ACT TWO
I feel in act two that many things have accrued because of class and civil conflict. The reason that I think that the class conflict is accruing is because the lower class people what Caesar because they feel that he will best suit there needs by he is a strong military leader. He will also provide them with jobs and things that would suit the lower classes. Then you have the upper class people who do not want him because he will take away their power. He will also so kill any body that gets in his way because he wants total power and if he does not get it he will not be happy and he will just make it so he does. The upper class people do not want him because they all feel that he will only use them to get what he wants then he will move onto anther town and or city to get more power. Those are just the two main conflicts between the upper and lower class people. But you also have the people in the lower and upper class that do not like Caesar and also you have people from both upper and lower class that like his. I feel in the future that there will be fights between the two groups no mater if Caesar gets king or not it does not matter one bit.
Then you have the civil conflict between the people when Caesar is killed also between the conspirators and Caesar. This whole chapter was about the planing of the killing of Caesar. In this chapter all the people that are against Caesar, meet and plan to kill Caesar. All the people do not think that he should not be able to become king so a group called the conspirators plan to kill him. Then they had to come up with a plan to try to kill him when the senate is interviewing him so all the conspirators had to some how get around him. They ask him to do something that he will never do and then all the conspirators come up and then when nobody is expecting him to get stabbed. All the conspirators pull out their daggers and kill him. This is what I feel that the whole chapter is about civil conflict.
Act Three was the most important act in the play or you could call it the climax in the play. I feel that this part of the play proved that there was a tragic hero in this play his name was Caesar. The reason I say that is all the conspirators felt that Caesar would be bad for Rome and its entire people. After Caesar was killed and all the conspirators rubbed all the blood on themselves there was the funeral; But before this took place the Burtus talked with Antony and Antony wanted to talk to The people at the funeral and Brutus said he could. This was a big mistake that Brutus made because that gave Antony to tell all the people that Caesar was a good person and that he was good for Rome. When Cassius heard this he talked to Brutus and said" I no not what may fall; I like it not.." (ACTI SC.I P.419L.44) That proved that Cassius was a smarter man then Brurus and that Brutus would not be a good king. When the funeral took place after Brutus spoke then all The people started to leave but Brutus said stay and listen to Antony. Then after they left Antony said "Friends, Romans, countryman, lend me your ears." (ACT3 SC.2 P.423L.74) That when he say the people start to listen to him and he says it many more times in the speech he brings out the robe to them that he was stabbed in to show that he was not just killed that he was brutal murdered. Then he brings out the will and by this point the people are on his side but then after he reads the will which says that he gives money to all the men who are citizens of Rome. He also gives his land on the river for the people to enjoy. This to me proves that he is a good person and was not like the conspirators thought to know care about the people. When the people found this out they were very mad at what the conspirators had done and they feel that they should not of killed Caesar. At this point in the play the town's people were very mad and they all ran off for the conspirator's house and they said that they were going to burn them and kill their families. By this time Brutus and Cassous had fled the town and ran for their lives. In my opinion this just proves that Caesar was a good king and he would of done a lot for his people not just for himself. Also to me this proves that Caesar was a tragic hero and the people now see it after he was killed.
