4 Billion years of earth evolution,

…have finally led us to this point
in history, where the last bankrupt military plutocratic superpower in history,
in a desperate bid to retain control of the military geo pol/econ agenda…
…to preserve the petrodollar upon
which the $8Trillion USA budget deficit & $700billion annualized trade
deficit is based
Since post WWII boom
strengthened the hand of black labor/ radicalism & threatened a rev
alliance with white labor…
…the decoupling of the
dollar from the gold standard & switch aided via establishment of the
petrodollar (the agreement between USA & mideast oil barons that oil be
paid for exclusively in dollars) to a credit expansionary/ finance speculative
based system (the petrodollar giving USA an `unlimited credit card’ to fund an
entire global credit expansionist dynamic) – made it possible to smash black radicalism (especially the
Black Panther Party via the Covert Intelligence Program) under cover of
the Vietnam War, & consolidate by fuelling the development of a new
middle class – eg the USA elite curiously freed by corresponding
emergence of global finance hegemony beyond the control of the nation state,
from any control that would have held them politically accountable; so that the
political crisis was resolved through an economic crisis which was resolved
through the establishment of the petrodollar…
& as all the USA
had to do was resort to the printing presses as every state needed dollars to
pay for oil – perversely the dollar became the `safe haven ‘ currency –
further fuelling the (`Ponzi financial pyramid’) global credit
expansionary/ speculative boom – including China’s (industrial) over
accumalation (productive capacity growing faster than real demand’s capacity to
absorb production – spurred by capital’s inherent propensity to… ) compelled to
buy dollars to underwrite USA’s trade deficit with China….
Moreover, the
petrodollar actually enabled the financing of the war machine needed to protect
it (including vis the USA bankrupting the USSR by bankrupting itself)…
…is committing itself to a war with
Iran
( to counter establishment of Iranian oil bourse
(undermining the petrodollar), the Iranian challenge to USA nuclear hegemony
(& corresponding regional strategic interests – vis Iran’s imperial
competition in the region)…
The Mullahs driven
largely by their own version of USA rapture psychology, failing to comprehend
they accelerate their own oblivion by accelerating the dollar crash
…which because it will be such a
disaster, it must re-inforce, to prevent USA psycho political economic center
collapsing immediately (that very day/ hour)…
…feeding into wider regional/ global
pol/econ chaos – including vis Israel/ Palestine which ultimately in
desperation will cause Israel (all peoples descending into laager psychology)
to demolish the Dome of the Rock – leading to general (as opposed to partial) convergence
on Mecca & the Sunni/ Shia fighting against each other in Mecca for the
mantle of control…
…anarchy/ the oil turned off…
…Triggering all out race war in USA
– USA/ Mexico border war (which is at time of writing 28/1/06 – played down to
avoid catalyzing the dollar tailspin – vis fear escalation/ all out border war/
race war)…
Yet paradoxically it is in the very
components that make up the global peasant war threatening to
over-run a degenerate metropolitan core…
Paradoxically, the geo pol/econ
outline of our salvation is to be found precisely in apocalyptic threats
unleashed by the war/ finance nexus vis its’
Organic consumptive patterns of control
The
dialectics of resource depletion play an increasingly important geo military
pol/econ role.
This
is not a coincidence, but built into the very process of geo pol/econ linear
development/ evolution of the war/ finance nexus…
- At the macro & micro level,
consumption functions as a destructive productive means of control (by USA led
war/ finance nexus). Eg as an organic process by cconsuming resources/ land
etc, you exerted power/ control at the micro & macro level, preventing
adversaries individual & macro political, making use of them (Godfather III
- `Your enemies grow strong on what you leave behind’)…
And
post WWII, this formerly incipient dialectic came into its own as a decisive
factor in its own right.
Firstly
as a (molecular & macro) block against revolution
This
is also why USA helped buffer states to develop as a geo pol/econ bulwark
against spread of USSR bloc post WWII.
Secondly
(after threat of revolt subsided) through sheer inertial (& hubristic post
cold war continuing) momentum.
& the psycho political impact of defeat of progressive nationalist
resistence in the cold war.
(Role of Vietnam war in terrorising
resistence `destroying countries to save them’ to raise prohibitively the costs
of doing so)
…Combined with the cultural/ techno/
corporate expansionism necessary to re-inforce/ consolidate such
including (as a largely organic more
than conspiratorial process) to sell the western consumerist vision
This direct imposition of the
hegemony/ interests of the first world metropole over the 3rd world
(analogous to the way the Roman empire dominated the frontiers – stimulating
the development of the very armed formations that over-ran them) has a most
curious effect; in that the very structures of imperial control become the very
agencies of imperial ruination…
…by those seeking a piece of the pie
&/ or to `hit back’ often simultaneously, through insecurity/ instability
of supply of key resources, hopelessly unsustainable rates of immigration to
the metropole along its own rapid transit systems – as well as through
asymmetric warfare…
…which taken together amount in
effect to a global peasant war – threatening to over-run the USA
led metropolitan core…
For as well as vis technology, the
message/ means used organically to control the global peasantry
vis modern media/market forces, means the global peasantry now has a global
reach/ impact, which has to be taken notice of…
…wheras before, at
both the progressive & reactionary levels, there were entire social
bulwarks/ classes acting as buffers between the imperial metropolitan core
& the great mass of global humanity…
…by (organically) appealing directly
to the global people (over the heads of their rulers progressive &
reactionary) the USA led imperial metropolitan core has become much more of a direct
target, has destroyed the old geo pol/econ buffers between (USA
led) metropolitan core & the 3rd world…
Eg if the FMLN/ FSLN failed to
resist USA tyranny in El Salvador/ Nicaragua, who cares? Just hop over the
Mexican border into the USA…
Pissed off with the way your country
is as a result of your previous Islamic fascists anti communist alliance with
the USA? Sick of their smug burger munching faces on your TV everyday? Its not
your fault, so just blow the mothers away a la Sept 11th…
…Or if you are feeling generous,
just blow up an oil pipeline & let them walk their fat arses off…
& this mortal peril, rather than chastening USA imperial hubris,
renders it more explosive in its laager psychology. Though the
point would have to be conceded, that any failure to check USA imperial
hubris leads to an apocalyptic nuclear expansionist decadence/ tailspin in any
case.
Indeed as noted earlier, Sept 11th actually stabilised USA
geo pol/econ psychology, for a period, by preventing (shifting focus from)
scandals vis Enronisation of the entire geo pol/econ gaining their own critical
momentum…
& as the essence of the global
peasant war is the power to challenge/ even break the (USA led) metropolitcan
core without itself being able to consolidate a new/ alternative
geo pol/econ centre of gravity; the proliferation of WMD…
USA
threatens China, China goes nuclear, India responds likewise, Pakistan follows
& trades spare parts to fund its own program…
…must also be
considered part of the global peasant war
(moreover,
we have already seen how/ why China/ India cannot, as megastates, take over
from USA as imperial leaders of the military plutocratic system – so that
insofaras they are part of the metropolitan core, they are on basis of
war/ finance nexus, even more so part of the 3rd world)
Eg both because USA’s
attempts (aided by threat of its own 10,000 nukes) to deliberately retard
countries development (so as to prevent them even having the capacity to
develop their own WMD programs) feeds inexorably into (global) revanchist
sentiment AND because this consequent imbalance is an additional
factor meaning the geo pol/econ cost of WMD development is so great that such
become the innate focus of the state political psychology (of
course, for such not to be hindered, would mean the `effortless’
acquisition of WMD would both encourage others to commit themselves & lead
to general quantative & qualitative proliferation of WMD)…
…& were we not already heading
for such, this USA drive for `full spectrum dominance’ would be the primary
cause for global econ collapse…
Which brings us to the next factor,
the failure of the info revolution to either automatically enable
a post military plutocratic order, or prevent the collapse of the
military plutocratic system…
For inevitably the (character of
the) info revolution was shaped by the inevitable rise of global
finance beyond the control of any nation state…
…as a tool to assist this process…
& yet the
information revolution has made the old repressive military plutocratic state
(its machinery), ever increasingly unviable (as a means to retain control –
even briefly) – even as it grasps impotently for more power it withers away – without
automatically giving rise to a new post military plutocratic order…
Eg for while the info revolution was
self evidently integral to the breaking of the power of
(generally parochial) organised labor – it nevertheless armed to the teeth the
very sam people, as a potential global civil society…
Not so much as workers, still less
as consumers, but rather as thinking humans – held together by the culture of
the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity – the chief objective
being to gain control of our own time, to not only master all threats to our
survival but universal time itself…
But paradoxically, to awaken/ enable
global civil society to so mobilise itself, the revanchist 3rd world
fascists had to be the initial beneficiaries to
help re-animate people in the process of the collapse/ breaking of the old
centre BEFORE the Revolution could fill the breech & establish the new
centre of gravity (eg vis the aforementioned Nuclear Shotgun Wedding)…
The key here is a general
unwillingness to die in strategic battles of for the interests of our elites
& how this reshapes the psycho political battlefield – that
the raising of the perceived price of blood, vis the 3rd world, is precisely
what makes us weak before asymmetric warfare…
…& (paradoxically) gives
them the techno advantage
eg as our lopsided/ top heavy techno
configuration is turned against us (never mind also by spread of disease from
impoverished 3rd world overwhelming the metropole) & not just
(though as well by) Al Qaeda’s diffuse cyber model…
even though their `victory’ leads to
the destruction of the very technologies that enable them to wage their
campaign (leading to descent into primal panic/ chaos etc)…
…that the clue to our collective salvation can be found
Yet, to think it is JUST a Q of
counterposing revolutionary global security frameworks/ geo pol/econ
reconstructionist programs especially wartime econ sacrifices for
solar powered desalination…
Enabled via a managed depression – secure/ stable oil
supplies at a high price…
Partially
analogous to the way that defeat for Britain in USA war of independence closed
of any illusory prospect of passing on costs of falling rate of mercantile
profit onto colonists; forcing pol/econ reconfiguration/ a longwave switch of
cheap capital (from mercantile trading) towards industrial development,
preparing way for longwave boom
The
chief difference being, the previous case was an entirely organic process…
(aided by captive markets in
India, forced to buy industrially manufactured cotton cloth while the
competition was suppressed – a crude symbiosis of war & finance)
…wheras
commitment to solar powered desalination requires exercise of conscious global
political will – impelled by threats of oblivion if we do not.
…neccessary

1) Sustainable energy & global energy
security
Eg given ease of targeting
pipelines, development of new supplies only possible on basis of raising living
standards in new oil producing locale itself - which over the long run
increases aggregate demand outstripping supplies brought on stream by said
locale – exacerbating/ accelerating shortage problems
Furthermore the consequent (national security state/ oil energy baron
centred secureaucratic) geo pol/econ agendas & (corresponding global
finance credit expansionary imperium) have a terminal tendancy to promote
commodity fetishistic/ insanely short termist consumptive patterns..
2) Halt the charge into the environmental abyss
- vis combined dynamics of global warming/ ice age
Eg accelerated greenhouse effect,
leading to drying out/ ignition/ burning of Amazon/ Congo carbon sinks, washing
into/ saturating the oceans - a double impact on/ catalysing the release of
massive amounts of methane - melting polar caps/ turning of gulf stream leading
to mini (or worse) ice age.
3) The Permanent Revolution - Reconfigure (from
top to bottom & centre) the entire global social (& political) economic
balance of power - permanently
Away from apocalyptic national security state/ oil energy baron
centred secureaucratic agendas & (corresponding) global finance imperium;
& towards global civil society (`an Englishman's/ African women's home is
his/ her power station').
Eg establishing a substantive
soveriegnty of the individual - which can be pooled to block any resurgence
of plutocratic pol/econ power (with all the apocalyptic consequances such
entails).
Eg as an exponential increase in
number of nuclear power stations, would be catastrophically prone to budgetry
cutbacks effecting safety, such a policy…
(even if not as almost certainly be, inherently
abortive - at the geo psycho
pol/econ level, eg an instinctive gut awareness of its unviability preventing
such holding the centre over the short/ medium term anyway)
…would lead to an apocalyptic geo pol/econ chain reaction of dozens/
hundreds of Chernobyls.
Furthermore, by the time new
propsed nuke power stations come on stream, Electro Magnetic Pulse Weapons be
readily available – which would require the full paraphanalia of a fascist
state in order to defend such – making them MORE of a target for various
apocalyptic nihilists; & reducing the wider population to a state of
hostile indifference between said forces…
As
no one will trust unbacked paper currency after the dollar fiasco, & the
gold standard is inherently deflationary (encourages hoarding
etc), the only way to establish a new currency will be to back it with the most
substantive/ vital unit of value of all, energy.
In
the immediate term this means oil/ gas – literally the pumping of
such liquidity into the market as global welfare as a desperate measure to
stave of total geo pol/econ collapse for long enough to enable
conversion solar power etc.
The
advantage of the energy standard is that it encourages
expansionary development of solar power as recipients of global welfare will
not wish to so try the patience of their benefactors for any longer than we
absolutely have to
(it
is also self evident, that refusing to grant such, must lead to
the collapse of civilisation & such utter corresponding ruination of those
holding the oil/ gas reserves – to the point that the expertise/ infrastructure
even to make use of such will be irrevocably lost forever – that to do so will
cost them far more than granting such global welfare)
Moreover,
the security in depth solar power microgeneration affords the
citizenry of every land, will forever be proof against any bunch of thuggish
military plutocrats ever again being able to monopolise the entire geo pol/econ
agenda for their own petit minded self aggrandizing ends…
Our
longterm geo pol/econ survival therefore is entirely contingent upon turning an
initially oil/ gas based energy currency into an expansionary solar power
energy currency…
This
of course cannot take place in a vacuum – hence this work is primarily
concerned with the establishment of the new global security architecture &
global constitutional framework; which must serve as the preconditions for
accomplishing said objectives…
5) Positive impact technology
Eg a long term weapon in the
battle against desertification/ enabling farming in the Sahara, so new carbon
sinks elsewhere; to buy (more) time
capital for humanity, in the war to develop the further
measures required to bring the environment into sustainable/ managed equilibrium
(eg this will not be the end nor even the beginning of the end, but it will be,
the end of the beginning).
…as an antidote to & propelled by
everyone’s fear of apocalyptic chaos (from all quarters)…
…is to miss the point about what
kind of narrative propels USA geo psychology &
therefore what kind of global vision
(contextualising said geo strategic frameworks/ geo pol/econ reconstructionist
programs – propelled by everyone’s fear of apocalyptic chaos from all quarters) is required
to eclipse it…
To note, the underlying logic behind current
USA military plutocratic involvement in the mideast is highly complex/ meshed.
Most straightforward be the dynamic set in train by Sept 11th 2001
(Bin Laden demonstrating his ingratitude to his old CIA benefactors).
Sept
11th 2001 as much as anything an act of psycho political
transference. Eg as Islamic fascists could not possibly be in any way to blame for
the condition of states where their ideology predominated in alliance with USA
imperium, everything therefore had to be USA's fault, so (to follow this
internal logic/ narrative) it was for Islamic fascists to so seize the
initiative...
After which invading Afghanistan seemed a pisspoor
measure to restore damaged USA prestige...
Eg
as the unwritten law be that an American's life is worth so much more than many
in the 3rd world; it was neccessary to raise the ante to `restore order'
in terms of geo psychology (to show who's boss) Eg some brown people
had attacked America, therefore vastly more brown people had to become directly
(as opposed to indirectly) subject to the vagaries of American power.
This meant of course, attacking Iraq...
(or
nuking somebody - we have Tony Blair to thank for going along with the capital
criminal Iraq war, to act as a moral hostage able to slow down, for a period,
this psycho political impulse – eg even the likes of Senator John McCain was
quick to call for use of nukes vis Sept 11th, & he is by no means the
nuttiest).
Which meshed with other prior objectives
(pre Sept 11th) of securing oil resources & insuring USA strategic
supremacy `full spectrum dominance' (as per official stated USA policy);
propping up USA finance speculative/ credit expansionary based system, for a
while longer.
But these are only the sane policies, which
seamlessly tip over into, pursuing the objective of (totally
insane) USA `Rapture' psychology
Specifically the idea of a kind of an `American
Israel' where `USA is chosen by God to lead the world to the Kingdom of
Christ…’...
(eg
as especially such unrestrained power needs to justify itself to
itself, `divine sanction' neccessary as legitimising ideology/ narrative
- which (as at 12 Jan 2005) over 50% of USA population adheres to; BEFORE
any major apocalyptic geo pol/econ tailspin (eg vis dollar collapse) pushes
them into primal panic/ desperation...
...To remove obstacles percieved to be hindering the
fulfillment of prophecies/ preconditions for the `Rapture' & Christ’s'
second coming...
...Specifically to enable Israel
(strengthen its position, enabling it) to demolish the Dome of the Rock,
rebuild the temple, after which, as per Revelations 7:4, the Jews
shall be punished for their failure to acknowledge King Jesus & be reduced
from 30 million to 144,000 (the inevitable/ inexorable failure of such a policy
to stabilise control of the oil - obviously being the perfidious Jews’ fault;
vis their failure to acknowledge King Jesus); whereupon our Lord & Saviour,
shall `Rapture' up (to heaven) our apple pie munching bretheren & smite the
rest of us....
Meanwhile, in the real world, the use of nukes propels at
least 2 general apocalyptic geo pol/econ dynamics:
1) Such violent hostility
among ever widening swathes of Iranians etc that USA nukes be used against
Iranian troop/ non state, popular paramilitary concentrations, stimulating ever
widening firestorms of hatred from all humanity, leading not only to the oil
being turned of/ corresponding geo pol/econ collapse, but the whole world on a
nuclear hair trigger (USA: `We've started so we'll finish'..)
2) & occurring both
entirely independant of the above factor, & catastrophically
catalysed by it, the aforementioned econ collapse/ primal panic.
Nuclear strike on Iran cannot terrorise the world in a
way which will stabilise it for a period under USA nuclear terrorist hegemony;
but leads to immediate global collapse.
So USA has merely a choice between 2 options for collapse
of its position. Nuking Iran, or wait for its position in Iraq to collapse
(including vis global legitimacy crisis vis trial of Saddam Hussein - see
`Apocalyptic Triangulation of the USA Empire & the Omega Option' in
`Lucifer2TM.zip’ for details).
The straightforward USA econ based collapse
is not theoretically impossible, but less likely – as the reflexive
impulse to attempt to retain control of the geo pol/econ agenda likely to lead
to ever more desperate ventures
No conventional state policy can arrest
this inexorable geo psychology.
Eg a China bluff to threaten to sell (vast reserves of)
dollars (to prevent attack on Iran or even to defend Russian territorial
integrity from increasingly desperate/ insane USA aided attempts to foment a
rising in the interests of elite/ compradorist elements more amenable to USA
interests)…
Europe
is helping out USA over Iran. For the same reason Britain helped USA over Iraq,
to attempt to appease USA laager psychology/ contain use of nukes…
…eg
this paradoxically represents the partial sublimation of the ever broadening/
deepening (of) USA rapture psychology, within a legitimized framework…
Q.
WHAT about the role of France in backing USA over Syria Q (for historic reasons
of colonial pique)?
This
is hardly a reason for all Europe to grease the path to the Iran war. This is
simply sheer continental drift. That as Europe/ world not yet ready/ prepared
to take on tasks of global constitutional leadership, by default, Europe ends
up supporting USA policy UNTIL it is apocalyptically exhausted. EU policy can
be summed up as `frigging in the rigging – cause there’s fuck all else to do…’
This
therefore gives the Iran war the superficial appearance of being about trying
to save the petrodollar…
…except
of course, following the Iraq debacle it self evidently cannot…
…&
USA bombworshippers shall reveal the underlying logic by coming out under their
own banner – vis destruction of the Dome of the Rock…
…Therefore
vis Iran war, a vain attempt to save the petrodollar, tips over inexorably into
its principle logic of USA rapture psychology – but – vis temporary
discrediting of all the apocalyptic currents & general desperation…
…providing
a just aabout sufficient window of opportunity to engineer new global security
architecture/ & corresponding geo pol/econ constitutional frameworks – by
trading apocalyptic threats of against each other – held together by culture of
common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity…
As USA
regime has the operational initiative granted them by virtue of their sheer
insanity - until the center collapses – unleashing Americas’ fear of America
(as the bombworshippers come out under their own banner – even as they be part
of something that terrifies them more than any other deathcult in all history)
the key to humanity seizing control of the geo pol/econ agenda & with it,
its’ own conscious destiny……
…eg dealing
with apocalyptic threat of USA rapture psychology gives Revolution command of the
geo strategic agenda, enabling it to deal with all other apocalyptic threats
from all other quarters. In the 4th section of this pamphlet we will
examine how the Revolution consolidates this process at the geo cultural level

The Battle of Jerusalem
Post
aforementioned geo pol/econ collapse, the Battle of Jerusalem is the decisive geo strategic point whereby the entire global
agenda (global security framework; which sets the agenda for the
global constitutional framework; which in turn sets the terms for the global
pol/econ agenda) is decisively shifted from the sphere of military (specifically military
plutocratic & warlordist) control, to the arena of (geo) political
psychology - the battlefield of peoples’ minds.
Eg it is absolutely
impossible to impose a settlement by force. The only viable use of force is
that deployed in such a way so as to prevent hostile parties from slaughtering
each other for just long enough so as to preserve a sufficient space in
peoples’ minds, to allow the new rev geo security/ constitutional &
pol/econ settlement to kick in.
In this vein, `
neutralizing doomsday’ strategies are outlined in event of use of nukes by one
element or another in `Communique Number 1’ & `Intro to Quantum
Materialism’ in Lucifer2TM.zip’.
This
process while
centred on Israel/ Palestine Q, is designed (woven in with said
Israel/ Palestine Q) to force global security trade offs –
especially vis control of nuke weapons – which process in turn sets the agenda
for/ defines the parameters of the global constitutional & pol/econ
settlement (especially for solar powered desalination – to quench the thirst
for revenge/ support for revanchist ideologies)…
As we
shall see, Britain, Pakistan, USA must give up their nukes sequentially, to
enable the setting up/ continuation & completion of a global security
architecture – which in turn sets the global pol/econ constitutional agenda…
…wheras
other nuke powers within the regional superstates/ commonwealths – set up
within the framework of the constitutional agenda (enable/ defined by new
global security architecture) are compelled (as we shall see) to give up their
nukes to avoid destabilizing said commonwealths; which would so rapidly &
completely lead to their ruination as to render such self evidently more
trouble than they be worth…
At each
step of the way the spectre of global oblivion (among all hostile parties) is
exploited to force progress, & the decisive point/ showdown is where all of
humanity are challenged to come out onto the streets to actively endorse/ railroad
through said global security framework on pain of corresponding oblivion if
they do not.
The global focus for this
process is the `Battle of Jerusalem’ when the political commander of (British)
forces is, must be arraigned for blocking the transfer of the last piece of
Palestinian territories back to the Palestinians; until Pakistan (after Britain destroys
its nukes – a process monitored especially by the Russians) gives a formal
commitment to destroying (all, but beginning with) 50% of its nukes, to be
carried out after Israel
hands over last of 1967 territories…
In exchange for which Pakistan gets
control of the global presidency in Jerusalem (Pakistan destroys remaining
nukes), positioning it to focus attention on the breaking of Hindu fascism in
India; by among other things rebuilding the Barbary Mosque in Ayodhya and a
globalist vision that eclipses Hindu fascism in India (enabling
re-unification).
Eg for South Asian troops to lead permanent global onsite
control & monitoring of ALL USA nuke installations (all
such transferred to global control for agreed global purposes eg asteroid
strikes/ the thermonuclear linear shear lancing of the Yellowstone Caldera
& after the water has been drained from its volcanic dams, the systematic
reduction of the Cumbre Veja volcano – eg as it is more & more the case
that the knowledge to create brings with it the knowledge/ power to destroy,
you cannot abolish such knowledge/ technologies, but you can & must subject
them to global monitoring & control for agreed purposes – as outlined in

If at any stage USA attempts to block

inescapable paradox at the heart of my work.

that I self evidently lack either the means to launch such a process by myself…
(that is, to be permitted to do so by the historical

…or a pre-existing political army/ formation able
to seize the initiative (which is similarly not possible until geo
pol/econ conditions permit a stable synthesis of

wait for the trial of Saddam Hussein (& corresponding global legitimacy

consciousness to emerge/ gain primacy over the dust/ matter from which it
emerged.
That the first great machine it ever

That in the final
epoch of war/ finance nexus, we are all holding weapons of
mass destruction of countless different forms eg: nuke/ bio chemical,

conclusion, it is this point on the edge of humanity, when the old order cannot

Looking back, there is no way
in 1987 or even relatively recently, I could have reconciled myself to such a
notion, without becoming (defacto) one of those that advocate

abyss for some miraculous resurrection/ transubstantiation to occur - without bothering to develop any
corresponding counter measures.
USA
bombworshippers aside, I reckoned circa 1987 (when I became a professional
revolutionary - & even before) Revolution to absolute imperative, because
even in event of a new period of longwave rev reform/ reconfiguration of the
capitalist system, humanity would not survive the resultant proliferation of
inherently apocalyptic technologies, on basis of military plutocratic elite
hegemony – eg without civil society hegemony/ control over how such
technologies are developed/ deployed & to what purpose.
So paradoxically (on the other side
of the equation), without trying all this time to steal a march
on history…
You
can always tell when you are really desperate, when you are forced to ask the Q
`If hope existed, what would it look like & where would it be?’, & plot
a course to intercept it accordingly.
Well, never have I used this
dead reckoning device with greater frequency than in compiling this pamphlet/
transitional paradigm.
This fact & that it holds
together at all, leads me to the conclusion that, it is the future, but
definitely not the present.

have seen the future & its’ a damn near run thing’
…I could never have kept pace
with it. Therefore such, a voyage across the universe of one's own ignorance,
was neccessary, to develop further the new political technology, to get to each

could not have developed subsequant paradigms; history would have
run too far ahead of me to be able to catch up, to produce the outline gameplan
which (when conditions ripen - via America's fear of America) the
rest of humanity can/ must develop further in every way required, in action, in
theory, wherever they are, however they can.

hopefully effectively deployed - consolidates new rev culture &

Each new objective more
starkly forbidding than that which preceeded it...
Likewise for all humanity in the

on the basic social econ unit as a freestanding unit – access to energy, water
& info giving it strategic depth, consequently also able to pool
sovereignty & therefore see of all security threats from predatory
warlords/ magnates that have no mandate from the pooled sovereignty of wider
humanity
Precisely
it be only via such that especially impenetrable Africa could be
in any way (however destructively) be opened up – as only such had the levers
(of war/ finance) to do so – the sheer impenetrable vastness of Africa in

any attempt to copy the conventional model of development must
fail – even any significant wealth generation develops such internal migration

principally any boomtown locale to flood into, AND people know

world must adopt as a framework of development (eg India’s jugular the glacial
River Ganges threatened with extinction – therefore solar powered desalination

latter so absorb the classical fascist focus, that Loyalists stuck on their own
without any state support & driven out (& onto the mainland to

is of course excessively optimistic as geo pol/econ collapse/ primal panic will

Sept 11th I had been geared up to the idea that the global speculative finance/
credit expansion propelled USA budget/ trade deficit would lead to dollar
collapse/ soaring interest rates/ global credit crunch/ hyperinflation &
geo pol/econ tailspin collapsing the Ulster peaceboom leading to war gathering
its own momentum, spilling over onto the mainland & merging with Tory anti
EU political warlordism (the right to commit genocide within our own borders) –
the need to combat such via paramilitary attacks on classical fascist
formations (military & political), & take the attack to the enemy via a
rev pol campaign held together as a continuous process by antifascist hunger
strikers (as focal point of the campaign – enabling the delegitimisation of the
regime/ continuous martialing of forces) – re-inforced by parliamentary wing in
event of elections being called to relegitimise the regime/ fraction of such.
As
this would only work on a European scale, to establish a Euro Commonwealth of
the regions eclipsing the nation state (too weak to establish civil society
hegemony over global finance – yet too big to be a peaceful region) &
defined for a Global Commonwealth Confederation to contain the threat from USA
caesarism etc in turn defined for the Green Revolution (wartime sacrifices for
solar powered desalination to quench the thirst for revenge from the 3rd world/
stabilise the immigration Q by aiding development of 3rd world), this
necessitated the export of the methodology by British antifascists via Battle
of Berlin to fix the centre of gravity of Euro Commonwealth be breaking the
threat where most feared in Europe (paradoxically as Germany afraid Germany, it
would only be the British awakening the Germanic regions to their historic role
as backbone of Euro Commonwealth, leading Europe, leading the world, which

would have threatened a (psycho) military political rout; if not contained be a
position prepared before the geo pol/econ crash.
Since
Sept 11th , the changed psycho political focus decisively shifting attention
away from USA budget/ trade deficit (finance scandals/ crises feeding of
themselves & merging into a single firestorm catalysing meltdown), the
Ulster Q became a backwater, & the new conditions did not permit the BNP to
raise the stake required to play the ultimate game - establishing a paradoxical period of apocalyptic stability.

could ever want that Europe will forge its entire pol/econ around
the objective of developing solar powered desalination/ decentralist
development. So that Africa can function as Europe/ North’s insurance policy –
vis threat of a mini ice age – galvinising African political psychology around
a role that gives it an increasing sense of purpose as it develops; enabling it

– eg if Europe could be so stabilised, it would imply it could hold together
without the battle of Jerusalem at least to the degree that it develops a

of a conscious Europe beginning on the path, must be a nuke free Europe; The
Europe led global constitutional imperatives driving the consolidation of the

constitutional geo pol/econ environment (including vis the universalist
conception/ culture of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity)
is/ can serve as the first precondition for the salvation of
Russia forging a new FSSR.
Eg vis the pre crash model adopted in place of post
Soviet compradorism (itself only stabilized via inertia from the burning off of
the Russian fascist threat by the deliberate destruction of the Russian army as
a threat either from the right or the left as a potential powerbase –
especially of a progressive general like General Alexander Lebed) – as result

between/ dependant upon the USA (budget/ trade deficit) credit expansionary
boom maintaining the demand for Chinese goods & with such, high resource
prices…
The collapse of such (with USA credit expansion/ Chinese
over accumalation), fatally undermines the (relatively) strong Russian national

So the Q poses itself how/ what
is to hold Russia together???

conscious, geo psycho political realisation that Europe need Russia &
Russia needs Europe, to establish the geo constitutional agenda…

Smart Alecs like you have been
prophesying the death of capitalism since 1848. Even now a dwindling band of
flat-earthers quote Marx's words (circa 1848) about `...the choice facing
humanity being capitalism or barbarism....', without the merest hint of
sarcasm. So what conclusive proof can you offer to serve as capitalism's
death certificate?
To understand the evidence, it is
necessary to have a basic understanding of the pathology of the capitalist/
military plutocratic system & also why Marxism/ laborism has
failed.....
The question hence arises what historically causes
capitalist long-wave crisis? And is a new cyclical long-wave boom
likely?
Capital is invested in:
New
productive capital (plant/machinery etc).
Workers'
wages (b1), and social wages(b2), eg. real demand.
Dividends
(c1) and speculation (c2).
Welfare
(d1), this is derived from taxes on (b1) and an expansion of the national debt,
the costs borne predominately by workers, therefore it cannot properly be considered
an additional part of real demand. And corporate welfare (d2), this includes arms contracts, pension
scams, profit guarantees etc.
Capital is motivated by the pursuit
of surplus profits (above the average rate of profit), causing capital to flow
into those sectors where profits are highest.
Over the expansionary long-wave, the
organic composition of capital (a), its' productivity, rises faster than
workers' wages and social wages (b1,b2), real demand; which rise but not
sufficiently to absorb all the products of (a) over the long-run. This is
called over-accumulation (of capital).
This over-accumulation of capital in
a given sector, or the economy in general, causes market saturation or over-production;
as there isn't' sufficient real demand to absorb all the products. This
happens because the pressure of capital for growth in its' assets or a return
on its' investment (c1), causes over-accumulation - productivity to grow
out of kilter with real demand. This causes the rate of profit to
fall in real industry (over the long-run) below the culturally expected
level (ranging from country to country dependant on the relationship of
class/imperial forces).
When this fall in the rate of profit
takes place in a certain sector or sectors, this causes periodic downturns (in
a period of general upswing), until (with weaker concerns bankrupted
etc) the rate of profit recovers to the average rate of profit.
When this process of
over-accumulation and market saturation becomes generalised throughout the productive
economy, capital finds itself caught between two fires:
Corresponding
falling real demand (of workers and social wages absorbing production).
(in
context of general preceeding longwave boom) demands for higher wages
(threatening the rate of profit and over-accumulated capitals' share).
Unless (impossibly unlikely)
capitalism were to voluntarily accept an evolving loss of hegemony (over
control of production) and concedes either an evolving and continuous rise in
wages or (preferably) in social wages, to bring the production/real demand
relationship into kilter (for sustainable, stable and continuous growth), the
situation cannot be (peacefully) resolved.
This crisis leads to a build up of
inflationary pressures - the struggle for surplus value - as capital seeks to
pass the costs (of its profits) on either in higher prices to consumers or
trades-union aided `social contracts', holding wages down threatening
investment strikes & lockouts. And increasingly there is a regressive
long-term switch of capital into speculation (c2), including the
expansion of credit (against inflated property prices); and a growing
dependency on military contracts (squeezing real demand still further) and
corporate welfare (d2) - combined with a squeeze on (b1, b2 and d1).
However as the only source of real
wealth is real industry, these financial/speculative `investments', serve only
to further milk the productive base of industry (and real demand able to absorb
production), with demands for ever higher dividends - effectively treating
capital as (unsustainable) income. Capitalism therefore has an increasing
tendancy to disappear up its' own speculative arsehole (see rise and fall in
land/house prices etc).
It is a myth/lie that interests
rates are used to `combat inflation'. The only way they `work' is by
discouraging productive economic activity. This hammers real demand giving the
purely cosmetic statistical appearance of lower inflation (reduced
economic activity).
In fact the raising of interest
rates only serves to increase (proportionately & aggregately) the demands
of parasitic finance (for ultimately higher dividends) on the productive base
of the economy, weakening real demand (eg. increasing exorbitant mortgage/rent
rates and chronic indebtedness - REVEALED NOT CAUSED - when the
speculative/property bubble bursts) institutionalising
inflation (in hidden form, see indebtedness) and increasing susceptibility to
inflationary pressures over the long-term (& ultimately a global credit
crunch leading to global stagflation/ hyperinflation).
Low nominal inflation
conceals the impact of indebtedness and therefore merely illustrates the
triumphal victory of capital over labor's capacity (through traditional
means) to resist this continuous and permanent assault.
The sole function and purpose
of raising (real) interest rates is to restore the position of (especially
unproductive finance) capital over labor in a period of crisis/permanent
crisis, and nothing more. To re-iterate industry cannot/dare not resist,
because this would mean mobilising the masses, who would then in turn force
their own more radical agenda afterwards.
The problem can be summarised simply
as:
Capitalism
is out of kilter viz real demand and accumulation
There
is no (automatic) pol/econ mechanism to correct this. Eg. via increased wages
and/or social wages - WPCs preventing capital being/becoming (again) a law unto
itself - freeing a democratic parliament/local govt to play this
(redistributive) role.
Such long-term crisis when
resolved/resolvable, were done so through a long-term rise in wages
(necessary to provide the basis for a long-term upswing) after a
re-ordering of the productive forces (the national & global division of
labor - in turn) prepared & aided by a long-term fall (in the
previous period of long-term downswing) in wages (by the reccessionary
long-wave) and a decline in productive investment - raising the (potential)
rate of profit after (the implementation of) revolutionary reform - As a starting
point, from which the long-wave boom then generates its' own momentum, with
reforms & rises in wages - until it eventually collapses due to
over-accumulation.
The key examples are:
Post-Chartism
& Revolutions of 1848 - After the break-up of the hegemony of landed capital (by the abolition
of the corn-laws and the last remnants of feudalism in Europe) foreign trade
was expanded and the (real) domestic purchasing power was driven up by
a)
A reduction in the price of bread, meaning people had more real
demand/purchasing power to purchase industrial products.
b)
A raising in the price of labor (caused by extra industrial activity by foreign
trade and a)-), as demand for labor grew; so did its' ability to bargain/push
for higher wages in turn creating more (real) demand.
Until over-accumulation/market
saturation brought the long-wave expansion to an end in the early-mid 1870's -
beginning a long-wave downturn.
Gladstone/
Asquith
(continental Europe had similar variants) - With a new rise in radical politics
& militant trades-unionism, threatening to assume revolutionary-political
characteristics (brought about by the early -mid 1870's - late1880's
reccessionary wave).
a)
Simply allowing laborism to force higher pay (and later Asquiths' more
pro-active) reforms expanded the purchasing power of labor (whilst cutting the
ground from the more extreme elements).
b)
An expansion into new colonies creating new markets - in turn raising demand
for labor/wages and real demand.
Until over-accumulation & market
saturation led to the crunch battle for markets of WW1, and the collapse of
national capitalisms in Europe.
The
Global Political-Economy - The fall in real wages brought about by the victory of fascism
across continental Europe (smashing the labor movement) - and the (liberal
imperialist) development of the global pol/econ by the process of WW2 enabling
USA led global rev-reform FDR having implemented rev reform in USA
beforehand, in response to the
revolutionary shock of Huey p Longs’ `Share the Wealth’ campaign in the context
of the Great depression – of which more later) in response to the post - WW2
radical uprisings/expansion of the USSR empire into central Europe; provided
the starting point for the boom & expansion of free-trade
& world market (representing an advance on the old national capitalist
systems of imperial preference & tariffs that preceded them), Which then as
before, could generate their own development/momentum.
Conversely, the rise of global
finance can be seen as not merely another stage of development but as a quantum
pol/econ dynamic, that will either lead to its' (structural and molecular)
revolutionary metamorphosis, or its savage implosion. As no single state is
capable of taking the lead in the global reform of the system as FDR/USA was
able to before.
Eg the rise of global finance beyond
the control of the nation state has eliminated all room for bargaining between
capital & labor....
...& with it all
room for revolutionary reform/ reconfiguration of the geo political/ economic
system in response to radical shocks, such as had previously been implemented -
when the state was strong enough to
act as arbiter between capital & labor.
For threatened by a hemorrhage of
hot money (seeking the highest short term return) the state must either carry out
policies finance capital likes, eg conducive to short term speculative profits
at the expense of industrial investment and reconstruction (which of course
makes things worse over the long run), or alternatively carry through a
comprehensive revolutionary transformation of the political economy, insuring
all profits are re-invested in industrial civil reconstruction (instead
of share dividends and speculation).
For it is simply not worth the aggro
and chaos finance capital will cause (eg through currency destabilisation and
capital flight), trying to cling to this or that minor reform. Or indeed by
resisting the swingeing cuts in services, investment & workers' wages;
hence also the permanent war on workers' civil rights viz the need to
consolidate this process politically.
Moreover the (global manifestation
&) consequences of this policy....
....the
arms race to bankrupt/ destroy the USSR coupled with USA's backing (arming/
financing) of Islamic (& other) fascists in the 3rd world (in order to
maintain 3rd world peoples in their subservience to core imperial elite) who
choking on the despair they (in partnership with USA led military
plutocracies) themselves created, turn their rage on the west
(accelerating its slide into military pol/econ anarchy).....
....&
USA nuclear blackmail/ threats against China, leading to China developing
nukes, scaring India & correspondingly Pakistan into going nuclear...
...demonstrate that this
reconstruction must be global, requiring wartime sacrifices to further
fund it - or else in keeping the 3rd world crushed, the state will choke on its
own barbed wire & a degenerate military plutocratic elite will re-emerge by
default.
& Megastates
India & China cannot take over leadership from USA, as due to their sheer size,
their military plutocratic elites' (anti colonial) national security state
justification for existing is actually undermined by the growth of their
economy, revealing them to their own citizenry as their greatest enemy
(rather than any foreign power defending them from)... just as USA core
(imperial) elite is undermined by its eclipse by global finance.........
.....this is why it
is impossible for the megastates to eclipse USA as a new core military
plutocratic power, (as USA formerly eclipsed Britain)... so military
plutocratic power pathology compels these 2 megastates along with USA (&
also Japan/ proxy elites); to engineer wars/ pretexts to justify their
remaining in control of the geo pol/econ agenda; even to the extent of
destroying the world (just to retain, control for as long as it takes to
destroy it).

deal with the apocalyptic issues related to the collapse of the Russian

Form', but as the global coup has dramatically given USA Caesarism aggressive
command of/ a pretext to control the geo pol/econ agenda, we must adapt our
strategy/ gameplan to the framework of imminent/ actual USA nuclear terror,
rather than risk being conceptually outgunned)
As clearly, capitalism could only be
saved from itself by the tough love of the working classes, this begs the Q, WHY on earth did they time & again
fail so miserably to assume overlordship, to the extent that organised labor
has been wiped out by the power of global finance…
What
happened to laborism/ Marxism illustrates its limitations as a reactive
force…
…Eg
equality as an end in itself, is self evidently the most
unviable of options – lacking the social econ glue/ allegiances organically
present in the 10,000 year old war/ finance nexus…
…therefore
as noted equality cannot be stabilized as an end in itself, only as a
means to an end, to enable education of everyone vis (to deal with)
overarching culture of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity…
…which paradoxically requires the
contempory apocalyptic threats arising from the final exhaustion of all
organic/ latent potential for development on the basis of hegemony of finance
over civil society, of matter over consciousness; to enable the level of
desperation required to forge both new global security architecture & the
new geo constitutional/ cultural agenda based on enabling humanity to gain
mastery of universal time, become God & visit the same crap on the next
cosmic generation (as per the Universalist Conception)…
Then WHY was the Russian revolution
even possible???
......in the case of Russia/ USSR (In
1917)....
(understanding how/ why USSR
collapsed & how this relates to the military plutocracy's inability to
reconfigurate/ reform itself in
response to a radical shock is key to understanding how/ why the Revolution can
seize control of the global military pol/econ agenda & why it couldn't
before)
....The inability of landlordist
capitalism to confer on itself parliamentary legitimacy (via
elections) due to the land/ war Qs (unlike German, French, British
counterparts etc) meant the
soviet was the only bearer of
political legitimacy.
Correspondingly (unlike in the
west), the Bolsheviks could simply lie their way to power
by pretending things would be hunky dory `Peace, Bread & Land' to win soviet
legitimacy.
....finishing
of Russian landlordism, but simultaneously & inevitably
paralysing the Revolution in the west by re-inforcing the same ineffectual
classical laborist mode as before...
...as radicals blinded by the
Russian Revolution to the need to combine a rev reconstructionist pol/econ
framework with rev pol campaign to
delegitimise the Euro finance capitalist regimes, buttressed by participation
in elections to prevent the regime re-legitimising itself/ squeeze its position
continuously
(a campaign held together by hunger strikes of antifascist PoWs - such
as would have been viable in the contempory situation had not September
11th raised the stakes & forced the Revolution to raise them again
likewise/ recalibrate its' operational strategy accordingly; to simultaneously
take on ALL apocalyptic threats from all quarters in an operationally
integrated framework –

A point of interest, to illustrate how ideas evolve with wider geo
pol/econ potentiality; even after Sept 11th 2001, as the USA was preparing
for the Iraq war, we could NOT have committed to a Jerusalem centred gameplan
UNTIL the USA definitively committed on the rgound & therefore the quagmire
was inevitable)
…unable to win power,
.....though the
residual strength of the British/ French nation states/ empires was also
an insurmountable problem in the way of forging a Euro Commonwealth of the
regions (by locking radicalism within the operational framework of the nation
state),
& as
German radicals could not consolidate a Marxist/ Stalinist framework (nor the
new model rev theory), by default control of the military pol/econ agenda went
to the political warlordist Nazis (backed by German military plutocracy as the
only way open to them to try & retain control of the military pol/econ
agenda).

USA & contempory finance, out of the goodness of their hearts, did us the
enormous favor of reducing Britain to a semi colonial outpost; which ENABLES
the British to lead the Euro Revolution (defining Europe as a bulwark against
USA apocalyptic expansionism, freeing USA visionary expansionism…),
as nukes notwithstanding, we (in Britain) are too piddling to be a threat to
anyone but ourselves.
- they also lacked the threat of nuclear
oblivion to drive a reconstructionist Rev pol/econ framework forward,
& every christ
needs its' anti-christ).
The latent potential of USA led capital did the
rest, its latent strength/ capacity to absorb the radical geo shock (of Russian
Revolution/ USSR expansion into Eastern Europe post WWII/ growth of Communist
parties geo politically) enabled post WWII reform/ reconfiguration of global
pol/econ after fascism in west Europe had driven down
wages, providing the foundation for a longwave
boom (propelled further by long term rising wages) after its defeat.
(Historically,
reccessionary long term falls in wages, combined with radical upsurge,
stimulated reforms/ reconfiguration of the global pol/econ, which led to a long
term increase in wages/ real as opposed to speculative demand: eg the repeal of
the corn laws to cut the ground from
rev anti landlordist Chartism in 1847, combining colonial expansion with toleration of trade union bargaining in
the 1890s, but post WWI, ONLY
the USA vis FDR was strong enough to reform/ reconfigurate its own
pol/econ in response to the internal shock of Huey P. Long's `Share the Wealth'
movement & therefore LEAD geo politically, the reform of global
military plutocracy).
Stalinism: the direct
product of collapse of landlordist capitalism combined with the
bolsheviks lie/ failure to pre-educate urban masses on need for sacrifices for
reconstruction....
....their consequent failure
to use the kulaks to eliminate the middle peasantry & in turn tax them to the hilt
for primary accumulation (civil society control of the econ through socialist finance,
instead of party control via the police)...
....(BOTH) resulting
in reactionary egalitarian chaos (consumption of surplus product for subsistence
instead of investment) which could only be stabilised by nat sec
state repression, justified by external enemies/ threats, a framework
which enabled cycles of partial reform of the system (development of a
reconstructionist agenda/ primary accumalation for investment/ development)
while the Stalinist national security elites retained control of the agenda
(helped by very real external threats)....
Stalinism
depended on a combination of the nat sec state excuse AND on geo room for
bargaining/ growth within/ subordinate to GLOBAL capitalist hegemony
precisely BECAUSE laborism dependant on room for bargaining
between capital & labor, could not overthrow capitalism in the core
states – to enable socialist democracy to eclipse Stalinism…
(USA capitalism for its part
could not crush USSR without crushing internal laborism, which there was no
overwhelming drive to do for as long as internal radicalism could be absorbed
by reforms granted via dynamic reconfiguration of the global capitalist
pol/econ in response to radical shocks
- as it was unnecessary/ not generally worth the core elite's while to do so)…
......But, when the post war boom
strengthened the hand of Black radicalism in USA, the threat of a
connexion with working class whites etc,
the USA union leaders did not set up their own labor party as it would
have been flooded by blacks taking it in a revolutionary direction, out of
their control
The legacy of
slavery/ civil war/ segregation being that wheras the state had legitimacy for whites,
for blacks this was not the case; therefore USA blacks initial political
engagement tended to be revolutionary. Even where as in the South, Martin
Luther King leant on a liberal section of the state for support vis civil
rights campaign……This inexorably tipped over into a push for economic justice/
democracy – which furthermore challenged the legitimacy of the entire USA led
geo pol/econ military plutocratic framework eg vis Vietnam war; with
revolutionary implications – immediately prior to his assassination/
corresponding eclipse of civil rights movement by the Black Panther
Party……& this corresponding absence of a USA labor party, because
racialised class pressures/ divisions were/ are so acute, meant classical
bourgeois democracy (in USA) very weak & unable to rule through
parliamentary parties without an independent (presidential) strongman to pose
as arbiter between the classes.…
But, there was (vis HP Long) scope for a presidential figure to seek
& acquire an alternative (anti regime) power base (leaning on civil society
in a struggle with regime) – linking a presidential figure/ campaign with an
ever increasingly radicalised civil society… -
as HP Long did vis his `Share the Wealth’ campaign (in the context of the Great
Depression) that began in the poorer
backward states (especially Louisiana) in deep south (against Louisiana gentry)
that as of necessity (to accomplish/ entrench its anti landlordist tasks)
increasingly (broadened its’ base by) attacking hegemonic finance capital
throughout the USA – which though was still strong enough (in USA) vis FDR’s
leadership, to reform itself in response to such a revolutionary shock; &
was done so by giving the New Deal teeth.
Q WHY was there not another HP Long?
Such potential was largely (though not
entirely) eclipsed by the cold war (Earl K Long being the dynastic exception
that proved the rule). Eg `are you a communist’ would have been more deadly
than in the America of the great depression, prior to the post WWII national
security state.

....the Vietnam war (military
plutocracy could not pull out of Vietnam until
Blacks crushed by Cointelpro, covert intelligence program, preventing a fusion with
white working class), in order to make safe the...
shift to a speculative finance/
credit expansionary based economy, preserving the independance of capital from
civil society control in the context of ever diminishing room for
bargaining between capital & labor - which found political
expression in the Thatcher/ Reagan axis,
Eg
(under cover of the Vietnam war) this political crisis, was
actually resolved through the geo economic crisis.....
…Eg
USA came of the gold standard, but maintained its position as global reserve
currency by fixing a secret deal with the medievalist Arab sheiks by offering
`protection’ in return for all oil deals being charged in dollars – `this gave
the USA an unlimited credit card’ - the basis for long term credit expansionary
boom; which also financed the USA war machine which in turn protected the USA’s
unlimited credit card…
The rise in oil prices as a
result of the war in the mideast (between Israel & Egypt) &
aforementioned dollar weakness/ long
term boom creating shortages/ strengthening the hand of the oil
producer states in relation to the USA/ core states....
The core problem is that the
war/ finance nexus (military plutocracy) reigns as a law unto itself, making it
impossible to establish political economic mechanisms to guide
development, to meet long term threats to human survival in a concerted
way (eg resource oil shortages/ environmental impact of genetic engineering from biocorps beholden
to no-one but their shareholders & even the much bigger projects/ threats
posed by climatic change....)
......which impact of led to capital
eclipsing the USA core empire....& therefore meant that USA
radical forces were outflanked by switch to credit/ speculative expansion....
(which meant that while USA radical forces were trashed, there were enough of USA civil society profiting
from this system to keep USA regime
stable while the radicals could be outflanked/
crushed under cover of ideological `anticommunism'/ Vietnam war)
...(eg the petrodollars flooded back
into USA fuelling longwave credit/ speculative expansion.... & in turn
recycled to Latin America dictators/ which came back as capital flight plunder,
facilitating USA led military plutocratic loansharking (ratcheting up of interest rates to astronomical
levels) their systemic passing costs of crisis onto 3rd world.....
- as Joseph Stigliz ex World Bank Chief now admits was the role of his organisation....
- also of note is that
this (interest rate trap) was the original cause of Yugoslavia's disintegration...
growing debt led to tensions between the republics, & ultimately the
desperate playing of the nationalist card in a desperate attempt by the elites
to retain control of the pol/econ
agenda.... this is analysed in

& Reaganite war boom
....
....the REAL objective of the
Vietnam war was to keep USA Black & White divided to stabilize USA led
military plutocracy & this the enemy accomplished/ won…
furthermore the slaughter of 6 million Vietnamese so raised the costs of
rebellion against the USA imperium, that this in turn further aided the
development of export led geo strategic buffer states especially in east Asia
further hemming in the USSR.
These factors led to the strengthening of USSR’s
parasitic military bureaucratic elite & its’ corresponding internal econ
collapse…
…what insured this collapse took
place in a controlled fashion was the exhaustion of the
credibility of the USSR elite by the trap set for them by the USA in
Afghanistan…
Eg the corresponding
collapse of credibility of USSR regime, producing a temporary, but decisively
fatal, popular infatuation with all things western – specifically economic
ideology, which gave power (control of the pol/econ agenda) to a class of
oligarchical resource compradors, who in spite of rapidly growing unpopularity,
were able to retain control by virtue of the fact that the newly (&
temporarily) politically enfranchised Russian civil society were
reluctant to get too close to the old soviet managers to oppose increasingly
fascist compradors…
Eg even in the context of Yeltsin’s
1993 coup (as it was unfolding), Yeltsin retained just enough
credibility as a democrat, for there to be just enough of a drag factor on the
accummalation of support for Rutskoi/ Khasbulatov (leaders of Parliament
against Yeltsin’s coup), for Yeltsin to be able to set a trap by lifting the
police cordon, so that under their own undisciplined momentum, the (still)
inadequate base of support would attempt to launch a premature insurrection –
enabling Yeltsin to crush it with scarcely loyal troops.
But even if parliament had been able
to restrain its supporters from taking the bait, had instead patiently
martialed their forces (prior to restoring constitutional authority)…
…a military bureaucratic elite would
if only be reluctant geo pol/econ default have resecured control of the
internal geo pol/econ agenda as result of fears (& of course machinations
to so trap them) of western geo political expansionism in the former Yugoslavia
& elsewhere – which would have led to collapse/ compradorism again by a
more convoluted route…
…the Chechen wars correspondingly
were about burning of any threat from either the right (a la Hitler/
Zhirinovsky)or (more probably) the institutional progressive left (General
Alexander Lebed) by deliberately degrading the army so as to prevent it
functioning either as a fascist/ warlordist expansionist threat or (more likely
a) powerbase against compradorism…
…Eg by time Yeltsin’s democratic
credentials lost, it was too late, as able to retain power by sheer inertial
default – for oligarchical compradorism…
…Eg USA backed Islamic tribal
fascists/ warlords in a way deliberately calculated to lure in the USSR –
anxious to prevent not merely collapse of a friendly govt (that also upheld
women’s rights etc), but the threat of Islamic fascism gaining such critical
momentum that USSR’s nukes in Central Asia be over-run by Islamic fascist
warlords – designed to turn Afghanistan into USSR’s Vietnam – so that regime
authority flaked away as it (had no choice but to) fought a losing battle to
raise the costs of such ventures sufficient to prevent geo psycho political
momentum leading Islamic fascists over-running USSR’s Central Asian nukes…
Critical to this USA orchestrated
campaign was the strategic depth of this campaign – based on USA’s historic
alliance with Islamic fascism…
Eg as mideast was not their backyard
(like Latin America) necessity compelled them to lean on authentic independent/
autonomous forces…
Unlike in Latin America, where axis
of military fascist compradors, landlords & colonial multinationals could
hire the thugs required & employ the tactical expertise/ resources
necessary to maintain control…
…Paradoxically also having a shared
Christian culture meant such was less effective as an agency of control – as
such would be too transparent a means of control, so that paradoxically gave
rise to Liberation Theology as a way to define seperateness from colonial
overlords
Furthermore (as noted) the geo
historical culture (of the Islamic world) was highly conducive to such – as the
cultural vortices of Mecca/ Medina were too big for any single (rather weak)
nation states to control, hence the Saudi Royal/ Islamic fascist clerical axis,
to cover their flank against a milinairist convergence…
Q Why
was Rome not similarly susceptible to such a millenialist
convergence???
As already noted (vis conflict over
control over Holy Sepulchre between different Christian factions – contained by
Muslim gatekeepers) the centre of power of Christendom (vis Church) lies in Jerusalem…
…as evinced by the Crusades &
popes attempts to garner power by promoting such – however as this is the flashpoint
between 3 geo cultures, it is less viable as a reliable source of
power than Mecca was (in the Islamic world).
So that without
reliable control of the cradle of Christian ideology, the church could not
ideologically eclipse the power of the nation state as was seen
as the mere tool of national interests, wether the Italianate Princes, Spain or
France…
This made Islamic fascism/
millennialism a powerful geo political weapon vis anticommunism…
Not only in Afghanistan (with Saudis
paying regular danegeld to such to wage their campaigns outside of Saudi
Arabia) & correspondingly the Pakistan of general Zia, the use of such by
Anwar Sadat against leftists in Egyptian universities, by Israel’s Shin Bett
against secular Palestinian radicals, an earlier anti communist
alliance in Iran that deposed Mossadegh as premier (until the excesses of the
Shah so offended Iranian national consciousness that this became untenable for
clerics seeking to retain infleuence over their people) & other such…
But at a price, which was that as
Islamic fascists hated the result of their alliance with the USA (arising from
the conduct of both), & as such was obviously not their
fault, this deepened their antipathy to USA – a growing pestilential cult of
psycho political transference…
…manifesting itself as a number of
levels, including increased power/ infleuence for Islamic fascists/ repression
of women; particularly lack of access to birth control – leading to a
horrendous demographic crisis/ increasing/ entrenching poverty which broadens/
deepens the culture of psycho political transference…
…leading ultimately to Sept 11th
2001 (with a number of precursor attempts)…
& the current (as at 26/2/06)
dance of death between a USA regime seeking to prop up the petrodollar
(maniacally threatening anyone & everyone, not just overthrowing Saddam
Hussein, fixing a war with Iran; but even Venezuela has come into USA regime’s
bombsights)/ sleepwalking into via its’ narrative concept of `America’s
manifest destiny to lead the world to the kingdom of Christ’; into `preparing
the way for the `Rapture’ (whereupon our Lord & Saviour returning to glory
on a mushroom cloud shall deliver up our apple pie munching bretheren &
smite the rest of us); & clashing with their counterparts in the Islamic
world (eg the Iranians awaiting the 12th Imam) to help prop up the
petrodollar/ OR bring on the Rapture. Whatever.
The Q of USA backing for Israeli
expansionism, in this ergard has a double character…
…on the one hand it does
represent a fundamental general & indeed legitimate fear that if not stood up
to, if the issue is ignored, no Arab land is sacrosanct from
colonial plunder/ outright theft…
…which has fed into the logic of
national security state regimes that could be played of against each other…
Such
as USA/ Saudi’s encouraging Saddam Hussein (originally aided by CIA as the
alternative to Iraqi Communists consolidating power) to invade the Shat Al Arab
waterway – leading to 1 million dead in
Iran/ Iraq war (& curiously also the national security consolidation
against Iranian leftist by the theocrats), but requiring such increased
production of oil as to lower the price of oil – resolving the oil crisis for
the USA led geo pol/econ regime…
&
in this context (after Iran/ Iraq war) April Glaspies’ comments about USA `not
getting involved in Arab border disputes’ when Saddam Hussein complained about
Kuwait drilling/ stealing oil from under Iraqi borders’ sub strat, would
certainly be consistent with USA imperial interests vis a strategy of
containment of Iraq to prevent any, especially a nuclear power
emerging in the region which could threaten USA interests – by so provoking
Iraq into invading Kuwait as to give a pretext for USA to maintain imperial
hegemony…
But it also represents a kind of
political adolescence, that serves as an excuse for not addressing mideast
disunity (especially between Sunni & Shia), the need for a secularised
progressive vision/ women’s rights/ education/ power to stabilise the
apocalyptic demographics; & above all using in a cencerted
fashion, the oil card as a lever to engineer such…
…but, as the whole world (including/
epecially the west) has (as noted) an adolescent attachment to apocalyptic
threats/ WMD etc, it is perhaps appropriate, that the Palestine Q can only
be resolved by using it as the conduit to forge the new global
security architecture enabling the resolution of such threats - & that this
process be led by an elderly adolescent (yours truly)
Whence, at the battle
of Jerusalem, humanity, with the mothers as the moral vanguard eclipsing/
resolving the paradox of arm, takes ownership & responsibility for their
revolution & their world…
As at 14/8/05 the entire system has
long been entirely contingent on massive USA expansion of USA budget/ trade
deficit to fuel this process & the Asian exporters (including/ especially
China) being willing to underwrite USA’s deficits because if they do otherwise
the entire system will crash instantaneously into the abyss)…
…leading to manifest crises of
overproduction/ falling rate of profit, due to production outstripping real
demand, catalysing (with rising unemployment) a further collapse of real
demand, (frenetically competitive) soaring interest rates (to try to prop up
the currencies), hyperinflation & the aforementioned geo pol/econ
tailspin….
To illustrate the truly remarkable
way the rust has held the system together for so long, what strengthened this
perverse arrangement was how, in the early 90’s, interest rates came down
dramatically, when the class struggle appeared decisively won by the elites, further
enabling the shift to a combo of ever looser credit expansion &
corresponding over accumalation in the emergent markets…
…Eg beforehand. The weapon of high
interest rates was an organic weapon/ mechanism to deter political intervention
by the state keen to arbitrate between interests of capital & labor; or
even compel finance to subordinate itself to the interests of civil society
& when President Clinton
attempted to clip back the budget deficit, weakening demand for East Asian
goods, the result was the SE Asian crisis of 1998, triggering organic switch of
hot money to the dollar as a so called safe haven currency, which organically
fuelled a new wave of USA import led credit expansionary boom…
Eg the underlying logic being, if
the arse falls off the dollar, this will trigger such a geo pol/econ tailspin,
that the consequent soaring interest rates/ global credit crunch/
hyperinflationary death spiral means that no other currency can be a `safe
haven’.
Indeed the fact that the USA is now
propped up by the fact that the dollars fall (vis trade/ budget deficit –
generated speculative finance/ credit expansion) creates expectation of higher
interest rates & therefore dampens demand/ price of oil/ causing a contra
tendancy for the dollar to rebound; therefore temporarily stabilising the
inexorable (general) propensity to eventual dollar collapse catalysing soaring
interest rates, global credit crunch/ hyperinflation & corresponding
apocalyptic geo pol/econ tailspin (including in the mideast)…
…Is sufficient to demonstrate that
USA nuke attack against Iran would not enable a temporarily
stabilised nuke terrorist control of the geo pol/econ agenda, merely trigger
(the final) geo pol/econ meltdown/ historical electrocution in any case…
…as we shall see later, this
fact is the one factor that will give humanity a small window of opportunity to
seize command of its own destiny when geo pol/econ meltdown does occur…
… if we fail to exploit it to the
full, then from a variety of apocalyptic standpoints we face collective
annihilation…
Before we move onto the phenomenon of Sept 11th
2001 & the consequent geo pol/econ paradox of apocalyptic stability,
we should clarify why neither China nor India nor anyone else,
can lead a new rev reformist reconfiguration of the global military plutocratic
system…
in the way outlined earlier to recap:
1) The British by
repealing the corn laws in 1847 (in response to the revolutionary threat from
Chartism) enabled cheap imported grain to increase both domestic
& foreign purchasing power/ increased demand for British manufactures &
a multiplier effect of consequent rising long term wages leading to rising real
demand/ longwave econ boom until approx 1870…
2) Whence market
saturation led to a longwave fall in wages leading to political/ general union
radicalism – which was resolved by a combo of colonial expansion into/ carve up
of Africa, creating the economic space (vis expanded markets) to increase
wages…
…the internal
brittleness of the European states, their diminishing capacity for reform/
rising laborist expecting squeezing the nation state elites, pushing them into
the 1914-1945 conflict…
NB* only in Russia did a laborist revolution take power, because only in
Russia did the land war/ political legitimacy Q merge in such a fashion that
elections were not possible for fear of a general land war, destroying elites
outright, which meant only the soviet held political legitimacy
& therefore could take power just by promising `peace, bread,
land – not possible in the parliamentary states
where the land, war, political legitimacy Q did not fuse so starkly…
…After which only the USA (reforming
itself internally vis FDR’s NEW Deal given teeth in response to the revolutionary
shock of Huey P Longs’ `Share the Wealth’ movement) was capable of leading the
global rev reform of the military plutocratic system – in response
to radical shock of USSR’s westward expansion…
…which led us to the internal
crisis vis rise of black radicalism threatening to merge with white labor &
need for its repression under cover of the Vietnam war & switch to a
speculative finance based credit expansionary system.
…For when the USA was a rising
power, it was stabilised by the vast opportunities afforded by the ethnic
cleansing of the original inhabitants combined with waves of
cheaper immigrant labor filling up the vast spaces of an essentially imperial
enterprise (believing ever more in its manifest destiny)…
…it
also acted as stabiliser of the British/ European nation states, by functioning
as an alternative to frustration/ political dissent in said old countries…
This
is not the case with extremely brittle megastates of China &
India – for whom because of their sheer size, as they acquire a certain degree
of strength come to be seen by their own people as the main threat to their
interests/ security (rather than any other foreign state) & which modern
states came into being as specifically 3rd world national
liberationist entities – in which capitalism cannot rule in its own name
without this catalysing said explosive dynamic even earlier…
In
China (formerly part of the core radical grouping to break away from imperial
control – to establish the contempory state; & now in a paradoxical sense
BOTH an ideologically 3rd world socialist state AND the last &
greatest of the USA enabled buffer states to socialist expansion), Chinese
capitalism cannot even rule in its own name & so the more it develops, the
more it must depend upon nationalism as a dangerous means to try & maintain
control of the internal geo pol/econ agenda – just as USA does the same as it
loses imperial control (in a way analogous to the way that limited pre WWII
Chinese development caused japan to take fright & launch a pre-emptive
colonial assault); in both USA & china leading to geo pol/econ & social
liquifaction – were this process not cut across by collapse of USA credit
expansionism beforehand…
Wheras
in India, it was only the eclipse of the USSR, that cut across India’s
socialist fuedalist paradigm, that combined 3rd world nationalist
ideology, workers’ interests with those of feudal landlords…
…that
(for geo cultural/ political reasons, including the need to match China)
similarly allowed Indian capitalism to develop…
Eg
post WWII (after independence won from a weakened Britain, handing over power
to avoid India lining up with the core radical bloc etc) India’s centripetal
tendancies held in check by combo of this 3rd wordlist ideology
& the fact that to develop either a socialist bloc program or baldly pro
USA approach would have led to superpower engagement/ support on either side,
which would so obviously have led to the self defeating ruination of the
objective, that a decisive consensus could never be found to advance such
causes (rendering them inherently abortive). Hence post independence, socialist
feudalism held India together by sheer inertia…
&,
the collapse of this consensus (with collapse of the USSR) while unleashing the
latent power of Indian capitalism, means that as the Dalits also increasingly
begin to see Indian megastate capitalism (elites in general especially
landlords – vis the explosive land Q merging with the megastate Q vis elites
being seen) as the MAIN enemy of their own people/ interests. In turn
unleashing a new (or reconstituted/ much more powerful) explosive ideology, in
a self defeating attempt to assert a new Indian nationalist identity/ vision –
in the form of Hindu fascist RSS/BJP/VHD; which threatens to blow India/
subcontinent (& the world) to smithereens…
…unless
checked by the geo strategic framework outlined earlier…
Correspondingly,
the effect of Sept 11th2001 destruction of the World Trade Centre….
By
the USA’s old Islamic fascist allies, who because they could not in any way be to blame for the
state of their countries they had held back/ trashed in their joint war with
USA against secular socialist forces, attacked the USA in an act of psycho
political transference
…was
to actually (temporarily) stabilise the USA speculative finance/
credit expansionary regime by enabling the `war on terror’ to provide
sufficient psycho political firebreaks on the pol/econ agenda, that the
scandals of the ENRON affair did not generate their own
irresistible dynamic & catalyse the crash of the entire system (which given
the enormous budget/ trade deficit – $7 Trillion & $700 Billion annualised
respectively - was otherwise sufficiently ripe for)…
However,
as USA imperial prestige demanded that for every USA citizen killed in WTC
attack, that many more brown people pay a higher price in blood & treasure,
bombing the mountains (& already heavily bombed out) lands of Afghanistan
was clearly insufficient. Only an attack on Iraq could restore USA imperial
credibility. Never mind Saddam Hussein’s hostility to Al Qaeda (in contrast to
claims they were allied), never mind that the worst crimes (Iran/ Iraq war
& Halabja massacre) that Saddam Hussein’s regime committed were largely
commissioned by USA/ its’ allies , & no one had stood trial for such in the
west. Or that the USA’s moral credibility as owner of 10,000 nukes &
policeman of WMD looks inadequate.
Imperial
credibility was at stake. Was the USA the world’s only superpower or
not? & if so, it had to put up. To do otherwise
would have led the geo political piranha to smell blood, so only
by creating a quagmire in Iraq could the situation be temporarily stabilised.
Of course oil was the second
of 3 factors ( the most sinister, USA Rapture psychology we shall deal with
later). But even this factor, its apparent thinly disguised covert character
had a reassuringly practical/ sane if not very legal/ moral appearance to it –
much more worrying being the character of the other 2 factors woven into this
covertly overt factor…
Even then, at the time
I expected proxy forces to be used, as the USA was chased out of Lebanon back
in 1983 by a single truck bomber. The outcome appeared so insanely predictable
I doubted even George bush would commit to such an obvious cataclysm…
So in conclusion, the epoch of collapsing USA led
global speculative finance/ credit expansionism, is simply the final
manifestation of automatic linear evolutionary development vis (on basis of)
the hegemony of matter/ finance over human consciousness/ global civil society…
…but to understand what is required
of/ for humanity to avoid oblivion/ transcend the corresponding apocalyptic
epoch, we need to first understand (in greater depth) how the decisive/ pivotal
historic factor, our free will borders the limits of automatic
development (on basis of hegemony of matter/ finance over human consciousness/
global civil society)…
…How, as a default setting, we are:
Intelligent life, with the capacity to become a deity
(& visit the same crap on the next cosmic generation)…
…emerged out of pondscum, ultimately overpopulated the natural economy,
causing it to resort to settled agriculture which thence had to be defended…
…which in turn impelled weapons technology (especially
metallurgy), complex forms of social pol/econ organisation (social
stratification) – the consequent enslavement of humanity before the first great
machine it had ever created, the war/ finance nexus…
The consequent (linear evolutionary/ automatic
development of) hegemony of matter/ war/ finance nexus over human
consciousness/ (global) civil society…
…is most starkly reflected in (Judeo Christian
Islamic) Christian legend of `The Fall’…
(The most noteworthy primordial
manifestation of the subordination of consciousness to matter) … that (as)
even, especially the light bearer (`Lucifer’) was cast out for
rebelling against God (vis encouraging man to seek independant knowledge of
good & evil), that demonstrably humanity cannot
save itself by its own autonomous revolutionary initiative, but must instead
wait for external divine intervention… this legend is the geo
psycho political caldera of the entire Judaeo – Christian – Islamic
world. & it is in this geo psycho political setting that the fate of all
humanity will be decided more than anywhere else in the context of the unfolding
global pol/econ implosion of the war/ finance nexus.
..... that in order to physically as
well as intellectually preserve/ restore/ extend light in both forms
(electrical & intellectual), humanity must exploit the chaos/ fear
engendered by the final collapse of military plutocratic system to push a rev
geo pol/econ framework (which we outlined in `Battle of Jerusalem')
enabling it to gain hegemony over its own creation (consciousness gaining
hegemony over matter...) vis not only a culture of common threats/ objectives
confronting all humanity (especially in immediate term, to develop sustainable
energy sources - aided by civil society control of finance/ its own creation -
humanity no longer subordinate to the war/ finance nexus) – but the overarching
Universalist Conception – that (in the context of the new global security
architecture) the global pol/econ constitutional framework must be geared
towards enabling humanity to master its own time so that it can understand/
master the unwritten universal constitution of universal time per se....
The very beginings of this new
pol/econ culture are to be found in the hope that comes from the
beginnings of a viable strategy/ methodology to deal with said apocalyptic
threats - under pressure of said threats. Representing the pivotal point in
history, the precise point at which human consciousness begins to assert
its hegemony over matter/ finance/ its' own creation (hence to name `Lucifer2.zip'
- an aggressive refusal to submit to our primordial original fear - expressed
in the legend of `The fall', but to exploit the chaos to seize command of our
own destiny)…
....to break our own programming
& seize command of our own destiny (through the methods outlined in ` Battle of Jerusalem' in
`Lucifer2.zip'- refer back to as required)
…which defined the hope of salvation in
Christianity…
…emerging amidst the despair of
slaves, in an all powerful Roman empire & based on nothing but a desperate
hope in an afterlife & a willingness to die for such – so impressing the
Roman elite, that such percolated upwards until it had formal power…
…so that even though certainly subordinate
to Roman power, the logic levers of the war/ finance nexus, as Rome crumbled
Over whelmed by the frontiers tribes stimulated to/
forced to band together in ever larger more effective formations for defense
(against the Roman empire) seeking plunder/ tribute
…the church based on a transcendent
vision, was still able to spread its infleuence in ways not open to imperial
legions alone (though often the 2 went hand in hand – including successor
figures like Charlemagne) – let alone the old tribal/ national Gods of Roman/
pre Roman times…
…thus this remnant of Rome, provided
the supranational basis/ framework for (post Roman) feudal Europe…
The church serving as a medium for
the supranational transmission of education, culture, bureaucracy – an aid to
the fragmentation of power in Europe, between Kings, barons the Church &
increasingly finance; necessary to insure the process of capital accummalation
was not under the control of a single plundering Caesarist entity…
…so that capital accummalation could
take place under more dynamic/ flexible circumstances…
While other states/ empires may have
been far more advanced, providing knowledge for Europe’s development, &
been better at war or finance, no state was better at combining
the 2 over an extended timeframe than Europe (aided by fragmentation of power –
enabled by the supranational framework of the Church/ Christian ideology)
…the centre of gravity shifting from
the Italianate cities to Conquistador Spain to mercantile Holland & then
finally mercantile England/ Britain. Protestantism increasingly emerging as a
national religion functioning as a lever enabling capital to break from the
power of the old feudal supranational catholic framework (yet without
being subject to the control of any caeasr because of the still continuing
fragmentation of power in Europe)…
…So that in this shifting process
finance ceased to serve the (feudal) sword, rather the (state) sword
increasingly served the interests of finance…
…a point reached decisively at the
beginning of the English civil war when Parliament refused King Charles demand
for war taxes unless it be given control of the army…
…hereonin, the merchants being the
decisive consolidating power in the land. As equality as an end in itself
be the most unstable/ unviable of all systems/ concepts leading to overturn,
overturn, overturn, lacking the organic drive/ glue of the war finance nexus
as opposed to equality as a
means to an end to enable education to deal with common threats/
objectives confronting all humanity which as we have seen…..
which possessed the power to break
any power that sought to generally assault its interests…
…in turn increasingly dependant on
classical rationalism/ materialism (& which increasingly ceased to require
aid from movements based on Utopian visions) to flesh out its interests
(including as we have seen the threat of revolution)…
Ultimately, the single mercantile
superpower (England/ Britain) was prevented from being able to develop
caesarist ambitions by the European fragmentation of power, eg French
revanchist support for the American revolution – checking any possibility at
all of passing costs of falling rate of (British) mercantile profit onto
American colonists – being the classic example; awash with correspondingly
cheap capital, had by default no choice
but to find an outlet for that capital in
industrial investment (aided by profitable forced trade with the Indian
subcontinent – restricting domestic producers)…
…a process further
catalysed by (leading to longwave boom) by internal political
repression in the wake of the French revolution (France having bankrupted
itself by revanchist support for the American colonists – having been defeated by
Britain in the battle for control of colonies/ markets in the Seven Years War);
whilst simultaneously a modern industrial middle class/ skilled workforce
provided a prop of social differentiation/ stability against the new industrial
proletariat…
…this first longwave
econ boom of modern industrial capitalism, was dependant upon repression rather
than the institutionalisation of labor, in many respects resembling in such
fashion the last globally self destructive USA led speculative
finance/ credit expansionary based boom…
…a historical pointer (as sunrise is
to sunset) to the present final exhaustion of linear automatic
development based on the hegemony of matter/ finance over human consciousness/
global civil society…
…& the need therefore, to break our
programming for self destruction, through a new transcendant vision, (the universalist conception that defines
that the written secular constitution must be calibrated to give people ever
more control of their time, to understand the unwritten universal constitution
– gain mastery of God’s time per se) calibrated (not to an afterlife but) dealing with multiple apocalyptic
dynamics/ threats, we shall now outline further…
Paradoxically, the geo pol/econ
outline of our salvation is to be found precisely in apocalyptic threats
unleashed by the war/ finance nexus vis its’
Organic consumptive patterns of control
The dialectics of resource depletion
play an increasingly important geo military pol/econ role.
This is not a coincidence, but built
into the very process of geo pol/econ linear development/ evolution of the war/
finance nexus…

At the macro & micro level, consumption functions as a destructive
productive means of control (by USA led war/ finance nexus). Eg as an organic
process by cconsuming resources/ land etc, you exerted power/ control at the
micro & macro level, preventing adversaries individual & macro
political, making use of them (Godfather III - `Your enemies grow strong on
what you leave behind’)…
And post WWII, this formerly
incipient dialectic came into its own as a decisive factor in its own right.
Firstly as a (molecular & macro)
block against revolution
This is also why USA helped buffer
states to develop as a geo pol/econ bulwark against spread of USSR bloc post
WWII.
Secondly (after threat of revolt
subsided) through sheer inertial (& hubristic post cold war continuing)
momentum.
& the psycho political impact of defeat of
progressive nationalist resistence in the cold war.
(Role of Vietnam war in terrorising
resistence `destroying countries to save them’ to raise prohibitively the costs
of doing so)
…Combined with the cultural/ techno/
corporate expansionism necessary to re-inforce/ consolidate such
including (as a largely organic more
than conspiratorial process) to sell the western consumerist vision
The fact that
in certain areas of the world, eg Africa, the sheer geographic vastness/
impenetrability, means the whole world (to develop such) must proceed beyond
imperial consumptive patterns of development (indeed as we have seen, later
exploit the chaos arising from geo pol/econ breakdown in order to develop the
political will) to develop the solar powered desalinatory technology that
enables the scale of the undertaking to be accomplished (by strengthening the
basic socio econ unit as a freestanding unit largely self sufficient in water,
energy & access to info).
This direct imposition of the
hegemony/ interests of the first world metropole over the 3rd world
(analogous to the way the Roman empire dominated the frontiers – stimulating
the development of the very armed formations that over-ran them) has a most
curious effect; in that the very structures of imperial control become the very
agencies of imperial ruination…
…by those seeking a piece of the pie
&/ or to `hit back’ often simultaneously; through insecurity/ instability
of supply of key resources, hopelessly unsustainable rates of immigration to
the metropole along its own rapid transit systems – as well as through
asymmetric warfare…
…which taken together amount in
effect to a global peasant war – threatening to over-run the USA led
metropolitan core…
This compares starkly with the only
other remotely similar process in history, the crisis of slavery:
The crisis of slavery encompassing USA/ Russia/ India/
China (& representing the break up
of the ancient world under the impact of the British industrial political
economy) illustrates decisively the hitherto geo historical constraints/ lack of options
available to states (& radical forces), to break free from the organic
control of the 10,000 year old war/ finance nexus, if they wanted to - &
in so doing, decisively illuminates the character of the one time
opportunity we have to seize our destiny & gain mastery over ourselves…
…paradoxically propelled/ enabled by
aforementioned multi faceted MAD threats to enable the threats to be balanced
of against each other like bricks in an arch – providing the context for the
new geo pol/econ constitutional framework & held together by the
overarching cultural vision of the Universalist Conception…
Eg until maximum
development of & final exhaustion of capacity for development on basis of
the war/ finance nexus, it was impossible to base society on the universalist
conception & therefore, defacto subordinate to war/ finance nexus, in
latent form if only in the form of decisively unbridled ego….
As in the post Roman era
(aided by the fragmentation of power vis the church) Europe increasingly found
its true geo cultural boundaries, its true form (vis war/ finance nexus)…
This in turn created opportunities
for emergence of & spread of Islamic empire…
…Eg power in the Islamic world was
based less than in Europe on a central kingly power holding the balance of
power between different baronial factions & corresponding foreign magnates
– (the unreliability of desert agriculture did not much lend itself to such)
providing framework for emergence of finance over the sword…
…than a more visionary
pooling of social – economic risk & therefore an emphasis on central
accumalation/ funding of acumalation of knowledge to help alleviate that social & economic risk &
corresponding cultural developments…
…which of course found expression in
ideological/ geo cultural mores/ literary manifestations of such…
The Koran was the cultural/
programmatic genesis of such a process that fed the European enlightenment/
decisively accelerating its intellectual/ corresponding material development in
concert with its demonstrably more resilient & flexible war/ finance nexus
(to the point that said process could become self sustaining/ propelled in the
emergent mercantile/ industrial world)
Still subordinate to
hegemony of matter over consciousness (as then as yet, no terrifying
accumalation of military geo pol/econ apocalyptic threats/ capabilities &
therefore positive technological corollaries, to enable universalist conception
etc)
Hence a tendancy as
wealth accumalated, to split into conflicting poles of attraction….
The Abisaids deposing the Ummayads as caliphs (&
shifting the capital to Baghdad – to consolidate power); & the Ummayads
moving west, to the Iberian peninsula, driving out the Visigoths to establish
the nominally subordinate sub Caliphate (nominally loyal to Baghdad); of Al Andaluscia
until the Berber fundamentalists decalred themselves rival caliphs forcing Al
Andaluscia to either go out of its way to subordinate itself to one or other
claiment to the caliphate; or alternatively declare openly what they were
defacto; a caliphate in their own right…
This however changed the geo
political psycho dynamics completely …

authority having a number of effects…
Firstly, in setting a
precedent (vis usurpation of legitimising authority), making it psycho
politically possible for coups to be launched to control Cordoba (capital of Al
Andaluscia) – destabilising & ultimately fragmenting the caliphate into 23 city states – following a curiously European pattern of internal
geo political fragmentation……
Secondly (because of Al
Andalus particular geo political position on borders of Christendom &
Islamic world…) in ideologising the region as the principle pole of the
Muslim world antagonising the Christians of Al Andaluscia – helping fuel
conflict later on…
The caliphate fragmented when one of
the pretenders called in Berber fundamentalists to help fight their claim…
…leading over the longer term to
fragmentation of Al Andaluscia (decline of Cordoba as the capital 100 years
after pronouncement as caliphate)
Q WHY did the lack of
central unity better serve Euro Christian model than the Islamic model???
Because such fragmentation of power
produced such an emphasis/ premium on the military/ warlordist, as to so
corrode the very (cultural/ developmental) strength of the Islamic empire (in
Al Andalus) that gave it broader appeal. Meaning it was less well able over
time than before to dynamically absorb/ retain new allies/ converts from which
Christendom - & therefore lost the geo psychological initiative & became
prone to the dynamics of supra (ethno religious) national war (between
Christendom & Islam) – from a force which had learnt sufficiently from the
Islamic empire to not be seen (at least for long enough to maintain decisive
momentum) as such total savages, that they lost/ failed to gain the geo
psychological initiative…
…& once underway, this process
bcame increasingly irreversible…
Furthermore, as increasing wealth led to decisive
fracturing of the Islamic world, the effect of Islamic (fanatic) warlordism was
to exacerbate this fragmentary tendancy…
Wheras the European model war/ finance nexus was, as
already noted, actually aided in terms of aforementioned geo pol/econ
development/ flexibility by its fragmentary dynamic
Eg Spain (Castile/ Aragon etc) ultimately in becoming
defined by as expansionist supranational catholic universalist identity…
…vis gold/ silver from the colonies, which enabled it
to hold together (albeit at ruinous expense in blood & treasure) an empire
in Europe – whilst simultaneously acting as the conduit for capital
accumalation/ mercantile development in the rest of Europe (again at Spain’s
own expense)
This flexibility of development contrasts with the
Islamic empire’s successor’s, the Ottoman empire, which paradoxically was undone
by its unity (denying it such organic/ developmental flexibility
– yet largely imperative, emerging as it did from the need to pool economic
risk in a centralised state as determined by the logic of pol/econ geography –
over much of the area of the Ottoman empire)…
the (post
1492) rise of the western war/ finance nexus led eventually to the progressive
bottling up/ eclipse of the Islamic empire (its centre shifting from west to
east vis the Ottomans)…
…in a way
curiously analogous to the way the decline of military plutocratic system (vis
USA empire) led to collapse of the USSR; manifest in increasing/ progressive
tendancy to ideological/ intellectual stagnation…
…Spain sought & sucked in wealth
from the `new world’ to strengthen Spanish control of the increasingly corrupt
church – fuelling national (German) demands for a `cheap church’ (& more
freedom), the birth of a Protestant ideology which in turn became the
rallying cry of merchants seeking leverage away from despotic control – finding
its decisive expression in the English revolution.
From the beginning therefore, colonial
expansion by European states was bound up with an internecine struggle for
survival between European states to avoid such loss of strength as would
see them submerged by others – hence competitive expansion in the new world –
which in turn gave rise to an independent expansionist logic.
Hence growing out of the soil of
Europe, (the struggle for) independence &/ or freedom at home, meant
subjegation/ slavery for other peoples abroad…
This raises the Q:
Why was it possible
for conquistadors to be able to use indigenous peoples as slaves, but the
(largely British) USA settlers wiped out the Native Americans & imported
black slaves at great expense???
In the initial period of
colonisation, the extent of South American civilisation was its comparative
undoing…

able to conquer the settled
populations by combo of factors. Firstly the superiority of Spanish steel
weapons to those made of obsidian (firearms were more used for display
violence/ psychological effect – which brings us to) secondly, the desperation
of Spanish colonists to make good/ gain their fortune; such therefore insured
the colonists attained a weapons grade bastardy by psycho pol/econ natural
selection. Which stood them in good stead to take the military psychological
initiative with settled peoples – who in turn were not motivated by patriotism,
but rather local patriotism, meaning such could also be persuaded upon to join
the Spanish in their battles for local geo pol reasons…
…required help/ active co-operation not merely to
learn the terrain, but to locate/ exploit
the very metallic basis upon which their empire was (at least) initially
principally established…
Correspondingly (in terms of both
their dependency on the native people as well as Euro Church ideology), the
process of cultural legitimation (vis Visigoth Spain) demanded
christianisation of (at least some of) the survivors (obviously as the humanitarian objections to
the slaughter/ slavery had little practical pol/econ weight in terms of
strengthening Spains’ position, they fell by default).
Eg & as a process of geo
pol/econ natural selection brought the backward colonies to the
richest pickings in terms of gold & later economiendas (the right to levy
taxes over a defined area) first…
…it follows that after
this came the absorption of land/ other commodities – by those seeking a base
of independence from Catholicism especially from England, to which they sought
a base for – in order to re-export their revolutionary ideas/
ideology…
So a number of factors determined
slavery or annihilation:
Pre-existing development of people –
enabling rapid theft of portable wealth – which made more suitable to a
relatively backward colonial project – eg Spanish conquistaodors.
& the specific all encompassing
ideology of the church demanded souls for the consecration of Spain etc
Wheras the more developed English
etc had little need for such, as more inclined to seek to carve
out a new world (initially inspired by freedom from catholic domination, but
gathering its own independent geo pol/econ expansionist dynamic/ momentum) – so
that paradoxically their pursuit of freedom meant they had no use for the (in
any case less readily exploitable/ controllable) inhabitants (that the Spanish
passed over), so that the biggest (in numerical & expressed as a proportion
of the population) genocide (eclipsing Hitler/ Stalin/ even Mao) in all history
was committed in the pursuit of freedom….
Hence the importing of slaves into
the southern plantations (vis cotton/ sugar etc)…
& the paradoxical ideological/ cultural
geo pol/econ faultlines that sprang up around this issue…
As Britain supported their colonies for strategic reasons (& to a
certain extent prestige as an end in itself), that correspondingly firmly
established same (including their expansionist dynamics), such felt secure
enough in their position to seek ever greater freedom from crown control – such
that whence attempts made to even begin to pass costs of falling
rate of profit onto the colonists AND control their inexorable
expansionist drives into native American territory (out of a blend of desire
for strategic control/ prevent them becoming too strong and humanitarian
concern)…
…The colonists rebelled – backed by
the French – driven by revanchist prestige – that if they did not, no one would
ever take them seriously again, which would be strategically fatal to their own
psychology & (correspondingly) what others could expect to get away with in
relation to them…
Initially held together during war
of independence by a fudge over `state’s rights’, between slave & free
state (dead native Americans notwithstanding)…
Black slavery was both a reassurance
of the status of whites & a threat to their liberty vis
competition with such (driving down wages etc)…
…added to this the southern states
were closer to Britain (to whom they exported `king cotton’) favoring cheap
free trade imports – wheras the industrial north favored tarrifs to nurture
their industries…
The unfolding crisis of slavery in
USA was precipitated by attempts to expand slavery into northern freestates…
A process catalysed by
the Mexican war & corresponding compromise to avoid secessionist splits)
dividing new states between free & slaveholding, southerners became both
more defensive about attempts to deny them access to some new territories
whilst simultaneously confident of slavery’s defacto
consolidation – eg that formally recognised that be here to stay,
which prior to the fudge they were less self assured about…
…therefore looked like weakness from
hostile authorities
(prior to this it was America’s
vastness that slowed down the showdown until the geo political squares on the chessboard filled up with
enough hostile forces/ interests to generate its own psycho political momentum)
The low level civil war fought out
between anti slavery activists (eg John Brown et al) & pro slavery forces
drilling the political institutional & geo psychology of the 2 camps (&
their interests) to the point of all out open conflict vis southern seccession
– supported by British cotton interests – in effect a bashful form of
colonialism…
…Correspondingly, this
part of the crisis of slavery was resolved through consolidation of the union
against those forces that in one form & another constituted a threat to the
stability of the interests of northern capitalism (& its’ laborist adjunct)
…which both the
destabilising attempts to extend slavery (eg in Kansas) a process that flowed inexorably from the
institution of slavery itself, necessitating its abolition, &
(vis the `40 acres & a mule’ demand) the notion of racial equality which
destabilised the gradient of social stratification & therefore military
plutocracy itself; yet without the geo cultural conditions
enabling the stabilisation of economic equality. Therefore social/ econ &
political (& internal/ external imperial) power `found its’ own level’ in
the post reconstruction era…
By comparison with this seismic
event, the campaign against slavery in British colonies in late 18th
– early/ mid 19th centuaries
was aimed against increasingly marginal reactionary planter interests, was a
key adjunct in the cultural psychology of British political reform – to allow
for representation of complex interests – that such represented a bulwark
against…
Eg without weakening/ removing the
position of such, they would be a (not least a psychological) deadweight
against the new pol/econ interests/ constituencies in the new middle/ working
classes
Russia was defined by fear of the Mongol horde (& also as
custodian of worldview/ orthodox Christianity)…
This in turn, meant Russia had
to be so big, which correspondingly meant unlike
European states, it had no clear (defacto) conception of fragmentation of power
between states…
…& this therefore,
produced a more insular perspective as external enemies were less
of an everyday threat than in Europe – which (correspondingly) threatened
internal civil war to capture the throne…
Therefore the only
way to resolve this was (materially) through an expansionist autocracy
– with (ideologically) the tsar seen as God’s direct intercessionary on earth
(worldview orthodoxy functioning as this ideological mechanism/ support)
Which in turn stabilised the
position of landlords over their serfs; in conjunction with the oppression
of space decisively diluting the potential for urban development/
markets/ guilds for skilled tradesmen/ merchants to join – which over time
would have challenged the power of military feudal landlords/ become a power in
its own right…
As (pre Alex II), the comparative
historic gravity of the urban centres was thence so weak that there could be no
patriotic middle class (as in the English/ American/ French Revolutions)
positioned over time to take/ consolidate power/ reconfigurate the state…
…& wheras the French revolution/
sub caesarist Bonaparte forced modernisation upon European states (led by the
old elites in alliance with their middle classes as a survival
imperative), the reaction to Bonaparte’s invasion of Russia, was simply to burn
the capital, withdraw into the vastness of the territory & wait for winter/
the grand armee to starve & cut them to pieces on the retreat…
& as power in
essence lay with the landlords, it only lay with the tsar in
terms of feudal expansionism (to keep landlordism together)…
…therefore Pugatchev was snatching
at a phantom…
…as was the Decembrist rising, which
sought a constitutional division of power – without the material basis
to consolidate/ bring such about…
With expanding Russian empire positioned as the
`gendarme of Europe’ post the 1848 revolutions, to act as a psychological
chilling threat/ bulwark against further such, was correspondingly brought into
conflict with the deeper geo political/ security interests of
Britain/ France as well as Turkey, leading to the Crimean war (to bottle Russia
up) – which (so) revealed (to the tsarist central authorities – the successor
Alex II) the inadequacy of Russian military economic technical infrastructure…
Therefore (marginal
external cultural influences on the elite notwhitstanding) serious attempts at
change were (only really) stimulated by the Crimean war, which threatened (vis British
expansionism) the fundamental integrity of the inertial
expansionist Russian state…
…Eg competition in Central Asia…
Which forced the
Russians not merely to open a window on the world (in the spirit of Peter/ Catherine the Great), but actually
attempt something resembling fundamental internal restructuring…
Tsar Alex II’s attempt
to hothouse the development of a modern Russian bourgeois, by trying to push
through the liberation of the serfs(agricultural capitalism to provide funds
for industrial investment), tended by
& large to both undermine the feudal economy AND
create popular & unrealisable expectations of radical reform (much of what
was being attempted was frustrated by the landlordist class); which fuelled (in
many respects an incendiary) discontent among students/ intelligentsia…
What partially
stabilised this process was that once this geo strategic / pol/econ process had
begun (assassination of tsar alex II & repression of radicals notwithstanding), given the wider
(western) geo pol/econ imperatives could not be stopped…
Especially vis the French defeat in
Franco Prussian war, France’s desire for revenge & a partner on Germany’s
eastern flank…
…the Russian need for a warm water
port in Constantinople/ Istanbul…
Competition for territory vis the
decomposing Austro Hungarian empire & related issues of national prestige/
credibility.
But, as the (aforementioned) Russian
narrative (required to hold the country together, of orthodox autocracy) would
have been undermined by the sort of pol/econ pluralism that a viable
Russian capitalism would have required (which is why it was no
more than a geo strategic pol/econ compact between the west & Russian
autocracy/ landlordism)…
…Largely foreign owned/ stimulated Russian capitalism
(lacking at the time the clear & proximite threat of
communism on the border to encourage development of the sort of reformist internal/
external geo pol/econ & social coalition to enable it to
secure itself by a stable social gradient), therefore got
squeezed between the political illegitimacy of landlordism & the emergent
working class
Which in the context of the
aforementioned political legitimacy crisis of 1917, functioned as the battering
ram of a new cultural/ political caste/ bureaucracy able to eclipse/ replace
the old Russian narrative (of world orthodoxy) with the new cultural narratives
of world socialist Revolution…

slavery resolved itself in Russia (gulags notwithstanding)…
India
Considering that the greatest
superpower in all history, the contempory USA, cannot with all the forces at
its disposal, control 3 Sunni held provinces in Iraq totalling 4 million Sunni
Arabs…

HOW the hell did Britain end up controlling the geo
pol/econ directly/ indirectly of megastates (possessing artillery &
cavalry) India & China (leading to the failed Indian rebellion of 1857
& the failed Taipeng rebellion of 1850-61) with barely 100,000 troops &
an advanced navy controlling the destiny of hundreds of millions from thousands
of miles away???
Well, in both cases, the very size
& (particular forms of) cultural sophistication of both states
actually played against them/ made them possible to take over/ manipulate…
WHY did India not
have the kind of fragmentation of power/ feudal warlordism that would have caused
it to suck in the whole world to enable it to finance its internal
wars, WHY did the Indians lack this vision???
Wheras the organic geo
pol/econ internal/ external fragmentation of power in Europe is control over
land, created the longterm basis for the church (as a supranational
ideological/ political arbiter) to further aid this process of power
fragmentation (providing supranational ideological framework – giving rise to
the later demands for a cheap church) in the post Roman era…
Organic communal
control of land in India
(eg unpredictable monsoon culture
meant land revenue main lever of econ control in caste based system - as no
magnate would wish to expose himself to singular ruination if said monsoon
failed)
…meant correspondingly, as the power
of religion was too closely allied to central power (in indian state/ empires)
for it to have sufficient leverage to play this role to a
critical/ sufficient degree…
it either could not spread very far
– as an extra territorial framework/ structure, or this in turn
meant that as the ideology was not sufficiently independent from control
of its imperial patrons, a corresponding demand for a `cheap
church’ (or cheap Islam/ Hinduism etc) could not provide a sufficient
geo strategic framework (alliance)/ rallying cry to provide (eventual) cover
for merchants (in alliance with state then as overlords of such) to break out
as an independent power…
(British of course aided
by lack of continental engagement)
…India therefore naturally
polytheistic…
& for (Euro Christian type) feudalism
to work as outlined, it needs to be reasonably well ideologically (vis
church framework) & geographically secure in its foundations over a fairly
wide area to allow it to function effectively in terms of fragmentation of
power…
Eg in India parts may appear (more)
suited to a feudal type of system, but as its general culture
(subject historically to invaders from across the mountainous northwest) is
inclined to military feudalism
Eg the unpredictable monsoon culture

historically sweep across the whole country leaving such a corresponding

had in reversing the expansion of the Islamic empire); such scarcely able to
factor as potential geo cultural pol/econ frameworks…
Allied to this, empires within India
tended over time to naturally overstretch to the point that to finance the
increasing costs of machinery required to sustain them, they would have
to levy such high taxes, that they become internally weakened/ subject to
resulting fragmentation…
…in a sense, India was a gigantic
empire/ imperial enterprise waiting to happen – as when the Mughals became
dependant on the silver stream (indirectly from the new world) via France/
Britain to finance their military state machine…
…providing the colonial powers with
a foothold – such that as the empire became still weaker/ more atrophied,
(correspondingly) superior military technique (& organising/
financing of such) of the French/ british powers (honed in fighting each other)
by default sucked them into championing one proxy or another to
advance their interests, until (with French defeated/ bankrupted) British were the main power
& this correlates to the idea that the internal
geo pol/econ dynamic geo pol/econ agenda resulting from India’s size was
paradoxically the chief factor that played against it…
…creating an insular geo
psychology, an insular fragmentation of power
…that contrasted dramatically with Europe, that increasingly sought to suck in the whole world into enabling/ financing its nations to kill each other ever more efficiently – in struggle for survival; producing an evolving war/ finance nexus of optimised efficiency
Whereby
the great crumbling internal Mughal empire appears still
as the greater threat to/ target of smaller states – sufficient
to allow the new rising empire to continue to acquire power – so that the geo
psychological dynamic becomes one of resignation, enabling (British)
consolidation of power – before a sufficient degree of unity
could overcome such, by which time it was too late…
Paradoxically
the best example of this can be seen in the 1857 rebellion of the remnants of
the old order…
Whereby
the corresponding organic fragmentation of the resistence…
…&
its defeat, was paradoxically the precondition for the emergence of a modern all
Indian nationalism, that however still could not immediately
drive out the British Raj; precisely because the character of its internal
divisions was such, that as soon as it made any serious attempt to bring
sufficient force to bear, it tended to disintegrate into communal strife –
leaving the British above the fray – indeed possessed of a kind of paradoxical imperial
legitimacy…
THIS
tendancy for the sword to shatter into communal fragments as soon as made
contact, is why Indian nationalism had to follow a specifically non violent
model (an antecedant for the
contempory Revolutionary model of a diminishing calculus of force…), so
as to render imperial control increasingly non profitable/ contributing to
exhaustion of British imperial machine & allowing an all Indian national
identity to be cultivated…
…whilst
simultaneously keeping to an irreducible minimum communal strife – by relying
principally upon the power of inertia
…Gandhi
seeking to make a virtue/ forge a concept of national legitimacy out
of an operational necessity…
Though
so perilously thin was this veneer of urban elite orchestrated inter communal
unity, covering the hellish depths of landlordist/ feudal communal insularity
(with Gandhi as tuning fork in chief), that as the british position became
manifestly progressively weaker (especially throughout the 1930’s), Muslims
firstly looked to British (paradoxical) imperial legitimacy to provide security
gaurentees & then ultimately/ irresistibly to the establishment of Pakistan
in areas where they had a contiguous majority…
The
principle factors that allowed the rest of India to hold together
at all as an independent entity after the British exhausted by 2
world wars…
…was
the combo of this fragile inertial concept of national political
legitimacy, most strikingly evinced in the hunger strike of Gandhi as a counter
to the post independence anti Muslim riots (following partition) & his
subsequent assassination by Hindu fascist RSS; which actually sealed the
political legitimacy/ secular identity of the Indian state – albeit dependant
on the second factor…
…That
the cold war threatened superpower engagement in any seccession. This so raised
the price of seccession, that no decisive consensus could be found to prosecute
such – enabling India via a 3rd world nationalist
ideology/ socialist fuedalist framework…
that
combined 3rd world nationalist ideology, workers’ interests with
those of feudal landlords…
to
hold together by sheer inertia
The
apogee of socialist feudalism (of the Nehru dynasty) was Indira Gandhi’s (post 1966
devaluation) increasingly radical pol/econ program of nationalisations –
attempted land reform, which ultimately foundered against the fact that the
people in charge of such were themselves landed interests…

reaction against authoritarian approach used to try to push such through…
This in turn led to the pro market approach from desai…
Then post Indira Gandhi’s assassination…
Eg the authoritarian centre
fuelling secessionist tendancies – eg Akali Dal in Punjab to the extent that
Sanjay Gandhi reduced to sponsoring Bhindranwalia in an attempt to split the regional opposition – which backfired/
ultimately led to the showdown at the golden temple in 1984 (& Indira
Gandhi’s assassination)
…Rajiv Gandhi became PM & adopted a market centred approach
Which proved
sufficiently unpopular to lose (1989) to a left split from Congress led by VP
Singh allied with other leftist/ regionalist parties & curiously, the
fascist BJP (& RSS/ VHP), whose leader LK Advani (against the backdrop of
Hindu fascist/ landlordist/ middle cclass opposition to VP Singh’s attempt to
sponsor legislation consolidating position among Dalits etc) saw the
opportunity to legitimate from within govt the destruction of the Barbary
Mosque at Ayodhya, & correspondingly seize command of the geo cultural
agenda in India for Hindu fascism, becoming the rallying standard among
India’s rising middle class.
This
leaves us with the Q, WHY did Indira Gandhi’s policy fail???
We
know contempory Indian capitalism growing beyond a certain point is seen as the
enemy in a megastate context by its own people…
…So
WHY did Indira Gandhi’s (semi authoritarian) 3rd world
radicalism appear as violating `freedom’???
Eg
how the hell do you account for a geo cultural concept of freedom
that inexorably leads the way to the fascist BJP – which
(if unchecked) will blow India to smithereens???
You
can discern amidst the insanity a kind of logic, whereby, India
having gone through the traumas resulting from its geo pol/econ insularity,
from periodic invasions, from the Aryans, to the Mughals to finally the
British, through the struggle to break free from the last, struggles to define
its own concept/ understanding of freedom, whereby its populous are ever more
engaged in expressing themselves in relation to the rest of the world…
…&
rather than tolerate another despotic raj however ostensibly enlightened, they
would rather freely choose to set out on the path to oblivion, so
that finally on the edge of perdition, as an animated globally connected civil
society, they can learn as a people what does not work, as the first
precondition to becoming aware of what can work, & what their role is - as
future leaders of the human race – defined by the universalist conception
The way this plays out is that the Manmohan Singh govt must ultimately
fall; eg after fear of BJP, the only thing that preserves attention of
Communist Party of India members is going on the offenseive to the extent of
undermining capitalist hegemony…
…forcing a contra reaction/ war as a diversion &
implosion
But (as with China) the
aforementioned petrodollar crash cuts across this, though, as noted, India
needs a transcendent vision eclipsing its internal apocalyptic parochialisms –
enabling India to hold together…
& while we have as outlined
before how development of the new global security architecture requires that
after Israel gives back the last of the 1967 lands, that Pakistan gets rid of
its nukes & assumes command of the global commonwealth confederation
(Pakistan is dynamically marked by the threat of Hindu fascism if it does not)…
…both marginalizing Hindu fascism
& providing Pakistan with cover/ protection (from the emergent oil
superstate) as it negotiates re-unification with India – especially vis the
rebuilding of the Barbary mosque at Ayodhya – so that India can monitor USA
nukes, checking USA apocalyptic expansionism in order to free USA visionary
expansionism – including for solar power desalination & universalist
conception – giving/ stabilizing India with a global role/ universal vision…
The key Q is WHY would Pakistan
agree to re-unify with India NOW & not BEFORE???
Pakistan HAD to secede before,
otherwise would have been prone before Hindu pogroms & ended up splitting
under even more adverse circumstances…
…but NOW re-unification is possible
ONLY because it is imperative, to stabilize not merely Inida (to enable India
to play its global role) but the world; & this held together (also) by
universalist conception (transcending India’s apocalyptic parochialisms) is
what stabilizes India…
China
China differed from European fragmentation of power in
a number of key respects.
Wheras
Europe was defined by natural ethno national linguistic/ racial borders –
defining states most of which had access to the sea – helping to consolidate
these borders & with them the European fragmentation of power between &
(more or less) within states…
…the lack of such (correspondingly consolidatable)
ethno political borders in China meant that to swallow another few thousand
sqKm of territory was not enough to rout your enemy/ consolidate power (in
china), - which in turn made the borders (& correspondingly geo pol/econ
psychology) between regional magnates even more unreliable – so that only by capturing/
unifying the whole of China – traditionally by securing the `Mandate
of Heaven’ with the support of
a peasant army & consolidating this position through extensive public works
projects that could only be undertaken by general mobilisation of the Chinese
state (pre-emptively weakeing the position of any warlords),
could order be established/ consolidated…
This characterised China by virtue of its size as an
imperial & therefore insular megastate from ancient times…
…lacking Europe’s expansionist
drive, because thank you very much, it was quite big enough as it was & had
to focus most of its energies upon internal development/ holding itself
together in the face of regional faultlines/ social tension, rather than the
expansionist colonial conquests which European states had to
undertake in competition with each other to try & prevent themselves
falling too far behind – which in turn contributed to internal fragmentation of
power (of a rising merchant class) as an aid to innovation/ pluralistic
strength; particularly/ specifically in Britain- which when their
last illusory hope to pass on costs of falling rate of profit onto American
colonists curtailed by American Revolution, had no choice but to seek an outlet
(for its cheap capital) through industrial development…
Hence the power of the centralising
Chinese state, its strength was also its weakness & WHY China
had such a massive head start on the rest of humanity (so far ahead of it until
the 19th centuary) instead of dominating the world like this preposterous
little island – indeed lacking the strategic imperatives to do so
(quite the reverse); got periodically swallowed up by regional/ social
tensions/ decadence (loss of `heavenly mandate’) & corresponding cycles of
renewal (new heavenly mandate/ emperor)
This logic, the need to maintain
internal geo pol/econ equilibrium can best be demonstrated vis the way that
prior to the Mongol invasion, a tendancy to drift to the south left the country
prone before the invader…
…which impact of, even after Mongols
decline/ retreat
(Because while it was possible to
conquer China on horseback, to adopt the means to administer it/ avoid losing
power, so tied up Mongols own fighting
capacity that their position so weakened; forced to retreat)
…so affected China’s geo historic
memory, that China’s central geo pol/econ pre-occupation was the maintenance of
sufficient internal equilibrium to fill up its spaces for reasons of security;
which meant that the Chinese state had to keep the power of the merchants in
check/ adopt a more insular geo pol/econ framework, simply to stop itself
falling prey to Central Asian threats (Mongols/ tartars/ Russians)
& this rendered
insurmountable the paradox of its development, that increases in wealth/
productivity, merely fed through in increases in population – rather than a
shift to concentrations of capital inclined/ compelled to industrial
revolution…
…by interstate competition
compelling such for sake of national survival, quite the opposite, Chinese national
survival pointed away from such an approach…
Indeed China victims of their own
superiority, as increased production led to population increases
– which led to a dead end absorbing increased productivity…

of interstate competition generating a symbiotic premium on
strategic innovations with state policy

vast panoply of anti catalytic options for solving bottlenecks without radical
innovation (against therefore not generating symbiotic

This circuitous (defining closed) loop of development
defined China until the opium wars…
…the primary cause of which was
Britain’s negative balance of payments with china, which could only be reversed
through the sale of opium (triangular trade with India/ china/
Britain), which over an extended timeframe (mid 1820’s – mid
1830’s) actually led to a silver shortage in China…
As to the Q how on earth was it that
the manchus managed to lose the opium war/ failed to bring adequate forces to
bear???
The Chinese became paradoxically
victims of their own superiority…
…as the British haemmoraghed silver in
exchange for Chinese goods, the only way to redress the trade deficit was
through the opium trade…
…this was radically different/ more
difficult to long term penetration of Mughal empire via the silver stream
creating culture of dependency & thus securing a position enabling
British displacement of Mughals
China was more monolithic & the British had no
prior points of penetration; excepting the right to purchase Chinese goods…
However British able to exploit
tensions between southern traders (to gain a foothold) & the central power
(the northern originated manchus)…
…by the time the central power had
adequately woken up, as internal divisions as to how to respond
(eg wether to grow the stuff themselves to redress the silver drain) divided
them still further…
Instructive as to their
paralysis was that they felt it necessary to first prepare the ground by going
after the Chinese opium traders to set the context for a later showdown with
the British
Furthermore China’s (imperial)
weight/ strength paradoxically played against it, was organically employed to
undermine it, that it correspondingly (both) needed to & could not
develop the industrial technologies vis military specialisms (to defeat the
British)
This would have required the kind of
social pol/econ configuration that we have seen China could not accommodate to
hold itself together historically as this would require so much power to be
given to the merchant class, creating such imbalances as to render china
unviable therefore China left prone…
& that without
such, internal order raised itself as the greatest factor
Hence the critical
point is that the british had in the preceeding period accumulated enough
strength to so re-inforce their position/ penetration that the weakness
of the central power came into play
& consequently hereonin,
the superiority of British arms was a key factor…
Therefore peasant wars
eg Taipeng rebellion arising out of indirect (or direct) consequance (eg
economic fallout from the silver shortage), also could not bring China’s
internal forces/ reserves to bear…
Q WHY
did previous emperors NOT rely so heavily on the
gentry to defeat peasant insurgencies???
Because such represented a
weakening/ evolving dissolution of the central power…
(&) to re-iterate what made the
Taipeng unviable, was the very processes that gave rise to them…
Eg:
The
silver shortage &:
The
inability of the Manchu to stop the silver drain – as previous
modalities of keeping China together
mitigated against the kind of industrial revolution necessary
to modernise China’s antique military machine…
Therefore a frontal
assault by the Taipeng (on the British) unviable
Therefore Manchu could
(as proxy/ comprador forces – anxious to keep the country together – albeit
prone before the unequal treaties – with colonial powers), lean
on the gentry – to hold the centre in immediate term – at cost of fatally
weakening the centre over the longer term…
The continuing inability to fend of
encroachment of imperial powers in turn led to a systemic exhaustion of
historical options leading up to the 1949 takeover…
Beginning with policy of `self
strengthening’ which with the grafting of military/ corresponding heavy
industrial technology (dependant increasingly on the gentry for funds –
further weakening the central power & shifting power towards the regions)
onto the old Chinese state…
Correspondingly a quai mystic
movement, the Boxer rising targeted foreign infleuences was initially
restrained by the Manchus, then allowed to burn itself out to avoid it turning
on the Manchu state – its’ failure further (indeed definitively) underscoring
the inability of peasant rebellions to renew the state in the old way
…had the inexorable tendancy of
providing the powerbase of a military poltical cadre led by Sun Yat Sen, seeking to further
accelerate industrialisation of China, which as such led to further strengthening
of power of the gentry, to provide funds for industrialisation – which could only
be undertaken on a regional (as opposed to an all China) basis, led to a
peculiar break up of China into regional warlordisms, yet with
fairly impressive industrial development, rather than disintegratory chaos…
Eg as the old antique
Chinese state was defined more by previous fear of chaos from central Asia/
corresponding need to maintain internal equillirium than the new wave of
colonialism, its break up while a massive & intolerable blow to China’s
sense of itself, did not decisively hinder development
(an oblique comparison can be drawn
between the original rise of China as a result of its’ earlier
break up leading to rival warlordisms/ techno innovation – which beyond a
certain point, China’s geographic insularity/ the lack of such ongoing rivalry
sucking in the whole world to make its’ internecine strife more efficient …
…resolved itself in re-unification
& definition against barbarian threats to its west…)…
Q WHAT
does this tell us about the apparent paraxdoxical conflict between China’s
national narrative & its process of industrial development???
That the antique Chinese state,
having been effectively broken up by colonial incursion, could
not modernise itself by itself, in a unified way…
& that therefore,
it correspondingly became prone before any passing notion that fed the delusion
that it could…
Hence, prone before Britain/ German/
Japan/ America etc, Chinese nationalists instinctively wanted to use
the Soviet Union to break free/ enable modernisation of their country…
But, this meant the nationalist
structures/ frameworks/ infrastrucure that the USSR helped set up became
absolutely packed decisively with USSR agents at the highest levels…
This was a trade…
USSR assistance to build structures
that Chinese nationalism had proven by itself it could not possibly develop, in
exchange for USSR being able to hitch a ride in covert (as
opposed to overt takeover of the Eastern bloc post WWII, OR of openly communist
parties) form on the back of Chinese nationalism…
When the open CCP formations/ allied
fractions took a hammering in 1927, the Chinese nationalists under Chiang kai
Sheik looked to have got the better end of the deal…
But wheras other
states balance between other powers to preserve/ strengthen or defend their centre,
it is of key significance Chinese dependant on USSR to even enable
establishment of a unificatory centre…
Correspondingly & bearing in
mind the CCP by Mao’s admission concentrated against the backdrop of the
Japanese invasion, 70% on trying to secure control of territory, 20% on
fighting the nationalists & only 10% on fighting the Japanese (which would
give further credence to Hang & Halliday’s assertion it was a lot less than
10%)…
…the basis of the 1949 takeover was:
Post
WWII exhaustion of the old colonial powers, including reluctance
of USA (after Japan) to in any way get dragged into an Asian land war – which
colored their policy vis China.

deep penetration of nationalist forces with CCP/ USSR agents

(corresponding to the nebulous agreement with USA reached vis war with Japan
& correspondingly vague notion of USSR’s right of intervention into China)
massive Russian invasion allowing the then rather ropey CCP army formations to
regroup in Manchuria

of systematic corruption in nationalist regime with the feeding of their armies
to the CCP by aforementioned CCP/USSR operatives within said nationalist
forces; bringing about a catastrophic collapse in morale of nationalist forces,
a process which fed of itself – leading to

been dependant on colonial aid as vis USSR; there was no such
viable animal as Chinese nationalism, excepting the bizarre
terror of Mao, which created a 3rd world nationalist crust/
megastate ideology allowing capitalism to develop on an all China

So because nobody could impose what
they really wanted (& the culture was too geo politically/ internally
crumbly for a negotiated compromise), everybody got what nobody wanted…
The
nationalists/ bourgeois/ gentry (we have seen) were too weak to impose what
they wanted – as in hock to the USSR.
The
colonialists could not impose what they wanted
(lacking in strength/ exhausted).
The
peasantry could not even define what it wanted
The Russians
could commit decisively to effect a change in govt, but could not really impose
what they wanted…
& wheras with every other exotic
political figure (Lenin, DeGaulle, not to mention Hitler or Petain) that appeared
to come from nowhere; there was at least a clear political market for them, so
therefore, chart the reasons for the success of the market (that led to their
advance) & symbiotic evolution) of their fraction, & the rest pretty
much follows from there…

Where was the
political market for such a figure that refused even to obey Stalin???
Not only that, unlike the first 4,
Mao had to trade his wares before anyone was
willing to buy such…
So the Q is, WHY did the political
market in China not function properly???
Mao’s victory is connected to how
the Taipeng lost…
Eg the inherent inflexibility of
ancient all Chinese pol/econ
Eg the heavenly mandate
only applies within the boundaries of the ancient
geo pol/econ modality (which we thought originally, had been resurrected

war could NOT have brought a radical/ reformist govt to power, as
it would have collapsed back into warlordism – without being

a battle of colonialisms, in which the CCP prevailed (thanks to border with

WHAT was the
difference between India & China???
(As noted) British imperial
legitimacy In India was defined by default (Indian Communalism) therefore (as
noted), Indian nationalist legitimacy had to define itself in this context against
it (a la Gandhi) in such fashion as avoided communal
strife/ (or at any rate) kept it from destroying everything…
Well, while China’s internal
pol/econ agenda was defined by colonialism, it had no
such imperial legitimacy to brace itself against to
define a peaceful anti imperial legitimacy (& as noted the traditional form
of renewalist insurgency/ `mandate of heaven’ to renew/ restore the old Chinese
state rendered unviable by colonialism…
Correspondingly, in this setting,
political natural selection determined it was less important to actually
prepare a movement capable of seizing power in its own right, than to corral/
secure control of even a disintegrating political core, with the intention of
so directing it to catch the (eg post WWII Russian) wave capable of propelling
it to power…
The singular defining characteristic of the regime
(vis 1949 takeover) was a kind of creative destruction…
…The economic, cultural & above all geo
psychological destruction of the old political economic ways, vis the
subordination of the economy to the goal of the `suprpower program’, to both
blackmail USSR into giving it the requisite technology (thence dragging it into
war over Taiwan) & paying for such with super exploitation of the
peasantry…
…the attempt to accelerate such in defiance of econ
physiological reality/ (immediate) potentiality through the `great Leap
forward’, ending (aided by Vietnam war enabling recapturing of agenda by Mao)
with the `Cultural revolution’…
…a
general mobilisation (from above by Mao) of sections of civil society against
the party & indeed itself…
…which both exhausted the residual
potential to retain control through terror alone…
(hence also rapproachment with USA – even though this
was inevitably aimed as being another alternative source of
weapons technology)
& yet, so seared that terror into the mindset of
China, that it has post Mao, increasingly enabled capitalism to develop within
a socialist infrastructural/ 3rd world national liberationist
ideological framework…
Indeed the effectiveness of this logic is best
illustrated by the Tianenmen Square massacre in 1989 in which
4000 students massacred…
Originally a protest vis corruption
vis the collapse of the 2 price system (as result of the rising power of the
capitalist sector eclipsing the socialised sector), against the effect
(if not explicitly against) expanding capitalism eclipsing the `iron rice bowl’
& supported by bourgeois seeking more freedom/ room for manoeuvre…
It was necessary for the CCP to
restore order for capitalism, to enable its continuing
development under the ideological cover of the 3rd world nationalist
conception – in turn econ growth (based on USA trade deficit) providing
sufficient basis to stabilise regime over an extended timeframe…
Q But WHY is capitalism able to rule in its own
name in India (even though in so doing, it will blow the state to smithereens)
but not at all in China???
It is the very fractured aspect of
India itself (its tendancy to blow itself to kingdom come) that enabled
Britain to gain a foothold/ colonise India/ retain control via imperial
legitimacy (threat of fragmentation)…
…which in turn functioned as a brace
enabling anti colonial legitimacy to define itself against such
initially on basis of socialist feudalism; eg inertia held India together (eg
no decisive constituency could commit to secede for fear of prohibitive costs
vis superpower engagement) – but post cold war capitalist development
encouraged, but has led to expansion of both radical forces increasingly seeing
their own megastate elite as the main threat: and classical fascist forces –
propelling the country to war as a military plutocratic apocalyptic diversion/
means to retain control of the pol/econ agenda even if for only as long as it
takes to so blow the subcontinent to smithereens…
As noted it is (aided by the
USSR) only the CCP’s restoration of/ attainment of the `mandate of heaven’ (vis
3rd world national liberationist ideology) which has stabilized Chinese
capitalism; and in so doing restored the capacity of the old `renewalist’
insurgent model to once again manifest itself…
(when formerly it could not do so,
because the imperialist breeches in China’s ancient insular pol/econ, as noted,
rendered such abortive – hence the reliance on the gentry pushed the country in
the direction of capitalism & warlordism)
Yet while the old insular
`renewalist’ model is capable of withdrawing the `mandate of heaven’;
Eg both because rise of Chinese
capitalism beyond a certain point posits it as the principle/ most visible
enemy of its’ own people – see the anti Japan riots as proof of this generally
unstable tendancy AND the aforementioned petrodollar crash…
It is self evidently impossible for
insular renewalism to establish a new `mandate of heaven’…
Indeed as already noted, the only
way a new `mandate of heaven’ can be established is…
…on the basis of global
constitutional division between written secular constitution/ unwritten
universal constitution; & defining geo cultural priority of the first, as
being to enable all humanity to have enough time to comprehend the second…
…& this requires both a
(transitional) nuclear shotgun wedding between CCP (at one & the same time
delegitimised by the fallout from the petrodollar crash & partially
relegitimised by same crash) and Chinese civil society…
…the very focus of which must be the
aforementioned Jerusalem centred framework as outlined in Chapters 1-3…
AND a connexion to global civil
society beginning with aforementioned Jerusalem centred global security
architecture framework & consolidated vis Europe’s peacekeeping operations
in South Africa – to prevent slaughter of the white minority – which decisively
compels the re-engineering of Euro/ global constitution/ institutions; to
enable global reconstruction especially vis solar powered desalination…

commonwealth confederation, is to be found in its commitment to developing
Planet Africa…

insurance policy (vis threat of a mini ice age – vis flooding of gulf stream

on the basic social econ unit as a freestanding unit – access to energy, water
& info giving it strategic depth, consequently also able to pool
sovereignty & therefore see of all security threats from predatory
warlords/ magnates that have no mandate from the pooled sovereignty of wider
humanity
Precisely
it be only via such that especially impenetrable Africa could be
in any way (however destructively) be opened up – as only such had the levers
(of war/ finance) to do so – the sheer impenetrable vastness of Africa in
particular overwhelming humanity’s attempts to master the territory. territory.
Hence
any attempt to copy the conventional model of development must
fail – even any significant wealth generation develops such internal migration
across wide & porous borders (increasingly a problem for the west –
ironically prior to its geo pol/econ crash) as to overwhelm same.
Unless,
development based much more (though not exclusively) on the freestanding social
econ unit (energy/ water/ info), so that there is both not
principally any boomtown locale to flood into, AND people know
they will be made use of/ be able to develop.
Thus
the balance of power will come to lie not in New York, London or even
Jerusalem. But in the hands of the sovereign individual.
& as a model which the whole world
must adopt as a framework of development (eg India’s jugular the glacial River
Ganges threatened with extinction – therefore solar powered desalination
necessary as both a fallback and to enable development without
destroying the Ganges – similar for China with its insane policy (as at
27/7/05) to build 600 new coal fired powerstations & Europe/ USA itself.

befit us to join the rest of the universe/ become God & visit the same crap
on the next cosmic generation….
The idea of asking the Q was 1949 actually (a revolution) an authentic peasant war, simply never occurred to me to ask…

That as it was only when the operational gameplan could comprehend China, that we could address ourselves to the global peasant war & contrast it with the earlier crisis of slavery, that I then (had &) could meaningfully deal with this Q & its implications in more depth…

For as well as vis technology, the message/ means
used organically to control the global peasantry vis modern media/market
forces, means the global peasantry now has a global reach/
impact, which has to be taken notice of…
…wheras before, at
both the progressive & reactionary levels, there were entire social
bulwarks/ classes acting as buffers between the imperial metropolitan core
& the great mass of global humanity…
…by (organically) appealing directly
to the global people (over the heads of their rulers progressive &
reactionary) the USA led imperial metropolitan core has become much more of a direct
target, has destroyed the old geo pol/econ buffers between (USA led)
metropolitan core & the 3rd world…
Eg if the FMLN/ FSLN failed to
resist USA tyranny in El Salvador/ Nicaragua, who cares? Just hop over the
Mexican border into the USA…
Pissed off with the way your country
is as a result of your previous Islamic fascists anti communist alliance with
the USA? Sick of their smug burger munching faces on your TV everyday? Its not
your fault, so just blow the mothers away a la Sept 11th…
…Or if you are feeling generous,
just blow up an oil pipeline & let them walk their fat arses off…
& this mortal peril, rather than chastening USA
imperial hubris, renders it more explosive in its laager
psychology. Though the point would have to be conceded, that any failure
to check USA imperial hubris leads to an apocalyptic nuclear expansionist
decadence/ tailspin in any case.
Indeed as noted earlier, Sept 11th actually
stabilised USA geo pol/econ psychology, for a period, by preventing (shifting
focus from) scandals vis Enronisation of the entire geo pol/econ gaining their
own critical momentum…
& as the essence of the global
peasant war is the power to challenge/ even break the (USA led) metropolitcan
core without itself being able to consolidate a new/ alternative
geo pol/econ centre of gravity; the proliferation of WMD…
USA
threatens China, China goes nuclear, India responds likewise, Pakistan follows
& trades spare parts to fund its own program…
…must also be
considered part of the global peasant war
(moreover, we have already seen how/
why China/ India cannot, as megastates, take over from USA as imperial leaders
of the military plutocratic system – so that insofaras they are part of the
metropolitan core, they are on basis of war/ finance nexus, even more so
part of the 3rd world)
Eg both because USA’s
attempts (aided by threat of its own 10,000 nukes) to deliberately retard
countries development (so as to prevent them even having the capacity to
develop their own WMD programs) feeds inexorably into (global) revanchist
sentiment AND because this consequent imbalance is an additional
factor meaning the geo pol/econ cost of WMD development is so great that such
become the innate focus of the state political psychology (of
course, for such not to be hindered, would mean the `effortless’
acquisition of WMD would both encourage others to commit themselves & lead
to general quantative & qualitative proliferation of WMD)…
…& were we not already heading
for such, this USA drive for `full spectrum dominance’ would be the primary
cause for global econ collapse…
Which brings us to the next factor,
the failure of the info revolution to either automatically enable
a post military plutocratic order, or prevent the collapse of the
military plutocratic system…
For inevitably the (character of
the) info revolution was shaped by the inevitable rise of global
finance beyond the control of any nation state…
…as a tool to assist this process…
& yet the
information revolution has made the old repressive military plutocratic state
(its machinery), ever increasingly unviable (as a means to retain control –
even briefly) – even as it grasps impotently for more power it withers away – without
automatically giving rise to a new post military plutocratic order…
Eg for while the info revolution was
self evidently integral to the breaking of the power of
(generally parochial) organised labor – it nevertheless armed to the teeth the
very sam people, as a potential global civil society…
Not so much as workers, still less
as consumers, but rather as thinking humans – held together by the culture of
the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity – the chief objective
being to gain control of our own time, to not only master all threats to our
survival but universal time itself…
But paradoxically, to awaken/ enable
global civil society to so mobilise itself, the revanchist 3rd world
fascists had to be the initial beneficiaries to
help re-animate people in the process of the collapse/ breaking of the old
centre BEFORE the Revolution could fill the breech & establish the new
centre of gravity (eg vis the aforementioned Nuclear Shotgun Wedding)…
The key here is a general
unwillingness to die in strategic battles of for the interests of our elites
& how this reshapes the psycho political battlefield – that
the raising of the perceived price of blood, vis the 3rd world, is precisely
what makes us weak before asymmetric warfare…
…& (paradoxically) gives
them the techno advantage
eg as our lopsided/ top heavy techno
configuration is turned against us (never mind also by spread of disease from
impoverished 3rd world overwhelming the metropole) & not just
(though as well by) Al Qaeda’s diffuse cyber model…
even though their `victory’ leads to
the destruction of the very technologies that enable them to wage their
campaign (leading to descent into primal panic/ chaos etc)…
As well as the aforementioned geo pol/econ framework,
& a techno model based on riding the shockwave…
As the hitherto root of our failure
to gain mastery over our destiny lies in our hitherto failure to view
everything in terms of DEEP TIME, the solution to this lies in
understanding:
6 The Paradoxes of the Human Soul
The operational &
theoretical core of our work is the seperation between the
secular written constitution & (the purpose of which is to help us to
comprehend) the unwritten universal constitution.
Yet, we can only
definitively prove the existence of a supreme being by
establishing said framework (constitutional division) - & yet we need
said supreme being as a supra reserve of courage to enable humanity to
establish said framework…
This is a paradox
that lies not merely at the heart of our work; but at the heart of all humanity,
& has done in essence since the beginning of time…
....The foundation of the paradoxes of the
human soul is that consciousness emerged out of dust.
We sought/ seek to understand ourselves, our world our
creator & the first
great (series) event is that we are enslaved by the first really great
machine of our own creation, the war/ finance nexus....
Beyond a certain point, the land (`natural economy')
could not support a rising population.
Thence it becomes necessary both to resort (beyond
an episodic/ incipient level) to settled agriculture (to feed rising
population); and also (to defend both the natural resources of
the land & its husbanded agricultural base which necessitated) the
development (beyond
an episodic/ incipient level) of
a war economy, war technology (increasingly metallurgy), which further
drove economic & technological development....
An emergent war/ finance nexus (increasing circulation of means of exchange,
especially gold/ silver, acceptable across incipient state boundaries
between allies & adversaries alike) breaking
up the earlier protohistoric economy (which tends very
much to be under-rated in it's technical sophistication) as it dictated the
social pol/econ agenda internally (within each emerging proto state construct)
and externally by setting the agenda for patterns of trade &
military pol/econ alliances....
....(&) we have seen that the end
result (of evolution of the war/ finance nexus) is the core paradox:
....that
the USA led military plutocratic elite depend on the Revolution to seize power
(from the war/ finance nexus/ machine they are the gilded slaves of), to save
their (everyone's) children: & that the Revolution (to avoid global
annihilation) is dependant on this factor & must tailor its entire military
pol/econ framework accordingly....
....(but) before & now is the Great Existential
Paradox:
....that charity begins at home AND charity
begins with preventing the (nuclear) annihilation of humanity, (that) both concepts clash AND
yet ultimately depend on each other.....
...Which primal angst at guilt of which, also feeds into
the fear/ philosophy of hell; which stood in for the (then historically
unripe) core paradox as a cypher. And the philosophy of hell
derivative
of fears of the Great Existential Paradox, that such is unresolvable UNTIL
the (historically ripened) Core Paradox enables their general
resolution; that we are responsible for the guilt accruing from either
our sins against society or family, & as we cannot serve both we will face
hideous consequences either way. Especially as without the
(historically ripened) Core Paradox, we cannot help but sin against humanity
anyway, as our poor Bolshevik ancestors discovered.
.... is organically hijacked by incipient
elites in order (as a precondition) to retain control....
....So the Great Existential Paradox actually functions organically
as a weapon of choice for the war/ finance nexus, at least until eclipsed
by the core paradox, enabling the worst most tortuous features of the
Great Existential paradox to be institutionally overcome....
Now the 2 dimensional (anthropomorphic) God concept, the
idea that `man was created in God's image' (certainly common to Judaeo/
Christian/ Islamic traditions & logical default undercurrent
in others)....
....clashes with (& undermines) understanding of
existential dialectics (& paradoxes of the human soul) which are based
on the fact that human soul was not created (fully
formed) by a deity but emerged out of dust....
The Mind of God
As
to the Q `if there is a God why is there so much suffering in the world? And
HOW can you claim as you do, that vis Christianity/ Islam etc, there WAS
(& IS) a manifestation of a God
dialectic, yet SUBORDINATE to the hegemony of matter over consciousness? HOW
can God allow itself to be arsed about in this unholy fashion?'
Consciousness
springs forth from (cosmic) dust (not even shit), & through an accretion of
knowledge, a super criticality is attained (aided by supra reserve of courage -
vis the new rev theory & its deployment), enabling through
humanity’s multidimensional sacrifice/ re-inforcement- (as the sun gives
life to the earth – though different, in that humanity must consciously
choose life, by drawing on the supra reserve to enable)
the hegemony of consciousness over matter to arise & humanity to
(ultimately) become God.
But
you cannot point to as direct conclusive proof of God's existence the wonder
`miracle' of nature in say, a leaf or tree (nature - eg the oft phrase
`...isn't life miraculous? A God MUST have made it.'). For such an
approach leads down the road of projecting a vision of an ALL controlling
deity, every action/ event etc the product of an enslaved/ enslaving fatalism -
rather than ultimate control of process, through aiding (via supra reserve of
courage) human consciousness/ knowledge to attain (through exercise of FREE
WILL) hegemony over matter - as an independent FREE entity/ agency (rather than
the sordid plaything of a celestial Saddam Hussein).
Creation
(the act of) was a work of art NOT of science.
Scientific
knowledge/ consciousness grows out of it as an independent agency,
drawing on the supra reserve of courage to enable it to attain hegemony over
matter. And so thence become God, replicating the process. Art
thence remains WITHIN this consciousness, the ultimate flowering (via
scientific knowledge) of art.
....& this (anthropomorphic God) concept has a
symbiotic relationship with the Great Existential Paradox, in that the
philosophy of hell (the aforementioned cypher for the historically unripe Core
Paradox & derivative of fears from the Great Existential Paradox)
is ripe for priestification. & if you (appear to) control the gates of
heaven & hell, you have political control; until the core paradox
historically ripens.
UNTIL then, free will/ consciousness is
subordinate to hegemony of matter over consciousness (war/ finance nexus over civil society).
The most noteworthy
primordial manifestation (of this subordination of consciousness to matter)
being the legend of the `The Fall’… that (as) even, especially
the light bearer (`Lucifer’) was cast out for rebelling against God (vis
encouraging man to seek independant knowledge of good & evil), that demonstrably
humanity cannot save itself by its own autonomous
revolutionary initiative, but must instead wait for external divine
intervention… this legend is the geo psycho political caldera of
the entire Judaeo – Christian – Islamic world. & (as noted
throughout S.O.F.; but especially Vol III) it is in this geo psycho political
setting that the fate of all humanity will be decided more than anywhere else
in the context of the unfolding global pol/econ implosion of the war/
finance nexus.
..... that in order to
physically as well as intellectually preserve/ restore/ extend light in both
forms (electrical & intellectual), humanity must exploit the chaos/ fear
engendered by the final collapse of military plutocratic system to push a rev
geo pol/econ framework (which we outlined in `Communique Number 1' in
`Lucifer2.zip'- refer back to as required, or wait until we include text of
said communique shortly) enabling it to gain hegemony over its own
creation (consciousness gaining hegemony over matter...) vis culture of common
threats/ objectives confronting all humanity (especially in immediate term, to
develop sustainable energy sources - aided by civil society control of finance/
its own creation - humanity no longer subordinate to the war/ finance
nexus)....
The very beginings of this new pol/econ
culture are to be found in the hope that comes from the
beginnings of a viable strategy/ methodolgy to deal with said apocalyptic
threats - under pressure of said threats. Representing the pivotal point in
history, the precise point at which human consciousness begins to assert
its hegemony over matter/ finance/ its' own creation (hence to name `Lucifer2.zip'
- an aggressive refusal to submit to our primordial original fear - expressed
in the legend of `The fall', but to exploit the chaos to seize command of our
own destiny (we examine the strategic role of the cultural co-option of
Christian/ Islamic/ Jewish etc imagery in Chapter 2 of `Intro to Quantum
Materialism' - contained in `Lucifer2.zip').

B Towards the Grand Unified Theory/ Process

(To start with the basics) Vis free will & its
limitations, we can discount as self evidantly wrong the popular (scientific)
notion of a universe `for every possible outcome (of every event)'...
Eg (routine examples given) that Hitler won WWII or
Napoleon won before him (which impossible
`possibilities' - we have already disposed of by explaining how/ why
these unstable inherently hyper-inflationary plundering wannabee Caesarisms
could not consolidate viable centres of geo pol/econ gravity under any
eventuality whatever).
For aside from the historic limits of free will
already outlined (that only when war/ finance nexus/ hegemony of
matter over consciousness no longer able to reform itself in response to a
radical shock - is free will a decisive historic factor) it is not
only (according to this logic) the major events that require a universe (of
their very own for each possible outcome); but every possible outcome of every
decision however trivial (eg wether I scratch my balls with my left hand or my
right, wether or not I scratch my arse instead & for how long/ what minute
of what hour & again or not at any given moment of any given day - &
the same for everyone indeed every living organism of every species on every
planet, from the beginning of time - don't even get me started on the Q of
which random sperm fertilises which random egg to produce which random
being.... & the knock on effects).
Free will therefore has its limitations. It only
becomes a decisive historic factor under certain conditions.... eg (vis immediate
pre revolution) when war/ finance nexus (military plutocratic machine) no
longer able to reform itself (in response to a radical shock) - as already
outlined - whence the core paradox ripens.
But also when capacity exists (eg from 1950's onwards) to
destroy the world, the officers of the war/ finance nexus, have to not
summon up decisive impulse to trigger all out oblivion (prioritise their
children instead).
This in essence is free will's negative
manifestation. A useful phenonemon (yet) still entirely consistent with
hegemony of matter over consciousness....
Aside from this, the phenonemon of free will is particular
not general. Eg a West African
coca slave can use their ingenuity to become a slaveholder instead. But
possesses no levers to overthrow the entire geo pol/econ (military plutocratic)
system of which this slavery (via neo colonial cash crop dependancy) is but a
very small cog.
Inequality/ tyranny can be passed of onto others, but as
seen (noted as an organic process) the hegemony of matter over consciousness
will always maintain itself for as long as political economic
inertia benefits a decisive minority of humanity....
....only when instability becomes (so)
general does free will cease being (pro-actively) particular & instead becomes
(pro-actively) general...
& it is as a result of this fragmented free will
producing fragmentation of consciousness that produces (the)
existential paradoxes (of the human soul) we have already examined....
Q Are free
will & consciousness one & the same thing?
This implies they are (that it is) latent within all
matter (which is certainly no more than entirely consistent with everything
else) right down to the smallest subatomic particle...
....& yet (as already seen), it is constraints
on free will (including death, as we shall see later) that impose
patterns of order, that enable free will to develop/ ripen/
amount to a hegemonic factor...
...eg without such, humanity (the potential
of intelligent life) would destroy/ abort itself (its potential) before
it ripened....
(eg if cavemen had nuclear weapons).
There is (must be therefore) a universal framework that
means we are constrained from knowing any given thing before we
are ready to (at least begin to) absorb the consequances of that knowledge....
(random
external threats like asteroid strikes etc notwithstanding - the point is that
on some planets free will/ intelligent life can develop/ gain
hegemony over matter)
....at least at a general level....
Death forces intelligent life to project itself, its
ideas far beyond itself.... to value its soul, its learning/ knowledge beyond
its existing corporeal form....
Death prevents matter running amok, maintaining (the)
incipient (especially supra) universal hegemony of consciousness
over matter....
....paradoxically therefore, it is precisely in death
that is to be found our hope & gaurentor against absolute universal
horror....
By embracing death therefore, to resist the
threat of global annihilation & vis new rev theory), we invoke
this hope....
and yet.... while death/ martyrdom serves as a vehicle
for such before & after (the sacrifice) the event, the event itself (the
point of transition & especially familial shockwaves) is so sordid it
renders a neccessary conceit, all hopes super-imposed over it
even as it (helps) realise such....
How can this be so???
Because while it is (obviously) the negation of life,
most brutally for those close to; in a structurally insane world
hurtling towards destruction, it is (clearly) the only way to resist the
ultimate madness/ oblivion.... of everything, all humanity/ it's soul....
Indeed ALL death per se (as well as rev sacrifice) is
a neccessary conceit because it represents the (transient? I know
not...) destruction of a living manifestation of free will in
order to enable (the) fruition of free will per se.
All
is passd on through knowledge anyway, upon which others in turn build... in this
is to be found the expression of free will- consciousness (albeit circumscribed
by said material- historical boundaries) which enables successor generations,
including our successors to build... we are all the progeny of God, yet all the
progeny of humanity....
But why is death a conceit, creation so
imperfect???
What is the role of this neccessary
imperfection???
Why does humanity(?) &/ or God(?) need
for creation to be imperfect???
Because without imperfection, intelligent
life/ new cosmic generation (new god) would have no independance,
would in effect merely be the same deity (spiritual masturbation)...
Therefore, if God needs a soulmate (of whatever
description) or just simply to create for its own sake, this is the only way...
This still does not answer the Q, how did
this all begin, vis first cosmic generation (eg `where did the first god come
from?'). & I (still) surmise we will only get the answer when we both need
it & are ready to absorb its consequances...
...& quite probably the answer as to why
creation was created is bound up to the answer to this Q....
....which in turn is almost certainly bound up with (can only be discovered by) development of a culture
developing (beyond even culture of common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity/
human survival) beyond terror, beyond individual planetary parochialism.... the
beginnings of the process of intelligent life becoming God.
But to illustrate the boundaries of what can immediately
be deduced from what we can gather (so far), we can take things a litte further
before we come up against what (I think) are (immediately, that is temporary)
insurmountable barriers (wether
just this side of the Revolution, or progress made further down the line on
basis of common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity or, less likely,
until we are ready to begin said process of intelligent life becoming God)....
C Time, Consciousness & Free will
Furthermore, as
intelligent life (which emerged out of dust as an independant entity) can
gain mastery over itself (with the aid of the supra reserve of courage of God),
become God…
…intelligent
life, while currently subject to the (material) constraints
of Universal Time, can (as an intermediate deeptime objective) gain control of universal
time per se (vis consciousness gaining hegemony over universe per
se)...
...so that (correspondingly) not just consciousness &
free will; but time, consciousness & free will are one & the same
– from the standpoint of BOTH creator & created....
So the `struggle for an economy of time' posited by Marx
(yes, yes I know...); is the longstanding essence of struggle of consciousness
to gain hegemony over matter....
....it is as much part of the universal(ist) constitution
as the fragmentation of power is. Indeed the 2 symbiotically re-enforce /
enable each other (& indeed are one & the same)...
From this, we can extrapolate that control of time
is the pivot upon which all hinges.
At the most basic (planetary) level, to enable humanity
to gain the knowledge neccessary to confront common threats/ objectives
(confronting all humanity), humanity must gain control of its own creation (make finance work for civil society - instead
of remain slaves of the first great machine humanity ever made, the war/
finance nexus, which would mean oblivion...)
...but beyond this... beyond parochial planetary
concerns, as it is neccessary to connect with other planetary civilisations to
deal with threats too vast to confront at the (mere) planetary level, the
(drive for) acquisition of knowledge as an end in itself, must (as noted)
transcend even the culture of the common threats to humanity's existence; as a
precondition to enable humanity to deal with such threats...
...human consciousness (all intelligent life) therefore,
must finally resolve our violent relationship with God by becoming not just
masters of our own creation - of time in this context - but masters of God's
creation, of universal time itself....
This
implies (as a first major step) a fusion of natural science with a
`parascience' (enabling for example thought projection across planets)
If
the present condition of such (parasciences) inspire zero or (at best) near
zero confidence, remember the universal (constitutional) principle that we can
only begin to acquire any part of knowledge when we are ready to at least begin
to absorb the consequances of that knowledge. So it is hardly surprising that
we cannot (yet) remove the safety locks on this or other tools, when we are
still making such arses of ourselves with the primitive nukes.
But
remember, God's creation/ universal constitution automatically prevents
universal horror, eg `devils' emerging (this is the function of death -
which prevents matter/ any emergent living entity running amok on a universal scale/
beyond the limits of plantery destruction). Hitler etc was no `devil',
not even a lord of death, but just a dogsbody of death, glorified playground
bullies - indeed the threats we face now, of oblivion, are no graver than that
required to stimulate humanity (if it so exercises its' free will) to establish
constitutional control of its own creation - rather than remain as slaves of
the war/ finance nexus (leading to oblivion)....
The
paradox then is that humanity is dependant on God, to enable it to master
itself, & yet, the constitution must be secular.

How to resolve?
The
written secular constitution is aimed at civil society control of
our own time/ creation (rather than remain slaves of the war/ finance nexus) in
order to comprehend:
The
unwritten universal constitution which is as outlined,
indispensible for enabling humanity to execute the written secular constitution
(eg drawing on the supra reserve of courage)...
Wheras
the written secular constitution is purely/ simply about enabling free will
(humanity to acquire time/ space to think/ confront common threats/ objectives
- instead of remain slaves of war/
finance nexus), removing such constraints that generally abort it...
...the
unwritten universal constitution, can only be mastered by free will per se (eg
as noted Time, Consciousness & Free Will are one & the same - that
God's creation of time, was the supreme act of free will)...
...Therefore
to introduce any aspect of compulsion therefore, whatsoever (to even the
tiniest degree) is not to extend/ develop humanity's control/ ownership/
takeover of the unwritten constitution, it is merely to bang one's head against
its' childproof locks...
D Conscious Gravity & Time - Space
So in order to gain/ stabilise control of our own
creation, we must gain mastery of God's…
For we can see that creation is a kind of program
which requires (the) freewill that emerges from within it to gain
hegemony over process & program, for it to actually be successful
(intelligent life gain mastery of itself).
It also contains for us a guide principle that (with the
collapse of the war/ finance nexus centre of geo pol/econ gravity) all
(societal/ developmental) decisions must be taken on basis of whatever on
balance best serves freewill...
To re-iterate God's creation/ universal constitution

longwave cycles; & which now (there is no potential for reform/
reconfiguration of the war/ finance nexus, as no single military plutocratic
state is strong enough to lead this process by itself...) has reached the
terminal stage...

As just as there is a maximum height for any mountain on
any planet....
...before it
collapses generally then absolutely under its own gravity (as with the
Himalayas - vis the Tibetan Plateau), or conversely (as with
smaller planet Mars - with its dead, cold, exhausted core - producing
volcanic mountain Olympus Mons - 3 times the size of Everest), all further
growth is curtailed by the fact that an exhausted internal pressure
cannot push further out in defiance of its' own gravity...
....So there is a maximum Himalayan height for the
speculative plunder of the military plutocratic state/ system ....
....its'
paradoxical ability to grow aided by partial free will of a minority whilst
(said war/ finance nexus) holding hostage all human survival, & (with it of
course) so repressing free will in general per se (as noted the new security
architecture must be based on regearing the entire geo pol/econ to the culture
of common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity - establishing the
cultural primacy of knowledge accumalation to confront said threats over

consciousness (of finance over civil

The corrolary of (the negative factor of) conscious
gravity is the concept of time - space

as we have demonstrated that time/ consciousness & free will are one &
the same from both the standpoint of
the creator & created, time- space represents the copntrol an
individual/ civil society has individually/ collectively over time - to control
said individual's/ humsnity's destiny - within a given spatial area/ context)
...eg the primal attraction of property is the desire to
own time - space...
...as a means of accruing independance/ control from/
over nature & other people - which paradoxically however (inexorably,
beyond a certain point) ends up (generally indirectly) enslaving
the owner as well as wider society (to the hegemony of the war/ finance nexus

it is aimed (& successfully) at securing an expansion of the
same for the rest of civil society...
Eg this is the principle of inversion, that
attempts to appropriate an excess of time - space (for oneself at other's expense on balance; or

to becoming beholden to the hegemony of your own (finance - via the entrenched hegemony of the
apocalyptically decomposing war/ finace nexus) matter over your own
consciousness...
...a manifestation of conscious gravity at
the molecular/ micro level...
This micro level manifestation (vis limits of free will),
has it's corrollary at the macro level in that .....
Humanity is long familiar with
concepts of `decadence' and of power elites that exhaust all their ingenuity/
time/ resources on holding what they have. & (even) with their intellects
partially lobotomised, because the logic of such prevents them countenancing
anything different...
...but with the contempory USA in
particular (this is NOT to exonerate anyone else) we see this taken
to a new extraordinary/ manifestly terminal extent...
...at the level of both
the people as well as the elite...
At the level of the USA people,
there is simply a huge market for (distractional short attention span based)
stupidity. They know enough to know they don't really want to know anymore.
They don't want knowledge that places them under obligations to act
differently/ endure sacrifices/ pool sovereignty/ confront head on their own
bullying imperial apocalyptic parochialisms.
This
empire likes things kept simple - hence the phenonemal paradox of the world's
most technologically developed state, yielding ever more ground to Bible based
creationism - increasingly given parity with evolution in USA schools - aided
by Presidential endorsement of said parity)
....The litmus test for this is
Cuba.
It cannot (pre geo
military pol/econ meltdown) be acknowledged that crimes committed by USA
imperium against Cuba are by far & away the single biggest factor that
warps the character of the Cuban state....
...for it cannot end there. Every
other USA geo pol/econ power crime
would have to be admitted such as would demand (not reperations but) a painful revolutionary recasting of the USA
itself, to fit in with the imperatives of a single global pol/econ

also debilitates said elite's control of the initiative for just long
enough to allow collective free will...
The positive assertion of collective
control of time - space, aided by it's negative corrollary conscious gravity temporarily
undermining said elite's control of the initiative for just long enough to
allow collective free will

.....Creation (via the self destruct mechanism) breaks
down completely, unless it can become truly
independant by exercising decisively it's own free will (at the
general level)...
...exploiting the cataclysmic threat to enable it's

sets boundaries on the power of God's
creation - so that, again, the free will of this creation is/
remains an independant/ viable entity..)....
...sets limits on the power of individuals (again
preventing demons), so that free will (sovereignty) has actually to be
pooled in order to be manifestly exercised, so that mastery of time - space
(the first step on the road to humanity becoming God) is a collective
endeavour...
...so that we can deduce from this, that the effective
exercise of free will, for both God..
(the
germ of which as already noted, is the mastery of time - space; neccessary to
enable God to ultimately create its' mirror image, space - time; become our
cosmic parents & visit the same crap on successor cosmic generations...)...
...as well as humanity, is therefore bound up with an
acceptance of its limitations...
But as regards the obvious Q, of why should
God set up a program/ process whereby the most precious theory (growing independantly
out of it) is in its' initial development, entirely dependant on
the efforts of one as volatile & precariously perched (socio economically)
such as I,
The obvious riposte, is that on all planets where this
somewhat sordid game is being played out & intelligent life survives, the
terrifying experiance of having so very nearly not survived, will have the
required cultural effect, of progressively eclipsing all
parochialisms. So that intelligent life's vision is forever gyrostabilised by
being cast ever further outwards. Firstly to greater threats binding it
together but beyond this, indeed bound up with this & beyond terror
itself...
beyond

E The Humility of God
What then remains of Christianity (& other such)? Of
traditions reaching back over thousands of years in which the struggle for
freedom has not merely gone alongside but been shot through with predatory/
colonial murder - as is only to be expected of a humanity riven through with
paradox - emerging/ struggling to break free from the primordial sludge & strugling
to gain conscious mastery of itself???
Is all (by default) to be ripped up again in the name of
a shiny new religion/ ideology, with (not only some of the apex elite executd
simply to establish that law coves & holds accountable all humanity, but)
everything everyone held precious even amidst their own resentment, cast down
into the flames in answer to the siren call of `purity'???
No. For as seen the new rev theory which can deal with
all said threats arising out of such (which paves the way for space centric
civilisation) itself manifestly draws heavily on/ is informed by all such
(paradoxical) traditions. For without such, it would self evidantly
be quite impossible for humanity to (get a cultural handle to) absorb the
antidote to their apocalyptic component...
Q WHAT
great conceptual principle does this illustrate???
In order for humanity to become God/ our cosmic parents,
to avoid fucking up the next cosmic generation any more than is unavoidably
neccessary, it is neccessary for us to acquire a measure of humility such as
only a respect for our ancestral origins tempered by a sober honesty about
their shortcomings can teach us...
For while it is unreasonable for the next cosmic
generation to expect humanity become God to reduce itself back down to the
grimpen mire of its primitive evolutionary development, it is equally
unreasonable for God (now or humanity become God in the future) to forget the
pain and horror of those that did not ask to be created....

consciousness & free will are one & the same from the standpoints of
both creator & created.

2) That it is material
constraints in this universe especially death, that prevents demons
from emerging, so that intelligent life must cooperate on a universal
scale to progress to become a new deity or perish.

without such material constraints the Q can be turned around.
Eg what
(pre God/ existence of any creation) was there to stop the first
supreme being willing itself into existence?
Wheras
constrained by the substance around us, humanity is forced (by logic – not by
the police) to acknowledge our creator in order to progress…

gain control of our time & (through this) universal (God’s/
our creator’s) time, in concert with intelligent life throughout the
universe.
The
drive for such functioning as an incipient supreme being/ God dialectic.
But,
while as (already) noted in Chapter 1, that (vis the Universalist Conception),
to establish the seperation between the written secular constitution & the
unwritten universal constitution (the former is intended to insure humanity
prioritises everyone having enough time to comprehend); we must draw on the
supra reserve of courage to enable such…

that therefore accomplishing this objective will be proof of the
existence of a supreme being…

answer to the Q
`Where
did the first deity come from?’
Is
not immediately proveable with such practical reference to humanity’s
history &/ or immediate historic requirements (vis apocalyptic crisis),

I would surmise until we are both ready for & need the answer
to this Q (as a precondition for further progress), it shall continue to evade
us – even as we must pursue it, to power our imagination, the
warp drive of the human soul…
