The character/ configuration of this work has evolved/
changed dramatically over the last 11 years since it was originally begun.
As it now stands, it is anticipated that with the crash
of the petrodollar regime, I will push rev reconstructionist outline/ gameplan
via the universities to begin to get on top of the chaos. The text of this can
be seen in `The Battle of Jerusalem Speech’.
To get an idea of the scope/ limitations of this work it is advisable you then
proceed (firstly) to `Rebellion of the Damned’ before reading `The Battle of
Jerusalem’ (also Volume VIII of `Substance Over Form’).
I include the full array of previous works (that is immediately
pre Sept 11th 2001) & post September 11th to the
present period) to allow people to see how the theory of Quantum Materialism
has evolved over time.
From the original insurrectionary concept designed to
steal a march on anticipated resurgent classical fascism in period of crash of
the credit expansionary system. To its ultimate visionary conception, reliant
far less on any armed formations it could martial in its own name & instead
contingent upon a balance of venalities/ forces from other formations –
concluding with whatever extreme reluctance (confronted by threat of global
oblivion) that our model be the only gameplan capable of establishing a new
global security architecture (such as outlined in `The Battle of Jerusalem’) to
enable a viable (Revolution) settlement to be established
(avoiding MAD); on the basis of a diminishing calculus of force.
Correspondingly most of the work in `Substance Over Form’
appears simply out of date. But if you look carefully it is not nearly as
simple as this.
Vol VIII, is in its skeletal conception ultra
compressed. You can read/ absorb it in a single day; get a handle on the
gameplan/ objectives (& the whole sweep of historical/ philosophical
evolution/ development) that confront humanity in this decisive point of 4
billion years of earth evolution.
It is therefore genuinely viable for the citizenry
spurred by historical/ survival imperatives & armed with such, to
decisively comprehend such in a relatively short space of time.
Wheras the earlier/ detailed works (not as advanced, but
by no means irrelevant) would tended to have required much more of an elite
cadre, which itself, in tending towards the (necessity of the) political army
is curiously bound up with the logic of the insurrectionary model
(as earlier conceived).
In
other words a perfectly valid truth that cannot be absorbed sufficiently
quickly or to the depth of complexity required, when needs must, can be as
deadly as any lie.
…A large part of this was taken care of by the passage of time/ extremity of the contemporary apocalyptic pathologies- relieving one of the need to explain at length that this is going to happen, how/ why (to linear minded politicos) & the most conservative anti apocalyptic methodologies to be deployed accordingly – in turn partially outflanked by Sept 11th
I did conceive of a range of
scenarios including asymmetric warfare (though not the
possibility of a Sept 11th as a Grand Strategy of Tension), but led
with more cautious models.
…forcing play catch up, in order to triangulate the process.
The central objective that lies before humanity (that is
my agonising privilege to be my life’s work) is for humanity to gain ultimate
mastery of itself by gaining mastery of its own time. & to set as its
transitional objectives, the fashioning of the instruments necessary to enable
it to begin to do so:
1) Global Security
Architecture
2) Solar Power
Microgeneration
3) Common Ownership of
Information
It is appropriate therefore, that this signal warning is
manifest most clearly in the work that begins this desperate decisive struggle.
