Simone wants a coffee float and offers to show him how to make it if he doesn't know, but Chad says he can figure it out. Kay orders a strong coffee to jog her brain cells. As she tries to think of a way to break up Miguel and Charity, Reese continues to bother her. Kay says she and Simone really need to be alone to think. He says he understands, but will be here if she needs him. Chad brings Simone and Kay their orders, and Simone asks Chad if he's decided to stay in Harmony? Chad says he'll see how it goes. After Chad leaves, Kay tells Simone that she's going to scare Chad off and has to be more subtle. Simone says she is not going to make the same mistakes she has, so she will follow her feelings. Meanwhile, Miguel asks Chad to put a copy of "Cross Your Heart" on in hopes it will jog Charity's memory. Charity sits there and looks funny. Kay tells Simone that Miguel's hoping that this song will trigger Charity's memory. Simone thinks that it is romantic, and Kay asks her whose side is she on anyways? Chad has to leave, and Simone is hurt that he didn't say goodbye to her. Miguel asks Charity if this song means anything to her? Charity says it is a good song, and she thinks she has heard it before and it made her really happy. Miguel presses her to remember, but she says she can't because it is to fuzzy. Kay refuses to Charity remember, and when she gets up to stop her, she runs into Reese, who knocks over the table. Charity suddenly exclaims "Oh my God!" Pilar says that he got an important call, but Julian says he always gets important calls. Julian thinks something is going on with Ivy, and since she won't help him, he'll have to get to the bottom of it himself! As Julian is about to go see Ivy, he gets a call from his father. Alastair is furious about this business about Sheridan going to the media. He tells Julian that he's going to have to cut his trip short to come home to handle things himself.

Sam asks her why she is dredging the past up now? Ivy tells him that there are things that he needs to know, but Sam thinks she is playing a dangerous game. Ivy asks Sam if he ever thinks about how things could have been between them? Sam tells her that what went on between them is over and done with. Ivy asks if that is so, why didn't he tells Grace about them? Sam says that he didn't want to burden Grace with anymore troubles, and their relation ship is dead and buried. Ivy asks if it was that easy for him to forget about them? Sam says it wasn't easy, he left Harmony because of her and didn't want to return, but Grace insisted they return to live here. Ivy tells Sam that she would have sent for him anyways because there is something she has to tell him. As she is about to confess, Julian shows up and finds Sam and Ivy together. He becomes suspicious about why they are together, and thinks they were talking about Ethan. Sam says that Ivy wanted to tell him something important, and asks if it was about Ethan? Ivy says she just wanted the police to post more keep off the flowers signs in town because they are being trampled. Sam says he will see to it that the signs are posted. Julian laughs and says he could have sworn she was talking to him about Ethan because his wife is obsessed with him. Julian talks about Ethan and how proud he is of Ethan, he just wishes Ethan could have spent more time growing up in Harmony to learn about the family business. He laughs that you can take the Crane out of Harmony, but you can't take Harmony out of a Crane. Sam leaves, and Julian begins taunt her about being upset over Ethan's new position. He says that he knows she's trying to smother Ethan's Crane instincts out of Ethan. Ivy says she'd really like to talk to Julian about Ethan's Crane instincts. Julian tells her that now is not the time, father is coming home to deal with Sheridan. Ivy can't believe that Alastair knows about Sheridan. Julian tells her that even though his father is out of the country, he knows everything that goes on in Harmony, there are no secrets he doesn't know. After Julian leaves, Ivy thinks there are some secrets that even Alastair doesn't know about. Ivy talks with Pilar, who tells her that she mustn't tell anyone about her secret, only they can now. On his way home, Sam calls Grace and invites her out to dinner at the lobster shack.

Theresa invites him in and Whitney is not pleased because Theresa just finished swearing to her that she was over Ethan. Ethan tells Theresa that he is worried about her brother finding her working at the mansion, and if that happens he would feel terrible because it could cost her and Pilar their jobs. Theresa asks what he is trying to say, and then realizes he's going to fire her again. Ethan says he is not going to fire her, he wants to talk to Luis and work through the issues he has with his family. Theresa appreciates the offer, but says it wouldn't work. She says that if he talked to her brother, he'd just set him off and make things worse. He says he is a lawyer and can work things out, but Theresa says her brother won't listen to anyone named Crane. When he asks why he hates his family, Theresa says it goes way back. Whitney excuses herself to go to the kitchen to get something.

In the kitchen, Luis and Hank come in through the back door, and Luis swears he'd kill Ethan if he caught him with Theresa. The two begin to argue about the Cranes. Luis doesn't want his sister to dream about become a Crane because the Cranes don't work for their money, and he wants his sister to work to succeed. Luis says the only reason a guy like Ethan would be involved with his sister is to have a romp in the hay before settling down, and he won't let him use his sister. Whitney walks into the kitchen and sees Hank and Luis, who were just about to go out into the living room. Whitney tells them that they can't because Theresa thinks there may be a gas leak. As Luis start checking the stove, and Hank goes outside to check the pipes. Whitney runs back out into the living room and warns Theresa that Luis is home and could walk in on them at any second! Theresa tells Ethan to hide in her bedroom, it is the only safe place he can hide. Luis confronts Theresa and wants to know what is going on here, there is no gas leak. Theresa asks him not to be mad, but he says he isn't. Theresa says she thought she smelled gas. To be on the safe side, Luis decides to check the gas valves, which are in the closet in her bedroom! Upstairs, Ethan is pacing around Theresa's bedroom and hasn't noticed the picture of him on her mirror.

Later, Luis finds Ethan, who was on his way out, and asks him what in the hell he's doing here? Ethan says that he came to talk to him about his hatred for his family. Ethan makes a mistake and says that his hatred is affecting Sheridan and Theresa. Luis asks what this has to do with Theresa? Ethan tells him that he's going to be working with the police force, and his animosity for him will begin to affect his family. Luis asks Ethan if that is the only reason he came here? Ethan says it is. Luis tells Ethan that he can keep his personal life and professional life separate, and if he needs to talk to him he should come to the station. Luis tells him that he doesn't allow uninvited guests in his home. Ethan leaves, and Hank tells Theresa that Luis is only look after her the best way he knows how. Theresa runs after Ethan and thanks him for not giving her away to Luis. Ethan says he did it for Pilar's sake. However, he tells Theresa that Luis will find out the truth about her job one of these days. Back inside, Luis and Hank argue his father. Hank says even if Alastair had something to do with his father's disappearance, he shouldn't punish Sheridan and Ethan for it. Luis says Ethan is a Crane, and history can repeat itself, only this time Ethan will hurt his sister.

At the Crane mansion, Sheridan walks into the parlor and has a flashback of the murder. Julian sees her and says it is time for his sister to face the music. He tells Sheridan that she has to forget about that night, he doesn't want to hear about it ever again. Sheridan says she can't forget about the corpse and her bloody hands. Julian tells her that it never happened, but Sheridan says she knows what she did. Julian tells her that this farce has gone far enough, the truth is nothing happened, she just had a nightmare. He tells her it was all a dream, but Sheridan says she didn't dream it up. She says she knows what she saw, and she isn't the only one. She says she remembers someone telling her to keep it a secret, but she doesn't know who. Julian tells her once again that it was a dream, otherwise why wouldn't she have recognized the man? Sheridan says she was never able to see his face. Julian says because it was a dream, and this all started with her mother's death. Sheridan says she loved her mother, she was the only one who loved their mother, and mother was the only one who loved her. Julian teases her and says "Oh poor Sheridan!" He tells her to stop this, but Sheridan tells him that he's out of his mind if he thinks he can convince her nothing happened. Julian says he isn't out of his mind, but she is! Sheridan refuses to believe that. Julian tells her that father is quite considered about her and he sent her to France so she wouldn't tell all of Harmony about her delusions. Sheridan remembers the doctors trying to convince her it was all a dream, but she says that she knew better. Sheridan asks why he never told Ethan the truth if it was all a dream? Julian says that he didn't want Ethan to worry about having a Crane relative in an asylum! Julian tells his sister that she has been acting very odd lately, throwing pies at police officers and fighting with him in front of Sam. Julian says that their father is also concerned about her. When he says that father is coming home early, Sheridan becomes frightened. Julian warns her that if she keeps talking about dead bodies, Alastair will have her locked her up! He even says that their father won't step in and save her if she says something to cause the police to start investigating their family. Julian leaves, and Sheridan tells herself that she knows it happened. Outside, Ethan returns and catches his father leaving. He demands to know why Luis hates their family. When Julian says he doesn't know, Ethan thinks his father is lying and decides to find out the truth on his own.

At the Java Cafe, Charity starts screaming for help. Miguel tries to calm her down, and Kay thinks it is a cheap trick. Charity tells Miguel that she remembers something from the fire, she heard her mom being attacked by a dog. She says she also heard another voice with her mom. Kay asks if they had a dog? Charity says she doesn't think so, and that this dog wasn't a normal dog. She knows her mom was fighting with it. Reese thinks this is all his fault for dropping the glass, but Miguel says it might be better that Charity face these memories now rather than later, and maybe it is a sign that she's getting her memory back.

At Tabitha's place, Timmy makes Tabitha a drink to try to make her feel better. Tabitha says nothing will make her feel better. Timmy tells her that she'll get her powers back soon, but Tabitha says time is their enemy because Charity will get her memory and powers back even sooner! Timmy tells her that maybe she is worried about nothing, Charity seems totally harmless. Tabitha tells Timmy that he couldn't be more wrong about Charity. She says that girl is going to be the most powerful antagonist she's ever faced. Tabitha tells Timmy that they are very fortunate to have Kay as an ally, that girl would do anything to get Miguel, even make a pact with the devil. Timmy sees Charity and the other kids coming home, so he and Tabitha spy on them. They see that Charity isn't looking very well. Tabitha decides to consult her tarot cards. The cards only give her mixed messages and she wishes she had her powers back. Timmy thinks that maybe she doesn't need to fear Charity because Grace has powers and hasn't done anything to her. Tabitha decides she has to go over to Grace's place to see what is going on. Meanwhile, the angel statue comes to life at the church and appears in Tabitha's backyard. She says that evil must not win. She turns into a ball of light and zooms into Tabitha's house. She turns back into the angel, and lifts Tabitha's table up, and dumps the cards into the trash.

The kids go inside and talk to Grace about Charity's memory of the fire. Grace doesn't know if her sister had a dog, but it could be possible. Charity gets worked up, so Grace tells her to go upstairs and rest. Reese tells Kay that she is so terrific the way she cares about her cousin and all. Kay tells everyone that they should make popcorn and watch some videos, but Miguel doesn't understand how she can turn this into a party considering what her cousin is going through. Kay thinks seeing them acting normal and happy will make Charity happy. Miguel apologizes to Kay for doubting her and gives her a hug. When Miguel apologizes to Reese for making a move on his girl, Kay trips Simone and sends her into Reese's arms in order to keep Reese away from her.

Grace goes up to see Charity and she tells her that nothing is going to hurt her now, she is safe. Charity thinks she is a burden, but Grace assures her that she isn't. Grace goes back downstairs to see the kids, and Tabitha comes in to see what is going on. Before going inside, she tells Timmy to stay outside and not get into trouble. When she leaves, the angel shows up behind Timmy! When Timmy turns around, the angel vanishes.

Back inside, Tabitha tells Kay that she couldn't stay away from the smell of popcorn. All the kids were about to watch a movie. Tabitha asks Kay where Charity is? Kay says she is upstairs resting, and Tabitha learns that Charity remembered hearing her mother fight with a dog the night of the fire. Back upstairs, the angel appears and tells Charity to wake up and go downstairs to expose the evil for who she is. The angel touches Charity's forehead, and Charity begins to glow. Back downstairs, Tabitha is about to leave when Charity, who is being followed by the angel girl in the form of a ball of light, comes down the steps shouting "Evil!"

Wednesday

November 10
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Pilar comes home from work and Luis tells her that he wants to take her out to dinner at the Lobster-Shack. Pilar agrees, but wants to light the candles for Antonio and his father before they leave. Luis tells her no, he does not want her to light them anymore. Pilar goes into the kitchen to light them anyways, and Luis tells her that he doesn't understand why she wastes her prayers on two people who abandoned their family. Pilar tells him that they did not abandon them, and she will not have this argument again. Luis tells himself that they did abandon them, and he thinks the Cranes know why.

Sam takes Grace out to the Lobster Shack for dinner, but Grace can't stop worrying about Charity. Sam tells her Kay and the others are with her and will call if they need help. Sam proposes a toast to Grace, the love of his life. As they are kissing, Eve and TC show up. TC teases Sam and tells him that the Chief of Police shouldn't be acting this way in public. Eve asks Grace how Charity is doing? Grace says that she's had a rough day because she's remembering the fire. Eve tells her that it is a good sign that she's remembering. Later, Luis and Pilar show up and say hi to Sam and Grace, and Eve and TC. Luis thanks Sam once again for standing up to Julian for him. Sam tells him it is no problem, but Sheridan deserves some of the credit as well. Luis decides to explain to his mom what happened, Sheridan almost cost him his job. Grace talks to Sam about his trip to the mansion and asks Sam if he talked to Ivy? He tells her very briefly. Grace says she likes Ivy and wants to invite them to dinner at their house. Sam tells her that tonight he only wants to think about her. He produces a ring he gave her for Christmas which has stones for each of their three children, but he's added a forth one for Charity. Meanwhile, Pilar tells Luis that he should have thanked Sheridan for standing up to Julian for him, but Luis thinks she only did it for herself. On the dance floor, TC's old leg injury begins to bother him, and Eve asks him to tell her what is wrong with his knee? She thinks that as a doctor she can help him, but TC says it can't be fixed. When she asks what he did to his knee, TC says he didn't do anything, something was what was done to him. We then see a flashback of TC threatening Julian that he'd kill him if he found out he was involved in his accident. TC tells his wife not to worry about it. Later, Grace tells Sam that she'll have to keep an eye on him now that he's hanging around the beautiful Sheridan Crane. When Grace wonders why she always looks so sad, Grace pipes up that she met Sheridan once and she also got the feeling that she is sad as well.

At the Bennett house, Charity comes storming down the stairs, followed by the Angel girl, screaming "Evil, Evil, Evil!" and pointing at Tabitha. Miguel asks Charity what is wrong, what evil is she talking about? She just keeps saying "evil" and looking at Tabitha. Tabitha thinks Charity knows about her, but Kay thinks that Charity is talking about her. Charity eventually faints in Miguel's arms. Miguel tells Simone to call her mom, but Kay says no! Miguel asks Kay what is wrong with her, doesn't she care about her own cousin? Reese says he knows why, Charity was sleepwalking. Tabitha sees the Angel girl and wonders if Charity can see her as well, and when she wakes up if she'll remember her. Meanwhile, Reese tells Miguel that sleepwalking isn't harmful, there is no reason for them to call the doctor. Miguel decides to put Charity on the couch and let her wake up on her own. The angel girl's ball of light turns into the angel, and Tabitha tells her to get out, Charity is hers! The angel girl refuses and tells Tabitha that she will be exposed tonight. Timmy bangs on the window, so Tabitha goes to see him. Timmy wants to help his Princess, but Tabitha doesn't know what they can do. Charity begins to wake up, so Tabitha goes back inside, and leaves Timmy to deal with Fluffy, who has escaped. The angel tells Tabitha that she is about to be exposed! When Tabitha yells "That will never happen!" the kids want to know what she is talking about? Tabitha says she was just thinking to herself about poor little Charity and how she might not get her memory back, so she chastised herself out loud. Charity eventually wakes up and asks why she is in the living room? Reese tells her that she was sleepwalking, and Miguel tells her that she kept shouting "evil." Charity doesn't remember, so Tabitha and Kay suggest she forgetting. However, Miguel doesn't agree and asks her to think why she was saying evil, who or what is evil? Charity looks at Tabitha and Kay and says she can't remember. Reese suggests they play a game to try and get Charity's mind off her dreams. Tabitha decides to stay and play because she doesn't want to leave as long as the angel girl is around. They end up playing scrabble, and the angel influences Charity into standing up, pointing at Tabitha, and saying that she is the evil! Meanwhile, Timmy tries to outrun Fluffy, and when he realizes he can't, he grabs a garden hose and drenches Fluffy to the theme from Rocky.

At the Crane Mansion, Julian gets a call from his father to see if he's handled the Sheridan problem. Julian says that he spoke with Sheridan and tried to convince her that the entire incident was a dream, and he thinks he got through to her when he threatened committing her. Alastair is pleased and says that protecting the Crane name is worth sacrificing Sheridan if need be. Alastair tells Julian that this has to stop, and Julian assures him that the police will not come nosing around with their suspicions.

Sheridan is walking around the estate wondering if she is going crazy. Ethan finds her and wants to know what is wrong. She asks "I'm not crazy, am I?" Ethan hugs his sister and asks what happened? Sheridan tells Ethan about her talk with Julian about the night she murdered someone, and how Julian told her that she was crazy and dreamed it all up. Ethan and Sheridan go back to the cottage and Ethan wishes there was some solid evidence to prove what she saw. Ethan suggests they approach this like she is his client and he is defending her. The only real fact he has is hearing her scream that night, his father and grandfather told him not to leave the room that night and then they sent her away to boarding school in Paris. Sheridan tells him she was sent to a psychiatric hospital where the doctors tried to convince her that she imagined everything. Ethan promises Sheridan that they will get to the bottom of this, he will talk to his father and find out the truth.

Ethan and Sheridan go into the house and walk in on Julian assuring his father that the truth will remain hidden forever. Ethan wants to know what he is hiding, and Sheridan wants the truth. Julian says goodbye to his father, and Sheridan asks Julian what he was talking to Alastair about? Julian says they were trying to figure out how to make sure the press don't learn about her stay in the mental hospital. They all end up arguing about what happened that night. Julian insists it was a nightmare, but Sheridan knows better and demands to know who she killed. Julian tells her that there was no corpse, it was all a bad dream. Julian says that their father sent her to Paris for treatment so the press here didn't find out about her mental problems. Julian claims that their father did it out of concern for her, he wanted her to have privacy. Sheridan asks why nobody talked to her about this? Julian claims that the doctors said that to challenge her delusions would be harmful to her. Sheridan is still positive that night happened, so Julian asks if she'd bet her life, her family's life on it? He says that is what she will be doing if she insists she saw a body, she will jeopardize there entire family if she keeps this up. When Julian tells Sheridan to think of others for once. Sheridan is furious and says that nobody in this family but Ethan have ever cared about her! When Sheridan says Alastair always blamed her for their mother's death, Julian tells her that the psychiatrists believe her nightmare was symbolic and represented her guilt over her mother's death. Julian tells her to get on with her life and stop using a nightmare as a crutch for a life filled with personal failures and disastrous relationships. Sheridan begins to wonder if her brother is right. Ethan offers to take Sheridan out to dinner, so she excuses herself to freshen up. When she is gone, Ethan asks his dad if she had to be so hard on her? Julian says that he did. Ethan doesn't believe his dad's explanation, but Julian doesn't care. He tells Ethan to talk his aunt out of this ridiculous fantasy about dead bodies. Later, Julian calls his father back to assure his dad that everything is under control.

Ethan takes Sheridan out to the Lobster Shack, and he sees Luis is here. He asks Sheridan if she wants to leave? She tells him no, she doesn't care about Luis, she only cares about finding out whether the body was for real or a nightmare. Pilar sees them and tells Luis to go over and thank Sheridan. Luis refuses, he says the only thing he wants from the Cranes is to know what part they had in the disappearance of his father.

Thursday

November 11
At the Crane mansion, Julian is sitting by the fire talking to his father about protecting the Crane name, even if it means sacrificing Sheridan. Ivy shows up and asks Julian what he and Alastair are up to now, how does he intend to sacrifice Sheridan? Julian tells Ivy that he has no idea what she is talking about. Ivy tells him that she knows when he's up to something, but it doesn't surprise her that he'd lie to his wife. Julian hasn't heard her refer to herself as his wife in ages, he thought she forgot what the word meant. When Ivy tells him that she can refuse his advances, he refuses to believe that. He tells her that beneath this ice princess there is a fire burning inside her, a fire he could ignite years ago. Julian tells Ivy that he knows she doesn't love him, but they did satisfy each other in bed. He starts rubbing his hand all over her and starts kissing her. He tells her that he knows she still remembers how good it was. Ivy gives in and lets Julian kiss her all over. He slips off her robe and starts to tug on her negligee. He tells her that he can satisfy her needs if she lets him. Ivy begins to kiss Julian back. Julian knocks some knick-nacks off of a table and the two off them climb ontop of it. The phone begins ringing and Ivy tells him that he better answer it because it might be daddy. Ivy pulls herself together, and Julian answers the phone. After the call, Julian wants to pick up where they left off, but Ivy tells him not to touch her. Julian tells her that the time will come when she'll want him again, she can't keep going on without the company of a man. Ivy tells him that perhaps she is waiting for the right man. Julian begins to laugh, so she tells him to go to hell. Julian tells her that if she even thinks of hooking up with another man, he'll divorce her and throw her out. He says that even Ethan wouldn't stand by her, she'd lose everything. Ivy looks at her locket and says that Julian is so wrong, he won't take anything away from her.

At the Lobster Shack, Ethan and Sheridan discuss that night. She doesn't know what to believe anymore. Ethan tells Sheridan that if she believes that night was real, then he believes her. Sheridan says the problem is she doesn't know if it was real or not. Sheridan sobs to Ethan about how she relives that horrible night every time she steps into the living room. Ethan hopes for her sake that it was all a bad dream. Sheridan agrees, but she says she can't get on with her life until she knows what happened that night. Suddenly, Sheridan realize Pilar may be able to help her. Ethan tells her that Luis won't let her talk to his mother. Sheridan knows that, which is why she asks Ethan to distract him for her.

Luis and Pilar are eating and talking at their table. Pilar feels terrible that Luis has put his dreams on hold to take care of the family. Luis doesn't think of it as something negative, but as something he must do. Pilar tells Luis that she doesn't know what she'd do without him. Luis tells his mother that he knows the Cranes made his father disappear, and he won't stop until he knows what it is. Pilar tells Luis that his father loved him and his whole family. Luis is positive whatever happened to his father had something to do with the Cranes. Pilar tells him "not necessarily." Luis asks his mother what she thinks happened to his father? Pilar says she doesn't know, the last memory she has of him is when he left for work that morning. She says that she knew something was troubling him, but he told her nothing was wrong. She says that when he didn't come home that night, she called the police. Luis said he read the police report and the detective came up empty. Pilar says she knew that he must have had a very good reason to have left, and she knows he will come back to his family someday. Luis doesn't know how she can believe that. Ethan shows up at their table and asks to talk to Luis for a moment. Pilar eventually convinces Luis to talk with Ethan because she'll be fine. Luis and Ethan leave, and Sheridan shows up to see Pilar. Sheridan tells Pilar what Julian told her about that night, and she needs to know the truth about what happened. Pilar tells Sheridan that she wasn't there that night. She says when she came to work that morning she was told that she was upstairs in her room and she was told not to go see her. However, Pilar says she went to see her anyways, she was in very bad shape and told her what had happened, that she had killed someone. Pilar says before she could say anything else, Alastair barged into the room and told her that Sheridan only had a nightmare and she shouldn't believe what she said. Pilar says she left when Alastair told her, but she looked around the living room and found no coffin, no body, no blood. Pilar tells Sheridan that after that night she was always so sad, and she made her promise not to tell anyone outside the family about that night. Sheridan says she never told anyone but the doctors. Pilar says that the doctors told them that they could not challenge her story, or she might suffer a setback. Pilar says that the only thing she cared about was protecting her. Sheridan asks if she is still protecting her? Pilar tells her that she is telling her everything that she knows, and perhaps she should just trust her brother and believe it was a nightmare. Sheridan says she wants to believe that, but she has to know the truth no matter what. Meanwhile, Ethan babbles to Luis, who doesn't understand what he's getting at. Luis sees Sheridan with his mom and realize this was just a stall job. He tells Ethan that this discussion is over! Luis goes back to his table and asks his mom what what was so important that Sheridan had to talk to her about? Pilar tells Luis that Sheridan is a good person and has had a very hard time lately. Pilar tells Luis that Sheridan rose above his animosity for her and helped him out, so there is something he should do.

Back at Ethan and Sheridan's table, Sheridan tells Ethan that Pilar only knows what Alastair told her what happened, she doesn't know what really happened that night. Ethan tells Sheridan that he'll help her find the answers. They decide to leave, so Ethan leaves to get her coat. After he is gone, Luis approaches Sheridan. Sheridan thinks she's done something wrong, but he says he wanted to tell her that he appreciated what she did for him. Sheridan can't believe he is thanking her. Luis says that he is, but this doesn't change how he feels about her or her family. Sheridan decides to quit while she's ahead and tells Luis that he's welcome.

Also at the Lobster Shack, Grace tells Sam that she's worried about Charity and wants to call home. At the Bennett house, Charity spells out Tabitha with her scrabble tiles, stands up, points to it, and says that is the evil! Kay says they should see what word she's spelled out is. Tabitha messes everything up and runs for it. Charity faints, and Kay thinks it is just a trick. Miguel tells Simone that they need to call Charity's aunt. Simone says she'll call her mom too, she looks like she needs a doctor. Kay warns Simone that she better not spoil her night with Miguel! Simone tells Kay that she is so far gone that she is beyond help. Tabitha tells the angel girl that if she keeps this up she's going to drive Charity crazy, and then she'll be putty in her hands! The angel leaves the house and starts hovering around Timmy in the form of a ball of light. Timmy tells the angel that "Timmy's a good boy!"

Back at the Lobster Shack, Eve gets a page to call the Bennett's house, and Grace learns that Charity has collapsed. TC, Eve, Sam, and Grace all leave to go see what has happened. They arrive home, and Miguel explains what happened to Grace. Nobody knows what the word was, but Reese says that Tabitha was standing next to the tiles when the game got knocked over. Sam asks Tabitha if she knows what the word was? Suddenly, the angel girl in ball form shows up and re-arranges the word on the floor. Tabitha kicks the tiles and tells them that she didn't see the word. Eve checks on Charity and tells the family that Charity seems to be okay. Charity wakes up and wonders why everyone is staring at her. She asks what happened? Miguel tells her that they were playing scrabble and she became upset when she spelled a word. Sam asks her if she remembers what the word was? Charity says she can't remember and wonders what is wrong with her. Grace tells her that nothing is wrong, she is just over tired. Grace takes her upstairs, and Miguel says he'll come back and see her in the morning. Sam and Reese look at the tiles, so Tabitha decides to leave. Meanwhile, Kay tells Simone that if Charity really goes nuts, her parents will have to send her away to an institution. Kay gets an idea, she's going to ask her parents for a dog for Christmas so she could train him to be mean to Charity. She thinks that it might be the one thing that pushes Charity over the edge.

Out back, Tabitha shouts out to the angel girl that she's tired of playing games and she won't let her drive her crazy! Timmy tells her to come home and he will make her a MarTimmy. Tabitha says she can't leave yet, the people inside are trying to figure out what was spelled out. Timmy asks if it was F-L-U-F-F-Y? Tabitha says it wasn't Fluffy, it was her name! Suddenly, Miguel shouts out "Yes, we've got it!" Sam asks Tabitha to come back inside, and Timmy hides in the bushes. Inside, they tell Tabitha that they've found out which tiles Charity had, but can't come up with anything and thought maybe she'd give it a try. Tabitha plays with the tiles and spells out habitat, she says that is all she could come up with.

Grace talks with Eve about Charity. She doesn't understand what all this talk about evil is about. She remembers the angel and her sister warning her about evil as well.

Sheridan is sleeping on her couch and once again has a nightmare of the night she murdered someone. When she wakes up screaming, Ethan runs into her cottage to comfort her. She wishes she could believe it was just a dream, but it seems so real. Ethan tells Sheridan that he doubts his father can be trusted anymore, but he doesn't think his aunt could have killed anyone. Ethan remembers her screaming that night though. Sheridan asks Ethan if he heard her screaming, why didn't he come to her that night? Ethan tells her that it wasn't the first time he heard her scream. He says she often had nightmares, and he eventually got used to her screaming in her sleep. Sheridan asks why he never told her this? Ethan says that he was told not to. Sheridan thinks that this means her memory of the murder isn't as definite as she thought. Ethan says his dad could be telling the truth, maybe it was a nightmare. Still, Sheridan says she has too many questions that have to be answered to believe it was a nightmare. Ethan comes up with an idea that may verify her dream. He says if there was a coffin, the family had to have bought it from the funeral parlor, and it should be on record. Sheridan thinks it is a good idea.

In the main house, Alastair tells Julian that he wants to know how things with Sheridan are going. Julian says she is coming around slowly, but Alastair wants her to come around faster. He tells his son that the police can't come around sticking their noses in their business. Julian doesn't think there is any reason for him to worry, but Alastair is worried. He wants to know if Sheridan has inquired any further into what happened that night? Julian says she's been talking to Ethan, which worries Alastair. Alastair says that Ethan is a smart boy, so Julian will have to stay two steps ahead of him at all times.

At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Luis asks his mom about his father again. Luis wants to know what happened to his father, and he's going to ask Sam to look into it and even put out an APB. When Pilar says "Oh Luis," Luis asks his mother if she is afraid of what he might find? Pilar says she wants to know what happened as well. She wonders what could have happened to her husband, perhaps he struck his head and has amnesia. Luis doubts that because his dad had his wallet on him. Luis is positive that the Cranes were involved with his father's disappearance, and he will nail them one day. Luis decides to head to the station and says goodbye to his mother.

At Tabitha's place, Tabitha is reliving what happened last night at the Bennett's house with Charity and the angel. Tabitha says that Charity is very dangerous, even though she doesn't know it. She also shudders the thought of Charity snooping around her house. Timmy surprises Tabitha with something he found last night, a painting of her dressed up as a pilgrim! Tabitha knows he was snooping in her closet and reminds him to keep his hands off of her fur boa! Timmy likes the picture and thinks it captures her charm, but Tabitha says she hates the painting and it will haunt her for the rest of her unnatural life, and one day it will destroy her. She remembers the close call she had when Faith sent her sister a picture of in on her on her PC. She tells Timmy to put that picture away, if anyone saw it would be all over for her! She also thinks if Charity was to see this painting, it might bring her memory back. Timmy takes the painting back upstairs, and Tabitha decides to go pick some herbs from her garden.

At the Bennett's, Charity comes downstairs and asks Sam where everyone is? He tells her that her Aunt Grace is next door at her arts-n-crafts store, and Kay and Jessica are on their way to school. Charity asks why nobody woke her up? Sam tells her that they thought she needed a good nights sleep after last night. Charity wishes she could remember what she spelled out, and she's really sorry for upsetting everyone, especially the nice lady next door. Sam tells her that everything will be fine. Sam has to go to work and tells her that if she needs anything she can call. Charity tells herself that she should really go next door and apologize to Tabitha.

Charity shows up at Tabitha's front door knocking and calling to Tabitha. Timmy panics and runs. Charity lets herself in to talk to Tabitha. Timmy has become a doll and is sitting on the couch. Charity starts walking around, and Timmy suddenly notices that the painting of Tabitha is floating down the stairs! The painting floats into the living and Timmy tries to grab it, but it is floating too high above his head. The picture hangs itself on the wall right as Charity walks into the room! Charity's unaware that it is hanging on the wall right behind her! Tabitha comes inside with her herbs talking about how she has to get rid of that brat. She is startled when Charity appears behind her and calls out her name. Charity asks Tabitha what brat she is trying to get rid of? Tabitha laughs and says she said rat, she must not have heard her correctly. Timmy waves his arms to gets Tabitha's attention, and when he has it he points to the picture. Tabitha panics, and Charity asks what's wrong? Tabitha says she thought she saw a rat. Charity tells Tabitha that she came her to apologize for yesterday, but Tabitha tells her not to worry about it because she understands. Tabitha asks Charity if she remembers what upset her last night? Charity says it must have been the game tiles, but she doesn't remember what they spelled out. Tabitha tries to get Charity to leave, when the picture suddenly falls down. Charity picks it and gasps "This picture!" Tabitha grabs it away from her and says this painting is so old and dirty, it's time she threw it away. However, Charity says that she remembers this painting. Tabitha tells herself that if she really does remember, she's one dead brat!

Luis goes to work and he and Sam do some research on the computer to try and find new leads on Luis' father. Luis thinks that perhaps his father is hiding out for some reason. He remembers that his dad had an argument with Alastair over the phone the night before he disappeared. Sam asks him who called whom? Luis says Alastair called his father, which Sam finds strange. Luis thinks the truth is in the Crane mansion somewhere. Sam warns Luis that the Cranes are dangerous, but Luis can't ignore his instincts. Sam tells him that he needs sufficient evidence to back up his gut feeling. Sam has to leave, and Luis continues searching. Luis remembers coming home from school one day to find his mom crying. She told him that his father is gone, and he may never come back. Luis told his mother not to cry, he would take care of her and the family.

Pilar goes to work and tells Julian that she needs to talk to him about Sheridan and that night. She is worried about Sheridan because all she thinks about is that night. Julian asks Pilar what she knows about that night? Pilar says she only knows what she was told, and she doesn't doubt that it wasn't anything other than a nightmare. However, she says that Sheridan has a right to know what really happened that night, and if he keeps the truth from her to avoid a scandal then it isn't fair. She thinks this lie has caused her enough pain as is. Julian suddenly gets a call and has to cut his talk with Pilar short. He storms out of the room screaming "Dammit!"

Ethan and Sheridan go to the funeral parlor and begin looking through the inventory records on the computer. The man who runs the funeral parlor shows up to see Ethan to see if he can help them. Ethan says that he has all the files he needs and thanks him. Ethan finds an unaccounted coffin in the inventory, which is around the same time as that night. The manager doesn't know how to explain it, but says he will check into it. Sheridan realizes her nightmare may be real. She tells Ethan if there was a coffin and a body, she won't be able to live with herself until she knows who she killed. Ethan tells her that she is jumping to conclusions. The manager of the parlor returns with the information they requested. He tells them that the casket was not delivered to the Crane mansion, that information was entered incorrectly. Basically, he says that a workman dented the coffin and scratched it. Sheridan remembers that the coffin in her nightmare was a metal one. Ethan thanks him and asks him not to mention this to his father. After they leave, Julian shows up and pays the manager for his help. Julian tells him to make sure all records of that coffin are erased, he was supposed to have done it years ago. Julian threatens his life to make himself clear.

Sheridan and Ethan return to the cottage. Ethan thinks that maybe it was just a dream. Sheridan thinks that she may finally be free to live her life. Ethan notices a police car outside the mansion, and he wonders what is going on. Back in the mansion, Julian is shocked to find Luis waiting to talk to him. Luis tells Julian that he has to ask him a few questions about a missing person.
