Revolution Settlement
UNTIL the moment the
Iran war starts, the USA (petrodollar based, speculative/ credit expansionary)
regime has control of the geo political economic agenda because
of its operational insanity.
But because (to prop up petrodollar hegemony) USA cannot stop
without immediately destroying their legitimising narrative
(triggering crash of petrodollar & with it the entire global political
economy) they must carry on bombing (presumably including nukes)
The options are stark. Accept global slavery under an
ever more rapacious & annihilatory USA nuclear fascist tyranny...
OR bring USA empire crashing down; not just
by resistance in states afflicted/ threatened with occupation, but most
effectively, by dumping the worthless enslaving dollar & going for
gold (especially for oil trading).
The consequent catastrophic geo pol/econ fallout from
collapse of apocalyptic credit expansionary system, triggered via
re-establishment of gold standard (which is inherently deflationary).
In turn creates both
imperatives & potential to re-engineer the entire global political economy
through establishment of a (global reserve Bank of Jerusalem &) single
global energy based (instead of gold or fiat) currency.
Which entails
literally pumping liquidity (oil/gas before the means to pay for
them have been developed) into the market to buy time to effect (with a WARTIME
will) the global transition to solar power microgeneration.
In exchange for which USA/ Europe etc agree to accept the
constraints of a new global security architecture/ constitution.
The price of consolidating
the globally pivotal Medina (oil) superstate will be Jewish admin of Mecca (as
muslims do with Christian Sepulchre, to prevent general war among Christian
factions) to prevent warring Sunni/ Shia factions razing Mecca (again) or
entire region, when Israel has woken up to threat of USA Rapture
psychology as per `Revelations7:4'.

For without oil in the pre solar microgeneration interregnum, info cannot be sustained (will be lost forever plunging humanity into oblivion) & post petrodollar, oil cannot be given away for nothing.
Therefore

pre solar microgeneration interregnum) is both the lesser evil
& the greater good.
& also has the advantage of pushing the world towards
solar power microgeneration as a stabilising factor.

Which must begin with the development of:
1) Planet Africa (developmentally
hindered by its impenetrable vastness), on said decentralist basis (the
freestanding social econ unit), as our global insurance policy…
Eg in the event of global warming leading to the melting of the polar ice caps leading to the flooding of warm water saline currents being switched off by cold fresh water leading to a mini ice age
…eg Africa is the proving ground for the politics/
methodologies/ mindsets & values that equip us for space/ `first contact’,
with other worlds that have made it through the same sordid ordeal.
2) The means to clean up Afghanistan
(my ancestral homeland) & Iraq of the depleted Uranium (DU projectiles main
armament of M1 Abrams & Challenger II tanks)/ radiological weaponry USA/
Britain carpeted them with (causing horrific foetal malformations); possessing
a half life of 4.5 BILLION years, poisoning time itself….
Ultimately, this means development
of tele-transportation technology to locate/ lock onto & relocate safely
the radioactive particles – which of course would require an enormous amount of
energy – which in turn entails development of anti matter technology; providing
the techno basis of a truly space faring civilisation, to boldly go where no
man has gone before…
…Rather than (impossibly, thank God) inflicting our
apocalyptic neuroses on the rest of the universe (with GW Bush as `Doctor
Chaotica’)…
The self evident alternative being oblivion north, south
& for all humanity.
But, to re-iterate, the
establishment of common ownership of info for oil for solar
microgeneration needs gaurentees that we will not renage on such. Central to
this is the establishment of a new global security architecture as the
foundation of a global constitutional, legal & pol/econ framework –
beginning with bringing WMD under control.
To do this, we have to forge the primary mechanisms to
(even to) begin to construct such, out of the very chaos itself…

establishment of the petrodollar (the agreement between USA & mideast oil
barons that oil be paid for exclusively in dollars) to a credit expansionary/
finance speculative based system (the petrodollar giving USA an `unlimited
credit card’ to fund an entire global credit expansionist dynamic) – made it
possible to smash black radicalism
(especially the Black Panther Party via the Covert Intelligence Program) under
cover of the Vietnam War, & consolidate by fuelling the development
of a new middle class – eg the USA elite curiously freed by corresponding
emergence of global finance hegemony beyond the control of the nation state, from
any control that would have held them politically accountable; so that the
political crisis was resolved through an economic crisis which was resolved
through the establishment of the petrodollar…

as all the USA had to do was resort to the printing presses as every state
needed dollars to pay for oil – perversely the dollar became the `safe haven ‘
currency – further fuelling the (`Ponzi financial pyramid’)
global credit expansionary/ speculative boom – including China’s (industrial)
over accumalation (productive capacity growing faster than real demand’s
capacity to absorb production – spurred by capital’s inherent propensity to… )
compelled to buy dollars to underwrite USA’s trade deficit with China….
Moreover,
the petrodollar actually enabled the financing of the war machine needed to
protect it (including vis the USA bankrupting the USSR by bankrupting itself)…
…is committing itself
to a war with Iran
( to counter
establishment of Iranian oil bourse (undermining the petrodollar), the Iranian
challenge to USA nuclear hegemony (& corresponding regional strategic
interests – vis Iran’s imperial competition in the region)…
The
Mullahs driven largely by their own version of USA rapture psychology, failing
to comprehend they accelerate their own oblivion by accelerating the dollar
crash
…which because it will
be such a disaster, it must re-inforce, to prevent USA psycho political
economic center collapsing immediately (that very day/ hour)…
…feeding into wider
regional/ global pol/econ chaos – including vis Israel/ Palestine which
ultimately in desperation will cause Israel (all peoples descending into laager
psychology) to demolish the Dome of the Rock – leading to general (as opposed
to partial) convergence on Mecca & the Sunni/ Shia fighting against each
other in Mecca for the mantle of control…

Yet paradoxically it is
in the very components that make up the global peasant war
threatening to over-run a degenerate metropolitan core plundering the world at
the point of a (USA) nuclear six shooter (itself a form of undeclared permanent
warfare; feeding inexorably into the open hot war)…
Paradoxically, the geo pol/econ
outline of our salvation is to be found precisely in apocalyptic threats
unleashed by the war/ finance nexus vis its’
Organic consumptive patterns of control
The
dialectics of resource depletion play an increasingly important geo military
pol/econ role.
This
is not a coincidence, but built into the very process of geo pol/econ linear
development/ evolution of the war/ finance nexus…
- At the macro & micro level,
consumption functions as a destructive productive means of control (by USA led
war/ finance nexus). Eg as an organic process by cconsuming resources/ land
etc, you exerted power/ control at the micro & macro level, preventing
adversaries individual & macro political, making use of them (Godfather III
- `Your enemies grow strong on what you leave behind’)…
And
post WWII, this formerly incipient dialectic came into its own as a decisive
factor in its own right.
Firstly
as a (molecular & macro) block against revolution
This
is also why USA helped buffer states to develop as a geo pol/econ bulwark against
spread of USSR bloc post WWII.
Secondly
(after threat of revolt subsided) through sheer inertial (& hubristic post
cold war continuing) momentum.
& the psycho political impact of defeat of
progressive nationalist resistence in the cold war.
(Role of Vietnam war in terrorising
resistence `destroying countries to save them’ to raise prohibitively the costs
of doing so)
…Combined with the cultural/ techno/
corporate expansionism necessary to re-inforce/ consolidate such
including (as a largely organic more
than conspiratorial process) to sell the western consumerist vision
This direct imposition of the
hegemony/ interests of the first world metropole over the 3rd world
(analogous to the way the Roman empire dominated the frontiers – stimulating the
development of the very armed formations that over-ran them) has a most curious
effect; in that the very structures of imperial control become the very
agencies of imperial ruination…
…by those seeking a piece of the pie
&/ or to `hit back’ often simultaneously, through insecurity/ instability
of supply of key resources, hopelessly unsustainable rates of immigration to
the metropole along its own rapid transit systems – as well as through
asymmetric warfare…
…which taken together amount in
effect to a global peasant war – threatening to over-run the USA
led metropolitan core…
For as well as vis technology, the
message/ means used organically to control the global peasantry
vis modern media/market forces, means the global peasantry now has a global
reach/ impact, which has to be taken notice of…
…wheras before, at
both the progressive & reactionary levels, there were entire social
bulwarks/ classes acting as buffers between the imperial metropolitan core
& the great mass of global humanity…
…by (organically) appealing directly
to the global people (over the heads of their rulers progressive &
reactionary) the USA led imperial metropolitan core has become much more of a direct
target, has destroyed the old geo pol/econ buffers between (USA
led) metropolitan core & the 3rd world…
Eg if the FMLN/ FSLN failed to
resist USA tyranny in El Salvador/ Nicaragua, who cares? Just hop over the
Mexican border into the USA…
Eg
immigration to USA is, as long as the petrodollar holds up, a safety valve for
Mexico, therefore the USA elite attempts to work (on basis of their hegemony) with
the grain of such – vis their plans for copying Chinese prison gulag labor
system – which Alex Jones alludes to (which plans however be cut across by the
crash of the petrodollar).
Pissed off with the way your country
is as a result of your previous Islamic fascists anti communist alliance with
the USA? Sick of their smug burger munching faces on your TV everyday? Its not
your fault, so just blow the mothers away a la Sept 11th…
…Or if you are feeling generous,
just blow up an oil pipeline & let them walk their fat arses off…
& this mortal peril, rather than chastening

Though the point would have to be conceded,
that any failure to check USA imperial hubris leads to an apocalyptic

peasant war is the power to challenge/ even break the (USA led) metropolitcan
core without itself being able to consolidate a new/ alternative
geo pol/econ centre of gravity; the proliferation of WMD…

threatens China, China goes nuclear, India responds likewise, Pakistan follows
& trades spare parts to fund its own program…
…must also be considered
part of the global peasant war
(moreover,
we have already seen how/ why China/ India cannot, as megastates, take over
from USA as imperial leaders of the military plutocratic system – so that
insofaras they are part of the metropolitan core, they are on basis of
war/ finance nexus, even more so part of the 3rd world)
Eg both because USA’s
attempts (aided by threat of its own 10,000 nukes) to deliberately retard
countries development (so as to prevent them even having the capacity to develop
their own WMD programs) feeds inexorably into (global) revanchist sentiment AND
because this consequent imbalance is an additional factor meaning the geo
pol/econ cost of WMD development is so great that such become the innate focus
of the state political psychology (of course, for such not to be
hindered, would mean the `effortless’ acquisition of WMD would both encourage
others to commit themselves & lead to general quantative
& qualitative proliferation of WMD)…
…& were we not already heading
for such, this USA drive for `full spectrum dominance’ would be the primary
cause for global econ collapse…
Which brings us to the next factor,
the failure of the info revolution to either automatically enable
a post military plutocratic order, or prevent the collapse of the
military plutocratic system…
For inevitably the (character of
the) info revolution was shaped by the inevitable rise of global
finance beyond the control of any nation state…
…as a tool to assist this process…
& yet the
information revolution has made the old repressive military plutocratic state
(its machinery), ever increasingly unviable (as a means to retain control –
even briefly) – even as it grasps impotently for more power it withers away – without
automatically giving rise to a new post military plutocratic order…
Eg for while the info revolution was
self evidently integral to the breaking of the power of
(generally parochial) organised labor – it nevertheless armed to the teeth the
very sam people, as a potential global civil society…
Not so much as workers, still less
as consumers, but rather as thinking humans – held together by the culture of
the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity – the chief objective
being to gain control of our own time, to not only master all threats to our
survival but universal time itself…
But paradoxically, to awaken/ enable
global civil society to so mobilise itself, the revanchist 3rd world
fascists had to be the initial beneficiaries to
help re-animate people in the process of the collapse/ breaking of the old
centre BEFORE the Revolution could fill the breech & establish the new
centre of gravity (eg vis the Nuclear Shotgun Wedding between the
Revolution & the old order we shall cover in Chapter 3)…
The key here is a general
unwillingness to die in strategic battles of for the interests of our elites
& how this reshapes the psycho political battlefield – that
the raising of the perceived price of blood, vis the 3rd world, is precisely
what makes us weak before asymmetric warfare…
…& (paradoxically) gives
them the techno advantage
eg as our lopsided/ top heavy techno
configuration is turned against us (never mind also by spread of disease from
impoverished 3rd world overwhelming the metropole) & not just
(though as well as by) Al Qaeda’s diffuse cyber model…
even though their `victory’ leads to
the destruction of the very technologies that enable them to wage their
campaign - leading to descent into primal panic/ chaos etc – though this is
even more spectacularly the case with the attempt to prop up the petrodollar
regime itself…
…that the clue to our collective
salvation can be found
Yet, to
think it is JUST a Q of counterposing revolutionary global security
frameworks/ geo pol/econ reconstructionist programs (Common Ownership of
Information for oil for solar microgeneration) especially wartime
econ sacrifices for solar powered desalination…
Enabled via a managed depression
– secure/ stable oil supplies at a high price…
Partially
analogous to the way that defeat for Britain in USA war of independence closed
of any illusory prospect of passing on costs of falling rate of mercantile
profit onto colonists; forcing pol/econ reconfiguration/ a longwave switch of
cheap capital (from mercantile trading) towards industrial development,
preparing way for longwave boom
The
chief difference being, the previous case was an entirely organic process…
(aided by captive
markets in India, forced to buy industrially manufactured cotton cloth while the
competition was suppressed – a crude symbiosis of war & finance)
…wheras commitment to solar powered
desalination requires exercise of conscious global political will – impelled by
threats of oblivion if we do not.

1) Sustainable energy & global
energy security
Eg given ease of
targeting pipelines, development of new supplies only possible on basis of
raising living standards in new oil producing locale itself - which over the
long run increases aggregate demand outstripping supplies brought on stream by
said locale – exacerbating/ accelerating shortage problems
Furthermore the consequent (national security state/
oil energy baron centred secureaucratic) geo pol/econ agendas (& corresponding global finance credit
expansionary imperium) have a terminal tendancy to promote
commodity fetishistic/ insanely short termist consumptive patterns..
2) Halt the charge into the
environmental abyss - vis combined dynamics of global warming/ ice age
Eg accelerated
greenhouse effect, leading to drying out/ ignition/ burning of Amazon/ Congo
carbon sinks, washing into/ saturating the oceans - a double impact on/
catalysing the release of massive amounts of methane - melting polar caps/
flooding warm water gulf stream with cold fresh water turning of gulf stream
leading to mini (or worse) ice age.
3) The Permanent Revolution -
Reconfigure (from top to bottom & centre) the entire global social (&
political) economic balance of power - permanently
Away from
apocalyptic national security state/
oil energy baron centred secureaucratic agendas & (corresponding) global
finance imperium; & towards global civil society (`an Englishman's/ African
women's home is his/ her power station').
Eg establishing a substantive
soveriegnty of the individual - which can be pooled to block any
resurgence of plutocratic pol/econ power (with all the apocalyptic consequances
such entails).
Eg as an
exponential increase in number of nuclear power stations, would be
catastrophically prone to budgetry cutbacks effecting safety, such a policy…
(even if not
as almost certainly be, inherently abortive - at the geo psycho
pol/econ level, eg an instinctive gut awareness of its unviability preventing
such holding the centre over the short/ medium term anyway)
…would lead to an apocalyptic geo pol/econ chain
reaction of dozens/ hundreds of Chernobyls.
Furthermore, by the
time new propsed nuke power stations come on stream, Electro Magnetic Pulse
Weapons be readily available – which would require the full paraphanalia of a
fascist state in order to defend such – making them MORE of a target for
various apocalyptic nihilists; & reducing the wider population to a state
of hostile indifference between said forces…
As
no one will trust unbacked paper currency after the dollar fiasco, & the
gold standard is inherently deflationary (encourages hoarding
etc), the only way to establish a new currency will be to back it with the most
substantive/ vital unit of value of all, energy.
In
the immediate term this means oil/ gas – literally the pumping of
such liquidity into the market as global welfare as a desperate measure to
stave of total geo pol/econ collapse for long enough to enable
conversion solar power etc.
The
advantage of the energy standard is that it encourages
expansionary development of solar power as recipients of global welfare will
not wish to so try the patience of their benefactors for any longer than we
absolutely have to
(it
is also self evident, that refusing to grant such, must lead to
the collapse of civilisation & such utter corresponding ruination of those
holding the oil/ gas reserves – to the point that the expertise/ infrastructure
even to make use of such will be irrevocably lost forever – that to do so will
cost them far more than granting such global welfare)
Moreover,
the security in depth solar power microgeneration affords the
citizenry of every land, will forever be proof against any bunch of thuggish
military plutocrats ever again being able to monopolise the entire geo pol/econ
agenda for their own petit minded self aggrandizing ends…
Our
longterm geo pol/econ survival therefore is entirely contingent upon turning an
initially oil/ gas based energy currency into an expansionary solar power
energy currency…
This
of course cannot take place in a vacuum – hence this work is primarily
concerned with the establishment of the new global security architecture & global
constitutional framework; which must serve as the preconditions for
accomplishing said objectives…
5) Positive impact technology
Eg a long term
weapon in the battle against desertification/ enabling farming in the Sahara,
so new carbon sinks elsewhere; to buy (more) time capital for humanity, in the war to develop the further measures required to
bring the environment into sustainable/ managed equilibrium (eg this will not
be the end nor even the beginning of the end, but it will be, the end of the
beginning).
…as an
antidote to & propelled by
everyone’s fear of apocalyptic chaos (from all quarters)…
…is to
miss the point about what kind of APOCALYPTIC narrative propels USA geo
psychology &
therefore what kind of global vision
(contextualising said geo strategic frameworks/ geo pol/econ reconstructionist
programs – propelled by everyone’s fear of apocalyptic chaos from all quarters) &
corresponding methodology (calibrated to address/ project such) is required to
eclipse it…
& The Mother of
All Disappointments
To note, the underlying logic behind
current USA military plutocratic involvement in the mideast is
highly complex/ meshed. Most straightforward be the dynamic set in train by
Sept 11th 2001 – which secured operational
control of the geo pol/con agenda for the neo
cons, providing a narrative legitimacy for a series of wars to secure
military resource hegemony – especially to prop up the petrodollar.
Wether Sept 11th 2001 was blowback (Bin
Laden expressing his ingratitude to his old CIA benefactors in an act of psycho
political transference…) or a strategy of tension plot, we can at least be
absolutely sure that this agenda/ dynamic (including September the 11th
2001 & its aftermath) is the product of the Diabolical
Trinity: USA petrodollar agenda, in alliance with Saudi feudalism &
its fundamentalist cohorts (on both sides of the equation,
Christian vis USA, Islamic vis Saudi etc) as props of said
petrodollar agenda.
As invading Afghanistan seemed a
pisspoor measure to restore damaged USA prestige...
Eg
the real subtextual substance (for which all the diplomatic
maneuverings were so much camouflage) was the unwritten law (self evident to
every child) that as an American’s life is worth so much more than
equivalent in the 3rd world; it was necessary to raise the
ante to `restore order’ in terms of geo psychology (to show who’s
boss) Eg `Some brown people had attacked America, therefore vastly more brown
people had to become directly (as opposed to indirectly) subject to the
vagaries of American power’.
This meant of course, attacking
Iraq...
(or
nuking somebody - we have Tony Blair to thank for going along with the capital
criminal Iraq war, to act as a moral hostage able to slow down, for a period,
this psycho political impulse – eg even the likes of Senator John McCain was
quick to call for use of nukes vis Sept 11th, & he is by no means the
nuttiest).
Which meshed with aforementioned prior
objectives (pre Sept 11th) of securing oil resources & insuring USA
strategic supremacy `full spectrum dominance' (as per official stated USA
policy); propping up USA finance speculative/ credit expansionary based system (including
by defending the petrodollar), for a while longer.
But these are only the sane
policies, which seamlessly tip over into, pursuing the objective
of (totally insane) USA `Rapture' psychology
Specifically the idea of a kind of
an `American Israel' where `USA is chosen by God to lead the
world to the Kingdom of Christ…’...
(eg
as especially such unrestrained power needs to justify itself to
itself, `divine sanction' neccessary as legitimising ideology/ narrative
- which (as at 12 Jan 2005) over 50% of USA population adheres to; BEFORE
any major apocalyptic geo pol/econ tailspin (eg vis dollar collapse) pushes
them into primal panic/ desperation...
...To remove obstacles percieved to
be hindering the fulfillment of prophecies/ preconditions for the `Rapture'
& Christ’s' second coming...
...Specifically to
enable Israel (strengthen its position, enabling it) to demolish the Dome of

Nuclear strike on Iran cannot
terrorise the world in a way which will stabilise it for a period under USA

options for collapse of its position. Nuking Iran, or wait for its position in

based collapse is not theoretically impossible, but less likely – as

Post aforementioned geo pol/econ
collapse, the Battle
of Jerusalem is the decisive geo strategic point whereby the entire
global agenda (global security
framework; which sets the agenda for the global constitutional framework; which
in turn sets the terms for the global pol/econ agenda) is decisively
shifted from the sphere of military (specifically military plutocratic &
warlordist) control, to the arena of (geo) political psychology
- the battlefield of peoples’ minds.

is absolutely impossible to impose a settlement by force. The only viable use
of force is that deployed in such a way so as to prevent hostile parties from

gives a formal commitment to destroying (all, but beginning with) 50% of its
nukes, to be carried out after Israel hands over last of
1967 territories…
In exchange
for which Pakistan gets control of the global presidency in Jerusalem (Pakistan

What is the relationship between new global
security architecture & the (Global Reserve) Bank of Jerusalem?
As noted in Chapter 1 (`The Post Petrodollar Revolution
Settlement’), the purpose of the Bank of Jerusalem is to re-engineer the
entire global political economy through establishment of a single global energy
based (instead of gold or fiat) currency.

to the Qs when/ how/ under what circumstances is the Bank of Jerusalem to be
established?
The
agreement (to keep the oil on long enough to effect the aforementioned geo
pol/econ transition) must be finalised before my murder of
the Crown (as outlined in Chapter 3) – leading to my immediate exile to
Jerusalem as political commander of the British Army – to effect the
establishment of new global security architecture via battle of Jerusalem
(through the medium of resolution of the Israel/ Palestine conflict as outlined
in Chapter 2).
These 2 gigantic institutions while (clearly) mutually
dependent are actually strikingly separate.
You might suppose that the Bank of Jerusalem is the more
obviously powerful/ able to bring immediate pressure to bear. But
until the new global security architecture is established/ consolidated,
while it has immense power to threaten to (to actually) bring the whole game
crashing down, it must use such power extremely judiciously, to support
the establishment of new global security architecture – to gaurentee its long
term investment. Or else, it simply destroys itself.
For the Bank of Jerusalem is itself an immensely top
heavy unstable structure peculiar to the post petrodollar interregnum –
when capitalism is revealed to have cannibalised its (real) financial capital
(through malinvestment – eg in speculation/ credit expansion propelled by the
petrodollar) & yet the structures of socialism – Common
Ownership of Info stabilised by solar power microgeneration
(the transcendent practicality ELABORATE)…

The Bank of Jerusalem is in essence a socialist
capitalist structure. Its anxious shareholders are the citizenry of
especially the various oil states – who have a vested interest in both
the stability/ establishment of new global security architecture and
the post petrodollar revolution settlement; whose fundamental interests differ
little therefore, from those of the rest of humanity…
…it is only for such therefore, that we can convince them
not to torch the global hall at the Extraordinary General Meeting
in permanent session – pre consolidation.
For we are all sick of the hegemony of petro elites. It
may be true (putting to one side the prospect of planetary eco Armageddon) that
plentiful reserves of super heavy oil are workable at a high
price. But only at the
expense of giving the petroleum magnates (& weapons manufacturers/ coterie
of national security state power brokers – the `overworld’) ever more
power over the entire geo pol/econ agenda…
& we wish to move away from such in such fashion as gives
civil society control of every sphere of its destiny – control over its own
info, its geo pol/econ policy/ stabilise migration – indeed patterns of
development that in themselves are (in aggregate terms) cheaper because
they give us control of such & therefore we do not incur the maniacal
expenses for the pyramid financial excesses of a mythologically myopic military
plutocratic tyranny.
So to engineer/ propel this process, the historic task of
the Bank of Jerusalem therefore is to enable/ encourage global citizenry to
literally mint their own currency, by producing their own (solar power
microgeneration) energy – to consolidate the Revolution & with it, to
conserve all that has been learnt over 10,000 years of the war/ finance
nexus, 100,000 years modern humanity, 10 million years of hominid existence
& 4 Billion years earth evolution.
4 Nuclear Shotgun Wedding
There is however, an
inescapable paradox at the heart of my work.
In
that I self evidently lack either the means to launch such a process by myself…
(that is, to be permitted to do so by
the historical requirements of the situation – making it at
least theoretically possible to do so – quickly/ effectively enough to a
decisive cadre),
…or a pre-existing political army/
formation able to seize the initiative (which is similarly not
possible until geo pol/econ conditions permit a stable synthesis
of organization/action with theory).
& my old
plan (from previous theoretical paradigm `Lucifer2.zip’).....
To sit on
my arse, wait for the trial of Saddam Hussein (& corresponding global
legitimacy crisis) to launch my work…
(matched to said legitimacy
crisis – see `Apocalyptic Triangulation of the USA Empire & the Omega

…at
the universities, wait for personnel in such to converge on me (over an
extended timeframe) when geo pol/econ conditions ripen - whence I
would have new paradigm developed/ deployable - aided by such a readymade
infrastructure giving me global reach...

by the fact that opportunity to deploy a viable theory increasingly tends
to only come with the point of total breakdown itself.
So that there is no
time for me by myself to deploy theory/ set up such a process of self
assembling infrastructure, that springs to life as geo pol/econ conditions

finally, having eliminated the impossible, the last option that remains is to
work with elements of the establishment on basis of the core paradox…

Via a model based on actually
riding the shockwave
The pivotal strategic
objective is to capture universities as focal points for establishment of
provisional govt (when geo pol/econ meltdown transpires) able to martial the
broadest swathes/ loyalty/ reluctant grudging support of civil society...
We examine how a British led Israel/ Palestine (Jerusalem
centred) settlement serves as the means for re-engineering the entire geo
strategic agenda in Chapter 1 (& with it the entire global constitutional
political economic framework in Chapter 3).
So, rather than simply `Revolution
from Below' (the regime centre will collapse anyway - Revolution's key initial
task, is to forge a cadre with the vision/ able to hold new order together) is
Revolution `from the middle' (the nodal networks - universities) & also
critically `Revolution from Above' - (via the spread of new rev technology, eg
by peoples of all classes terrified of impending apocalyptic breakdown)
...fusing with `Revolution
from the middle' & consolidation from below in (eg the
de-ideologised `Revolution in security’ - necessary to maintain order) fashion;
in the context of (& to resolve) unfolding geo pol/econ chaos...
For we are stuck between 2
iron laws, `we are where we are' & `we need to be where we need to be'.
& (as history has decreed that we deserve each other) we are all stuck with
each other for company, as we try to carve out the path from the one to the
other...
So while it is neccessary to
bring a sufficient minimum to trial of the (British) military plutocratic
elite, the key to this is in the view we take of the trial of (a necessary
minimum of) the (British) military plutocratic elite…
To demonstrate our burning bridges with the old way of
doing things (to lesser breeds without the law)…
& that we see our security/
future as being entirely dependant upon the establishment/ consolidation of a
geo strategic/ security framework & in turn a single global constitutional
geo pol/econ framework/ settlement – gaurenteeing every people’s legitimate
security concerns.
…without which we will not be able
to hold the center (eg vis Israel/ Palestine to begin process of developing
said geo security framework – see `Communique Number 1’; or even at home) in
the interim – to enable such to be established.
…which must exclude the British Army
(but not the Crown) from this process (as needed vis Israel/ Palestine etc…)…

responsibility for whose action is shared by BOTH
the Crown/ senior reps (eg political & institutional figureheads of state itself,
eg MI5/6 & against backdrop of econ chaos, some of the high & dry

as rapidly as possible to Jerusalem which must at all times be the psycho

& how by all accepting our responsibility, we can use said
apocalyptic breakdown of the war/ finance nexus to propel new global security/
consitutional/ pol/econ frameworks/ settlement enabling us to

Eg Free will only
becomes a hegemonic factor once all potential for automatic development on basis
of the 10,000 year old war/ finance nexus is exhausted.
Until
then, we could (within limits) chose what role we played, but not
the rules of the game…

exhaustion of all potential for development on basis of (war finance nexus eg)hegemony
of matter over (human) consciousness makes free will a decisive
hegemonic factor ..
Eg to use
the apocalyptic threats to propel the geo cultural/ constitutional/ pol/econ
antidote to said threats…

of civil society consciousness over its’ own creation…
Q How does this differ from
a normal trial?
Because it is not
just about a particular criminal act committed in a given time & place by a
given individual/ group…
But about humanity
facing up collectively to the collective problems
derivative from its’ entire evolution/ development – across 4
billion years of evolution, the struggle of consciousness to emerge/ gain
primacy over the dust/ matter from which it emerged.
That the first great
machine it ever created/ that propelled its development (the 10,000 year old
war/ finance nexus) enslaved it…
That in the final
epoch of war/ finance nexus, we are all holding weapons of
mass destruction of countless different forms eg: nuke/ bio chemical,
environmental, ideological, trade & geo political, parochial/ ignorance,
indifference etc.
…that threaten
wholesale oblivion…
…& that while as a
first step, executing some gilded slaves of the war/ finance
nexus, is necessary to confirm our intentions/ the mere beginnings of a
directional shift to the world & to ourselves, it is not by any means the
most difficult task on the long road to global salvation that confronts us (in
dismantling all said weapons of mass destruction in all their forms)...

understood as a necessary but strictly delimited first step in the general
perspective of the tasks that confront collective humanity & absolutely
nothing more…
This is
why the trial of the military plutocratic elite is merely the first
of 3 great inter linked trials; eg of military plutocratic elite/ hegemony, secondly
of myself (as outlined in the section: `The Battler of Jerusalem’) to set the
geo security agenda in which the 3rd great trial `The
Battle of Jerusalem’, eg of all humanity itself, is challenged to pro
actively embrace (take ownership of) what it will take to seize control
of its own conscious destiny – on pain of oblivion if it does not…
Vis the crown, the dreadful inescapable conclusion be that the method of execution must match the measures deployed by the British army against Palestinians trying to breech the Israeli border (unacceptable under ANY circumstances whatsoever).

….or the last settlment
before gaurentees given by Pakistan about dismantling nukes (as

…which would set in train a terminal
unrestrained psycho political momentum to go all the way & drive Israel into
the sea. Certainly such would not have been & needs to be cauterized as
part of the process – by Pakistan nuke disarmament demorilising Islamic fascist
psychology.
…so that such will not
precipitate general war/ total collapse, but rather be channeled into
the incipient constitutional/ legal framework/ process (outlined in
section: `The Battle of Jerusalem’) of security trade offs, forced
through under threat of MAD/ global apocalyptic anarchy…
Eg to lengthen the psycho political fuses of
the hostile parties in Israel/ Palestine (& the region/ world generally);
to enable this, the political commander of the British army in Israel/
Palestine is personally stuck with the task of carrying out this murder of part
of every one of 60 million British people, even of all humanity.
Eg if such is not
done, then Palestinians/ Arabs will certainly accept British role in overseeing
establishment of a Palestinian state, but without the geo strategic caveats
required to prevent geo psycho political momentum developing a terminal
velocity, such that any attempt to stop such will result in oil being
turned of & general war, as oppose to the trials & corresponding global
security exchange that must be set up vis the global psycho political Battle of
Jerusalem decisively eclipsing the role of the military as a hegemonic factor –
exploiting the threat of MAD to engineer single global security/ constitutional
framework – held together by the very threat of apocalyptic anarchy….
Bearing in mind the
army traditionally needs a stable fixed point to owe allegiance to (a crown or
an established constitution) to avoid anarchy, to what does the army owe
allegiance to in a world of flux???
The answer to this Q is
suggested only by the complete & utter lack of any other
options.
For it is not just the
army that needs such a focus but all British/ Euro civil society. Not just
British/ euro civil society, but the whole world.
The only
way to resolve this defining dilemma of the interregnum, is for Crown
Authority to last 1 year AND NO MORE THAN 1 YEAR AFTER
the murder of the Crown – long enough to get to the Battle of Jerusalem/
establish (new) global constitutional authority/ legitimacy by the eclipse of
the paradox of arms by the mother’s vanguard (& my execution – consolidating
legal authority - as outlined in Chapter 1); but NOT so long as
to cause the Jerusalem centred focus to be lost – which would spell chaos/
oblivion…
This actually must
entail the Crown consenting, for the good of humanity, to confer
such temporary/ transitional authority to enable this process to take place.
This transitional (Crown) authority must actually be the basis of global
transitional legitimacy. Its’ supremely unsatisfactory character actually
serving as an aid/ focus for the Jerusalem centred process/ Battle of
Jerusalem.
Such are the means by
which the paradoxes of 4 billion years of earth evolution must be resolved.
As to the Q HOW does this relate to the establishment of the Bank of
Jerusalem?
The agreement to
establish the Bank of Jerusalem to keep the oil on in exchange for common
ownership of info; long enough to effect the aforementioned geo pol/econ
transition to solar pwered microgeneration must be finalized before my murder
of the Crown (as outlined) – leading to my immediate exile to Jerusalem as
political commander of the british Army – to effect the establishment of the
new global security architecture via battle of Jerusalem (through the medium of
resolution of the Israel/ Paliestine conflict as outlined in Chapter 2).
This in turn sets
the terms of the new global security
agenda. We (in the west) begin by operating up our secret archives showing all
our dark deeds etc especially to ourselves vis depleted uranium with its half
life of 4.5 billion years – the horrors of which, in degrading all
human/ animal DNA (eg horrific birth malformations etc), etched onto our souls
represent our unspeakable own fate if
we do not move beyond the military plutocratic agenda of the war/finance
nexus.
It is perfectly true
that 3rd world revanchist/ nationalist elements will attempt to play
up our (perfectly genuine) misdeeds to their peoples as cover to avoid opening
up their own dark archives.
We therefore from the
security standpoint, all other options being historically closed of to us, have
no choice but to turn an unavoidable imperative into a strategic virtue…
…certainly not to
effect `regime change’ by imperial aggression (an option thankfully dead
forever) with fraudulent democratic grand facades; but rather, to replicate the
basic DNA – based on the common ownership of info which naturally seeks
consolidation through solar powered microgeneration & with the substantive
sovereignty of the individual increasingly possessed of such strategic depth
seeks to effect ever greater command of its pooled/ collective destiny - finding its own forms appropriate to the
geo political terrain out of which such emerges; yet linked into said
overarching culture….
Eg key point, in the interim, Britain can
only avoid anarchy/ hold together transitionally if defined by objective
of global security framework centred on Jerusalem
Eg it is the very lack of a
viable British constitutional settlement that impels such a Jerusalem centred
framework – to prevent anarchy…
Even Europe (into which Euro Commonwealth
of the regions of Europe, Britain must dissolve itself) can only avoid the
various brushfires springing up turning into raging firestorms which will
consume it utterly, if it is redefined as the backbone of the Global
Commonwealth Confederation – enabling (middle eastern) Medina commonwealth/
South Asia to act (as outlined in `Battle of Jerusalem’) as
checks against USA rapture psychology – eclipsing USA apocalyptic expansionism
in order that USA visionary expansionism can save the world vis solar powered
desalination & the universalist conception…
…Eg the nation state is too small to tame
global finance hegemony (of war/ finance nexus); & too big to be a peaceful
region; therefore unless redefined for such purposes, to enable transition to
geo constitutional blocks able to act as bulwark components (establishing

into some variant of apocalyptic rapture psychology, inexorably prone to

order to keep the geo pol/econ agenda centred on global reconstruction,
especially solar powered desalination)…

Helping to fix geo
psycho political focus on Jerusalem/ Battle of Jerusalem…
This way, we shift the
focus away from (no longer viable) static fixed points (in people’s minds) to
(as is necessary in state of apocalyptic flux) a gyrostabilised vision
– propelled by the apocalyptic chaos, & centred on its only
viable geo strategic point of consolidation, Jerusalem.
Said anthem (Jerusalem)
can also function as a key (even decisive) weapon at the aforementioned Battle
of Jerusalem – giving everyone a button to cancel out the nuclear buttons, by
registering support for the alternatives – though the words will only recover
their sweetness at the point when the Battle of Jerusalem takes root in
everyone’s soul…
…in conclusion, it is
this point on the edge of humanity, when the old order cannot hold the center,
& the new has yet to establish its’ global legitimacy; & be so
unimagineably hated for doing what needs must in order to enable it to begin to
do so, that is the most perilous of all in human history. For it represents the
gravest threat of a tip into outright inhumanity/ oblivion on the one hand;
against the absolute certainty of doing so if we refuse the leap.
we should all of us recognise
that:
... in the terrifying paradox of
transition, whereby the old ways continue as they
collapse, & yet also be changed & also be seized by a paralysis/ duel
fear of apocalyptic anarchy; resulting from consequences of their
own military plutocratic geo pol/econ policy & fear
of revolutionary measures (the good, the bad & the ugly) from above or
(even more from) below…
1) Regime needs the Revolution (as per the core paradox) to avoid immediate
& total anarchy….
2) The Revolution needs remnants of the establishment to prevent collapse for
just long enough to allow the Revolutions’ geo strategic solution/ settlement
to kick in – led by (aforementioned) Jerusalem centred
global security framework (setting the terms for the global constitutional/
pol/econ agenda)...
3) It is only the provisional legitimacy of the emergent rev geo strategic
framework (centred on Jerusalem – see `Communique Number 1’ – which needs
further development in light of `Battle of Jerusalem - Conceptually Outgunning
USA Rapture Psychology’) providing a gyro stabilized/ global psycho political
focus & corresponding prospect of global security/ constitutional/ pol/econ
settlement - that props up remnants of the establishment for just long enough
to allow them to function as transitional scaffolding for the revolution in the
interim (pre settlement) period.
4) Therefore keep bloodshed to the absolute minimum necessary, to go
just about far enough to demonstrate to 3rd world we have committed
ourselves irrevocably to this process, to enable us to enforce
the Jerusalem (Israeli – Palestine) centred geo strategic process in the way/
degree (we must assume be) required to avoid a collapse into anarchy, without
immediately precipitating said anarchy (as outlined in `Battle of

Eg as it is dangerous
to get too far ahead of time, as time has the vicious character
of springing back ahead of you in general proportion to your previous
advantage, I am anxious to be as closely matched to the point of geo pol/econ
breakdown as can be, so that my work is just about good enough to serve as a
viable starting point from which to proceed...
...Therefore it is important
not to panic, but to remain in formation as such, to match the key moment, or
else be strung out over the march across time...
If one charges too far ahead of time, the
inevitable unripeness of what will consequantly be your lead concepts shall

can bring myself to accept that only when USA bombworshippers march under their

case) don't actually want (themselves) to do any fighting, therefore the only
remaining logic is to press the button & hope our Lord & Saviour will come
riding to glory on a mushroom cloud -

America's fear of America, humanity will be sufficiently terrified to
adopt & develop further, my counter measures.
Looking back, there is no way
in 1987 or even relatively recently, I could have reconciled myself to such a
notion, without becoming (defacto) one of those that advocate
everything must crash (for all practical purposes, irretrievably) into the
abyss for some miraculous resurrection/ transubstantiation to occur - without bothering to develop any
corresponding counter measures.
USA bombworshippers aside, I reckoned
circa 1987 (when I became a professional revolutionary - & even before)
Revolution to absolute imperative, because even in event of a new period of
longwave rev reform/ reconfiguration of the capitalist system, humanity would
not survive the resultant proliferation of inherently apocalyptic technologies,
on basis of military plutocratic elite hegemony – eg without civil society
hegemony/ control over how such technologies are developed/ deployed & to
what purpose.

You can always tell when you are really
desperate, when you are forced to ask the Q `If hope existed, what would it
look like & where would it be?’, & plot a course to intercept it
accordingly.
Well, never have I used this dead
reckoning device with greater frequency than in compiling this pamphlet/
transitional paradigm.
This fact & that it holds
together at all, leads me to the conclusion that, it is the future, but
definitely not the present.
`I have seen the future & its’
a damn near run thing’
…I could never have
kept pace with it. Therefore such, a voyage across the universe of one's own
ignorance, was neccessary, to develop further the new political technology, to
get to each staging post just in time, to remain in the game, to struggle to
get to the next objective.
Eg if I had not developed (as
outlined in `Intro to Quantum Materialism’ Chapter 6 subsection `Here’s one I
made earlier’) a subscenario to deal with the BNP Q (a couple of months) before
September 11th (to combine with scenarios related to asymmetric warfare) I
could not have developed subsequant paradigms; history would have
run too far ahead of me to be able to catch up, to produce the outline gameplan
which (when conditions ripen - via America's fear of America) the
rest of humanity can/ must develop further in every way required, in action, in
theory, wherever they are, however they can.
(etc, until my death -
hopefully effectively deployed - consolidates new rev culture &
corresponding global constitutional/ legal framework)
Each new objective more
starkly forbidding than that which preceeded it...
Likewise for all humanity in the
future (Keeping its' correspondingly exponentially increased knowledge/
imagination continuously occuppied in a kind of `intellectual Big Bang').
