November 00 Week 3

Monday

November 13
I guess it's no longer a surprise, the show was partially interrupted today, mostly for the first fifteen to twenty minutes of the show. Also, I have to run to class, so I'll proof this tonight!

At the Bennett's, Chad demands to talk to Tiffany and find out what is going on. Kay is on the phone with Hecuba, who laughs at Kay and tells her that she sold her her soul just in time. Outside, Tabitha and Timmy spy on what is going on. Back inside, Simone thinks that Tiffany should be put on speakerphone. Chad agrees, so he puts her on speakerphone. Chad tells "Tiffany" that she's on speaker phone now, just so she knows. Hecuba, in her best Tiffany voice, cries and asks Chad why he didn't speak to her again? "Tiffany" tells Chad that he told her that he loved her, and that is why she let him be with her. Chad says he has never been with her, but Tiffanny cries "How could you do what you did to me and then leave me?" Eve demands Chad move out and she doesn't care if he has to sleep on the street. "Tiffany" accuses Chad of getting her pregnant and then dumping her. Whitney is furious with Chad, and Sam tells Chad that if that girl was pregnant he is going to jail. Simone defends Chad, and Kay agrees that just because this girl is accusing Chad it doesn't mean Chad's life should be ruined. Whitney asks what about Tiffany? What about how Chad ruined her life? Chad says this girl is lying! Back outside, Timmy takes notes on what is going on for his book. Tabitha tells Timmy to knock himself out, he just better not steal a word from her memoirs. Timmy promises not to steal A word. Tabitha says good, because if her book ever got published it would wreak total disaster! Back inside, Chad demands to see Tiffany face to face. Tiffany says she can't see him again because it would hurt too much. Sam asks Tiffany to come back to Harmony so they can clear this up, but Tiffany says she just wants to forget she ever met Chad Johnson. Chad tells Tiffany that this is Chad Harris from the Book Cafe. Tiffany says she has the wrong Chad, her Chad is Chad Johnson from school. TC smiles, and Eve feels like crap! Kay apologizes to Tiffany, but she says it is okay because it is awfully loud in the Book Cafe. Outside, Tabitha realizes Kay had help from someone, and she smells sulphur, the scent of evil. Back inside, Sam asks Tiffany for her phone number so she can help her, but she says she'll be fine. "Tiffany" tells Kay that she'll be in touch, and then Hecuba disappears from Kay's room. Chad says he knew there had to be an explanation because he is not that kind of guy. Sam tells Chad that they all owe him an apology, but Chad says it isn't the first time someone has judged him wrong. Sam gets a call, so he leaves to take it. Meanwhile, TC says they all owe Chad an apology. Sam grabs Eve from TC and tells her that she must come with him right now. He and Eve run out of the room, and Sam tells Eve to brace herself, Sheridan Crane has been murdered! Sam tells Grace that he and Eve have to leave on an emergency, and they take off. Outside, Eve can't believe this has happened. Back inside, the rest of who is left try to apologize to Chad. Chad appreciates Simone not doubting him. Kay hears Hecuba's voice telling Kay that she helped her and got her out of trouble, so she owes her. Grace and TC go into the kitchen to make coffee, and Hecuba once again speaks to Kay. Hecuba tells Kay that she will let her know when she's ready to collect!

Over at Tabitha's, Tabitha and Timmy figure out that Hecuba must have helped Kay. Tabitha says that if Kay has gotten herself mixed up with Hecuba, she has no idea what she's gotten herself mixed up with. Suddenly, Tabitha gets a vibe that something terrible has happened, lies and betrayal! Tabitha asks Timmy if he's doing anything behind her back? Timmy says of course not. Tabitha senses that someone in Harmony has been murdered, and if the murderer is discovered it will send shockwaves through the town. Tabitha tells Timmy that this murder will effect everyone in Harmony!

Ethan and Theresa sit on the porch swing and look up at the stars. They see a shooting star and make a wish. Ethan asks Theresa what she wished for? Theresa says she can't tell him because then it won't come true, and she wants it to come true with all her heart. Ethan tells Theresa that he wished this date would go on forever. Ethan tells Theresa that he wants to tell Luis the truth, and he thinks Luis will be okay if Sheridan works on him. Ethan wants to make peace between their families. Ethan begins talking about Sheridan and how special she is to him, and thanks to Luis, Sheridan is safe and sound. Theresa begins to dream of a double wedding with Sheridan and Luis, but she apologizes to Ethan when she sees the look on his face. Ethan tells her that it is okay, he's been thinking about marriage a lot lately. Ethan just hopes she and Gwen don't become fed up with him and dump him, but Theresa says she will always love him. Ethan tells Theresa that he loves him, and they kiss. It is getting late, so Ethan decides to head home. However, he thinks he'll stop off at Sheridan's cottage first and try and mend fences with Luis. Theresa says she will keep him in her heart, and Ethan kisses her and says he'll call her in the morning. Later, Theresa writes an entry in her diary about her date with Luis, and how Ethan is going to tell Luis the truth. She hopes that Ethan and Luis may even become friends.

At the cottage, Agent Freeman tells Luis that Sheridan is dead, but Luis refuses to believe that. Luis tries to give Sheridan CPR, but it does no good. Luis cradles her in his arms and begs her to make it. Freeman tells Luis that Sheridan is dead and he has to let go of her. Luis refuses and asks her to hold on until the ambulance gets here. Agent Freeman tells Luis that they have to treat this as a crime scene, so he should make the call. Luis calls for an ambulance and backup. Sheridan is now very white, and Freeman once again tells Luis that Sheridan is dead. The paramedics arrive and work on Sheridan, but they are unable to help her. Sam and Eve show up, and Luis begs Eve to help Sheridan. The paramedics tell Eve that she is dead, but Eve says she'll look at her for Luis' sake. Sam talks to Freeman and fears that this is the breaking point for Luis. Sam asks Freeman why he is back in Harmony? Freeman explains that they thought Miss Crane was no longer in any danger, so they were going to close the case. Sam asks if Sheridan was left here alone? Freeman says they left her with Hank, but they don't know where Hank is. Sam decides to call Hank's cell phone, but there is no answer. Later, outside the cottage, Sam asks an officer to keep all units on the look out for his brother. Ethan shows up and asks Sam what has happened? Sam says they need to talk in private, but Ethan says he is not a child and demands to know what is going on. Ethan decides to go inside, but Sam warns him not to. Back inside, Eve tells Luis that Sheridan is in God's hands now. Luis holds Sheridan in his arms and weeps. Luis swears to her that whoever did this will pay.

On the docks, Pierre gives Hank the file they have on him. Hank wishes he had confessed to his brother because then Sheridan would still be alive. He wishes he could take back killing her, but Pierre says it is too late for that. Pierre offers to give Hank a job as a hitman if he ever needs the work. Hank realizes he is a hitman, and he says he has to get out of here. Pierre tells him that he can't run otherwise he will become a suspect. Pierre tells him to plan out his role in Sheridan's murder carefully, otherwise everyone will know he is a killer, including his friend Luis. Later, Sam tries to call Hank, but Hank just smashes his cell phone. Hank wonders how he could kill the woman he loved? How could he done such a thing? He also wonders what he did to Luis. Pierre tells Hank to forget Luis and to pull himself together! Pierre tells Hank to first get rid of the weapon, so he throws it into the river. Pierre tells Hank to find a good alibi as to why he wasn't with Sheridan when she was murdered. Hank continues to cry "What have I done?" Pierre tells him that he had no choice, and he'll be surprised how soon he will forget Sheridan Crane. Hank says that he'll never forget killing Sheridan, it will haunt him for the rest of his life.

Tuesday

November 14
Interupted again by the news for the first 10 minutes
On the docks, Hank is still wallowing in self-pity over what he's done. Pierre tells him to get a hold of himself, but Hank can't because he killed an innocent woman, he killed the woman he loved, and he ripped out the heart of his best friend. Pierre tells Hank he needs to go talk to Luis and give him an alibi because the longer he avoids Luis, the more suspicious he will be.

At the cottage, Luis holds Sheridan and wonders why it took him so long to realize how much he wanted her, how much he needed her. Eve tells Luis that he has to leave Sheridan now. Outside the cottage, Ethan tells Sam that he wants to talk to Sheridan, so he rushes inside. When he enters he sees Sheridan's bloody corpse and Luis standing over it. Eve tells Ethan that she is sorry, and Luis says that someone shot her and they don't know who did it. Ethan refuses to believe Sheridan is dead and he asks her not to die. Ethan asks Luis why he did it, why did he let her die? Ethan tells Luis that he was supposed to protect her, he trusted him, SHE trusted him! Ethan lunges at Luis and yells "You killed her!" Sam holds Ethan back and tells him that this isn't his fault. Ethan asks Luis where he was? Luis explains that he was on the way to Washington with the FBI. Ethan accuses Luis of only thinking about his career, and that he didn't give a damn about Sheridan. Luis says that is not true, and he explains that he was forced to go and made them turn around when he realized something was wrong. Ethan screams at Luis "Why didn't you tell the FBI to go to hell? Why weren't you here to save her?" Luis doesn't answer Ethan, and Ethan breaks down into tears. Sam tells Luis that he is so sorry. Luis wonders who could have done this? Luis also wonders where Hank is? Sam thinks perhaps he is chasing down the killer. Whatever his reason for leaving Sheridan, sam knows it had to be a good one.

At the mansion, Julian swears to Ivy that he will get to the bottom of this affair of hers with Sam by telling his father. Julian says that Alistair will find the truth. Ivy tells Julian to call his father and tell him everything because she'd love to see his father's face when he tells him about the witch and her magic mirror. Ivy also reminds him to tell him about the diamonds and the Rembrandt. Julian realizes he can't call his father. Ivy laughs and tells Julian that Alistair would realize he lost it and he would officially name Ethan his heir. After Pilar leaves, Alistair calls Julian and tells him to put him on speakerphone. Julian puts him on speakerphone and tells Julian and Ivy that Sheridan is dead, she has been shot to death. Alistair blames Luis for this, and suggests they use this to make sure Ethan marries Gwen. Ivy can't believe she is hearing this, and Julian admits that it is a little cold. Alistair tells them that this is no time for sentiment, this is a time for action! Ivy can't believe this, and she lays into Alistair for being so cold. Alistair tells Ivy to get off of her high horse because love doesn't make the world go around, money and power do. AListair says that is what she got when she entered this marriage, and he got a grandson who is more like him than anyone else in this family. Ivy blurts out "No, Ethan will never be like you!" Alistair asks what she means? Ivy says that Ethan is more like her side of the family, he has warm blood running through his veins! Suddenly, Ethan walks in and realizes that they all know the truth. Alistair claims they are all devastated. Ethan blames Sam and Luis for this and announces that he wants to crush them! Ivy secretly tells herself "No Ethan, not your father." Ethan says he wants them ruined and driven out of Harmony! Ivy tells Ethan that he can't mean that, but Ethan says he does. Ethan says as far as he is concerned, Luis and Sam murdered Sheridan!

Back at the cottage, Hank returns and acts like he has no idea what is going on. Luis then accuses Hank of killing Sheridan!

At Tabitha's house, Timmy is working on his book, but Tabitha says it takes more then a day to write a book, and they need money for the tax man NOW. Timmy tries to convince her one last time to publish her memoirs, but she refuses. Timmy says he'll just have to write his own book then. Tabitha bends down to see what Timmy has written, which is a very trashy story about Sam and Ivy, and she asks Timmy if this is what she thinks it is? Tabitha accuses Timmy of stealing her material, he heard her tell this story and is copying it! Tabitha tells him that he needs to alter it if he doesn't want a lawsuit on his hands! Timmy says he will alter it, and his book will be full of murder and mayhem. Tabitha tells Timmy that he really should forget about this book and forget about Hecuba, because she will bring him nothing but grief.

At the Bennett's, Theresa tells Whitney that if she loves Chad then she has to let him know. Whitney claims she is NOT in love with Chad. Theresa knows she is and doesn't understand why she just won't admit it? Theresa tells Whitney that the first thing she needs to do is admit she wants a relationship with Chad. Whitney says that Chad won't even accept her apology, he tells her that she is too late. Theresa says she has to make Chad realize her true feelings for him.

Meanwhile, Charity and Miguel return home from their date, and they fill them in on what happened with Chad. Miguel can't believe that Kay would believe such a rumor, but Kay says it was an honest mistake. Charity recalls what Kay told her in the mineshaft, so she confronts her in private about it. Charity asks Kay if she wouldn't feel better if she told everyone the truth. Kay convinces Charity that must have been yet another hallucination.

Kay goes upstairs and runs into Hecuba. Hecuba reminds Kay about their bargain, she sold her her soul and agreed to do anything she asked. Kay asks Hecuba what she wants her to do? Hecuba tells her to throw her tiny conscious out the window and allow her to destroy Charity. Kay and Hecuba touch pinky and pointer fingers as a shake.

Wednesday

November 15
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Theresa and Whitney are in the kitchen making dinner. Theresa tells Whitney that Ethan has gone over to Sheridan's cottage to tell Luis about them, and all she needs now is for Luis and Sheridan to fall in love, which would make everything work out perfectly. Theresa thinks that Sheridan will tell Ethan to marry her, and Luis will be okay with her marrying a Crane if he is in love with one as well. Whitney points out that there are a lot of "ifs" in that statement. Whitney says that Luis will go postal when he learns the truth, and he might even send her away! Theresa tells Whitney that she is so wrong about this, but Whitney can tell that Theresa is nervous about this. Theresa admits she is, but she says she is used to obstacles being placed in her path, and she can overcome this obstacle. Theresa then daydreams about a double wedding with Luis and Sheridan. Theresa and Sheridan are both in brides dresses and telling one another that they owe this day to the other. Sheridan and Theresa walk down the isle to their grooms, and the wedding begins. Eventually the grooms are told to kiss the brides, and the two couples profess their love for one another. Back in the real world, Pilar walks in and asks what is going on here? Theresa tells her mom to prepare herself for a double wedding. Theresa tells her mom that she is planning a special dinner to help Sheridan and Luis get together. Pilar knows this is about gaining an ally in Sheridan to help her get Ethan, and she warns Theresa to stay out of her brother's life. Whitney excuses herself to make a call about her tennis schedule. Pilar proceeds to tell Theresa that it would be just as dangerous for Luis to be with Sheridan as it would be for her to be with Ethan, because the Cranes would never allow someone of their class to marry into their family. Pilar also tells Theresa that she can never tell Ethan that he is Sam Bennett's son. Pilar tells Theresa that if the truth came out, Julian would disown Ethan and throw Ivy out! She makes Theresa promise her that she will never tell Ethan that he isn't a Crane. Theresa promises, but says it would be so much easier for him to marry her if he knew the truth. Suddenly, a bulletin comes over the radio reporting the shooting of Sheridan Crane. Pilar, Theresa, and Whitney, who has returned, are all shocked. Whitney and Theresa comfort Pilar, who feels like she has lost one of her own children. Theresa is also devastated for Luis. Pilar realizes that the Cranes are probably blaming Luis for this, and she says they will lash out at their entire family. Theresa calls Ethan, but Julian answers and tells her that it is not her place to be calling Ethan. Theresa once again starts in on "If only Ethan knew he wasn't a Crane." Pilar reminds her that she must never tell Ethan the truth.

At the mansion, Julian, Ethan, Ivy, and Eve are standing in Julian's study and talking to Alistair on the speakerphone. Ethan says he wants to destroy Sam and Luis because Sheridan would still be alive if they had protected her from the drug cartel. Alistair and Julian assure Ethan that Sheridan's death will be avenged. When Ethan says that Sam must be broken, Eve tells Ivy to keep it together otherwise her secret will be exposed. Ivy refuses to let Ethan hate his own father, and she defends him. Julian and Alistair ask Ivy why she is defending Sam Bennett? Julian tells Ivy to tell Alistair and Ethan what Chief Sam means to her. Ivy says that Sam means nothing to her, she just wanted to set the record straight. Ivy says that Luis was Sheridan's bodyguard, not Sam, so this is all Luis' fault. Ethan says that Sam is as responsible as Luis is because he refused to assign Sheridan more bodyguards. Ethan tells his mom that Sheridan's blood is on Sam Bennett's hand. Ivy says that isn't true! Julian says that Sheridan's death has his mother terribly distraught right now, so he takes her outside. There, Julian tells Ivy that for someone who claims she and Sam Bennett aren't lovers she is defending him quite passionately, why is that? Ivy tells Julian that he couldn't be more wrong about her and Sam, and that he is being ridiculous. Ivy asks Eve to come tell Julian once and for all that the mirror and the cave were nothing but hallucinations! Eve does just that, but Julian continues to suspect that something is going on, otherwise Ivy wouldn't be so hell-bent on setting the record straight. Ivy says she is doing it for Ethan. Ivy says that Ethan is grieving for his aunt, but he does have a future in politics. Ivy says that the Bennett family can trace their roots back to the founding of Harmony, so destroying them wouldn't look good on Ethan's record. Julian says their family goes back to the time of William the conqueror, but Ivy says that is not important. She says what is important is that the Cranes stole the Bennett's land back during the Depression, and Ethan's constant attacks on Sam, a respected member of the community, won't look good for Ethan. Ivy says the town will rally to Sam's defense, and she has to protect her son. Julian says that he is his son too! Julian warns Ivy that if she keeps defending Sam then she will loose Ethan begins Ethan is a Crane by blood and education, and he will destroy all those involved in Sheridan's murder. Julian leaves, and Ivy tells Eve that she has to find a way to patch things up between Ethan and Sam because she can't stand Ethan hating his real father. Eve says that she seems more concerned about Ethan's future than Sheridan's murder. Ivy says she loved Sheridan, and her death could totally destroy Sam and Ethan's relationship. Eve tells Ivy that she isn't heartless, she is just cold as steal. Back in the study, Alistair tells Ethan that during times like this is best to be with someone who is truly right for him. Julian returns, and he and Alistair tell Ethan that Sheridan getting involved with someone who wasn't of her own class led to something far worse than heartache. Ethan decides to check on his mother to see how she is holding up. Once Ethan leaves, Alistair tells Julian to make a phone call, one which could get them everything they want for Ethan. Julian calls Rebecca and tells her about Sheridan.

At the Hotckiss mansion, Rebecca is talking to Gwen (new actress playing Gwen) and trying to convince her that it is just a matter of time before Ethan realizes he loves her much more than Theresa. Gwen wishes that was true, but after the game Ethan ditched her to go check on Theresa. Rebecca realizes she has to huddle with the Cranes and come up with a plan to get Ethan away from Theresa for good. Later, Rebecca receives Julian's call about Sheridan. Julian tells Rebecca that Gwen really should be here for Ethan, and Sheridan's death could be just what they need to drive Ethan back into Gwen's arms. Rebecca tells Julian that she knows exactly what Gwen has to do. Rebecca tells Gwen about Sheridan, and it devastates her. Gwen also blames Luis for Sheridan's death, and she can't believe the same family has crushed another member of the Crane family. Gwen says she has to go to Ethan, but Rebecca stops her and tells her "not until your ready."

Back at the mansion, Ethan comforts his mother, but she says it is him that she is worried about. Ivy tells Ethan that this is tragic, but they all have to move on. Ethan tells his mother that if she is speaking of his future in politics, that is on hold as is everything else until he avenges Sheridan's death. Ivy tells Ethan not to rush to judgement because it has been a long night. Eve tells Ethan that his mother is right, and she's going to leave him some sedatives because he should rest. Ethan says that is the last thing he needs right now. Ethan says he will not rest until the people who are responsible for Sheridan's death are destroyed. Ivy begs him not to let hatred destroy him, but Ethan says that rage is the only thing that is going to get him through this. Eve tells Ethan that his reaction is different than his father and grandfather's. Ethan asks her what she means? Eve tells him that they don't seem to be in need of a grief counselor. Eve says she has to get back to the cottage, and Ethan says that he wants to go with her. Ivy tells him no because there is nothing else he can do for Sheridan right now. Eve leaves, and Ethan tells his mother that it is times like this that make him think he is not a Crane. Ivy tells him that is ridiculous! Ethan says he was only venting, he just meant he is not the type of Crane his father and grandfather are. Ivy asks Ethan not to confront Sam, but Ethan says Sam is responsible for Sheridan's death and he will make sure Sam pays for it!

Back in the study, Alistair and Julian plot to use Sheridan's death to insure the future of their family by making sure Ethan marries Gwen.

Rebecca and Gwen show up at the mansion, and Gwen runs to Ethan to comfort him. Rebecca asks Ivy how she is? Ivy says she isn't sure. Ethan asks Gwen not to leave him. She tells him that she'll never leave him. Rebecca goes to give Julian her condolences. She goes to the library and pulls his head to her bosom. Julian thanks her for her kind words and says his only comfort is that Sheridan's passing will bring Ethan and Gwen back together. Suddenly, Theresa calls Julian to give him her condolences, and she asks if Ethan is there? Julian says that Ethan doesn't want to be disturbed, he is with GWEN. Theresa asks Julian to please tell Ethan that she called. Julian tells Theresa that he is appalled by her behavior because it is not her place to be concerned about Ethan, and he tells her not to phone here again! Ivy, Ethan, and Gwen come into the study, and Ethan asks who just called? Julian says it was someone wanting to intrude on their grief. Rebecca works on Ivy to try and convince her to play ball with her and Julian. She asks Ivy if she wants her son to die as well?

At the cottage, Luis accuses Hank of killing Sheridan. Sam asks Luis what on earth he is talking about? Hank pretends like he knows nothing, and when he walks in he starts saying "No, it can't be!" Luis tells Hank that he did it, he's the one who killed her! Luis grabs Hank, but Sam yells at Luis to let him go. Sam yanks Luis away from Hank and tells him to calm down! Hank says he didn't kill Sheridan, but Luis says that isn't what he's saying. Luis says what he's saying is that the minute he left Sheridan alone with him, he walked out and that is when he signed Sheridan's death certificate. Luis tells Hank that he trusted him, but he betrayed him, he betrayed Sheridan! Luis demands to know why he left Sheridan? Hank says that he will tell him everything. Hank says that Sheridan wanted some ice cream, so he left when she assured she'd be fine and when she said she'd call Crane security to watch over her. Hank says that Sheridan even said that it was stupid for him to worry about her when the FBI was convinced she was no longer in danger. Hank says that he did betray Sheridan, he is just as guilty as the scum who pulled the trigger. Sam tells him not to blame himself because there is nothing they can do to bring back Sheridan. One of the other cops accidentally hits the stereo system, and Imagine begins to play. Luis hears the song and recalls the good times he had with Sheridan. Sam tells Arty to turn it off, but Luis tells him to let it play. Luis looks at Sheridan one last time. After the song ends, Luis goes ballistic, grabs Hank, and threatens to kill him! Luis begins to choke Hank, but Sam pulls him off of Hank. Luis tells Hank that he wants him to pay for Sheridan's death, he wanted him to die too! Sam drags Luis into the other room and tells him that he is out of control. Sam tells Luis that Hank is not a trained cop, he did the best he could to protect Sheridan, it isn't like he pulled out a gun and shot Sheridan himself. Sam tells Luis that he has no right . . . . Luis interrupts and tells Sam that it is Hank's fault that Sheridan is dead! Luis tells Sam that he knows if anything happened to Grace, he would not stop until he found out who did it. Sam admits that Luis is right. Luis tells Sam that he won't stop until he finds out who shot Sheridan. Luis vows to cut them down with no mercy. Sam tells Luis that the FBI and Interpool finds the murderer, but Luis says not if he beats them to it. Sam refuses to allow Luis to go out there in this state, so he asks him for his badge and gun. Luis hands them over, but says it won't stop him from going after the killer. Luis says if it takes the rest of his life to track the son of a bitch down, he'll do it. Sam suggests he go home, but Luis refuses to leave Sheridan. Back in the other room, Hank cries as he stands over Sheridan's body. He remembers her last words to him and cries out "Nooooo!" Sam comes running and asks what is going on? Hank tells Sam and Luis that he can't live with this anymore, he has to tell them! As Hank is about to tell them the truth, Eve shows up to collect Sheridan's body. However, Luis refuses to allow anyone to touch Sheridan.

Thursday

November 16
The first 10 minutes were interrupted.

At the mansion, Rebecca tells Ivy that Gwen is the only one who can understand what Ethan is going through because she and Sheridan were best friends. Rebecca continues to try and convince Ivy that Gwen is the only one for Ethan by pointing out that Sheridan tried to get involved with someone from another class, and look how she ended up. Julian agrees with Rebecca and tells Ivy that Gwen is the only one who is right for Ethan. Ivy walks off, and Rebecca tells Julian that they must put a wedge between Ethan and Luis. Julian couldn't agree more and says he has a plan which he will put into effect momentarily. Julian says they must make Ethan continue to blame Luis for Sheridan's death, and he is going to take Ethan down there and cause a scene between Ethan and Luis. Rebecca tells Julian that he is such a master manipulator! Julian asks Ethan to come down to the cottage with him because he wants to find out what the authorities are planning on doing with Sheridan's body. Ethan tells Gwen he'll be back shortly, and she tells Ethan that she'll wait for him. After they leave, Rebecca continues to give Gwen pep talks about how she will win Ethan away from Theresa.

At the cottage, Luis says goodbye to Sheridan. Before the bodybag is closed, Luis tells Sheridan that he'll miss her and he gives her a kiss. Sheridan is taken away, and Luis asks Hank what it was that he wanted to confess? Hank tells Luis that he was right, he killed Sheridan. Luis tells Hank that it isn't, and he had no right to accuse him earlier. Luis says that he lashed out because he wanted to blame someone. Luis tells Hank that he is his best friend and he knows he couldn't hurt anyone. Hank tells Luis that it is his fault and he had every right to hurt him. Eve tells Hank that they know he cared for Sheridan, but he is not to blame. Hank tries to tell them that he did it, but Luis says it is his fault for leaving Sheridan. Freeman shows up and tells Luis that he is truly sorry, and then he asks Sam to come out back with him because he needs his help. Sam and Freeman leave, and Luis tells Hank that he's going to find who did this and make them pay! Julian and Ethan show up and Julian begins yelling at Eve for removing his sister's body without his permission. Eve says she doesn't need his permission! Luis shows up and tells Julian that this is a crime scene. Julian then lays into Luis and tells him that he had one job to do, protect his sister, and now she is dead and it is his fault!

Outside, Ivy runs into Sam and asks if she can talk to him. Sam asks her "What about?" Ivy makes a play for Sam and tells him that she will do whatever it takes to get them back together. Sam is furious with Ivy and accuses her of using Sheridan's death to try and further her own goals, and he says that Julian and Alistair are probably also using her death to make a profit of some type. Sam says that he used to think Ethan was a good kid, but now he knows that he is just like Julian and Alistair. Ivy blurts out "No Sam, you can't hate our son!" Sam tells Ivy that she tried that trick before, and he talked to Eve and knows Ethan isn't his son. Ivy says she meant her and Julian's son. Ivy and Sam hear Julian and Luis fighting, so Sam decides to go see what is up. Ivy asks him to please stay and talk, but Sam says he wants nothing to do with her or her bastard son! After Sam walks off, Ivy says that Ethan is a bastard, but he is Sam's bastard!

Back at the cottage, Luis and Julian are arguing when Sam shows up. Julian tells Sam that he is holding Luis responsible for Sheridan's death. Ethan says his father is right, and he also says that he is going to see Chief Bennett run out of town for his shoddy work! Luis says Sam isn't at fault, if anyone is it is him. Ethan says that is right, if Luis had done his job, Sheridan would be alive! Sam says it is not Luis' fault, he was ordered to go to Washington. Luis says he shouldn't have gone, and Ethan says that it right, if he hadn't been so caught up in his quest to make detective, Sheridan would still be alive. Ethan tells Luis this is his fault and his alone! Ethan says he doesn't know what Sheridan saw in him, but he knows how she felt about him, and he was willing to give him a chance. Luis says he is sorry, but Sam tells Luis that he doesn't owe Ethan an apology. Ethan tells Luis to stay the hell away from his family, and to stay the hell off of Crane property. Ethan walks off, and Julian tells Luis to tell his entire family that none of them are to become involved with any member of his family on a personal level. Eve and Sam decide to go to the morgue, and Luis wants to go with them. Sam refuses and tells him to go home and grieve.

Ethan and Julian return to the mansion, and Gwen asks Ethan what is wrong? Julian fills her in on Ethan and Luis' argument, so Gwen tells Ethan that they should go upstairs and she will draw him a bath. Meanwhile, Julian tells Rebecca that their plan is going as scheduled, and he has no doubts that Ethan will destroy Sam Bennett before this is over.

At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Theresa decides to go over to the mansion and stop Gwen from stealing the man she loves, but Pilar forbids it. Theresa thinks that perhaps Ethan and Luis are bonding over Sheridan's death right now and grieving together. Pilar tells Theresa that her going there will only cause her brother more pain. Luis shows up, and Luis tells Theresa and his family that Julian has ice running through his veins, and Ethan is torn up about Sheridan's death. Luis says that Ethan and Julian told him that they never wanted to have anything to do with their family ever again, and they were to stay away from them. Luis says that Ethan blames him for Sheridan's death, and there is no one else in this world who hates him more than Ethan Crane.

At the morgue, Eve decides to start the autopsy. Sam wants to take a look at the bullets in order to track down the gun. Meanwhile, a bum talks with Freeman about hearing two men talking about killing Sheridan Crane down at the pier. The bum tells them that they through the gun in the water, so Freeman orders the harbor to be dredged. Freeman asks the man if he recognized either of the voices? The bum says that one man was French, and the other had an ordinary voice, but he'd recognize it if he heard it again. Suddenly, Sam and Hank walk in, and the bum recognizes Hank's voice and accuses him of being down at the docks!

Friday

November 17
Once again the first 10-15 minutes were interrupted. Also, I've typed this after watching the show as I needed to do things around the apartment, so this is shorter than normal

At the hospital, the bum confronts Hank and claims he was on the docks with the Frenchman discussing Sheridan's murder. Hank manages to weasel his way out of it somehow, that part was interrupted where I live. The bum is still suspicious of Hank, especially when he says he better leave. Freeman thanks the man and asks him to come down to the station to make a statement. Later, Eve concludes the autopsy and tells Sam that Sheridan was shot at point blank range. Sam realizes that Sheridan must have known her killer otherwise she would have struggled.

At the Lopez-Fitzgerald's, Theresa is upset by Luis talking bad about Ethan and she blurts out that Ethan isn't a Crane. Luis asks her what she means? Theresa says she just means he doesn't act like the other Cranes. Luis tells her that he does, and he saw that first hand tonight. Theresa wants to go to the mansion and stop Gwen from stealing Ethan from her. Pilar calls Theresa selfish and inconsiderate for thinking of herself when her brother is in such pain, and she forbids Theresa from going to the mansion. Later, Theresa sneaks out to see Ethan.

At the mansion, Gwen is busy comforting Ethan and telling him that only she can help him. As they go through some old mementos Ethan saved of Sheridan, Gwen comes across the teddy bear Theresa won for him at the boardwalk arcade. Ethan tells her how Theresa won it for him, and asks her not to be mad. Gwen says she isn't mad, and she asks Ethan to go take a bath. When Ethan leaves to take his bath, Gwen trashes the bear and throws it down the steps. Later, Theresa shows up and finds her bear. She thinks Ethan did this to it, and cries that she has lost Ethan forever. Gwen hears her and tells herself "You have lost Ethan!"

At the Russells', Chad's decision to leave causes problems. Simone realizes that CHad has feelings for Whitney, and she blames her mom for Chad's leaving. She confronts Eve and calls her a bigot, which stuns Eve. TC demands Simone apologize, but Simone refuses because she knows she is right. Simone runs off, and TC goes after her. Eve tells Chad that she is sorry, and they have a talk. Chad tells Eve that he used to think that she was hard on her daughters because she came from "the hard life" like he did, but perhaps he was wrong. Eve blurts out "perhaps we are more alike than you think." Eve apologizes to Chad and tells him that he doesn't have to go, but Chad says he does. Later, Whitney returns home and learns Chad is leaving. Chad tells Whitney that he knows she wants more than tennis in her life, but if she doesn't open up to others, she'll never find it. Whitney goes to the garage apartment after she thinks Chad has left and cries "What have I done?" Chad shows up behind her to pick up something and overhears her.

At the docks, Sam, Hank, Freeman, and Luis watch as men search for the gun. The finally find it, and Freeman notices Hank isn't looking too well. Meanwhile, Luis goes off to be by himself when Sheridan shows up. She tells him that she couldn't stay away when he was in so much pain. Is it real, or a fantasy? We'll have to wait until Monday to find out!
