At the hospital, Whitney remembers the accident in which Chad was hurt saving her life. She says that if she hadn't been thinking about their kiss, she would have noticed the pile of debris about to fall on her, so it is her fault that he's in the hospital. Miguel is standing behind Whitney, unbeknownst to her, and he asks if she and Chad are getting involved? Did she say they kissed? Miguel says this should be in the yearbook! Whitney tells Miguel that she and Chad are not involved, and he says okay, if she says so. Miguel says what she was saying about feeling guilty? Whitney says Simone is blaming her for the accident, and she is right. They start talking about finals, and Whitney is afraid she won't pass hers because she can't stop worrying about Chad. Miguel tells her not to worry, Chad will be fine and she will pass her finals. He tells her that when Chad gets better perhaps they should start thinking about their kiss and what it meant to them. Miguel offers to buy Whitney a late from the Book Cafe, and she thanks him. He says he'll be right back. Theresa gives Whitney a call, and Whitney tells Theresa that she fears Chad will hate her when he wakes up. Theresa tells Whitney that this is not her fault, and once he wakes up they will both realize they are crazy about one another. Whitney tells her that romance novels have warped her mind, and she asks Theresa where she is? She says she is at the movies, and Ethan is here, but he refused to sit with her. Whitney says that is because he loves Gwen and is marrying her. Theresa says if he marries Gwen then she will die, and she warns Whitney not to let love pass her by. Whitney goes back to CHad's room, and tells him that there is so much she wants to say to him, so much she wants to tell him. She wonders if Theresa was right, maybe she can breath life back into Chad. Whitney gives Chad a kiss, but nothing happens. Later, Miguel shows up, and Whitney continues to think that cHad will hate her when he wakes up. Whitney and Miguel leave, and Chad begins to stir and says Whitney's name.
At the Crane Mansion, Julian is furious that Luis has disobeyed their deal. Alistair warns Julian what will happen if Luis and Sheridan get to close, and how it could lead to the truth about Luis learning what happened to his father. Alistair gets another call and is furious. He tells Julian that they have a major problem on their hands. Alistair says he's just learn that the FBI has deputized Luis to be Sheridan's body guard. Julian says this can't be happening, they can't allow this because they will eventually learn about the imposter! Julian pours himself a drink, and Alistair tells him to put the drink down and come up with a new plan to keep Luis and Sheridan apart! Julian asks his father if he has any suggestions? Alistair warns him to just find a way because Luis must not be Sheridan's body guard.
At the Book Cafe, Luis and Sheridan are furious that Luis has been assigned to guard Sheridan. They tell Hal no way, but Hal tells them that this is a done deal, they are joined at the hip from this moment on! Hal tells Luis that he was picked because he knows the area, he knows the drug dealers on site, and has helped Sheridan numerous times already. Sheridan says she can take care of herself, and they go at it once again. Hal tells them both to put a sock in it and sit down! That shuts them both up, and then he tells them that Luis will move into Sheridan's cottage immediately. Sheridan says no way, as does Luis. Hal tells them that there may be one way for them to get out of this, and they both say "Name it!" Hal asks Sheridan if Luis ever assaulted her or sexually harassed her? Sheridan says no, but he did kidnap her. Hal says that took initiative, which is why he was assigned to this case. Suddenly Julian shows up and says he cannot allow this to happen and he suggests Hal call his superiors and have another guard assigned to Sheridan. Hal leaves, as does Sheridan, and Julian warns Luis to stay away from his sister! Sheridan calls Ethan, and tells him what has happened to her. Sheridan asks where he is, and he says he is at the movies with Theresa. Sheridan can't believe he is on a date with Theresa, but he says he just ran into her, and he can't run out on her! He tells her to let him know what happens, and says goodbye. Meanwhile, Miguel shows up and talks to Luis. He thinks Luis should take the job because he could make detective, but Luis says no way. Miguel tells him to do what he thinks is best, and then leaves. Luis is eventually assigned to be Sheridan's body guard, and when Alistair learns of this he says someone is going to get hurt.
At the Bennett's, Grace serves Eve some tea and tells her how romantic her husband is. Grace looks outside and at the clock, and then she says she didn't think it was normally this dark at this time of day. Eve says she thought it always got dark about this time. Grace tells her not in June, but she wouldn't know because she works such long hours. Grace then gives Eve a present she got her, because she's her best friend, and almost like a sister to her. Grace gives her a hat with white roses on it, because they are symbol of loyalty, which bests describes their friendship. Eve says she doesn't deserve this, but Grace tells her that she does. Later Grace begins to worry about Sam, so she turns on the news. The news says it is 8:30, and Grace wonders how her clock got so off. She decides to call Sam, and then realize the phone has been left off! She thinks Sam must be frantic, so she calls the boat. Nobody answers, so Grace decides to go down to the dock. Eve goes with Grace, and the old sailor on the docks tells them that Sam cast off awhile ago. Grace is confused as to why Sam would leave without her, but Eve has a good idea why. However, Grace thinks this is a joke, and he'll be back.
On the boat, Sam hears someone in the shower, and he thinks it is Grace. He quickly whips off his shirt and yells to "Grace" that he didn't hear her come in, and he hopes she is ready for some romance tonight! He says they are all alone, just the two of them, so he's going up top to set sail. An old sailor on the docks help Sam shove his boat off. The sailor tells him to be careful because a storm is headed their way from Bermuda. Sam decides to just sail around the harbor instead of heading to Pelican Cove. Sam returns to below deck and pops open the champagne. Ivy is still in the shower, so Sam decides to join her, still thinking she is Grace. Fortunately a tie up on deck comes loose, so he has to run up and fix it. Sam goes back down below deck, and is stunned when Ivy comes out of the bathroom in a towel! He asks where Grace is, and Ivy says Grace won't be joining them. Sam asks what she's done to grace? Ivy says she hasn't done anything to Grace. Sam says he's going to call Grace, but Ivy says all she wants is one night with him. Sam tries to call Grace, but the phone is busy, thanks to Eve. Ivy continues to ask Sam to give her one night of passion, but Sam tells her that she is insane, he loves his wife now! Sam says he's turning this boat around, Grace is probably waiting on the dock for him. She asks Sam if he really wants Grace to see them together? Sam says it will kill her, but he's going to tell her everything tonight. Sam goes up on deck, and Ivy says she can't let him take them back to shore. Suddenly, Sam's phone rings. Ivy grabs it, and gets and idea. She takes Sam's compass, and he soon returns looking for it because he says without it he can't get them back to shore. Ivy says she'll give it to him for one night of love, but he says no way. She asks what he'd say if she tossed the compass out the porthole? Sam tells Ivy that he's tired of her games and demands she gives him the compass! Ivy says she will give him the compass for a night of love, she's already tossed his cell phone. Sam warns her they could be lost at sea because a storm is coming. Ivy likes the idea, but Sam tells her that they could be lost at sea for a year and he wouldn't want her! Ivy becomes fed up, and tosses the compass.
Hank comes into the Book Cafe and learns from Luis that he has been assigned to guard Sheridan 24 hours a day. Hank isn't pleased, but neither are Luis and Sheridan. Hank hopes Sheridan gets Luis out of the assignment because he doesn't want Luis moving in on his territory. Luis assures Hank that it is over between him and Sheridan, and this is just a job. He swears that Sheridan Crane will have no affect on him whatsoever. MEanwhile, Hal tells Julian Crane that Luis will be Sheridan's bodyguard, tells him good day, and walks out. Sheridan tells Julian that this is a nightmare and she doesn't know how she will live with this! Julian blurts out that she has no idea how badly he and Alistair want to keep them apart too. Sheridan asks why they want to keep them apart? Julian says it is because they love her and want her to be happy, but SHeridan doesn't believe him. Julian swears he won't stop making calls until he has Luis re-assigned. Hank offers to drive Sheridan home, and Luis says he'll go home and pack a bag and will see her at the cottage. Julian tells Luis before he goes, they need to discuss some ground rules so that no one gets hurt. Luis asks if he is threatening him? Julian says he's talking about emotional pain, he doesn't want his sister to be hurt again. Luis tells Julian not to worry, this is just a job to him. Julian warns him that he better stick to that because if he doesn't, Sheridan's life won't be the only one in danger!
Hank takes Sheridan back to her cottage, where she makes him a cup of tea. Suddenly Hank gets a mysterious page and worries about it. Hank tells Sheridan that he knows what will calm her down, cookie dough ice cream. She loves the idea, so he leaves to get some. Ethan shows up and learns about Luis guarding Sheridan. He is relieved that Luis is on the job, because he is good at protecting her. Ethan then tells Sheridan about kissing Theresa, and she is not pleased. Sheridan asks if he is sure he is not in love with Theresa? Ethan says maybe he has developed feelings for her, but he's not in love with her. He says that Gwen is gone and he has been spending a lot of time with Theresa. Sheridan asks how Theresa feels about the kiss? Ethan says she forgave him, and she has no idea about his feelings for her. Sheridan tells Ethan that he needs to make sure he stays far away from Theresa from now on and make sure nothing else happens! Ethan comes up with the perfect way to make sure nothing happens, and then he leaves.
On the docks, some man who we can't see warns Hank that his friends are very upset that he hasn't returned their calls, and if he doesn't do what they want then he will suffer the consequences.
Elsewhere, Ethan makes a call to someone and tells them that there is something they need to discuss.
Theresa goes home and writes the best entry ever in her diary, because it is totally real. She types about Ethan's kiss and how he meant to kiss her. She says she knows her dream will come true, and soon. She says that one day soon, he will marry her. Luis walks in and asks what she's talking about, who is going to marry her? Theresa tells Luis that she just has a crush and was daydreaming. Luis tells her that she needs to get over this crush. Theresa sees Luis has a backpack and asks where he's going? Luis says he's moving in with Sheridan, but it is only because of work. Theresa thinks they can use this opportunity to work out their problems, but Luis says no. He says he didn't ask for this, he was ordered to do it. Luis gives Theresa a kiss and says he has to go. However, he says when he returns, he wants to meet this guy she has a crush on. Luis leaves, and Theresa knows Luis has feelings for Sheridan, and spending time together will make them realize what they have, and it could lead to marriage. She says if that happened, then Luis couldn't say anything about her and Ethan getting married!
On the boat, Sam is furious with Ivy for throwing the compass out the porthole. He says a storm is coming in and because of her they are sailing blind! Ivy thinks he is a wonderful sailor and will get them back to shore, and she only wanted one night with him. Sam says, once again, that he loves Grace and not her. He then wonders how Ivy knew about this plan, what did she do to Grace, and why did Grace miss the boat? Ivy says she did nothing to Grace, and starts telling Sam that she wants him and always wanted him. Sam wonders how she could be so immature, so stupid, so selfish. He says because of her selfishness he doesn't have a compass, and they could crash on the shoals. Ivy suggests they drop anchor and wait for the fog to lift, but Sam refuses. He says he can't sleep with her, but Ivy says he had no problem before. Sam warns Ivy not to underestimate him, and then picks her up and slings her over his shoulder. Sam takes her up on deck and threatens to throw her overboard, but he doesn't. Sam decides to get on the radio and call into the station because Grace is probably on the dock worried about him. Unfortunately, he soon learns that Ivy also tampered with the radio as well. Sam is furious and says this is great, they can't even send out a mayday if they need to! Sam comes up with another idea how to get them back to shore, something about using some machine to send a sonar signal to detect the shoals. Ivy refuses to allow this to happen and throws the machine overboard, but accidentally hits the sail, which ends up knocking Sam overboard. Sam climbs back on the boat and tells Ivy that these stunts will get them both killed, because without him she is dead, and he tells her to go below deck until he gets them back to shore. Ivy doesn't, so he tells her that he knows she is in a loveless marriage, but he and Grace are in love. Sam says that Grace is the love of his life, the mother of his children, and that is sacred. Ivy asks Sam "What if you and I had a child?" Sam asks her what she's talking about? He says that things would be different, but they didn't have a child, she left him to marry Julian. Sam then sees the shore and realizes he won't have anymore trouble getting there on his own. Ivy thinks to herself and says that she and Sam did have a child, a son, and maybe now is the perfect time to tell Sam.
On the docks, Grace wonders how she could have been so late and what could have happened to the clock. Eve suggests that Sam had to take the boat on official police business, and Grace thinks that is possible. Still, Grace says she feels like someone is conspiring to keep her and Sam apart. Grace suddenly gets a strong feeling that she should wait right here. Grace confides in Eve that she and Sam have a very special closeness, and sometimes she gets premonitions. Eve asks "like Charity?" Grace says no, she just gets this very strong sense of foreboding. Eve asks what type of premonition is she getting now? Grace says something is wrong, there is a force out there trying to destroy her marriage, and this force is very close. Grace just makes it worse for Eve when she says that she is glad she is here, because if something were to happen, she knows she would do anything she could to help her keep her marriage together. Suddenly, Grace feels that Sam is in danger at the same time he is knocked overboard. However, she also feels that he is safe. Eve suggests they go get some coffee, but Grace still feels something is wrong. Eve tells Grace not to worry, Sam is a good man and an excellent sailor. Eve tells Grace that Sam will come back to her, and Grace says everyone should have a friend like her. Eve and Grace go out for coffee, but Eve forgets sugar and has to go back for it. On her way back she runs into Julian. She asks if he is following her, but Julian says he's just out enjoying the sea air. He invites her back to the mansion, but she calls him a pig. Suddenly, Grace yells to Eve that she thinks Sam is returning! Julian calls Alistair and tells him that he's located Sam Bennett. Alistair tells Julian to talk to Sam and have him reassign Luis! Julian decides to wait with Grace and Eve for Sam to return.
On the wharf, two beefy guys show up to teach Hank a lesson. Hank says he is through with them, but the two guys are going to make Hank reconsider. A rumble begins, and Hank is eventually knocked out. The mysterious faceless man says to leave Hank, he has learned his lesson. He thinks Hank will return their calls now, otherwise they'll kill him next time.
Luis shows up at Sheridan's cottage. Sheridan lets him in, and informs him that she's not changing her lifestyle for him. Luis says she has two options, she can do what he says, or she can end up dead. He promises to do what he can to accommodate her lifestyle and privacy, but some changes will need to be made. He says they need to start with the sleeping arrangements. Sheridan says he is not sleeping in her bed! Luis says he's not planning to, he will take the couch. However he says he needs to know what to do with his stuff. Sheridan offers him a closet, and says that there are some sheets in there for the couch. Luis goes looking in the closet, and can't believe what he finds. In the closet is a height growth chart. He remembers a birthday party for him a long time ago in the cottage, and he realizes that he and his family used to live here. Sheridan finds Luis and asks him what is wrong? Luis says that his family used to live here until her family threw them out! Sheridan can't believe he never mentioned this before. Luis says he must have blocked it out, and it is all kind of fuzzy. Luis remembers that they were happy, until they were told to get out or be thrown out. Sheridan wonders why, and Luis remembers that it was being turned into a playhouse for her for when she got back from Paris. Sheridan remembers she was brought here to play when she was allowed to come home one Christmas, but she says she never knew this was her home. Sheridan apologizes, and says no wonder he hates the Cranes so much. Luis says the cottage may belong to the Cranes, but they were forced to leave without notice. He says this wreaks of a cover up and he is positive it is tied to his father's disappearance. Sheridan still thinks her family was not involved with that, but Luis is and swears to make the Cranes pay when he finds out the truth. It is late, so Luis says they better get some rest. Sheridan brings him some sheets, and apologizes for what her family did to him. He says that it was a long time ago. Sheridan retires to her room so Luis can have some privacy. She forgets something, and when she comes back out, he has his shirt off. She is embarrassed, but he says not to worry about it, they are bound to have more of these awkward moments. As Luis is about to take his pants off, Sheridan can't take her eyes off him. He catches her looking at him, and she quickly runs off after saying good night. Luis knows Sheridan was going to say something else. Sheridan climbs into her bed, but she can't seem to sleep. She looks in on Luis as he is working out.
On the boat, Sam tells Ivy that he will not endanger his marriage to Grace, and that their children are what binds them together. Ivy tells Sam that there is something that binds them together too. Suddenly, Sam looks through the binoculars and sees Grace on the docks, and he says Julian is with her. Ivy tells Sam to turn this boat around because Julian will divorce her if she finds about this. Sam tells her that is too bad, because it is time the truth came out. Ivy says the consequences will be horrible if Julian finds out about their wedding night tryst, but Sam says the truth must come out, no matter what the consequences. Ivy tries to hide below deck, but Sam says they are too close to the dock for her to move without being seen. Ivy ducks under a tarp and prays.
Grace, Eve, and Julian are all waiting on the docks for Sam to return with his boat. Grace asks Julian what he wants to speak to Sam about? Julian says it is just a police matter. Eve can't wait until Sam returns and Julian sees who is on the boat with Sam. She even taunts Julian about how there is something on that boat which might surprise him. SHe also tells Grace to prepare herself in case something unexpected happens. Grace asks what will happen? Suddenly she sees Sam, so she runs to meet him when he docks the boat. Eve panics because she thinks Sam probably knows the truth about her. Julian wonders why Eve is so worried about the boat? Sam yells to Grace, and then tells Ivy that she might as well stand up and get what is coming to her. Grace boards the boat and hugs Sam, and Julian says he needs to talk to Sam. Sam tells him in a minute. Julian looks around the boat and asks what in the hell is going on? He asks Sam if he was supposed to be sailing with his wife, then how will he explain what he just found? Eve thinks Julian has found Ivy, but he has only found the broken radio and missing compass. Sam says he only found out the problem until he took the boat out for a test run. Julian asks Sam about the Luis situation, but Sam says he has no control over it, and then leaves to have a word with Grace in private. Meanwhile, Eve sneaks on the boat, and finds Ivy hiding under a tarp. Ivy begs Eve to help her, but she says she can't with them so close! Julian says he is very tense right now, and asks Eve to come back to the mansion and relieve his tension. Ivy makes gross faces, and Eve tells him that she is happily married, and that the Cranes are pigs, all of them! When Julian walks away, Ivy begs Eve to help her, but Eve says she had no intention of helping her! On the docks, Grace tells Sam that they can have their romantic night at home, and Eve offers to give them a ride home. However, Grace asks Eve if she would mind her and Sam having a couple of minutes on the boat alone. After Eve leaves, Grace tells Sam about her premonition. Sam tells her that whatever she felt couldn't be further from the truth because he loves her with all his heart and soul. He says she is the only woman in the world for him, and if someone is trying to destroy their happiness then they will fight it. Sam then tells Grace that there is something she needs to know. Grace asks what he wants to tell her? However, she thinks he just wants to say that he loves her and only her. Grace suggests they go home so he can show her how much he loves her. They leave, and Ivy jumps overboard. As they are about to leave, Grace asks Eve what she was talking about before when she said that she should be prepared for something she didn't expect to happen happen? Eve says she just meant she shouldn't expect to go sailing tonight. Grace and Sam head up to Eve's car, and Eve checks on Ivy, who is floating in the water. Ivy begs Eve to help her out of the water because she is freezing in this harbor ooze. Eve tells her that she deserves this and tells her that she'll never get Sam. Ivy tells Eve that she is so wrong, she now knows exactly what she has to do in order to get Sam.
Julian calls his father and tells him about his latest failure. Alistair is furious and says that the cottage is the last place they need Martin Fitzgerald's son snooping around.
On the wharf, Hank's phone rings, but he is unconscious and doesn't answer it. Kay and Simone are walking to school and find Hank unconscious on the ground. Kay tells Simone to go call 911, and she shakes her uncle and asks if he is okay?
Ivy calls Eve and scolds her for leaving her at the docks. Ivy says if she was caught she would have ratted her out. Eve refuses to betray Grace again, but Ivy tells Eve to reconsider that unless she wants everyone to know she is a common whore! Ivy hangs up, and Julian asks Ivy what she is doing home so early? Ivy tells Julian that her plans changed. Julian teases her and says the spa must have sent her home and told her she would have gotten more out of a night of hot sex of her husband than a seaweed rap. The maid comes in with Ivy's wet suitcase, which intrigues Julian. Ivy claims she left her bag on the front step and forgot about it, and this morning the gardeners turned the sprinklers on. Julian buys the explanation, and tells her about Sam's failed sailing trip. Ethan shows up and says goodmorning to his parents, but wonders why Ivy isn't at the spa? Ivy says her plans changed, and there is so much to do with the wedding coming up, not that Theresa hasn't done a wonderful job. Ivy asks about Gwen, and is shocked to learn that Gwen won't be home for a while. Ethan says he called her last night and begged her to come home, but she can't. Julian asks why he would want her to come home if Theresa is doing such a wonderful job? Julian taunts Ethan and asks what the real reason he begged Gwen to come home is? Later, Ivy says that she's so happy Ethan is going to settle down with Gwen, because not everyone is lucky enough to settle down with their first love. Ethan asks what happened to her first love? He asks if he lives her in Harmony, does she still see him, are they friends? Ivy says he is married now, and refuses to talk to him about this. Ethan says he is just curious, that is all. Ethan asks if you ever get over your first love, if you don't marry that person. Ivy says they shouldn't talk about this. Ethan says he is very confused, her marriage to father seems such a disappointment, yet she always told him that he was conceived out of a great love. Ivy tells Ethan that is true, and he should never doubt it.
At the hospital, Theresa tells Whitney about Ethan's kiss. She says she knows that soon Ethan's world will crumble and the only thing left in it will be him and her, and that is when he'll know they are meant to be together. Whitney then confides in Theresa about Chad kissing her. Theresa asks her when she will admit that she is in love with Chad? Whitney smiles at Theresa. Theresa says she has to get back to the Cranes, and Whitney tells her to be careful. Theresa tells Whitney that sometimes you just have to throw caution into the wind. Theresa leaves, and Whitney says she's not ready to do that as she looks at Chad. Chad comes to, and Whitney decides to get her mom, but Chad says no. He tells her that he heard what she said, about them.
Elsewhere, Sam tells Eve that last night his trip with Grace was once again wrecked by Ivy. Eve cries and says she so sorry. Sam vows to find out who is giving Ivy this information, and he says God help that person when he finds them. Sam begs Eve for her help. He asks her to get Ivy to stop trying to destroy his marriage. Eve says Ivy is pretty stubborn and won't listen to reason, but Sam refuses to let her destroy his marriage. He says from now on he will tell no one about his vacation plans with Grace, except her and TC because they are safe. Sam leaves, and Ivy shows up to taunt Eve. Eve asks Ivy if she learned nothing from last night? Eve tells her that there is nothing she can say or do to make Sam love her, but Ivy says there is!
At the cottage, Sheridan has a sexy dream about Luis. In her dream she was watching Luis work out, and he catches her spying on him. He asks her to stop running away from him and admit how she feels about him. Sheridan says she doesn't know what he's talking about, but he says she does because he's been doing the same thing. Sheridan cries out, in her sleep, "Oh Luis!" Luis hears her and runs into her room with a gun. He asks if anything is wrong? Sheridan wakes up with a big smile and says she was asleep, she was dreaming. Luis is tickled that she was dreaming about him. Suddenly, Pilar walks in with Sheridan's breakfast, and when she sees Luis kneeling by Sheridan's bed in only boxers, she exclaims "Oh my God!" Sheridan tells Pilar that she was just having a nightmare and Luis ran in here. Pilar asks if it was one of her old nightmares, but she says no. Luis then tells Pilar she can go, he doesn't need her cleaning up in here. Luis leaves, and Sheridan asks Pilar if she's heard from Hank? Pilar says no, which worries Sheridan because he left last night and never came back. She decides to give him a call to see if he is all right. Pilar then talks with Luis, who asks his mother why she never told him they lived here? She asks him who told him? Luis tells her what he found and about his memories. Pilar says she never told him because she knew it would make him resent them more than he already does. Sheridan overhears Luis promise his mom that he's going to find out the truth about what happened to his father if it is the last thing he ever does. Luis ends up going to take a shower after Sheridan finishes, and Sheridan tells Pilar that she doesn't like this anymore than Luis does. Pilar says that at least she is safe, but being here has caused Luis to look into the past again. Sheridan says she can't blame Luis, and neither can Pilar, but Pilar asks Sheridan to please discourage Luis from doing so. Sheridan says they deserve to know the truth and she will help Luis if she can. Pilar warns her that there are times when it is better not to know the truth. Pilar leaves, and Sheridan gets a call about Hank being found on the wharf badly beaten. Sheridan and Luis get dressed and head to the hospital.
Alistair is out skeet shooting with a very attractive woman, and tells Julian that he wonders if he is even his son since he can't even take care of one simple task. Alistair tells Julian that Luis must be stopped from looking into his father's past, even if it means killing him. Julian says he understands. Julian then asks his father if he knows where Ivy was last night? Alistair asks why he cares, he never loved her. Alistair tells Julian to get over his hurt male pride and focus on Luis. Julian still thinks she is up to something, so Alistair says he will look into it. He hopes Julian is wrong, because he's in no mood for other problems. Later, Julian confronts Ethan about why he really wants Gwen to come back early, is he afraid he will ravish Theresa if he is left alone with her? Ethan just walks off, and Theresa shows up in Julian's office to look for some of Ivy's notes. Julian watches her with longing. Theresa asks if Ethan is here, and Julian tells her that he is in his bedroom and is waiting for her to join him. Theresa thanks him, and runs upstairs. Julian says they'll just see if his son can resist her this time!
Luis leaves to find Sheridan, and finds a yuppie approaching her from behind. The man asks Sheridan to tell her "boyfriend" who he is. Sheridan says Luis is not her boyfriend, and this is Warren from the country club! Luis lets him go, and Sheridan scolds Luis for scaring poor Warren half to death. Sheridan says that Warren is a guy she wouldn't mind getting to know better, but Luis thinks the guy is a jerk.
Sheridan and Luis go back to see Hank, who asks what happened out in the hall? Sheridan says that Luis tackled her friend, but Sam says it is his job to protect her. Sheridan says her love life is going to suffer as long as Luis is around. Suddenly, Hal shows up to talk to Luis and Sam. Luis and Sam leave the room with Hal, and Hank offers to make Sheridan's love life a little less boring. Meanwhile, Hal tells Luis and Sam that Roger and Pierre are on the move, and there is no telling whom they will hire and when or where the next hit attempt will take place. Sam asks if they should tell this to Sheridan, but Hal says no, she might act out and endanger herself. Later, Hank gets a special delivery from his friends. He gets a call from a man who orders him to open the box, and inside is a gun! The man tells Hank unless he does what he's told, his next stop is the morgue!
Luis and Sheridan go home, which infuriates Sheridan. Sheridan wanted to go shopping, but Luis says it is safer here. Sheridan decides to put on her swimsuit and go out on the porch to get a tan, but Luis doesn't like the idea. She tells him that if she has to stay cooped up in here with him all day then she will go crazy! Luis says fine, and allows her to sunbathe. When he sees her in her suit he smiles. Later, Sheridan takes off her top, Luis is inside pacing around and worrying about the coming attempt on Sheridan's life. Suddenly, a gunshot goes off!
Back at the hospital, Kay asks Simone to go to the boat to help her set up the contraption for Charity, but Simone doesn't want to leave if Chad is waking up. Kay says she is doing this to save Miguel from Charity, wouldn't she do the same to save Chad? Simone says she is just glad she doesn't have to save Chad from anyone. Kay asks "What about Whitney?" Simone says she is not worried about her sister at all.
In Chad's room, Chad tells Whitney that he heard her crying and telling him that he did get to her, and she didn't realize how much until he kissed her. Whitney says she was just upset by the way he looked. Suddenly all the other kids come in to see Chad. Miguel shows Chad that he made the Herald, which Chad thinks that is cool. Simone says it doesn't say who caused the accident, but Chad says there is no reason to fight, this is the first time he's been in the paper for something good. Whitney says her sister is right, he wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. Chad says that he's going to save this and show the cops if he is ever arrested. The kids all decide to leave and let Chad get some rest, but Chad asks Jessica to do him a favor. Jessica runs after Whitney, who used to be a Candy Striper, and asks her to help out a patient who needs help walking after his accident, this will be his first time out of bed. Whitney says she can help, so Jessica sends her to chad's room. She helps Chad, who tells her that she is strong. Whitney tells him it is from tennis. Whitney helps Chad walk around, and he wants to know how she feels about him. Whitney tells Chad that he has a concussion and was obviously hallucinating, she never said such things. Chad knows what he heard, and he knows how she feels about him.
Timmy and Tabitha sneak onto the prom boat when everyone is gone. Tabitha has a bag full of evil charms which she plans to decorate the boat with. She aslo has some chalk and paint and makes evil symbols around the boat. Timmy threatens to dance with Charity and the prom and tell her what Tabitha and Charity are up to. Tabitha says Charity would either not believe him, or run screaming out of the prom because he had come to life. Timmy says he loves Charity and doesn't want anything bad to happen to her, but Tabitha reminds him what will happen to them if they don't get Charity on their side. Timmy thinks Tabitha is overdoing it with her artwork, but Tabitha says that Charity must be consumed with anger and revenge by the end of the night or she won't turn to the dark side! Later, Kay and Simone show up to do a test run of the fish guts container. Simone says they just got this boat cleaned up! Kay says they won't use fish guts for the test run, just water. Kay shows Simone the controller which will operate the fish guts bucket. However, when she pushes the button, it doesn't work. Kay wonders what is wrong, but Simone tells Lucy Ricardo's evil twin not to ask her. Tabitha order Timmy to go up there and see what is wrong, so takes a look at the fuse box. He ends up flipping the fuse right as Simone is pushing the buttons, and the bucket dumps water all over Kay! Simone says she is so sorry, but Kay forgives her because her plan is going to work after all!
At the Bennett's, Miguel is dumping rose petals on CHarity's head (huh?) and then he kisses her. As they kiss, Charity freaks out and gets another evil promotion.
At the mansion, Theresa walks into Ethan's room, and Ethan can't stop thinking about kissing her. He asks her what she's doing here, what does she want? Theresa says "you!" Ethan, who is sitting at his desk, asks what she means she wants him? She says she means she wants him to give him some work to do, his father said he needed her. Ethan says "Good old dad" and tells Theresa that his father was wrong, he doesn't need her. Theresa sees Ethan is working on something and looks over his shoulder. Ethan notices her perfume and says it is lovely. Theresa thanks him and says he is the one who made her want to buy it. Theresa tells him that this perfume supposedly comes from that magic plant they saw in Bermuda, the one whose fragrance drives men mad. Ethan thinks that this means she is going to see Chuck and make him fall in love with her again. Theresa is hurt that Ethan doesn't get it. Pilar interrupts them and says that Ivy wants Theresa. Pilar and Theresa leave, and Pilar scolds Theresa for throwing herself at Ethan. Pilar tells her that Ethan is in love with Gwen, but Theresa says if he loved Gwen then he couldn't have kissed her the way he did. Pilar tells Theresa that her childish fantasies are turning dangerous, but Theresa says these aren't fantasies. She knows Ethan loves her, and she is going to make her big move today! Pilar says Ethan will never marry her because she is the housekeeper's daughter! Theresa says Ethan is not like that, and he will realize that she is the one he should marry and she should be the mother of his children. Pilar warns her that if Ethan cancels his wedding then the Cranes will destroy her, which will set Luis off, and before they know it World War 3 will have started right here in Harmony. She order Theresa to put an end to this madness, but Theresa says it is out of her hands. Pilar exclaims "God help us all!"
Ethan gives Gwen a call and tells her that he misses her so much that he had to hear her voice. Gwen is driving in her car, and the connection eventually breaks up. Gwen says she'll call him later and hangs up. Ethan takes off, and Theresa follows him, saying it is time to make Ethan fall in love with her. Ethan finds a woman in Gwen's wedding gown and thinks it is Gwen. He starts kissing the back of her neck, not realizing it is Theresa! Meanwhile, Gwen shows up downstairs. She tells Pilar that she just couldn't stay away from Ethan another day and wants to surprise him. She decides to run up and see him. Pilar says "Dear God, disaster is about to strike!"
