Rumex Freaks

Rumex sanguineus var sanguineus seedling with three cotyledons.

Seed mother was commercial broad-leaved sorrel (R acetosa ssp ambiguus), father unknown. Leaves open for a couple of days then fold. Has never flowered.

Seed mother was Rumex sanguineus var sanguineus. Is this a hybrid, or an anthocyanin-free sport?
