 

            Compared with Indonesia & Asia etc, the USA regime is more clearly the enemy of its citizenry. Therefore its nat sec state will be in a much weaker position against its rev dems than a nat sec state regime in Indonesia - able to point to USA power etc.

           

            In this regard there be a marginalisation of global finance' absolutism at the core similar to fuedal absolutisms' marginalisation against finance in the English Civil War.

            With this critical difference. Victory is NOT an automatic/linear inevitability. It requires global underpinning & human consciousness to finally seize hegemony over matter. (Bringing us back to the historic role of the God Dialectic - which we shall examine in Vol II of `Substance Over Form')

 

            In this apocalyptic confrontation, Blacks & Hispanics occupy the position as the crucial bridge for the globalising campaign, so critical to keeping the revolution on course.

 

            So in conclusion, the rev pol/econ centre of gravity of an antifascist Federated Socialist Commonwealth of Europe/World, must be forged in flames through the twin battles of Berlin & the USA - BOTH triggered by the London launch.

 

            (If there is NO USA Caesar pre launch especially in Europe, then It should be added that USA anti-fascists should ORDINARILY begin their campaign with another `Harpers' Ferry' - type raid - which began the American Civil War) this time launched against the Ku Klux Klan).

 

 

 

The impact of a USA Caesar on the European campaign

 

            It may be that some or all of the pseudo legitimate European govts will fall (to military regimes). In which, in those states, the pattern of struggle on a Europe wide basis, is much like that in the USA. But this is by no means certain.

            Where the struggle is over REVOLUTIONARY legitimacy, then the USA type anti Caesarist pattern of struggle must be deployed, to consolidate/ secure the revolution against Caesarism/ fascism.

            But where the struggle is against the old pseudo legitimate regime, WITHOUT ANY APPEARANCE OF REVOLUTIONARY LEGITIMACY, then, in such an event (as outlined above), as the CORE imperial  regime lacks legitimacy, it becomes MANIFEST that Germany, ALL the European regimes are no more than the USA's proxies (or incipient proxy regimes - if it is not yet clear that USA Caesarism is consolidated - it  certainly would be WITHOUT Euro revolutionary underpinning).

    Consequantly, COMPLETELY REGARDLESS of wether or not (any) said  European regimes possess formal (pseudo) democratic legitimacy, they constitute an IMMEDIATE military target for a (militarily led) REVOLUTIONARY SALVATION FRONT (named to distinguish it from the more complicated parrallel organ type campaign outlined earlier, neccessary when the regime STILL possesses pseudo legitimacy).

            As without pseudo legitimacy at the CORE (USA) the political conflict is reduced to a straightforward clash between  Engels' `...armed bodies of men'.

            With our (global reconstructionist) program against theirs, the campaign couldn't be simpler or clearer. The struggle would no longer be determined by complicated Qs of legitimacy/ pseudo legitimacy, merely of technical application in the field.

            Indeed we should (with a USA Caesar in power), BEGIN by assassinating British PM Tony Blair. & Britain, ALL Euro states become warrior nations for the establishment of the Euro Commonwealth, IMMEDIATELY exporting the campaign to Germany.

            The territorial demos martialing the forces  of the revolution, amount to an IMMEDIATE call for the unconditional surrender of the regime & OPEN mobilisation of the forces of the  revolution, rather than (as in the campaign to delegitimise a regime possessing pseudo legitimacy) part of a campaign to delegitimise the regime, indeed amount to an immediate DECLARATION OF INDEPENDANCE of Revolutionary Europe from USA hegemony.

 

 

Declaration of Independance

 

 

as INDICTMENT, but para 8 changed to:

 

In arms we hold that with the USA coup, it is (now) self evident, that the USA led European military plutocratic machine & its cohorts are enemies of all humanity. And therefore, declare an IMMEDIATE Revolutionary War of Independance against the USA & Quisling European military plutocracy, & for the Federated Socialist Commonwealth of (the regions of) Europe & Global Commonwealth Confederation.

 

 

Nb* The `Indictment' to be made by offical POWs, within the context of an ORTHODOX Quantum Materialist campaign. Wheras the `Declaration of Independance' is ONLY viable within the context of a USA military regime (lacking pseudo legitimacy), effectively liquidating the legitmacy of ALL European regimes, even if still possessing formal pseudo  legitimacy, as the CORE regime they ALL bow down before manifestly lacks it.

    THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDANCE SHOULD BE DEPLOYED IN LEAFLET FORM AS/ WHEN APPROPRIATE (we shall show leaflets appropriate to other scenarios in this chapter).

 

 

 

SCENARIO (B)

 

THE BATTLE FOR EUROPE

 

The next scenario is more complex. We have to pay special attention to the peculiarities of the pseudo legitimacy of the European regimes.

            Ostensibly the situation looks dire for the revolution without/ until the USA Caesarist threat (to weld Europe together), but don't worry, not only will the rise of fascist chaos make Europeans increasingly desperate for order at any price, but  the threat of Russia's collapse (the terrifying consequances of as elaborated, even if Lebed comes to power & stabilises things via civil conversion/ import substitution, aggressive `humanitarian' intervention as a foreign diversion, in the Balkans by a west destabilised by the global econ implosion & unable to afford Russian success standing as an indictment against them, would lead to Russian popular warlordism eclipsing such a reconstructionist Russian state) enables the rev movement to pitch a global reconstructionsit framework to counter this apocalyptic threat combined with campaign delegitimising the European regimes for being proxies of the USA regime.

           

 

            But hang on, isn't Blair's Britain the lynchpin of pox Americana? HOW can we then export the rev campaign to GERMANY, less still unite Europe, in a campaign defining a European Commonwealth AGAINST USA imperialism?

 

            It is the combined characteristic, the threat from RUSSIA (as a consequance of European military plutocratic hegemony in alliance with USA core imperialism), that ENABLES us to hold together a pan European rev campaign.

    As we shall see, the only ally European military plutocrats would have against the USA is chaos (Russian revanchism & other suchlike)

 

Playing the Russia card

 

            Just as Europe holds the balance of power in the world, Russia in turn holds the balance of power in Europe. For aside from the threat of a USA caesar (which is certainly leaving things a bit late/ too close to the knuckle) it requires the threat of an active Russia to scare the Germanic/ ALL Euro peoples out of their complacency, & make them face up to the neccessity of making massive WARTIME sacrifices for global reconstruction (including Russia), or else, west Europe shall choke on its barbed wire & face a punishment of truly apocalyptic proprtions. (we must make this truly terrifying spectre the backbone of our propagandic construct - every christ needs its antichrist). The threat to western Europe can be triggered by:

 

1) The global econ implosion triggering war gathering its own momentum in Northern Ireland (which we shall examine in depth later).

 

2) Internal collapse of the Russian pol/econ independantly of (or perhaps triggering or triggered by) the global econ implosion.

 

3) Simmering/ renewed conflict vis NATO's indirect oil war in the Balkans (which we shall examine later) - leading to revanchist Russian popular intervention, their inevitable victory (if NATO are really stupid and send in ground troops too early) leading to the Russian elites being directly eclipsed by warlords. Or (afterwards, with the collapse of the mafia comprador regime in Russia & admittedly barely concievable rise of socialist civil production, deliberately sabotaging this reconstruction by provoking Russia, to strengthen the hands of the military warlords/ fascists, to divert internal pol/econ anger in the west against a foreign enemy) a resurgent Russian radical socialist democracy being eclipsed by military warlords - via a manifest foreign threat.

 

            (We shall examine the Balkan war later - though while the 2nd & 3rd cannot be ruled out  of hand, the 1st is the more likely scenario as we shall see, as for the use of nuclear weapons by NATO/ USA against a rebel 3rd world state, we examine this in the `Neutralising Doomsday' scenario later in this chapter, the response is much that as for dealing with a USA Caesar)

 

 

THE BATTLE FOR EUROPE

 

            We now turn our attention to the framework of the European campaign, beginning with an examination of geo/ pol/ econ context.

 

            Germany is only a grave threat as a USA proxy or similar conduit for revanchist Russian warlordism (which we shall examine later), NOT as a power in its own right.

            As an independant power, it is too well marked by the Russians & western Europe.

            No. The threat (for the USA regime) is that Germany becomes the moral backbone of FSC Europe & that the consequant global commonwealth confederation leads to the outright collpase/ovethrow of USA global hegemony/ regime itself (this is alos a problem for the  German military plutocracy).

            It is ONLY as a USA proxy that Germany can carry out a Euro Thatcherite/ cryptic fascist agenda (though overt fascist warlordism will increasingly overtake cryptic fascism eg in Ulster/ mainland Britain & increasingly all the various ethno/ national hotspots of Europe).

 

            WITHOUT USA underpinning (or Russian revanchism), Germany cannot hold a reactionary policy together. Except by force. Which is extremely brittle.

            But WITH USA military pol/econ underpinning, perversely as the CORE USA regime has pseudo legitimacy, German hegemony has legitimacy - Eg this psuedo legitimacy can ONLY be destroyed by destroying USA legitimacy & resisting it via global civil war (as outlined).

            Our task is to break Germany away from the USA regime, to fulfil its task as the moral backbone of FSC Europe/ the world, by scaring them (& everyone else) shitless with the spectre (not only of USA caesarism but) the very real threat of Russian revancism/ warlordism - as the punishment for western Europe if it fails to accomplish said task.

            Given Germany's history, German radicals be obviously reluctant to take the lead in pushing revolutionary independance from USA imperialism (fear of wider European historical suspicions of German nationalism). Therefore, revolutionaries from (the most servile lickspittle regime of USA imperialism) Britain, must begin the process, detonating the campaign in Britain as a mere staging post for a Euro Easter in Germany (& new Harper's Ferry in USA) against German classical fascism - to launch the rev pol campaign.

            (We shall later analyse how the rise of classical fascism in Britain shall enable the British detonation of the campaign proper/ continuous operations in Europe in the section/ scenario `A Very British Fascism')

 

            Appropriately it is in revolutionary Britons violently rebelling against USA imperialism (GLADIO, COINTELPRO, `Coupschool'), that the anti USA hegemony aspect of the campaign (for the establishment of the European commonwealth) is most intensely manifest.

 

            If the USA is the primary problem, why not British involvement in a Harper's Ferry before the Battle of Berlin?

 

            Because the USA needs underpinning by Europe (& Russia). Without confronting the USA with a movement for rev Europe, there isn't sufficeint geo pol weight  to anchor the USA revolution (to prevent a caesarist degeneration), to present the regime with a fiat accompli, as Germany can be with the threat of Russia's collapse (& consequant need for FSC Europe/ Global Commonwealth confederation). Correspondingly, the launch of the European campaign, AUTOMATICALLY ENABLES the USA campaign to be launched.

 

 

            The following outline of the Euro campaign should be seen in the above GLOBAL context.

           

 

            Historically the fragmentation of power in Europe, between its nation state components causes (as we shall now examine) a unique tendancy to institutionalised neo classical laborism.

 

            The Euro began as a German Thatcherite project. A policy followed through by default, from EC origins as an anti USSR pol/econ confederacy - that had (post USSR), in order to continue to exist (to avoid national conflicts coming into play as the immediate primary pol/econ factor), maintain a forward momentum in order to prevent the whole thing unravelling. Eg whatever reservations states/ elites/ peoples' had, it served as a policy of default, putting of IMMEDIATE all out European conflict between states or classes.

 

            But in order to prevent it falling apart completely, immediately, a reformist/ laborist dimension must be included. Eg due to this historic fragmentation of power (unlike the USA NOT a single imperial power - nor is any one state comfortably stronger than the rest combined - leaving the 4th Reich option as the last desperate throw of the elites once all other options have been exhausted), laborism in Europe exhibits a unique tendancy to transcend nation state boundaries, making it appear (at first sight) that all talk of the death of laborism/ reformism appears (superficially) absurd, as it manifestly displays a significant impact in the short term on pol/econ policy.

            Most keenly manifest in the instituional battle to control the Euro between reformist laborists & finance capital.

 

            But as with every classical laborist/ reformist tendancy (& indeed Marxism - as we shall see when we examine the Russian revolution in C6), the fatal weakness of this tendancy is down to something absolutely fundamental:

 

A LIE

 

            As the truth about the need for sacrifices is not told, reaction to any such tendancy to re-distribution (especially global - for without a global framework for global econstruction & sacrifices for global reconstruction - all  only leads back into nat sec state/ re-emergent military plutocracy by default, in an effort to keep down the poorer peoples VIS THE GLOBAL ECON IMPLOSION), shall gather strength, with NO mobilisation of a (correspondingly demorilised) revolutionary resistance - as any such tendancy is ABORTED by the lie.

            For if you `lie for people's own good', those that feel the pain of sacrifice either for continued rule of the elite OR incipient commonwealth, WILL respond aggressively (without a crushing response from the aforementioned abortive rev resisitance). Trying to accomplish the Commonwealth by sleight of hand, would only encourage aggression from the elite (exploiting the rage of those enduring the elite's continued existence, due to SPD lies - of LaFontaine & co.) -setting in motion the far right, whilst simaltaneously failing to educate/ mobilise potential rev elements - leading to enemy control of the agenda & a rout. Therefore as revolutionaries, we say it openly:

 

COMMONWEALTH OR OBLIVION

- is the choice confronting humanity

 

            So, this laborist/ reformist tendancy, whilst gravely antagonising the military plutocrats in Europe, most particularly in Germany (the defacto proxy of USA core imperialism), cannot consolidate a European Commonwealth. As such an objective means aggressively confronting the military plutocracy, mobilising the masses against the fascist threat, which the elites will inevitably play, in a fight to the finish.   

            We can see already as I pen this(8/ 1/ 99) that this reaction is not waiting for an incipient Euro Commonwealth to come into being.

 

            The CDU/CSU (eg pseudo legitimate military plutocratic parties) are taking to the streets, mobilising Poujadist forces to play the race card (against the granting of citizenship to German Turks). They shall certainly NOT hesitate to do such over the heavier sacrifices neccessary to prevent disintegration of Russia (they shall really go to town when the mass migration from Russia starts) or to construct the European Commonwealth/ global Commonwealth confederation.

            And without a reconstructionist/ re-distributive mechanism (to establish the Commonwealth frameworks) the only path left for Europe to follow is that of consolidation of the military plutocratic elites - under German hegemony - let us spell out clearly what this means, this means the consolidated implosion of the global pol/econ, which in turn means war, within & between the empires (not to mention the spectre of the collapse of Russia, descending into nuclear, biological & chemical warlordism as different mafias vy for control....spreading chaos worldwide) - as in a last desperate attempt to retain control of the pol/econ agenda (as the pol/econ regime implodes), they seek to divert internal rage externally...

    (eg mass migration from Russia, fuels rise of a classical fascist movement gathering its own warloridst momentum, brutal treatment of migrants in turn fuels Russian popular warlordist revanchism a la Genghis Khan, which can only be bought of via an anti USA classical fascist alliance, backing the Palestinians to absolve themselves of guilt of the Holocaust & as a foreign diversion. in turn the USA caring nothing any more for what germany or any other state thinks, seeking its own diversion, encourages specifically USA classical fascist tendancies to rebild the temple in Jerusalem, demolishing the Dome of the Rock - so the stage will be set for a shitty apocalyptic B - Movie with a cast of billions, costing the whole world).

            This war can only be nuclear (& biological & chemical), can only spell oblivion for the entire human race. An All- European General Revolutionary Civil War to establish the Socialist Commonwealth or oblivion - this is the choice that confronts us.

 

            What should our strategic approach be to the CDU/CSU, which working within the aforementioned framework, is perfectly capable of consolidating a Hitlerian core/ seizure of power (and similar elements in other Europeans states)?

 

            This may be defined as the `Enoch Powell/ Tebbit dilema'

 

            Eg at what point, do we say this Q of institutional elements, possessing some pseudo legitimacy (as belonging to a party possessing such pseudo legitimacy historically), not quite fascist, not quite not, CRYSTALLISES into a legitimate target to be routed wholesale - even BEFORE the masses are ready/ supportive of insurrection?

 

            Basically, when the historically pseudo legitimate right or any such section of them takes to the streets, they become SEMI legitimate targets.

 

            This sounds an appalling cop out! What do we mean by `semi legitimate' targets?

 

            Basically we have to construct our own SEMI legitimcay (eg BEFORE we have actually delegitimised the regime, establishing our complete legitimacy - enabling us to overthrow the regime wholesale via insurrection) via the anti fascsit POW struggle, after massacring classical fascists (those rooted in WWII Nazi/ fascist/ collaborationist culture - WE SHOULD BEGIN BY ATTACKING THE HARDLINE NAZIS & RAPIDLY THENCE KEY ELEMENTS ACROSS THIS SPECTRUM - we shall analyse the notable exception to this principle in `Checkpoint of History' towards the end of this chapter).

            It is THIS semi legitimacy of the POWs/ blood struggle/ sacrifice, that confers on our movement the legitimate right to control of the streets, to establish our campaign/ to delegitimise the regime fully (to overthrow it).

 

            Therefore when we have acquired this semi legitimacy by massacring hardline classical fascists (as well as counterposing our rev program against military plutocratic hegemony), we have the right/ duty to fight the CDU/CSU and their British/ Euro counterparts , arms in hand, for control of the streets.    

 

            The fascist problem in Europe is rooted in the very existence of Germany - and the existence of the (other) nation states generally in Europe.

            Germany (most clearly) is too big and not big enough. Too much weight to be just another state, too small to be a peaceful rev dem continental/global federation - it is incapable of resolving the threat of global pol/econ decomposition with its attendant threat of nuclear warlordism.

 

            Therefore by default imperial/expansionist adventures (as a proxy of USA regime- in context of global econ implosion & later Russian revanchism) are inevitable, as an attempt by its ruling elite to maintain control of the pol/econ agenda

 

            The only way to counter this threat is the creation of: A Europe of the regions (the subsuming of Germany into a European Commonwealth) - which as well as being a  framework for continental reconstruction through sacrifices to aid 3rd world/Russia acts as a framework for the reconstruction of the whole world - to prevent the core choking on its own barbed wire.

            F.S.R.G.B. Britain itself must only be a transitional form. It must exist as a federation, bulwark/stockade only for as long as a great power threat exists. The same goes for all other large/medium sized states, to eliminate all  (need for) armies, the consolidating & eradication of nat sec states and caesarist pretensions.

 

            To re-iterate, a European Commonwealth (of the regions) is manifest and only manifest in the process of econ sacrifices for continental/global reconstruction - to prevent Germany/ western Europe/ richer states choking on their own (nat sec state) barbed wire via a plundering military plutocracy; ruining the national as well as the continental/global pol/econ. Note the $19 TRILLION wasted on military expenditure by the USA to maintain its global hegemony (& keep the 3rd world in its place) over the course of the cold war.

 

    In the process of the antifascist global civil war the entire nation state construct and its legitimacy breaks down as the operational theatre of the new rev warfare is globalised. Eg:

 

We all (British, French etc & German), attack German classical fascism (a threat to all Europe).

 

The  German Army responds... in the name of `territorial soveriegnty'. Which amounts to a glorified police operation to defend the rights of classical fascists, in order to defend the pol/econ regime that cannot afford to crush the last weapons available to them to retain hegemonic power/control over the pol/econ operational agenda.

 

On no account are we to use missiles in response etc WHATEVER THE REGIME IN GERMANY RESORTS TO - we should treat the struggle in EXACTLY the same way we DO the campaign WITHIN Britain (eg Berlin is as much a part of the incipient commonwealth as London - and we would not bomb London if the regime was mad enough to engage in air strikes on Liverpool, to try and prevent re-inforcement of the southern campaign from northern forces), therefore NO missile attacks etc - as this weakens the all imortant political support within the core power in Germany - indeed even if  an existing  rev stockade state isdefeated, then the core power German elite will find itself marginalised  in power - as their own consolidation breathes life into our rev program in Germany - just as the military defeat of I-Bs in Britain etc actually aids the rev pol campaign/delegitimising of the regime in Britain, preparing the way for its overthrow.

 

            Such shall be the shape of the All - European civil war, against (both) Quislings and German fascism. With European and German rev dems fighting alongside together in the name of the new European Commonwealth (for`God & Freedom') - Against both classical fascists (those rooted in a WWII Nazi/ collaborationist culture) AND the legitimated pol/econ forces/elites defending them, in an attempt to defend their control over the pol/econ agenda - a war waged across borders, in every part of the incipient Commonwealth.

 

            In the very process of the rev campaign/war therefore, the nation state will therefore effectively break down/be displaced by the Commonwealth.

            Where it appears to rise again, this be no more than a transitional form (eg a mere stockade against fascism - as in Britain), falling away as the regions assert their hegemony within the Commonwealth over the (outmoded & naturally belligerent/expansionist and therefore) defunct nation state construct.

 

The British Trigger

 

            As German anti fascists be afraid to launch this campaign themselves for historical reasons, fear of the rest of Europe's fear of German nationalism, it  requires the most servile apologists of USA imperialism, the British, to awaken Europe to its global tasks through the launch of the Battle of Berlin (eg mobilising for  immediately after detonating the campaign in Britain) a TET style offensive against German classical fascism.

            Essentially the Revolution registering its presence. `When you have lost confidence in your regime, there is a (reconstructionist) program/ framework/ movement to enable European/ global civil society to rescue the situation, by seizing hegemony over finance'.

            The detonation of the campaign in the periphery, outside the German core, in Britain, has the role of preparing a mobilisation for war against German classical fascism/ & rev pol war against the core regime - as well as against the satellite regimes - & simaltaneously opens up the front against the USA core regime (vis GLADIO in western Europe, COINTELPRO in the USA, & its' terrorist colonial policy).

 

            Why the Battle of BERLIN after the London Launch? Why not Vienna (vis Haider) or Paris? Or Brussels?  Or Rome?

 

            The idea is that the REVOLUTIONARY & anti fascist components of our campaign must be COMBINED. They cannot be unless you can consolidate a revolutionary pol/econ centre of gravity, this means a GENERAL convergence on (to consolidate) the CORE rather than the peripheral bases (which, to secure victory, need consolidation from the core). This requires GERMANY (which must become the strategic & moral backbone for the European Comonwealth - of the regions, of  the whole global commonwealth confederation), the decisive geo pol/econ factor in Europe. If you cannot consolidate (geo pol/econ) the Revolution, you cannot consolidate anti fascism.

 

            The masses in ALL of Europe must be mobilised around the idea of war, not only against their own fascists, but absolutely critically, war against German fascism - without this pan commonwealth centre of gravity, the movement in the Euro periphery (eg outside the Germanic states) CANNOT be held together, will INEVITABLY degenerate into terrorism - eg note the British section which would come under the malign hegemony of the IRA (a Q/ threat we shall examine how to deal with later).

           

            Even though the centre of gravity is Berlin, a pre existing example (London) will be neccessary to galvinise a significant section of Euro/German radicalism (open up the path for) to look more to the new methods of warfare (this holds true for most of W. Europe, to varying degrees). Wheras the British simply (particularly with the Ulster factor we shall examine later) no longer have even the illusion of a choice.

            So London opens the offensive, joined by other actions in Europe (to establish beachheads/focal points for the new movement) - All the while the central impetus (as a mere preparation) is to converge on Berlin.

 

            To re-iterate the new rev theory works like a hydrogen bomb.

            Throughout the rev pol campaign, the I-Bs be the equivalent of the high explosive, whose blood sacrifice/compression on the rev pol idea (the common ownership of information) on the consciousness of humanity, creates a critical situation.

            Their nominal defeat, paves the way for the political discrediting/delegitimisation of the regime (shadow insurrection) and therefore its military overthrow.

            This be the DNA of the new rev pol dialectic.

 

            But (as we have seen so far in Chapter 1, shall see again in Vol II C2 subsection `The Battleplan & global settlement' comparisons with WWII), it also be parrallel vis the core powers against rev stockade states.

 

            Military plutocracy is now able to exhaust itself through victory in a war against the new rev pol movement (against rev stockade states) - in a way analagous to the defeat/partial defeat of reactionary egalitarian nat sec states in the French & Russian revolutions (which we shall analyse in Chapter 2 Vol II & Chapter 6 Vol I) As a consequance of the combination of:

 

The exhaustion of all room for dialogue/bargaining between capital & labor.

 

An external rev incursion against classical fascists - combined with the rev pol idea (common ownership of information).

 

The defeat of such an incursion, indeed victory over the `threat'.

 

- would lead to the exhaustion/eclipse of military plutocracy nationally, on a continent wide basis and globally - as masses in core imperial regimes see their own regime as the greatest threat to them (especially in the context of the Russian chaos) - breathing life into the rev idea implanted by the anti fascist incursion, defeated by the core imperial regime.

            After the critical point has been reached at which an expansionist regime, having so exhausted itself, be overthrown from within (vis overthrow of German fasciszing regime) ALL military plutocracies will be exhausted. Eg NO continually replicated game of rev - reactionary - rev leapfrog.

 

            To clarify it is the apocalyptic threat of Russian chaos, wether or not immediately manifest, that holds from the first leaflet to the final victory, our entire European campaign together; enables us to force through the rev reconstrctionist program for global commonwealth confederation.

            But at the very least, the Ulster Q (which we shall examine later) be sufficient to get us through to the main event - eg even if the movement immediately repressed, it will enable (via Battle of Berlin) spreading the seeds of the new movement, especially via the underground Cyber Army - amidst general pol/econ turmoil - sufficiently so that when Russian (even other/ earlier out of control mass migratory) chaos does begin to arise, it immediately breathes life into our program (against resurgent/ out of control classical fascism, WHICH MEANS WAR, fatally undermining the pol/econ centre of gravity of  the regime).

            Key point is we depend  on FUSION between:

 

a) Enemy's marginalisation in power.

 

b) Geo chaos overstretching the enemy.

 

c) General propagation of the rev program.

 

            For  the regime, a temporary national (German)  victory over the Revolution (even overturning of a rev state in Britain),would still equate to a European defeat by the Revolution (as a TET style offensive against German classical fascism still helps to spread the seeds of its program - germinating) when the (nation state based military plutocratic) regime is geo pol overstretched by a sufficient taste of chaos/ mass migration, of a process run out of control (the ultimate Russian threat behind it); fixing OUR centre of gravity (of continuous operations) at the Battle of Berlin, paving the way for our final victory.

 

            It should be made clear that this most certainly is NOT an inevitable process - without deployment of the rev pol idea at the core, it cannot take root at the core & the slide into nuclear, biological & chemical warlordism shall occur as a linear process - unless human consciousness seizes hegemonic control over matter/finance (currently being determines consciousness, but if humanity is to survive, consciousness MUST determine being).

            Indeed it is only this threat from the bony hand of oblivion, casting its shadow over 1st & 3rd world alike, that can force human consciousness/ civil society to seize hegemonic control over matter/finance, and attainredemption through sacrifice- for global reconstruction & redevelopment.  (ALL rev propagandists take note).

 

            To make clear Scenario (B) CANNOT BE LAUNCHED IN A VACUUM, but requires either the global econ implosion, Russia or China's implosion, (or N. Ireland's explosion which we shall analyse later consolidated by the global econ implosion), or land war in the Balkans (with the spectre of war inevitably gathering its own momentum, which we shall examine later).

            It needs such a trigger of apocalyptic proportions to breathe life into our program, ITS LAUNCH IN BRITIAIN. So that the revolution standing against the military plutocracy on the one hand & the advancing forces of total chaos on the other, can take its place as the saviour  of humanity. THOUGH THE MERE THREAT OF RUSSIA'S DEATH IS SUFFICIENT TO LAUNCH THE CAMPAIGN IN EUROPE/ GERMANY (even if NOT to secure victory.

 

 

SCENARIO (B) part 2

 

A VERY BRITISH FASCISM

 

                We have already analysed in `Political Nuclear Physics' how the rise of finance beyond the control of the nation state means there is no more room for bargaining between capital  & labor, leading to death of laborism,  which in turn is leading to the collapse of the Tory party as the `Party of Order', (as a union of big business with various incipient fascist/ reacionary trends, formerly contained by big business as they didn't want an all out clash with laborism, when there was still room for bargaining between capital & labor), as Blair's New Labor functions as the party of order for it, which means the various reactionsry scum inside & outside the Tory party are increasingly free to set up in business by the themselves.

                We have seen how this is leading to incipient fascist currents consolidating within the Tory party (which will burst forth into the open  with the global econ implosion/ collapse of peace boom in Ulster/ descent into outright warlordism/ fascist overspill on the mainland merging with Tory anti EU warlordism, becoming overnight a classical fascist formation, in addition to or merging with the classical fascist BNP, - the right to commit genocide wthin `our own' borders...), & also how (now that big business no longer is able to keep the scum in check, within the Tory party), the scum are free to set up in business by themselves with the BNP.

                We have seen how the death of laborism has led to the death of conventional antifascism, how this has left Asians/ Blacks prone to NF marches giving them  the choice of doing  nothing (with things becoming worse) or rising to the bait with riots (enabling BNP to consolidate politically).

 

                We have also seen that Ulster card leads to....

                But that the BNP cannot consolidate (eg this is not 1933, there is no solvent USA to provide short term credit to buy time to galvinise the population through a war boom, no USSR to provide a geo proximite threat) & that the rev movement can exploit apocalyptic fascist chaos to propel  the new rev theory/ solution - position itself as the party of order, in the context of a world desperate for order at any price, to drive its rev reconstructionist solution, delgitimisation of the military plutocratic regime.... (& in immediate period build/ martial its forces by combining the execution of BNP cadres with the spread of new rev theory via the cyber army in preperation for when the global econ crash enables the launch of continuous operations...)

 

 

So now we turn our attention to the details of....

 

 

The British Detonator

 

 

                We have seen/ examined how Britain must define the Euro rev campaign, but NOT in detail how a British classical fascist current will emerge present a threat sufficient to enable the Revolution to launch continuous operations (positioning itself as the Party of Order against fascist chaos, using the most extreme of rev programs to consolidate order on a pan European basis - as outlined in Political Nuclear Physics etc).

 

                Of course the collapse of Russia into warlordism (which will lead to mass migration westwards, classical fascist reaction against/ brutal treatment of Russian the migrants, not to mention the aforementioned threats of revanchist Russian warlordism in response), can give us our opportunity (we shall also examine in the `Neutralising Doomsday' scenario [d] how the rev movement can/ must respond to a nuclear strike by NATO on any 3rd world rebel state - though this is extremely unlikely until the global econ implosion has already propelled the global pol/econ into an advanced state of tailspin).

                But, the global econ implosion will lead to a growth of a specifically British fascist current , by destabilising Ulster (by killing the economic peace boom required to stabilise it, leading to political warlordism as the only way the Ulster military plutocratic elite can retain control of the pol/econ agenda, classical fascist overspill on the mainland & linkage with the Ulster & EU Qs, assertion of `our soveriegn right'  to commit genocide - which will lead to the Tory party becoming a classical fascist party overnight, in addition to or merging with the classical fascist BNP); & it is this we shall now examine.

                While this factor is certain to arise (vis global econ implosion) it is by no means absolutely certain that this WILL be the factor which finally makes the initial breech of the enemy's centre of pol/econ gravity, though it is the most likely (eg we shall examine the impact of Russia's collapse later on in this chapter).

 

 

Understanding:

The Ulster Factor

 

            Any element on the left that does not push for war in Europe, inevitably will be trapped operationally within a British mainland context, will be sucked into the singularity of N. Ireland (which would even suck in Europe - though having its hands full with Russia).

            The only defence against the black hole of Belfast, is rev war in Europe, or to be completely ineffectual/ irrelevant, NOT a factor.

 

            But the N.Irealnd/ Europe Q is also a/ the pivotal concern for Blair & co.

            The Revolution AND Blair are both trying to escape N. Ireland by anchoring their systems in Europe.

            This geo strategy explains his most important macro policy decisions, from  pushing a German Thatcherite Euro agenda to appease British (Anglo/ USA) cryptic fascism, to enable Britain's entry into the Euro (paradoxically it is this Euro centred pol/econ approach which has enabled him to pass the limited redistributive reforms that others have commented on - while strengthening the tendancy of Euro Thatcherism & simply not possessing the geo pol/econ framework neccessary to be able to face down the scum of the Countryside Alliance, strengthening this incipient fascist formation along with anti EU Tory warlordism - to re-iterate it is neccessary to note this unity of fascizing processes - it is only when the apocalyptic threat manifests itself that the Revolution can seize the operational agenda/ launch continuous operationa, for it is only then that desperate for order at any price the masses will be willing to endure the price of Wartime sacrifices for global reconstruction neccessary to consolidate order); to his bellicose policy over Kosovo.

 

            Basically only 3 policies are possible. The pan commonwealth revolutionary (obviously not an option for Blair), a German/ Euro centred cryptic fascism, or, to pull back from Europe, and by default, get sucked into the singularity of N. Ireland polity.

            Blair is perfectly correct in this regard that that way lies total oblivion. The polity of EVERY British centred tendancy, from the British centred far left, to the most watery milk & water reformists, to the Tory nationalists would either be sabotaged by the nat sec state (vis N. Ireland) or simply (vis Tory INCIPIENT fascism - eg NOT YET classical fascists, though evolving in that direction) drift by default into supporting the bloodshed & asserting their right to do this AGAINST the threat of German/ USA imperialism (relying on Briton's fear of said expansionist forces - & becoming the political wing of a resurgent mainland classical fascism - including of course the rapidly growing BNP classical fascist component within the currently incipient fascist bloc of forces).

           

            This explains Blair's enthusiasm for bludgeoning Serbia, to further weld Britain into a Thatcherite Europe (with albeit a fatally decaying pseudo legitimacy) and furthermore to threaten (by implication) the same (from Germany/USA) to Tory incipient fascism, to attempt to partially paralyse it (though as we shall examine later there are other factors in the Kosovo conflict, vis the need to intimidate Greek  revanchism  NOT to seek revenge for the Ocalan affair by engaging in imperial adventures over Turkish Northern Cyprus, in order to stabilise core imperial control over the Mid East).

            The Britsh left as opposed to the Euro British left (pushing war in Europe - to try to reform the EU is completely unviable, as impossible to peacefully consolidate a global reconstructionist centre of pol/econ gravity, WITHOUT the violent overthrow of military plutocracy), are & shall simply be further scattered to the four winds.

 

The defeat of the IRA & interegnum (or `Peace Process')

 

            N. Ireland was stabilised with the defacto military defeat of the IRA by British military plutocratic state (using irregular Loyalists, whatever the official denials), thence calling their dogs of, instead of driving forward to fullscale ethnic cleansing, because there was no further use for them (& geo pol pressure/ outrage if had done).

            IF the state WAS always in control of the process, WHY hadn't they taken their dogs of the leash much earlier (this Q blinded the author/ everyone but the labyrynthine gameplan strategists of the regime, to thinking they DIDN'T have COMPLETE control of the process)?

 

            It is ONLY when the mainland left was vanquished, that they could safely adopt streamlined irregular tactics.

            As for as long as they were competing in a mass ideological battle, the danger of a connexion between Republican/ mainland radicals (which didn't scare the enemy - able to paint the mainland left as `mad bombers' etc) and in response Loyalist/ mainland fascists (which absolutely terrified them), meant that if ULSTER mass (warlordist) fascism had developed, the inevitable spillover onto the mainland, would have led to major rev antifascist movement developing, the process exploding in the enemy's face (mainland left absorbing antifascist elements of Loyalism/ Unionism). Therefore they adopted a policy of containment, until the danger subsided with the classical left's defeat.

 

            AFTER the IRA was defeated (hence ceasefire/ peace process), instead of driving forward to fullscale ethnic cleansing, because the regime had no further use for them (& geo pol pressure/ outrage if had done), Loyalist warlordism had no further pretext for existing.

            This has created the current interegnum (28/1/2000 - called the `peace process') which will only be eclipsed by global econ implosion, & Ulster military plutocratic elite deploying political warlordism to retain control of the pol/econ agenda being able to as mainland regime/ Blair will no longer be able to hold a pol/econ centre critically re-inforced by stabilising geo pol pressure.

    This will lead to classical fascist overspill on the mainland (which we must target, launching continuous rev pol operations as the enemy centre/ control of the process collapses), ultimately fusing with Tory anti EU warlordism (NOT just the BNP).

 

            BUT, if (vis row over decommissioning leading to collapse of the executive, terror attacks by LVF drawing the IRA back into resumed ethno/ national war) the IRA resume hostilities pre global econ implosion, then the previous process (of their defeat) will merely replicate itself (unless/ until cut across by global econ implosion - it is almost inconcievable  that the renewed IRA campaign could create a sufficient political backdraft, to catalyse the global econ implosion itself).

            For this reason the interegnum WILL hold or REstabilise, wether or not the (bourgeois) executive is (temporarily) conolidated, vis IRA agreeing to decommisioning (vis recognition of military plutocratic pseudo legitimacy) as the IRA's repeated defeat would lead to repeated geo pol pressure to contain the Unionist warlordist fraction.

            Just as it is certain that IRA decommissioning or no decommisioning, the military plutocratic politcal warlordists will be in the ascendancy vis global econ implosion (with mainland classical fascist fallout - enabling launch of continuous rev pol operations) as the ONLY way they can retain control of the pol/econ  agenda (eg the claim they havn't handed in ALL their arms); a bloodbath is in either case, inevitable.

 

 

Ulster & the Demographic Factor

 

            Might not the demography card mean a united capitalist Ireland? Eg with the British state  under geo institutional pressure of the `international community' (EU/USA)  (to avoid costly odium, find the political will to) containing Unionist ultras (in order to prevent war gathering its own momentum to avoid cataclysmic follow on mainland/ internationally) & with army enforcement, oversee the creation of a new police force capable (within an Ulster context) of breaking Loyalist pogroms, & consequantly forcing it to accept that demography will mean (with eventual nationalist majority) unification with the capitalist south. Eg the price of being part of the U.K. is to recognise the formality of majority rule (a catch 22 - leading to unification with the capitalist south).

            While there IS a tendancy towards this, indeed the IRA having been beaten (by Loyalists) can be seen as a precondition for such unification, the British military plutocracy getting shot of BOTH of them (note how 28/1/2000 the UFF's ominous offer to decommission its' own weapons can be seen as laying the political basis for a 2nd defeat of the IRA, eg it was `their fault' the peace process broke down, bringing us  by a more convoluted route to where we are now), the global econ imposion (as outlined) will shatter the foundations of the whole world. Ireland, united or otherwise, will not escape the consequances of a global descent into warlordism (indeed the secureaucracy/ Tory warlordists  love Ulster as a source of nat sec justification for clinging to power, which they cannot resist in their desperation to play the anti EU card to retain control of the pol/econ agenda, a lever to distance a rump carpet chewing English military plutocracy, itself prone to disintegration, from the EU military plutocracy).

 

PLAYING FOR TIME

 

            Indeed, the strength of the political warlordist enemy orientation is that using the (aforementioned) `Irish constitutionalist' approach (eg implicitly, if not explicitly accepting the defacto demographic logic), the machine of political warlordism (wether by design or default) is securing/ managing as strong a strategic advantage as possible (the disarmament of IRA & more crucially the Loyalist UVF who have hammered the fascist sectarian LVF - which will leave political warlordists with a monopoly of armed force when the global econ implosion strikes), GEARED TO THE FUTURE (global econ implosion) yet operating within the boundaries of said pseudo legitimate current framework (these Qs are analysed in greater detail in Chapter 2 in `Working with Hostile Factions').

 

 

Eg with global econ implosion:

 

1) Political warlordism gathers its' own momentum (in Ulster), as a diversion from discontent, leading to pogroms/ sectarian clashes gathering their own momentum.

2) British troops move in big time, to try to contain the pogroms.

3) (British regime unable to hold a pol/econ centre on mainland & therefore in Ulster,especially with respect to All- Ireland pol/econ framework, due to their intense unpopularity. With esp continuing friction, growing pro fascist sympathy from secureaucrats in the British regime) The IRA targets British troops.

4) Catalysing further, pro fascist support for ethnic cleansing (already gathering its own momentum, encouraged as a political diversion by the military plutocrats desperate to retain control of the pol/econ agenda).

5) Dragging in Ireland, the EU, internationalising the conflict.

6) Enabling (not just the BNP but) the Tory (becoming) CLASSICAL fascists, to pose as `defenders of Britain from foreign invasion'.

 

    This will lead to classical fascist overspill on the mainland (which we must target, launching continuous rev pol operations as the enemy centre/ control of the process collapses), ultimately fusing with Tory anti EU warlordism.

 

    But to clarify, it is the role of enemy to trigger the deluge (vis any of the scenarios outlined in Chapter 1); & for the Revolution to prepare (via construction of the Cyber Army - which we shall analyse later in this chapter) to meet the threats & opportunities it will pose to humanity

 

            For as long as Blair can hold the centre, all will be stabilised, ONLY when it is no longer possible for Britain per se to stabilise Ulster, does this Q merge with (not just the BNP but) anti EU Tory warlordism by default, either via global econ implosion OR EU intervention in Ulster (leading to explosive nationalist opposition in mainland Britain) - barely concievable PRE global econ implosion

                For Blair to sanction EU intervention in Ulster is tantamount to voluntary suicide (such a scarcely concievable scenario leading to mainland political meltdown, would require us  to launch continuous operations against classical fascist fallout on the mainland & the battle of Berlin, even though conditions nowhere near ripe, just to spread the seeds of the movement around for when the situation does ripen

                - in such a hopeless situation it is strategically better to launch such a totally doomed offensive than to attempt to reach an accommodation with an enemy still in control of the pol/econ agenda that will destroy our OPEN formations anyhow, in the context of, an extremely unlikely situation, in which the centre would have collapsed in Britain completely, BUT NOT IN EUROPE, meaning fullscale operations would have to be launched but doomed).

            While there are some wild elements among them, the Tory party will only commit itself when the anti EU Q merges with the Ulster Q vis the global econ implosion (Blair's centre having collapsed unable to contain threat of Ulster military plutocratic warlordism).

 

            In this scenario, when Ulster implodes, Europe (as well as European classical fascism exploding with the collapse of model anti fascist Britain) will fracture along ancient Northern Protestant/ Latin Catholic lines (an event  eclipsed in impact only by the main events of the global  econ implosion & Russia's final collapse leading to an apocalyptic anti USA alliance between Russian revanchism & Germany superceding this conflict). Germany will be pressured to intervene to try to hold the centre, but the battle lines will already have been drawn.

            In this context (of Ulster's implosion with global con implosion) The Battle of Berlin (playing the Russia card), is NOT likely to lead directly to immediate victory, but in an atmosphere of growing chaos/ hunger for new ideas, a way back from the abyss, growing sense of the deepening inexorable pol/econ catastrophe, even though driven back underground, WILL sow the seeds of the new movement (via a growing underground, here & there breaking surface/ being repressed  in a kind of rolling TET, repression leading to the organic growth of the underground gaining strength from the enemy's clear weakness); WILL at the very least get us through to the main event, the collapse of Russia & its' explosive consequances (vis the almost inconcievable scenario of Blair using EU troops BEFORE global econ implosion, similar principles apply only much more of an uphill struggle to make ground).

 

 

 

                We must emphasise that vis N. Ireland, we target the military & political manifestation of classical fascism on the MAINLAND, as a launchpad for Europe.

                WE DO NOT, target the regime, MILITARILY,  for its terrorism in N. Ireland as this would drag us into the mire of N. Ireland. When what we need is a MAINLAND launchpad to propel the campaign into Europe (Battle of Berlin) & keep it there.

 

 

 

Sequential Targeting 10/1/2000

 

          To make clear, we should adopt SEQUENTIAL TARGETING, starting with fascist street fighters/ & demos, leading up to Tory political warlordism itself.

 

 

 

The possible defection to the Revolution of a fraction of the state

 

(We must be prepared for ALL eventualities, so as to avoid especially raw recruits/ sympathisers, being dazzled by the unexpected - so we outline our response to a possible, if seemingly very unlikely, defection by a fraction of the regime to the revolution)

            Amidst the chaos (outlined above), with Blair losing ground to Tory fascists AND rev dems, then a fraction of the regime/ army may desert the sinking ship & jump over to the side of the revolution.

            Eg, seeing us as the only hope of avoiding complete anarchy/ collapse, (though it is TOTALLY incapable of leading/ consolidating the resistance to fascism); paralleling the way certain elements of the British army genuinely believed, at the beginning of the original intervention of British troops in N. Ireland, that the puropse was to establish a pol/econ reformation, rather than merely stabilise the status quo (& in a scenario we shall outline later vis the demographic factor, may indeed consolidate such) - This time, those that oppose ethnic cleansing will have mainland points of military pol/econ support via the revolution.

            While welcome, we must be EXTREMELY cautious with such which be motivated by a wide variety of diverging priorities. Many of which violently clash with our own/ what is required to stabilise the geo pol/ econ situation in N. Ireland & elsewhere.

            Our objective is to integrate such within OUR hegemonic military pol/econ framework (those that cannot be are useless or worse). Not be dazzled schoolgirlishly by the ribbons of this or that general. Remember, THEIR system will have collapsed in flames, that is the ONLY reason why they'd give us the time of day. Therefore we are in command & must firmly make this clear.

            (Possible) Defectors fall within 3 principle categories (& numberless sub categories).

            A tiny/ small minority that think quite a bit like us, (& are glad we've come out of the shadows) & will understand  our gameplan & be very useful to us (eg in anti mafia struggle, which we shall examine in Chapter 2).

            A much larger body, will be vaguely more or less sympathetic to our aims, `...but aren't we going a bit too far? All this wild stuff about I-Bs attacking German classical fascism, Shouldn't we stick to building socialism in Britain as an example in Europe? Come to think of it, we must take care not to offend the middle classes...' & end up trying to push us down the road of repeating the same old crap (vis Blair) they supposedly wanted out of in the first place.

 

    This threat of malign infleuence is due to TIMING. If the rev movement is barely launched, the weight of defectors at worst, could give the impression to the great mass of citizenry, that they (the defectors) are leading the revolutionary resistance, leading back to the same old crap (with the same pseudo legitimacy as before).

 

            This much larger body divides roughly into 2. Those that can be brought under our centre of gravity, accept the hegemony/ leadership of the revolutionary activist/ I-Bs & their institutions; & those that cannot.

            Some will attempt to depose us. In our brutal crushing of any that attempt this, the fainthearted will ultimately be glad of clear strong leadership/ direction.

 

            A premature defection of a fraction of the state (BEFORE the rev movement has FULLY established its ascendancy) creates the danger of a widespread concilliatory/ pacific mentality towards the enemy (via trust in the defectors), WHICH AT ALL COSTS MUST BE BROKEN.

            Without a minimum of neccessary bloodshed (to consolidate the revolution against military plutocracy), nobody will take us seriouslyIndeed we will NOT properly speaking be in power, but instead be prisoners of a bureaucratic coup, exploiting our rev kudos to legitimate a new new labor fiasco. Better for any cadre to embrace death trying to execute a rev policy or much better still, at the battle of Berlin, than commit such treason. Power is the ability to disarm the enemy. If you cannot do this you cannot do anything.

            The enemy will be emboldened, encouraged to take us for mugs/ attempt coups directly or to force policy changes their way (alternately we are left with the option of a constant hacking at emboldened coup plotters).

            Less than a thousand of the worst criminals (speculators, arms dealers, secret police, their political dogsbodies) dead (& their bodies hung in the main squares of  the capital) in a SINGLE blow (including the Crown, Queen & Prince Charles), & the enemy will NOT fear us.

 

            Do not make the error of assuming you can ride on the back of the rev movement & then put it in its place. As the Battle of Berlin, our European commonwealth framework gives us control of the agenda. The launch of the campaign in Britian, leads after the very first assault, to an expedition to Germany, to Europeanise the campaign - playing the Russia card.

        Therefore the real power (indeed the only power that actually counts/ is capable of consolidating the Revolution) is in the hands of the I-Bs. For any aspiring neo Blair to try to hold them back, would be to sign their own death warrant, by a new revolution.

 

            The bottom line for part of the regime defecting would be fear of chaos/ for their children's fate. In turn the security of their children can ONLY be gaurenteed via OUR global reconstructionist framework. Which also means sharing FULLY in the economic sacrifices required to aid this framework.

            Even if amidst the chaos, some wish  for us to lie to them, we wont. We don't want you (or anyone else) to have any illusions about our resolve to execute the (severe) measures required.

 

            To make clear, the military centre cannot hold. While the revolutionary movement grows, pressure will build from the right for elections. & to concede elections in a British pol/econ framework, dominated by the Ulster Q, mean fascism (which is why you could have a leftwing coup in the 1st place). An endless round of military adventures leading to Britain's disintegration.

            Britain will cease to exist in any meaningful sense. Eg either a rev base to fight for rev Europe, OR the playground of military plutocratic geo chaos.

            But as legitimacy/ would lie with the military regime (because legitimacy derived from European legitimacy, in turn the fact that USA regime has legitimacy, WHICH HAS NOT YET BEEN ECLIPSED, EG WHEN IS, EG WITH RISE OF USA CAESAR, LEGITIMACY CAN NEVER BE RESTORED TO EUROPEAN/ USA MILITARY PLUTOCRACIES EVEN WITH A CALL FOR FRESH ELECTIONS - but to repeat, if such NOT YET been delegitimised, then it IS possible for British regime to restore its legitimacy as outlined) we cannot boycott refuse to take part in elections (should they call them) even as we wage civil war against Tory classical fascism. UNTIL we are in a position to seize power  outright, we must re-inforce our support electorally, if elections are called however peripheral they may be to the main event/ civil war on the streets.

            Fascism in all its forms undermines every right we ever possessed.

           

            The rise of unrestrained global finance (beyond the control of any nation) has eliminated on a global basis, all room for bargaining between capital and labor.

 

            Threatened by a haemorrhage of hot money (seeking the highest short term return) the state must either carry out policies finance capital likes, eg conducive to short term speculative profits at the expense of industrial investment and reconstruction (which of course makes things worse over the long run), or alternatively carry through a comprehensive revolutionary transformation of the political economy, insuring all profits are re-invested in industrial civil reconstruction (instead of share dividends and speculation).

            For it is simply not worth the aggro and chaos finance capital will cause (eg through currency destabilisation and capital flight), trying to cling to this or that minor reform. Or indeed by resisting the swingeing cuts in services, investment & workers' wages; hence also the permanent war on workers' civil rights viz the need to consolidate this process politically.

            Moreover this reconstruction must be global, requiring wartime sacrifices to further fund it - or else in keeping the 3rd world crushed, the state will choke on its own barbed wire & a military plutocratic elite will re-emerge by default.

            The choice that confronts us is to submit to capital market inspired fascism (with/ without superficial democratic trappings to legitimate it) - and as (with the coming global implosion of the speculative financiers regime leading toa consequant global credit crunch, leading ultimately to soaring interest rates catalysing hyper inflation/ & a global political economic tailspin) the military plutocratic elites seek to retain control of the pol/econ agenda and have no other way open to them to do so, the spectre of national war (nuclear, biological & chemical). Or - To take the attack to the enemy, to fight fascism in all its forms, combining:

 

The military struggle against classical fascism with a revolutionary political struggle to:

 

Delegitimise/target politically, the criminal character of the gangster banker regime, nationally & globally.

 

            Both components linked operationally through the political struggle to free hunger striking/ all anti fascist POWs. Enabling us through the continuous marshalling of forces, to prepare the way (when and ONLY when we have delegitimised the regime/convinced the citizenry of our case/ won over/ neutralised the army) for the overthrow of the gangster banker regime in Europe/globally, a war against the very existence of the nation state (incapable of breaking finance barony) & for the Federated Socialist Commonwealth of (the regions of)  Europe & Global Commonwealth Confederation.

 

            Alternatively, Europe will choke on its own barbed wire when Russia collapses, leading to MASSIVE westward migration, intense friction with the west, catalysing the rise to power of classical fascism in the west/ brutal treatment of migrants & consequant Russian warlordist revanchism a la Genghis Khan - It is this apocalyptic threat (among others) that be a key stimulus enabling the Revolution to push a clear framework for global reconstruction & therefore to seize power.

Provide the peoples of the 3rd world, especially Russia, with the geo levers to enable them to consolidate revolution  against their plundering warlords - establishing the global commonwealth confederation.

            The British revolution cannot stand alone. Either we spread the revolution to Europe, establishing a European Commonwealth,  & make WARTIME sacrifices to build a re-distributive global commonwealth confederal framework to integrate Russia/ 3rd world - to avoid Europe/ USA choking on its own barbed wire, & finish the job at home by crushing the military plutocracy, establishing civil society control over finance in Europe/ globally.

 

    Or the enemy with its global connexions will overturn the revolution

 

            To re-iterate, without Europe, Britain is nothing. Will sink back into the abyss of Ulster sectarianism. As Europe will choke on its own barbed wire when Russia collapses, leading to westward migration, friction with the west, the rise to power of classical fascism in the west & Russian warlordist revanchism a la Genghis khan.

            For Europe, Britain & Russia, only the European revolution & establishment of a global commonwealth confederation can prevent/ cauterise this apocalyptic nightmare.

 

            The acid test for any revolutionary is support for the I-B assault on classical  fascism at the Battle of Berlin to Europeanise the revolution. Whoever demonstrates themselves in arms as opposed to I-B engagement at the Battle of Berlin, is if only by default, a mortal enemy of the revolution in Britain, allied to the military plutocrats in Europe/ USA that seek to murder it.

            If the government seeks to do this, it demonstrates the need for a new revolution.

 

            (We shall examine the specifics of rev strategy IN N. Ireland in Chapter 2 in the sub section `Working with Hostile factions')

 

London Calling:

 

            Against those that seek an imperium over the British Isles, London is the final judge. It goes along with such until it to, becomes disillusioned, & then it hacks the pretentious Caesars to pieces.

            Charles I lost his head as he tried to impose a fuedal absolutist dictatorship over finance to fund his war with Scotland, creating unity of insurgent purpose against him. Finance withdrew its support from & backed the crushing of the (radical) army when a military pol/econ geared to profitable geo pol/econ colonial expansion (instead of dynastic wars) had been established.

            The (radical) army could not establish unity of insurgent purpose, as not united around a rev reconstructionist program (indeed such a program is ONLY NOW viable because of the apocalyptic threats that ENABLE us to drive forward the WARTIME sacrifices neccessary to further fund it, indeed such threats ONLY emerge when  there is NO MORE latent geo pol/econ potential for capitalism to develop, a process analysed in depth in first 2 volumes of S.O.F.). & without such a program, radicalism tends inevitably towards consumptive redistribution of the surplus product, which way lies chaos.

            In the 1760's with a contraction in the (British controlled) mercantile capitalist system, John Wilkes similarly could not unify/ mobilise discontented masses around such a program. No unity of insurgent purpose. & when this contraction led to an attempt to foist the costs of declining mercantile system onto American colonies, causing War of Independance, finance sensibly aborted an unprofitable war; the CONSEQUANT supply of cheap capital funded the (capital intensive) industrial capitalist revolution, breathing fresh life into the system.

 

            BEYOND the initial British expansion, finance had been able to push forward GLOBAL development on the basis of its own hegemony, BY  absorbing a decisive part of the base of radical dissent, which served as a periodic stimulus to the (state guided) reform/ reconfiguration of the global pol/econ. In 1847, the repeal of the Corn Laws to cut the ground from radical Chartism, the toleration of laborism combined with colonial expansionist policies in the 1880s/90s, the strengthened New Deal & rise of the welfare state in response to  radical movements in USA & USA led post WWII continental Europe; ALL depended on states STRONG enough BY THEMSELVES (eg post 1914, only the USA could provide the unified geo strategic framework for  such a reconfiguration of the global pol/econ) to force through such reforms (in response to radical movements thrown up by general pol/econ crisis' of the system as earlier constituted). 

            But the all powerful imperium of global finance, which has eclipsed the state & therefore laborism's ability to stimulate structural reform of the geo pol/econ, is extremely brittle; the elites have marginalised themselves in power.

 

            Blair, in aiding the consolidation of (speculative) financier absolutism, faces the judgement of disillusioned London to; vis the global econ implosion, leading to collapse of Ulster's peace boom (consequant descent into warlordism &) explosive classical fascist fallout on the MAINLAND & (with its' targeting by antifascists) the launch of the rev campaign (as outlined in `Intro to QM'/ S.O.F.).

            The grotesquely over-rated & utterly superficial manifestation of his weakness, is his problems with the London mayorlty.

            In order to hold his party together with right wing policies, devolution was deployed. This has led to various (weak) power centres in opposition to the Blairite centre - Scotland has the power to commit suicide, (vis the Ulster Q threatening to blow it to smithereens), but the less microscopic Q is London. Because this is a power centre that can partially undermine Blair's position.

            London can ruffle Blair's bouffant (via election of Ken Livingstone - or even if Blair gets who he wants, by simply being an alternative power centre, that ultimately requires its figurehead to establish some nominal distance from him), but cannot consolidate a rev reconstructionist global centre of gravity by itself though it can/ must initiate it's creation, vis global econ implosion/ explosion of Ulster/ classical fascist fallout on the mainland & launch of the ALL-European rev pol campaign (as outlined in `Intro to QM'/ S.O.F.)...

            When the global econ implosion (leading to Ulster explosion/ mainland classical fascist fallout) occurs, Mayor Livingstone (should he be elected), or anyone else, will have 3 choices, make war on us, back us, or lock themself in the toilet. Either way, it will not be (him) that calls the shots but the street based RDM.

            Can Livingstone not gravely undermine us in the short term, as (the) temporary re-institutionalisation of disillusioned radical civil society, grateful for a milk & water campaign to get their teeth into/ support, mean the RDM is unable to kindle a flame of support in preperation for the coming conflagaration?

            There are 2 possibilities, he plays the London radical, creating such (reactionary) opposition against him (whilst lacking the geo pol/econ framework to crush it) that we have plenty to point to to dig our cyber trenches. Or he plays the London Blair, in which case the tinder remains dry anyway (there are various hybrids in between).

 

Preserving rev freedom of initiative

AT ALL COSTS

 

            (As of routine we must consider every possibility however unlikely, to avoid cadres being thrown by events -) What if Ken Livingstone (if elected or whomelsesoever) doesn't line up  behind the police (or lock themself in the bog), but (under pressure of aforementioned events outlined above/ masses) supports the armed repression of fascists, even issues them with special constable powers subordinate to the Mayorlty, where does that leave our rev campaign?

            It is because the Mayorlty (or ANY BRITISH as opposed to EURO centred current) cannot fix the centre of gravity for/ consolidate  rev Europe (eg via Battle of  Berlin), that (they) would drift into becoming (at best) a new Blair; the anti fascists would become demoralised, while the shit would repeat itself perpetually, leading to oblivion just the same.

            It is important therefore to maintain the independance of our rev formations, their  freedom of initiative AT ALL COSTS, this is more important than finance, arms or numbers. IMMEDIATELY, from the initial launch of our campaign, we must gear our movement towards the Battle of Berlin, to fix the operational centre of  gravity of our campaign, via our propaganda.

 

`God, Commonwealth & Freedom'

 

            The entire pan commonwealth campaign is held together by martyr propulsion & the ethos of `Redemption Through Sacrifice' (military & economic for global rev reconstruction). Therefore, it makes sense to lead (in posters & anti fascist Internationalist Brigades' warzine) with slogans that convey the immortality of the idea (& even negative even especially negative controversy surrounding which encourages study vis deep theory)  eg:

    (We shall examine extensively the God Dialectic/ Immortality of the Idea in Vol II of S.O.F.). Martyr propulsion fuels BOTH the propaganda of the campaign & the Philosphical Revolution, absorption & development of DEEP theory by activists/ wider citizenry in Vol III `Intro to QM').

    While adherence to the (non priest/ church) God Dialectic as outlined in S.O.F. Vol II is NOT compulsory & we welcome Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, atheists, etc etc, it should be made  clear that allegiance to revolutionary law, to the freedom it defends, cuts dead all loyalties to any criminal element, whatever their philosophical allegiance, claiming `Godly' sanction.

    The liquidation of the national security state underpinned by the Rev constitution [see `Basic Program'  in Vol I Chapter 2, & Chapter 4 S.O.F.], gaurentees that there  be no moves to curtail any freedom of worship where it does not clash with the SECULAR law/ constitution gaurenteeing the same freedom to others; acts as a bulwark/ gaurentor against one church/ priest based religion seeking state favors over  &/ or the sectarian repression of another).

 

            Real power is in the hands of the I-Bs. Whoever seeks to block the  ALL European anti fascist crusade, vis the Battle of Berlin, signs their own death warrant at the hands of a new revolution.

            AS this is where real power/  the centre of gravity of the rev movement lies, for any I-B to accept political office on the British mainland (we will analyse the Q of splitting the idea from the personality at the end of the rev process, should I survive, in chapter 2 of S.O.F.), would be an act of treason against the revolution, as it places the credibility of the I-Bs on a nation  state based operational framework which has NO potential for rev success as opposed to an ALL EUROPEAN framework which can; it therefore represents effective political surrender to the military plutocracy by the European based rev movement. To re-iterate, for I-Bs, the army of the European Commonwealth, to accept such office on the British mainland is TREASON.

    It is therefore forbidden to incorporate such into the RDF or parliamentary fraction. As to consequantly prostrate the (I-B led pan Commonwealth) movement before the agenda of the (inevitably) military plutocratic nation state, leads to a clash between rev forces & those so prostrating a fraction of the movement. Hence they BECOME the enemy (& prone to same fate)  - a threat eclipsed however by the pan commonwealth campaign vis the Battle of Berlin.

 

Accounting for past errors

 

            Why did I not bargain on the London factor before?

 

            Simply because London CLEARLY CANNOT consolidate a viable (global) reconstructionist centre of gravity via orthodox polity, so I made the error of not calibrating for a short term manifestation of orthodox laborism.

 

            & Why did I assume that it was totally impossible to unify Ireland on a capitalist basis, other than merely very 3 unlikely?

 

            Because the Loyalists defeated the IRA militarily (leading to the IRA ceasefire),  so it simply never occurred to me that their own military victory could pave the way for a geo re-inforced process enabling (in the abstract) unification with the capitalist south.

            I therefore ruled out of hand the significance of the demographic factor, regarding it as laughable that because the nationalist Community had 51% of votes & Unionists 49%, that there would be a decisive shift in the balance of power.

            But I underplayed potential geo institutional re-inforcement of such a factor.

            Unification with a capitalist Eire is still extremely unlikely (given the fact that the global econ implosion cuts across it like a guillotine leads to inevitablity of Dublin bombing by Loyalists), but a possibility the consequances of which for our rev campaign, we must anticipate accordingly.

 

 

Postcript February 6th 2000

 

                (If I am asked) I think decommissioning guns for (the) military plutocratic regime would send a terrible message to European antifascists (vis rise of Haider in Austria), but we cannot (for example) expel the IRA/ UVF from the rev movement (for doing so), because (quite apart from anything else) the revolutionary movement as an (operational) movement, does not properly speaking exist, will not/ cannot, until geo pol conditions ripen (as outlined in Chapter 1 Vol I of S.O.F.), enabling commencement of continuous operations (as outlined in Chapters 1 & 2 of S.O.F.).
