Southern Beef Stew

Cooking Time - 5 to 8 Hours (Crockpot)
Approximate Preparation Time - 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

2 Lbs. Beef Stew Meat Cut Into 1-Inch Cubes
1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Beef Broth
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Teaspoon Paprika
4-5 Carrots Peeled and Sliced
3-4 Potatoes Peeled and Diced
1 Package (16 oz.) Frozen Green Peas
1 Can Water (Use the beef broth can)

Directions:

Place meat in a 5-quart crockpot. Toss with flour, salt, and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5-8 hours.
