Chops N Taters

Cooking Time - 1.5 Hours
Approximate Preparation Time - 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

6 Lean Pork Chops, Trimmed, Cleaned, and Seasoned to Taste
6 Large Potatoes, Peeled and Sliced into 1/4" Pieces (Scalloped)
3/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Large Onion, Peeled and sliced thinly, seperated into rings
12 Ounces Shredded Mozzarella or Jack Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:

In a large baking pan, spread the potato slices evenly. Sprinkle on flour, salt, and pepper. Drizzle milk over potatoes, washing flour down into them. Sprinkle potatoes and onions with shredded cheese. Spread with onion rings. Place pork chops on top and cover entire pan with foil, puncture for steam ventilation. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes. Delicious!
