Luis and Ethan still refuse to believe Theresa is guilty, and Ethan says Theresa is not allowed to talk to anyone else until a lawyer is present. Ethan goes to call the Crane family attorneys to come help Theresa. The Crane attorney, Mr. Davis, arrives and is not pleased to hear Theresa confessed. The attorney is taken to see Theresa, and Whitney comes out and asks Ethan if he killed Julian, because Theresa may be covering for him. Ethan asks where this is coming from, did Theresa say he killed Julian? Whitney says no, but she thinks Theresa is covering for someone. Ethan says he'd never let Theresa take the blame for this if he was guilty, and Whitney says she should have known he wouldn't do that to her, because she knows he still loves her. Whitney wonders what Theresa is doing.
Mr. Davis meets with THeresa, and he says her confessions makes things a little more difficult. Theresa tells her lawyer that she really did do it. She tells him her story, and he says him practically raping her and leaving her pregnant will help them. Theresa asks about the death penalty, but her lawyer says they haven't executed anyone in this state for over a decade, so he doesn't see that happening to her. However, he does see her spending time in jail, but not the death penalty. He says Alistair would not let anything too bad happen to her because it would tarnish the Crane reputation. He also says he's going to work on getting her out on bail.
Mr. Davis makes arrangements for bail hearing, and the gunpowder test results on Theresa gloves come back and it indicates she did fire a gun! Theresa says she told them that she did it! Ethan and her lawyer tell her to shut up and stop handing the police their case! Theresa thinks to herself, and we learn that the gunpowder is a result from her tripping and the gun going off. Ethan asks Mr. Davis what he thinks, and he tells Ethan and Whitney that he thinks Theresa did do it. Whitney urges Theresa to stop this now because she knows she is lying, she just can't figure out why. Meanwhile, Mr. Davis calls up Alistair to tell him that he thinks he can get Theresa the lightest possible sentence, and keep the Crane name intact. Alistiar, however, says Theresa is not a Crane, she killed one, and he wants to see her sentenced to death!
At the Bennett's, Eve sees visions of her family being torn apart in her tea cup. She sees TC attack and kill Chad! TC asks what she saw, and she explains what she saw and how it scared her. TC assures her that he'd never kill Chad, or attack him unless he hurt her or one of the girls. Kay realizes this is Zombie's doing. Zombie says of course she did this, and she shows Kay her own future. Kay sees an image of herself holding Miguel as he dies, and her crying that this was all her fault. Kay says she doesn't believe her stupid vision, so Charity turns her into a chicken for a few seconds to prove her power is real. Kay refuses to let Charity hurt Miguel. Miguel gives Charity his present, and she says it is so hot. MEanwhile, Pilar looks into her tea cup, and sees Miguel lying in bed, and he's dead! Miguel asks Pilar what is wrong, and she tells him what she saw in her tea. Miguel assures his mom that he is fine, and nothing bad will happen to him. Eve tells Pilar she saw similar horrible things in her tea, and that it is just the power of suggestion. Zombie Charity tells Kay that is what they think! Charity orders Tabitha to finish the leaves, and she offers to look for good things in their futures to make them feel better. Pilar agrees, and looks back into her cup only to see Theresa being put to death for Julian's murder.
In Bermuda, Brain attacks Nick and demands to know where Diana is. Nick tells Brian to figure it out himself! Brian threatens him, and Nick says that Diana is safe, as long as they can talk. Nick says he wants his money, the money Brian owes him. Brian says he was scamming people out of their retirements fun, he owes him nothing! Meanwhile, in the Casino, Brian's henchman convinces Sheridan/Diana to borrow money from the house to try and win enough money to buy Brian the navigation system for his boat. Diana plays, and loses big. She eventually quits, and says she'll be back to pay her debt. Later, Diana/Sheridan finds Brian with Nick. Nick asks to be introduced, but Brian grabs her and says they are getting the hell out of here. After they leave, Nick talks to his man and says Diana's debt is his insurance that they'll be back whenever he wants Brian.
Meanwhile, Nick tells his henchman that it is time to pay Brian back. Nick says no matter where Brian goes, he'll find him. HE says if Brian doesn't pay him back the money, his girlfriend will pay with her life!
At the Bennett's, Pilar sees Theresa being executed for Julian's murder. She is shocked, and Reese goes into witchcraft accusations. Kay hates seeing Miguel look at his mother in such pain, and she tells the Zombie that she hates her. Zombie tells Kay to keep her damn mouth shut, or she'll just have to cause everyone more pain and suffering. Later, Pilar sees a vision of Antonio being beaten by Luis! Theresa says she must find Luis and Theresa right away. Pilar calls up the station to talk to Luis, and learns from another cop that Theresa has confessed to Julian's murder and as at a bail hearing right now. Theresa heads to the courthouse and stop Theresa and make her tell the truth before the vision she saw comes true. Meanwhile, the nasty looks between TC and Chad continue. Chad says one day TC will know that he did none of those things to Whitney, and that he loves her. Later, Zombie gives Tabitha new orders regarding her Aunt Grace. Tabitha says that is the most wicked thing she's come up with yet!
At the station, Theresa tells everyone to stop pressuring her to say she didn't do this. She says she did the crime, and she has the best legal team defending her so everything will be fine. Mr. Davis gets off the phone with Alistair, and is stunned that he wants her to die for killing her son. Ethan asks Davis if he talked to AListair, and he says he did and everything is being taken care of. Davis feels sorry for Theresa because he says she's already dead, she just doesn't know it.
Everyone heads down to the courthouse for Theresa'a bail hearing. They are forced to wait for the DA to arrive. Luis worries that his sister may be executed, but Sam doesn't think that will happen. Theresa has a dream of being found guilty, but also being set free. She holds her baby, and she tells Ethan that they can finally go to home to the mansion and get married. Meanwhile, Alistair is in the back of the courthouse waiting to hear the outcome of Theresa's hearing. The DA eventually arrives, but needs to look over the evidence first. She looks over the evidence, and then states that the state seeks to deny bail because of the enormous evidence of her guilt. The judge agrees that Theresa is a threat to society, and denies her bail. Theresa becomes upset because if the Crane attorney's can't get her bail, then how can they keep her from being executed. Alistair faxes the court a statement saying THeresa isn't a flight risk, and Theresa is relieved Alistair is "helping" her. Suddenly, Pilar rushes into the court, slaps Theresa, and orders her to tell the truth!
On the island, Brian calls on Liz for help. He tells her that he needs her to use her plane and pick him and Diana up from Bermuda, it is a matter of life or death. Liz says she'll be right there. Brian and Sheridan meet her at the airport, and Brian tells her that some bad people who don't like him have found him, and he fears they may take their anger for him out on Diana. They leave, while Nick spells danger for Sheridan. Nick is sure he has Brian right where he wants him. Nick's henchman has learned that Brian and his girl are headed to Saint Lisa's, so Nick says they will follow.
At the Bennett's, Reese is convinced Tabitha used witchcraft to create the violent images in the tea leaves. Everyone else thinks he is just being silly. Zombie Charity forces a reluctant Tabitha to do a tea leaf reading for Grace. Grace isn't sure, so Tabitha guilts her into it by saying if she isn't of any use she'll go back to her lonely house. Grace agrees, and is shocked when she sees Kay trying to kill Charity! Meanwhile, Kay begs for Miguel's life, but Zombie Charity sticks firm to her plan. Zombie Charity and Miguel make plans to sneak out of the party so they can make love at a country inn. Miguel leaves to get some ice, and Zombie casts a spell making her shadow walk around her room so that Kay believes she hasn't left. Kay watches as a shadow of Charity paces in her room, not realizing that Charity is on her way to kill Miguel.
Pilar bursts into the courtroom and makes a scene at Theresa's bail hearing. Theresa is stunned when her mother slaps her, and orders her to admit she didn't kill Julian. Luis tries to calm his mother, and the judge threatens to throw Pilar out. Pilar confesses to Julian's murder, but nobody believes her because Luis already tried the same thing. Theresa's bail is set at 10 million dollars, and Alistair agrees to pay it. This makes Theresa even more sure that Alistair will not let any harm come to her, but Pilar continues to worry about her vision.
BAck in Bermuda, Nick plots his revenge on Brian. He arranges a trip to Saint Lisa's to pay Diana a visit! Later, Nick arrives in Saint Lisa's. Nick goes into the hotel and gets a room from Liz.
At the party, Chad has left the party, and the party's mood begins to go downhill. Meanwhile, Grace becomes upset by her vision in the tea cup of Kay choking Charity. Eve takes the cup away and tells her to stop looking in the cup. Kay continues to watch Zombie CHarity's shadow, not realizing she's been duped. Suddenly, Grace shows up and demands to know if she and Charity are still fighting over Miguel? Kay asks what this is about? Grace tells her about her vision, and Kay says nothing is going on between her and Charity, she would never try to hurt her. Grace isn't so sure, so Kay tells her mom to go up to CHarity's room and ask her herself. Grace says she just might. Meanwhile, Tabitha does a tea reading for John. John sees himself attacking his father in his cup, and calling him a damn liar. John refuses to believe the vision as he knows his father would never lie to him. Reese accuses Tabitha of being a witch, and Tabitha says she is not a witch and is hurt by his words. Reese accuses her of trying to drug them, but Tabitha says the tea is just plain tea, and she'd never poison people who mean so much to her. Tabitha asks the others if they believe she could want to hurt them? They don't, and TC says he'll look into the tea and prove that this is all non-sense. Eve says no, the tea could be toxic, and she pours it out. meanwhile, Jessica looks up the ingredients, and finds that one of them can cause hallucinations. Reese says that Tabitha knew what that herb would do to them, but Tabitha says she just thought it smelled nice! She finds that there is still a little bit of tea left, and dares "Ross" to try her tea and prove she is a witch, unless he is just a bully. Reese steps up to the bat and decides to prove she is a witch. When Reese looks into the tea, he ends up having a pie thrown in his face! The pie is just a hallucination, and as he tries to wipe it off, he looks like an idiot. Later, Tabitha tries to use her tea to find TImmy, but she sees nothing. meanwhile, Kay goes to see Charity, only to learn she has been fooled by a shadow!
Zombie Charity and Miguel arrive at the hotel room for their night of lovemaking. While Zombie Charity slips into her negligee, Miguel makes the room romantic. Miguel and Zombie Charity then begin to make love, but it turns out to be a daydream Miguel had while lying in bed. Zombie Charity shows up, and she and Miguel begin to make love for real! Miguel slows them down, and asks her to wait because he has a surprise for her. Miguel makes them a romantic bath! Charity and Miguel drop their clothes, and get into the bath. As they begin to kiss and cuddle, Zombie begins to turn back into a demon!
Kay finds out that she has been fooled by CHarity's shadow. She says she has to stop them, and runs off. Kay finds Reese and asks him where Miguel is. Reese says a hotel, and they wanted to be alone together. Kay says it is very important, she needs to talk to him. Jessica tells her to butt out, this is their special night. When Reese leaves to find his palm pilot, Jessica scolds her sister for still trying to get Miguel and for leading Reese on. Kay leaves and begins calling all the hotels she can find, and manages to locate the one Miguel is in. She calls the hotel, only to have Zombie Charity answer! Zombie tells Kay that even though she has figured her game out, by time she gets here, Miguel will be dead! Zombie says she'll videotape their hot sex if she'd like to see them later. Kay says she needs to talk to Miguel, it is about his sister. Charity says she's not falling for that. Charity tells Kay to use this time to iron her best black dress for Miguel's funeral, and then hangs up on her. Kay speeds to the hotel, speed being the key word, and ends up being pulled over by the cops! Kay tries to use her dad to get out of this, and then she realizes the cop isn't a real cop. It turns out the cop is Zombie in disguise! Zombie takes her keys, and vanishes back to the hotel.
At the Book Cafe, Pilar continues to worry that Theresa will be put to death. She says that Father Lonigan says evil is back in Harmony, and she thinks her family is in danger. Luis tells her that Theresa won't die, and as for him and Antonio fighting, they have nothing to fight about. Pilar says that she doesn't think Antonio found his note about what happened. Luis insists that everything will be fine, and when Antonio comes home maybe he'll bring Diana with him. Beth shows up and tries to comfort Pilar as well. When Pilar leaves for a moment, Beth reminds Luis that Tabitha's tea leaf reading for Sheridan was right on, so what if Pilar's reading is true? Luis says it can't be, the past is one thing to see, but the future is another. Reese and Jessica show up after hearing information on the radio about Theresa, and Luis tells them that it isn't true. He also says the Cranes have hired her a lawyer, and he will get her off. They try to ease Pilar's fears by saying the leaves in Tabitha's tea cause hallucinations, but Beth still worries that because her other readings came true, Pilar's could. Luis says this is all just tea-cup silliness, but Pilar still fears something is wrong. Later, Luis realizes he forgot his key to Hank's place, and he doesn't want to wake him up because Hank has to get up early. Beth invites him to come back to her place. Luis tells her that he would like that.
At the hotel, Zombie Charity and Miguel enjoy a bath together, but Zombie begins changing back into a demon! She questions him about the bathwater, and he says he picked some berries from Tabitha's yard because they smell good. Charity realizes they are from Tabitha's juniper bush, they expose her as a demon! Charity tries to keep Miguel from seeing her true form, so she puts a washcloth over his eyes. Suddenly, fire begins to erupt around the tub, and Zombie realizes she has to get out of this water! Charity ends up turning into an ugly demon, and Miguel realizes it is getting warmer. Zombie says she just turned on the Jacuzzi jets, and must have turned up the temperature. Charity gets out to try and change back, but Miguel grabs her and says her skin feels like scales! Charity says the water must have dried her out, she'll put some lotion on. When Miguel takes off the washcloth, the Zombie once again looks like Charity. Charity leaves the bathroom, and gets Kay's call. After dealing with Kay, Miguel comes out of the bathroom, and the two jump into bed!
