On the island, Diana/Sheridan attempts to wait tables, but is horrible at it. She spills food all over a man, who is furious. Brian tells Liz that he'll help her out, and Sheridan says she'll be the best waitress she ever had! Liz gives Sheridan a break, and Brian asks her to follow him for a surprise. Brian takes Sheridan out for a picnic on the beach, and she ends up falling asleep. She dreams of the titanic, and then realizes she overslept! She runs to the restaurant, and both her and Liz are shocked that Brian is working! Sheridan tells Brian that is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for her.
Chad shows up at the Russell's, and says he's here to pack up his stuff and to see how she is doing. Chad says someone must have slipped something in her drink last night, and he apologizes for not protecting her. Whitney remembers last night, and she tells Chad to get away from her! Whitney thinks Chad thinks of her as a cheap slut, but Chad says that is not true. Chad says she is the most decent and upstanding girl he has ever met. Chad says someone must have slipped something in her drink, and he says he will find out who did this to her. However, Chad says if anything good came out of last night it is that he saw the real Whitney Russell and what she really wants. Whitney says he is wrong, she loves her parents and playing tennis. Chad asks her how she felt last night when she was singing? Whitney says she doesn't want to hear anymore, so Chad says fine he won't push it. Chad says he'll let her have it her way, or daddy's way. Chad then decides to go pack up his stuff and leave. He says he'll see her around, but she asks him not to go. They continue to talk, and Whitney starts crying when Chad says there is too much baggage around her for him to stay anyways. Whitney begins to cry, and Chad asks her for once in her life to do something for her and run away with him. Whitney can't believe he is asking her to just run away with him. She says she can't, she could never hurt her parents that way. Chad says she's not a kid anymore, she has to leave home sometime. Chad says he won't stop her from staying here and playing tennis, but if she wants to do something different and exciting then she should come with him.
At the Lopez-Fitzgerald's, Ethan shows up to see Theresa. He says he wanted to make sure he was okay, and to say that he had no idea he hurt her so badly. Theresa says she is all right now. Ethan says he wishes things could have been different for them. Theresa hugs Ethan and says all that matters is that he has come back! Theresa thinks they can still get married and raise her child as their own, but Ethan says he hasn't come back to her. He says they can't get married after what she's done. Ethan says this is a bad idea, he's going to go now that he knows she is all right. Theresa says she'll never be all right, and she wished he let her drown last night! Theresa says she has nothing, runs up to her room, and locks the door. Theresa says she can't take this anymore. Suddenly, Julian appears to her in the broken mirror and tells her to follow his plan. As Ethan demands she open the door, Theresa talks to Julian. Ethan eventually breaks in, and is shocked by what he sees. Ethan thinks Theresa is trying to kill herself again, but Theresa says she just accidentally broke the mirror. Ethan asks if he's telling her the truth? She says yes. Ethan's phone rings and it is Gwen, and he says he can't talk now but will meet her for lunch shortly. Julian's image tells Theresa that he told her so! Ethan refuses to leave Theresa alone, but she says she doesn't want him to stay! Theresa assures him that she won't try and kill herself again because it is a mortal sin, and because she doesn't want to hurt her baby. Ethan says he wishes someone was home with her, but she tells him to just stop acting like he cares. Theresa says if it is over between them then she has to move on without him! Ethan is shocked that she is being so mature, and that she is suddenly telling him to leave. Theresa says she needs to heal and for him to just leave. Ethan leaves, and gets the door slammed in his face! Julian tells Theresa that she is doing a good job, and this is the way to get Ethan back. She isn't sure, so he says if he is wrong he can always have her! Theresa tells him to go back to hell and trashes the mirror. We then see Julian's image transform into Zombie Charity, and Charity climb out of the trash can.
At Tabitha's, Zombie Charity, Tabitha, and Timmy all watch what is going on around Harmony in the crystal ball. Timmy decides to consult the scroll and see what is going to happen. Timmy goes searching for the scroll, and hears himself screaming for help. Tabitha asks timmy what is wrong? Timmy says he was searching for the scroll and heard himself screaming. Tabitha says she told him not to go looking for the scroll. Timmy is sad because of all the pain and misery in town, but Tabitha basically tells him to suck it up because evil is what they are.
Back in Harmony, Luis visits a flower shop to buy flowers for a very special woman. The owner is happy to see Luis is moving on. Hank comes in and asks Luis if those are for Beth? Luis says they are for his sister, and he begins feeling responsible for Theresa's suicide attempt. He says he should have been there and noticed the signs, but he was too busy thinking about Sheridan. Luis says he doesn't want anything else bad to happen to Theresa. Hank says Theresa is a grown woman, but Luis says he has not been a role model for Theresa at all. He says Theresa can't stay grounded in reality while he's talking about Sheridan coming back from the dead.
Outside, Timmy thinks there might be pain in his future because of the scroll. Zombie Charity tells them to shut up and just worry about helping her with her plan for suffering and chaos in Harmony. Charity transforms into Julian, and goes to push Theresa a bit farther towards the darkside. Elsewhere, Theresa wonders if Julian's plan will really work, and Julian appears to her and assures it will. He says he can get her Ethan, if she'll let him help her. Tabitha and Timmy watch as Zombie Charity, disguised as Julian, tries to lure Theresa to the darkside. Julian asks Theresa if the reason she's reluctant to listen to him is because she might be the one who killed him? Theresa says she just can't do it, so he shows her the contract she signed! Theresa says she already knows she's going to go to hell anyways, so who cares if she breaks the contract. Julian tells her that he'll make sure she suffers more than anyone if she breaks this contract! Julian shows her images of herself chained up in hell and being force fed Grace's tomato soup cakes! Theresa says she likes Mrs. Bennett's cake, so Julian shows her an image of her burning in a lava pit. Theresa says she can handle that, so he shows her images of Ethan and Gwen happy and being forced to watch them live that way!
At the hospital, Grace comes to visit Eve, who is still worrying about Whitney repeating her past mistakes. Eve tells Grace that Whitney was on drugs the other night. Grace says someone must have drugged her. Eve says she was set up by Chad Harris! Eve is furious and damns Chad to hell. Grace doesn't think Chad would do that, but Eve says if it wasn't him then it was someone he knows from the club world. She refuses to let that world hurt her daughter. Eve remembers the empty promises Julian made her to get what he wanted from her. Grace still refuses to believe Chad would harm Whitney. Eve says she is way to trusting, and she can't take the chance with her daughter. She refuses to let Chad and his music scene destroy Whitney's life like it and Julian did hers.
At the Russell's, Chad continues to try and get Whitney to admit that her true passion is signing. Chad says he wants to write songs and produce them, and he wants her to sing them. He asks her once again to run away with him. Whitney has a fantasy about running away with Chad and having a number one song. She then has a fantasy in which Rick Dees presents her with a Whammy award for recording artist of the year. Chad continues to tell her about how it would be for the, on their own with their own place. Whitney says she'll do it, and Chad kisses her! Chad says they need to pack her up. Suddenly the phone rings, and Whitney makes the mistake of answering it. It is Eve checking up on her. Whitney assures her mom that she is fine. Eve wants to talk with Whitney about what happened. She tells Whitney that she knows what happened wasn't her fault, some guys will do anything to take advantage of nice girls. Eve tells Whitney to be careful of friends who tell her that they know what is best for her, and it is her family who truley loves her and always has her best interests at heart. Whitney cries and says she won't forget that. After she gets off the phone, Whitney sees her tennis photo, and she refuses to go with Chad. She says tennis is her life, but Chad says music is her passion and her parents are trying to keep her from her true passion. Whitney says that isn't true, her parents love her! Chad tells her that she needs to stand up for what she wants and what she believes in. Whitney tells Chad to leave her house and never talk to her again!
At the hospital, David and John show up to meet Grace and Eve for the test. Grace has second thoughts, but John assures her that Dad wouldn't lie to him about this, he is her son. Sam and TC show up as well, and John continue to defends his dad, and begs them to call off the test. TC tells John that he is a good kid, but he still doesn't trust David. He hopes for John's sake that David isn't working for Ivy and lying to John. Sam agrees with TC, this will erase any doubts.
Elsewhere, Rebecca and Ivy run into one another on the way to the hospital board meeting. They both think they are Mrs. Julian Crane, and once again argue about it. Ivy and Rebecca race each other to the board meeting, and Rebecca ends up pushing a gerny into Ivy's wheel chair to get her stuck. As they continue to attempt to get to the board meeting, the witch music from the Wizard of Oz plays in the background. Ivy and Rebecca end up crash, and Eve comes out of her office when she sees them on the ground. Sam and TC help them up, and Ivy and Rebecca continue whining about who is the real Mrs. Crane. Eve informs them that Theresa is Mrs. Crane, and second there is no board meeting today. Eve says the schedule was changed and it was yesterday. Ivy and Rebecca say a Crane is supposed to be there! Eve says perhaps the board doesn't think of them as Cranes anymore. Sam and TC confront Ivy with the possibility that she hired David, and when he says it is time the truth come out, TC thinks he's admitting it. Ivy tells David that this is all her fault! John asks his dad why Ivy is blaming him? Ivy says she just meant it is his fault for letting this inquisition go this far. David says he just wants everyone to know the truth. Sam says Eve can do the test now, so they all head to the nurses station. As they head there, TC sees Chad and goes nuts. He demands to know what Chad is doing here? Chad says he is here to see him, because he has some things to tell him! Meanwhile, Sam tells David if this tests proves he is lying, he will make sure he pays! Elsewhere, Ivy threatens Eve, but Eve refuses to be blackmailed by Ivy! Ivy calls up her man marty and asks him to bring an "item" to her!
Luis continues to talk to Hank, and blames himself for what Theresa tried to do. He also says if she makes any more mistakes it will be his fault. Hank tells Luis that Theresa has always had her own fantasies, and they aren't his fault. Hank says even Pilar fantasizes about Antonio coming back. Luis looks guilty, and Hank asks him if something has happened? Luis tells him about Antonio coming home for Christmas, and how he told him to leave. Hank says that isn't his fault, Antonio made the choice not to stay. Still, Luis fears Theresa is about to make yet another mistake.
Zombie Charity, disguised as Julian, continues to push Theresa towards the dark side. Theresa says no matter how much she wishes, Ethan will never be hers again. She tells Julian to leave her alone and runs off. Julian turns back to CHarity, and Timmy tells her that she struck out. Charity says she just scored a home run, and tells him and Tabitha to stay tuned! Timmy still doesn't get it, and Charity tells him to bring pain and chaos to one, you must bring it to a whole group.
Theresa goes to see Whitney and tells her all about going to hell, and Julian's plan to get Ethan back. As Theresa tells her the story, Tabitha, Timmy, and Charity show up and spy on them. Theresa recaps the whole story to Whitney, even the contract she signed. Whitney asks her what she agreed to? Theresa says it is complicated, but if she does it then innocent people will be hurt. Whitney tells her that she can't go through with it, but realizes Theresa is thinking about doing it.
Down on the island, Brian continues to try and convince Liz not to fire Diana because this job is important to her self esteem. Liz says she just isn't cut out for this job. When Diana messes up again, Liz says that is it, she is fired! Brian begs for a little while longer, and she says fine. More customers complain to Liz about Diana and the terrible service, and when they try and leave, Brian charms them into staying. He convinces the women who are scouting out Liz' place to stay so he can give them the Brian service! Brian and Liz send Diana out for food to build up her stamina.
Meanwhile, Rebecca sees Ivy on the phone and wonders what she is up to. Ivy tells Marty to get what she needs to convince Eve to change the test result. Ivy catches Rebecca spying on her, but Rebecca didn't hear what Ivy was talking about. However, she says soon her scheme with David will be exposed, but Ivy says they'll just see about that.
Elsewhere, Chad tells TC that he is going to listen to what he has to say! Chad tells TC that he did not drug Whitney, and he has to know that people are more than where they come from! TC and Chad continue to argue, and Chad tells TC that he learned so much about what a family is by living with them, and he learned what a father and husband is supposed to be. TC asks him if he is done yet? Chad then tells TC that he would never hurt Whitney because he loves her. TC tells Chad that he can't believe he is talking about being in love with Whitney! Chad says he will turn his life around and prove to him and doctor Russell are wrong about him, he's going to get what he wants in life from hard work. Chad says when he does that, he will come back to him and be ready to accept his apology! Chad leaves, but not before promising that he'll see him again one day!
Somewhere in Harmony, Luis continues to tell Hank that he has to watch out for Theresa. Hank tells Luis if he wants to help Theresa move on, he needs to move on as well. Luis tells Hank that he doesn't know what he wants anymore. Hank tells Luis that he has to embrace life and live. Luis says all he can handle right now is taking care of his family.
At the Russell's, Whitney tells Theresa that she can't go through with a plan that involves hurting people. Whitney reminds Theresa that Father Lonigan told them all that doing bad things opens the door for evil to come into Harmony, and once here it will hurt more people. Theresa remembers, and says she told Julian that she didn't want anyone else to get hurt. Later they talk about what Whitney did last night under the influence of drugs. She then tells Theresa about last night in her room. Theresa thinks she is making this up, but Whitney says she isn't. Whitney says someone got her high, and her parents blame Chad and have forbid her to ever see him again. Theresa says it sounds like they both had pretty rough nights. Whitney then tells Theresa about almost running away with Chad to New York. Theresa thinks Chad's offer sounds wonderful, but Whitney says she can't just leave her family and tennis. Theresa says she could just slap her! Theresa says she knows she loves to sing, and even though she is gifted at tennis, her face doesn't come alive like when she sings. Whitney says so many girls try to make it in New York, but Theresa tells her that they aren't talking about them. Theresa doesn't want her to regret this choice for the rest of her life like she regrets the choices she's made with Ethan. Whitney tells Theresa that she sounds just like Chad and wants her to act as crazy as she does. Theresa says she just doesn't want her to be a coward and make the same mistakes she did, and Whitney replies she could never screw up as many times as she did! Whitney apologizes, but Theresa says it is okay because she has to live her own life. Theresa leaves, and runs into "Julian" again, who asks her if she's going to forfeit her chance with Ethan like Whitney blew her chance with Chad?
Down on the island, Diana/Sheridan refuses to get some food and rest, she is going to do this job on her own without his help. Brian insists she go get some rest, and then he talks with the two ladies about how they won't be disappointed by the Brian experience! Brian works his magic, and makes everyone in the entire cafe happy. Liz tells Brian if he can teach Diana one tenth of what he knows, she'll let her keep her job. The women who are restaurant scouts ask Liz if they can book this place for their party tomorrow night? Liz is so pleased she tells Brian that Diana can keep her job. Unfortunately, Diana returns and finds out, and she is not pleased with Brian! Brian says he was only trying to jump-start her self confidence, and he will show her what she needs to do in order to be the best. Later, when they are alone, Sheridan tells Brian that she loves him. Brian is shocked, and pulls her into a hug.
Brian is disappointed when Sheridan explains what she really meant when she said, "I love you." Sheridan only meant it as a friend. Brian and Sheridan grow closer as he teaches her how to wait tables. Sheridan finally gets the hang of it, and thanks Brian for everything he's done for her.
Tabitha, Zombie Charity, and Timmy keep a close watch on Theresa as she struggles with what to do. Luis and Pilar reach out to Theresa. Theresa asks her family a difficult question. She asks them if they would do something wrong in order to get their loved ones back, Sheridan and Papa. Both Luis and Pilar say no, which angers Charity. She sends Tabitha in, and Tabitha claims she has come to borrrow some sugar. Theresa asks Tabitha her question, and Tabitha says she would do something bad if it meant having her love back in her life. The Lopez-Fitzgeralds then decide to go out for a big family dinner, and Charity tells Tabitha and Timmy they should go to the seascape and watch the evil that is about to unfold.
The DNA test gets underway. Sam worries about Grace while TC begins to feel bad about suggesting that John isn't really Grace's son. John's praise that his father is honest, and not many men would be so calm about this, only makes David feel worse. Ivy continues to plot as Rebecca tries to figure out what her rival is up to. Ivy's henchman arrives with a mysterious package, which Ivy says will convince Eve to change the test results. After the test is done, everyone decides to head to the seascape for a family dinner. Ivy then confronts Eve and warns her that she better change the DNA tests!
