At the mansion, Ivy reveals the annulment papers which has Julian and Theresa's names on it. Ethan is confused, so Ivy spells it out. Ivy says Theresa and Julian must have been married in Bermuda! Ethan asks Theresa if she is married to Julian? Rebecca walks in and would like to hear the answer to that too! Rebecca demands and explanation, as does Ivy. Rebecca wants to know what marriage is being annulled, and why has she signed above Mrs. Julian Crane. Theresa says nothing, and Rebecca says it is true, they are married! Rebecca says the pieces of the puzzle fit together perfectly, and calls Theresa a little slut for tricking Julian into marrying her pooky. She calls the whole lot of Lopez-Fitzgeralds a bunch of gold diggers. Pilar tries to attack Rebecca, but Whitney and Ethan hold her back. Ethan and Ivy then ask Theresa to please explain. Theresa says she didn't know what she was signing, she came here to borrow some money from Julian, and she thought she was signing loan papers. She produces the check showing Ethan that Julian gave her a check. Ethan tells Theresa that she is amazing, but he doesn't want Julian's money and rips up the check. Julian hopes they are all satisfied. Ivy says she is still confused, why the annulment papers? Rebecca would like to hear the answer to that one too. Julian says Harper drew up the papers since Ivy was contesting the divorce, so he thought maybe she would accept an annulment. Ethan refuses to accept an annulment and says they will have a proper divorce settlement and Ivy will get what she is entitled to. Ethan than rips up the annulment papers and throws them out. Ivy and Rebecca still aren't convinced. Later, Ethan thanks Theresa again for what she tried to do, and he asks her not to keep anymore secrets from her. He says if he knew what she was up to, he could have told her not to go to Julian in the first place, and they could have avoided all this trouble. Theresa and Ethan leave, and Pilar worries Theresa's secret will come out. Meanwhile, both Ivy and Rebecca think more is going on that they know. Back in the study, Julian calls Harper and asks for a new set of annulment papers immediately!
At the station, Luis hopes his plan to find Sheridan works. He is convinced that the woman they cremated was not Sheridan. Sam hopes Luis won't be disappointed in the results, but Luis is convinced that someone, somewhere has seen Sheridan. Sam suggests Luis take a leave of absence because he's going through a lot and needs to rest. Luis thinks about it, and later Beth comes into the station. She asks him how he is doing? Luis says he is great because Sheridan is alive! He says he knows she is because she sent him their special flower, which he shows her. Beth feels horrible and tells Luis that she sent the rose. She thought she was doing something nice, giving him a special memory of Sheridan. SHe says she never thought for a minute that he would think it was from Sheridan. Beth asks Luis to forgive her. Luis decides to call the captain up and tell him to forget about distributing the flyer, which he does. Luis realizes that he has to accept the fact that Sheridan is dead. Luis remembers when he almost died, and how he saw Sheridan grieving over him. He is thankful that she isn't the one who was left alone, because he wouldn't want Sheridan to live through the pain he is living through now. Beth says she knows what he is going through. Luis says he is sorry, he didn't know how much it hurt her when they broke it off. Beth tells him not to worry, she doesn't hold a grudge, and she understands why he broke things off. Luis asks Beth if you ever get over loosing the one you love? Beth says no, she doesn't think so. Luis agrees.
Kay and Simone are walking home, and Kay tells Simone how her mom is not married to her dad, but to David. Simone feels bad for Grace, but all Kay cares about herself. Kay says she is a bastard, her whole life is ruined! Kay says this whole thing shows that it doesn't pay to be good, being good gets you nowhere. Kay says this has taught her that if she wants something she should reach out and take it. Simone thinks that is just and excuse to be bad, and she tells her that her parents love one another way too much to let this David guy come between them. Simone tells Kay that her mother is a good person, and she should try to be more like her. They then head inside only to discover David kissing Grace! Kay is furious and asks David who the hell he thinks he is, how dare he take advantage of her mother! Kay yells at David to get out! Grace tells Kay no, she let David kiss her. Kay can't believe this and asks how her mom could betray her dad like this! Kay calls David a bastard and thinks this is all his fault, he is destroying their family. Grace tries to calm Kay down and says David has done nothing wrong, it isn't his fault. Sam shows up and asks what all the yelling is about? Kay rushes into her dad's arms, and Sam asks what David has done now? Kay asks her dad to make him leave or put him in jail. Grace says David did nothing, which angers Kay. Kay tells her dad that she walked in and found the two of them kissing! Grace says they should discuss this in private. Sam asks Kay to go upstairs, and Simone takes off. Sam demands and explanation.
Out on the island, the fax begins to come through over Liz's machine. Everyone waits for the fax, which "Diana" is convinced is about her. The cover sheet comes through, stating a photo and information will follow. The fax machine runs out of paper, so Liz runs to get some. "Diana" becomes frustrated because she thinks the fax is about her. She says she wants to remember and return to her life. "Diana" thanks Brian for everything he has done, but she says there are people out there who love her and probably miss her. Brian is quiet, and "Diana" asks him if something is wrong? Brian says no, and he just hopes things work out the way she wants. Meanwhile, the captain realizes the fax didn't go through to Liz, and attempts to re-send it. However, Luis calls him to stop him before he can re-send the fax! Fortunately, the faxes have mostly been sent, and he thinks it is too late. Back on the island, Liz waits for the fax to finish. Sheridan looks at the fax, which is blank! Liz looks at it and sees that it indicated the transmission was cancelled. Liz calls the police to see what is going on, and learns the fax was a mistake and that is why it was cancelled. Brian knows she is disappointed, but tells her that perhaps the rest of her memory will return very soon. "Diana" thinks he is right, and later she has another memory about the man and she senses that he was in pain. She remembers when they were in the Crane vault, and Luis almost died. She says she saw herself holding him, grieving over him because he is dead. Brian asks her if she is sure? "Diana" is sure, and she cries in Brian's arms. She says she has no one, but Brian says she has him.
Elsewhere, Ivy pumps Pilar for information about what is really going on. Pilar says that her Theresa may not be perfect, but she would never hurt her or Ethan on purpose. Pilar then says that if Ivy wants to blame someone for all of her problems, she should look in the mirror, because nobody forced her to lie about Ethan and stay in a loveless marriage! Ivy says she doesn't want to fight with her, and she understands that they will both protect their children. Ivy asks Pilar if she can look her in the eye and tell her that Theresa isn't hiding anything else from Ethan, that she hasn't done something that can hurt him? Pilar lies, and says Theresa is not keeping anything from Ethan. Ivy thanks Pilar and says she believes her. Pilar leaves, and feels horrible about lying. Back inside, Ivy knows Pilar just lied to her. Ivy makes a phone call and asks someone to come see her immediately. Jerry, the head of Crane security, shows up to see Ivy. Ivy asks Jerry to find out what happened between Julian and Theresa in Bermuda.
At the Book Cafe, Ethan, Theresa, Whitney, and Chad hang out. Ethan tells them the whole story about what happened at the mansion, and then Ethan and Theresa leave to say hello to a friend. Chad noticed a look between Whitney and Theresa, and he asks her if Theresa is married to Julian? Whitney says nothing, and Chad eventually realizes it is true. Chad says he can't let Ethan be made a fool of, and decides to tell Ethan the truth. Whitney stops him and tells him that he can't tell Ethan, and she explains what happened to Theresa. Whitney says if Ethan finds out what happened, he will kill Julian, and wind up in jail! Chad says he'll kill Julian for what he did to Theresa! Meanwhile, Ethan and Theresa look at a magazine, and Theresa finds a quiz in the magazine, which Ethan thinks is dumb. Theresa says that isn't true, and begins asking him questions. Later, Ethan and Theresa return to Chad and Whitney, and Ethan proposes a toast to Theresa, his bride to be and most honest woman he knows. Later, Whitney talks to Chad some more and tells him that Ethan ripped up the annulment papers, so now Theresa and Julian are back to square one. CHad just hopes they can get another annulment before Rebecca forces Julian to marry her.
Miguel and Charity are out walking and planning to get married the minute they turn 18. meanwhile, Tabitha and Timmy are taking a stroll. They are going to pick up ingredients for some special Halloween Martimmy's to celebrate their own personal holiday, Halloween. They end up seeing Miguel and Charity playing kissy, and Tabitha says soon Kay will break the two of them up. Later, they run into Kay and Simone, who are talking about Grace kissing David. Kay says that now her mom is being bad, so why should she be good? Kay says that she has learned that a girl has to grab love and hold onto it however she can. Tabitha interrupts and says she was on her way to the store and couldn't overhear what they were saying about true love in Harmony. Tabitha tells them while many couples aren't happy, there is at least one happy couple, and she points to Miguel and Charity. Kay vows to make Miguel hers, and she asks Tabitha to stock up on tissues while she's at the store, just in case someone needs them. Kay spies on Miguel and Charity and learns that they are going to get engaged on their 18th birthdays. Miguel tells Charity that in some cultures when a couple gets engaged, they are encouraged to make love! Kay does not like this at all. Miguel asks Charity if they should sleep together once they are engaged. Charity isn't sure and says they should wait until the time comes and see how they feel. Kay refuses to let the time come, and says Charity won't even be engaged to Miguel if she has anything to say!
At Tabitha's, Sam is furious with David for kissing his wife. David says that he didn't think Kay would walk in. Sam asks David if he really thinks he could get away with seducing his wife? David says Grace is his wife, so he (Sam) is the one guilty of seducing his wife! Sam grabs David and threatens to kill him! Grace tells Sam not to do this, and she says she gave David permission to kiss her! Sam is shocked. Grace says she agreed to let David make a point, and she didn't know he was going to kiss her. David says he kissed her to try and make her remember the past, and her feelings for him, and he's sure she did. Sam asks Grace if she remembered her feelings for David. Grace says she didn't remember anything, but David says that is not true. David thinks Grace did remember, she just doesn't want to admit it to Sam because she is afraid. David returns to work, and leaves. When Sam learns David is helping rebuild their house, he becomes even more upset. Grace says David is just doing it to help her. Grace also says she trusts David, because she knows herself, and she wouldn't give her heart to a man who would lie, scheme, or take advantage of her.
Sheridan is saddened by a memory that misleads her to believe the man she loved died. Brian tries to comfort her. Sheridan fears with this man gone, no one will come looking for her and she'll never figure out her past. Brian tells her not to worry, she has him, and he promises her that she'll always have a home here. Sheridan thanks Brian, but Liz worries that Brian is in for a heartbreak.
Luis and Hank discuss the David situation. Luis admires that David has never given up on Grace. He admits he's still not certain Sheridan is dead. Hank thinks David is not what he seems to be, and begins to wonder why David never looked for Grace twenty years ago? Luis and Hank continue this discussion at the Book Cafe, where David shows up to talk to them. David tells Luis that he is sorry about his situation, but not to give up hope, he is living proof that miracles can happen. Later, Beth, on the phone, begins to scream. Luis runs to her side, where she is receiving terrible news.
Sam asks Grace about her feelings for David. She denies she has any feelings for him. Sam says he's just worried that David could be the great love of her life. Grace says even if he was, she doesn't remember him. Grace says she only remembers loving Sam, which is more than he can say. Sam asks what Grace is saying. Grace questions Sam about loving Ivy. Grace feels Ivy is a bigger threat to their marriage then David. Sam swears he doesn't love Ivy, and that she (Grace) is the great love of his life. As they kiss and make up, David shows up and does not look pleased.
At the Lopez-Fiztgerald house, Chad predicts a major catastrophe if Theresa's secret comes out. Whitney and Theresa worry about the annulment as Ethan fills out a new marriage license application. Theresa panics as Ethan rushes to file the papers.
At the mansion, Julian panics after realizing Rebecca tricked him into signing a marriage license. She states they are getting married tomorrow. He tries to persuade a suspicious Rebecca to wait, but to no avail. Rebecca wonders if Julian doesn't want to marry her because he can't because he's married to Theresa? Julian says of course not, he's just worried about Ivy. Rebecca says that Ivy can do nothing to them now according to her lawyers, so she can contest the divorce and their marriage all she wants. Julian fears he's about to become a bigamist and demands Harper put a rush on getting new annulment papers drawn up. Meanwhile, Ivy sends Jerry, the head of Crane security, to Bermuda to find out what Julian and Theresa are hiding. She doesn't buy the young girl's story and isn't about to let Theresa hurt her son. Later, she warns a gloating Rebecca to be careful what she wishes for. SHe says that being Mrs. Julian Crane isn't all it is cracked up to be. Rebecca thinks once she is married to Julian she will have power, but Ivy says she has a lot to learn about where the power really lies.
On the island, "Diana" tells Liz and Brian that maybe she has amnesia because maybe she has nothing and no one to go back to. Brian says she is just like everyone else on the island, and she is one of them now. "Diana" says it looks like she'll be here for awhile, and then decides to go make them some sandwiches. After "Diana" leaves, Liz tells Brian that if "Diana" is going to stay here, he is going to have to pay for her and him, and she'd like to know when he's going to start paying those bills? Brian promises he will take care of it, but Liz wants to know how? Brian ignores her, so she comes up with a way for him to get the money to pay for him and Diana. Liz takes Brian and "Diana" down to the docks, and tells him to fix up a boat for her because it needs a little work. "Diana" wants to help, she thinks it will be fun. As they step onto the boat, "Diana" has memories of her and Luis stepping onto the boat back in Bermuda. "Diana" breaks down when she remembers how much her man loved her.
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Theresa tells Ethan that they should have a "make your own fajheta party!" Ethan, Chad, and Whitney think it sounds like a good idea. Chad then whispers to Whitney that he feels like a jerk for not telling Ethan the truth. Whitney says they can't tell him, but she fears the secret will come out. Chad asks who knows the truth? Whitney names all the people who know, and Chad says that is a lot of people! Later, Theresa comes across the vows Ethan wrote for their wedding, and she is touched when she reads them. They continue to plan the wedding, and Ethan wishes his mother would be a part of the wedding, but she doesn't want them to marry at all. Ethan says his mother will realize one day that Theresa did not send the email to the tabloid, and that she will never keep a secret from him again. Later, Father Lonigan shows up. Ethan tells Father Lonigan that he'd like to set up a date for him to marry them, now that they have all their affairs in order. Theresa tells Father Lonigan that by tomorrow, all the proper papers will be filed! Theresa walks Father Lonigan out, and he tells her that he's disappointed in her, she still hasn't been honest with Ethan. Father Lonigan tells Theresa that he will not marry her and Ethan until she is honest with Ethan. Theresa tells Whitney what Father Lonigan said. Theresa hopes the annulment papers come in soon, and she can convince Father Lonigan to marry them. Whitney tells Theresa that she should know by now none of her plans work out.
At the mansion, Rebecca asks Julian to run some errands with her, but he says he is far to busy to run errands. Rebecca threatens to rat Julian out if he doesn't cooperate, which angers Julian. Rebecca says she won't stop blackmailing him until he makes her Mrs. Julian Crane.
Elsewhere Tabitha tells Timmy that they need to figure a way to sneak onto the Crane Estate and back into Hecuba's lair to find some ingredients to help Kay tear Charity and Miguel apart. Timmy is afraid Julian will catch them, but Tabitha says he's far to busy with his own problems to notice them. Suddenly, Father Lonigan walks by. He says he senses her, calling her evil, and warns her that one day they will do battle, and the forces of evil will not be able to help her out! Later, Tabitha asks the dark forces for help getting into Hecuba's lair. Meanwhile, Julian and Rebecca run by, they are on the way to the post office to drop off invitations for their wedding. Rebecca crashes into Tabitha, and Julian sees Timmy moving about and freaks out. Julian asks Rebecca to look, the doll is alive! Rebecca pics up the invitations, but not before Tabitha steals one of them! Rebecca and Julian take off, and Tabitha tells Timmy that tomorrow they are going to a wedding!
Meanwhile, Ivy calls Jerry to learn what he has found out. Jerry says he has a few leads to follow up, and he will find something for her. Ivy tells him to tell her the minute he gets anything on Julian and Theresa, because she can't wait to destroy them both! Later, Rebecca confronts Ivy and tells her not to bother coming to the wedding tomorrow. Ivy says she was so looking forward to the wedding, she has a present she and Julian will so enjoy. Rebecca asks Ivy what she is up to? Ivy says she is just looking for the perfect present, one she and Julian deserve!
Down in Bermuda, Jerry decides to follow up on his first lead, questioning the Justice of the peace! The justice of the peace asks Jerry what he wants? Jerry says it is about Julian Crane, and Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald!
At the Book Cafe, Luis tells Hank to look in on Beth while he's gone. Hank asks where he is going? Luis says he's going to Bermuda to get Beth's boat back. Hank doesn't believe him and thinks he's going down to Bermuda to look for Sheridan. Luis says he is not expecting to see Sheridan, he knows she is gone. Luis says he is going to Bermuda to try and work through the pain of Sheridan's death, maybe that is what she would have wanted. Later, Beth shows up and tells Luis she'll understand if he is having second thoughts? Luis says it is okay, and besides, he's booked a flight so it is too late to back out. When Beth leaves, Luis tells Hank he never realized how much he hurt Beth when they broke up, so he's hoping this will make up for a little of the pain he caused her. Hank says there is another way he could help her, he could go out with her again. Luis says it is way to soon for him to think about going out with anyone right now. Beth returns and gives Luis some information on her father's boat to help him. Luis takes off, and Hank still thinks Beth and Luis might have a shot.
At the mansion, Julian has a nightmare that Ivy, Ethan, and Luis confront him while he is in bed and jump on him, tearing him to pieces. Julian wakes up screaming that he is blind, they tore out his eyes! Rebecca tells him to calm down, he has a blindfold on because it is bad luck for him to see her on their wedding day! Rebecca jumps in the shower, and Julian, wanders around trying to find his closet, only to fall out the window. Julian makes his way back into the mansion, and is covered with thorns and leaves. Harper shows up and wonders what happened to Julian. Julian tells him not to ask! Harper tells Julian if it is any consolation, he should have the new papers before he walks down the isle with Rebecca.
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald's, Ethan brings Theresa breakfast in bed, and begins kissing her. Theresa has a nightmare that Julian is kissing her, and wakes up screaming. Ethan asks Theresa what is wrong? Who did she think he was? Theresa says she was just sleeping so deeply that he startled her. Ethan picks up the stuff, and sees the paper indicates that Julian is marrying Rebecca today. Theresa says he can't, he's already married! Theresa then adds "to your mother, how can he marry Rebecca when Ivy is contesting the divorce?" Ethan says he has a lot of nerve. Ethan decides to head to the mansion to see his mother, and Theresa passes on the option to tag along, because she is still uncomfortable around Ivy. Ethan leaves to finish getting dressed, and Theresa gets a call from Julian to tell her that the new annulment papers should be in his possession today. He tells Theresa that she'll have to come to the mansion to sign them. Ethan returns and says he's heading out. Theresa says she wants to come with him, she has changed her mind. Theresa says she wants to try to make amends with Ivy and show her that she is in her corner. Ethan is proud of Theresa.
Elsewhere, Jerry tells Ivy that the Justice of the Peace got very nervous when he questioned him, and refused to talk. Ivy wonders why, and orders Jerry to find out what he is hiding! Ivy says she has an idea what went on between Julian and Theresa, but she needs proof. She tells Jerry to get her what she needs and get back here in time with the proof so that she can give Julian and Rebecca a wedding present they'll never forget! Later, Ivy bursts into Rebecca room as she is getting dressed for her wedding. Rebecca is shocked, but Ivy says she doesn't have to knock, this is her home! Rebecca tells ivy to get it through her thick skull, she is no longer mistress of the manor, she is not wanted here! Ivy tells her not to get all flustered, she just came to tell her that she's still working on her wedding present, and it will be something that has everyone talking for years to come! After Ivy leaves, Gwen is worried that Ivy is planning something, but Rebecca says that Ivy is full of hot air and there is nothing she can do to spoil her day. Rebecca says that she has everything under control, and produces a tiny little gun! Gwen begs her mom to put it away, but Rebecca says this might come in handy because she does not trust Julian at all. She says that by the end of this day Julian will either be her husband, or her victim!
Theresa and Ethan show up at the mansion, and see it has been totally redecorated in horrid red velvet. Ethan wants to go see his mother, but Theresa tells Ethan that maybe he should go in and see her first, then she'll join him. Ethan thinks she is probably right, and he'll be back to get her in a bit. Theresa heads to the study to find Julian, who is getting dressed for the wedding. Theresa says she needs to sign the papers and get out of here before someone finds them together! Julian says the papers aren't here yet, and he suggests they celebrate the end of their marriage the same way they started it! When he asks her to fulfill her conjugal duties one last time, Theresa slaps him and calls him a pig! She demands he get the annulment papers here now or else!
Upstairs, Ethan meets with his mother. Ethan says he's called a judge to try and get the wedding stopped, but Ivy says all the judges in Harmony are in the Crane's hip pocket, so they can't count on them. Ethan is shocked that his mom isn't upset. Ivy says she has an ace up her sleeve, one she'd rather not reveal just yet. Ethan says that he's not here alone, Theresa is downstairs. Ivy is not pleased to here that. Ethan begs his mom to stop being hostile towards Theresa, and asks her to give Theresa a chance. Ivy tells Ethan that she wants him to marry a woman worthy of his love, and Ethan says he is. Ivy tells Ethan that if Theresa is everything he says she is, she will forget the past and accept her as a daughter. However, Ivy says if Theresa is lying to him, then she wants him to promise to dump her! Ethan says Theresa will never lie to him again, but makes the promise to his mother.
Back in Bermuda, Jerry finds the Justice of the Peace, who is trying to take time off and leave the island. Jerry demands they finish the talk they started last night, the one about Julian and Theresa. The Justice claims he knows nothing, but Jerry knows he is lying and demands to know the truth.
