Amanda's Wide Web of Animals

These are all of my animals ( or the animals that took up residence in our garage)

These cute little guys are guinea pigs, they are also called g-pigs or cavies.

                             Pigs come in many colors.

              These were my ducks when they were babies.

                                               This is my cockatiel, Romeo, and my older sister Tina

                                            This is my adopted computer animal Navy.

This is my sisters fish Buster and  Bob.( Bob is small)                                                                                                 

             And this is my brothers dog Lucky and  Bill                                   

                                             I also have three cats, Mess, Fu-Fu, and Boomer.

                                                        And I have a parakeet named Jeffy, but I don't have any pictures of them.

                                                                        This is a Black and White Ruffed LEMUR.

A Lemur is a mammal that lives of the coast of Africa on an island called Madagascar.

This is a Sifaka

This cutie is a Crowned Lemur.

This is a mother Sifaka holding her baby, you can't really see the baby, but he's in the middle near the bottom.

At one time, there were fifty species of Lemurs, but now there are only 35.  They only live on  the island of Madagascar and only around the coast.  Lemurs are in fact ENDANGERED! These cute animals could all die out and there would never come back again. Duke University Primate center holds some species of Lemurs to study. They have released some species back to Madagascar after a certain amount of training to get them used to the wild so they don't die. The primate center hopes to make a comeback for the lemurs. Remember, these animals could all die out, and never return.

I love horses, and I like to ride them when ever I can.

Another endangered species, the Siberian Tiger.
