The Global Civil War:

Against: Military Plutocratic Anarchy/ 3rd World Revanchist Fascism
& for: The Green Revolution/ Common Ownership of Information

By subordinating all law/ global civil society, to the plundering hegemony of military plutocratic financier speculation/ credit expansion....

(leading to global econ implosion, global credit crunch, soaring interest rates catalysing hyper inflation & a global political economic tailspin)

....& by arming/ installing monstrous 3^rd world tyrannies (eg) in the mideast, in the name of national security & energy security...

...we have (destroyed both &) set ourselves up for collective destruction.

If we are to avoid collective annihilation, we must recognize that all humanity must be protected & bound by a single global constitutional & legal framework.

(For) We cannot any more depend on this military plutocratic (military geo political economic) security framework/ system, based on 10,000 nukes chasing one bomb, on the actual use of nukes to foment ever widening swathes of enemies that must be wiped out. Which even/ especially the very destruction of, leads to primal panic/ outright anarchy,

(But) Paradoxically to avoid a nuclear political chain reaction leading to the extinction of humanity, we must exploit the global terror of USA (nuclear) Sword of Damacles, to force the whole world to accept a single global revolutionary constitutional (geo military pol/econ) & legal framework covering all humanity & holding all accountable before it...

...in order to establish the global coalition of all rev forces required to outflank/ eliminate as a military pol/econ threat, all USA Caesarist, Islamic/ Hindu fascist (etc) enemies of all humanity, that threaten its very existence - particularly those holding the USA sword of damacles over the entire human race.

We will need & we have, our own aggressive `neutralising doomsday' framework to enforce nuke disarmament/ take WMD (weapons of mass destruction) out of the political equation - involving execution of those responsible for the use of such weapons against other states & to deter a political nuclear chain reaction engulfing all humanity (like a gambler chasing its losses), the killing of the children of any such that use weapons of mass destruction the Revolution in an internal context (eg by military plutocrats against the Revolution in USA/ Europe/ former USSR/ new FSSR, by military plutocrats in any of said territories against the revolution inm any said territory....

...or for example by Indian national security state against its own insurgent people) & attempt to retain power.

But to contextualise/ give viability to this dreadful imperative…

(The end justifies the means, as long as the means do not negate the ends)…

…we must outline the solution based on the core paradox:

....that the (USA led) military plutocratic elite depend on the Revolution to seize power (from the war/ finance nexus/ machine they are the gilded slaves of), to save their (everyone’s) children; & that the Revolution (to avoid global annihilation) is dependant on this factor & must tailor its entire military pol/econ framework accordingly....

A (this military plutocratic) military geo political economic security framework/ system, based on 10,000 nukes/ warheads chasing one bomb/ 1/2 teaspoon of smallpox, is self evidently unviable...

The only way it can work in the short term (& before any Islamic fascist atomic strike) is via Israeli expansion into Saudi Arabia, to stabilise the supply/ price of oil (eg in the event of an exodus of westerners, shutting down supply of oil)....

& this requires the general migration of the Jewish diaspora to underpin/ populate the conquered lands - a process aided by the death spiral of Israeli expansion feeding anti semitism, propelling migration/ mnore expansionism etc etc.

&, sets up an apocalyptic hubristic clash between a massively expanded Israel and ultra corrupt USA military pol/econ regime over the price of oil required to stabilise the USA trade deficit.

& as bombworshipping USAChristian fundamentalists believe in Revelations 7:4, that only 144,000 Jews out of 30 million are meant to survive, the criminals whose itchy fingers are on the button will prefer (to usher in the reign of King Jesus, by punishing the Jews for their failure to convert to Christianity...) the murder/ suicide of all humanity, to facing up to the consequances of their own military plutocratic criminality.

...The alternative to this nightmare, is that we insure that 3rd world radicals to be our security, but this can only come about when we have eliminated the (USA led) financial/ military power configuration that sponsored 3rd world fascists (Bin Laden/ Saddam Hussein & other such) originally to crush the radicals threatening its' imperial interests.

For while in the short term (the consequances of) our `realistic' approach will strengthen the `realistic resistance' (to USA imperium) of Islamic (& other 3rd world) fascists (eg the nuke targeting of such creating ever widening swathes of enemies (which even/ especially the very destruction of, leads to primal panic/ outright anarchy), in turn fuelling a `realistic backlash' from white classical fascists...

The first priority is to establish the geo political framework/ context in which the new global constitutional (military pol/econ) settlement must be forged/ actively consolidated by global civil society.

This dreadful racewar (arising from the global econ implosion &/ or cessation of oil supplies triggering econ tailspin &/ or Islamic fascist nuclear strike - leading to the racialised politics of the last bullet - threatening outright anarchy/ primal panic), paradoxically presents the Revolution with the opportunity to cut across this apocalyptic process. For (paradoxically), it is only as the cauldron boils over, that it be possible to launch a new movement:

Mobilising Asian women (as a tactical reserve) against both white classical fascists & Islamic fascists (should they resist such, if they do not, they will lose all power by default) - cutting the ground politically from under white classical fascists...

...using nuke disarmament as an aggressive political weapon to cut the ground from under USA Caesarism (enabling its overthrow) - not only enabling via the diaspora, Pakistani radicals to use nuke disarmament to marginalise (in power) Hindu fascism in India/ enable its overthrow...

(& consolidated with WARTIME econ sacrifices for global reconstruction - held together by the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity...

especially development of global sustainable sources of zero impact renewable energy for global energy security....

....& everyone's fear for everyone else's children).....

...but to geo politically underpin this process, whoever (whichever revolutionary figure) has political command of the British armed forces, to go to Israel - Palestine (specifically West Bank/ Gaza/ East Jerusalem) to choreograph the settlement:

Firstly by calling for Israelis/ Palestinians and the entire (Islamic world) Umma, to actively demonstrate its support for the following process (the banner of which be a Red Star of David, over a Christian Cross over a Green Islamic Background):

Transfer of British troops from Iraq to Israel/ Palestine (winning over Arab sympathy - enabling peaceful extraction of USA forces) to underpin the first phase of the settlement, the transfer of lands in a modified version of the Geneva Accord (between Palestinians & Israeli progressives) in exchange for the right of return.

Whilst sending in the SAS to catalyse formation of a mass paramilitary formation(s) capable of securing military pol/econ order on basis of active civil society control of natural/ financial resources/ active civil society repression of forces of chaos..

its willingness to engage with our plans for the mideast (including against Islamic fascism & for a mideast commonwealth as part of the Global Commonwealth Confederation) will be entirely contingent on our demonstrating our committment to one law covering all humanity (eg we aim to mobilise every socialist minded element, but inevitably, what will initially emergewill be hybrid in character... & it will be a Q of shifting the political psychology via our geo pol/econ framework)

The fact that not every last inch of lands is included in the Geneva Accords is a fatal flaw, as it does not deal a deathblow to Israeli settler/ expansionist hubris, as land won by conquest still retained.

But this must be dealt with in such a way as (vis transfer of every last remaining inch of the 1967 lands NOT included in the Geneva Accords to the Palestinian state; AND corresponding removal of Israeli settlers so as to progressively) trade(s) of Israeli hubris for the consolidated defeat of the spectre of Islamic fascist/ revanchism - so as to underpin not just Israeli - Palestinian security, but a wider framework of global security (which shall outline shortly).

This requires Pakistan to give a formal committment to exploit this this favorable geo pol/econ context (including of British/ Europe led nuclear disarmament) to use aggressive nuclear disarmament to both marginalise (Indian) Hindu fascism in power (in India)/ enbale its overthrow AND smash the entire Islamic fascist geo psychology through such a measure AFTER British/ European nuke disarmament AND (after this) Israeli withdrawal from every last inch of the 1967 lands.

For Pakistan to give up nukes without the active support of the Umma, secure that USA machinations are by such measures permanently outflanked vis final eclipse of Israeli expansionism as a lever for USA regional policy of destabilisation is unthinkable.

& Correspondingly the geo political defeat of the USA leaves India (South Asia generally) with main task to consolidate this victory, the resolution of its own demographic timebomb (vis male/ female imbalance) requiring emphasis on women's education, neccessitating the vanquishing of Hindu/ Islamic fascism etc

Israel's security in the interim (aside from its own nuke deterrent - not added to/ upgraded, but retained until integration is enabled by Europe aided Israeli development of solar powered desalination for the region etc....

(water to quench the thirst for revanchist mass murder from the 3rd world, draining the ocean of resntmentwhich nutures these fascists the west armed & used in order to control 3rd world radicalism)

....funded as the most important strategic project as the pivot of collective global security - in place of various armaments systems/ most military expenditure) is based paradoxically on the spectre of (Indian) Hindu nuclear fascism, exploiting the (geo contextual) opportunity if Pakistan does not take the opportunity to marginalise Hindu fascism in power (enabling its overthrow) through politically aggressive nuclear disarmament...

(we are simply in the situation we are in, as a result of USA nuke expansionism, in order to consolidate its hegemony - resulting in consequant proliferation. & it is no use saying `all should give up nukes without such political calculations'. We have to unravel the nightmare in a way which will NOT precipitate a disaster - & this is the most effective way, the only way, to enable Pakistan my fatherland & Britain my motherland's survival, along with the rest of humanity).

But to enable/ consolidate this geo strategic `Revolution from Above'....

eg by transitionally incorporating Israel the lost tribe of Europe into Europe as a self governing protectorate - including via establishment ofa global capital `New Jerusalem' (in the Negev desert) on top of an old powder keg to remind the world of the cost/ mortal peril of dividing humanity into pluderers & plundered

....we will need to consolidate the revolution `from Below' in Europe, as both the transitional bulwark against threat of USA Caesarism/ enable its overthrow & for the establishment of the Global Commonwealth Confederation/ framework of global reconstruction (which shall examine shortly & which be forged by the imperatives of the new global security framework).

Unless there is (such) a framework to hand back all the 1967 lands, breaking once & for all the settler expansionist psychology then

...the settlers will succeed in (the inevitable) strategy of tension games designed to elicit a counter response & death spiral - resulting in the British troops etc becoming the meat in the sandwich...

...& the British end up actually consolidating the post 1967 seizure of land. THIS is what makes the Q different from Tibet (which Q we examine later in `Intro to Quantum Materialism’) that we are required to defend/ police (an established) seizure of land (delegitimising new rev geo constitutional structures) - especially explosive as this is the biggest flashpoint between 1st world & 3rd world.

Israel of course does have an alternative.

Eg expansion/ ethnic cleansing (of the West Bank/ Gaza/ East Jerusalem) fomenting ever increasing hostility towards the Jewish diaspora, leading to mass migration/ correspondingly more expansion throughout the mideast, creating ever more hostility/ more migration/ expansion etc. In the context of geo pol/econ collapse, especially as USA- Israeli interests begin th calsh here & there; this be a death spiral. A ripening of the harvest for mad USA Christian fundamentalists, seeking to fulfil Revelations 7:4 to punish the Jews for their failure to convert & acknowledge King Jesus (who miserable apologists for the Roman empire accuse them of slaying by a Roman means of execution - crucifixion), by reducing the global Jewish population from 30 million to 144,000 through nuke war, to usher in the reign of `our Lord & Saviour'.

....Eg due to residual fear of Germany (& Germany's fear of Germany) it is only when USA loses control of Britain (its bridge to Europe).... That Europe can be awoken to its’ role (as restorer of the global balance of power) as Britain transcends itself through spreading the rev war (for FSC Europe/ GCC - defining Europe for global reconstruction & against USA Caesarism), awakening the Germanic peoples to their destiny as the backbone of Euro Commonwealth of the regions (& world Revolution), via The Battle of Berlin (for FSC Europe)…

…for even if USA general strike brings down USA govt, without the European Commonwealth (providing the G.C.C. geo links between 3rd world & USA, integrating/ anchoring USA as a partner in global reconstruction rather than the empire) the USA Revolution cannot consolidate rev military pol/econ order & an outright military dictator shall gain power by default/ all the old crap be pursued with a vengeance....

We depend on Ulster Loyalists to contain their own ultras in Ulster & play a leading role in the Battle of Berlin alongside PIRA & British/ Euro (International Brigades) antifascist paramilitaries...

Loyalism must be redefined for & lead, a unifying Euro Irish rev identity (Ulster must remain part of Britain, for as long as Britain exists - but Europe must become Loyalists' security guarentor within the context of a united Irish region of FSC Europe...)

Q. Given the pogrom mongering (against Blacks & Asians in Ulster) which tendancies from all the different factions of Loyalism have orchestrated, HOW can we claim anything of value can be contributed by Loyalism?

Everything is reducible to the security Q.

Currently (as at 18/2/04) the fear of a drift into a united capitalist Ireland & corresponding reverse repression...

(eg while there is a tendancy for ethnic minorities to become the lightening conductor away from both main ethno national groups - in the context of a united capitalist Ireland - there are neither enough, nor enough time before the geo pol/econ apocalypse, to cause both main ethno national groups to effectively merge together to prevent them from devouring each other)

....means that antifascist Loyalists have no geo pol/econ leverage to gaurentee their security in the context of a geo pol/econ framework/ settlement everyone can (albeit with some reluctance) live with...

...& this means neither they nor anyone else can effectively seize the initiative in crushing such...

but, when (as outlined - vis geo pol/econ imperatives arising from the collspe of the old order including the Biritsh nation state into anarchy) such a geo rev pol/econ security framework does become viable, should such fail/ refuse to take the initiative, they can THEN be militarily deposed by `young Turks'/ other radical (Unionist/ Loyalist) elements in their community who will - & it is whoever takes the initiative here, wether from an old or a new guard (or combo of the 2) that the Revolution can & must work with as outlined.

...the ideal (presidential) leader of FSC - Europe would be a progressive Ulster Loyalist, who in conjunction with Global Commonwealth Confederation (& an emergent FSSR), would be able to foster a dialogue between leftist Bosnian Serbs/ Croats/ Muslims (currently trapped in the ethno nationalist death spiral) & deal (principally) with the various (other) bushfires that will ignite/ threaten to devour Europe; in the context of the collapse of the USA led military plutocratic centre of gravity...

As to the fact that to have someone similar to say Billy Hutchinson (who held the centre in the mini civil war in Ulster against the LVF) in charge of FSC - Europe will cause grave & widespread concern. This is not neccessarily a bad thing at all.

Eg he (for example) has the credibility to resolve provincial warlordist clashes that Europe desperately needs, to guide development of a security framework in Euro/ global context. But the fact that no one will trust him with a Euro nat sec state is a good thing, that such not only cannot come into being (or at any rate be consolidated), but that beyond preventing warlordist anarchy, Euro civil society will want to keep control of finance open & above board (under civil society control) in order to keep as much power out of (said president's) hands as is constitutionally viable...

...this in turn means that (ever increasingly) `soft' (developmentally based) power eclipses `hard' (security military based) power...

...(which is the precondition for humanity's survival)... Europe will therefore take its' own obligations more seriously; & every other state/ people will take Europe seriously...

Eg as the Americans (& British/ other such forces under USA aegis) will increasingly come under (an increasingly Piranha style) attack anywhere & everywhere, even where they least expect it (eg not just Iraq, or even Kosovo/ Bosnia, but even Germany - in a general geo psycho political cascade effect), order can only be (re) established on the basis of the active citizen working to global constitutional/ reconstructionist framework, that makes dialogue/ reconciliation between old provincial enemies correspondingly viable (aided by `soft' power) in context of overarching culutre of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity...

& hard power (in delimited & modified form) is (only) relevant (for example) in the mideast only to the extent that it is required to set in place a framework to prevent/ reverse Israel's continuing suicidal expansion AND foster development of mideast commonwealth (FSC - Medina) while simaltaneously (as a precondition to enable this) said geo pol framework cauterising the supranational geo psychological dynamic of Islamic fascism; eg (aided by British/ Euro nuke disarmament) trading of the last fragments of the 1967 lands in exchange for Pakistan nuke decommisioning - to marginalise BJP/RSS Hindu fascism in power in India, enabling its overthrow.

...Which is the precondition for humanity's survival... Europe will therefore take its own obligations more seriously; & every other state/ people will take Europe more seriously - as restorer of the global balance of power, in the context of a single global constitution...

By countering USA military plutocratic (imperial) expansionism, Europe enables, gives the global ideological initiative to USA visionary expansionism....

...freeing the imagination of our kindred spirits, the mad proffessors from enslavement to the military plutocratic national security state, & bridling them to serve the culture of the common threats/ objectives that confronts all humanity...

...we depend entirely on this New American Ideology, to consolidate our framework/ avoid oblivion/ by capturing the imagination of all humanity (vis culture of common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity)...

The nature/ geo pol/econ substance of the global rev settlement is (firstly) defined by the geo politics required to consolidate it.

Whoever has command of British troops to go to Jerusalem & enact the rev framework using their own blood as a pit canary to keep the eyes of the whole world on the need for geo pol/econ consolidation of the rev settlement.

As part of this remit, whoever is chosen/ accepts this post, bears capital responsibility for any SAS troop deployment in Iraq/ Saudi Arabia etc of warcrimes committed...

But until the global constitutional framework is secured/ consolidated, not only is the carrying out of (my) death sentence temporarily constitutionally postponed; but (albeit as a figurehead awaiting capital punishment), (I) retain full political authority until the point at which (my) execution will NOT trigger anarchy, but serve as (a prerequisite &) an integral aid to final constitutional stabilization – eg as proof of our commitment to one constitution & one law protecting & holding accountable all humanity

THIS point is self evidently defineable as when Israel has handed back the land outlined in the Geneva Accords and Pakistan has given an undertaking to destroy its nukes if Israel hands back the final part of the 1967 territories. THEN Israel hands back the said territories AND Pakistan has begun to destroy at least the first major tranche of said weapons...

...then on the day of my execution (I) can hand over power to a representative of Pakistani Rev movement, to oversee the remains of Pakistan's decommissioning and orchestrate development of G.C.C.; such as will make it possible for Pakistan to re-unite with India & be secure in doing so (eg vis defeat of Hindu fascism) vis geo pol/econ entrenchment of women's rights/ education etc...

Eg the fact that I am a Briton/ west European (as well as an ethnic Muslim & racially mixed) means that a Pakistani must take ownership of the process of decommissioning in the context of said global reconstruction & security framework (centred heavily especially in mideast/ south Asia on women's education/ emancipation).

This is critical because of Pakistan's exceptionally vulnerable geo political position in relation to India, (as compared with Britain's geo politically advantageous position), & its' false ally USA imperium (which encouraged Islamic fascist tyranny in the name of anticommunism & now threatens Pakistan with nuclear extinction, in order to absolve USA regime of the global command responsibility for encouraging Islamic fascism). Meaning Pakistan more than any other state, needs desperately to trade of nukes it cannot afford (both economically & strategically) for geo political re-inforcement (to enable its long term survival & security).

Eg vis decommissioning, an exchange of such WMD inspectors between Britain/ Pakistan - permanently based in each others' countries & assisting in each others' disarmament - with free access (& bringing their Chinese advisors with them) & mutual civil conversion of such sites/ facilities.

& these points are bound up with the whole global constitutional & legal (& reconstructionist) agenda/ framework (eg vis geo re-inforcement of the process/ framework vis investment in solar powered desalination/ renewable energy technologies).

...to compel everyone to follow through (on global reconstruction) to avoid collapsing the process, leading to anarchy...

Correspondingly, this means explicitly ruling out linkage between Pakistan nuke disarmament (designed also to outflank/ marginalise BJP/ RSS Hindu fascism in power & enable its overthrow) & the rebuilding of the Barbary Mosque in Ayodyha...

(& if we do not rule out such a linkage, then Israel will link withdrawal from the last occuppied areas, vis 1967 lands, to Pakistan's decommissioning; the whole process falls apart).

....which is an issue relating to the range of security preconditions for the re-unification of South Asia (eg requiring the consolidated breaking of Hindu fascist psycholgy - neccessitating........

....also that South Asia has both indirect AND direct control of old USA WMD facilities - as part of a global framework of disarmament & control of such materials. Eg that will have civil application vis asteroid threats & perhaps thermonuclear linear shear explosives to lance the Yellowstone Park caldera (which threatens apocalyptic destruction of civilisation). Integral to this is (the framework of) global reconstruction/ development (especially solar powered desalination/ renewable energy technologies - which GLOBAL security depends upon), so that responsibility for such projects can be placed under framework of effective global development (in the context of common culture of the threats/ objectives confronting all humanity) - so that such are not any longer used as threats to set the geo pol/econ agenda for the elite of a particular state/ people over the rest of humanity....

To continually re-emphasise, Pakistan (& South Asia's) security must firstly be bound up by geo pol connexions to G.C.C. including/ especially west Europe....

Otherwise not only mutual incineration with India beckons, but so does annihilatory targeting by a demented USA - which spells oblivion for ALL humanity.

So paradoxically, it is in this threat to ALL humanity, that the key to Pakistan's survival & with it all humanity's, is to be found.

& in this Pakistan unification with South Asia must be manifestly & explicitly & structurally integral to & CONDITIONAL UPON this global security & constitutional framework - as a precondition to gaurentee the security of ethnic muslims through....

....insuring that parochial Hindu fascism is eclipsed by a GLOBAL constitutional & reconstructionist framework held together by the culture of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity; especially geared to the Green Revolution & techno environmentalism

Only thus can a truly South Asian globalist union, progressively transcending divisions between ethnic Muslims & Hindus, be forged/ consolidated...

...though until a formal committmnet is given by Indian govt council of war, to rebuild the Barbary mosque in Ayodhya & systematically face down the fascist opposition to such, the Indian state remains essentially fascist in character, whatever the (nominal) ruling party (& correspondingly implementing the process of South Asia unification out of the question)...

& the role of Pakistan nuke disarmament is to marginalise BJP/ RSS fascism in power to prepare the ground for it's overthrow....

....to thus enable/ prepare the way for rev re-unification, so that South Asia can play its role as counterweight to USA & leader of 3rd world (thus insuring ethnic Muslims not nuked by USA empire)....

Paradoxically the construction of (mideast Commonwealth of) FSC- Medina, must first be understood in terms of Israel's security in the region, its' need for common framework of reconstruction & dialogue with the entire Umma (Islamic supranational identity - particularly in the mideast)...

Vis Israel's security concerns (on East Jerusalem as the capital of FSC - Medina), the point is that Israel & the Muslim world are in each other's faces anyhow. Israel cannot be removed to the moon nor vice versa - so the choice is between being in each others' faces on the basis of an at first painful but common (constitutional & geo pol/econ) dialogue on issues of mutual/ global survival (vis Green revolution/ solar powered desalination) or being in each other's faces without (common interest based) dialogue, so that all the old crap returns with a vengeance...

Furthermore Islamic fascism's manifest insanity (in geo pol/econ chaos engulfing Islamic world - eg vis cessation of oil supplies to the west triggering a geo pol/econ chain reaction that catches up almost instantaneously with Islamic world) will give Israel a viable gyrostabilised rev secularist partner in global reconstruction (vis FSC Medina) & green Revolution/ solar powered desalination.

...making East Jerusalem (both) possible & neccessary as capital (& geo cultural focus of vis Green Revolution of) FSC Medina.

For just as we need New Jerusalem (in Negev) as G.C.C. capital to confront whole world with the spectre of oblivion if world divided into plunderers & the plundered, so we also need FSC- Medina (with its capital in East Jerusalem), the Islamic world to recaste itself in partnership with new geo pol/econ order (all humanity trashing all fascist parochialisms) for green revolution.... & women's education/ emancipation...

...to revive & update...

(& so that by turning its own weakness into strength, the Umma insures the global victory of ...)

...the ancient secular Islamic culture that holds that the measure of oneself/ others/ all humanity was & is to be found in the pursuit of knowledge for ideas/ causes greater than oneself...

By permanently/ institutionally checking USA military plutocratic (imperial) expansionism, Europe (& South Asia) enables, gives the global ideological initiative to USA visionary expansionism....

...the geo political framework is the skeleton of the global rev constitution, which itself is held in place by the culture of the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity - which the New American Ideology must lead.

...The alternative is to be found in USA Chriatian bomb worshippers adoration of Revelations 7:4...

BUT UNTIL the last of the 1967 lands has been handed to Palestine (part of emergent FCS- Medina) & the first major tranche of Pakistan nukes/ missiles has been destroyed, the global constitution is NOT properly established, & therefore, my execution is unconstitutional UNTIL said points carried out – whence it becomes imperative NOT to hold it in contempt, in order to enable its further execution/ consolidation…

The USA led core military plutocracy & their European/ global confederates, with being Enemies of All Humanity.

That they function as a military economic machine to violently oppose the establishment of civil society control over finance (& the establishment of a redistributive European commonwealth & global commonwealth confederation) to compel finance to serve humanity, but instead preserve finance as a law unto itself

That in order to underpin the rule of this machine (as a law unto itself), they have prostituted all law to serve the interests of said machine, engaging furthermore in global intimidation/ terrorism the aiding & abetting of tyranny against global civil society in order to enforce its interests.

That they aided & abetted the expansion of the mercenary arms trade/ military industrial complex (including nuclear plutocracy) threatening the very existence of humanity, because to seek mutual security (through the breaking of ALL national security state tyrannies'/ their scope for expansion, including the former USSR) through the construction of a global commonwealth confederation, could only be attained through the breaking of their military plutocratic imperium.

That as an integral part of their military plutocratic tyranny, they held the world to ransom through the stockpiling of weapons of mass destruction, that the very construction & retention of same (under the auspices of the national security state), constitutes a manifest declaration of intent to use them when the interests of the criminal machine be fundamentally threatened (& that such bear a bloodgiult for the consequant nuclear proliferation their imperium caused - vis threats to China leading to China going nuclear, India & Pakistan responding in kind).

That through the wasteful speculation of the military plutocracy (as a result of finance being a law unto itself) & the consequant impoverishment of whole continents - especially Russia, we are now choking on our own barbed wire as a result of their criminality, & are threatened with the spectre of warlordist revanchism (when Russia breaks up leading to massive westward migration, fascist terror against migrants in western Europe & warlordist revanchism a la Genghis Khan).

& that as said regime bears the bloodguilt for backing Islamic fascism as a bulwark against radicalism in the Mid east, it is not to be trusted to prosecute the war against this 3rd world revanchist fascism. That as its' secureaucratic component pathologically exploits the popular fear such engenders (through their atrocities) to appropriate to itself ever more power for the same organs of military plutocratic repression that used/ armed built up these 3rd world revanchist fascists, creating a mutually re-inforcing dynamic leading to the extinction of humanity, we are in the grip of a USA led Caesarist tyranny lacking all (even pseudo) legitimacy .

We must recognise that the 1st step to salvation is our acknowledgement of & atonement for out moral guilt in tolerating these criminals by proclaiming our recognition that we must either endure WARTIME sacrifices for global reconstruction or choke to death on our own barbed wire.

That such a commitment is the only way to build links with antifascists (especially women) in the 3rd world, to break the threat of Islamic (& other such) fascism(s), guaranteeing mutual security through global reconstruction.

To this end The Revolution calls for:

a) The military eradication of pogrom mongers.
b) The marginalisation of Islamic fascists (& other such fascists - including the RSS/ BJP in India), by arming women antifascists/ pushing a campaign for such in mosques, to force Islamic fascists to either accept their loss of control or to reveal themselves as the enemies of those they claim to defend (eg by attacking antifascists), making it possible to gun them down without playing into pogrom mongers hands, indeed strengthening armed antifascism against the pogrom mongers.

c) A general mobilisation (via territorial demonstrations & an insurrectionary general strike) to overthrow the military plutocratic machine.......

....to bring the criminal machine's cohorts to trial & establish the European Socialist Commonwealth (of the regions of Europe - the nation state being too small to prevent finance being a law unto itself, being good only for military plutocratic chaos & war)/ Global Commonwealth Confederation, & a true state of law.

Henceforth, tripartite dialogue between civil society, old power criminals & ordinary criminals to establish a new security framework

(eg prevent demagoguery against ordinary criminals leading to resurgence of power criminals; & who better to show us what tricks to look out for & how to counter on basis of a new security framework)

based on active engagement of civil society via common ownership of info, instead of military plutocratic control of info - which security system has irretrievably broken down, & stablised by culture of common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity.

The gravest immediate Qs is how to establish currency security on the basis of common ownership of info? The Single Linguistic Currency

Though while the social & technological detail needs to be hammered out by civil society, we can at least begin (though only begin)to answer the Q with regards common ownership of info:
WHAT AT THE MACRO LEVEL (ACCEPTING WE HAVE NOT YET THE ALL IMPORTANT SOCIAL & TECHNOLOGICAL DETAIL/ MECHANISMS IN PLACE, TO MAKE SUCH IMMEDIATELY VIABLE as at 11/11/03) underpins currency security if national security state control of info no longer can?

Without Global Commonwealth Confederation framework of global reconstruction to give (revolutionary) political legitimacy/ control to govt.s in 3rd world to take firm measures against counterfeiting, currency security without secrecy is absolutely impossible. But as seen, economic (including currency) stability is fatally undermined by the hubris/ plunder of an ever increasingly rapacious military plutocratic core elite, so once the military plutocratic system crashes (as outlined), it will be senseless trying to restore order on the basis of military plutocratic control over info.

Literally there will be no option but to stabilise new order on basis of common ownership of info & G.C.C. framework of global reconstruction, so that ALL global civil society can be actively mobilised to protect currency security. Eg as common ownership of info (& freeflow of capital within G.C.C., under global civil society geo social pol/econ hegemony), provide 3rd world with the levers for development, they therefore will not wish to see such sabotaged....

In practical terms, to underwrite this new common security framework politically, this means placing ALL, but especially USA centres of power (nuclear installations/ military & security data, all research centres whose work if not globally monitored/ published/ subject to public debate about its direction, could compromise the security of humanity) under global surveillance/ monitoring.

A further benefit of this activist imperative (such info monitored by global civil society) is the volunteeristic fostering of a single linguistic currency (to compel the CIA et al, to make ALL their records available is legitimate & necessary. To require them to translate all such into French, Danish & Cornish etc is not), the parting shot of perfidious Albion, as given a choice between trusting the British/ Americans & learning English (to plough through/ monitor the dangerous elements of USA) the French, Palestinians, Chinese, Russians (Soviets of the new FSSR – Federation of Soviet socialist Republics – as the USSR minus the 3 Baltic states, that must actually be supported by the USA as a geo pol/econ point of support for the containment/ breaking/ cauterization of Islamic fascist threat) etc will prefer the latter.

This in essence further consolidates both European unity and (to contain USA & establish/ stabilise geo pol/econ equilibrium) global unity. So even Rumsfeld/ Bush et al have their historical uses. Without the utter global desperation they engender, the initiation/ consolidation of our rev program would not be possible.

It cannot be emphasised enough though, that market forces alone can drive this process. Any attempt whatsoever to make learning English compulsory anywhere will cause a thousand fold more damage than any good done. A laissez faire approach, & promotion of such, is the only way to aid this process - again the operational detail needs to be hammered out by general active engagement of civil society.

In turn, the new geo constitutional framework consolidates itself around my (or whomsoeverelse's) imperilled existence - acting as a very cypher for its (for what humanity must do to enable its) consolidation - like a pearl forming around a speck of grit. Reducing me to a transitional figurehead, power lying in the framework that forms around me (as said constitutional cypher) & geared to the basic survival imperatives confronting all humanity:

1) To halt/ prevent military plutocratic anarchy - the result of finance ruling as a law unto itself.

2) To stabilise immigration to the metropolitan core through free trade (create geo pol/econ preconditions for development/ stabilise 3rd world);eg scrapping of agriclutural (crop/ grain) protectionism whilst simaltaneously:

3) Insuring the west is NOT subject to the threat of reverse (military plutocratic) colonialism.

4) To progressively break the hydrocarbon geo pol/econ stranglehold through development (zero taxation) of biofuel (whilst extending congestion charges/ tax on hydrocarbons), development of solar power (& solar desalination) & hydrogen; enabling (sustainable) decentralist development, which helps develop:

5) Optimal geo pol/econ flexibility to confront every threat to human survival (eg develop sustainably Africa as our global insurance policy against an ice age - even a mini ice age would have apocalyptic consequances for contempory agriculture/ industry & the humanity that depends on them).

6) Women's education (especially in the 3rd world), further aiding this flexibility, as well as both stabilising birth rates AND halting/ preventing catastrophic (male bias) gender imbalances (enabled ever more by technology and threatening to develop a runaway momentum; with absolutely horrendous apocalyptic consequances); eg in South Asia.

7) Transitional protection of the park states from mass population transfer (eg exporting high birth rates etc); also until points 4, 5 & 6 achieved...

The Struggle For An Economy of Time

The purpose of the new rev constitutional framework is to enable humanity to become master of its own creation, to prevent it being destroyed by its own creation (eg as a result of finance remaining as a law unto itself)....

...The single purpose can be reduced to the objective of gaining control of time to enable humanity to learn/ think its way out of trouble (vis culture of common threats/ objectives that confront it); rather than remain the slave of its own military plutocratic machine/ corporate impulses (regardless of wider impact)...

This requires equality, not as an end in itself (the most unviable of all systems - as lacks even the social organising principle of war/ finance to hold it together, and has nothing to replace them, to hold in position the allegiance/ reluctant compliance of the decisive majority of humanity – which correspondingly would result in total atomic breakdown) but as a means to an end - to enable education (including self education) to deal with common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity - the new social organising principle (yet as a reassuring continuim), also based on collective terror, not of a foreign enemy but common threats to humanity's survival etc...

But whilst, beginning from where we are, with our limited technological & intellectual capabilities (moreover unevenly as yet, distributed around the world) it is clear that only general (as opposed to absolute) equality is viable on basis of new rev constitutional framework...

...Eg even though civil society in control of finance, differing pay rates relative to skill neccessary. Though drastically reduced - so as to produce an emerging direct corelation between the highest & lowest in the whole world.

(& that a class of people possesses obscenely greater wealth than the soldiery they rely on to stake their lives; is a reality that holds all humanity in contempt - & we call on the soldiery of all lands to cooperate together with global civil society in re-ordering humanity’s constitutional, cultural & economic priorities – based on the common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity - so as to put an end to this obscenes & untenable state of affairs)

Because (vis culture of common threats/ objectives confronting all humanity) the skills required today must be systemically replaced by skills required to meet tommorows threats...

(in a way analagous to the continuous firing system of the British raj. Front rank fires, whilst rear reloads, then rear fires whilst front rank reloads etc).

(So that) it is culturally clear that all have a common interest, not only in enabling the deep development of tommorows vangaurd, but that it is in everybody's interest, even those (currently) at the top of the scale, to insure that they are able to `reload', when their existing skills become obsolete...

Eg even if there is much grouching to the contrary, said reality insures that the centre holds, that the social coalition is not overturned...

But. The new security architecture/ structures immediately requireed (vis common ownership of info etc) can only be stabilised by the eventual prospect of absolute equality.

Again, absolutely not as an end in itself. But as a means to an end.

Eg the more knowledge we acquire, the greater the threats we can begin to deal with (requiring ever flatter organs) beyond even the planetary level (eg threats from solar radiation/ storms, cosmic gamma rays etc etc) .

And it is only the prospect of such collective terror, that can stabilise a new security architecture based paradoxically on the extreme weakness of the state....
