The Global Civil War:

Against: Military Plutocratic Anarchy/ 3rd World Revanchist Fascism
& for: The Green Revolution/ Common Ownership of Information

We must exploit the apocalyptic chaos to propel the idea of WARTIME military & economic sacrifices for the most extreme revolutionary reconstructionist vision the world has ever seen; held together by the common threats of oblivion/ & reconstructionist objectives that confront all humanity.

As the (USA led speculative finance/ credit expansionary based, global) military plutocratic system collapses into anarchy, the fusion of economic & military chaos leads to riots/ global clashes (cataclysms) between (classical fascist) pogrom mongers/ Islamic fascists/ USA Caesarism etc; descending ultimately, even if not immediately, into nuclear/ biological warfare…

…We need a new model Revolution geared to every military political threat/ scenario (including South Asian nuclear war/ smallpox scenarios) & consequantly able to establish an operational geo strategic alliance capable of breaking USA Caesarism/ Islamic revanchism & consolidating a viable global political economic/ constitutional framework.

We need a model that can switch from one tactical scenario to the other... & back again (as required); providing an operational framework/ solution/ Revolution settlement the imperatives of which be self evident from/ propelled by the horrors of apocalyptic chaos.....

....held together by the core paradox (the human factor)....

....that the enemy depends on the Revolution to seize power (from the war/finance nexus/ machine they are gilded slaves of), to save their/ (everyone's) children & that the Revolution (to avoid global annihilation) is dependant on this factor & must tailor its entire military pol/econ framework accordingly....

....Initially by converting the race war into a global civil war (against pogrom mongers/ USA Caesarism & its British/ Euro proxies & Islamic revanchism) fusing military action against pogrom mongers, with an insurrectionary general strike (backed up by armed territorial demos - given critical focus by hunger striking antifascist/ rev POWs) a framework of continuous operations, enabling us through the continuous martialing of forces to break the neck of USA Caesarism (by overthrowing its British/ Euro proxies)....

....a war against the very existence of the nation state (incapable of breaking finance barony) & for the Federated Socialist Commonwealth of (the regions of) Europe, itself defined as the geo strategic backbone of the Global Commonwealth Confederation.
...In turn defined for (WARTIME sacrifices - especially from the richer states) the Green Revolution. Especially for solar powered desalination, water to quench the thirst for revanchist mass murder from the 3rd world, draining the ocean of resentment which nurtures these fascists, the west armed & used (in order to control 3rd world radicalism) - making them easier to crush in the 3rd world (Also the template for triangular warfare, where containment of westward expansionist warlordism from a collapsed state eg Russia/ China etc – is consolidated by allies rev forces from within – forging the basis for the G.C.C.) AND, as a geo linked threat in the west itself, without playing into the hands of fascist pogrom mongers - by mobilising/ arming the women against BOTH fascist laagers (a military coup against Islamic fascists, forcing them to either accept the death of their influence or wage war against antifascist women/ allies waging war on fascists, making them in turn easier to crush WITHOUT playing into the hands of the pogrom mongers).

....(&) Martial law, applicable to all races, is in turn (prevented from descending into all out race war) stabilised by gigantic threats/ global civil war objectives. Eg:

...The British (Euro) rev must use (lead) global nuke disarmament as an aggressive political weapon to isolate USA Caesarism, paving the way for its overthrow - strengthening rev allies in Russia/ China & enabling the British Asian diaspora to lead rev anti Islamic/Hindu fundamentalist fascist, especially women, in Pakistan/ India - stabilising South Asia through exporting the British model destruction of fundamentalism consolidated &....

.....linked directly with the struggle for the common ownership of information.... (the overthrow of all copyright/ corp control of info which requires a military plutocratic national security state to guard it, including full disclosure of nat sec state info itself - to enable us to forge/ consolidate a working operational connexion with global/ 3rd world civil society, isolating 3rd world fascist nat sec state elites, enabling their overthrow – & strengthening rev allies in Russia/ China, Pakistan/ India etc)....

....the supreme political, organisational & constitutional weapon that signifies the final victory, when consolidated by the permanent constitutional bridling of finance by (to serve) civil society....

...through elected Workers Pension Councils - a permanent bulwark against destructive finance speculation & freeing parliaments from plutocratic hegemony; & setting the global investment agenda within parliaments (redistributive/ social wage geared) tax regime - a constitutional division of power between the twin pillars of state - established after the rev provisional govts/ their allies have put down the USA Caesarists/ their Euro proxies (establishing a rev global framework for reconstruction consisting of free access to markets/ freeflow of capital between G.C.C. member states - eg sharing the same rev constitutional framework, the Common Ownership of Information & additional seedcorn aid via a redistributive formula/ mechanism within the G.C.C. - WARTIME sacrifices for global reconstruction shall be endured with whatever reluctance as to refuse such would lead to re-emergence of a military plutocratic nat sec state by default to keep the 3rd world down, eclipsing the common ownership of info impelling a new Revolution).

(We examine in depth how the sheer ugliness of martial law stabilised only by requirements of global civil war, enables railroading of the above program to consolidate the transition to rev democracy in` Intro to Quantum Materialism' Chapter 3 `From Martial Law to Rev Democracy')

(& as the nuke Q is really an info Q,) As Philosophically & practically the knowledge/ capacity to create inevitably brings with it the capacity to destroy ALL humanity, global civil society (info/ knowledge) can only be stabilised via common ownership of info/ full disclosure ( held together by (culture of) common threats/ reconstructionist objectives confronting all humanity) imperative to consolidate (global civil society control over finance &) the Revolution settlement.....

Requiring either disarmament of ALL nuke explosives OR their monitoring & control by GLOBAL civil society (including Chinese/ Federated Soviet Socialist Republics/ Arab armed state presence on such USA installations) eg vis their proportionate & appropriate use against (such apocalyptic threats as) asteroids and/ or to control/ lance the threat from super volcanic eruptions....

Currently only USA possesses the (techno/ infrastructural) ability to make use of them in such (legitimate, given nukes exceptional grave character) fashion. BUT their (monopolisation of such) knowledge will destroy the world unless stabilised via (global) common ownership of info vis culture of common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity.
An example of legitimate civil use of nukes is (as a potential means) to lance the gigantic volcanic caldera of Yellowstone Park (perhaps via a thermonuclear linear shear explosion). Which if not stabilised will (certainly at some point, in fact is due to) result in an apocalyptic eruption more than sufficient to destroy civilisation - if this happens we will almost certainly never get back to the level of development we are at now; as most of the easily exploitable resources enabling early/ primitive industrial development are completely used up. We will then never even have the potential to master ourselves/ the world around us, which potential is what defines us as human, & without which, we are no more than souped up chimps. For humanity, it is now or never.

By countering USA military plutocratic (imperial) expansionism, Europe enables, gives the global ideological initiative to USA visionary expansionism....

...freeing the imagination of our kindred spirits, the mad proffessors from enslavement to the military plutocratic national security state, & bridling them to serve the culture of the common threats/ objectives that confronts all humanity....

...humanity we depend entirely on this New American Ideology, to consolidate our framework/ avoid oblivion/ by capturing the imagination of all humanity (vis culture of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity....

....Correspondingly British/ Euro led reverse proliferation (nuke disarmament as an aggressive political weapon) is necessary to enable Revolution (not only to isolate USA Caesarism/ establish an operational bridge to underpin South Asian Revolution; but also) to deploy our own neutralising doomsday strategy to remove weapons of mass destruction from the equation

....(But) ...Ultimately a 3 point neutralising doomsday strategy is required,

Firstly, when the enemy uses nukes (as outlined – however small, even in retaliation - or in the case of geo pol/econ fallout from South Asian nuke war, to prevent pogrom mongers in the core states IMMEDIATELY eclipsing the state, leading to primal panic/ anarchy, by using limited nuke warfare against belligerents in South Asia to try & stabilise the situation), it will create a devastating feeling of psychological powerlessness, that the Revolution must turn back on itself, through (switching to a) a neo Christian (model) strategy of assassinating Caesarists/ their proxies (in Britain/ Europe – those resisting the above rev program, the ONLY way of breaking USA Caesarism) combined with martyrdom & bearing witness for the (above) rev reconstructionist program, to spread the seeds of a rebellion able to overcome such a psychic shock; via the basic concept of Redemption Through (military & economic) Sacrifice (spread through such martyrdom), for the security/ salvation of everyone's children (a strategy grafted on top of the more conventional strategy outlined earlier, & which enables the Revolution to establish a position in the battlefield of people's minds, enabling the movement to overcome the psychic shock of use of nukes, stimulating the resurrection or primary birth of the insurrectionary movement - & combined with attacks on any resurgent pogrom mongers seeking to exploit vacuum left by assassination of nuclear fascist proxies).

Secondly,

....to take such weapons of mass destruction out of the equation, if the USA regime/ its proxies use nukes/ bio/ chemical weapons against the Revolution/ citizenry (in USA/ Europe/ Russia - or any other state uses such weapons against the Revolution within its borders, as opposed to an EXTERNAL target), we must deploy a primary `neutralising doomsday' strategy to limit the damage of such an atrocity, preventing through an horrific counter measure (the killing of the children of those seeking to retain/ regain power after having used such weapons - to deter), a political nuclear chain reaction leading to the extinction of humanity. If the USA use nukes outside this sphere (similarly with China etc outside its' state) we must deploy the secondary neutralising doomsday approach already outlined above (to give us the maximum opportunity to get a movement started/ capable of stopping the catastrophe/ therefore in a position to deter/ or at least cauterise the use of such weapons against the Revolution...

Thirdly (in 2 parts):

...(the negative component) Avenging Angel...

...Is our ultimate weapon. To be deployed in the event of the (untraceable/ deniable) use of smallpox by a covert alliance of USA Caesarism (with their old CIA aided allies) Islamic fascism, Iraqi regime (all of which have a record, as do others, of preparing the use of such weapons, in an attempt to blackmail humanity into surrendering to their tyranny); to smash an emerging revolutionary centre. This will trigger either the deployment of both neutralising doomsday strategies... or else a GLOBAL PRIMARY neutralising doomsday strategy against any such military plutocratic element seeking to exploit the terror of such to hold onto power.

....(Combined with, the positive component):

A Revolutionary triumvirate of army/ medical personnel/ rev civil society, based on fusion of Common ownership of info with aforementioned rev program propelled by culture of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity - for the survival of humanity per se - for impossible to prevent panic on basis of secrecy, only the fullest active co-operation of the citizenry aided/ enabled (& legitimated) by full disclosure can establish order/ sense of common purpose (& through such reconfiguration of the global pol/econ system) enabling effective global mobilisation to overcome this threat to all human existence.

Paradoxically, ALL depends on the human factor, enough people in USA regime itself caring sufficiently for their children to delay for long enough, the pathological process of absolute oblivion to give us time to spread the revolutionary antidote (enabling us to) halt/ reverse this process (even though the core enemy cadres have too much blood on their hands to be given amnesty without undermining the rev constitutional settlement that can gaurentee their/ everyone’s children’s survival – our program made flesh…)

Correspondingly our first task is to EXPLOIT the fear (of smallpox etc) to propel the (aforementioned) rev antidote/ solution via:

The lynchpin of the Revolution (especially neutralising doomsday) is the struggle for the common ownership of information, around which ALL internet activists/ Revolutionaries can be mobilised (throughout the world) via the Cyber Army.

Correspondingly I appeal to cadres to prepare such MEGA political global reach/ connexions (by spreading the new theory) so that when I, Adam Ghaznavi, act against classical fascism/ Caesarism (as appropriate) & appeal as a PoW/ martyr to cadres to launch fullscale operations, they can do so with viable effect.....

....so that in turn, the martyr centred fusion of blood & deep theory, fuels a viral intellectual feeding frenzy, so that the rank & file cadre similarly motivated/ educated/ proactively thinking can develop it further themselves....

....enabling the movement to survive the extinction of its initiator/ successive waves of its entire leading cadres... a historical vaccine against total extinction propelled by rev imperatives which be self evidant from the threat & horrors of military plutocratic apocalyptic chaos. Enabling/ compelling ALL humanity to THINK its way out of trouble. For it is the combined refusal to share & acquire knowledge that represents the deadliest threat to human survival.
