At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Theresa makes Ethan lunch. Ethan tells Theresa that he enjoyed skiing with her, he just wishes things would have worked out better for Whitney and Chad. Ethan firmly believes that if two people are in love, things will work out for them. Theresa tells Ethan that she feels the same way. Ethan and Theresa end up throwing bubbles at one another while washing dishes, and Ethan goes into his Elvis act. Ethan tells Theresa that he is having so much fun, and he's never laughed this hard with anyone before. Ethan and Theresa end up slipping on the soap, and fall to the floor together. Pilar walks in on them staring into one another's eyes. Ethan and Theresa explain to Pilar why they are on the floor, and Ethan jokes that if she was Luis he'd have a lot more explaining to do. Pilar tells them that Luis isn't here, and she tells them he is in Paris and explains why. Ethan worries about Sheridan and decides to go call her. After he goes into the living room, Pilar scolds Theresa for not getting over Ethan and accepting that Ethan and Gwen are to be married. Theresa tells her mom that Ethan is giving her signs and making her realize that there is still a chance they could end up together. Pilar tells Theresa to be realistic, she is only hearing what she wants to hear. Pilar says that Gwen will fight to keep Ethan, so she shouldn't make anymore trouble. Theresa says she will not go after Ethan, fate will decide who Ethan will be with. Pilar says "enough with fate!" However, Theresa knows that fate will bring her and Ethan together again, possibly for good. Ethan returns to the kitchen and invites Theresa to a charity bridal show, Gwen left him a message about the show and suggested he take her, and Theresa happily accepts.
At the Book Cafe, Chad can't stop thinking about Whitney. Beth shows up and tells Chad that they need to talk about Whitney. Chad asks what she wanted to talk about Whitney for? Beth says some of the tennis magazines Whitney ordered came in, and she wants him to deliver them. Chad thinks that would be a bad idea, because he is the last person she would want to see. Beth thinks this would be a good opportunity to make up, so Chad agrees to take them over.
At the Russell house, Eve asks Whitney what happened to her leg? Whitney says she got a cut, so Eve says she'll examine it for her. Kay ends up telling Eve that Whitney and Theresa were stranded at the Crane cabin with Ethan and Chad, and when they arrived they found Whitney naked with Chad standing over her! Ivy shows up, and after the girls leave, Ivy tells Eve that her daughter obviously takes after her mother! Ivy says that when Whitney finds out what a tramp her mother was she'll think it is fine for her to be one, because she wants to grow up and be just like her mommy. Whitney and Simone ask Kay how she could do this, and Kay says very loudly, at least she didn't tell her mom about how Chad tackled her in a towel. Eve overhears this and can't believe what she is hearing. Kay tells Eve that everything worked out, Whitney even had a romantic dinner with Chad and sang him a love song. Eve can't believe what she is hearing, she told Whitney and Simone that they were to stay away from Chad Harris. She tells Whitney not only did she disobey her, she managed to injured her leg as well. TC walks in and hears that Whitney injured her leg, and asks what this is all about? Whitney says it is just a small cut, which upsets TC because this could ruin her career. TC says he never should have let her go skiing. Simone says that it didn't happen when she was skiing, it happened at the cabin. TC asks what she was doing at the cabin, and how could she let this happen? Kay says at least she wasn't alone, she was with Chad at the cabin. TC can't believe what he is hearing, and thinks that Chad is somehow responsible for Whitney's injury. TC refuses to let some young punk ruin her career, and he threatens to kill Chad if he ever sees him around here again. Suddenly, Chad shows up to deliver Whitney her magazines! Whitney tries to explain to TC what happened, but TC says he should have listened to his wife, she has been right about Chad all along. TC throws a plant across the room and tells Whitney that this is intolerable! Kay realizes she messed up big time, and has never seen anyone so angry. Suddenly, Chad walks in with Whitney's magazines, and TC looks at him with intent to kill. TC calls Chad a bastard and says he knows what went on at the cabin and he won't get away with it! Chad tells him to chill, and Whitney begs her dad not to do this. Chad tells Whitney and Simone that they thought they agreed not to tell? TC thinks that Chad tried to get his daughter to lie for him. As he is about to kill Chad, Simone throws herself in front of Chad and begs her dad to listen to Whitney. Whitney explains everything that happened, why they were at the cabin, and that they got stranded in an avalanche. She says the avalanche is what injured her leg, and Chad even saved her life. Whitney assures her dad that she'd never get mixed up with anyone like Chad, her career is more important to her than anything else. TC tells Whitney that he believes her, and Chad decides to leave. Simone goes after Chad and tells him that her father didn't mean what he said, he just got carried away. Eve comes outside and thanks Chad for helping Whitney, but she thinks it would be best if . . . Chad knows what she thinks is best, that he leave and never come back. Chad says he gets the picture, and she doesn't have to worry about him anymore. Chad leaves, and Ivy tells Eve that it is scary to think what would ever happen if TC saw the photos of her and Julian! Meanwhile, Simone yells at Kay for what she did, but Kay says that thanks to her, Chad and Whitney will never see each other again. Kay assures Simone that her father will get over this, but Simone isn't so sure. Back inside, Eve overhears TC tell Whitney that he won't tolerate anyone trying to break up his family, and he'll do whatever it takes to keep them safe. Later, Whitney calls Kay a bitch for doing this to her, and thanks Simone for tearing this family apart with her stupid suspicions about her and Chad. Meanwhile, Ivy asks Eve for an answer, will she help her get Sam, or sit back and watch her family be destroyed?
Chad returns to the Book Cafe, and tells Beth that things did not go well for him at Whitney's. Beth offers to listen if he wants to talk.
Sam and Grace stop by the Russell's to take them out to dinner at the Lobster Shack to celebrate their getting re-married. Back up at the mansion, Ivy calls EVe's paging service, and learns she is at the Lobster Shack. Ivy asks Julian to take her out to dinner, so Julian, hoping to score a little action, agrees. At the Lobster Shack, Eve is unnerved when she sees Ivy show up. Eve goes into the bathroom to try and calm herself down, but Ivy shows up and begins to taunt her. Ivy demands a "final answer" from Eve. Eve refuses to help Ivy, so Ivy tells Eve that she hopes she's prepared to deal with the consequences.
Ethan goes to the Book Cafe and has a talk with Chad about love, Whitney, and Theresa. Ethan starts talking about how wonderful Theresa is, and how her boyfriend who dumped her doesn't know what he's missing out on. Chad says he'd sure like to find someone like Theresa. Ethan asks him "What about Whitney?" Chad says that Whitney has made it clear she wants nothing to do with him. Later, Ethan invites Chad to the Charity Bridal Show with him to listen to music.
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald house, Whitney shows up and tells Theresa what happened with Chad, and how she fears that fortune teller's prophecy about her father killing someone could come true. Theresa tries to take her mind off it by inviting her to go to the Charity Bridal Show with her and Ethan. Whitney agrees, but only to keep an eye on Theresa. Once at the show, Whitney and Chad are shocked when they run into one another.
In France, Luis and Sheridan argue up a storm. Luis wants to know what he did to make Sheridan so angry with him in the first place. Sheridan wants Luis to fess up and admit to her that he has been lying to her, but Luis says he hasn't. As they cool off, they both talk to different officers. The officers think they are in love, but they assure them they have no romantic interest in one another. Later they remember some of their dates, and eating ice cream. The female officer tells Sheridan that the papers are ready for her to sign. Sheridan asks what happens after she signs the complaint? The officer says they will officially book Luis. Sheridan looks at the complaint, and then looks at Luis.
At the Charity Bridal show, Chad and Whitney are shocked to see one another, and Whitney thinks Theresa and Ethan set her up. They swear they didn't know the other was coming. Whitney refuses to stay if Chad is, so Chad says he will leave. Unfortunately, the planner of the show enters Ethan and Theresa and Chad and Whitney in the Perfect Couple Contest. Ethan says they are only friends, but he says friends make the best couples. To make matters worse, the contest is being broadcast on TV! Whitney and Theresa end up getting dressed up in bridal gowns while Ethan and Chad get dressed up in tuxes. The first contest begins, the brides have to tie their grooms bow tie. Whitney refuses to do this, and Chad thinks that Whitney only does things she is good at. Whitney says she can tie a simple bow tie, and begins to tie Chad's tie. They both win the contest, and move on to the next event. They are forced to put on a blindfold, and feed wedding cake to one another. After the contest, Whitney and Chad both apologize to one another for snapping at the other. Chad tells Whitney that he'll talk to her pops and make sure he knows there is nothing going on between them. Later, all the contestants dance. Whitney and Chad sit it out, because Whitney's leg is still hurting. However, they are informed if they don't dance, they will forfeit the prize, and then the coordinator forces them to dance like people in love, not strangers.
At the Lobster Shack, Fred Ferguson, the owner of the Lobster Shack, is delighted that Julian has shown up at his little restaurant. Meanwhile, Grace leaves when she sees a friend, and TC goes into a rage when he spots Julian. Sam tells TC that they can leave, but TC says he can control himself. Grace returns, and they all talk about the wedding, and other things. TC wants to plan a big surprise for Eve, he wants to find her family for her and have a big party. Grace loves the idea, and says they could even find some old photos of Eve and friends and blow them up. Later, Sam gets a call from Luis, who has been arrested. Sam asks Luis what in the hell is wrong with Sheridan Crane? Sam says he will get him out of there somehow, he won't let Sheridan get away with this. Meanwhile, TC wonders what is taking Eve so long, so Grace offers to go see what is holding her up.
In the bathroom, Eve refuses to help Ivy break up Sam and Grace's marriage. Ivy tells Eve that is fine, but when she shows TC these photos he will probably kill Julian, and then TC will spend his life in jail because of her, unless Alastair uses his influence to get him the death penalty. She also says when her daughters learn about her past, they will probably follow in her footsteps. Ivy turns to leave, but Eve asks her to wait. Ivy asks if she has changed her mind? Eve says no, she wanted to give her another chance to give her back the photos. Ivy refuses, and doesn't know why Eve would want to wreck her marriage for Grace, the yard sale queen. Eve "how dares" Ivy for insulting Grace, and she tells Ivy that Grace is a good woman and was a second mother to her girls. Eve gets down on her knees and begs Ivy to have a heart, have some humanity. She begs Ivy to tear up the photos and not ask her to stab her best friend in the back. Ivy tells Eve that with or without her help, she is going after Sam and won't stop until she gets him. Ivy tells Eve that she can't protect Grace's marriage, but she can save her own. Eve asks God to forgive her, and agrees to help Ivy. Eve asks for the photos, but Ivy says she won't get them until she has Sam in her bed. Eve accuses Ivy of being a cold, hateful, despicable woman, a desperate mother, and a horrible wife. Ivy asks Eve what kind of friend she is? Eve says nothing, and Ivy says perhaps they aren't so different after all. After Ivy leaves, Eve touches up her makeup, and Grace shows up. Grace is crying and tells Eve that she knows all about her helping Ivy go after Sam, she heard the whole thing! Grace says she thought she was her friend! Eve says she had no choice. Grace tells her that she thought she knew her, but now she's sorry they ever met! Of course it was all a nightmarish daydream. Grace comes in and never heard a word of what went on.
Ivy returns to Julian, who wonders what took her so long. Meanwhile, Grace and Eve return to Sam and TC, and when Grace sees Ivy and Julian, she thinks they should ask them to join them. TC and Sam refuse, claiming the table is only big enough for four. Later, a contest is held to find the captain and first mait of the Lobster Shack, and Julian and Eve have the winning lobsters! They have to wear ridiculous hats, and Julian thanks Ivy for dragging him here. Grace hopes Eve isn't mad at her, because next to Sam and the girls, she means everything to her. As they are all leaving, Ivy whispers to Eve that she'll be in touch.
Inside, Simone decides to get back at Kay by helping Miguel and Charity show everyone how romantic of a couple they really are. Kay shows up and hears Simone telling Miguel and Charity that she wants to see them crowned King and Queen of the prom. When Simone sees Kay, she smiles and tells Charity and Miguel how much she admires them and wants to make sure they stay a couple forever. Tabitha and Timmy, who are spying on them, realize this is not good, Simone is still angry at Kay and is pushing Charity and Miguel together to spite her. Kay yanks Simone aside and asks her what she is doing, she is supposed to be helping her break up Charity and Miguel? Simone says she was supposed to keep her mouth shut about what happened at the cabin. Simone tells "Katherine" Bennett that their friendship is over! Meanwhile, Tabitha makes Timmy climb the trellis to enter the house so he can spy on them for her. Timmy doesn't want to, so Tabitha uses a fluffy threat to force his hand. Tabitha asks Timmy, who is peering through Kay's window, to tell her what is going on? Inside, Kay and Simone are fighting, but Timmy tells Tabitha if she would be quiet maybe he could hear. Tabitha scolds her polyester problem child and tells him to just do as she says! Inside, Simone is screaming to Kay that she has been the most loyal friend to her, and she repayed her by stabbing her in the back! Timmy tells Tabitha that the way Kay and Simone are fighting, he doubts they will ever be friends again! Simone begins grabbing all of her stuff from Kay's room so she never has to return. Kay says they have been best friends since they were little, who will she hang out with now? Simone tells her she will hang out with her new best friend, Charity. Simone says that she's even going to courage Charity make love to Miguel on prom night! This news calls Timmy to fall, and Tabitha attempts to catch him but misses. Timmy exclaims "Timmy's fallen and can't get up!" After he recovers, Timmy tells Tabitha that Simone is going to fix it so Charity and Miguel make love on prom night. Tabitha says that it will take all her scheming, but she will make sure Charity and Miguel do not make love on prom night! Back upstairs, Kay and Simone continue to argue, and Kay tells Simone that she'll never get Chad without her help. Simone says she can get Chad on her own because Whitney is not interested in Chad and Chad is not interested in Whitney. Kay turns on the TV, and suggests Simone take a look. On the TV, Whitney is doing a seductive dance for Chad as part of the charity contests.
At the Charity Bridal show, the dance portion of the contest still continues, and Ethan tells Theresa that she's never looked so beautiful. Ethan then says that sparks are definitely starting to fly between Chad and Whitney. Ethan brushes some crumbs off of Theresa's cheek, and then goes to get her some punch. A judge tells Theresa that her partner is very attentive. Theresa tells the judge that they are soul mates, and very much in love. Theresa then fantasizes about Ethan telling her how much he loves her and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. After the dance contest ends, the next contest begins. The MC says this next surprise event is bold, rash, it is a garder removal and garder throw contest! The MC says that whichever couple performs this with the most heat wins! Theresa thinks this is her chance to prove to Ethan that she is sexier than Gwen, but Whitney refuses to allow Chad to touch her. Whitney says she's leaving, but Theresa talks her into staying. Later, Ethan tells Theresa that this contest is the best way for Chad and Whitney to recognize their feelings for one another. He also says that if he ever had unconscious feelings of love he would want someone to help him get in touch with them. The garter removal contest begins, and Theresa begins to do a seductive dance. Chad goats Whitney into competing by telling her that she can't win them all, this contest if for ladies who know how to please a man. Whitney starts her own seductive little dance.
Ivy and Julian return to the Crane mansion, and Julian thinks he's going to get lucky with Ivy for suffering through dinner at the Lobster Shack. Ivy tells him if he wants passion then he should enlist his first mate. Julian knows she is alluding to the bird statue and the supposed pictures of an affair between them. Ivy says her search has ended. Julian says if she really wants to find anything on him then they should go upstairs and she can search him. Ivy refuses, but Julian reminds her of the night they played caterpillar in the rose when they spent the night in Rio. He asks his rose to let her caterpillar explore every inch of her body tonight. Ivy says she hates bugs, and has changed her mind. Julian is furious with Ivy for tricking him, and then he finds the pillow Eve shot through hidden in a drawer. He asks Ivy what she is hiding from him? When Ivy tries to grab the pillow, Julian notices the bullet hole and wants an answer as to what happened? Ivy says that he is the only gun toting fradie cat who has shot up the living room. Julian knows she is keeping something from him, but perhaps she will open up to him. Ivy tells Julian that she is not sleeping with him tonight, so if he wants comfort he should take a bottle of cherrie and go to the library. Julian leaves, and Ivy decides to give Eve a call.
The Russells and Bennetts return home, and Grace wonders what is troubling Grace, she seems preoccupied? Eve recalls her confrontation with Ivy, and Grace says that she knows she's upset about the blackmail. Eve says she is right, and Sam and Grace start questioning her about the blackmail. Eve says that the blackmail concerns a mistake she made in the past, and she fears her family wouldn't forgive her if they knew what she did. TC says he knows he would forgive her, he and the girls love her so much that there is nothing she couldn't do they wouldn't forgive her for. Eve gets her hopes up, until TC says he's just lucky they don't have those problems. TC says that they are harping on this too much, and suggests he and Sam make their wives some coffee. Grace and Eve talk, and Grace tells Eve that she knows no matter what happens, she is a loyal person and she can trust Eve with her life. Grave starts talking about prom, and how Charity will go with Miguel, and Kay will probably go with Reese. When she wonders if Whitney and Simone will go with Chad, Eve exclaims "Over my dead body!" Grace apologizes for upsetting her, but Eve apologizes to Grace and says she shouldn't have snapped at him. Grace doesn't understand why she doesn't like Chad, he seems nice and respectful. Eve says that Chad is a street punk, not the kind of person he wants her girls involved with. Later, they all talk about the blackmail over coffee. Sam says the best way if for this person to turn the tables on their blackmailer. Eve says that she'd love to do just that. TC says if this woman has a marriage like theirs, he's sure her husband would forgive her for anything. Suddenly, Ivy calls Eve! Ivy says they should meet and discuss their strategy. Eve couldn't agree more, because things have changed since they last spoke and she has a lot to tell her.
Eve and Ivy meet, and Eve tells Ivy that she's not going to help her get Sam, because she doesn't know what love is. Ivy asks her if she thinks her friends and family will stand by her after they see the naughty photos? Eve is positive they will, so she tells Ivy to take the photos and shove them! Ivy wonders why Eve is so confident, did she tell TC she was the woman in the email photos? Eve says no, but she didn't give him a hypothetical situation. Eve tells her that TC would never forgive her for sleeping with the one man he hates the most, but Eve says that she won't change her mind. Ivy decides to call TC and tell him the truth, so she calls him. TC answers his phone, and Ivy asks Eve which one of them will tell TC the good news? Eve takes the phone and tells TC that there is something they need to talk about. TC asks if it can wait, but Eve says it can't. Before she can say anything, TC tells Eve that he showed the pictures to Sam, and he thinks he can trace the email to the blackmailer. Eve can't believe what he did. TC says he had to. He also says that even if this woman's husband can forgive her, he'll probably never forget and it will probably wreck their marriage. Eve chickens out and tells TC that she just wanted him to check something in the girls room. After Eve hangs up, Ivy tells Eve that all she has to do is let her know when Sam is alone, and where he is.
Ivy returns home and gets a call from Alastair. Ivy is shocked to hear from him, and that he knows she was out for a walk tonight. Alastair hopes she wasn't up to something naughty, because she has a responsibility to the Crane family. Alastair warns Ivy that he will be watching her!
Eve returns home and looks at a picture of her and Grace. She apologizes to Grace for what she has to do.
At the Charity Bridal Show, Whitney and Theresa do seductive dances for Ethan and Chad. Whitney and Chad win the contest, and then they go their separate ways. Ethan doesn't understand why Chad and Whitney can't see their feelings for the other. Theresa thinks that maybe if they were chosen as perfect couple then Whitney would wake up. Ethan thinks that might work, sometimes a person needs a little shock to see the truth. Later, Ethan confronts Chad about his feelings for Whitney. Chad tells Ethan that he needs to examine his own feelings for Theresa, and perhaps he is the one who is in need of a push. Ethan asks Chad what he means by that? Chad tells Ethan that he is just saying that people who don't know him and Theresa might think that they are a couple, and Ethan understands but says that he and Theresa are only friends, and he knows Theresa would agree. Chad responds "yeah right." Meanwhile, Theresa tries to convince Whitney that Chad is special, and if she likes him then she better make her move. Later, both Ethan and Theresa as well as Chad and Whitney win the contest, it was a tie. The Harmony Herald wants to interview them, and Chad agrees, if they offer to help him out with something in return. Chad asks the reporter to help him with his search for his past. Elsewhere, one of the judges tells Whitney that if ever she's seen four people so in love it is her and Chad, and Theresa and Ethan. Whitney tells her that she is wrong, but the judge says that if she doesn't stop denying her feelings, she will miss out of the one thing that might make her happy. Meanwhile, Theresa asks Ethan if he has realized anything yet? Ethan says that he has, and he thinks someone is trying to tell him something. He thinks that even expert judges can be wrong about love.
At the Bennett's, Simone is furious when she sees Whitney doing a seductive dance for Chad on cable access. Kay warns Simone that there is no way she'll get Chad, and she'll get Miguel, they have to work together. When Simone learns it is for Charity, she thinks they aren't really together, but Kay tells her not to be so blind. After Chad and Whitney win the contest in a tie, Kay continues to tell Simone that she needs her now more than ever if she wants to get Chad. Simone agrees to be friends again, but this better not be another empty promise!
Downstairs, Tabitha and Timmy spy on Charity and Miguel's make-out fest. Tabitha says this is terrible, and they must prevent Miguel and Charity from making love on prom night. Charity tells Miguel that she's never kissed anyone like that before, and Miguel says neither has he, so he thinks they should practice some more. Timmy tells Tabitha that he's tired of watching Miguel kiss his woman, so he's going to go in there and show him what he's made of! Tabitha says he won't scare Miguel, but there must be something that will. Meanwhile, Miguel thinks that Miguel that they should practice walking and waving to their subjects after they are crowned king and queen. Charity doesn't think she will be crowned queen, but Miguel is positive that she will. Tabitha and Timmy hide when Sam and Grace come home, and when Sam and Grace see what Miguel and Charity are doing, Grace suggests, since they are chaperones, they pretend it is their prom, since she doesn't remember her own. Tabitha gets a devilish idea, and approaches them, saying she couldn't help but overhear their conversation. Tabitha remembers her own prom, and weasels her way into becoming a chaperone at the prom! After Sam and Grace go inside, Tabitha tells Timmy that Miguel and Charity will never know what hit them. Back inside, Charity begins to feel that someone they know is emotionally hurt and is about to make a decision which will effect them for the rest of their lives! Miguel asks who it is? Charity doesn't know, but the decision has been made. Charity remembers her premonition of Miguel marrying Kay, and Miguel asks what has her so upset. Charity says she's having the premonition about him marrying Kay again, and when Tabitha overhears this, she realizes Kay and Simone are working together again. Tabitha promises Timmy that this years prom will be the prom from hell!
