USA Rapture Psychology
Dear humanity, I had (pre Indian Ocean tsunami) been
trying to decide how to approach the reorganisation of my work in the light of
developing East European events (in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia) giving sufficient
relegitimation to USA regime (in the eyes of the western peoples), to allow for
an attack against (leading to/ beginning with a nuke strike on) Iran....
....Whilst simaltaneously covering fallout from Saddam
Hussein trial & whatever else in between...
Though, even pre Indian Ocean tsunami…
Which (at time of writing 2/1/05) 150,000 confirmed
dead over 5 million left destitute) impact of, has catalysed a (albeit in a
fragmentary/ episodic fashion) proto global civil society
response/ psychology – which at least partially cuts across tendancy for
East European events to relegitimise USA regime (in eyes of westerners) in such
a way as allows USA regime the legitimacy to wage war against Iran.
…the turnaround time
in which the room for manouevre…
…to
exploit the way dollar fall (vis trade/ budget deficit – generated by
speculative finance/ credit expansion) creates expectation of higher interest
rates & therefore dampens demand/ price of oil/ causing a contra
tendancy for dollar to rebound; therefore temporarily stabilizing the
inexorable (general) propensity to eventual dollar collapse catalyzing soaring
interest rates, global credit crunch/ hyperinflation & corresponding
apocalyptic geo political economic tailspin (including vis mideast)…
…required to effect
USA's East Euro strategy/ diversion, enabling USA regime relegitimisation, to
aid war with Iran; meant…
(by the time such a strategy has been enabled, the room
for manouevre is so completely exhausted that)
…such would/ will not enable a
temporarily stabilised USA nuke terrorist control of the geo pol/econ agenda,
merely trigger (the final) geo political economic meltdown/ historical
electrocution in any case…
Yet, to think it is JUST a Q of
counterposing revolutionary global security frameworks/ geo pol/econ
reconstructionist programs especially wartime econ sacrifices for solar powered
desalination…
Enabled via a managed depression – secure/ stable oil supplies at a high price…
Partially
analogous to the way that defeat for Britain in USA war of independence closed
of any illusory prospect of passing on costs of falling rate of mercantile
profit onto colonists; forcing pol/econ reconfiguration/ a longwave switch of
cheap capital (from mercantile trading) towards industrial development,
preparing way for longwave boom
The chief difference being, the
previous case was an entirely organic process…
(aided by captive markets in India, forced to
buy industrially manufactured cotton cloth while the competition was suppressed
– a crude symbiosis of war & finance)
…wheras
commitment to solar powered desalination requires exercise of conscious global
political will – impelled by threats of oblivion if we do not.

much more detail in `Communique Number 1’ in Lucifer2TM.zip’ – though in need
of being updated in light of this latest work)
…neccessary vis:
1) Sustainable energy & global energy security
Eg given ease of targeting
pipelines, development of new supplies only possible on basis of raising living
standards in new oil producing locale itself - which over the long run
increases aggregate demand outstripping supplies brought on stream by said
locale – exacerbating/ accelerating shortage problems
Furthermore the consequent (national security state/ oil energy baron
centred secureaucratic) geo pol/econ agendas & (corresponding global
finance credit expansionary imperium) have a terminal tendancy to promote
commodity fetishistic/ insanely short termist consumptive patterns..
2) Halt the charge into the environmental abyss - vis combined dynamics of global warming/ ice age
Eg accelerated greenhouse
effect, leading to drying out/ ignition/ burning of Amazon/ Congo carbon sinks,
washing into/ saturating the oceans - a double impact on/ catalysing the
release of massive amounts of methane - melting polar caps/ turning of gulf
stream leading to mini (or worse) ice age.
3) The Permanent Revolution - Reconfigure (from top to bottom & centre) the entire global social (& political) economic balance of power - permanently
Away from apocalyptic national security state/ oil energy baron
centred secureaucratic agendas & (corresponding) global finance imperium;
& towards global civil society (`an Englishman's/ African women's home is
his/ her power station').
Eg establishing a substantive
soveriegnty of the individual - which can be pooled to block any
resurgence of plutocratic pol/econ power (with all the apocalyptic consequances
such entails).
Eg as an exponential increase in
number of nuclear power stations, would be catastrophically prone to budgetry
cutbacks effecting safety, such a policy…
(even if not as almost certainly be, inherently abortive - at the geo psycho pol/econ level, eg an instinctive gut awareness of its unviability preventing such holding the centre over the short/ medium term anyway)
…would lead to an apocalyptic geo pol/econ chain reaction of dozens/
hundreds of Chernobyls.
4) Positive impact technology
Eg a long term weapon in the
battle against desertification/ enabling farming in the Sahara, so new carbon
sinks elsewhere; to buy (more) time capital for humanity, in the war to
develop the further measures required to bring the environment into
sustainable/ managed equilibrium (eg this will not be the end nor even the
beginning of the end, but it will be, the end of the beginning).
…as an antidote to & propelled by everyone’s fear
of apocalyptic chaos (from all quarters)…
…is to miss the point about what kind of narrative propels
USA geo psychology & therefore what kind of global vision (contextualising said geo
strategic frameworks/ geo pol/econ reconstructionist programs – propelled by
everyone’s fear of apocalyptic chaos from all quarters) is required to eclipse
it…
To note, the underlying logic behind current
USA military plutocratic involvement in the mideast is highly complex/ meshed.
Most straightforward be the dynamic set in train by Sept 11th 2001
(Bin Laden demonstrating his ingratitude to his old CIA benefactors).
Sept 11th
2001 as much as anything an act of psycho political transference. Eg as Islamic
fascists could not possibly be in any way to blame for the condition of states
where their ideology predominated in alliance with USA imperium, everything
therefore had to be USA's fault, so (to follow this internal logic/ narrative)
it was for Islamic fascists to so seize the initiative...
After which invading Afghanistan seemed a pisspoor measure to restore damaged USA prestige...
Eg as the
unwritten law be that an American's life is worth so much more than many in the
3rd world; it was neccessary to raise the ante to `restore order' in
terms of geo psychology (to show who's boss) Eg some brown people had
attacked America, therefore vastly more brown people had to become directly (as
opposed to indirectly) subject to the vagaries of American power.
This meant of course, attacking Iraq...
(or
nuking somebody - we have Tony Blair to thank for going along with the capital
criminal Iraq war, to act as a moral hostage able to slow down, for a period,
this psycho political impulse – eg even the likes of Senator John McCain was
quick to call for use of nukes vis Sept 11th, & he is by no means the
nuttiest).
Which meshed with other prior objectives
(pre Sept 11th) of securing oil resources & insuring USA strategic
supremacy `full spectrum dominance' (as per official stated USA policy);
propping up USA finance speculative/ credit expansionary based system, for a
while longer.
But these are only the sane policies, which
seamlessly tip over into, pursuing the objective of (totally
insane) USA `Rapture' psychology
Specifically the idea of a kind of an `American
Israel' where `USA is chosen by God to lead the world to the Kingdom of
Christ…’...
(eg as
especially such unrestrained power needs to justify itself to
itself, `divine sanction' neccessary as legitimising ideology/ narrative
- which (as at 12 Jan 2005) over 50% of USA population adheres to; BEFORE
any major apocalyptic geo pol/econ tailspin (eg vis dollar collapse) pushes
them into primal panic/ desperation...
...To remove obstacles percieved to be hindering the
fulfillment of prophecies/ preconditions for the `Rapture' & Christ’s'
second coming...
...Specifically to enable Israel
(strengthen its position, enabling it) to demolish the Dome of the Rock,
rebuild the temple, after which, as per Revelations 7:4, the Jews
shall be punished for their failure to acknowledge King Jesus & be reduced
from 30 million to 144,000 (the inevitable/ inexorable failure of such a policy
to stabilise control of the oil - obviously being the perfidious Jews’ fault;
vis their failure to acknowledge King Jesus); whereupon our Lord & Saviour,
shall `Rapture' up (to heaven) our apple pie munching bretheren & smite the
rest of us....
Meanwhile, in the real world, the use of nukes propels at
least 2 general apocalyptic geo pol/econ dynamics:
1) Such violent hostility
among ever widening swathes of Iranians etc that USA nukes be used against
Iranian troop/ non state, popular paramilitary concentrations, stimulating ever
widening firestorms of hatred from all humanity, leading not only to the oil
being turned of/ corresponding geo pol/econ collapse, but the whole world on a
nuclear hair trigger (USA: `We've started so we'll finish'..)
2) & occurring both
entirely independant of the above factor, & catastrophically
catalysed by it, the aforementioned econ collapse/ primal panic.
Nuclear strike on Iran cannot terrorise the world in a
way which will stabilise it for a period under USA nuclear terrorist hegemony;
but leads to immediate global collapse.
So USA has merely a choice between 2 options for collapse
of its position. Nuking Iran, or wait for its position in Iraq to collapse
(including vis global legitimacy crisis vis trial of Saddam Hussein - see
`Apocalyptic Triangulation of the USA Empire & the Omega Option' in
`Lucifer2TM.zip’ for details).
The straightforward USA econ based collapse
is not theoretically impossible, but less likely – as the reflexive
impulse to attempt to retain control of the geo pol/econ agenda likely to lead
to ever more desperate ventures
Even the Indian Ocean Tsunami factor can only delay/
& therefore make more stark/ desperate the issue, not eclipse it.
No conventional state policy can arrest
this inexorable geo psychology.
Eg a China bluff to threaten to sell (vast reserves of)
dollars (to prevent attack on Iran or even to defend Russian territorial
integrity from increasingly desperate/ insane USA aided attempts to foment a
rising in the interests of elite/ compradorist elements more amenable to USA interests)…
Eg the only thing even partially/ temporarily convincing USA regime not to attack iran, is that the USA regime does not wish to be saddled with even more conspicuous responsibility for the geo pol/econ fallout – with all that entails…
Therefore they have to prepare (beforehand) their public base, in order to share around the moral culpability, to avoid being brought to account & this as mentioned, takes critical time…
Eg before, by going along with Iraq war, Blair slowed down USA impulse to use nukes…
…but, going along this time, vis Iran war would do NO
such thing; & not going along with Iran war, while unquestionably vastly
preferable, is only of limited (though extremely welcome) value
in slowing down USA imperial apocalyptic impulse. Conversely in some respects
actually feeding USA apocalyptic laager. Though the alternative
(more) happy go lucky apocalyptic psychology, leaves all humanity just as dead
& more quickly so.
As USA regime has the operational
initiative granted them by virtue of their sheer insanity - until the center
collapses – unleashing Americas’ fear of America (as the bombworshippers come
out under their own banner – even as they be part of something that terrifies
them more than any other deathcult in all history) the key to humanity seizing
control of the geo pol/econ agenda & with it, its’ own conscious destiny……
…eg dealing with apocalyptic threat
of USA rapture psychology gives Revolution command of the geo strategic agenda,
enabling it to deal with all other apocalyptic threats from all other quarters.
In the 4th section of this pamphlet we will examine how the
Revolution consolidates this process at the geo cultural level in `The Universalist
Conception’.
The Battle of Jerusalem
Post aforementioned geo pol/econ
collapse (see Communique Number 1), the Battle of Jerusalem (though not referred to as such in Communique Number 1) is the decisive geo strategic
point whereby the entire global agenda (global security framework; which sets
the agenda for the global constitutional framework; which in turn sets the
terms for the global pol/econ agenda) is decisively shifted from the
sphere of military (specifically military plutocratic & warlordist)
control, to the arena of (geo) political psychology - the battlefield of
peoples’ minds.
Eg it is absolutely impossible to
impose a settlement by force. The only viable use of force (as outlined in
`Communique Number 1’), is that deployed in such a way so as to prevent hostile
parties from slaughtering each other for just long enough so as to
preserve a sufficient space in peoples’ minds, to allow the new rev geo
security/ constitutional & pol/econ settlement to kick in.
In this vein, ` neutralizing
doomsday’ strategies are outlined in event of use of nukes by one element or
another in `Communique Number 1’ & `Intro to Quantum Materialism’ in
Lucifer2TM.zip’.
This process while centred
on Israel/ Palestine Q,
is designed (woven in with said Israel/ Palestine Q) to force global security
trade offs – especially vis control of nuke weapons – which process in turn
sets the agenda for/ defines the parameters of the global constitutional & pol/econ
settlement (especially for solar powered desalination – to quench the thirst
for revenge/ support for revanchist ideologies)…
…at each step of the way the spectre
of global oblivion (among all hostile parties) is exploited to force progress,
& the decisive point/ showdown is where all of humanity are challenged to
come out onto the streets to actively endorse/ railroad through said global security framework on
pain of corresponding oblivion if they do not.
The global focus for this process is the `Battle of Jerusalem’ when the
political commander of (British) forces is, must be arraigned for blocking the
transfer of the last piece
of Palestinian territories back to the Palestinians; until Pakistan (after Britain destroys its nukes – a
process monitored especially by the Russians) gives a formal commitment to
destroying (all, but beginning with) 50% of its nukes, to be carried out after Israel hands over last of 1967
territories…
In exchange for which Pakistan gets control of the global
presidency in Jerusalem (Pakistan destroys remaining nukes), positioning it to
focus attention on the breaking of Hindu fascism in India; by among other
things rebuilding the Barbary Mosque in Ayodhya and a globalist vision that eclipses
Hindu fascism in India (enabling re-unification).
Eg for South Asian troops to lead permanent global
onsite control & monitoring
of ALL USA nuke
installations (all such transferred to global control for agreed global
purposes eg asteroid strikes/ the thermonuclear linear shear lancing of the
Yellowstone Caldera & after the water has been drained from its volcanic
dams, the systematic reduction of the Cumbre Veja volcano – eg as it is more
& more the case that the knowledge to create brings with it the knowledge/
power to destroy, you cannot abolish such knowledge/ technologies, but you can
& must subject them to global monitoring & control for agreed purposes
– as outlined in `Communique Number 1’ in `Lucifer2TM.zip’.).
If at any stage USA attempts to block this process, eg from the removal
of the Hebron settlers to the last USA nuke installations coming under global
control, the oil is turned of by (incipient) Medina Commonwealth…
The capital of which
be Palestine/ East Jerusalem –
…(this framework be
mutually preferable to confrontations with Israeli missile command)
…But critically, the global security
context that in turn enables Medina to conquer its own internal demons…

…is a framework of (aforementioned)
South Asian consolidation of the Revolution (security) settlement with role of
Europe, which in context of unfolding apocalyptic chaos, can only avoid its’
brushfires turning into firestorms/ anarchy by being redefined as the
transitional bulwark of emergent Global Commonwealth Confederation…

in order to free up USA visionary expansionism
(not just for solar powered desalination – but also for the
`Universalist Conception’ which we shall examine in the 4th section

If Pakistan renages, the threat of
non eclipsed Hindu fascism threatens it.
As given the past role of Britain,
this is paradoxically BOTH necessary & AND outrageously unacceptable, I have to be put on trial. The Iranians
being the best to lead this (natural leaders vis mideast oil; able to turn it
of if we refuse) – vis western machinations in mideast…
…I will then (quite properly) be
sentenced to death, suspended for 100 days, to allow my hunger strike `Battle
of Jerusalem’ to call for
popular endorsement of said global security framework…

centred on Jerusalem as the capital of the Global Commonwealth Confederation
(defined by culture of common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity –
most immediately solar powered desalination as the centre of global security).
The
Medina Commonwealth (capital: East Jerusalem) united as a single superstate
providing stable supplies of expensive oil – enabling/ catalyzing development
of/ shift to solar powered desalination.

expected to take the word of a single western politician for gold coin) on pain

The Historical Liquidation of the Apocalypse
Legends
In the event of this plan working, I
remain in power until last of 1967 lands handed back, Pakistan destroys half
its’ nukes; handing over power to Pakistan’s chosen figurehead who will complete Pakistan’s nuke disarmament after my execution.
…further motivated by consolidatory
geo psycho political shockwave effect of such (& the power of oil) to
chasten any (in any case largely self ruined) USA military plutocrats.
I (or whomsoever else be in political
command of the British Army – vis gameplan outlined in `Communique Number 1) must be beheaded by a Saudi
executioner (the more blood
on his hands the better) in East Jerusalem (the capital of Medina
Commonwealth), the sword immediately destroyed afterwards for optimal cultural impact.
No other ceremony, gimmicks etc, before, during or after. Nothing that detracts
from the stark simplicity of the act - which itself is praxis the final
completion of theory & practice, the consolidation of the global
constitutional & legal framework.
But
it does not end there. Because as Mecca functions as a cultural vortex,
destablising any state not big enough geographically, geo politically & culturally
to eclipse it…

the pact between Saudi Royals & Islamic fascists – to avoid being culturally
outflanked by apocalyptic nihilists)
…it
will only be the manifest fact that such are self
evidently their own worst enemies which shall force the citizenry
of Medina Commonwealth to embrace the currently unthinkable on pain of the self destruction of their state (&
with it the whole world) if they do not.

just as Muslims administer the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem – preventing general
war among the Christian states/ factions, so, after Israel has got rid of
its nukes

a time of Israels’ choosing – Israel having
no oil weapon to contain any threat to its existence & no longer being able
to rely for their security, on the demented USA bombworshippers who would
destroy them anyway)
…so
that Israel no longer is in any residual way/ or even can be seen as a threat
(in the interim, control of oil is sufficient to gaurentee Medina’s security), Jewish authorities should be invited to
administer Mecca.
& I, or whomsoever fills said
role, shall use their last speech immediately before their execution to call
for such – so that blood fixes the solution in the citizenry’s minds even
before the last storm is clearly manifest in its truest form, to be so
curtailed. Extinguishing the last diabolic hopes of the USA bombworshippers.
For the split second the sword kisses my neck to the
moment it severs my head, I reign as last king (of the whole world)…
immediately before this (kiss of steel) I am a Republican:
& afterwards for the 20 seconds or so before I die, I become again a good
Republican…
…& so take to the grave (crematorium) sufficient of the
power of the apocalypse legends with me…
…(eclipsed by culture of the
common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity) to enable effective
cultural as well as formal/ legal consolidation of the developing geo
constitutional/ legal framework/ process.
But beyond this, my execution serves
as the focal/ historical point of transcendence.
When a humanity forced to assert/ proclaim of its’ own
free will the necessity of a single global constitutional framework (by a combo
of `Battle of Jerusalem’ with decisively resurgent apocalyptic threats if they
do not)
…covering & holding accountable all humanity are (by this final
removal of all obstacles/
residual alternatives)…
…irrevocably forced (in spite of every innate/ primal
fear of doing so) to accept decisive stewardship of its own conscious destiny
(the hegemony of a conscious humanity over its own creation/ destiny)…
The climactic point of 4
Billion years of Earth evolution, when intelligent life finally (in spite of all inbuilt/ innate primordial impulses to the
contrary) asserts its ascendancy over the primordial slurry from which it
emerged & threatens to descend back into…
& how could it be otherwise?
For a humanity/ consciousness NOT created in the image of a supreme being (by some micro managing celestial Saddam Hussein) but emerging out of matter/ creation, as an independent entity...
But much more (to break its’ auto self destruct programming) humanity needs a vision
cast far beyond itself
(in order to stabilize even the overarching culture of the common threats/
objectives confronting all humanity)…
…drawing strength/ courage from its’
creator – so that it can
master itself as a conscious free entity; to know its’ creator on its’
own terms, as conscious master of its’ own destiny.
I cannot
emphasise too strongly that the Battle of Jerusalem has to be seen from the
outset of the entire rev process, as the center of its consolidation – if it is
to avoid losing its way/ collapse into anarchy. Therefore every single decision
has to be taken with respect to this lodestar, which must redefine the entire
global agenda.
Aside from everything else, the new rev theory (as it
develops over/ marches across time) needs to be conceptually escalated
to match overt generalised manifestations of USA rapture
psychology - developing vis war with Iran (also to enable all other apocalyptic
threats from all other quarters to be checked)...
Not just by counterposing the idea of common threats/
objectives confronting all humanity, eg for solar powered desalination...
...but to conceptually outgun USA Rapture
psychology, with the idea that in turn stabilises the culture of common
threats/ objectives confronting all humanity...
…With the universalist vision of
intelligent life's mastering of its' own time as the key to mastering the
universe…
(time, consciousness & free will, being one & the
same thing from the opposite standpoints of both the creator
& created – see Chapter 3 Vol V of `Substance Over Form’,
`paradoxes of the Human Soul’ in Lucifer2TM.zip’)
...as (given the sparsity of intelligent life in the
universe) the technologies enabling humanity to make contact with
other worlds - can only be developed once humanity has mastered
itself...
...which means prioritising control of its' own
time to think, above all else - reducing matter/ finance from the
status of master of all humanity, to servant of this conscious
objective....
eg conscious gravity determines a maximum
level of automatic development…
(over 4 Billion years of evolution, from amoeba to the now 10,000 year old war/ finance nexus) before the self destruction mechanism (vis the terminal dialectic of credit expansion descending into military plutocratic rapture psychology) kicks in, preventing darth vaders/ demons etc, ravaging the universe –
…(threatening
terminal collapse into unbridled irredeemable horror) unless
intelligent life gains mastery of itself (eg if we fail, any future
descendants, would as they develop & learn about us, would literally be
driven insane by the knowledge of what we had & pissed away – such that
their own developing knowledge would be their nemesis. All the marbles of 4
Billion years will be decided on the turn of a single card, in the Battle of
Jerusalem)...

this has to be a conscious decision on the part of intelligent
life or else intelligent life would be no more than the slave of an all controlling
celestial Saddam Hussein as opposed to an independant entity/ consciousness -
that however needs to tap into its creator/ God/ the supra reserve of courage,
in this ultimate pivotal struggle, to enable it to gain mastery of itself)
If the sparsity of life in the universe
seems to make interstellar contact/ mastery of the universe by intelligent life
- ultimately becoming God & inflicting the same crap on the next cosmic
generation - impossible...
...there is evidence vis our own planets' history, that
it is not just the automatic incremental development of
intelligent life via the war/ finance nexus - or even its' historically
conscious methadone substitute, the `culture of the common threats/ objectives
confronting all humanity (especially vis solar powered desalination)', that can
bind a land/ people together...
...evidence in the form of the territorial megastate, Russia. Which vis both the tsars
(Christianity, albeit combined with fear of golden hordes) and Russian
Revolution (socialism, albeit defined almost entirely by national security
state fear of western encirclement) could only be held together
as a single state by a giant idea/ vision, wether for good or
bad...
...& which we see ever more now, that without
such a giant idea to bind it together, be inexorably prone to seccession at the
periphery & corresponding repressive action by the center, further
catalysing disintegration; the more tragic for periphery & centre alike...
vis descent into warlordism; catalyzing China’s intervention/ collapse into Russia/ new golden horde sweeping westwards etc
& more, it was only possible to develop this
operationally universalist approach when…
following on from USA aided events in Ukraine (aimed ultimately at Russia’s disintegration)
…the prospect of Russia’s (USA aided) disintegration put
USA rapture psychology (& war/ nuke war with Iran) centre stage – enabling
the Revolution to come up with its’ own conceptual escalation, to
correspondingly outgun it…
If the Indian Ocean tsunami had struck sufficiently long time before said events in Ukraine, then when such occurred, they would have had the geo psycho political impact of relegitimising USA regime in westerners eyes sufficient to enable USA war with Iran
& vis those that think, vis development of a
universalist civilization, that as Johnny come latelys, we have nothing to
contribute, would be remedial no hopers of no interest to any advanced beings
(with a million year or so headstart over us), perhaps profoundest of all for
us all to cling to as we approach our darkest hours, is that those
civilizations that have such a headstart, would know just what we had to
overcome within ourselves & externally, for us to develop the technologies
required to enable us to plug into the universalist network, & however many
times they witness such do so for the first time, it will never ever fail to
move them to the quick of their very souls – for this is what it means to be
truly conscious…
…& if ever they lost the sense of that, they know
their power would evaporate that very instant…
indeed as this (germ of the) new revolutionary theory is ancestrally descended from, & therefore, the last & westernmost outpost of the old Soviet empire…..
fused with British geo
politics as the preserver/ restorer of global balance of power….

…without which there can be
freedom, partial or general, anywhere whatsoever.
…..in this can be found Russia/ FSSRs’ (Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics’ – minus the 3 Baltic republics) salvation, that it need no longer (as well as can no longer) define itself, alone, in terms of (real) barbarian attacks/ threats of encirclement to stabilise its’ periphery….
Eg Chechnya Q can only be
resolved through a British led combo of:
1) Changed geo pol/econ reality (vis collapse of USA credit expansionary model)
meaning as USA center/ geo pol/econ model collapses, alternate poles of
attraction find their latent level -
enabled by the British led geo strategic/ constitutional
settlement (as per `Communique Number 1’ – centred on Jerusalem & the
Israel/ Palestine Q), preventing the slide into apocalyptic anarchy.
2) The eclipse of Islamic fascism in mideast (see `Communique Number
1’).
Which provides
ideological/ geo strategic underpinning for chaotic warlordist forces in
Chechnya, which also received a massive boost from Russia razing its’ periphery
(as per the old imperial model) in a losing attempt to keep itself together –
under pressure of its’ own internal weakness; generally (but not exclusively –
eg the increasing inadequacy of the `national security’ cultural narrative as a
means to hold USSR/ Russia together) the product of the USA’s own brittle
(manifestly unsustainable) strength (vis speculative finance propelled
credit expansionism & institutionalized bombworshipping
continuum from even long before Reagan’s `military Keynsianism’ to the Lord’s
anointed himself, Bush jnr). Though as noted, while the USA led military
plutocratic system is perfectly capable of overthrowing itself without any help
from yours truly, to establish a new geo strategic center of gravity/
constitutional settlement (as per `Communique Number 1’) is a much more
complex/ precarious affair.
3) Therefore as the restoration of the FSSR would be undermined by
attempts to force the Chechen issue, the British should not
extradite secular Chechen figures – who are needed to negotiate re-integration/
end to the war, to enable the idea of FSSR (aided by British
orchestrated changed geo strategic realities – see `Communique Number 1’) to
hold together in the context of British led Jerusalem centred geo pol/econ
constitutional reconfiguration (see Communique Number 1). This caveat does not
apply to the plundering Mafiosi…
Eg the only alternative is USA bombworshipper led & completely
MAD.
…..but can join, as must rest of
humanity, in embracing a universalist vision/ frontier – that be required to
both stabilize & ultimately eclipse, the transitional culture
of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity (especially vis
solar powered desalination).
As
regards the Q who/ what created the first creator? We can thus far
deduce that there be an inbuilt program preventing intelligent life from
learning anything until it be ready to at least begin to deal with the
consequences of that knowledge (eg if cavemen had nukes, everything would be
destroyed over & over again before humanity would have the chance to
progress far enough to exploit its own fear of nukes to overcome the era of the
war/ finance nexus, to master its’ own creation, to master itself)…
…& that therefore, we
will similarly only be able to answer this Q when we are ready to
begin to deal with the consequences of this knowledge…

There is however, an
inescapable paradox at the heart of my work.
In that I self evidently lack either
the means to launch such a process by myself…
(that is, to
be permitted to do so by the historical requirements
of the situation – making it at least theoretically possible to do so –
quickly/ effectively enough to a decisive cadre),
…or a pre-existing political army/ formation able to seize
the initiative (which is similarly not possible until geo pol/econ conditions
permit a stable synthesis of organization/action with theory).
& my old plan (from previous theoretical
paradigm `Lucifer2.zip’).....
To sit on my arse, wait for the trial of Saddam Hussein (& corresponding global legitimacy crisis) to launch my work…

…at the universities, wait for personnel in such to converge on me (over an extended timeframe) when geo pol/econ conditions ripen - whence I would have new paradigm developed/ deployable - aided by such a readymade infrastructure giving me global reach...
... is increasingly eclipsed by the fact that opportunity
to deploy a viable theory increasingly tends to only come with the point of
total breakdown itself.
So that there is no time for me by myself
to deploy theory/ set up such a process of self assembling infrastructure, that
springs to life as geo pol/econ conditions ripen.
Therefore (vis Iran war/ USA
Rapture psychology) this 2nd Manhattan project can no longer
function as a one man band, as it needs centralized (as opposed
to defuse/ guerillaist) infrastructure/ systems/ networks, to enable me to
continue to develop theory right down to the wire, before launching it – when
the chaos is right on top of us - & everyone is ready for the antidote to
such, at any price…
Which is why finally, having eliminated the
impossible, the last option that remains is to work with elements of the establishment
on basis of the core paradox…

war/ finance nexus/ machine they are the gilded slaves of), to save their
(everyone's) children: & that the Revolution (to avoid global annihilation)

The pivotal strategic
objective is to capture universities as focal points for establishment of
provisional govt (when geo pol/econ meltdown transpires) able to martial the
broadest swathes/ loyalty/ reluctant grudging support of civil society...

more important than `Revolution from Below' (the regime centre will collapse
anyway - Revolution's key initial task, is to insure there is a cadre with the
vision/ able to hold new order together) is Revolution `from the middle' (the
nodal networks - universities) & also critically `Revolution from Above' -
(via the spread of new rev technology, eg by peoples of all classes terrified
of impending apocalyptic breakdown)
For we are stuck between 2
iron laws, `we are where we are' & `we need to be where we need to be'.
& (as history has decreed that we deserve each other) we are all stuck with
each other for company, as we try to carve out the path from the one to the
other...
So while it is neccessary to
bring a sufficient minimum to trial of the (British) military plutocratic
elite…
To demonstrate our
burning bridges with the old way of doing things (to lesser breeds without the
law)…

that we see our security/ future as being entirely dependant upon the

Q How does this differ from a normal trial?
Because it is not just about a particular criminal act committed in a given time & place by a given individual/ group…
But about humanity facing up collectively to the collective problems derivative from its’ entire evolution/ development – across 4 billion years of evolution, the struggle of consciousness to emerge/ gain primacy over the dust/ matter from which it emerged.
That the first great machine it ever created/ that propelled its development (the 10,000 year old war/ finance nexus) enslaved it…
That in the final epoch of war/ finance nexus, we are all holding weapons of mass destruction of countless different forms eg: nuke/ bio chemical, environmental, ideological, trade & geo political, parochial/ ignorance, indifference etc.
…that threaten wholesale oblivion…
…& that while as a first step, executing some gilded slaves of the war/ finance nexus, is necessary to confirm our intentions/ the mere beginnings of a directional shift to the world & to ourselves, it is not by any means the most difficult task on the long road to global salvation that confronts us (in dismantling all said weapons of mass destruction in all their forms)...

This is why the trial of the military plutocratic elite is merely the first of 3 great inter linked trials; eg of military plutocratic elite/ hegemony, secondly of myself (as outlined in the section: `The Battler of Jerusalem’) to set the geo security agenda in which the 3rd great trial `The Battle of Jerusalem’, eg of all humanity itself, is challenged to pro actively embrace (take ownership of) what it will take to seize control of its own conscious destiny – on pain of oblivion if it does not…
Vis the crown, the dreadful inescapable conclusion
be that the method of execution must match the measures deployed by the British
army against Palestinians trying to breech the Israeli border.

….or the last settlment before
gaurentees given by Pakistan about dismantling nukes (as outlined in the

…which would set in train a terminal unrestrained psycho political momentum to go all the way & drive Israel into the sea. Certainly such would not have been & needs to be cauterized as part of the process – by Pakistan nuke disarmament demorilising Islamic fascist psychology.
…so that such will not precipitate
general war/ total collapse, but rather be channeled into the incipient
constitutional/ legal framework/ process (outlined in section: `The
Battle of Jerusalem’) of security trade offs, forced through under
threat of MAD/ global apocalyptic anarchy…
Eg to lengthen the psycho political fuses of the hostile parties in
Israel/ Palestine (& the region/ world generally); to enable this, the
political commander of the British army in Israel/ Palestine is personally
stuck with the task of carrying out this murder of part of every one of 60 million
British people, even of all humanity.
Eg if such is not
done, then Palestinians/ Arabs will certainly accept British role in overseeing
establishment of a Palestinian state, but without the geo strategic
caveats required to prevent geo psycho political momentum developing a terminal
velocity, such that any attempt to stop such will result in oil being
turned of & general war, as oppose to the trials & corresponding global
security exchange that must be set up vis the global psycho political Battle of

Bearing in mind the army traditionally
needs a stable fixed point to owe allegiance to (a crown or an established
constitution) to avoid anarchy, to what does the army owe allegiance to in a
world of flux???

common framework of global security, serving as the foundation of a single
global constitutional settlement & legal framework, protecting all &

Britain can only avoid anarchy/ hold together transitionally if defined
by objective of global security framework centred on Jerusalem

necessary in state of apocalyptic flux) a gyrostabilised vision –

viable geo strategic point of consolidation, Jerusalem.
Said anthem (Jerusalem) can also
function as a key (even decisive) weapon at the aforementioned Battle of
Jerusalem – giving everyone a button to cancel out the nuclear buttons, by
registering support for the alternatives – though the words will only recover
their sweetness at the point when the Battle of Jerusalem takes root in
everyone’s soul…
…in conclusion, it is this point
on the edge of humanity, when the old order cannot hold the center, & the
new has yet to establish its’ global legitimacy; & be so unimagineably
hated for doing what needs must in order to enable it to begin to do so, that
is the most perilous of all in human history. For it represents the gravest
threat of a tip into outright inhumanity/ oblivion on the one hand; against the
absolute certainty of doing so if we refuse the leap.

should all of us recognise that:
... in the terrifying paradox of transition, whereby the old ways continue as they collapse, & yet also be changed & also be seized by a paralysis/ duel fear of apocalyptic anarchy; resulting from consequences of their own military plutocratic geo pol/econ policy & fear of revolutionary measures (the good, the bad & the ugly) from above or (even more from) below…
1) Regime needs the Revolution (as per the core paradox) to avoid immediate
& total anarchy….
2) The Revolution needs remnants of the establishment to prevent collapse for
just long enough to allow the Revolutions’ geo strategic solution/ settlement
to kick in – led by (aforementioned) Jerusalem centred
global security framework (setting the terms for the global constitutional/
pol/econ agenda)...
3) It is only the provisional legitimacy of the emergent rev geo
strategic framework (centred on Jerusalem – see `Communique Number 1’ – which
needs further development in light of `Battle of Jerusalem - Conceptually Outgunning
USA Rapture Psychology’) providing a gyro stabilized/ global psycho political
focus & corresponding prospect of global security/ constitutional/ pol/econ
settlement - that props up remnants of the establishment for just long enough
to allow them to function as transitional scaffolding for the revolution in the
interim (pre settlement) period.
4) Therefore keep bloodshed
to the absolute minimum necessary, to go just about far enough to demonstrate
to 3rd world we have committed ourselves irrevocably to
this process, to enable us to enforce the Jerusalem (Israeli –
Palestine) centred geo strategic process in the way/ degree (we must assume be)
required to avoid a collapse into anarchy, without immediately

as it is dangerous to get too far ahead of time, as time has the
vicious character of springing back ahead of you in general proportion to your
previous advantage, I am anxious to be as closely matched to the point of geo
pol/econ breakdown as can be, so that my work is just about good enough to
serve as a viable starting point from which to proceed...
If one charges too far
ahead of time, the inevitable unripeness of what will consequantly be your lead
concepts shall permeate the entire structure of your work, you shall develop a
corresponding complacency vis ideas you think you be the master of, which means
in the interim you are not properly (instinctively & intellectually)
attuned to the neccessity of their further development; & therefore fall
behind - strung out over the march across time.

before/ initially, the rev theory's evolution was geared to working classes,
thence (post Sept 11th), increasingly to the nodal elements in the middle
classes, now impelled by (threat of historical electrocution &) USA rapture
psychology, we are forced to step up another gear...
..as a result of the
fact that USA militarists, uniquely among such in history (unique to the extent
this is the case) don't actually want (themselves) to do any fighting, therefore
the only remaining logic is to press the button & hope our Lord &

America's fear of America, humanity will be sufficiently terrified to
adopt & develop further, my counter measures.
Looking back, there is no way
in 1987 or even relatively recently, I could have reconciled myself to such a
notion, without becoming (defacto) one of those that advocate
everything must crash (for all practical purposes, irretrievably) into the
abyss for some miraculous resurrection/ transubstantiation to occur - without bothering to develop any
corresponding counter measures.

aside, I reckoned circa 1987 (when I became a professional revolutionary -
& even before) Revolution to absolute imperative, because even in event of
a new period of longwave rev reform/ reconfiguration of the capitalist system,
humanity would not survive the resultant proliferation of inherently
apocalyptic technologies, on basis of military plutocratic elite hegemony – eg
without civil society hegemony/ control over how such technologies are
developed/ deployed & to what purpose.
So
paradoxically (on the other side of the equation), without trying
all this time to steal a march on history…
You can always tell
when you are really desperate, when you are forced to ask the Q `If hope
existed, what would it look like & where would it be?’, & plot a course
to intercept it accordingly.
Well, never have I used this
dead reckoning device with greater frequency than in compiling this pamphlet/
transitional paradigm.
This fact & that it holds
together at all, leads me to the conclusion that, it is the future, but
definitely not the present.
`I have seen the future
& its’ a damn near run thing’
…I could never have kept pace
with it. Therefore such, a voyage across the universe of one's own ignorance,
