Ingredients: |

| 3 Cups Cooked, Diced Chicken or Turkey | |
| 1 Pkg Frozen French Cut Green Beans, thawed and drained. | |
| 16-ounce can of LaChoy mixed Chinese Vegetables | |
| 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained | |
| 1/2 can condensed milk | |
| 1/2 cup minute rice, uncooked | |
| 1/2 tsp. salt | |
| 1/2 cup onion, diced | |
| 1 Can Fried Onions, optional | |
Directions: |

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a shallow baking dish for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with one can of french fried onions, then bake an additional 10 minutes to brown.
