In Julian’s office, Ethan tells Julian that when he decides to marry he will think it over. Julian hopes so, because when he picks that woman, he best make sure it is the right one. As Julian talks about picking the right woman, Eve’s tape continues to play in the background. Ethan wonders where this advice is coming from, he never gave him this type of advice when he thought he was his son. Julian tells Ethan that he doesn’t want to see him make the same mistake he did and let the woman he loves get away. Ethan has to get back to Theresa, and he wishes Julian had been more like that growing up, this Julian would make a good father, or at least a good friend.
Ethan returns to Theresa’s room and finds Gwen there, and the environment is very tense. He asks if everything is okay? Gwen claims she woke up and came here looking for him. Ethan gives Theresa the latest book he has for her, and as she thanks him, Gwen becomes upset as Ethan refuses to come back to bed until he helps Theresa. He eventually says goodnight to her, and she thanks him for everything. As they are leaving, Theresa cries out wow, and Ethan stops. They begin talking about the case report, and once again Ethan gets tied up with Theresa.
Out on the grounds, as TC and Eve talk to Simone about her relationship with Chad, Chad is ending his with Whitney. Whitney tries to explain why she did what she did: because her dad is depending on her to do what he couldn’t. Chad only understands that she is putting tennis before him, and so it is over between them. Whitney says she does love him, and she doesn’t want this to end, but she also doesn’t want to hurt her father or her sister. Chad gets that, but he doesn’t think it is fair for him to be the one who gets hurt. Chad says she could have everything, but she chose to cut him out of her life! Simone shows up and asks what is going on, they look so serious. Chad says he will tell her exactly what they were talking about. Whitney refuses to let him tell her, and once again covers. Chad ends up telling Whitney that it is over for good.
Meanwhile, TC and Eve hear Julian’s tape of Eve singing, because Julian piped it on the grounds so he could listen to it as he took a walk, and TC tried to figure out who it is. Eve says she forgot her beeper and heads inside to find it. Eve goes to the study and destroys his tape, and then begins looking for more copies of it to destroy them as well. Back outside, Julian gets mad when Eve’s tape stops playing, and he becomes even more upset when he sees his car and garage. TC tells Simone it is time to face the music, and they go to see Julian. TC and Simone tells Julian what happened, and Julian yells at Simone and says she is going to pay for everything, and he is going to notify the authorities and she can spend the rest of the evening in jail for stealing his car! Simone cries, which drives TC nuts. He tells him to stop threatening his daughter, he will pay for the car. Julian says he doesn’t make enough money to pay for it! As they all argue, Eve shows up and Simone cries that Julian is sending her to jail. Eve says she won’t go to jail, and Simone tries to explain why she crashed the car. She tells him about the vision, and he thinks about his own vision with Eve. Julian tells Simone it is all right, if he left the keys in the car it is his fault. He says he will take care of the repairs, they need not concern themselves with this at all. TC says they will pay for the damages, so Julian says if they want to give money donate it to the hospital. Julian walks off, and TC wonders what Julian is up to, and what he is after.
Out by the hot tub, Luis proposes to Sheridan and she accepts. Meanwhile, Antonio almost finds them, but his head hurts and he decides to go back to the cottage because if Sheridan returns and he’s not there she will be worried. Suddenly his head hurts a lot, and he calls out to Sheridan. Sheridan hears him, and she and Luis wonder why he is here. Sheridan says she should go, and she thinks Antonio will probably just go right to sleep. She tells Luis she loves him, and then says goodbye. Sheridan takes Antonio back to the cottage and tries to get him to sleep, but he refuses to sleep without her in bed with him. He tells her that this is the way it should be, and the way it will be forever! Suddenly, Antonio feels like they are being watched, and he goes to the window. Antonio then realizes that this was where he lived as a kid, and him and Luis shared this room. He still feels like they are being watched, which they are by Luis, so he closes the blinds. Luis says he can’t take much more of this, he will find a way to fix this!
At the mansion, Julian reads his morning paper, but soon ends up thinking about Eve. Ivy shows up and teases him about his car, and asks how he made TC Russell pay? Julian says it is only a car, and no one was hurt, so he told TC to forget the whole thing. Ivy wonders what has happened to him, he waited for months for this car to arrive! Julian says there is more to life than a flashy sportscar. Ivy knows he is not doing this out of the goodness of his heart, so he must be getting something in return. She begins to wonder if Julian still has the hots for Eve? Julian leaves for a hospital board meeting, and Ivy calls David to discuss the next part of their plan. David shows up to talk to Ivy, who wants them to take advantage of the visions from last night. David wants to make their visions a reality, and he tells ivy that she doesn’t have to blackmail him anymore.
Ethan decides to check on Theresa, but assures Gwen that they are only friends. Gwen says she doesn’t trust Theresa, but Ethan thinks Theresa has accepted the truth. Gwen tells him that this job is just an excuse to spend time with him, but Ethan thinks nobody is that manipulative. Ethan asks Gwen to spend the day with him, and she accepts. They go to check on Theresa, and find her asleep at her desk! Ethan wakes Theresa up so she won’t miss her deadline, and she says her report is finished. She doesn’t know if she should print it and message it, or email it. She looks for the report on her computer, but can’t find it. She freaks out, and Ethan helps her. As Ethan tries to find her report, Alistair’s assistant calls and says Alistair is expecting the report. Ethan finds it in a different directory, and they email the report to Alistair. Theresa thanks Ethan, and he goes to get them some mimosas to celebrate. Alistair’s assistant calls back and she tells Theresa that Alistair wants to talk to her about the report. Gwen is hoping Alistair hated it, and Theresa waits for his response.
At the hospital, Eve lectures Charity for leaving the hospital last night. Kay shows up with flowers for Charity, and is caught by Grace. Grace thinks it is a lovely gesture, but . . . . Grace says she knows her better, what is she really up to? Are the flowers to score points with Miguel? She asks when this will stop? Kay says when she stops putting John, Charity, and everyone else’s happiness above hers! Grace thinks Kay is being effected by the evil that is back in town, so Kay decides to stop the evil by being honest with Charity about something she should know. Kay walks off, and Grace tells Eve that she is afraid she is losing Kay to evil. Suddenly, Julian Crane shows up, and Grace notices something odd going on between Julian and Eve. She asks Eve why he was being so nice to Julian? Eve tells her what happened with Simone and the car last night, and Grace begins to wonder if Julian wants Eve back. Eve says no, Julian knows she’d never leave TC, he just did a favor. Still, Grace remains suspicious. Back in Charity’s room, Charity thanks Kay for the flowers, and sends Miguel to get some water for them. Kay tells charity that she thinks she knows why she has been having some negative vibes, she and Miguel have something they have been meaning to tell her. Miguel returns just in time, and stops Kay. He drags her out in the hall and tells her that Charity must not know, but Kay says their lie could be bringing evil back to Harmony. As they argue, one of, one of the dancing babies shows up in Charity;s room! Charity tells the baby that she knows who he is.
Beth brings Luis a home cooked meal, and he thanks her with a hug. She is shocked, but the hug was because Beth just helped him realize what to do. He says he was afraid to go over their empty handed, and now he has an excuse, breakfast! Beth says she made this for him, and he says he appreciates it, but Sheridan and Antonio will appreciate it more.
At the cottage, Sheridan admires her ring, but realizes she has to take it off before Antonio wakes up. The ring ends up stuck on her finger, and she can’t get it up! Antonio wakes up with Sheridan on the couch. Sheridan left the bed so he could rest, and he came out to be with her. He tells her tonight they will sleep in their bed. He kissed her hand and ends up seeing the engagement ring. He asks where she got it? Sheridan says he wasn’t supposed to see it. Brian finally realizes it is his grandmother’s ring, and he asks her how she got it? Suddenly, Luis and Beth show up with breakfast! Sheridan tells Luis that Antonio just saw her ring, and Antonio says he was trying to figure out why and how Sheridan got that ring. He realizes that Luis gave the ring to Sheridan, and Luis says he did. Antonio ask why? Luis says moma told him that he could. Antonio thanks Luis for giving Sheridan the ring, because he knows he could have given the ring to Beth. Luis wants to be honest, but Sheridan stops him. Luis and Sheridan talk in private. Luis tells Sheridan that this can’t go on any more. As they argue about what to do, Beth continues to urge Antonio to elope with Sheridan.
At the Bennett’s, Sam and TC are playing basketball when David and John show up. Sam ends up knocking David down, and he says he’s sorry, he didn’t see him there. Sam ends up challenging David to a little one on one. David accepts, and the game begins. They play really rough, and Sam wins. Sam demands David give the annulment to Grace, but David refuses to lie before God and the church and says Grace wouldn’t want that. Sam says he doesn’t care what Grace wants or believes, he just wants the annulment!
At the hospital, Grace and Eve continue talking about Julian as he spies on them. Eve says she can’t think of any other generous acts Julian has ever done. Grace just hopes Julian doesn’t expect a reward for this act. Eve assures Grace that she would never trust Julian again. Later, Julian shows up and tells Eve that the hospital board commends her for her work in saving Charity. Eve tells Grace that she needs to talk to Julian alone. Grace leaves, and Eve thanks Julian again for last night, but if he thinks he can win her back he needs to know that there is no way she will ever be his again. Eve tells Julian that she only loves her husband. Eve walks off, and Julian says no he wants Eve more than ever!
Miguel begs Kay not tell Charity that they had sex, because the shock could cause complications with her recovery. In Charity’s room, the dancing baby shows up and Charity says she knows who he is! The baby bounces on Charity’s bed, and she calls him an evil baby. She screams for help, and Miguel comes in to see her. The baby is gone, and Miguel and Kay are puzzled by her talk of a baby. She becomes upset, and he tells her to calm down. Charity insists the baby is hiding in the room, and Kay suggests the drugs are causing her to hallucinate. The baby ends up running out of the room, and Kay freaks out because she actually saw it. Kay decides to go catch it, but Charity says it is evil. Kay says they can’t let a baby wander around the hospital. She goes after the baby, and Charity begs Miguel to stay with her. Meanwhile, Kay chases the fourth baby around, and as she is about to grab it, it kicks her in the face! Kay continues to chase the baby as Charity tells Miguel that so much evil is headed their way.
At Tabitha’s, the fourth baby shows up, the one in the gold diaper, and it puzzles Tabitha. The babies begin wrecking Tabitha’s house, and Tabitha decides to ask the mystery baby who its mother is. Meanwhile, Jessica and Reese show up, and Reese looks into Tabitha’s house and once again becomes suspicious of her. He sees her chasing around the babies, and thinks she’s running a baby smuggling operation! Reese bangs on the door, and he demands Tabitha open up. Tabitha convinces Connie to hide the babies, and herself, and Tabitha goes to deal with Reese. Connie gets the babies to go in the closet by threatening to allow Michael Jackson to adopt them! OUCH! Theresa lets Reese and Jessica in, and Reese demands to know where the scar-faced doll and the babies are. Tabitha thinks he is seeing things again, but he begins searching the place. Jessica tells Reese to stop this, he is upsetting Tabitha! Jessica gets Reese out of the house, and Tabitha goes to figure out what is up with the babies. She goes to the friends in the basement and demands to know who the mother of the fourth baby is. She says these babies are the result of her plans, and she has a right to know who the fourth baby is. The friends tell her she has no rights, and if she hasn’t guessed the answer for herself, she is one worthless witch. They tell her that she’ll know everything in time, and that fourth baby will bring more chaos and heartache than the other three babies combined!
At the cottage, Luis tells Sheridan that they have to put an end to this. Luis asks Sheridan if Antonio tried to make love to her last night? Sheridan assures him that nothing happened last night. Luis says they can’t drug Antonio every night, either they will have to tell him the truth, or she will have to sleep with him to cover the truth. Meanwhile, Beth once again urges Antonio to take Sheridan off to elope. He agrees to elope with Sheridan right away. Brian says he just needs to find a special place to do it, and Beth recommends the Greystone inn. Antonio thinks it is perfect, and he wants her and Luis to come be their witnesses. Beth tells him that he can’t tell Luis, eloping is supposed to be private, a surprise. Beth tells him that he should surprise Sheridan, and if he tells Luis, he will tell Pilar and she will insist the whole family there. She also says Sheridan would want Ethan, Gwen, and her other friends there. Beth tells Antonio that he should just grab Sheridan and whisk her away. Antonio thinks the real reason she doesn’t want Luis to know is because she wants to have Luis to himself on her wedding day. Antonio says it is okay, and he tells her to get luis out of here so he can tell Sheridan. Beth says no, and convinces Antonio not to tell her, make it a romantic surprise! Antonio says Sheridan is going to have to know so she can pack, but Beth says she’ll pack Sheridan’s things up. She also convinces Antonio not to tell Sheridan whose idea this was, because she wants him to have full credit! Antonio asks Sheridan to lunch someplace special, and Luis butts in and says he and Beth would love to go with them! Antonio says today is just for him and Sheridan. Meanwhile, Beth packs Sheridan’s bag full of negligees, and cuts a whole in Sheridan’s diaphragm! Antonio and Sheridan take off for lunch, and neither Luis nor Sheridan suspects what is really going on.
In the book café, Chad is helping out Beth by volunteering, which Simone thinks is sweet since he has his own DJ business now. Simone ends up talking about how everyone has been harping to her that he loved Whitney, but she is so glad that they were wrong and he fell in love with her. Meanwhile, outside the café, TC lectures Whitney because she is not focused on tennis. He asks what is distracting her. Whitney thinks about her breakup with Chad, but TC thinks she is distracted because she is tired from the party last night. Whitney says that must be it, so TC says from now on she needs to get to bed early. He says she will fulfill both her grandfather’s dreams as well as his. Whitney and Chad look at one another through the window, and later TC and Whitney go inside. Chad is cold to Whitney when she tries to talk to him. He says they said it all last night. Simone thinks Whitney is upset about her lousy practice, and she says she will be back on her game tomorrow. Simone says she is just so happy, things are great for the both of them. Tabitha ends up running into the Café, carrying Connie, screaming about the baby! Everyone thinks Tabitha has gone bonkers because of Timmy’s death. Chad ends up offering coffee and sandwiches to everyone, and Simone thinks one of Chad’s CD’s will put everyone in a good mood. Unfortunately she picks the CD Chad and Whitney made together! Meanwhile, TC talks to Tabitha about her state of mind and how he will drop by her house to check on her from time to time. The baby runs out of the café, right after mooning Tabitha, so she and Connie go after it!
Liz arrives in Harmony and worries about Brian/Antonio. She remembers she is supposed to call Sheridan/Diana on her cell phone, but it is turned off. Liz takes a cab, and heads to the Book Café. Liz arrives and sees how upset Whitney is, and offers to listen if she needs to talk. Whitney says no, and says nobody can help her. Liz sees how Whitney is looking at Chad, and she tells her that she reminds her of a friend of hers who lost a man to another woman because she wasn’t open and honest with him about how much she loved him. Whitney asks how her friend got over the man she loved, but Liz says she never did and still loves him to this day. Whitney thanks her for this advice, and she decides to go talk to Chad. However, as she goes to see him, he is throwing away the CD they made and saying how this is the past and it is over for good!
Luis and Beth return to Beth’s, and Beth makes Luis a cup of coffee and some lunch while Luis vents about Sheridan and Antonio. Luis apologizes for dumping all this on her because he knows how much he hurt her. Beth says he was honest, and she was hurt, but he can’t help how he feels. Luis tells her that none of this can be easy for her, and he appreciates it. As they hug, Mrs. Wallace shows up to see what is going on. She says she had an accident, so Beth says she’ll go in and clean things up for her. Beth and her mother leave the room, and Mrs. Wallace demands to know what is going on! Beth tells her mom not to worry about it, by the end of the day Luis will be all hers! Mrs. Wallace tells Beth that she is damaging her soul by doing this! Beth says Antonio and Sheridan will be together, and she will be with Luis like she was meant to be! Mrs. Wallace ends up praying to her saints for help.
Meanwhile, Antonio takes Sheridan to the Greystone Inn, and they are shown to their table. Sheridan leaves to freshen up, and Antonio makes sure everything he has requested has been prepared. Antonio ends up toasting to them, and hopefully what will turn out to be the most wonderful day in their life! Sheridan ends up blurting out, as she is looking at the view, that this place reminds her of a place she went with Luis. Antonio asks when she went to a romantic inn with Luis? Sheridan says she said Louise, her friend from college she toured Europe with. Antonio excuses himself to wash-up, but really makes sure everything for their elopement is ready and perfect. The wedding coordinator asks if he has witnesses or family, and he decides to make a call. He calls Beth’s place, and Mrs. Wallace answers and listens in as Antonio talks to Beth. Antonio asks Beth and Luis coming up and being his witnesses. Beth says that is a really bad idea, and Luis asks what is a bad idea? Antonio hears Luis and asks to speak to him and get his take on the wedding. Meanwhile, Sheridan calls Luis on her cellphone, and he takes the call outside. Beth ends up telling Antonio that Luis isn’t here, and Mrs. Wallace ends up learning all about the elopement. Beth tells Antonio that they thought they talked about this before, but she will try and find Luis. She says that means they would have to wait until they got there, possibly until the morning. Antonio decides to just get witnesses there, he just wishes they would have been able to come up. Mrs. Wallace tries to tell Antonio the truth, but he’s already hung up by time she spits it out. Meanwhile, Sheridan tells Luis that she doesn’t think they should be much longer. After she is done talking to Luis, a wedding cake is brought in for dessert. Antonio tells Sheridan that they are getting married today!
Back at Beth’s, Beth punishes her mom for trying to spoil her plan. Beth tells her mom that there is nothing she can do to stop this wedding! Beth says when Antonio and Sheridan are finally married, Luis will be all hears forever!
At the Book Café, Whitney is hurt when Chad throws the CD they made away and says it was all a waste of time. Whitney ends up running out of the Book Café in tears. Liz tells Chad that the song he was playing was very pretty, but he says it doesn’t do it for him anymore and says it is history. Suddenly, Luis and Beth show up, and Liz recognizes him. Luis asks why she is in Harmony. Liz says she is looking for her brother and Diana. Liz asks how she knows his brother. Liz says they lived and worked in her hotel. She asks if he knows where they are? Luis says he does, but there are some things she should know first. He explains the whole long story to Liz. Meanwhile, Mrs. Wallace shows up and argues with Beth over whether this wedding will happen or not. Mrs. Wallace says Sheridan will call Luis, and he will be out of here. Beth thanks her mom for reminding her of that loophole! Beth ends up accidentally spilling water on Luis jacket, and she takes it (and his cell phone) to dry it off. She turns off Luis phone and forwards his calls, while Mrs. Wallace tells Beth she is going to hell for this! Liz and Luis continue talking about Sheridan and what happened. Luis then tells Liz that Antonio doesn’t know about him and Sheridan, because he is dying. The rest of the story is told to Liz, and she feared this would happen if he raced again. Luis realizes how much Liz cares for Antonio, and he asks her if she is in love with him. Liz says nothing, which speaks volumes. Liz says she just can’t see him without Sheridan in his life, she means that much to him. Luis says tough, Sheridan is his! Meanwhile, Beth intercepts Sheridan’s voicemail for Luis, and erases it!
Theresa shows up for her first day at work at Crane Industries. She vows to reinstate Ethan into the family and get him working here again. Trish, Theresa’s assistant shows up to go over her duties. Theresa has never had a secretary, so she doesn’t know where to begin. Trish goes to get Theresa some coffee, and she tells her that the person who had this office before her hasn’t fully cleaned out the drawers. Theresa ends up having a fantasy of Ethan being hers again, and proposing to her. Later, Whitney shows up for some support. Whitney tells Theresa that she and Chad are over. She tells her what happened, and how she has lost Chad forever. Chad shows up and overhears Whitney saying she doesn’t know why Chad would call their relationship off, and he tells her to tell Theresa the truth!
Ethan and Gwen go for a walk on the boardwalk, but Gwen can’t help but wonder if Ethan would rather be with Theresa. Ethan assures her that he wants to be here with the beautiful woman he is with. Ethan promises Gwen that from now on, they will be happy, the hard times are behind them. They end up stopping in a jewelry store so Gwen can have a watch repaired, and they begin looking at rings. Gwen hopes Ethan doesn’t think she is fishing for a ring. He says he doesn’t. Gwen is told it will take longer for her watch to be repaired than expected, but she has a meeting to go to. Ethan agrees to wait for her watch, and she thanks him. Later, Ethan decides to buy an engagement ring!
