Diplomacy

Diplomacy

In the game Diplomacy there was a huge need for power for each country. I feel that when I was betrayed by one of the people that I had an alliance with was not the right thing to do because I thought that I could trust him. The power struggle was the hardest for me because I had fought for the country that I got and then I lost it so I was in trouble for the fight for power. In my opinion I learned a lot in the world of power because I learned that people do not always keep there word in what they say so go about thing in a cautious manner.

Politics I learned in this game that you have to have a lot of way to try to convince people to fight for you in a battle or for your own country. Also I fell that I did not use politics in my role as England to my fool advantage that I could of in my struggle for power and for countries that I tried to concur. Politics were the game winners in this game for only one reason the person that got the people on there side were the ones that won the game and got the most countries and or supply stations

Government I felt that if I was in charge of a county that I would not do that well because of their would be too much pressure and to much could fall back onto you in the long run. In the game I learned that there is no need to have a monocracy because if you make a decisions that your country does not like then your people will lose interest in you and could revolt. That is why I feel that the government that is the best in all situations is a republic because you do not have one person making the decisions and you have people that will help you make those decisions and that do support you in your designs that you do make no matter what some people think. In my opinion I fell that in this game we all learned what going to war is like and how hard it is too keep control of you country and the cities that they concur.
