At the mansion, Pilar hears Theresa telling little Ethan that his real daddy will always be a part of his life. Pilar says she hates Julian, but Theresa says she wasn’t talking about Julian. Pilar asks who little Ethan’s real daddy is? Theresa says Julian is little Ethan’s biological father, but if she has her way, Ethan will be her baby’s only father. Theresa tells her mom about her vision, but Pilar says this vision comes from evil that wants to ruin her life. Suddenly, Alistair calls to talk to Theresa. He tells her that he wants her to start work tonight. Theresa says she is having a party, but Alistair says if she wants to be a Crane, she must put her job above all else. He says some documents will be sent over tonight, and he wants her report on his desk tomorrow! Pilar begs Theresa not to take this job, but she says this job will show her baby that she can take care of them, and it will gain Ethan’s respect. Pilar thinks Theresa has no clue what she is doing, and that she is being sucked in deeper and deeper into the Crane world.
TC rants and raves to Eve about Julian. As he does, Eve remembers her past with Julian. Suddenly, Rebecca shows up with a donkey and dressed in Latin attire, and looking for Julian! They say they haven’t seen him, so she leaves. They wonder what that was about ( obviously one of Rebecca’s sex games). They decided to find their kids and leave, and as they search for them, TC talks about how in love Simone is with Chad, and how they could end up married. Eve notices she is missing a charm from her bracelet, and decides to go look for it. She begins thinking about Chad, and is so glad he didn’t turn out to be her son. Meanwhile, Julian also reminisces and listens to Eve’s singing tapes. Rebecca and the donkey show up, and Julian says he doesn’t want to have sex tonight. Rebecca recognizes the tape Julian is playing as the one he always listens to, and she wonders who it is of. Rebecca leaves to take the donkey back to its owner, and Eve shows up. She asks him how many copies he has of this tape! He says he has copies galore! She tells him that he has to stop this, TC has heard the tape once, and if he hears it again he may figure things out! They argue about their past, and Eve accuses him of regarding her as nothing but a plaything and abandoning her. Julian says that is not what happened. Suddenly, the green smoke causes them to have a vision of what could have been if Julian had stood up to Alistair. Julian and Eve are happily married, and Eve is a famous singer and is on the cover of Rolling Stones! Julian has been disinherited, but has made Eve famous so they are both rich and famous anyways. Eve wonders what these visions are of, but Julian thinks the vision is his dream come true. He tells Eve that he loves her with all his heart, and that vision is what he has always wanted! Eve says no, she is with TC and is very happy! Suddenly, Eve has a vision of TC, who is a tennis champion and Julian’s best friend! Rebecca shows up as Eve’s publicist, and falls in love with TC at first site! Eve and Julian’s son shows up, but we don’t see his face. Eve freaks out, and screams “Our Son!”
Beth accuses her mother of possibly killing Antonio in her quest to keep her and Luis apart. Beth tells her mom that if the shock kills Antonio, then she is a murderer! Beth says she has to go stop this, but Mrs. Wallace tries to stop her. She says if Antonio does die he’ll go to heaven, a much better place! Beth runs off, and Mrs. Wallace follows her and trips her so she can’t get to Antonio, Luis, and Sheridan.
Antonio walks in on Sheridan in Luis’ arms, and wonders what is going on. Sherdian sees Antonio, and he asks “Why?” before collapsing! They help Antonio up, and he demands to know why they were all over each other? He says this is the second time he has caught them like this! He demands they tells them the truth. Luis decides to tell him the truth, but Sheridan begs him not to. Antonio thinks he knows what is going on, he thinks Luis is trying to steal Sheridan away from him as payback for him running out on the family. Luis tells Antonio that he has it all wrong. As Luis goes to tell Antonio the truth, Antonio passes out!
At the party, Simone continues to hang all over Chad. Later, Whitney tells Chad that they should ask their father for help telling Simone the truth. Meanwhile, TC continues trying to find his way out of the Crane Mansion only to come across Julian’s old trophies. He gets all worked up, and remembers his father and how he never fulfilled his father’s dream. Tabitha, who is watching with Hecuba and Cracked Connie, decides to cast a spell, summoning TC’s father. TC says he wanted to win this for him. TC’s father said he wanted him to win it for him as well, he deserves so much more than he got. TC breaks down crying and sobs that it should have been theirs. Whitney finds her father crying, and she asks him what is wrong?
Meanwhile, Eve and Julian panic when they see the face of their son. It is obviously Chad, but his face is smudged up by special effects. They don’t understand why seeing their son was so disturbing. Later they have another vision later on in which Eve has won tons of awards, and TC and Rebecca are in love. Eve is disturbed to see how happy TC is with Rebecca, and living his dream of a tennis career. Eve doesn’t understand why they are seeing these visions. Julian says this is the way he wanted their life to be like. Eve begins to wonder if their son is alive and something is wrong with him, but Julian says their son died. Eve, however, believes someone snatched their baby, and the face of their son was distorted because the truth might ruin their life. Julian tries to rekindle their past, but Eve says he ruined it all with sex, drugs, and money. Julian said if he had only stood up to his father, if he had only known that she was pregnant, he would have been there for her and the baby. Eve says she has a wonderful life now, and she won’t let him hurt her again! Eve runs out, and Julian realizes TC was the real winner, he won Eve! Meanwhile, Eve looks for her family, and runs into Chad. Thanks to Hecuba, when Eve looks at his face, it is distorted like her son’s was in her vision. Eve screams!
Antonio passes out, and Luis and Sheridan can’t seem to get him to wake up. Pilar runs in and learns what happened. Pilar prays that their love did not kill her son! Antonio begins to move, and Sheridan says they need to get him back to the hospital. Antonio says no, all he needs to do is set Luis straight. Antonio demands to know why Luis was with his love. They all go back to Sheridan’s cottage, and Luis thinks Antonio seems strong enough for them to tell him. Pilar says no, and Sheridan agrees. Luis says Antonio must know the truth sometime, and Mrs. Wallace butts in and says she couldn’t agree more, Antonio must know the truth! She says that the truth will set them all free! Sheridan agrees, and they decide to tell Antonio the truth. Antonio says he’s changed his mind, he doesn’t want to hear a word out of his lying mouth! Luis says he’s going to hear him out! Luis and Sheridan tell Antonio about the vision Sheridan had, and Antonio thinks he gets it now. Antonio thinks they were just sharing their joy about the happy future Sheridan saw. Antonio apologizes to everyone.
In Hecuba’s lair, Hecuba, Connie, and Tabitha continue to watch the misery and mayhem unfold. Eve runs into Chad and screams when she sees his face has been distorted, thanks to Hecuba. Eve ends up fainting when Chad comes near her. Chad screams for help, and Simone finds them. They try to get Eve to come too, but she won’t. Simone decides to go find her father. As Eve lay unconscious, she remembers the vision she had of her baby being stolen. Eve wakes up and sees Chad with a distorted face and begins calling him her baby, her son, and she wonders what they have done to her baby! She comes to and tells her baby that she will make his face better, and she wished she could have kept them from taking him from the hospital. She hugs Chad and tells him that mommy will make it all better! Chad is puzzled by what is going on. He tells her that she is confused and doesn’t know what is going on. Eve snaps out of it, and realizes where she is. She realizes she called Chad her son, and she tells him that she has no idea why she called him that. Chad thinks he knows why though.
At the mansion, Whitney finds her father in tears in Julian’s trophy room. She asks him what is wrong, and he says everything is fine. Whitney sees that these are all Julian’s tennis trophies, and she wonders what it all means. Whitney asks her dad if they can talk about her, Simone, and Chad. TC says Simone is happier than he has ever seen her, and he knows now that Chad is a fine young man. TC thinks Whitney is just being over protective, and he is happy Simone is coming into her own. Whitney asks TC what if something happened to let Simone down. TC doesn’t think anything of the sort could happen. Whitney says “but what if she does get her heart broken?” Unfortunately TC is no longer listening, and is focusing on the trophies. He tells Whitney that if he pushes her too hard, it is only because his father wanted him to go pro so bad. TC tells Whitney that an accident ended his career, and it broke his father’s heart. TC feels that is what killed his father. TC lets Whitney in on an old family secret. TC tells Whitney that his grandfather sacrificed everything to take care of his family, and how he worked three jobs to support his tennis career. TC says when he couldn’t win that trophy for his dad, it was the worst day of his life. Whitney tells her dad that she is so sorry. TC says all these trophies should have been his, and they would have been if it wasn’t for that accident that stripped him of everything. TC remembers promising to make Julian pay as his father lay dying. He tells Whitney the reason he pushes her so hard is because he wants her to do what he couldn’t’ do. He tells her that the sky is the limit for her, and he begs her to do this in honor of her grandfather. He asks her to win these trophies for her grandfather, and she says she will. He tells her that she is special, and she is meant to be great. Suddenly, Simone shows up and tells TC that mom passed out.
At the cottage, Mrs. Wallace tells Luis they can take a cab, he should stay behind and make sure Antonio doesn’t have relations with Sheridan. Beth kicks her mom, and plans to comfort Luis once they get home and get his mind off of Sheridan. A romantic dinner is wheeled into the cottage, and it upsets Luis. Mrs. Wallace once again insists they will find a way home, but Beth says Luis should come with them. Luis decides that it isn’t fair to leave Sheridan in this position, and he thanks Beth and Mrs. Wallace for all that they have done. Luis leaves, and Beth tells her mother that she will pay for this! Beth and Mrs. Wallace return home, and they continue to fight. Beth tells her mom that she gave up having a life to take care of her, and they she calls her mom a nasty bitch! Beth tells her mom that tonight was the last straw! Beth tells her mom that she has gone too far this time! Beth begins to pray for help, but Beth tells her mom to shut up and go to bed! Mrs. Wallace continues to pray for the angels to redeem her wicked daughter. Beth has it with her mom, and packs her bags and tells her that she is going to Sweet Surrender first thing in the morning! Beth’s mom begs her not to do this! Beth tells her mother to stop this, she will take her there tomorrow and she will stay there until her dying day! Beth’s mom tells her no way, she will be stuck taking care of her until her dying day! Beth refuses to accept this, and smashes a vase. She ends up collapsing and breaking down!
In the cottage, Antonio wants to forget about dinner, and kisses Sheridan. He says he can’t wait another second for her. Sheridan pulls away, and Antonio jokes that she must have had to come up for air. The dinner arrives, and Sheridan continues to try and get Antonio to go to bed. Antonio refuses, grabs Sheridan, and begins kissing her. She insists they not let the dinner go to waste, so they begin eating, and Antonio reminisces about the first time the made love. Meanwhile, Luis goes to tell them the truth, only to be stopped by Pilar. She begs him not to do this, but Luis says he won’t let Antonio sleep with the woman he loves! Pilar says Sheridan won’t let it happen, and she begs Luis not to go in there and kill his own brother! Pilar says as much as she loves him and Sheridan, she cannot allow them to kill her son! She says God gave him life, and it is his to take, not his! Luis tells his mom about Sheridan’s vision tonight, and how he is afraid Sheridan will give into the vision and be with Antonio so he can be with Beth. Pilar says this is evil at work. As they talk, Sheridan comes out and asks why he is still here? Luis says he couldn’t leave her alone with Antonio, and he wants to tell him the truth tonight. Sheridan says no, she is staying with Antonio tonight. Luis asks her why? Sheridan says she can stay here with Antonio because she gave him a sleeping pill, he is passed out on the sofa! Pilar says things are okay for tonight, but they haven’t solved the problem, just postponed the inevitable.
In the library, Julian continues to think about the life that he could have had with Eve. Ethan shows up to get a book for Theresa, and Julian wants to talk with Ethan about his relationship with Theresa and his decision of whom to marry. Ethan doesn’t want to hear anything he has to say, and he says he is with Gwen now, he and Theresa are finished. Julian apologizes for hurting him in regards to Theresa, and he says he knows he doesn’t trust him, but he begs Ethan to listen to some fatherly advice that just might change his life. Julian says he’s been thinking about his past, and he doesn’t want Ethan to repeat his mistakes. Julian tells Ethan that when the time comes to choose who he wants to spend his life with he must think very carefully, because his future will depend on it. Ethan says when he decides to marry someone, he will think carefully. Julian tells him to make sure he picks the right woman, because the right woman can make all the difference in a man’s life.
Out on the grounds, Luis takes Sheridan to be alone together, however Sheridan is still feeling guilty about Antonio. She doesn’t want this to tarnish their love, but Luis says their love is too strong to be tarnished. Luis says he’s going to prove that tonight, and he surprises her with a romantic hot tub setup, with candles and everything. They enjoy the hot tub, wine, and strawberries. Later, once they are out of the tub, Luis puts some pants on to do something he’s been waiting to do. Luis surprises Sheridan with her engagement ring, his grandmother’s ring. Sheridan thought she lost it, but Luis says he found it. Luis says before she can wear it, he must propose! Luis asks Sheridan to marry him.
Meanwhile, Antonio dreams of losing Sheridan in a fog. He wakes up and can’t find Sheridan anywhere, and decides to go find her and apologize for falling asleep during their romantic evening! He wonders if Sheridan could be in the hot tub, and heads there, not realizing Sheridan is there with Luis, being proposed to!
Elsewhere, Eve asks Whitney if she is sure Tennis is the only thing she loves? She tells her daughter not to be afraid and to just tell them, is she in love with Chad? Whitney sees her father’s face, and says she is not in love. They then turn to Simone and continue lecturing her about what she did. Meanwhile, Chad asks Whitney why she passed this opportunity up! She says things are a little more complicated than they thought, but he says things are not complicated at all. HE asks her if she loves him or not? Whitney says she does, but she doesn’t want to hurt her sister, and there is another reason. Chad knows it is her father. She explains finding her father earlier, his dreams, and her grandfather’s dreams. Chad thinks Whitney is giving him up to pursue her father’s dreams, and he says he’s had it. He says it is over between them!
