If I were to
deliberately lie (in developing this work) then such would require such
re-inforcement (undermining the logic of all else) as to cause the entire work
to immediately unravel.
Similarly if I were to deliberately,
disregard the necessary processes of development, then the whole work would
immediately unravel.
Which presents a
paradox. Because after 3 of the worst (others will have/ discover their
favorites) mistakes (which we shall begin to examine shortly – which steeply
ascending recklessness plunge into the abyss of criminality), it appears that
it should have been impossible for me to have taken the theory any further; at
least at a general conceptual level…
Alternately, if this is
NOT the case, then it raises even more disturbing Qs as to the
reliability/ viability of a body of work that can advance, even with such
glaring errors…
…& what
corresponding practical/ theoretical conclusions are to be drawn???
But, It gets even more
bizarre, for such is the scope of this work, that if I did NOT
make such fatal/ criminal errors, it would be even more disturbing…
Why???
Because it would negate
the principle that the individual is damned, that salvation must
be a conscious collective endeavour & so paradoxically negate
the entire message/ purpose of this work…
The Petrodollar:
The Conspiracy That
I generally tended to
discount conspiracy, as being primarily a pimple on the main tumour of the
decomposing credit expansionary war/ finance nexus. That such were mere
polyfilla, that filled in the cracks in the regime, but NOT to be
confused with the main political economic substance of the regime itself.
There were a number of
reasons for this. Notably that such tended to descend into the apparently
simplistic, into anti-Semitism & the realm of David Icke & co. But much
more importantly, was that such appeared to lack any comprehension of the
overall pattern of human development over 4 billion years of earth evolution,
100,000 years of modern humanity, 10,000 years of the war/ finance nexus in
which be set 300 years of industrial capitalism – in which the last 3rd
of a century of (petrodollar propelled) credit expansion was set...
So I tended to favor
the more elegant `organic model’. Emphasising capitalisms’ historic tendancy to
reform itself in response to radical shocks. Eg the abolition of the corn laws
in response to the radical Chartist upsurge in Britain, providing cheap grain (increasing
purchasing power of labor/ real demand) & the longterm basis for (British
led) industrial development in Europe between 1848-71. & in response to the
politicl/ union radicalism of the late 1880’s/ 1890’s, the combo of partial
institutionalisation of labor/ unions combined with imperial expansion; again
providing basis for the (last Euro nation state led) reconfiguration of the
capitalist system – contingent on longterm increase in workers’ wages. Of
course after WWI (battle for markets), it was only
the USA that as strong enough to (partially) reform itself BY
itself in response to a radical shock (that of Huey P Long’s `Share the Wealth’
campaign – in the context of the great depression) giving the New deal teeth;
& even this required the post WWII expansion of the USSR/ fear of communism
to instigate the martial plan & (aided by the long term fall in wages as
result of Nazi/ fascist tyranny driving them down), enabling a long term
increase in wages as foundation for a new USA led geo political economic
longwave boom.
So it struck me, well,
so the terminal period of the war/ finance nexus, of USA credit
expansionism must also be an `organic’ process. The fact that I
got right the projection that the so called
Asian crisis of 1998 (the product of over accummalation – the product of
capitalism’s tendancy to seek an increase in its’ organic productive capacity
or higher dividends beyond that sustainable by the real demand of workers’
wages) would be resolved by an intensification of the credit expansionary boom,
fed/ appeared to endorse my prior assumption that the establishment of
the USA dollar as the petro currency was the result of a similar
`organic’ process.
But. Then & now,
geo strategic & political economic history be propelled by – the
conspiracy that gives itself away
As the post war boom
strengthened the hand of black radicalism in the USA…
the USA union leaders did not set up their own
labor party as it would have been flooded by blacks taking it in a
revolutionary direction, out of their control
The legacy of slavery/ civil war/ segregation being that wheras the
state had legitimacy for whites, for blacks this was not the case; therefore
USA blacks initial political engagement tended to be revolutionary. Even where
as in the South, Martin Luther King leant on a liberal section of the state for
support vis civil rights campaign…
…This inexorably tipped over into a push for economic justice/ democracy
– which furthermore challenged the legitimacy of the entire USA led geo
pol/econ military plutocratic framework eg vis Vietnam war; with revolutionary
implications – immediately prior to his assassination/ corresponding eclipse of
civil rights movement by the Black Panther Party…
…& this corresponding absence of a USA labor party, because
racialised class pressures/ divisions were/ are so acute, meant classical
bourgeois democracy (in USA) very weak & unable to rule through
parliamentary parties without an independent (presidential) strongman to pose
as arbiter between the classes.…
But, there was (vis HP Long) scope for a
presidential figure to seek & acquire an alternative (anti regime) power
base (leaning on civil society in a struggle with regime) – linking a
presidential figure/ campaign with an ever increasingly radicalised civil
society…
- as HP Long did vis his `Share the Wealth’
campaign (in the context of the Great Depression) that began in the poorer backward states (especially Louisiana)
in deep south (against Louisiana gentry) that as of necessity (to accomplish/
entrench its anti landlordist tasks) increasingly (broadened its’ base by)
attacking hegemonic finance capital throughout the USA – which though was still
strong enough (in USA) vis FDR’s leadership, to reform itself in response to such
a revolutionary shock; & was done so by giving the New Deal teeth.
Q WHY was there
not another HP Long?
Such potential was largely (though not entirely) eclipsed by
the cold war (Earl K Long being the dynastic exception that proved the rule).
Eg `are you a communist’ would have been more deadly than in the America of the
great depression, prior to the post WWII national security state.
…This
raised the spectre of a revolutionary connexion with working class whites etc catalysing
a geo pol/econ clampdown; aided by the cover of the Vietnam war…
as well as the geo strategic necessity of prohibitively raising the cost of rebelling against the USA empire by such cost in blood & treasure – to deter other states/ peoples from doing similar
…in order to make safe
the shift to a speculative finance/ credit expansionary based economy, preserving the
independence of capital from civil society control in the context of ever
diminishing room for bargaining between capital & labor – (which found
ultimate political expression in the Thatcher/ Reagan axis).
Eg (under cover of the
Vietnam war) this political crisis was actually resolved
through the geo economic crisis…
When USA fell off the
gold standard, Kissinger negotiated a secret deal with the Saudis in 1973 to
sell oil exclusively in dollars (in exchange for `protection’).
Giving USA political
economy (credit expansionary steroids, via) an `unlimited credit card’, as
however big the budget/ trade deficit, as $$$ are required to purchase oil, the
$ remains the global reserve currency used for 2/3 of world trade, allowing USA
to simply print more $$$ to pass off the costs of its
institutionalised hyperinflation onto the rest of humanity.
This is also the source
of USA military power (the arms race bankrupting USSR at expense of bankrupting
USA/ world) funded via such, which costs more than the rest of the world’s put
together.
So the petrodollar
props up the USA military & the USA military props up the petrodollar.
The
rise in oil prices as a result of the war in the mideast (between Israel
& Egypt) & aforementioned dollar weakness/ long term boom creating shortages/ strengthening the hand
of the oil producer states in relation to the USA/ core states....
This in
turn led to capital eclipsing the USA core empire & therefore meant that
USA radical forces were outflanked by switch to credit/ speculative expansion…
(which meant that while USA radical
forces were trashed, there were enough
of USA civil society profiting from
this system to keep USA regime stable while the radicals could be
outflanked/ crushed under cover of
ideological `anticommunism'/ Vietnam war)
But what made this possible,
was not only the alliance between the USA & Saudi monarchy, but also the imperative
the Saudi medievalist monarchs have to cover their fundamentalist flank from
the threat of everything from leftist Jihadists to fascist Jihadist convergence
on Mecca – the great geo cultural vortex – by an alliance with the most
barbaric Islamic fascist currents.
Including
the paying of large amounts of danegeld to Islamic fascists (to make trouble
elsewhere) – such as those allied with USA in Afghanistan (Zbigniew Brzezinski
boasting about backing such in Afghanistan to draw in the Soviet
Army – who then had to invade to avoid their central Asian
missile bases being over-run by USA backed Islamic fascists) and elsewhere
(typically against leftwing forces) – to establish/ preserve their bona fides
as custodians of the Mecca brand.
(Such be the way that
USA hyperfascism & Islamic fascism feed off each other, unto oblivion)…
So in conclusion, if
you factor in a cabal of military plutocrats that for the last 3rd
of a centuary have not merely partially finessesd the geo political dynamic…
(note the change back to the gold standard helped the plutocrats in advance buy back the shares of the plebs for a song during the great depression – though they still then needed the aforementioned interaction of REAL humanity to enable reconfiguration of the war/ finance nexus),
…but had general power
over the entire agenda…
… they would (psycho
politically) feel themselves pretty omnipotent. So the elite cabals that have
always been around, that previously would have been of secondary significance,
that we’ve all gotten used to as part of the sick furniture, `yeah, yeah
hellfire club; yeah, yeah Bohemian Grove’; are able to assume/ consolidate
control over key levers with the absolute minimum of political noise/
disturbance.
This has been a long
time coming. It was the establishment of the petrodollar…
Interestingly, Henry Kissinger was central to both the
concept of the `face saving’ objective of remaining in Vietnam long enough to
enable a `dignified exit’, which provided the aforementioned anticommunist
cover for the crushing of the Black Panther Party etc; &
therefore enabled the
switch to the petrodollar propelled credit expansionary system; AND the
establishment of the petrodollar itself (eg the secret deal offering
`protection’ to the medieval fiefdoms in exchange for the oil being sold
exclusively in dollars – giving the USA regime a license to print as much money

dollars to pay for the oil, making the dollar universally acceptable however
dodgy the latent hyperinflationary reality behind it)

The rise in oil prices as a result of

gigantic rearmaments program which bankrupted the USSR by structurally
bankrupting itself (& with it the whole world)…
Which gave USA imperium
an apparently irresistible geo psycho pol/econ momentum.
& here is where such
become completely unhinged.
For without
any geo strategic restraining infleuence (vis USSR), the freedom to instigates/
wages wars in Iraq (Jude Wanniski pointed out Kuwait drilling under Iraq’s
substrat) to maintain regional/ resource hegemony – with almost
every 2 bit politician swallowing the assumption of the snake oil salesmen preaching atop an Everest
of budget/ trade deficits, the more frenzied ideological geo psycho warfare
strategists (`the crazies’ as GW Bush’s dad reffered to them) believed the
world was their for the taking…
Through outfits like Project for the New American Century (from 1997 pushing a new Iraq war/ USA dominion `Full Spectrum Dominance’) the American Enterprise Institute & William Kristol’s `Weekly Standard’ (many of which be acolytes of Leo Strauss) etc
For in a period of
history in which it was held indecent to hold anything sacred save money (if we
discount the out & out Rapture frenzy. The yearning for earthly oblivion so
that our Lord & Saviour rides to glory on a mushroom cloud to rapture up
the elect) – by default such caught control of the agenda; because they had the
psycho discipline, the intellectual espirits d’corps to see their project
through in an age of universal intellectual laziness & decadence – the very
product of the credit expansionary petrodollar hegemony – the product of
cabalistic elite control.
Hence the age (in which
I write) of a prevailing cabal within a prevailing cabal. A coup
within a coup. An esoteric hyper
fascism embarking on ever more insane schemes of global (& national)
population management of bizarreness and horror; in order to retain
& extend geo strategic control – for they know, if they do not/ cannot
continue to enforce petrodollar hegemony – the world will simply
unravel. The finance system will crash & all will immediately
spiral into the abyss.
Like the monster in the
Quatermass Experiment, it may be possible in this vile hydra to detect something
of the human.
For hitherto by failing
to seize control of its own destiny (from war/ finance nexus – first great
machine ever created) humanity has fulfilled the warnings of the Straussian Neo
con prophets – that without war, we are a soulless collection of mouths calling
simply for `more’…
…that the burden of
history has fallen on their disciples to provide an (albeit temporary) apocalyptic
stabilising focus (good wholesome terror as Ernst Rohm put it), with a
diet of Rapture freakery & patterns of warfare which marry this with a
struggle for secular pol/econ power…
So whatever the truth behind 9/11…
Wether it was simply `blowback’
&
the CIA have given their word that they had no assets in the region at the time
– presumably having lost interest in Pakistan after it became a nuclear
power so Qs of CIA/ ISI/ Taliban/ Al Qaeda connexions – including vis old CIA
asset, one Osama Bin Laden, do not arise
or a super GLADIO type plot/
or a Grand Strategy of Tension plot (as Alex Jones & the 9/11 Truth
Movement, and ex German defense chief Andreas Von Bulow assert) - to secure
control of the geo psycho political agenda for a war to establish such bases as
would position them to protect the petrodollar from those less
than happy with their end of the deal
…We can/ must begin
anew from the investigative & strategic foundation of understanding 9/11 &
the wars that follow in its wake, culminating in the Iran war…
…as the product of

…which propels directly
& indirectly, every (military/ political/ economic) apocalyptic dynamic

control of the 10,000 year war/ finance nexus, to gain conscious mastery of its

Since George Bush’ open
nuclear psycho political threats against Iran in early April 2006 (& by
logical extension the whole world), the various (neo con) strategy of tension
& other provocateur options to secure the Iran war in last attempt to try
to prop up the petrodollar, at the point of a nuclear six shooter, have by
& large been circumscribed/ outflanked by:
1) The refusal of key geo strategic figures to be intimidated by George
Bush/ neo cons – particularly the role of Hugo Chavez in saying he would ignite
the entire Venezuelan oil fields if a single USA Marine set foot on Venezuelan
land – firming up the entire global front psycho politically –
including vis the idea of the Eastern
bankers dumping the $$$ & going for gold when USA attacks Iran to prevent
USA neo cons running amok with the nukes (the role of Russian President
Vladimir Putin should also not be ignored in assembling the global resource
coalition against USA neo con hyperfascism) and:
2) The role of Alex Jones & the 9/11 Truth Movement in so
effectively trashing the official 9/11 narrative that a (another?) strategy of
tension action on USA soil would be met with such grave suspicion by most
Americans as to make the venture especially perilous to undertake – and:
3) The role of (paleo) conservatives led by Pat Buchanan (&
possessed of the eccentric notion that USA should emphasise guarding its own
borders more than conquering the world), in saying if there is
another 9/11 attack, that it will be Bush’ fault for failing to secure the
borders (indeed calling for his impeachment over the issue of border security).
Even a neo con strategy
of tension action in London, sufficient to validate Iran war in
the USA can be made to backfire, as such be inclined to merge the anti
petrodollar logic with the 9/11 Truth Movement. As the all consuming
apocalyptic chaos such would inevitably engender, would mean elements in the
British establishment would have nothing to lose by throwing in their lot with
the Revolution.
These factors have
really hemmed in the USA neo con regimes room for manoeuvre.
Aside from attempts at
Gulf of Tonkin II type options (vis its forces deployed as at 28/10/06 off the
Iranian coast) to generate such a narrative, which without some outrage to reconsolidate
neo con control over at least USA psycho political agenda, would
however threaten to dig them immediately deeper into the mire, as they would
lack the necessary over-riding psycho political pretext for war.
…and the
fact that neo cons would paradoxically be able to get the Iran war if they become
so weak that the threat of having th prosecute impeachment proceedings would
terrify the Democrats (knowing that such would not stop at them, in fact it
would not stop at all, so rotten to the core is the entire body political
economic) into seeking any opportunity to take refuge behind the
imperial purple – enabling a strategy of tension action on USA
soil to work …
…There is a
baseline scenario for the USA war against Iran that cuts across this.
Eg whereby a weakened
USA position vis unfolding economic crash (especially post November 06 USA
elections) & in Iraq leads to Israel resorting to unilateral initiative (to
avoid looking weak geo psycho politically) specifically leading to `population
transfer’ ethnic cleansing of the Israeli Arabs & West Bank.
This then leads to the dynamic coming completely under the control of the
most frenzied elements…
…leading to destruction
of the Dome of the Rock & explosion of 1.6bilion Muslims leading to general
(as opposed to partial) convergence on Mecca & the Sunni/ Shia fighting
against each other in Mecca for the mantle of control, anarchy & the oil
being turned off. & USA war against Iran to turn the oil on & then

Alternatively,
if USA is able to, or rather does in spite of its hopeless weakness, engineer a
pretext to attack Iran, then against the backdrop of this general illegitimacy,
Israel will go on the offensive, vis ethnic cleansing of Israeli Arabs/
West Bank, destruction of Dome of the Rock, leading to convergence on Mecca
& the Sunni/ Shia fighting each other for the mantle of control, anarchy
& the oil turned of, intensifying USA
actions against Iran, eg vis the nukes, leading to China dumping the $$$
to prevent USA running amok with the nukes.
The consequent catastrophic geo pol/econ fallout from
collapse of apocalyptic credit expansionary system, triggered via
re-establishment of gold standard (which is inherently deflationary).
In turn creates both
imperatives & potential to re-engineer the entire global political economy
through establishment of a (global reserve Bank of Jerusalem &) single
global energy based (instead of gold or fiat) currency.
Which entails
literally pumping liquidity (oil/gas before the means to pay for
them have been developed) into the market to buy time to effect (with a WARTIME
will) the global transition to solar power microgeneration.
In exchange for which USA/ Europe etc agree to accept the
constraints of a new global security architecture/ constitution.
The price of consolidating
the globally pivotal Medina (oil) superstate will be Jewish admin of Mecca (as
muslims do with Christian Sepulchre, to prevent general war among Christian
factions) to prevent warring Sunni/ Shia factions razing Mecca (again) or
entire region, when Israel has woken up to threat of USA Rapture
psychology as per `Revelations7:4'.
The
process of transition via the Jerusalem centred global security architecture
necessary to enable such, is the subject of the main works
…including the establishment
of the Common Ownership of Information…
For without oil in the pre solar microgeneration interregnum, info cannot be sustained (will be lost forever plunging humanity into oblivion) & post petrodollar, oil cannot be given away for nothing.
Therefore oil for common
ownership of info – with all the myriad evils/ problems (in the pre solar
microgeneration interregnum) is both the lesser evil & the
greater good.
& also has the
advantage of pushing the world towards solar power microgeneration as a stabilising
factor.

Now, a central paradox
of human/ universal evolution that confronts us is this, how do
we equate our abject failure to develop solar microgeneration technology over
the last 30-40 years
with the principle
that NO technology could be developed (eg nuclear explosives) without
our having the ability to begin to deal with the consequences of
such???
Eg solar power (&
other such) poses NO such problems at all.
All
required was the will to develop such, & if the answer simply
be that `well, the logic of the war/ finance nexus blocked such etc’
Then WHAT
are the preconditions for establishing such a transcendent
practicality (that enables humanity to break/ consolidate freedom from
the hegemony of the first great machine ever created the 10,000 year old war/
finance, gain mastery over its own creation)???
Eg clearly
there must be such a precondition, or else everything collapses
into ashes – eg a necessary precondition that arrests panic by self
evidently explaining why such had not (for
techno evolutionary as well as economic reasons) been developed before…
Therefore in order to
avoid panicking in the interim before the transcendent practicality comes on
line, we have to have the transcendent conscious vision that makes it
possible (that goes far beyond the merely immediately functional) for us to
keep our focus in the interim
(the process of
transition, vis the construction of the Jerusalem centred global security
architcure necessary to enable such, is the central subject of the main works)
That our ultimate
(& guiding written constitutional) objective is to gain mastery of our own
time in order to be able to gain mastery of (the universal unwritten
constitution of) God’s time/ creation (time/ consciousness & free will
being one & the same from the standpoint of creator & created).
Eg while humanity/
consciousness emerged from dust as an independent entity, we must in our
darkest hour, draw on the supra reserve of courage, to enable us to gain
mastery of our own creation to avoid a self inflicted oblivion –
only thus can consciousness determine being.
By
consolidating (the strict division between) the written secular
constitution, the pivotal/ defining purpose of which is to insure ALL
humanity has (ever increasing) control/ mastery of its own time, in order to
comprehend the unwritten universal (cosmological) constitution -
to traverse the universe & ultimately gain mastery of God’s time/ creation…
Time Consciousness & Free Will being one & the same from the standpoint of the creator & created
Eg consciousness emerged from dust as an
independent entity, but to avoid being
destroyed by its own creation, the 10,000 year old war finance
nexus we are still slaves of, must draw on the supra reserve of courage,
to gain mastery of itself, the pivotal point of 4 Billion
years of earth evolution...
…become God/ our cosmic
parents & visit the same torment on the next cosmic generation.

Latin America, that it will be supported in taking the necessary
firm measures (USA forces to guard their own borders not steal others’
resources) to insure its territorial integrity (eg the deportation of millions
of illegal immigrants necessary to psycho
politically cauterise the annexationist/ secessionist `Aztlan’ project)
with active assistance from the south AND the oil flow kept on
long enough for the world aided by the transcendent practicality
(solar power microgeneration), to effect the gyrostabilising universalist/
space centric cultural transformation, necessary to eclipse ALL
(currently dominant) geo cultural parochialisms.
Which must begin
with the development of:
1) Planet Africa (developmentally hindered by its
impenetrable vastness), on said decentralist basis (the freestanding social
econ unit), as our global insurance policy…
Eg in the event of
global warming leading to the melting of the polar ice caps leading to the
flooding of warm water saline currents being switched off by cold fresh water
leading to a mini ice age
…eg Africa is the proving ground for the politics/ methodologies/ mindsets & values that equip us for space/ `first contact’, with other worlds that have made it through the same sordid ordeal.
2) The means to clean up Afghanistan (my ancestral homeland) & Iraq
of the depleted Uranium (DU projectiles main armament of M1 Abrams &
Challenger II tanks)/ radiological weaponry USA/ Britain carpeted them with
(causing horrific foetal malformations); possessing a half life of 4.5 BILLION
years, poisoning time itself….
Ultimately, this means development of tele-transportation technology to locate/ lock onto & relocate safely the radioactive particles – which of course would require an enormous amount of energy – which in turn entails development of anti matter technology; providing the techno basis of a truly space faring civilisation, to boldly go where no man has gone before…

(impossibly, thank God) inflicting our apocalyptic neuroses on the rest of the
universe (with GW Bush as `Doctor Chaotica’)…
The self evident
alternative being oblivion north, south & for all humanity.
Okay, but even allowing for
any prior disinterest in the neo con phenomenon, HOW on earth could this have
led to (the next error we shall analyse) me concluding James Wolsey would be a
good choice for provisional USA president???
This I did on the
strength (of a single televised interview) of his advocating a hard headed
green national security agenda in USA (including USA withdrawal from the
mideast) – which appeared to fly in the face of the conventional (un) thinking
on the subject in USA & appeared to mark him down as a coalition builder,
ideal for standing up to both the suicidal impulses of the orthodox left
clamouring for unrestrained immigration AND (when faced with practical
necessity vis the great crash) for clearing out the military plutocratic
deadwood – whilst retaining/ preserving (the nerve of) a rump of the old
establishment to safeguard USA’s legitimate security interests (especially the
borders) to allow USA to play (the) visionary role (we) envisage(d); in concert
with USA (& global) civil society.
I did not know he was a
dangerous incorrigible neo con because (unforgivably given his background) I
did not look for the info.
This had its roots in
my attitude to USA, as an incredibly stupid country…
Humanity is long familiar with concepts
of `decadence' and of power elites that exhaust all their ingenuity/ time/
resources on holding what they have. & (even) with their intellects
partially lobotomised, because the logic of such prevents them countenancing
anything different...
...but with the contempory USA in
particular (this is NOT to exonerate anyone else) we see this
taken to a new extraordinary/ manifestly terminal extent...
...at the level of both
the people as well as the elite...
At the level of the USA people,
there is simply a huge market for (distractional short attention span based)
stupidity. They know enough to know they don't really want to know anymore.
They don't want knowledge that places them under obligations to act
differently/ endure sacrifices/ pool sovereignty/ confront head on their own
bullying imperial apocalyptic parochialisms….
In large part this is because the sheer size of the USA historically,
its not having to share geo strategic power with other competitors like the
European powers had to, created a kind of hyper parochial geo
psychology. Eg consequant
expansionist imperious isolationism on
the one hand, fed a suffocating insular sense of self reliance
which paradoxically left Americans pathetically ill equipped to understand/
dialogue with either the interests/
grievances, legitimate & illegitimate, of the rest of the world, or the
consequances of such as they hit home – leaving them cluelessly prone before
the machinations of their own military plutocrats – eg the aforementioned
switch to petrodollar propelled credit expansionary dynamic…
Itself
growing out of the cabal called the Federal Reserve. Which along with most
people I took to be the state central bank of the USA. I am
indebted to Aaron Russo’s documentary `Freedom to Fascism’ for setting me
straight on this issue. That it is in fact a most remarkable device by which
private banking interests (which make up the cabal/ board of the private
Federal Reserve Bank) are able to print & loan fiat money to the
consequently indebted govt – which must then raise taxes to pay the accumulated
interest on said debts – to said private bankers.
(Aaron
Russo however, fails to mention the petrodollar which grew out of
the Federal Reserve when the $$$ formally fell of the gold standard. This was
the deal brokered by Kissinger by which the Saudis would agree that all oil be
sold in $$$ in exchange for `protection’, which preserved the $$$ status as
global reserve currency as the oil currency, so that it be used for 2/3 of all
world trade – allowing the USA to pass of the costs of its institutionalised
hyperinflation simply by printing more $$$; & which funds the USA military
as the USA military protects the petrodollar – instead of as Aaron Russo claims,
that the ever rising USA military spending is paid for entirely by the
diminishing take of corporation taxes)
Most curious of all is the role of the IRS
(& here is where I would draw radically different conclusions to Aaron
Russo – though one must acknowledge the debt owed to the libertarian right in
highlighting the nature of the scam) which does not (apparently) possess constitutional
income tax raising powers.
While the
libertarian right would say income tax is simply unconstitutional, the IRS is
an illegal criminal conspiracy in league with the criminal apex, the federal
reserve; the govt being partners in crime; I would (while acknowledging that
the unconstitutional illegitimacy of the IRS would fundamentally poison its
institutional culture) draw radically different conclusions.
Because
the American people are not yet settled (at the time of writing
14/11/06) on their political economic constitutional priorities ( eg vis need
to establish common ownership of info/ develop solar powered micorgeneration
with a WARTIME will to break the stranglehold of the energy
barons over the national security state policy and by default render inevitable
said criminal financial policy – eg control over your own energy consolidates
sovereign citizen control of financial policy), they are prone before the
aforementioned hyper parochial geo psychology; they are prone before the better
organised cabals before whom they (& the rest of humanity, using them as a
platform for global domination) are just so much prey.
In short,
Americans must grow up. Must determine that common ownership of info &
solar powered microgeneration be imperative to consolidate
citizens pooled sovereignty over financial policy; & must conscious
of such imperative, with ever watchful eyes, support the establishment
of a supervised legitimated tax raising system necessary to fund such agreed
priorities.
Remember.
The whole world has been bankrupted by these cabals. At the point we see the
survival imperatives of so changing course, we are much less well equipped
financially to do so, than when we (formerly) did not give a collective toss.
Americans
should also remember with regard to the need for a new global security architecture
(which we shall examine in the main work `The Battle of Jerusalem’),
that it was NOT global oversight/ monitoring of all their nuclear installations
(eg by South Asian troops) that got them (& us) into this mess, they
succeeded in doing this all by themselves. By their preceding hyper
parochial lack of vision, which left them prone before the aforementioned
cabals.
I should
add that I have been dragged (via the petrodollar conspiracy & then the
issue of the federal reserve cabal) kicking & screaming to the conclusion
that Alex Jones is very likely correct about the significance of the bizarre
elite cults/ cabals – vis their impact on policy – such growing out of the
aforementioned geo cultural psycho pol/econ environments (not just USA – which
as the core power is the most easy to follow), which define the still comatose
character of a humanity not yet awakened to its destiny after 4 billion years
of evolution & only receptive to such vis the apocalyptic crash of the petrodollar credit expansionary
system; which as noted, makes free will/ consciousness (its
active presence or absence) the decisive factor which shall determine the fate
of all humanity.
… &, to try & take back control of their own geo culturally
insular sense of destiny, correspondingly prone before the snakeoil
rapture salesmen on the other - hence the phenonemal paradox of the world's
most technologically developed state, yielding ever more ground to Bible based
creationism - increasingly given parity with evolution in USA schools - aided
by Presidential endorsement of said parity)

every USA geo pol/econ power crime would have to be admitted such
as would demand (not reperations but) a
painful revolutionary recasting of the USA itself, to fit in with the imperatives
of a single global pol/econ constitutional framework...
...Only the crash will
(with USA citizens fears for safety of their own children) put this on the
agenda...
But it is at the level of the USA
elite that we see the full power of conscious gravity - the
inexorable propensity for a Himalayan
hubristic credit expansionary (geo cultural) psycho pol/econ peak, to collapse
under its own material deadweight...

the geo pol/eon meltdown which destroys many of it's transmitting structures
also debilitates said elite's control of the initiative for just long
enough to allow collective free will (the main subject of the main
works), to seize the initiative...
…in desperate need of an
Alexander Lebed type figure (for whom I was casting around, James Wolsey seemed
to fit the bill admirably) but for a different reason. Somebody who could
steady the nerves of a frenzied populus & dialogue with the new global
security, constitutional & reconstructionist agendas.
Actually responding
to the threats of USA Neo Cons’ nuclear psycho warfare threats (to which USA
resistence elements more clued up to the neo con threat earlier on/ far more
deeply informed on such than I was – reduced to playing catch up & amending
my own work accordingly, as noted above)…

differently. That while a fraction of old USA state has to be preserved, the
operational centre of gravity must be based on the armed USA citizen/ militia
formation; particularly with reference
to the combined threat of the USA borders being over-run & any
military plutocratic resurgence/ descent into chaos – with the old army/ state
essentially as a co-ordinating prop to such
While I did formerly envision something
vaguely similar, I viewed the USA citizenry as being so slow on the uptake that
a rump state would have to take more of a lead – a convergent approach would be
to view/ envisage post crash USA as something of an intellectual/ spiritual/
democratic (as well as physical) boot camp...
This matches more neatly the (post military plutocratic but non ideological) `social revolution in security’ I saw as being necessary to re-establish order (post crash) in Europe, not as the basis of, but simply to allow the aforementioned gyrostabilising culture to take root
(itself the longterm basis of order. Eg
equality as an end in itself is the most unviable of all systems, lacking even
the connexions of the war/ finance nexus –
but increasingly indispensable as a means to an end, to enable knowledge
accummalation education to meet & driven by the cultural/ survival
imperatives of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity/ wider
universalist objectives etc – in turn enabled by pooled substantive sovereignty
of the individual controlling state & econ agendas - enabled by solar power
microgeneration stabilising the common ownership of information)

order to master universal time – eg for humanity to hold its nerve/ avoid
descent into chaos it must not simply attempt to avoid sliding backwards, but
must take `one pace forward to steady the line…’

of the Jerusalem centred global security architcure necessary to enable such,

But, the worst crime is my blundering vis the Native American Q.
My recording (in paradigm
15) that the worst genocide numerically was the slaughter of Native Americans –
which I did on the strength of a misinterpretation of a (televised) quote from
Clive Soley that some 80 million Native Americans were killed (this would
include South Americans. I thought the figure rather high, but assumed it could
fit patterns of continual population recovery after each wave of genocide).
Here’s where it gets complicated, for while this paradigm was never actually sent off to anyone, so the Q arises, `where’s the harm? Why not just make the correction & have done with it?
The point is I cannot remove this error from a previous paradigm which must be included to illustrate how this work develops across time. If I were to, this would be falsifying the entire record. So the alternative is to make it look as if this theory has dropped in from the Planet Zannussi by dropping all previous material. Which given the philosophic claims, would be the worst of all crimes, as would threaten to turn this work into a new Bible/ Koran or Communist manifesto. A self aborting religion/ `holy book’ (in an age in which such in themselves cannot hold the centre) set apart from, indeed (if only) by (passive) default, in denial of, the limitations described by the very passage of historical time that messily gave rise to such (which must be made clear to inoculate against such) & this threatens `Revelation’. & I am not the Jewish/ Christian Messiah, 12th Imam or second coming of Brian etc.
As
it seemed axiomatic that whoever goes to Jerusalem to perform
role outlined in main work would be branded `antichrist’ in a time of
unprecedented turmoil, I felt either we go with the grain of the
apocalypse legends, OR we overthrow the basis of their power –
that humanity must seek external divine intervention to rescue it
from the clutches of its own creation the 10,000 year old war/
finance nexus; rather than the collective human
intervention (drawing on the supra reserve of courage to do so) in order to
assert its conscious control of its own destiny to preserve/
extend intellectual/ electrical light – the pivotal point of 4 billion years of
earth evolution.
It
seemed therefore, that to break the apocalyptic psycho historical spell of
such, we had to confront such head on (hence adoption of the Lucifer2 marque).
To
the Q would we have adopted this marque in the first place, had
we known earlier about the Crown Paradox? I can only respond, If
I had NOT been shielded by an ignorance (of where I’d end up) in
my pursuit of the knowledge required to deal with the threats confronting us
now, I would have been far too terrified to even start out on the path I did.
& if I am right about the gravity of the threats confronting humanity &
the solutions, then that would (paradoxically) have been the gravest folly.
Just a venal politician desperate to avoid the squandering of 4 Billion years of earth evolution that thinks he has sketched a rudimentary plan to enable humanity to break out of its self destruct programming…

As to the Q HOW (even
with such caveats) could I make such an error? The answer lies in my attitude
to the Q & (as we shall see shortly) info in general…
I had a visceral sense
that Native American genocide was America’s modern world’s original sin, that
marked it by the characteristic of wilful amnesia towards whatever seemed to
obstruct vulgar short termist self destructive material pursuits…
The fact that USA never came to
terms with such, as unlike Europe, no balance of power creating diplomatic
awkwardness (eg Turks find Armenian Q disconcerting etc) – to temper `victory’
culture etc. Therefore even cowboys & Indians (none but the sickest of kids
play camp guards & victims) seemed like a cultural caldera; hidden BY its
sheer vastness
…That if salvation was
to be at all possible, America would have to remember out of what horror it was
born, to understand the nature of (& the way back from) the path to global
oblivion we are all on, now.
That at some primal yet
transcendent level, America MUST make restitution to the souls of
the Native Americans.
I was long immensely
frustrated by my inability to articulate this politically. It seemed so dead an
issue. Fundamental yet irretrievable (the theory tends to write itself, so I
cannot contrive to include anything just because I feel it ought to be in).
& so I latched onto this
point which I thought at last allowed me to get bearings by it…
Only in attempting to amend this wretched error, could I see that the Native American Q really does lie at the heart of everything.
For they were eradicated because they simply got in the way of the (more advanced British/ Euro variant of the) war/ finance nexus. & their love of the wild frontier (which was snuffed out by the machine that threatens us all with oblivion - the first great machine humanity ever created), is the only power that can redeem all humanity…
For as noted equality as an end in itself is the most unviable of all systems (lacking even the connecting threads/ bonds of the war/ finance nexus) – but evolving equality as a means to an end to enable humanity to gain mastery of its own time (to deal with common threats/ objectives confronting it) in order to gain mastery of God’s time, is indispensable…
For humanity to
survive/ break free from the deathgrip of first great machine we ever built,
the war/ finance nexus, it must embrace the wild frontier – be stabilised
by the wild horses of the imagination, be free to hunt for ideas/ info that be the
source of our salvation
America must make
restitution, embrace (use its’ weight to propel) the common ownership of info
as an engine of visionary expansionism…
(enable it/ the world
to clean up Afghanistan, my ancestral homeland, that it has just poisoned with
depleted Uranium, with a half life of 4.5 BILLION years, poisoning time itself)
…or be devoured (with
all humanity by the machine it is now a slave to…
Eg without such a
resolve, America shall turn in on itself & the weaponry it has stored up to
inflict on others, it shall turn in on itself with, with effects dwarfing those
it has inflicted on others…
WHY did we not do our
homework properly vis such???
We attempted to span so
much ground across time/ space (to continuously develop/ update/ upgrade a
viable gameplan; that we were stretched to breaking point (vis our ad hoc
techniques)…
Eg we had at all times
to retain the most flexible psycho developmental posture, to be ready at a
moments notice to re-engineer our entire work from first principle & we
never knew what of our work would make the final cut/ how it would be finally
configured.
Zero resources. Not
wishing to be beholden to any foreign power (however well intentioned)/ patron;
& conventional organs bring far more trouble than worth…
(as for selling our
work via copyright, as a proponent of common ownership of info, this would be
entirely self negating)
Consequantly our only
hope/ focus was to attempt to produce the most basic starting point from which
humanity could begin to get on top of the chaos; & further flesh things out
themselves…
…Eg this (vis the
battle of Jerusalem) is how we see our role – to provide an initial focus…
As to the Q are we not
self evidently disqualified by such grave errors from any such???
This may well be the
entirely legitimate conclusion.
But in an insane world
worshipping the fiat petrodollar up till the very point of meltdown, I did not
feel I could make the automatic assumption that others would have done better
by the time history put 4 billion years of earth evolution to the decisive
test.
This is not to make
light of what are essentially criminal errors on my part (albeit without
deliberate intent); but to assert that both history & such in themselves
illustrate, the need for (a thinking) tripartite dialogue based on the issue of
security, between (global) civil society, power criminals & ordinary
criminals – it being as fatal to humanity to leave control of security as
control of energy/ info, in the hands of a few plutocrats – with the consequance
that a confederacy of hopelessly overstretched desperadoes take it into their
own hands to try & sort matters out – with the dangerous criminal
consequences mentioned above & more…
