At Crane Industries, Chad tells Whitney to tell Theresa the truth, tell her that she is the one who called off their relationship! Whitney says she did tell Theresa the whole story, and Theresa tells Chad that Whitney loves him. Whitney says she couldn�t hurt her father, but Chad says she put her dad�s dreams ahead of them. Theresa tells them that they have to work this out, they are meant to be together just like she and Ethan are. Chad tells Theresa that she is deluded if she believes that. Theresa says Ethan loves her, but Chad says love isn�t always enough. Theresa says love is always enough, they will be together because it is fate. Whitney and Chad try to talk it out, but Chad feels that Whitney puts everyone else�s feelings in front of him. Whitney tells Chad that she can�t hurt her family, he has to understand that. Chad says families get bad news and are hurt all the time, and they work through it. Chad says this is something they can�t work through, she needs to make a decision about them, and this time the decision is going to be forever. Chad asks her to just tell her family the truth! Whitney says she can�t, so Chad tells her that it is over, and she is not to blame this on anyone but herself! Whitney begs him not to do this, but Chad says it is over, and he walks out.
Meanwhile, Theresa fantasizes about Ethan proposing to her. Suddenly, Ethan shows up to pick up the rest of his things, and is startled to see Theresa has his old office! Ethan begins thinking about his old life, but soon says that is all over now, and he will get his stuff and get out of her way. He grabs his stuff, and Theresa vows to get this all back for him. When Ethan leaves to get some more boxes, Theresa clings to his jacket, and ends up finding the engagement ring inside. Theresa thinks Ethan is going to propose to her.
At the Book Caf�, Luis checks his messages to see if Sheridan left him one, but Beth deleted it long ago. Luis worries about Sheridan and Antonio, and Beth says there is all kind of reasons they could have been delayed, maybe they stopped to do some fall things. Luis wonders where they could be, and tries to think of the name of the place everyone goes to in the fall. Liz suggests they use the internet, so they do. Beth ends up irritated as Luis and Liz director her on finding the information they seek, and she does her best to screw it up. Luis eventually sees the name Greystone Inn, despite Beth�s best attempts to keep him from seeing it on a list she pulled up. Luis calls the inn and describes Sheridan and Antonio to them, and they tells Luis that they are being married!
At the Greystone Inn, Sheridan signs the marriage certificate when pressured by Antonio. Antonio says this is the happiest day of his life! Sheridan and Antonio have to wait because there are people ahead of them, and the woman talks to them about extras they can add. Sheridan is upset, and Antonio notices it and thinks that she is upset because she�s not having as church wedding. Antonio assures her they will have that when they get back, but today is just for them. A woman takes Sheridan to a room to get ready, and she desperately tries to find a way to get in touch with Luis. The woman puts a veil on Sheridan, and Antonio shows up and tells her how lovely she looks, and how lucky he is to be marrying her. The woman tells them that it is time! Sheridan wonders where Luis is!
Luis, Beth, and Antonio arrive at the inn just as someone is pronounced man and wife. Luis thinks they are too late!
Meanwhile, David and Ivy meet up to plan their strategies. David points out to Ivy that what they are doing is a lot like what Theresa is doing, but Ivy says it is different, Ethan is an innocent. David says Sam and Grace are innocent too, and his conscious is getting to him. Ivy tells him to forget about his conscious and think about Grace. David says he can�t, and he won�t do this. HE says he only wants Grace if she wants him and not Sam. Ivy refuses to let David back out, and she says she knows Sam still loves her and he�ll see that as soon as Grace and Sam are split up. She says she will do whatever it takes to get Sam back, even kill if she has to! She tells David that he will help her, or she will ruin both his and his son�s life! She warns David not to cross her, or he will regret it! David goes to see Grace and says he answered the annulment questions the way they he felt he should answer them. Sam accuses David of trying to sabotage the annulment, and he decks David,
At Crane Industries, Theresa is still dreaming of a life with Ethan when Whitney shows up and tells her that she needs her to be there for her now, her life is falling apart! Whitney explains how her upholding the family dream is getting to her, she can�t sacrifice her whole life for her father and her grandfather anymore! Whitney says she can�t seem to make anyone happy no matter what she does, she is going to have to let someone down. She asks Theresa to help her, and Theresa says she will. Theresa is sure that somehow this will work out, she thinks Chad will forgive her and they will talk this out. Whitney doesn�t think it will work out, all she can see are things getting worse. She says she has to either tear apart her family, or spend the rest of her life without Chad. Whitney says she can�t take this anymore, something has to change because she can�t make anyone happy, including herself. Whitney asks when she gets a chance to be happy?
Meanwhile, a repairman works on the elevator, and asks a secretary to post some �Do Not Use� signs near the elevator. She says okay, but it�s so late she figures there isn�t anyone left in the building. He sees how bad the elevator is, and tells the secretary to get those signs up now! She says she is finishing them up right now.
Chad meets up with Ethan in the hallway, he came to help Ethan clean his office, and tells Ethan that he just ran into Whitney, and it is over for good. Ethan asks what happened, and Chad explains the whole story to him. He says it is over, but Ethan tells him if he gives up on Whitney he is making the biggest mistake of his life! They go into a conference room to talk, and Ethan tells him that he�s putting his wants and needs ahead of Whitney�s, he�s doing what Whitney is doing with her family. Ethan says he needs to give Whitney time to deal with this, and put her first even though she is hurting him. Chad doesn�t know if he can do this, but Ethan says if he loves her he�ll do whatever he can to hold onto her. Chad can�t believe Ethan is saying this, and Ethan says Julian of all people gave him some advice about love that has him thinking about choosing who to spend his life with. Chad says he hasn�t given up on this relationship, Whitney has. Chad says he can�t stay here and see Whitney, he�s going home now. He pushes the elevator buttons and waits for it to arrive. Ethan continues to try and talk Chad out of giving up on Whitney as they wait for the elevator. Ethan tells Chad that he can never give up on love. Chad agrees to talk to her one more time. They go back to see Theresa and Whitney, and Chad overhears Whitney telling Theresa how she can�t make anyone happy, including herself. Whitney ends up running out of the room, and into the faulty elevator! After she enters it, the woman hangs the sign on the elevator! Whitney gets stuck in the elevator, and wonders what is wrong with it.
At the Greystone Inn, Luis, Beth, and Liz arrive, and they think they are too late and Antonio and Sheridan are married! Liz and Beth tell Luis that Sheridan is in a terrible place, and she probably didn�t want to risk his life. Luis is furious and thinks Antonio did this without Sheridan knowing on purpose. Suddenly, Sheridan and Antonio show up, and Luis asks them how could they! Before they speak, Luis learns they aren�t married yet. Antonio thinks Luis is upset because they aren�t having a huge wedding, but he says they will do that later, and for now he and Beth can be their witnesses. Luis, however, refuses to allow this wedding to happen! Sheridan says Luis is just upset that the family is here. Antonio says he knows how he feels, but he can�t wait one more day to be Sheridan�s husband. Liz steps out of the shadows, and she is happy to see Antonio as is he to see her. The man running the weddings says there has been a delay, which gives them all time. Liz takes Antonio aside to catch up, and Luis tells Sheridan that she has to call this off! He asks what would have happened if she didn�t show up! Sheridan says he did show up, and that is why she called him! Luis says he didn�t get her message, he found out about this by calling the restaurant to check up on her. She is puzzled as to why he didn�t get her message. He says the important thing is he arrived in time. Luis asks if she would have married him? Sheridan says he had her backed into a corner and wouldn�t listen! Luis tells her not to sign the marriage license, but she says she already did! Luis realizes that Sheridan really was going to marry Antonio. He begs her to tell him that she wasn�t really going to marry Antonio, but she says she was going to marry him! Meanwhile, Antonio tells Liz how great his relationship with Sheridan is, and how much she loves him.
At the Crane Industries, Theresa and Ethan talk to Chad about Whitney. Theresa tells Chad that Whitney does love him, but he says she won�t stand up for them, so it is too late. Theresa says Whitney feels torn in many different directions, and Ethan says he has to cut Whitney some slack. Chad doesn�t think he can. Ethan says nothing would keep him from fighting for the woman he loved. Ethan�s words give Theresa hope. Ethan continues to tell Chad how real love doesn�t come around enough for him to be able to walk away from it.
Meanwhile, Whitney runs into the faulty elevator, and finds out that Julian Crane is in it with her! Julian tries to ask her what happened, but she refuses to talk. Suddenly, the elevator lurches, and comes to a stop. Elsewhere, the repairman thinks the car is empty, which is good because the cable won�t hold much longer. Back in the elevator, Julian tries to use the phone to contact someone for help, but it�s not working. Julian says everyone is gone for the evening, so they are stuck here. Whitney says Theresa is still here, so Julian decides to use his cell phone and call Theresa�s office. Whitney makes her promise not to tell Theresa that she�s with him. Theresa answers the phone, but the elevator lurches again and the cell phone falls to the floor and they end up disconnected. The elevator begins shaking, and Julian calls Theresa back and tells her that he�s stuck in an elevator and something is wrong. Whitney screams, and Theresa hears her. Julian says Whitney is here, and they both need help! He�s able to tell her that they�re in the elevator, and then the thing lurches again and his phone ends up getting smashed. Whitney�s claustrophobia begins to affect her, and Julian tries to convince her that they will be okay.
Back in her office, Theresa says they have to get help, something is really wrong. They go to the elevators, and see the sign on them. The repairman says these elevators aren�t safe, so they need to take the steps. Theresa says two people are trapped in the elevator, and the man says the cables aren�t safe, and they could break at any second! Ethan asks what happens if the cables break? The man says that is the worst case scenario, but if the car falls, there will be no survivors!
At the Greystone Inn, Antonio tells Liz how happy he is, and how he�s glad they all came here because now family and friends are part of the wedding. Liz can�t help but think about the truth, and how it will crush him if he finds out the truth. Suddenly, Antonio is hit with a pain, and passes out! He comes too, and he tells Liz that he will be okay, this has happened before and it ends after a few minutes. Liz tells him that he does not look well at all! He tells her thanks. She questions him about this, but he says he is fine, she can even ask the people at the hospital. Liz looks worried, and he asks her if she knows something she�s not telling him, did Sheridan tell him something? Liz says nobody said anything to her about his health. Antonio says he is hoping the dizzy spells will end after he is married, and their honeymoon. Liz asks where they are planning on going? Antonio says he was hoping Saint Lisa�s, if she doesn�t mind. Liz says she doesn�t, and Antonio thinks Sheridan is going to want to repay her for everything, so she can do some repairs and upgrades to her hotel. Liz says no, she doesn�t want the money, but Antonio says Sheridan will probably insist. Antonio says they should go back inside now, and he insists he is feeling better. Antonio also thanks Liz for being here because she is his best friend.
Meanwhile, Luis is devastated when Sheridan reveals that she was going to marry Antonio. He says they have no choice now, they must tell him the truth, and she should have done it! Sheridan says she couldn�t have told him the truth, she couldn�t take t he gamble that he could die! Sheridan tells Luis that she does want to be with him, but she can�t help but think about the warnings Eve gave them. She says if they killed Antonio, she couldn�t go on living and having people talking about them. Luis says he can�t think about the future when he�s too concerned with the here and now. He says he will not let her marry Antonio and he doesn�t care who gets hurt, even if it is his brother. Sheridan tells him that he can�t mean that, but Luis refuses to believe his brother will die from the truth. Sheridan says if she marries Antonio she could save his life, and if she doesn�t, it could kill him! Luis says that is a choice they have to take, because he can�t let her marry his brother. Antonio and Liz return, and Antonio asks Sheridan if she is ready to get married? She tells him that she is.
At the Greystone Inn, Antonio returns and asks Sheridan if she is ready to get married. Sheridan says she is, and Luis tells Antonio to stop because he has something to say! Antonio asks if this can wait, but Luis says it can�t. Luis tells Antonio than him and Sheridan can�t do this, it is not right. Luis says he doesn�t want to hurt him, but this has gone on way to long and the truth must come out. Liz hopes Luis won�t go through with it, as does Sheridan. They both give him looks, and Luis chickens out and says momma is going to be devastated that she missed the wedding. He says she already feels like she has missed out on most of his life, and this will tear her apart. Antonio says they have been through this already, but Luis says this is going to hurt momma and the rest of their family. Antonio says they will have a family wedding later, but Luis says it won�t be the same. Antonio says the only thing momma cares about is her children�s happiness, and then he suggests Beth and Luis marry with them! Luis says he can�t do that, it wouldn�t be fare to Beth or momma. The justice of the peace returns and asks to speak to the men alone. They go with him, and Liz tells Sheridan that she is worried about Brian. Sheridan says Luis will put a stop to this wedding if he has to, and Beth says she can�t let Luis do that! Sheridan asks why, and Beth says she just doesn�t want to see Antonio to die over this and for her and Luis to have this on their hands. Beth says the guilt could damage their marriage! Sheridan agrees, and Liz says no matter what they do, someone will get hurt. Luis and Antonio return, and Antonio says everything is ready, and they are getting a reduced wait for having to wait so long. The wedding march plays, and the wedding begins! Luis says he can�t let this happen, but Beth and Liz says they have no choice. The justice asks for anyone to speak as to why this couple can�t be married, and Luis blurts out that he has a reason!
At Tabitha�s, Connie checks out the TV. Tabitha tells Connie that she is supposed to be cleaning the house, but Connie says she doesn�t feel like it. Tabitha tells Connie that if she wants to remain in this house she is going to do what she tells her to. Connie tells Tabitha that she is not afraid of her, her powers are weak! Connie ends up watching what is going on at Craned Industries after magically zapping the TV. Tabitha ends up glued to the set as well and watches as the drama unfolds. Tabitha freaks out at Julian and Whitney bonding because she says it could ruin her plan for the destruction of the Russells!
At Crane Industries, everyone tries to figure out how to save Whitney and Julian. The repair man hasn�t a clue because they are stuck between floors. Chad asks about the top hatch, but the repair man says it has been rusted shut for years and julian would never pay to fix it. Theresa says they have to do something, and the repair man says he might have a way. The repairman suggest they use the safety chain in his van and attach it to the elevator to hold it up. They the safety chain, and then the repairman prepares to be lowered down there. However, there are lose electrical wires in the shaft, and he says he can�t do it, it is too dangerous. Ethan says he�ll do it! Ethan and Chad work together to attach the chain to the car, and Chad lowers Ethan down to the car. Unfortunately, Ethan slips, and ends up on top of the car and unconscious!
In the elevator, Julian and Whitney try to stay calm. Julian tries to fix the phone in the elevator, and he tries to calm Whitney down at the same time. The phone is a no go, so Julian focuses of keeping Whitney calm. The two soon begin to discuss regrets and the choices they have made. Julian bonds with Whitney over lost loves. He tells her not to make the mistake he did and follow her heart.

Updated the summary, but didn�t proof it because it�s so late and been another long day for me (but very productive on a school level!) I do apologizes for not proofing the summaries as much this week!
At the Bennett�s, Sam accuses Grace of not wanting to go through with this annulment, and he demands she tell him whether or not she has any feelings at all for David. Grace tells Sam that she can�t tell him she has no feelings for David! Grace says she doesn�t remember being married to David, but they do share a child, just like he and Ivy do. Sam tells her to keep Ivy out of this, but Grace refuses! Eve and TC worry and think Sam and Grace are going to say something they can�t take back. Eve plans to get a sedative for Grace. Eve goes out to her car, and finds Ivy snooping through the window! She asks Ivy what she is doing here, and Ivy smiles. She tells Eve that she is here making sure her plan is going as planned! Eve refuses to let Ivy do this to Sam and Grace, but ivy says if she does exposes her, she�ll reveal to Sam and Grace that she has known the truth all along as well, and they will hate her! Eve says she only cares about Sam and Grace right now!
Back inside, Sam demands Grace admit she loves David, but they are interrupted by Eve and Ivy. Eve says Ivy has something to say to them all, but they are interrupted by Theresa�s call about the elevator! Chad takes over when Theresa ends up in tears, and he explains what has happened! Chad tells Sam that they aren�t sure, but Ethan could be dead! Sam passes on the info to everyone, and how they have to get over to Crane Industries.
At the Greystone Inn, Luis speaks instead of forever holding his peace. Antonio asks Luis what reason he has for him not marrying Sheridan? Luis says Sheridan doesn�t love him, but Antonio says that is not true and wonders if Luis is playing a joke. Antonio says he�ll get him back for this joke when he and Beth get to the altar, and Antonio asks for the wedding to continue. Luis can�t believe this is happening, but Beth is thrilled. Sheridan and Antonio arrive at the �I do�s.� Liz suddenly passes out, and successfully stops the wedding. A doctor checks her over, and thinks she might have appendicitis and she needs to get to the hospital. The wedding is officially postponed, and Liz feels bad about ruining the day. Later, Liz reveals to everyone that she is fine, she faked it and knew exactly what to say so they�d think she had appendicitis. Liz goes to the hospital and ends up checking out, and Antonio unfortunately wants to go back and finish the wedding!
At Crane Industries, in the elevator Julian tells Whitney when they get out of here, not to make the same mistake he did, not to let her father decide her destiny. Meanwhile, Ethan slips and falls down the elevator shaft to the top of the elevator, and is knocked unconscious! Whitney and Julian wonder what is going on. Julian realizes the cables are breaking, but he says nothing because Whitney is worried enough. Whitney begins up dreaming up her own disaster scenario, but Julian insists Crane�s don�t die in freak accidents, they will be okay. Julian says that she will live to make everything right with her beau. Whitney asks Julian about this person he loved, and if she is still around? He says it is too late for him and his love. Whitney asks him who the love of his life is? Julian describes Eve, but never names her. Whitney feels close to this woman when she describes her singing talent, and she says she is puzzled as to where she got her talent from. Julian says he got it from her mother! Whitney asks how he knows that? Julian says he is just guessing, and he tells her that she is just so much like her mother. Whitney didn�t know he knew her mom. Whitney ends up realizing that she is feeling sorry for Julian, the man who took advantage of Theresa and who hurt her father so much. Julian says he is not up to anything, and insists he has changed. Whitney refuses to believe him, and she hopes he pays for the misery he�s caused people. Meanwhile, Chad says they need to get help, this is too much even for them. They make a call; and Sam, Grace, the Russell�s, David, and even Ivy show up. They all work to try and save Ethan and Whitney, they don�t yet know Julian is in the elevator with her. Suddenly, the cables snap, and the elevator plummets!
Back at Tabitha�s, Tabitha nd Connie continue watching the TV and the chaos going on around Harmony, and at the Greystonne inn. Tabitha gives Connie a refresher on Luis and Sheridan�s relationship, and their past lives as Antony and Cleopatra.
