Timmy and Julian come to the Over the Rainbow hotel, which is filled with munckins. It's brightly decorated, and Julian runs to the bar when he sees it. Timmy asks the munchkins if they know where the wizard is, and they all start singing "We're off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of Oz." The kids tell him that if he wants to find the wizard he has to think of something hot, and something he's not! They laugh at him and run off. Julian also asks to see the wizard, and they tell him to simply follow the yellow brick road. One of the munckins tells Timmy how to see the wizard, for a price. Timmy pays the munchkin with what little he has, and he tells Timmy how to see the wizard. Timmy dresses up as Dorthy Gale, and Julian as the cowardly lion!
In the graveyard, the zombies hold Kay and force her to watch Zombie Charity make love to Miguel. Fortunately Father Lonigan shows up, but all he says he can do is pray. Kay begs him to save Miguel, but he says she brought evil to Harmony, so she has to get rid of it. He tells her to pray for strength to escape her bonds and use the tool she took from the church. Kay prays, and is freed. She then uses the holy water to save Miguel from Zombie Charity. The Zombie runs off, and Miguel comes to. He remembers nothing, and Father Lonigan says he was so distraught about Theresa that he wandered off and fell asleep. Meanwhile, the Zombie is furious and vows to destroy everyone. Miguel heads to the hospital, and Kay asks Father Lonigan why he stopped her from telling Miguel the truth. Father Lonigan says Miguel would not have believed him, and they must pray that someone else out there can help them stop Zombie Charity.
The Zombie goes back to Tabitha's house, and warns Tabitha that everyone is going to pay for Kay and the Priests betrayal. She then sees the scroll, and wonders what is going on? Tabitha rolls the scroll up and says nothing. Zombie says prayers and holy water will not stop her from having "push push" with Miguel, and she will let nothing stop her.
At the Crane cabin, the helicopter carrying Ethan and Theresa crashes and explodes! Gwen watches this, and screams for Ethan. Gwen runs to the site of the crash, and when she sees it, she realizes no one could survive this. Fortunately, Ethan and Theresa are alive. Ethan says Theresa collapsed, so they never made it onboard the helicopter. Theresa screams out in pain, and they realize she is in labor. Gwen wants to take Theresa to the hospital, but Theresa says no. SHe refuses to go to the hospital to have this baby, and insists she will be fine. Theresa eventually admits that she is in labor, after Gwen badgers her and tells her to be truthful for once in her life. Theresa admits she has been having contractions for awhile, and they are close. Ethan is upset with her, but she says she didn't want to go back to the hospital, and she wanted them to escape and be together. Gwen tells her that she is not only a liar and a moron, she has signed both her and her baby's death warrants! Ethan goes out to the car to try and see if they can get to the hospital, but a tree has fallen down and blocked the road. Suddenly, Theresa screams that the baby is coming!
On the island, Diana prepares to leave with Nick. Brian is heartbroken, and Liz tells him that he must accept this and move on. Diana tries to leave with Nick, but she can't bring herself to do it. Nick warns her if she back out of the deal, Brian will have to go back to racing. Diana knows that, she says the only reason she is going with him is to keep him safe. Liz happens to overhear Diana, and realizes Diana isn't the bitch she pretended to be. However, she also realizes that if Diana leaves, she once again has a chance with Brian. Liz returns to Brian and tries to cheer him up, but all he wants to do is mope. Brian says no matter what Diana said, he still loves her. Liz can't stand to see Brian hurting, and she admits to him the real reason Diana is leaving. Brian goes searching for Diana, which infuriates Nick. Brian climbs onto Nick's ship, and demands Nick take the boat back to the island. Diana asks him why he is here? Brian says he knows the truth about why she is going with Nick, and he refuses to let her do this. Diana tries to pretend she doesn't know what he's talking about, and she says she's leaving with Nick! Brian refuses to believe her and tells her to look him in the eye and tell him that she doesn't love him. SHe does as he asks, but he still doesn't believe her. He says he will take care of her gambling debt, but she says he can't so he needs to forget about it and forget about her. Brian refuses and says he wants her to tell him that every moment they spent together was a lie, and she doesn't want to spend her life with him, only then will he leave her alone. Diana can't do it, and admits she loves him and only him. Liz shows up, and Nick realize she is behind all of this. Diana apologizes to Brian, and he says it is okay and that he understands. Nick, however, refuses to let Diana out of their deal, and pulls a gun on them!
In Oz, Julian can't believe he is dressed as a lion, Timmy is dressed as Dorothy and says his ruby slippers are killing him. Julian thinks Timmy needs some therapy, especially when he insists they skip off to see the wizard. They begin skipping down more corridors, and run into more munchkins, who are clammering on about the wicked witch of the west. One of them tells Timmy that when he meets the wizard, he should ask for a boob job! Timmy and Julian continue searching for the wizard, when the evil scarecrow pops up! Julian says he's not sticking around any longer, and runs for it. Toto however, refuses to let Julian abandon Timmy and grabs onto Julian and won't let him go.
At the hospital, Ivy and Rebecca hope Theresa will die from her condition, and Ivy continues to worry about Ethan's future. Ivy begins to realize, by the look on Rebecca's face, that she knows where Ethan and Theresa are. Rebecca admits she knows, but she says she can't tell her because she will tell Sam, and he will go after Ethan, and he will probably be arrested! She also says if they came back, Theresa would be cured of her pre-eclampsia, and what happens if something keeps Theresa from being executed. Ivy pleads with Rebecca to tell her, and she finally tells her that they are at the Crane cabin. Meanwhile, Sam tells Pilar and the others that there is still no word on Theresa or Ethan's whereabouts. They continue to try and hide the truth, that Theresa has escaped, from the other officers. Beth shows up to be there for Luis, and Eve remembers that women who are suffering from pre-eclampsia are subject to psychotic mood swings and violence. Two of the cops finally realize something is going on, and catch Eve talking to Ethan on the phone about Theresa. They demand to know who she was talking to about Theresa, and where Theresa is!
At the cabin, Ethan and Gwen try to help Theresa, who is in labor. Gwen begs Theresa to go back to the hospital, but Ethan says a tree is blocking the main road. Theresa screams that her baby is coming. Gwen and Ethan begin to argue about what to do with THeresa. Gwen thinks if they don't get Theresa to a hospital, both she and her baby will die! Theresa screams that Gwen is lying. Gwen says she isn't lying, and Ethan believes her. Ethan wants to take Theresa to the hospital, but she says no. Gwen tells Theresa that if she doesn't want to take care of herself, she should think about her baby. Gwen then realizes that Theresa hates this baby because she blames it for her losing Ethan. The pre-eclampsia begins to set in, and Theresa goes nutso! Ethan's phone gets a signal back, so he goes to call a doctor. Theresa and Gwen begin a war of words, when suddenly Theresa grabs a pair of scissors and stabs Gwen in the shoulder! Meanwhile, Ethan calls Eve and tells her that Theresa is in bad shape. Their connection, however, is cut off.
Down in the islands, Nick pulls a gun on Brian, Diana, and Liz! Nick tells Brian that he's ruined everything, and says if they don't give him his money right now, he will shoot Diana! He ends up laughing and says he was just kidding, but he does want his money. Suddenly, Brian tackles Nick, and a fight ensues. Brian gets rid of the gun, and warns Nick to get lost! Nick tells himself that he will ruin Brian, and take his precious Diana from him. Diana talks to Liz and asks if she really told Brian the truth? Liz says she did. Diana knows how Liz feels about Brian, and how hard it must have been for her to tell him. She says what Liz did was very noble. Later, Diana wonders if Nick knows who she is, but Brian assures her that it was just another one of his con games. Meanwhile, Nick talks to stan about how his plan failed. Stan asks Nick if he remembers who Diana really is, but he says no. Suddenly, Nick gets remembers exactly who Diana is.
At the hospital, Rebecca finally tells Ivy that Ethan and Theresa are at the Crane Cabin. Meanwhile, the troopers overhear Eve on the phone with Ethan talking about Theresa, and they ask her why she is talking to someone about Theresa, is she no longer in the hospital? Eve claims she was talking to the lab about Theresa's test results. The troopers ask when Theresa will be back from these tests? Eve says she will decide when it is safe for Theresa to return, but the troopers aren't buying it. They decide to check with the lab to see if Theresa really is there. Sam tells them to go for it, waste their time and look like idiots for doubting him and Dr. Russell. The troopers warn them all if they are caught helping Theresa escape, they will spend a good chunk of their life behind bars! Eve calls Ethan back, and later, Sam decides to have agent Freeman of the FBI trace the signal so they can learn where they are.
At the cabin, Ethan calls Eve, but they are disconnected. Eve ends up calling Ethan back, and she tells Ethan that Theresa does have pre-eclampsia. She asks Ethan for Theresa's symptoms, but he doesn't know what her symptoms are. Eve then tells Ethan that in some cases, women can become psychotic and even violent. Ethan doubts that Theresa would ever turn violent. Eve says no matter how sweet Theresa is normally, it could lead to her turning psychotic. Suddenly, Ethan hears a scream. MEanwhile, a crazed Theresa stabs Gwen in the back with a pair of scissors! Gwen tries to call out to Ethan, and Theresa says that he can't save her! Gwen begs for her life, but Theresa will not spare her. She tells Gwen that she will not keep Ethan from her, because she will kill her! Ethan bursts into the room and finds Gwen on the floor, and Theresa standing over her with scissors looking all innocent! Theresa says Gwen stabbed her in the back, so she returned the favor. Ethan looks after Gwen, which infuriates Theresa. Theresa thinks Ethan led her on, and never stopped loving Gwen when he claimed he loved her. Ethan tries to reason with THeresa, who begins smashing things. She says she is angry at him for always loving Gwen, and that is why that their relationship didn't work. She thinks he lead her on, and she says they will both pay with their lives!
Down in the islands, Brian assures Diana that Nick doesn't know who she is, he was just lying to her. Diana, however, thinks Nick may really know who she is. Brian says Nick is a master manipulator and will say anything to get a person dependant on him, and that is when he uses them. Brian then pledges to help pay Diana's debt to Nick by going back to the states to race cars. Diana, however, refuses to let Brian do that. Brian says it will be fine, before he was reckless because he had nothing to lose, but now he has her. Meanwhile, Nick realizes who Diana is. He says he knows her from Paris, and her real name starts with an S. He remembers seeing her at a party, and decides to use the internet to find her photo. Nick find what he's searching for, and learns that Diana is Sheridan Crane!
Down on the island, Diana has another flashback from her past, which Brian attributes to Nick's lies about him knowing who she really is. Brian assures her that Nick doesn't know who she is. As she stands with Brian on the beach, she remembers standing with Luis on the beach. Brian ends up holding Diana and tells her once they get rid of Nick, they'll be in the clear. Diana wishes there was another way to get the money, but BRian says he loves racing, and he will be careful, he's learned his lesson. He promises her that he'll only race long enough to make the money they need. Meanwhile, Nick learns who Diana really is, and vows to make them pay for crossing him. Brian thinks Diana is the key to a fortune, the Crane fortune!
At the hospital, Rebecca assures Ivy that once Theresa dies in childbirth, everyone will forget about her escape from the hospital and Ethan will be left alone to live his life with Gwen. Meanwhile, Eve can't get Ethan back on the phone, and Pilar worries that something may have happened to Theresa. Luis tries to comfort his mother. The two troopers continue to snoop around, and Sam warns Luis that they are running out of time, they have to get to Ethan and Theresa first. Luis once again calls and tries to trace Ethan's cell phone, but he knows even if they do find her, she'll still be put to death after giving birth. Elsewhere, Ivy overhears the troopers on the phone with one another saying that if Theresa has escaped, whoever helped her will be put behind bars for the rest of his or her life. Eve's phone call to Ethan eventually is cut off, because Ethan's cell phone dies, and Pilar fears her baby is going to die. Luis learns the FBI was unable to trace the call, so they still don't know where they are. Ivy and Rebecca remain silent as to their location. Meanwhile, the troopers realize Theresa has escaped! Sam worries what will happen to Ethan if he is caught, because the inmates won't like it that they have a former Crane and the son of the chief of police amongst them. This scares Ivy, so she confesses to Sam that she knows where they are. Luis and Sam are about to leave for the cabin when the troopers stop them and tell them that they aren't going anywhere! The troopers say they know everything about Theresa and her accomplices escape, and they say they will be stripped of their badges for assisting her.
Up at the cabin, Ethan tries to calm Theresa down, but she has gone totally nuts. Theresa thinks they both betrayed her, and she plans to kill them both! Ethan holds onto Gwen and continue to try and tell her that this episode of hers is due to her pre-eclampsia, but she continues chasing them and screaming that she wants to kill them! Theresa slashes Ethan's arm, and he begs her to stop this because she doesn't know what she's doing. Ethan throws water on her to snap her out of her state. She has no idea what she's done, but Gwen thinks it is an act she is putting on. Theresa, seeing she is holding scissors, screams when she realizes she did attack Gwen and Ethan. Ethan dresses Gwen's wound, and Theresa apologizes for what she did. Gwen says she tried to warn her about her medical condition, and she will tell the police what she did once they return to HArmony. Theresa refuses to go back to Harmony, and Ethan says Theresa didn't mean to hurt them. Suddenly, Theresa goes into labor again! Ethan gets back on the phone with Eve and asks for an ambulance. He says they are at the Crane cabin, but the phone call breaks up so she can't hear where they are. Ethan's cell phone battery ends up going dead, and he fears they are in big trouble. Gwen says her mother knows where they are, so she's sure she'll tell someone. Gwen and Ethan prepare to deliver Theresa's baby. Ethan tells Theresa to breath in and breath out, and that leads Theresa into a delusional musical number featuring her, Gwen, and Ethan singing the theme from Passions! Theresa's water breaks, and Gwen says this is it!
Meanwhile, Kay, Miguel, and Zombie take a walk in the woods, and end up very close to the cave where Charity is frozen! Zombie Charity brings back the jungle drums, and decides to finish what she started earlier with Miguel, killer sex! However, Zombie's spell is broken by Miguel's closeness to the real Charity, who is melting fast! Kay realizes that the Zombie is afraid of Charity, and she thinks only Charity can stop the Zombie now.
At the hospital, Rebecca is upset that Ivy blabbed where Theresa and Ethan are. Ivy says she only cares about Ethan. MEanwhile, the troopers refuse to let Luis and Sam leave to get Theresa and Ethan. They say they will be detained until backup arrives and arrest them for aiding and abetting Theresa and Ethan. TC and Hank end up going after the troopers so Sam and Luis escape, but they end up being arrested! Pilar is furious that Ivy has kept her mouth shut, and Ivy tells Rebecca if anything happens to Ethan she will hold her responsible.
At the cabin, Gwen checks to see how dilated Theresa is, and finds out that the baby is coming now! Ethan thanks Gwen for helping deliver Theresa's baby, and she tells him that she could care less about Theresa, but she won't let an innocent baby suffer. Ethan and Gwen share a kiss, and exchange I love yous. Ethan and Gwen then help Theresa deliver her baby, a baby boy, and both mother and child seem to be fine. As Theresa holds her baby, suddenly, she passes out! Gwen tries to wake Theresa, but she can't. As Gwen holds the baby, Ethan begs Theresa not to die. Suddenly, Luis, Sam, and Eve show up. Eve checks Theresa out and works to save her. Theresa comes too, and Eve tells Sam that they have to get her back to Harmony as soon as possible. Suddenly, Theresa's baby stops breathing! Eve checks on the baby and gets him breathing, but she says they need to get the baby to intensive care or he could die. As they leave for the hospital, the cops show up with guns drawn, and say they are here to arrest Theresa and Ethan, and if anyone moves they will shoot!
